Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto or Marvel or God of War, it is owned by Masashi Kishimoto, Disney, and Sony and Santa Monica Studios respectively. Supergirl and all DC Properties is owned by Warner Bros Discovery, the CW, DC COMICS Respectively. I own nothing and I am just a humble fan.
Author's Note: Hello everyone, I am here with a new Naruto/Supergirl crossover. Truthfully, I have been thinking about this idea since 2019, and with work getting busy, I better get the idea out before things get too hectic. And with God of War Ragnarok out, I think it's time to make this idea a full story. Please read and review generously. I hope you all enjoy it.
While this story is inspired by Lightning on the Seven Seas, it will be its own thing. Namikaze Minato has his own interesting origin and Naruto's life will never be the same. This story, part 1, will be a very modified version of season 1. My previous Naruto/Supergirl story, I feel like I rushed it too hard and fast. This one will have better character interactions and dialogue and better fights, I hope. We will see old and new villains and other interesting things. The characters especially Kara Zor-El will be at full comic book level strength, as this story is primarily about Naruto and Kara.
I am thinking of Naruto/Kara as the sole pairing, but I am open to adding other women depending on the suggestions and rationale, like Lena and Diana, possibly Sam, Mera. We might see Atlantis and other worlds, possibly crossovers as well. Depending on reception, I will continue with more. Updates will be slow, but I will try to stick to a normal schedule.
Feel free to ask questions and offer ideas and suggestions. Without further ado, let us begin.

"My name is Uzumaki Naruto. Some of you may know my story, others do not. I was meant to have a completely different life. Instead, be it fate or destiny, my life changed and I am not sure yet if it is for the better or the worse. Instead of being born to two Shinobi, I am the son of an Asgardian, Thor, Son of Odin, and my mother, the Queen of Atlantis. My father is mighty, powerful, and a drunk. And then there is my mother, the epitome of royalty, duty, with a hint of trying to escape the shackles of her society. You would think these two people could never get along. And yet, they were able to find something in each other that gave them peace and hope. Come along and witness my journey as I become a protector, a hero, and a man who fights for what is right. One thing is for certain, no matter whose child I am, I have never lost my chakra, nor my trust companion and friend, Kurama."
Prologue- Thunder and Water Collide
The sky was blue and the sea was calm as a tall, blonde-haired, blue eyed man sat on a chair on the porch of his home, drinking tea as he watched the sea calmly go about its business. He watched his lighthouse guide the travelers of the sea as he stared at the sky and was lost in his thoughts.
Though he was fonder of alcohol and the joy it brought him in erasing his misery, those days were gone now. No, alcohol would only bring him pain and hurt. Noticing his cup was empty, he sighed as he went back inside his home.
He saw his cat resting on the sofa and he perked up when he saw the blonde. The man scratched the cat's head and chin as the cat purred. The blonde then went to one of his drawers and pulled out a scrapbook containing pictures; pictures that he commissioned from his memory.
He gazed fondly at the pictures of his sons Magni and Modi, of his daughter Thrud, the apple of his eye. Yet, his gaze fell upon two pictures that made him smile fondly as he looked upon the pictures with such deep longing and sadness.
One picture was of his wife Sif, his lovely Asgardian lady; wise, fair, firm, mighty and loving to him. And the other picture was of Uzumaki Kushina, the beautiful, strong, fiery redhead who stole his heart with her sass, her love, and her strength. He closed his eyes as he missed them deeply. The sad memories at times tempted him to drink, but he quickly rid himself of the notion.
And then, his gaze lingered on a picture of something that resembled happier times; of a time where he and his brothers were together sharing in the spoils of glory. He admittedly missed Heimdall, Tyr, and Baldur. And sadly, he even missed his father.
Though he loved his father, his father was still a self-righteous asshole and a monster of a special kind. Oh, he was no saint either. He too had done some things he was not proud of and he was sure that forgiveness would not come so easy.
He remembered his last conversation with his father. He was tired of doing his pathetic bidding. He was tired of being a butcher, a mere killer, and a monster. He was half-Giant and he had killed members of his own mother's family. He had seriously loathed who he was back then.
Oh, his father had not liked his new self and the realizations that came with it. It was the last day he had spent in his home before being banished to a new land that came with its own challenges.

