Harusuke was running as fast as he could to the Hikawa Shrine. He didn't stop until he was all the way there. When he arrived, everyone had already transformed.

"I'm here, you guys!" Harusuke panted. "What's the emergency?!"

All of the Sailor Guardians looked towards Harusuke, and all stared at him, not saying a single word, which made Harusuke puzzled.

"What's the matter, everyone?" Harusuke asked. "Why are you all looking at me like that?"

"Oh, nothing," said Sailor Moon. "It's just that we just now realized that you don't have your powers anymore, and well... I don't want to be rude or anything, Harusuke, but maybe, you should, you know, sit this one out?"

Harusuke was surprised. "Wh-What? What do you mean by that?"

"She means that since you don't have your powers anymore, you've become nothing more but a liability," said Sailor Mercury. "And why it's for the best for you to sit this one out."

"You should stay out of our business entirely," said Sailor Venus.

Now Harusuke was shocked. "What?! You can't mean that!"

"Of course, we mean that. If you came along with us, you'd only get in the way," said Sailor Mars. "Besides, you're useless to us now. Even more useless than Usagi."

"Sorry, but that's how it is," said Sailor Jupiter. "It's a shame. If you had your powers, you would be able to help us. But I guess that's how life works."

"Come on, you guys! You can't mean that!" Harusuke cried. "I can still help you guys!"

But Sailor Moon and the others didn't listen as all five of them raced away, leaving Harusuke behind. The boy tried to chase after them, but they seemed to get farther and farther away from him.

"Girls! Wait! Don't leave me behind!" Harusuke yelled. "Please! Don't go!"

Everything seemed to fade away into black as Harusuke suddenly began to fall. Down, down, down, he fell as he desperately tried to save himself from falling. He saw something below him at that moment, which made his eyes go wide with terror. He didn't know what it was, but it was a being that was way larger than he was, had glowing red eyes, a slasher-like grin that would put the Cheshire Cat to shame, and had a shining upside-down crescent moon mark in the middle of its forehead. In addition, it let out a cackle like a witch that would give anyone goosebumps. Harusuke tried to get away, but the being had him trapped by encircling its hands around him. The boy braced himself and shut his eyes.

But then, on his right hand, a bright shining light erupted from it, illuminating the darkness. The being shrieked in agony as it faded away, while Harusuke looked at his wrist and felt it grow warm and brighter, causing him to shield his eyes until his vision was white. Then from the white void, he heard a familiar yet unfamiliar voice.

"Don't lose hope! You will shine again, young man," it said. "For every star that dies, a new one is born, and that star will shine the way to a path of light that will illuminate the world."

"Who are you?!" Harusuke yelled out. "Answer me!"

"You will understand one day," the voice continued. "Remember never to give up, and keep fighting to protect those you love just as you always have been. It's the only way that you'll be able to fight against the enemy that threatens your family."

Harusuke's eyes opened as he woke up from another dream. When he was aware that he was back to reality, he let out a sigh filled with annoyance.

"Geez. Not another freaky dream," Harusuke mumbled. "Why can't I just have a normal one like everybody else?"

He then got up and walked over to his desk, where a couple of books lay stacked. On top of them were the two pieces of the broken bracelet.

Harusuke picked the two pieces in his hand and stared at them, thinking back to when he made his tool like this. He also thought about the Spectre Sisters and Chibiusa. All of those thoughts not only made him worried but also made him feel useless.

"I know I said I'd be okay with being a normal boy," Harusuke thought. "But I can't help think that I haven't been doing much lately. While everyone else is putting their lives on the line and getting stronger, I've been doing nothing but get in the way. I want to do more and help protect Chibiusa, but I can't do much with the way things are right now. Not to mention the fact what that voice keeps telling me's got me confused. Something about a dying star and a light."

Harusuke clenched the pieces of his bracelet in his hands as he sat down in his chair, sighing as he leaned back.

"But what does that mean?" Harusuke wondered to himself. "And how am I supposed to keep fighting if I don't have any powers?"

Unfortunately, he couldn't find an answer to his question as he put away the broken pieces of his bracelet into the desk; unaware as he did, they began to emit a slight golden glow.

She found herself in a wedding chapel filled with people who were applauding her. She was also wearing a beautiful white wedding dress standing with Mamoru, wearing a white tuxedo. The two looked at each other, marveling how wonderful they looked, as they walked towards the altar as the wedding march played.

Usagi sighed happily. "Mamo, I can't believe this. We're finally married."

Mamoru could only smile at her as the people in the crowd whipped out bottles of champagne, popping them open in celebration. Then, as the champagne rained down, she couldn't help but laugh as the rain tickled her skin.

"It's so cold!"

Usagi slowly woke up, realizing that the wedding she was just in was nothing more than a dream, much to her disappointment.

"It was just a dream," Usagi moaned sleepily. "But it felt so real. That probably explains why I feel so cold and wet right now."

At that moment, Usagi shot up and ripped the blankets off of her, and what she saw made her eyes widen with shock causing her to let out a scream that made her wake up with a start, irritated and cross.

"Usagi, what's all the ruckus about?!" Luna complained. "Do you have any idea what time it is right now?!"

Luna then saw the very reason Usagi screamed, and her eyes bulged out of her sockets as her jaw dropped. In the middle of Usagi's bed was a large, wet stain. Luna then looked at the ordango blonde, unnerved and quite disgusted.

"Usagi... don't tell me that you did that!" Luna squeaked. "You're in your second year of middle school, you know! But I'm not even sure if I can say this! You wet the bed!"

