Me: Hello everybody, my name is Tokuniverse11 and welcome to JRWBY: Knight of the Seasons!

Now we're going to start things is by having a trailer as the first chapter of JRWBY: Knight of the Seasons. This chapter covers our protagonist Jaune beginnings before his first steps into Beacon Academy, getting to know how different he is compared to canon.

Again I was so inspired by 'An Arc for every season' by vendetta543. The huge difference is that this story has a harem albeit just Jaune with Maiden RWBY (Lancaster/White Knight/Knightshade/Dragonslayer) and no one else while vendetta543's story doesn't do that, so if any of you dislike the harem here then go to 'An Arc for every season'.

Also again JRWBY has a thing with Role-Playing Games both Video and Tabletop.

And here with is my helper midnightson41!

midnightson41: Hey What's Up Everybody! I have no Idea what I'm Doing here but I'm Glad to have been of help and be here For the First Chapter of JRWBY: Knight of the Seasons now this has been in Development for a while now and both Tokuniverse and myself have spent Months Putting our Heads together to Hopefully Create Worthy AU for 'An Arc for every Season' once again Shout Out to vendetta543 for not only Creating an Awesome Story that inspired us to make this but for Giving us his Blessing to Write this You Rock Vendetta543 and we can't wait for the next Chapter now I'm going to stop Rambling and get this Show on the Road.

Update: vendetta543 has revised and corrected this chapter, much appreciation to him for it!

Let's begin.

Chapter 0: J Trailer

"This just in, another settlement was forced to be abandoned due to a recent spike in Grimm activity-"

"Haven Headmaster, Leonardo Lionheart, refused to comment on Pyrrha Nikos' shocking decision to apply for Beacon-"

"Faunus Civil Rights movement plan to do their protest on Saturday-"

"Atlas has made moves in securing their borders-"

"Another robbery has occurred by the notorious criminal-"

The television was turned off by an irate customer, "Come on, isn't there anything interesting to watch besides the news?" he said, putting the remote down.

"I'm afraid that's all we have right now, sir," the waitress said as she poured coffee into the man's mug.

"Charlotte! Order up!" A man from behind the counter called out.

"Excuse me. Coming, Dad!" Charlotte said as she left for the kitchen.

The customer dug into his food as the father-daughter duo talked. The place he'd gone to was a family-owned diner that looked down on its luck. The interior looked poor and rundown, and judging by the empty seats didn't have much luck attracting customers either.

The doors suddenly burst open, revealing a blonde teenage boy with his arm leaning on the door and both hands grasping his stomach as it growled loudly.

Everyone stared in silence before Charlotte spoke up, "Um, can I help you-"

"Please, I need to have food, I'm starving here!" The boy yelled as he ran to the nearest booth seat.

Charlotte looked at her dad briefly and he got to cooking. She brought over some breakfast to the blond boy who, after a quick thanks, immediately started devouring the food like a ravenous Grimm, much to the amusement of Charlotte and her dad. Having some fuel in his stomach for a bit, the boy made a relieved smile.

"Ahh I needed that."

"So, uh, what's your name, may I ask?"

"Name's Jaune Arc. Short, sweet, and rolls off the tongue. Nice to meet you." He introduced himself with a goofy grin, which made Charlotte chuckle.

"Nice to meet you too, Jaune. So what brings you over to these parts?"

"I was on my way to Vale, but I got hungry and found out that my teacher didn't pack me any food, so I was just wandering around until I saw this place," Jaune said.

"Really? What kind of teacher would do that?" Charlotte took another look at Jaune and saw that he was carrying a sword, crossbow, and shield, "Wait, are you a Huntsman?" Charlotte asked in shock.

"Sure am." Jaune grinned.

"Really? Aren't you a little young to have your Huntsman license, kid?" The cook asked.

"... Well, I'm actually a Huntsman-in-training. I was trained under one for years and unlocked my Aura from her."

"Really? So what's your story?" She asked curiously. Jaune sighed.

"Long ago there was a bandit group that continuously harassed my hometown, and nobody dared to stand up to them. No one but my family, at least. One day I couldn't stand for it anymore and fought, saving my hometown in the process. That got the attention of the Huntsman that was originally sent there to deal with the Bandits' attention. I impressed her enough that she took me in as an apprentice where I learned as much as I could. Before long, I was scouted by a Beacon staff member and now I'm on my way to the school for initiation."

He showed the acceptance letter to Charlotte and her dad both. The older man's brows furrowed, "Hey kid, have you checked the date on the letter?" He tapped the paper "The date was for July 25th, today's July 18th. You're a week early."

Jaune palmed his face and sighed, "I should read these things more carefully..."

"Um Jaune, you have some crumbs on your mouth." Charlotte pointed, giving him a napkin to wipe them off.

"Hu? Oh, thanks." He wiped the offending crumbs away, "You know, I'm still hungry. Mind if I order more? I can pay for it."

"It's on the house, kid," the cook said, "Besides, you're going to need a place to stay for the night, so save your money. Charlotte, go bring the kid his food."

"Of course, coming right up." Charlotte walked back to the kitchen.

"Thanks, but aren't you going to get in trouble with your boss for handing out free food?"

"Kid, I am the boss. Name's Mac and I'm both the proud owner and chef of this fine establishment." Mac laughed before heading back into the kitchen.

