Disclaimer: I didn't create The Fairly OddParents. I was under the age of eighteen-years-old when the T.V. show had first premiered, and I didn't really find out about it until 2010, or something like that. Butch Hartman created The Fairly OddParents. This is a fan-fiction of The Fairly OddParents, written by me.

Chapter 3: "Nega-Chin's Return".
Timmy Turner's point-of-view:
The fifteen-year-old Timmy Turner sighs after he had been rejected by Trixie Tang again.
He responded to his new friend's e-mail message.
I'm sorry to hear that. Well, there is Vicky's younger sister, Tootie. She really annoys me sometimes. She has always been in love with me. And she won't become friends with my best friend, Chloe Carmichael. I think that honestly, I just wanted to make a new friend. Someone who wouldn't know me too well, so they wouldn't treat me in the way that some of the people that I know of. Tad and Chad. They are two popular boys at my school, and they're treating me like I'm their lackey. And they're always being so judgmental to me. Chloe's great, but I don't think that she understands what it's like to be me sometimes. Aw, you don't have to buy me anything. But okay. I just didn't want you to have to spend a lot of money, because most of the video games that I've been wanting are a bit expensive. I'd like to have a Fire Emblem™: Three Houses though. And thank you! It's a Nintendo Switch video game. As for other girls that I could be interested in, there is Veronica. But she is also very popular. I think that honestly, Veronica secretly has a crush on me, and she's jealous of Trixie, because I'm in love with Trixie, and not Veronica. I think that you're very nice though, and I'm sorry that your parents think that you're a miscreant, or something. Chloe taught me that word recently. And I guess if you already know me, and we had something that wasn't friendship, then you might already know where I live, right? Thank you again for the gift!
Timmy sent the e-mail to his new friend.
Meanwhile, the L.O.S.E.R.S. had just teamed with The Crimson Chin's evil twin brother, Nega-Chin.
"Yes, I remember that he has fairy God-parents. I succeeded in tricking that idiotic boy, but he kept defeating me with his magical fairy God-parents, or with real normal people who didn't even have any magical powers. It was insane," Nega-Chin replies to Denzel Crocker's question about Timmy Turner's fairy God-parents.
"Excellent. But he won't be able to defeat you again, Nega-Chin," Denzel Crocker says.
"I believe that their names are Cosmo, and Wanda," Nega-Chin says.
"I know everything that the boy likes, and you're excellent at tricking people. But we may need to recruit Francis to ensure our victory over Turner, though," Denzel Crocker says.
The L.O.S.E.R.S. begin plotting out their plan to end Timmy's life.
A few hours later…
Timmy Turner's point-of-view:
Timmy walks towards his home, and he saw that there was a gift box lying down on the porch to Timmy's home.
He opens the gift box, very excitedly.
Timmy saw a card, and he read it.
Happy birthday to you, Timmy Turner. And I'm honestly very glad that you and I are friends now. I hope that you will have a great birthday. I… uh, haven't had a birthday party in years… I thought that I had no one in my life who cares about me, but that changes today. Thank you for caring about me.
Timmy smiles. He unwraps the present.
"It's a Fire Emblem™: Three Houses video game that she bought for me for my birthday!" Timmy says excitedly.
"Uh, Sport, Cosmo thinks that there is something that we need to tell you," Wanda says.
"What?" Timmy asks as he looks at her.
"Jorgen thinks that the time for you to have no more fairy God-parents should be when you will turn sixteen-years-old. And, uh, Cosmo and I were thinking about throwing you a nice goodbye party on that day. And we're also being required to go to Fairy World right now. But it isn't because of you. So, don't worry about us, okay?" Wanda asks her beloved fairy God-son.
Timmy sighs. He knew that this day would be coming soon. "I won't worry about you and him. And I hope that you'll have a good time there. And thank you. I think that would be a great idea, Wanda," Timmy says.
Cosmo and Wanda poof themselves to Fairy World.
Vicky suddenly arrives to Timmy's home. "Hey, uh, how are you?" She casually asks him.
"I'm feeling sad right now, actually. Trixie's still rejecting me. I'm not cool enough, or I'm not popular enough to become her boyfriend. I just wish things in my life were different, you know?" Timmy asks.
"I know exactly what you mean," Vicky says.
Just then, Nega-Chin, and Francis arrive at Timmy's home, before Timmy could reply back to Vicky.
"Hey, loser boy. Let's play a little game that is called stuff the empty bus seat loser boy into this—" Francis says to Timmy.
"Leave Timmy alone, Francis," Vicky bravely says to him.
"Nega-Chin? I don't think she was part of our plan. What do we do now?" Francis asks.
Timmy gasps. "Oh, no! The Nega-Chin is back now!" Timmy says.
"And I found this wand, by the way, and now I can grant any wish that I want to have again," Nega-Chin says.
"I wish that Cosmo and Wanda would become powerless. And I wish that Timothy Tiberius Turner would be poofed to my evil lair, and his parents would be unable to become superheroes," Nega-Chin says.
Sparkles, the fairy God-parent, that he had taken from one of Vicky's cousins, grants the wishes that Nega-Chin had made.
"Sigh," Sparkles says sadly.
Timmy Turner had been poofed to Nega-Chin's Evil Lair.
The L.O.S.E.R.S. grin, and then, they follow Nega-Chin to his lair.
"Oh, no, this is terrible!" Vicky says.
"Where is that lair?" Vicky asks Chloe Carmichael who had just arrived to Timmy's home.
"What just happened?" Chloe asks Vicky.