Usagi couldn't speak, for she was shocked as well as embarrassed. But then, she noticed the covers of her blanket begin to move and shuffle and heard a sleepy murmur that came from underneath them. So she lifted the covers, and she and Luna saw who the real bedwetter was.

On the bed, having a stain on her pajama bottoms and still fast asleep, was Chibiusa. Usagi's face grew red with fury as she let out another scream that was enough to wake the entire neighborhood.

"CHIBIUSAAAAAA!"

Meanwhile, in the UFO, Rubeus spoke with Wiseman via projection. Wiseman was waving his hands on his crystal ball as he took a glimpse into the future.

"I foresee when the sun rises at the break of dawn," Wiseman spoke. "There will be an energy burst at an overpass in the district called Juuban."

"An overpass in the Juuban District, you say?" repeated Rubeus. "And who will produce this energy?"

"It is the Rabbit!" Wisemen said.

"I will get the four Spectre Sisters to keep an eye on that area, Wiseman," said Rubeus. "By the way, Wiseman, how are things in your century? Has Crystal Tokyo fallen yet? Our clan should have taken over most of the area by now."

"Unfortunately, we have yet to make any progress," said Wiseman grimly. "The Crystal Points around the castle are bursting with powerful energy."

"Do you have any idea where the energy could be coming from?" asked Rubeus.

"The Four Guardians of Crystal Tokyo," replied Wiseman. "They're the ones who are producing this energy and are constantly standing in our way. Not only that, but our troops have got held back by one single warrior who utilizes a powerful light to take down our troops one after the other."

"In this world, there are also five guardians who have constantly been foiling our plans," Rubeus hummed thoughtfully. "They're known as the Guardians. I wonder if they have some connection between them and the Five Guardians of Crystal Tokyo?"

"You must find the Silver Crystal and destroy it," Wiseman said. "For I fear, for as long as it continues to remain here in this era, it will continue to cause problems for the Black Moon Clan."

The projection of Wiseman then faded away, leaving Rubeus alone thinking.

"Spectre Sisters!" Rubeus called out. "I have orders for you! Show yourselves!"

Back at the Tsukino house, Shingo and Harusuke watched Usagi as she was now cleaning her futon after Chibiusa had wet it. Shingo couldn't help but feel bemused and amused, snickering as Usagi whacked the futon with her beater.

"I know you're known for being an idiot, Usagi, but bed-wetting at your age is beyond lame," laughed Shingo.

"Would you stop saying that?!" Usagi snapped, stomping over to Shingo. "Get it through your thick head! I didn't wet my bed! Chibiusa did it!"

"Oh, sure. Blame it on the kid who can't defend herself," scoffed Shingo. "Just be a woman and admit to your own mistake, right, Harusuke?"

Harusuke didn't answer, for he was feeling a bit sleepy after the dream he just had, letting out a yawn as he rubbed his eyes. "Yeah. Sure. Whatever," he mumbled.

"Hey, Harusuke. What's up with you?" wondered Shingo. "Didn't you get enough sleep? You look tired."

"Well, let's just say I had a bad dream," Harusuke said. "Don't worry. I'm fine, though. Just need to wake up, is all."

At that moment, the front door opened, and out walked Chibiusa, who was holding Luna P in her arms. Usagi scowled crossly at the pink ordango girl when the three noticed her.

"Hey! Chibiusa! Where do you think you're going?!" barked Usagi.

Chibiusa looked at Usagi and stared at her for a few seconds. Then without saying a word, Chibiusa took off running, leaving a now angry Usagi, Shingo, and Harusuke behind.

"Hey! Get back here!" Usagi shrieked. "I'm not finished with you!"

But Chibiusa was already gone.

"Sometimes, I can't stand that kid!" Usagi growled.

A bit later, Luna, Harusuke, and Usagi met up just down the street.

"Chibiusa was probably just feeling lonely, is all," said Luna. "That's most likely why she snuck into your bed last night."

"Lonely?" puzzled Usagi.

"Yes, and you went and ragged her on because she wet your bed," Luna chided.

"Like you're one to talk," Usagi shot back. "Who was the one that did the same thing to me when she thought I was the one did it?"

"That has nothing to do with this," Luna said. "Besides, you usually deserve it. Anyway, you need to go find Chibiusa and say you're sorry."

"But Harusuke and I already promised to go shopping with the others this afternoon," pointed out Usagi.

"Promise or not, this isn't the time for that now, Usagi," scolded Harusuke. "If Chibiusa gets more upset, she might unleash her energy again at any given moment, which is why we have to find her quickly."

"Harusuke's right," said Luna. "Which is why we'll split up and go three different ways. Usagi will go one way, Harusuke will go the other, and I will go in the other way."

"Sounds like a plan," said Harusuke.

"Oh, alright," Usagi said reluctantly.

The three then went in separate directions beginning their search for Chibiusa.

Meanwhile, Chibiusa was now in the middle of downtown sitting on the steps of a pedestrian bridge by Juuban Park. She was still feeling very embarrassed and a little upset about what happened last night.

"What's Usagi's problem anyway? I'm just a kid," Chibiusa mumbled huffily. "Everyone wets the bed sometimes. I can't help that."

As she sat there, another memory came to the surface of her mind. She could remember how she wet the bed back in her home, but unlike Usagi, her mother comforted her rather than getting cross with her. The thought alone made her eyes well up with tears as she once again began to grow homesick. She dug into her shirt and took out the golden key that she wore around her neck. She could still remember the last time she activated it, which caused a lot of trouble back at the mall. She also didn't forget Puu's warning about using the key, but she was still desperate to get back home and willing to try, despite the risks.

"I'm sorry, Puu," Chibiusa said. "But I want to go home!"

