Just like yesterday, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage woke up to their original guest room. They all went to Coraline's room to check on her to make sure she's still back.

Thankfully like yesterday, Coraline was back into her own original room.

Coraline woke up to see Shaggy, Scooby, Courage and herself in her real world room. She groaned, and she looked at the door.

"Hey, look, the cheddar! It's gone!" Coraline exclaimed.

"Like, yeah...it is," Shaggy said, his tone was clearly anxious.

"What's the matter with you?" Coraline snapped playfully.

Courage spoke up for his best friend, despite his best efforts to not sound like a raving lunatic, he still couldn't stop himself from sounding like he had gone insane anyway, "I know you're gonna think we're crazy...but there's something wrong with that door. That place...it's just...too perfect to be real."

Coraline scoffed, and she went downstairs with Phineas following her. Shaggy, Scooby and Courage continued to tell Coraline facts that point to the Other World being dangerous. They had to do what they could to stop her...but why would she listen to them?

"Roraline, we're serious. Rhat Other Mother is suspicious," Scooby protested.

"Worry worts," Coraline murmured.

They got to the little door...but it was locked this time.

This confused and relieved the three best friends.

Like phew! It's locked. Shaggy thought, breathing all of his anxiety out.

Coraline was a little discouraged at it. She tried to pull it, but it wouldn't budge. She obviously had little time to ponder the next in moment her parents called her and her friends for breakfast.

The kids, puppies, the real Mel and Charlie were in the Punch Buggy going into town to do some errands.

Scooby still pondered over the little door. Why would it be locked? Did Mel perhaps lock it? Did the Other Mother lock it to make Coraline wanna go even more?

During the car ride, Coraline once again talked about the Other World.

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage were quiet the whole time.

Courage couldn't get it out of his head, what did this Other Mother want with Coraline...and possibly even him and his best friends? He remembered how he felt after the dragon snappers...he'd and his friends forgotten their suspicions for a split few seconds.

Courage shivered, the horror of it had yet to fully sink in, he and his best friends needed to be careful before they too, started to fall under that spell Coraline seemed to be falling under. As he was lost in thought, Coraline continued to talk about it.

"There were garden squash like balloon animals and snapdragons," Coraline explained, "Oh, and upstairs, I saw a real mouse circus. Not pretend the crazy man's in our house."

Charlie and Mel aren't listening to Coraline as usual.

"You sure you won't come?" Charlie asked.

Mel indicates to her neck brace, "Don't fret, Charlie, they'll love the new catalog. At least, they'll love my chapters."

Charlie gives her an 'aren't you funny' look, opens door. Mel looked back at Coraline.

They pulled into their destination, and Charlie took the catalog. Mel didn't go in with him because he was taking Coraline, Shaggy, Scooby and Courage to get Coraline's school uniform.

It made Shaggy feel better about his school considering they didn't have to wear uniforms. Individuality was a gift he liked a lot.

The cowardly trio were quite quiet in the car ride...so quiet everyone except Coraline forgot they're even in the car. Shaggy sat down, and twiddled his thumbs awkwardly, dreading that Mel or Charlie would ask his opinion about the Other World. Of course fate was a cruel mistress.

"Shaggy, Scooby and Courage were there too!" Coraline said.

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage did a bit of a beheading 'leave us out of this' sign at her, but she ignored it.

"He saw it all! The mouse circus, the garden, everything!" Coraline insisted.

Mel then gave Shaggy, Scooby and Courage a look that would make then, had they been hiding a deep dark secret, squeal their secrets like a truth serum would have made them do. The three shrank back stating they didn't want to be a part of this discussion. They've tried looking away, but every time they looked back at her, she still stared at them.

"Like, I might have seen it," Shaggy mumbled.

"Shaggy!" Coraline yelled.

"Rell, it could be just a dream," Scooby said, and then he mumbled, "Rinda hope it is only a dream."

"Anyway, I did not call him crazy, Coraline," Mel said, "He's DRUNK."

Charlie leaned in to Coraline, pinched her nose, "Well, I guess I'll see you around, you dizzy dreamer."

Coraline cut him off, embarrassed, "Dad! I'm not five anymore," she complained.

Charlie then left, and Mel drove to the shop where apparently they were having a sale on school uniforms. Just looking at the uniforms made the kids and puppies gag in disgust.

Courage then noticed something that caught his eye, in the book section of the store, and a book titled read 'Deaths in The Pink Palace.' It made his heart jumped.

Courage walked over there, grabbed the book and opened it and went through it. They were all mostly small deaths, but there were only three cases in which the bodies haven't been found.

His mouth went dry, and he tasted metal on his tongue. A chill ran through him as he remembered Miss Spink's words. You and your friends are in terrible danger.

Is this all connected to the Other World? Courage thought before placing the book back, he went back to tell his best friends of his unsettling discovery.

Getting back to the kids and Scooby he whispered to Shaggy and Scooby, "Psst! Guys!"

Getting up, Shaggy and Scooby followed Courage to the book section.

Shaggy furrowed his brow, "What is it little pink dude?"

"Guys I just read a book called 'Deaths in the Pink Palace' and I think it's connected to the Other World," Courage told his friends seriously.

Shaggy and Scooby took all that in, feeling terrible foreboding in their blood that something worse would come to more they go back to the Other World.

"Like, what if we're next man?" Shaggy asked, his voice came out barley a whisper.

