At The Silver Dragon…
The girls arrived at the popular restaurant and the humble grandmother provided the meal that she promised them.
Yen Lin could already sense the power radiating from within the girls already and knows who the Heart of the new Guardians was already. Her energy flowed and each one of the girls was connected to her already. She can see their elements. Hay Lin, the element of Wind, Taranee element of Fire, Irma element of Water, Cornelia element of Earth, then Will, the Keeper of the Heart of Kandrakar. It was time for the Guardians to return and stop the Wrath of Phobos once and for all. Yen Lin looked to the closet and took a deep breath to inform the child of the destiny they were thrust into.
"Would you all like to hear an old story?" She offered as the teens looked confused but chalked it up as an old people thing.
"Grandma, I don't think my friends would like to hear a story." Hay Lin chuckled nervously but her grandmother only smiled.
"You would love to hear this one."
Yen Lin then put the box on the table as she used her magic to project the universe and the fabric of realities that existed. The girls were enthralled and stunned by the visions projected before them. The cosmos was truly glorious.
"We live in a universe where reality branches and stretches across time and space, where both the forces of darkness and light are constantly fighting for control, their collisions birth worlds. In a time long ago, these worlds were connected, but one world, a world balanced completely of Light and Darkness, magic thrives has brought forth a terrible wrath to other worlds, Meridian. Once blessed with peace, their ruler, the Goddess Queen Weira Escanor passed away."
She then showed the flames of war from long ago.
"This brought The Great Chaos, where members of the royal family, lords, ladies, generals, and those who starved for power began to fight each other. Only one was victorious, Phobos the Monster King, the long-lost son of Weira. But his hatred for his fellow Children of Escanor was so great, he with the Galhot took control and enslaved the Escanor. He would soon provoke an imbalance in the worlds, thus forcing the guardians to move against him."
"I was one of the Guardians of long ago who fought against him. Together with my team, we were able to quarantine Meridian, keeping Phobos and his magic in." The grandmother concluded, "But it seems the magic that traps him is beginning to wane. And Phobos will soon begin his plans once again. We do not know what he will do, but whatever it is will cause the death of many."
At the Castle of Phobos…
Phobos was meditating as he could feel the power of the Guardians once again…
"So, the Guardians know their little spell is fading and I doubt they would be content with sealing this world away… I will have to deal with them soon." He muttered to himself but his daughter, Oona was listening.
"Father, are you okay? You soon troubled."
Phobos smiled at his child as he clasped her hands.
"It is nothing for you to worry about, my dear. I shall deal with the Guardians but this time, they will not stop the plan again."
"A world without hatred and slavery?"
"That is right. The world will soon belong to us forever."