She held up her key into the air activating its powers. It shone in bright pink light as a small white beam began to emit from it. The pinkette felt herself lift off the ground as a pink ring of clouds appeared above her.

"I did it!" Chibiusa gasped. "I'm going home!"

But her joy was very short-lived. As quickly as the cloud appeared, it disappeared, and Chibiusa fell back to the hard ground. Now Chibiusa was upset, her key having to have failed her again. She then began to cry and sob loudly as her forehead began to glow brightly as her crescent moon mark appeared on it again.

Luna was busily searching in the alleyway beside the street when something from above caught her eye. A familiar pillar of light.

"Oh, no! That's Chibiusa's energy!" Luna cried. "That's sure going to attract attention!"

The black cat took off, running as fast her legs could carry her.

At the same time, Harusuke was looking around downtown, walking along the sidewalk close to the mall. At that moment, he could see the pillar of light and immediately knew what it was.

"That light!" Harusuke gasped. "It's got to be Chibiusa! She's in trouble!"

Not hesitating for a second to spare, Harusuke took off sprinting, heading towards the light.

Chibiusa continued to cry and wail as the shine from her mark erupted from her forehead. Finally, she got tired and stopped crying in a few seconds, causing the light and the symbol to fade away. Then, when she calmed down, she heard a voice.

"Oh my. What seems to be the matter, my dear? Did something happen, Rabbit?"

Chibiusa jumped and felt her heart leap with terror as she looked down the stairs. Standing a few stairs down from where she was, was Berthier, one of the Spectre Sisters. Seeing that she was in danger, Chibiusa turned around, hoping to flee, but she found that another of the Spectre Sisters barred her way, which turned out to be Koan.

"Stop right there, Berthier," the purple-haired cat girl protested. "I spotted her first way before you did!"

"Is that a fact?" the white-haired woman spoke, raising a brow as she walked up the steps. "I got here before you did."

"In that case, let's make it a game," Koan spoke as she walked down the stairs. "The first person to kill the rabbit in the winner."

Chibiusa frantically looked to her left and right, seeing herself trapped by the two sisters, not knowing where to go as they closed in on her. Then, the Luna P ball came rolling from out of nowhere, happening to get underneath Berthier's foot, which caused her to fall. Seizing her chance, Chibiusa raced down the steps, stepping over Berthier in the process. But Koan jumped off the stairs and landed in front, cutting her off. Luna P shot forward, attempting to protect Chibiusa again, but Koan saw it coming and knocked it away with a quick swipe of her hand. However, another savior came rushing into Chibiusa's aid.

Luna pounced right into Koan's face with a fierce yowl, claws drawn and scratching as Koan let out a cry in surprise and pain. Now having a chance to run, Chibiusa raced away, with Luna P following in hot pursuit. Koan finally got Luna off of her as she swiped her with her claws, knocking her to the fence. Berthier and Koan were now very cross as they recovered, both sisters taking out makeup compacts and fixing their makeup.

"You won't get away with this, Rabbit!" Koan and Berthier hissed as they took off after finishing.

Luna could only watch from where she lay, injured and unable to move.

Meanwhile, Chibiusa continued running as she tried her best to stay out of sight, soon coming to an alley and hiding inside. Then, as the girl stopped to catch her breath, a hand touched her shoulder while another covered her mouth. She struggled as she tried to scream and break free, but then she heard a familiar voice speak into her ear.

"Take it easy, Chibiusa! It's just me! Calm down!"

Chibiusa looked up, and she was relieved to see that the hands that held her belonged to Harusuke.

"Harusuke! It's you!" Chibiusa gasped, tackling Harusuke in a hug. "Am I glad to see you!"

"Same here," Harusuke said. "Are you okay?"

"Harusuke! We need to get out of here!" Chibiusa cried, suddenly remembering. "Those girls are after me again! We need to run before they find us!"

"Sorry, Rabbit, but it's a little too late for that," said a voice.

"Besides, you're not going anywhere," said another. "Not until you're dead."

Harusuke and Chibiusa looked up and saw the other Spectre Sisters, Petz and Calaveras, standing before them. Harusuke immediately stepped in front of Chibiusa, protecting her from harm, as the two readied their weapons. Calaveras and Petz then suddenly remembered upon recognizing Harusuke's face.

"It's you! You're the boy who tackled me back at then!" Petz growled crossly, her hand sparking with black lightning.

"And punched me in the face!" Calaveras hissed, brandishing her whip. "What a perfect opportunity. The best part of this is that not only do I get to kill the Rabbit, but I also get to have some payback."

"What do you mean by that, Calaveras?!" demanded Petz. "If anything, I'm the one that needs payback, and for that matter, I'm not about to let you take credit in killing the Rabbit first!"

"Beauty before age, Sister!" Calaveras countered. "Besides, those are my words! I call dibs on those two!"

As the two sisters continued to argue, Harusuke saw his chance and scooped up Chibiusa into his arms, and took off running into the alley with Luna P following close behind. It wasn't long before the two realized what they had planned.

"GET BACK HERE!" The two yelled as Petz fired a black lightning bolt while Calaveras cracked her whip. Harusuke managed to get out of the alleyway just as the attacks shot right past him, but he kept on running as fast as he could.

"Damn it! Those two may be the worst when it comes to working together, but it's only a matter of time before they find us!" Harusuke thought. "I've got to contact the others and get help and buy Chibiusa some time!"

Then came to a stop and set Chibiusa down as he went to a corner.

"Listen to me, Chibiusa," said Harusuke. "You need to keep running and find a place to hide."

"But what about you?" Chibiusa cried fearfully.

