WESTCHESTER, NEW YORK
The Hurley Estate
Wednesday
The Pretty Committee, and the former Briarwood boys plus Dempsey and Kori. EW! Shuffled into the Hurley's private state of the art luxury in-home movie theater. Each couple quickly found themselves a their own recliner. As the Hurley's maid, Helga handed out custom made snacks from: Skinny Pop, Kale chips, trail mix and seltzers to nachos, kettle corn, sliders and soda galore! Not to mention, an arrange of gummy assortments for Claire. Once the snacks were distributed, the group of teenagers settled in to watch the Fang saga. For the next few hours...
two hours later...
The first movie was over, but unfortunately for the Briarwood boys and Dempsey. The next movie, in the Fang saga, Blood Moon was even longer and more stupider than the first!
and three hours later...
The guys were over the entire franchise. Thankfully, Kristen suggested they all take a much needed break between the second and the third movie. Aptly name, Nightfall. While the Briarwood boys and Dempsey headed outside to the Hurley's enormous backyard to play a few rounds of soccer. While the girls headed towards the patio to watch the boys and chat.
"Have any of you decided awn what your going to wear awn Friday yet?" Worried Claire, nervously. Nearly knocking over her glass of tonic water.
"NOPE!" Burped Dylan
"I still need to go shopping," mopped Kristen.
"Ehhh!!! Same." Cried out Alicia, nudging Kristen as if to say don't worry about it. By now all of the PC and a few of the Briarwood Boys had learned the Gregory's money woes.
"Ehmagwad!" Gasped Massie, pushing back her chair suddenly. "Why don't we make a day of it?!" The PC and Kori, stared at the amber eyed alpha expectantly. "I mean, I can nawt remember the last time I got my nails done."
"Same." Gasped Dylan, waving her grown out orange-pink swirl gels in Kristen's face. "I'm in desperate need of a fill."
"At least--" Interrupted Kristen, waving her own grown out short paisley colored gel manicure. "Your cuticles don't lewk like shit!" Joked Kristen
"Point." Nodded Alicia, as she ran her fingers through her slightly tangled curls. "But, at least your hair isn't crying for a much need of a Brazilian keratin treatment."
"And I need a tone." Giggled Claire, motioning to her slightly yellow money pieces.
"UGH!!!" Clapped Massie, as the PC shrieked excitedly. "I can't wait for Friday!"
"Why?" Questioned Derrington, tossing back a tall glass of White Frost Glacier Cherry. As the rest of Briarwood boys plus Dempsey made their way over to the girls.
"Yeah..." pressed Josh, noticing the girls quickly fell silent. Quickly the beta for the Briarwood boys turned his attention towards his girlfriend, and asked. "What's happening Friday?"
The girls remained silent and turned their eyes to their alpha. Who simply said. "We're treating ourselves to a makeover, and some light shopping before Chris' party."
"Wait a minute..." Gasped Kori, trying to eye Massie down. "You guys got invited to Chris Abeley's pool party awn Friday?!" Scoffed the LBR, in disbelief.
"Yeah." Nodded the PC, confused.
"Bullshit."
"It's really nawt." Interjected Alicia, giving her former clique members a 'what the fuck?!'lewk.
"Like Chris Abeley would ever invite you."
"Oh but, he did." Snapped Massie, glaring at the LBR. "Personally,"
"Cool, then I'll see you all there."
"Can't wait." Mocked Kristen, sarcastically. As the Pretty Committee laughed at the LBRs expense. Finally after a few moments, Kori decided to storm off. However, the LBR soon stopped once she notice Kemp wasn't running after her. Embarrassing much.
"You guys aren't seriously to that are you?" Asked Chris, mid waterfall. Sending the clear liquid everywhere. Including all over Dylan's brand new sequined taph!
"Yeah." Replied Kristen, nonchalantly.
"Absolutely not." Snapped Kemp, his grey blue eyes sparkling with jealousy. As the rest of the Briarwood boys huffed a "yeah!" in unison. While Dempsey slugged his arm around his girlfriend's neck, dragging Kristen closer to him.
"Why?! Aren't you guys going?" Countered Massie
"Well duh..." replied Cameron, "my brother is Chris' best friend, so of course I'm going."
"Oh-kay, so what's the big deal if we go?" Questioned Claire. As the PC nodded.
"Well, we're men."
"Men?!" Scoffed Kristen, nudging Dempsey's arm from around her neck.
"Seriously?" Replied Alicia
"What does being a 'man', have to do with anything?" Finished Massie, with her hand on her slender hip.
"First off, guys are going to drool over us in our swimsuits." Stated Derrington, abh-viously.
"You don't know that." Interjected Dylan
"Well, at least not openly." Replied Chris, shaking his rather wet brown curls."But, that's besides the point--"
"Noooo, it's nawt." Snapped Claire
"Men can be objectified too." Pointed out Alicia
"No, they can't." Stated Dempsey
"And if they do," reasoned Kemp. "It's not as bad as what women go through." Said the delta, his eyes pausing on the omega briefly. "Which is why you guys shouldn't go."
"Exactly, we're trying to protect you." Finished Derrington, squeezing his girlfriend's shoulders.
"Thanks, but no thanks." Scoffed Massie, swatting Derrington's hand away.
"We'll protect ourselves." Snapped Kristen, clearly insulted.
"You see you all are, not understanding the nuances of the situation--" interjected Chris
"Then explain them." Demanded Dylan, fuming.
"Why do we have to?!" Argued Cameron, the rest of Briarwood boys and Dempsey nodded in agreement. "Why would any of you, willingly prance around in skimpy bikinis. In front of a bunch of random other guys when you all have boyfriends?!"
"Willingly?"
"Prance?"
"Skimpy bikinis?"
"Yeah..." shrugged Derrington, refusing to lewk Massie in the eyes. "Cause it kind of feels like, you're trying to get some 'other' guy's attention."
"Are you dumb?!" Snapped Massie, narrowing her amber colored eyes. "We don't want some random loser's attention! It's a party, a HIGH school party at that."
"And there'll be others." Reasoned Derrington
"So it shouldn't be a big deal if we all don't go." The guys paused at Massie's suggestion. As they awkwardly played with their clothing refusing to answer.
"Then that settles it, we're going. End of conversation." Stated Massie, as she snapped her fingers. "Girls grab your things, we're leaving."
WESTCHESTER, NEW YORK
The Block Estate, Guesthouse
Thursday
"I don't know, if I want to go to Chris' party anymore." Sighed Claire, as she absentmindedly stared out of the bay window that over lewked the massive Block estate.
"WHAT?! WHY?!" Gasped Massie
"Because Cam tots freaked awn over FaceTime, last night."
"Josh did too!" Exclaimed Alicia, nearly in tears. "Mass, I thought he would break up with me over it."
"Yeah, Chris was pissed."
"Same." Replied Kristen, in a hushed tone.
"Derrington wasn't too please either, but I am nawt going to let his insecurities staph me from going to my first HIGH school party!" Reasoned Massie, on the other end of the phone. "Especially an upperclassmen one! Do you know what that type of invite would do for our status?!"
The PC murmured in agreement, however, they still weren't entirely convinced.
"Oh-kay..."sighed Massie, the last thing the amber eyed alpha wanted was to put the girls in an uncomfortable situation with their boyfriend's ."How about we put it to a vote? Mmmh..."
"Everyone in favor of going to Chris Abeley's party Friday night say I,"
