Dragon Ball Universe Four, the Citadel of Ricks.
The Citadel of Ricks was a huge city hidden inside Gravity Falls.
Today, Stanford Pines was getting truth serum and interrogation because of Bill Cipher's Portal.
"I don't know anything else!" He protested.
"I think he's telling the truth." Interrogator Rick told the Council of Ricks.
The Council of Ricks were reading Ford's Research Journal Number 1.
Stanford Pines made Three Journals about Gravity Falls.
Thankfully, the Council of Ricks Captured Ford before he Contacted Stanley Pines for help.
Unfortunately, it was Stanley Pines that would become Bill Cipher's New Pawn against them if they didn't find him first.
Now they were expanding the Blind Eye Society outside of Gravity Falls to cover up their Citadel Landing.
Eventually the Time Baby appeared and demanded the Council of Ricks surrender themselves for tampering with their own Human History.
The Guard Ricks tried to kill the Time Baby ineffectively.
The Time Baby had his own Energy Shield and brought his own Time Police to arrest them.
The whole thing turned into shooting at each other until they used Rocket Launchers to scare off the Time Baby.
Years later the Time Baby came back declaring war on the Council of Ricks that Conquered Gravity Falls for themselves.
Gravity Falls, Dimension T-15
Wierdmageddon was everywhere.
Dipper and Mabel were dead, Wendy Corduroy was being hunted.
Stanley Pines had been possessed by Bill Cipher.
The Abandoned Gas Station was Wendy's First Good Luck that whole week, the current objective was getting outside Gravity Falls alive.
"Morty, I think we're in luck here!" Rick P-76 announced outside.
The Flying Saucer had landed at the Abandoned Gas Station and two idiots were trying to use the Gas Station.
Of course, Wierdmageddon would have Flying Saucers trying to use the Gas Station she was hiding in.
It made about as much sense as anything else did.
"Hands up, what happened here?" Rick P-76 had her at gunpoint and looked around confused.
"Wait, you're a Space Plumber?" Wendy Corduroy asked.
"That's right! I have Toilets to fix, and your Gas Pump needs to be turned back on!" Rick P-76 yelled at her.
"Alright, stop waving the Gun at me and I'll help you!" Wendy Corduroy proclaimed frantically.
"Fair enough." Rick P-76 agreed.
"You have any Apocalypse Training?" Wendy Corduroy asked.
"Wasn't expecting to need it this soon. Guess I'm stuck here until your Gas Pump get turned back on." Rick told her.
"I don't work here; I was just hiding here!" Wendy Corduroy protested.
"Alright, help me look then." Rick decided.
One week later, the hangover hit Wendy Corduroy bad.
She was in another dimension, and it was 30 years before she left Gravity Falls.
The Citadel of Ricks was better than Wierdmageddon.
Everybody got drunk and everyone had their Medical Staff checking on them daily to keep them alive.
Rick and Morty were everywhere she looked, everybody accepted her.
The only difference was the Mystery Shack had never been opened inside Gravity Falls.
The Citadel of Ricks had opened housing for the Gravity Falls Population to pay rent.
The Ricks were Helpful Landlords, then again, the Citadel of Ricks needed money and provided jobs that had been overlooked because they were distracted beforehand.
Another reason was they needed New Fast-Food Restaurants built within the Citadel to keep everyone happy.
Ironically, the Citadel of Ricks needed Gravity Falls to keep everything running smoothly.
Their Supply Lines had been cut off and allowing Townsfolk to live in the Citadel corrected several issues that came up.
Citadel of Ricks Employment Status:
Construction Workers: 47% Rick and Morty
Bartenders: 13% Rick and Morty
Researchers 10% Rick and Morty
Plumbers 10% Rick and Morty
Police Officers 10% Rick and Morty
Farmers 10% Rick and Morty
About 50% of the Citadel Employment was Construction and Repair Jobs.
Truthfully, the Citadel ordered food from other dimensions to keep themselves hidden and focused on their own research.
Now they needed Gravity Falls to feed their population and they needed to live outside the Citadel to grow their own food.
Farming, wonderful way to join the Gravity Falls Community.
The Council of Ricks looked worried.
"Start Exploring Dimensions, we need workers to help support our community. We also need resources." Rick Prime orders.
Gravity Falls Wierdmageddon Number 2.
Rick and Morty eaten by the Hungry Barbecue Grills that ambushed them.