"I'm going to lead those girls away and buy you time," said Harusuke. "And I'll also try to get help. But, in the meantime, stay out of sight and hidden."

Harusuke was about to leave when Chibiusa grabbed him by the wrist, her eyes filling up with tears of fear.

"No! Please don't leave me!" Chibiusa begged. "I don't want to be alone!"

"Chibiusa, listen to me. You need to be strong for me," said Harusuke calmly. "I know you're scared, but I'll be okay, and so will you. It's my job to worry about you, not the other way around. All that matters is that you're safe, and I'll do whatever it takes to protect you. Now, please, run. Hurry! I'll be back."

Before Chibiusa could interject any further, Harusuke had already taken off running, leaving her all alone with Luna P. As she watched him go, she then took off running, hoping that Harusuke would be safe.

Harusuke was now running back the way he came hoping to run into the Spectre Sisters so that he could distract them. However, he had yet to run into any of them.

"Geez! Where could they have gone?!" Harusuke complained to himself. "Figures. Whenever they come looking for us, they can find us no problem, but when we do all the looking, it's freaking difficult."

Just then, there was a massive stream of black lightning that shot out from out of nowhere, causing Harusuke to duck as the stream shot past his head instinctively. Petz and Calaveras then appeared.

"So you've finally come out of hiding," Calaveras cackled. "About time."

"Where's the Rabbit?" demanded Petz. "We know that she was with you! Tell us right now, and maybe we'll let you live, human!"

"Fat chance!" Harusuke spat. "I'll never tell you, old hags! You'll have to make me, first!"

Petz and Calaveras both grew red in the face from the insult and glared viciously at Harusuke.

"You dare call us names, you lowly human?!" Petz yelled, her hand sparking with power. "I'll make you pay for saying that!"

Harusuke then ran as Petz fired another blast of lightning, which narrowly missed his leg as the two sisters followed him in hot pursuit.

"Well, that got their attention!" Harusuke panted as he desperately continued to run. "The only issue is how long I can keep this up! They're going to catch up to me eventually, so I need to come up with a plan and fast!"

Meanwhile, Ami, Makoto, Ami, Minako, and Artemis waited for the Tsukino party to arrive at a bus stop.

"Usagi and the others sure are running late," said Ami as she looked at her watch. "I wonder what's taking them so long?"

"I hope nothing bad's happened to them," Makoto spoke worriedly.

"Knowing Usagi, she probably overslept," Rei said. "Heck, I wouldn't put it past her if she forgot and is probably holding Luna and Harusuke back."

"Well, we should wait a little bit longer," Minako soothed. "I'm sure they'll be here soon."

Then Artemis gasped, for he saw a startling sight. Still battered and weary, a particular black cat was staggering towards them, exhausted and weak.

"Luna!" Artemis cried as he immediately jumped out of Minako's arms and ran over to her.

The girls also hurried over as she collapsed to the ground.

"What in the world happened to you, Luna?!" Ami asked.

"B-Bad news... had to... warn you," Luna gasped as she struggled to speak. "The enemy... is going after Chibiusa."

"They're attacking her?!" gasped Rei.

"Where are they?!" asked Makoto.

"Near Juban Park, by the overpass," Luna continued to speak weakly. "Usagi... and Harusuke and searching for her too..."

"Then we'd better hurry!" Minako spoke urgently. "Artemis, look after Luna!"

And the four girls dashed away, leaving Artemis alone with Luna to tend to her wounds.

Back at the Tsukino residence, in Harusuke's room, everything was the same as Harusuke had left it when he left, but something strange was going on. The drawer in his desk, where he placed the broken halves of the bracelet, was now glowing brightly, rattling and shaking as if something was trying to get out. Finally, after a few seconds, the drawer popped open, and out from it came the broken pieces of the bracelet, which were the source of the glowing. They shot out from the drawer and then took off flying out of the window and into the wild blue yonder.

Back with Harusuke, he had run out of breath and was also a bit battered. He was trying his best to keep Calaveras and Petz distracted as best he could, but his body had begun to fail him as he stopped to take a breath. He had managed to run as far as the

"I think I managed to get far enough away from Chibiusa," Harusuke gasped as he wiped his brow. "Didn't think I could, but I did it. Now I have to try contacting the others."

He was just about to use his communicator when he heard a loud crack as something hit his communicator, knocking it out of his hand, also hurting it in the process. He looked to where it came from to see Calaveras step out from seemingly out of nowhere.

"There's nowhere for you to run, human," Calaveras cackled.

Harusuke took a couple of steps back and was about to run in the other direction, but then a stream of lightning shot out and blasted Harusuke in the midsection, making him scream in agony as he was shocked, falling to the ground with a thud.

Petz then came walking out, chuckling maliciously. "Consider that payback, Boy," Petz spoke, smiling sadistically. "I'd have killed you on the spot, but I want to take my time punishing you for always getting in my way."

Harusuke could only tremble as his body sparked with static. "D-Damn it. I can't move!" he groaned. "My body... feels so numb!"

As Harusuke struggled to get back up on his feet, he suddenly felt something wrap around his neck tightly, causing him to yelp, which turned out to be Calaveras' whip. Harusuke struggled as he desperately tried to prevent it from choking him, but it grew tighter and tighter, growing close to cutting off his oxygen.

Petz was once again angry. "Calaveras! What do you think you're doing?! He's mine!"

"You snooze, you lose, Sister!" Calaveras said. "I'll be the one to kill him! He owes me for damaging my face!"

"Not if I have anything to say about it!" Petz shrieked as she unleashed another blast of lightning.

The lightning hit Harusuke, causing him to cry in agony as he desperately tried to stay strong, his vision growing blurry with tears of pain while falling to one knee.

