A/N: Hi again!!! : ) So, like I said, I was planning on writing a Death fanfic, and here I am! So you won't get confused, this story starts right after Puss In Boots 2 and I like to think that Death has his own pals he hangs out with when not killing or getting souls, and that place is no where in the universe, yet, it's real. WARNING, this story WILL be long, but I'll be fun for me to write, just please enjoy and have fun!

"So then I was like, what the hell? If this feline doesn't even love his life, then might as well take it, you know." Death explained to the Legends.

He was in the bub with the rest of the Folk Tales, the total opposite of those strange fairytale creatures. The bub was, obviously, in the Beyond, not in the real world, all of them were both real and not at the same time.

"Sooo, did you get him?" Asked the Tooth Fairy, who they all named Tooth.

"Are you kiding?" Death took a sip of his beer, "Let's just say he was one of those few afraid of me." Death explained, he was quite famous among the gang, and he didn't mind, one bit.

Leprechaun sighed. "That's good and all, Killer, but you know how the boss is gonna be when he hears it."

The others murmured in agreement.

Death scoffed. "Come on guys, how's he gonna know?"

"Because he's right behind you." Big Foot said with a half-hearted expression and pointed behind Death.

Oops.

In his office, Bluebeard glared at Death.

Who looked behind him, and and to his left and right. "Sir, ugh, listen, let's just forget everything that happened and-"

"For how long have you been hired?" His boss interrupted him.

"Ugh, dunno, since the fifteenth century?"

"And it should be much more if you want to keep your job." Bluebeard sighed. "Death, you know you're my most priced employee, and I can't lose you."

"I know, I know you and everyone loves me here and... " Death stopped, and looked at his boss with shock. "Hold on, lose me?"

Bluebeard stood up and, with his hands behind his back, walked back and forth. "Yes. You have been more violent with your job lately, and although having Death as your title may be pleasing, you also have to take care of it, if you don't want to trade places with Wendigo."

"Here I am boss." From the door in the left side of Bluebeard's desk, came in the tall, deer with four fingers, who walked on two feet, and weared a mask to not reveal his terrifying face.

While to many, many Wendigo looked like the greatest nightmare, to Death, he looked like a mammal fooling himself.

Nothing scared him. What could be more terrifying than himself? Death? His own name?

"You're joking? What, is it April Fools or something today?" Death said. "You're not giving my job to him, he's a terrible, terrible man. Heck, he won't be able to handle the power of Death."

"Ouch." Wendigo said sarcasticly, rolling his eyes.

He and Death didn't get along at all almost since the first time they met, they would always love to argue just for the sake of arguing.

"And he can and may." Bluebeard snapped. "If you don't mature by in three days, you will be fired out of this business, and have your own life taken, of course. Trust me, you do not want to end up like Rim Reaper."

Rim Reaper was a human who had the name of Death before before the wolf succeeded him. He had been fired ever since he took advantage of his power that came with his job.

Death stared at the deer and pirate, then, growling, got up.

"You see this?" He asked, pointing to his frown. "This, right here, frowning, is your best employee. In case you're wondering, no. He's not happy."

Bluebeard and Wendigo watched as he made his way to the door, grabed the door knob, and pulled it.

Only to not fudge.

"Darn this thing..." Death said, twisting it and pulling it.

"It's closed." Bluebeard said.

"Yeah, no joke."

The captain then nodded at Wendigo, who grabed the key and unlocked the door.

Death then glared at his rival before closing the door and leaving the place.

Outside, Death leaned against the door and sighed. He knew that eventually, he would eventually lose his job, but not get fired.

He then grabed one of his sickles and stared at his reflection.

He stood up straight. "No one replaces me as Death."

He then left and prepared to take souls.