Exploration Attempt 2: Rick and Morty barricaded themselves inside somebody's abandoned house before returning to the Citadel again.
"We have a big problem here, 32 Gravity Falls Wierdmageddon Dimensions, 32 Perfect Examples that Bill Cipher wins every single time." Quantum Rick explained.
"We basically declared war on Bill Cipher when all his counterparts had been conquering the world effortlessly." General Rick added.
"We're in a Multiverse where Bill Cipher Conquers Gravity Falls Forever, we're in his paradise creation! The Time Baby pulled us into this Doomed Dimension by mistake, we're on our own until we all die!" Quantum Rick panicked.
Jessica Danvers had moved into the Citadel of Ricks for the Cheap Apartment Prices; she didn't know much about the Identical Rick and Morty Communities living there.
Personally, most of the people renting the Apartments ended up seeking work or getting captured by the Blind Eye Society eventually.
Today they were Building Grocery Stores across the street.
Bars, Apartments and Police Stations. The City Block didn't have much before the expansion project happened.
The Citadel needed Bartenders, Lab Assistants and Electricians.
The only jobs left were Plumbers and other Construction Occupations.
"You're working as the Janitor?" Landlord Rick asked curiously.
"It was the easiest job I could find." Jessica Danvers told him.
"Why would anyone ask to be the Janitor?" Landlord Rick asked suspiciously.
"I need something to clean before I get married." Jessica Danvers told him.
"I'm not Debating Housewives being better Janitors with you." Landlord Rick says pointedly.
"Are you sure?" Jessica Danvers asked him.
"I'm not having this conversation!" Landlord Rick protested.
A Grey Flying Saucer with Rick and Morty floats down towards the Mystery Shack.
"What do we have here?" Bill Cipher asked from Mabel's Body.
An Energy Shield blocks their attack and Bill Cipher laughed at them.
"What's happening?" Morty asked.
"Tractor Beam, Bill Cipher is making his own Tractor Beam fire out of her hands." Rick answers terrified.
Zeta Alpha Rick looked horrified.
"Bill Cipher captured one of our Portal Guns!" Rick Prime yelled.
"All the Bill Cipher Counterparts will meet each other!" Quantum Rick panicked.
"Hopefully, the Time Baby won't notice our Portal Gun being in Bill Cipher's Hands." General Rick says and everyone frowned at him.
The Time Baby's Military Generals were upset.
The Council of Ricks were still changing the past and the Time Baby was in the hospital.
"Bill Cipher captured Rick and Morty spying on him."
Everybody paused to consider their options.
"The Council of Ricks are being used, I say we let them fight Bill Cipher on their own while we salvage the timeline ourselves!" The War Council cheered the idea.
Dipper Pines stared in sudden disbelief at the Time Baby's Computer Records.
"What's wrong?" Mabel asked curiously.
"Wendy Corduroy is the leader of the Human Rebellion against the Time Baby!" Dipper proclaimed nervously.
"She's what?" Mabel asked suspiciously.
"I don't understand this!" Dipper declared.
"Talk about History Shifting." Mabel said seriously.
"Their History Records are all changing again!" Dipper panicked.
"The 20th Century, it's different!" Dipper declared.
"King Piccolo Conquers Humanity?" Mabel questioned.
"The Council of Ricks gets destroyed, we should probably warn them without anybody realizing it was us." Dipper explained.
"You want to send them a written note?" Mabel questioned.
"I want to keep them from making things worse." Dipper corrected.
"The Council of Ricks are still protecting Gravity Falls, even if it's weird right now." Mabel agreed.
"Who's King Piccolo?" Dipper asked dumbfounded.
"Probably somebody that appeared when Cthulhu started merging realities together to Resurrect Bill Cipher beforehand." Mabel explained.
"At least the Council of Ricks are at war with Bill Cipher instead of helping him." Dipper says thankfully.
"I wonder why the Time Baby wanted Rick and Morty to distract Bill Cipher for him?" Mabel ponders suspiciously.
"He probably underestimated Rick and Morty being difficult to deal with." Dipper realized thoughtfully.
"Regardless, what's the plan?" Mabel asked.
"We need to stop King Piccolo inside the past." Dipper explained.
Doctor Gero frowned.
"Hello, want some coffee?" The dream demon asked.
"Why am I dreaming this?" Doctor Gero questioned.