"I... I can't breathe, and my body's going numb!" Harusuke thought. "Someone...! Anyone! Please help me!"

Suddenly, two objects came shooting straight towards them from above, two strange comets of golden light. Before Petz and Calaveras had a chance to react, the two comets suddenly began to spin around and around Harusuke, forming a ring, and exploded in a bright burst of light, blinding the two Spectre Sisters. When the light eventually faded, and they could see again, Petz and Calaveras were shocked to see that the boy had disappeared.

"What the-! Where did he go?!" cried Petz.

"How should I know?!" Calaveras snapped. "He just disappeared!"

Harusuke found himself lying on his back, staring up what appeared to be the roof of a stone ceiling when he woke up. He groaned, feeling his throat as he sat up, still feeling a bit numb but alive.

"What the heck just happened?" wondered Harusuke. "One minute, I'm being choked and shocked to death; the next, I'm in some strange place."

He then looked around, trying to see where he was. He appeared to be in an open-aired room with familiar pillars made of white stone, and the sky colored in a deep black-blue filled with twinkling white stars. After a few seconds, he was quick to realize where he was.

"Wait, this is the Moon Kingdom!" Harusuke gasped. "But... how did I get here?"

"It is because I brought you here," said a voice.

Harusuke turned around and was surprised, for he was now standing face to face with a young woman with ordango hair colored white while wearing a beautiful white dress. He knew who this was.

"Q-Queen Serenity!" Harusuke gasped.

"Hello, my son," greeted the queen with a smile. "I'm glad that you are here. It seems as though you are in great need of help."

Harusuke suddenly remembered. "Yes, I am! Chibiusa is in great danger, and I couldn't do anything to help her! I don't have my bracelet to transform anymore, and I feel there's nothing else I can do to help! I don't even know why my bracelet broke in the first place!"

"Now, now. Everything will be fine," Queen Serenity said gently. "Besides, I think I know why your bracelet broke. It's because you're finally ready."

"Ready?" puzzled Harusuke. "Ready for what?"

"Allow me to explain," Queen Serenity said. "You see, the bracelet broke because it couldn't handle your ever-growing power as you grew stronger," She smiled proudly. "And now, the time has come for you to reach the next stage. As a future king and as a guardian."

At that moment, the two glowing comets reappeared, coming down from above. They flew and shot around, circling the two as they stopped hovering on Queen Serenity's right and left while Harusuke had become Prince Taiyou. The golden light then faded away, revealing the two broken halves of the bracelet.

"Now, hold out your hand," Queen Serenity said.

Prince Taiyou did so, and Queen Serenity held up her palm, revealing a small stone, a bright yellow color with a hint of silver. It then began to glow brightly, as did the broken halves of the bracelet, the three items floating over to the prince. The two halves encircled Prince Taiyou's right wrist and closed together while the stone slowly came to a rest on top of them, combining and becoming one.

The bracelet had now gained a new design. It was now 14 millimeters in width, still having the same colors of yellow and silver and the sunstone embedded on top of it.

Prince Taiyou could not believe his eyes. "My bracelet! It changed!" he gasped.

"It has indeed," smiled Queen Serenity. "You now possess the Sunstone Prism. It is a stone that belonged to our family and has incredible abilities. Just say, Solar Prism Power Blaze Forth to activate these powers. After that, you will have the same powers as you always did at your disposal and some new ones. These will reveal themselves in time. Until then, please continue to protect your sister along with your friends, my son. The stronger your bonds are with them, the stronger you will become. Never forget that."

Prince Taiyou smiled with pride as he gave his mother one last hug. "Thank you, Mother. I'll do my best."

When Harusuke opened his eyes, he found himself back in the real world, standing alone on top of a building. He looked around, feeling confused, but when he looked at his wrist and saw his new bracelet, a smile spread on his cheeks, but that smile didn't last long as he looked towards the town below.

"Hang on, Chibiusa," Harusuke said to himself. "I'm coming to save you."

Meanwhile, Usagi was still searching for Chibiusa in another part of town. So far, she had yet to find her, but as she went through a crosswalk, happening to look to her left, she spotted her. Just a few feet away, she saw Chibiusa crawl through an opening in a fence that protected a construction site.

"Now, where on Earth could she be going?" wondered Usagi as she followed her.

She went through the same hole that the little girl went through and quietly followed her. Chibiusa ventured deep into the site until she came to a stop just beside a barrier near a stack of steel beams. Usagi carefully made her way behind Chibiusa, ensuring she didn't see her.

"I know that it's going to be annoying, but I suppose I should apologize to her," Usagi thought to herself.

She peered out from her hiding place and was just about to reveal herself when Chibiusa pressed the button on Luna P, activating her video call function. In her left eye, the distorted image of Puu appeared once again.

"What seems to be the matter, Small Lady? You're crying," said Puu kindly. "Please don't cry. You're a strong girl, remember?"

"I can't help it," sniffed Chibiusa as she wiped her eyes. "I'm so scared, Puu."

"I understand that, but you must pull yourself together," Puu said. "You have powerful friends that are always there to help you out."

"No, I don't," Chibiusa spoke bitterly. "I don't have any friends at all."

"You know that's not true," Puu insisted. "The Guardians have always come to your rescue many times."

"Well yeah, but those bad guys are too powerful!" Chibiusa snapped, shivering with fear. "They're scary and too strong! Especially after what they did to my Mommy! Not even Daddy couldn't beat them! Or did you forget that!"