Wanting to kill some time, Jaune decided to go to the restroom to make a call just as a bunch of thuggish-looking men entered the diner. Mac and Charlotte to the group with disgust...and fear. They were clearly familiar with the men. Some of the customers noticed the tension and became nervous.

"W-What do you want?" Mac asked, trying to keep a calm stance.

"It's about time to pay up, Mac," one of them, the one at the head of the group, said.

"But I don't have the money!"

"Too bad because the boss is getting impatient, so you either give us the money or else we'll take more than just that."

"That's because you jerks keep scaring all of the potential customers away with you all hanging around here, so what gives you the right to start getting money from us?!" Charlotte glared.

The rebuke only got her a slap that caused her to fall on the floor, causing the already nervous customers to flee outside. Mac's face turned from fear to anger and he grabbed a chair to attack the leader. Being a middle-aged man against a bunch of stronger men, the attempted hit was easily stopped and two of the thugs held him down against the floor. Charlotte stood and tried to stop them before she was also grabbed and forced to watch as the men beat her father.

"Please stop!" She begged. Her father was bruised and bloody and barely conscious from the strong punches.

"That'll teach you some respect, old man!" The leader spat, "And once we're done with him, maybe we will have a little bit of fun with you. girly."

Both father and daughter froze in fear at the implicit threat. But before the thugs could continue their brutal beating, a plate flew and hit one of the thugs in the temple, shattering on impact

"Hey, why don't you pick on someone your own size?!"

The thugs turned to see Jaune glaring at them. After hearing the commotion, he came out of the bathroom and showed no fear despite being outnumbered. The leader of the thugs sneered, "Take him out!" he shouted.

The remaining thugs quickly forgot about the father and daughter and turned their attention to Jaune, who responded by taking the nearest plates and flinging them at the group. All it did was annoy them. As the group closed in, Jaune kicked one of them away and then another thug attempted to punch him only to touch a whiff of blond hair before he was countered by Jaune's own punch that knocked the wind out of him.

Jaune was suddenly grabbed and his head slammed on the counter of the diner. He looked up and saw a steaming mug, so he grabbed it and tossed hot coffee at the thug's face, making him reel back in pain on the floor.

Jaune continued to take down each thug one by one, taking every blow that landed without flinching, until only the leader was left. "Don't move, that's far enough!" The remaining goon grabbed Charlotte and held a knife to her neck, "I'll let her go once I get out of here. Move and I cut her pretty little throat," The leader said, though there was an undeniable hint of fear in the threat.

Jaune was at a standstill. He knew how to save Charlotte, but hesitated since it meant revealing his secret. Still, if it meant saving her then he just had to risk it.

Jaune took a deep breath as his hands glow a whitish-yellow; not Aura, but rather a different power. The leader, Charlotte, and Mac looked at Jaune as he stared down the thug. Outside of the diner, a flash of light brightened the windows and back inside, the leader was on the floor, clearly affected by this power Jaune unleashed. The glow on his hands and forehead vanished. The diner was a mess after all the fighting, but at least the danger had passed.

Jaune helped the two up, "Are you both alright?" he asked in concern.

"We're fine, thank you so much for saving us, Jaune," Charlotte smiled despite her surprise, "What was that?"

"It's, uh...my 'semblance', which lets me shoot powerful projectiles with Aura," Jaune said, lying under his teeth before immediately changing the subject. "So these guys have been bothering you?"

"Yes, these men have been doing this to us for a while." Mac scowled, "I'm calling the cops. I hope they get locked up and never bother anyone again."

"I see. Well, guess I gotta go. Oh, and here's the money for the food and repairs. Sorry that I wrecked the place."

"Think nothing of it, Jaune. Thank you for saving us, and good luck at Beacon!" Charlotte beamed.

"Thanks! See you around."

Jaune handed the Lien to the pair, who both nodded in appreciation, and left with his stuff, ready to embark on his journey to become a Huntsman.

Me: And cut...

So midnight your thoughts?

midnightson41: Well I feel like we could have done a bit more but hey let's save that for later as we got a whole Story to go through and plenty of time to come back and make some changes but overall a Great Start I just hope everyone else will agree.

So yeah we're now gonna start writing the first actual chapter of our heroes starting at Beacon and how they start their relationship.

Also as for the other trailers (Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang) they are just the same just add a little bit of Maiden magic and the story title at the end that's all so I'm not really going into those trailers unless I have spare time to make those eventually.

If you want to know more about the outfit Jaune is wearing, it is based on this image I found on the internet that shows a collection of the Red Hood's outfits, so imagine that with an added yellow color, Arc symbol and excluding the helmet of course. If you're interested in what it looks like, I'll send to you link to the image via PM.

As for what Maiden seasons that Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang each represents are this...

Ruby: Spring

Weiss: Winter

Blake: Fall

Yang: Summer

Remember folks if you flame or give me all negative comments that don't help me in anyway to improve, I will chew you out even if it is immature of me! I'll only take well constructed criticism and I'll be more lenient with the guest reviews as long as I'm not being flamed.

Me and Midnight will be doing two more chapters that involves truly begins the story before I do Empireo University DxD then back to Toku to Hero. However, we are in need of a beta reader for this story, can any of you recommend us to one?

Thank you so much for reading everybody. We'll see you in the next chapter, buh bye!