"Raggy, don't say that!" Scooby exclaimed, feeling fear running rampant through his body like a virus, infecting every part of him.

Terrible foreboding hung over the store crushing them with its heavy weight.

Finally, Courage forced the words out, as he thought about what happened to their temporary forgotten suspicions yesterday, "Guys, do you remember when he almost forgot why we came to the Other World?"

Shaggy and Scooby stared at each other for a bit and felt chills running through their spines.

"R-Reah," Scooby stammered out.

"Well we need to be careful!" Courage's heart begin to race, "Guys, no matter how things in the Other World seemed great and fun, don't forget the real reason why we came with Coraline."

Shaggy and Scooby looked at one another and looked back Courage and nodded, feeling very unsettled by the fact they're almost under that Other World's spell.

"Boys! Let's go!" Mel called from the other part of the store.

Mel paid for the clothes, and they three headed off. Shaggy, Scooby and Courage sat in the back, being extremely silent as Mel and Coraline argued again. They hated seeing an argument, but they didn't want to get involved with them either.

"So what do you think is in the other apartment?" Coraline asked.

"I don't know. Not a bunch of Jones imposters," Mel said.

"Then why'd you lock the door?" Coraline asked.

"Oh, I found some rat droppings and I thought you and friends would feel safer," Mel replied.

That got the cowardly trio instantly paying attention to the conversation. Even Coraline's mother, who didn't really pay attention to Coraline's ranting about the Other World, was talking about safety regarding that door…

"They're JUMPING mice, Mom," Coraline snapped, "And the dreams aren't dangerous. They're the most fun I've had since we've moved here."

"Rey!" Scooby protested.

Coraline sighed, "Besides you, guys."

"Your school might be fun," Mel offered.

"With those stupid uniforms?! Right!" Coraline snapped.

"Like, yeah...even I wouldn't have fun in that," Shaggy said.

Mel gave Shaggy a scowl that made Shaggy whimper shrink back into the seat again. He knew getting involved would get him in trouble.

This whole trip has been nothing like Shaggy, Scooby and Courage hoped. Not only were they worried about Coraline's safety, but now Shaggy was getting scowled at for sticking up for her...He almost wanted to go home.

Shaggy rather be sitting at home alone than getting evil looks from his friend's mother.

Mel then sighed as she returned her attention to Coraline, "Had to give it a try," she said.

The rest of the drive was completely silent. When they got back to the house, the kids and puppies sat at the table as Mel opened the fridge.

"How do you kids feel about a mustard-ketchup-salsa wrap for lunch?" Mel asked.

The thought made Shaggy, Scooby and Courage throw up in there mouths a little bit. Courage swallowed the puke and he had to admit...the puke tasted better than the wrap would have.

Coraline, carrying in the bags from outside, made a face, "Are you kidding me?"

"Mmm ... Had to go food shopping anyway. Dad's planning something special," Mel said.

Coraline glared, and replied, "Grossgusting," while sitting on the chair of the table, and setting down her hat.

"You wanna come along?" Mel asked, grabbing her purse, and said, "You and your friends can pick out something you like."

"Oh. Like the gloves," Coraline replied.

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage looked at one another with confusion, clearly something happened while they're in the book section.

"Look, Coraline," Mel sighed, "If things go well today, I promise I'll make it up."

"That's what you always say," Coraline mumbled in despondency.

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage admitted...they'd hate hearing that all the time from Shaggy's parents especially if they neglected him so much...the least they could do is buy her a cheap little pair of gloves she'd like. Mel left with a bit of a depressed, guilty look. Now the three best friends felt for Mel. They've know they're trying. They are...even though they ignore her all the time, they are trying.

Mel gave her daughter a worried look, adjusted her grip of her purse, opened the door, and said, "Won't be long," then closed the door, leaving the house.

Coraline stared away from the door, but soon smirked, and said, "But I might be."

"Rhat?" Scooby questioned.

"Oh, sorry, WE might be," Coraline corrected herself.

"You're not-" Courage began with a fearful frown.

"Oh yeah."

The three friends froze as they came to a horrifying revelation and give each other terrified glances, "Oh-no/Ro-no."

Coraline soon opened the key drawer, looking for the key to the small door, but couldn't find it, looked around, but then smiled, and saw the key hanging on the wall. She closed the key drawer, grabbed a chair, a few books, and went up to get it using a fork. After a few swats, she got the key.

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage followed her, and they saw her as she approached the door.

"Roraline, there's a reason your mom locked it-" Scooby clarified, with a pit in his stomach, but he was cut off by Coraline.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah," Coraline ignored him, "I just gotta know."

Coraline then put the key into the keyhole, unlocked it, then looked left and right to make sure her real parents weren't around, and opened the door. The kids and puppies closes their eyes. They opened their eyes to find that the tunnel soon was extended.

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage got looks of worry and fear.

"I knew it was real," Coraline whispered excitedly.

Shaggy, Scooby and Courage looked at one another and gave fear glances at each other and gulped, they already knew that this was going to be bad.

"Oh, I just know something bad is going to happen, or my name is Archibald. And it's not," Courage said in alarm.

The Black Cat from outside perched on the wet window sill, observed the kids and puppies as they disappeared into the tunnel with a look of concern and jumped off.

Well that's all for now. This is vakarns sighing out.