"Of course, I haven't, but I believe you might have forgotten something else," Puu spoke gently. "Do you remember when you were younger, there were guardians who always looked after you in the future capital? They were by your side whenever you needed them. Those same guardians are fighting to protect Crystal Tokyo, and even in the world you're in now as we speak. You must trust the Guardians, especially Sailor Moon. They will always do whatever it takes to help you."

And with that, Puu's picture disappeared. Feeling more alone and more desperate than ever, Chibiusa began to cry again while hugging Luna P.

Usagi, who had heard everything, was so shocked that she could not believe her ears. "So Chibiusa lost her Mom because of them?!" she thought. "How awful!"

Then came trouble as a familiar and malicious voice was heard.

"I finally found you, Rabbit! Bet you didn't think I'd find you hiding in here!"

Usagi immediately looked up and was horrified to see that Koan had now appeared having Chibiusa cornered. Not hesitating for a second, she slipped out from her hiding place and took out her brooch.

"Hang on, Chibiusa!" Usagi thought as she held up her brooch in the air. "MOON CRYSTAL POWER MAKE UP!"

Transformation Sequence: Usagi

Usagi holds up the Crystal Star brooch as it opens, revealing the Silver Crystal inside. Usagi waved her hand on the Silver Crystal, and it flashed it a bright short burst of pink light emitting a chime. It does it a second time, and on the third, it shines brightly, enveloping Usagi in its glow. Usagi then holds the brooch above her head, suspending it in between her hands, drawing it to the center of her torso, flipping it once before placing it in the center of her chest. She then spins around a few times as the crystal begins to glow even brighter than before in pink light. She holds her hands up as a pair of wings spring forth from her back while pink ribbons come out from the crystal wrapping around Usagi's body, forming her leotard. The wings on her back disappeared as more pink ribbons wrapped around her arms and hands, creating white gloves and red boots around her calves and feet. As the blue skirt appears around her waist, one more pink ribbon ties at her back as she does a kind of spread-eagle motion with one leg up, a glowing moon symbol appearing on her forehead. Her tiara, earrings, choker, and ordango covers appear, and Usagi, now Sailor Moon, finishes with her signature pose.

Chibiusa stood there frozen like a deer caught in the headlights having no place to run or to hide, while Koan, raising her hand, prepared to go for the kill. But then a voice came from above.

"Stop right there!"

Koan and Chibiusa looked up, and standing on an upper level of the incomplete building was someone that made Koan scowl with hate.

"Sailor Moon!"

"How dare you pick on that brave young girl from the future who came here all alone!" she spoke bravely, and she jumped, landing next to Chibiusa. "I am Sailor Moon! Now in the name of the moon, I'll punish you!"

Koan then smirked. "Pathetic and annoying as always," she scoffed with confidence. "But this time, I'm not alone."

No sooner than she said those words, Berthier, Calaveras, and Petz suddenly appeared much to Sailor Moon and Chibiusa's shock and horror as they introduced themselves.

"I'm Petz, the eldest sister!"

"Calaveras, the second oldest!"

"Berthier, third oldest!"

"And Koan, the youngest!"

"We're from the tenth planet in the Solar System, The Black Moon!" all four of them said. "We're the Spectre Sisters!"

Seeing the odds stacked against them, Sailor Moon and Chibiusa were frightened, but then they, along with the Spectre Sisters, heard the sounds of footsteps coming towards them. So they all turned in that direction and saw four girls approaching them.

Those four were the other Sailor Guardians.

"Sailor Mars!"

"Sailor Mercury!"

"Sailor Jupiter!"

"Sailor Venus!"

"We're the Sailor Guardians!" they all proclaimed as they stood before the Spectre Sisters protecting Sailor Moon and Chibiusa, the Guardian of the Moon overjoyed to see them, while Chibiusa was surprised.

The eight warriors then squared off against each other, four against four, the tension so high that you could cut it with a knife. Then the battle began!

Koan unleashed her Dark Fire while Sailor Mars fired Burning Mandala, the two fire attacks colliding and creating an explosion of blue and red fire. Berthier spun around as a torrent of water swirled around her body as she hurled it toward Sailor Mercury, only for the Guardian to duck out of the way just in the nick of time. Calaveras readied her whip while Sailor Venus summoned forth her Love Me Chain, and the two duked it out in a whip-on-whip fight, the sound of sharp cracking coming from their collisions. Petz unleashed a black lightning bolt at Sailor Jupiter, forcing the Guardian to jump to dodge. Sailor Jupiter counterattacked by throwing a punch, only Petz to sidestep the blow.

All Sailor Moon could do was watch as her four comrades fought the Spectre Sisters while shielding Chibiusa, praying for her friend's safety.

Harusuke was running as fast as he could, praying and hoping that he wasn't too late. Then he heard the sounds of the battle and followed the sound until he could see the construction site. Inside, there were flashing colored lights and fire, light, and even sparks.

"That's got to be where Usagi and the others are at!" Harusuke said as he came to a stop. "And I'm willing to bet that Chibiusa's there too!"

He then looked at his new bracelet and clenched his fist.

"Alright, then. Time to get back into action!" Harusuke said to himself. "I've wanted to do this for a long time!"

He raised his hand into the air while touching the stone and shouted his new transformation phrase.

"SOLAR PRISM POWER BLAZE FORTH!"

Transformation Sequence: Harusuke.