"Francis, and some other people have just taken your best friend, but I don't know where that Nega-Chin's evil lair is!" Vicky says to Chloe.
"Oh… He's an evil twin of The Crimson Chin. He looks almost the same as The Crimson Chin, except he's not red. I know it's inside the comic books," Chloe says.
"He made a couple of wishes. That Cosmo, and Wanda would be powerless, Timmy would be poofed to Nega-Chin's Evil Lair, and that Timmy's parents wouldn't be able to become superheroes," Vicky says.
"Okay. This will be tough. I'm not going to lie, Vicky. We can't exactly go into the comic book universe without Cosmo, and Wanda," Chloe says.
She starts to worry about her best friend.
"What exactly do they do? I'm feeling very confused right now," Vicky says.
"Well, I know another person who has the same kind of powers that Cosmo and Wanda have. It's, uh, what Mr. Denzel Crocker keeps believing in… Fairy God-parents. The thing that you should know about this guy is that he's not friends with Timmy. Remy Buxaplenty is, uh, someone that we will have to go to, if we have to get Timmy back from Nega-Chin," Chloe says to Vicky.
Chloe reluctantly begins walking to Remy Buxaplenty's mansion.
Vicky follows Chloe.
Once they had arrived at his mansion, his parents let them inside.
"Alright, what are you doing here, Blondie?" Remy asked Chloe.
"Just, uh, wish that Vicky and I will be poofed to Nega-Chin's Evil Lair, please, Remy," Chloe says.
"Why should I help you?" He asks.
"I'm not able to make a wish with Cosmo, and Wanda. I know that you're just not feeling completely loved by your parents, Remy. You're not that bad," Chloe says.
Remy thought about what she said. He started thinking about Demi Buxaplenty, whom he has not seen in the past eight years. That definitely did not make him happy.
"Alright, fine… Juandissimo Magnifico, I wish that you would poof Vicky, Chloe Carmichael, and I into Nega-Chin's Evil Lair," Remy says to Juandissimo Magnifico.
Juandissimo Magnifico uses his wand to grant Remy's wish.
"Timmy? Are you okay?" Vicky asks, as she looks around the Evil Lair of Nega-Chin.
"I'm fine. How are you, and Chloe?" Timmy asks.
"I'm, uh, alright. How are you feeling, Chloe?" Vicky asks, as she looks at Chloe.
"I'm feeling good right now. I'm just glad that you're safe. Uh, for now, I'm guessing," Chloe says.
"I feel like I need to talk to Vicky privately about something, but I don't have any ideas on how I can get out of here. My, uh, God-parents aren't able to help me out," Timmy says.
Timmy notices that Remy is also here right now. "Oh. Great. Buxaplenty is here with you guys. Did you have to pay him to help you out, or something?" Timmy asks.
"Sparkles, I wish that—" Nega-Chin started to say, but then, Remy starts smirking at him.
"I wish that Juandissimo would poof me, Timmy Turner, Vicky, and Chloe Carmichael back into Dimmsdale," Remy says.
Juandissimo uses his wand to grant Remy's wish.
"I'm glad that you're alright now, Turner, but no, they did not pay me. There is, uh, something that you don't know about me, and I guess that it just made me feel bad for you. Like, we have some common problems, or something," Remy replies.
"Thank you, Remy. And I do hope that your parents will want to spend more time with you. Maybe, uh, you should try to be more direct, and be more honest about how they make you feel," Timmy says.
"There is literally no point in me doing that. Nothing is ever going to change with them, but… You're welcome, Turner," Remy says.
He sighs sadly. "Thanks for trying, though." Remy says, as he walks back to his mansion.
"I'll go back home now, Timmy," Chloe says, as she walks towards her own home.
"Look, I'm not wanting to make you feel uncomfortable, so if there is something that I don't know about you, that you're not ready to tell me yet, it's okay, Vicky. And thanks for wanting to come rescue me," Timmy says.
"Oh. Okay. Uh, that was me. Whom you've been e-mailing with. And you're welcome," Vicky says. She honestly didn't know how he was going to react to this.
"Oh. That really makes sense now. Why you've been acting like that, and also being so kind to me," Timmy says.
"I'm, um, really glad that we're friends now, though, Timmy," Vicky says.
Timmy smiles at her. "I'm really glad that we're friends now too. We did hug, after all, in that cave that you and I were in five years ago," Timmy says.
"Just, uh, don't tell anyone what I have told you. Okay?" She looks at him when she says this.
"Okay. But how about just Chloe? She is my best friend, after all," Timmy says.
"Fine. No one else, though," Vicky says.
"And who are the guys?" Timmy asks curiously.
"I'm not going to tell you who I've been in love with, Timmy," Vicky says.
"Okay. Well, I'll e-mail you tonight, okay? And thank you for my birthday present again, Vicky," Timmy says.
Vicky smiles at Timmy. "You're welcome," Vicky says.
"Goodbye for now, Timmy," Vicky says.
Vicky walks to her home.
Timmy's parents have just arrived.
"Timmy, can you please help me with the groceries?" Timmy Turner's mother asks.
"Sure, Mom!" Timmy says.
He walks towards his parents' car, and then, he helps his mother with the groceries, to put them into the house.
Meanwhile…
"I can't believe we failed again," Mr. Denzel Crocker says.
"We have to watch out for that Buxaplenty boy. He seems to be a friend to Turner now," Nega-Chin says.
"I know that his sister is missing. And possibly deceased." Mr. Denzel Crocker says.
"Hm. That gives me a new idea." Nega-Chin says.
The antagonists continue their plotting, and scheming.