"Your Red Ribbon Army wants the Dragon Balls; I have Blueprints that can help you get them if you agree to my proposal." Whatever it was told him.
"What is your proposal?" Doctor Gero questioned.
"Brainwash Bill Cipher into working for me." The Inner Doofenshmirtz explained.
"Who's Bill Cipher?" Doctor Gero questioned.
"Do some research and think it over." The Inner Doofenshmirtz advised him.
The Citadel's Food Supply was running out, the Council of Ricks were already panicking.
Bill Cipher was ruling the world in every dimension they discovered, thankfully, they had the only reality with their own Dragon Balls.
Meaning that Murphy's Law left them with the most valuable dimension and the Council of Ricks would have multiple versions of Bill Cipher fighting over their reality within the next twenty years.
"How much food can we get from Gravity Falls?" Rick Prime asked.
"Not enough food to feed the entire Citadel." The Rick Farmer stated back knowingly.
"Nine Thousand Rick and Morty Subjects, of course their Food Supplies would fall apart without our Supply Lines!" General Rick proclaimed.
"All our Dimensions vanished, we're on our own here!" Quantum Rick declared.
"One town will never be enough to sustain everyone, we need more resources!" General Rick proclaimed pointedly.
"I'm more worried about the Time Baby returning again." Rick Prime objects.
"Our Rocket Launchers were the only thing that hurt him, even if they didn't kill him." General Rick reminded everyone.
"That Force Field Generator wasn't foolproof. It's Citadel Technology." Quantum Rick explained.
"The Time Baby has encountered other Ricks beforehand." General Rick realized.
"It's probably why the Time Baby came after us personally." Quantum Rick speculated thoughtfully.
"Still doesn't answer the question how all our dimensions got erased so quickly. What do we know about our current universe?" Rick Prime ponders.
"It's been duplicated and merged together, probably created accidentally." Quantum Rick speculated thoughtfully.
"So, the Time Baby resurrected us by accident?" Rick Prime asked worriedly.
"That might explain why the Time Baby saw us threatening his future." General Rick decided worriedly.
"Meaning we're still flying blind here?" Rick Prime asked worriedly.
"We apparently are the only Rick Citadel left in existence, everyone else is just gone, it's like Bill Cipher erased every Rick and Morty simultaneously." Quantum Rick explained nervously.
"So, we're really stranded in Gravity Falls forever?" Rick Prime asked worriedly.
Guard Rick Patrol Report: The Gnomes are stealing food again.
The Blind Eye Society has erased all memories of the Supernatural and smuggled supplies into Gravity Falls undetected.
Patrols around the Citadel Walls continued.
The Guard Ricks were circling around their Landed Citadel Space Station.
Thankfully, Gravity Falls had the Blind Eye Society to help them keep everyone under control.
The Blind Eye Society had placed people all over Gravity Falls in order to hide the Citadel of Ricks from being discovered by the outside world.
Fiddleford McGucket had been very helpful after the Council of Ricks dismantled Stanford's Portal.
Bill Cipher had the Council of Ricks standing in his way, even though their Time Paradox got the Time Baby trying to stop them from conquering the past.
It was regrettable how predictable everything was going without making much progress.
The Red Ribbon Army had arrived at the Northwest Mansion seeking the Dragon Balls.
Mister Northwest had recently started collecting the Dragon Balls, unfortunately, he attracted the Red Ribbon Army right towards his home because of it.
The Northwest Family got ransacked before the Council of Ricks ended up attacked afterwards.
The Citadel didn't like the Red Ribbon Army invading Gravity Falls and shooting at their Guard Ricks.
Rick Prime looked dumbfounded.
The Red Ribbon Army had invaded Gravity Falls and laid siege to their organization.
"Where did the Northwest Family hide their Dragon Balls again?" Rick Prime asked rhetorically.
"The Apartment Section of the Citadel." General Rick answers.
"Why did nobody notice the Dragon Balls being smuggled into the Citadel?" Rick Prime asked next.
"Nobody knew what Dragon Balls looked like." Quantum Rick explains.
"Wonderful mistake, we lead the Red Ribbon Army right to us!" Rick Prime protested.
"The Northwest Family lost their mansion because they underestimated how valuable the Dragon Balls really are." General Rick gloated.
"They smuggled the Dragon Balls into the Citadel to barter resources. Now they're trapped inside the Citadel with everybody else, idiotic opportunists doomed us all." Rick Prime summarized pointedly.