Harusuke holds up his hand as the stone on his bracelet shines bright in golden light. The stone lets out three pulses, the symbol of the Sun glowing inside of it on the third pulse. Harusuke is enveloped in silver and gold light as he jumps into the air, his clothes disappearing. The symbol of the sun appears just above him and goes down, phasing through his body, making his silver jumpsuit with gold lines on the sides materialize. Two smaller sun symbols go over his feet to his kneecaps, and his gold and metal boots and silver kneecaps appear. Around his waist, a ring of light wraps around it, forming a belt with a gold belt buckle in the shape of an oval. Harusuke then spreads his arms wide as two more light rings envelop his arms and hands, making gold gloves appear. The symbol of the sun appears in front of him now, and crashes into his chest, making his chest piece like before, now thicker and having shoulder guards. Finally, a helmet materializes above Harusuke's head, the design slightly different as he reaches and grabs hit, putting it on his head, not having a mouth protector. Harusuke opens his eyes, punches his hands together, and strikes his signature pose, the symbol of the sun appearing behind him with a star-filled background.

The battle continued to rage on while Sailor Moon kept a constant vigil over Chibiusa. Then, a volley of violet energy spheres shot out straight towards them from out of nowhere above. Not having enough time to react, Sailor Moon put herself between the attack and Chibiusa as the blasts struck her with a mighty explosion making her scream in pain.

"Sailor Moon!" cried Chibiusa, as she desperately tried to help Sailor Moon to her feet.

Just then, Rubeus appeared who was, of course, the one who attacked Sailor Moon and the girl, smirking malice.

"Playtime is over," Rubeus said. "Hand over the Rabbit now."

"Who are you?!" demanded Sailor Moon. "And why are you after this girl?!"

"Who am I? I am Crimson Rubeus, of the Black Moon Clan," he introduced. "We are on a mission to change the future of this town. And the only way for that to happen is for her to die!"

Rubeus raised his hands above her head, both of them sparkling with dark power preparing to attack again. Then he unleashed an even bigger volley of energy blasts hoping to end it with a single attack. Reacting quickly, Sailor Moon took Chibiusa in her arms and jumped, narrowly avoiding them in a single bound. However, there were too many blasts to dodge as Sailor Moon got struck again, sending her slamming into the wall, stunned and dazed as Rubeus cackled.

Chibiusa was horrified. "Sailor Moon! Sailor Moon!" she cried. "You have to get up! Sailor Moon!"

Sailor Moon battered, but she was still conscious, looked up at Chibiusa's crying face. She began to remember all the times she went through with her as she did. The good ones when she was smiling, and the bad ones like when she wet the bed.

"She's precocious, mischievous, and pretty annoying," Sailor Moon thought. "And yet, I can't seem to hate her."

Rubeus then appeared behind Chibiusa, causing the girl to look at him with terror as he raised his hand to go for the kill. The other Sailor Guardians tried to help, but they couldn't because they had their opponents.

"It's all over for you, Rabbit," Rubeus smirked. "Time for you to die!"

But at that moment, Sailor Moon forced herself to get back up and bravely glared at Rubeus. "Not just yet. I won't get beaten so easily!" she spoke with determination. "I will protect her with my life!"

Rubeus was surprised seeing Sailor Moon so determined, but then, he sensed something coming and instinctively jumped back as a rose pierced the ground where he once was. The three then looked up, and Tuxedo Mask was on top of a crane.

"How dare you threaten a young girl's life?!" Tuxedo Mask spoke bravely. "I will not forgive you!"

"Go to hell!" Rubeus barked as he fired another volley of energy blasts with a wave of his hand.

Tuxedo Mask jumped off the crane in time to dodge the blasts as he landed in front of Sailor Moon and Chibiusa. Rubeus attacked again; this time, Tuxedo Mask counterattacked by throwing a volley of roses which canceled out Rubeus' energy blasts on contact with a mighty explosion. Rubeus couldn't believe his eyes but grew all the more irritated.

"I've had enough of your tricks!" Rubeus growled, barring his teeth. "I'll just kill all three of you!"

Then suddenly, a ball of light came shooting from out of nowhere from his right, forcing Rubeus to jump back to dodge as the blast exploded, the light forcing him to shield his eyes.

"Now what?!" demanded Rubeus.

Sailor Moon, Chibiusa, and Tuxedo Mask looked in the direction of origin. Walking towards them was a single shadowed figure who was coming towards them.

"You got some nerve going after a helpless kid!" the figure spoke in a familiar voice. "Children are seeds of the future and should be protected with tender loving care and from heartless monsters like you who would dare to even think of killing them!"

Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask gasped, knowing who the voice belonged to, but they almost couldn't believe it.

"No way!" gasped Sailor Moon. "It's not possible!"

"Can it be?" wondered Tuxedo Mask.

They got their answer soon enough, for as the lone figure stepped into the light of the sun, revealing his true identity as he spoke his heroic speech.

"I am the knight with the brilliance of the Sun and the courage of a warrior who fights for love and justice!" he proclaimed. "I am Solaris the Sun Knight! And in the name of the sun, with my blinding rays, I'll scorch you!"

The other Guardians, who were still fighting their respective counterparts, happened to glance over at Solaris and were shocked as well.

"I don't believe it! Solaris is back!" cried Sailor Mercury.

"But how?!" wondered Sailor Jupiter. "I thought he lost his powers!"

"So, another pathetic Guardian makes his appearance!" Rubeus scowled. "How irritating!"

"Sailor Moon! Tuxedo Mask! Take care of Chibiusa!" Solaris spoke. "I can take care of this guy!"

"But Solaris, how are you here?!" Sailor Moon asked, still feeling confused. "I thought that you-"

"I'll explain everything later," Solaris interrupted. "Right now, I've got a bad guy to beat.."

"Don't get cocky, Human!" Rubeus scowled. "Do you honestly think that you have a chance of beating me on your own?"

"I don't know. Let's find out!" Solaris roared as he kicked off the ground and launched himself straight at Rubeus, his hand balled up into a fist.

