Hiccup and Toothless made their way to the group of dragons waiting around.

"You guys, we need you to help set up camp. So I'd like two of you to go help make a clearing near the big rock over there, and the other I'd like to go scout around and see if there's any fallen trees we can get some wood from, for a fire. I don't care how you decide who does what, but we need to get it done. The others have left already so it'll only be your riders, Skullcrusher, and us three. So the area we need won't be too big for the campsite. We'll go fish in the river nearby after. So the faster the better." Hiccup explained.

"And what are you going to do?" Asked one of the dragons in the group.

"We're going to make sure there are no more human, dragon incidents that could cause problems. And make sure this one." Hiccup hooked his thumb over his shoulder. "Doesn't have a heart attack trying to get you guys to do what I just asked you to."

"It seems like you're just being lazy and don't want to do it yourself."

"That may be true, a little, but you." He pointed at the Nightmare. "Have already done basically half the work on accident. Not the cleanest it could have been done but hey, less work now than it was. Now come on. Get this done so we can settle in for the night." Hiccup turned around to his father. "They'll get going here in a minute. Now, is there anything else that needs to get done before Gobber gets here?" Hiccup asked. Stoick stroked his beard trying to think.

"I suppose there isn't." Stoick grumbled.

"Alright then. One of the three behind me is about to go scout for some dead or fallen over trees that we can get wood from easily. So once they come back we can head out there and get wood for the fire. I guess until then keep yourself entertained." The group separated, Stoick walking over to the other humans and Hiccup and Toothless made their way over to the campsite.

"So what do you think bud?" Hiccup stood in the overgrown grass. "Here, to like…" He walked through the grass, tamping it down a bit to make a line. "Here. Then connect it to the already burned part."

"Yeah that should be big enough I think. It'll give everyone some space to spread out when we sleep too."

"You know what's funny? I didn't even think about that. This'll be the first time they're going to have to sleep with their dragons. Should be kinda funny watching them come to that realization." Hiccup chuckled.

"You think it's going to be an issue?"

"No. They're tough, and kinda have no choice. Unless they want to be cold or sleep uncomfortably close to the fire. But given that the ones that have stayed have accepted that dragons could become a part of their life. So having to sleep with them to use their body heat won't be too big of a sell."

Two of the three dragons came over to them ready to help. Hiccup walked over to where he marked and instructed the pair where he wanted the camp to end. Hiccup made sure that they didn't over do the burning and had them dig a small hole for the fire. Hiccup praised them and told them to rest while they waited on word about firewood. The third dragon came back and informed them about a few trees they thought looked good.

"Hey dad." Hiccup called out. "You want to go collect wood with us?"

The large man walked over. "What?"

"I said, do you want to go get wood for the fire with us? We found some downed trees that we can easily get wood from so we were gonna go grab quick."

"I suppose I could come sure."

"Alright then go grab Skullcrusher and lets get going. It would be nice to be done with everything before Gobber gets here and we have to deal with that. Cause while I don't think it'll take a lot to get him calmed down, he's still Gobber."

"Gods, yeah. Let me get Skullcrusher and I'll be ready." Stoick walked away and Hiccup climbed on Toothless' back. He patted and scratched the Night Fury's head.

"This was a good idea bud. Even though we haven't done a whole lot, it's been fun."

"I was thinking the same thing. Tomorrow will be fun too. Get to show off a little." Toothless flapped his wings and got them into the air.

"Like you don't show off enough." Hiccup teased. The dragon chuckled. "You know what? I'm going up against you tomorrow."

"You think you can bring back a kill before I can? You know I'm me, right?"

"Gods do I." Hiccup huffed.

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Nothing."

"I'm gonna drop you." Toothless threatened.

"No you won't." There was a pause.

"Okay, I won't. But I thought about it." Toothless said. Hiccup leaned forward, laying himself down against his dragon.

"Love you." Hiccup kissed the back of Toothless' neck.

"More than the world." Toothless respond. Hiccup laid his head down. "Something wrong?"

"Nothing more than what's already. And just doing some thinking."

"Dangerous."

"Yeah well someone has to do it."

"Wasn't the reason that we came on this trip is to get away from what's happening for a few days?"

"Well yeah, but I can't help it."

"Seems so. But what's who you are. Always gotta be worried about something or someone. Save you a lot of stress if you didn't though."

"'I'm well aware."

"But hey, worrying is good for someone in your position. It means you care, like we talked about before."

Stoick grouped up with them.

"Ready?" The large man asked.

"Yep, we'll be following the nadder that left a bit ago." Hiccup looked around for them and spotted them with the other two who were resting. "Hey." he called down to them "Come show us where you found those trees." He motioned for them to come up to the four of them.