As he swung, Rubeus stepped to the side, dodging the blow, and countered with a punch of his own. Solaris immediately blocked the strike using the back of his other hand, which sent him skidding back a few feet. Rubeus then unleashed a volley of energy blasts, but Solaris took a great leap shooting himself high. Then something strange happened. Instead of coming down as he should have, Solaris stayed up in the air for some reason.

"What the! What's going on?!" Solaris cried as he somewhat flailed a bit. "Why aren't I coming down?!"

"Solaris is flying?!" Sailor Moon cried. "I didn't know he could do that!"

Tuxedo Mask and Chibiusa weren't so sure.

Rubeus immediately jumped up and fired multiple blasts again, seeing his opponent open. Solaris quickly ducked, bent, and dipped, dodging the attacks while hovering. Rubeus clicked his tongue as he leaped into the shooting straight for Solaris.

"Come on! Come on! Now would be a good time to come down now!" Solaris thought frantically. "Come on! Make me go down already!"

Then at that moment, as if something had listened to him, Solaris suddenly dropped down, avoiding Rubeus in the nick of time. Luckily, Solaris fired a beam of light for his hand and bound it to the surface of a steel beam from above, and swung down towards the ground until he landed safely on it. Rubeus then saw Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Mask, and Chibiusa. He immediately shot straight towards the three when he saw Chibiusa, his hand sparking with power. Solaris saw this, and in one jump forward, he cut Rubeus cut and shot towards him, and before the crimson-haired male had a chance to react, Solaris clocked him in the cheek with a wicked punch sending him smacking into the wall of the building back first. As Rubeus recovered, he felt his cheek stinging with pain and grew even more irritated, his eyes filling with anger.

"You managed to injure me. That's rarely ever happened," Rubeus spoke, his voice soaked with venom. "I've been taking it easy on you before, but now, you shall feel the full fury of Crimson Rubeus' flames!"

Rubeus spread out his hands, both of them igniting with red-violet flames, preparing to unleash them. Solaris was worried.

"Oh, man! He's not joking around!" Solaris thought. "If I don't do something, he's going to kill us! I'll have to stop his attack right here! The Nova Flare should be able to do it!"

Just then, he heard the mysterious voice from his dreams inside his mind.

"That won't be enough, Solaris! You must use your new powers to their fullest to protect your loved ones! Concentrate! Focus your anger against the evil force and unleash it from your Sunstone Prism!

Solaris was surprised to hear this, but he did as the voice said. He clenched his right hand into a fist, bringing it back across his chest. The Sunstone Prism on his bracelet began to glow brightly, covering his fist with golden-colored flames. On the other hand, Rubeus had charged enough power, brought his hands together, created an evil red-purple fire, and unleashed a mighty torrent. As the flames came shooting towards him, Solaris unleashed his attack too.

"SOLARIS ARROW OF SOL!"

The Guardian of the Sun unleashed a mighty blast of flames, taking the shape of an arrow canceling out Rubeus' flames in a matter of seconds and continuing towards him. Rubeus's eyes went wide in shock and terror as the arrow of golden flames hit, exploding with a mighty kaboom. The Spectre Sisters and the Guardians hearing the explosions, stopped fighting as the Spectre Sisters gasped in horror for their beloved Master.

"Master Rubeus!" the four sisters cried.

Rubeus seemed defeated, but he suddenly appeared from above, his body slightly burned as he held his arm in pain. As he hovered there, he looked down straight at Solaris, seeming to recognize the attack he just did, which made him shocked and unnerved. Then he turned towards his faithful pawns.

"Spectre Sisters! Retreat for now!" Rubeus ordered.

Not daring to go against his orders, Koan, Berthier, Calaveras, and Petz disappeared, fleeing to their dimension. Rubeus then turned his attention to his enemies.

"Make no mistake! In due time, I'll have my revenge!" Rubeus cried angrily. "You'll all pay!" He looked down at Solaris. "Especially you, Solaris!"

And with that, Rubeus disappeared.

A few moments later, the other guardians were amazed and surprised to see Solaris but were more than happy to see him.

"I can't believe this," said Sailor Mars. "You finally got your powers back, Solaris."

"Yeah, about time, right?" chuckled Solaris. "I'll say this much, it's good to be back, and I'm glad that you're all safe and well."

"That goes double for us," said Sailor Venus. "Welcome back, Solaris."

"Thanks, Sailor Venus," said Solaris.

Then the Guardians turned their attention to Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask, who were with Chibiusa, who had their back turned.

"Chibiusa, listen, I need you to tell me the truth," Sailor Moon spoke gently. "You came from the future, but what did those people mean about the tenth plan and the Black Moon Clan? And what did they do to your mother?"

Chibiusa looked up at Sailor Moon, her eyes shining with tears trying not to cry, but after a few seconds, she broke down and jumped into Sailor Moon's arms, weeping as she clung.

"Sailor Moon! Please, Sailor Moon! Help my Mommy! Save her from those bad people!" Chibiusa sobbed. "Puu told me that you and the other Guardians could help me! Please! Please help me!"

Everyone was completely silent and at a loss for words, and Chibiusa continued to cry, clinging to Sailor Moon as tight as she could.

At the stronghold of the Black Moon Clan, Wiseman sat alone, waving his hands over his crystal ball.

"No matter how beautiful a flower is, even the fairest withers with time," Wiseman said to himself. "So inevitably, the city of Crystal Tokyo, along with the Rabbit's beautiful mother, will have the same ending."

As Wiseman chuckled with triumph, a projection of the future queen of Earth appeared before him, the woman strongly resembling a certain ordango blonde.