"You don't ever think, boy! I do not ask you to think. You pick up your hammer and you kill who I tell you to kill."
The red-haired, burly god of thunder, wielder of the hammer Mjolnir sighed as he placed the hammer down.
"My…my wife was right about you. You don't care about anything but yourself. My brothers, my sons, my daughter… all they will be is just pawns for your games. They are tools for you to eliminate your problems. You make me sick, old man!"
"Is this your wife telling you all of this… you know what, I liked you better when you were a drunk."
The red-haired warrior scoffed as he stared down his father's "disappointment".
"It does not matter anymore. I am done being your weapon. Go and find someone else to do your dirty work. I… I know I am a monster, old man. Yet, I am not your monster anymore."
Before the red-haired man could even move, he was suddenly hit by powerful magical spells, as his father held his staff in his hand and looked upon his son with anger… and daresay sadness.
"You… you were my favorite child. Your mother loved you dearly. You were the child closest to me. You betrayed me, Thor. You have turned against me!"
"If you don't want to be my son anymore, if you do not wish to follow my orders, then off with you. I strip you of your power, of your hammer, and cast you away to the stars. Perhaps, some time away from your family will change your mind as to where you truly belong!"
The red-haired man screamed and raged as he was pushed into a portal, stripped of his power and abilities as he was sent hurtling through time sand space. The red-haired man swore he would return one day and get even!"

The blonde opened his eyes, as he shook his head at these harsh memories. He closed his book and put it away as his cat sat on his lap and decided to sleep as the blonde scratched his head and chin gently.
"I cannot believe my father did not banish me to live among the mortals much earlier. I have to say, it was one of the best decisions he ever made in his life, apart from many of the horrible ones."
Yes, the blonde man in question was indeed, Thor, the god of thunder. Yet, you might ask, where is the red hair, the beer belly, the super weapon hammer known as Mjolnir? Well, he lost his powers and strength when his father, Odin, stripped them from him.
Now, he was in a "mortal" form, one known as Namikaze Minato, a blonde-haired, blue-eyed, 5'11 man with an ancient power known as chakra. As Minato, he was meant to be the leader of his village, Konoha. He was meant to be its protector and the man that would usher in a new peace as he had grown tired of seeing war and bloodshed; he had enough for many lifetimes.
Yet, things in his life were never to go normally. No, his life was always going to be a struggle and life in the Elemental Nations was not easy.

When Thor found himself in the Elemental Nations, he quickly realized and learned that Odin had no idea where he was banished, which was a good thing. He was reborn as a blonde-haired, blue-eyed orphan to a village known as Konoha, a Hidden Village located within the Land of Fire.
He learned that his parents had passed away in a war and he grew up in an orphanage, with people not doing a very good job of taking care of the orphans in the village. Apparently, he was born with some strange energy known as Chakra; a mixture of physical and spiritual energy. Apparently, this strange and unknown energy gave mortals the ability to perform superhuman feats such as exhibiting and utilizing immense strength, flight, walking on water and trees and manipulating the very elements themselves.
Apart from this, chakra gave its users the ability to move faster, hit harder, and even substitute themselves with objects. Chakra could be used to create clones and even manipulate the forces of light and darkness. Not to mention things such as Dojutsu, Kekkai Genkai, Kekkai Tota; the possibilities were endless. If his father had learned exactly where he sent him, he was sure he would do anything to add such abilities to his arsenal in the hopes of prolonging his immortality and increasing his battle prowess.
In this new world and universe, Thor was now known as Namikaze Minato. Apparently, he had above average intelligence, quick thinking and acumen, and an ability to do interesting things with seals. Though he was an orphan, he had risen quickly to be a formidable force. Through the use of a complicated technique known as the Hiraishin, his name spread far and wide throughout the Elemental Nations.
In this new world, he was determined to be a better man, a wiser man. He had trained himself well and had developed interesting abilities. Though he was far from being the god of strength, he had forged a strong physique for himself and still had immense strength, without the beer belly. He had learned to manipulate Water, Wind, Lightning, Fire and Earth. And though the use of the Hiraishin, he could teleport instantaneously to marked places or people. He had earned the title of "Konoha's Yellow Flash" and proved to be a man of power, might, and compassion.
The pride and joy of his new techniques were his knowledge and ability to use sealing techniques and an invention of his own, the Rasengan. He modeled this technique after a Tailed Beast's ultimate attack: the Tailed Beast Bomb. The Rasengan was capable of creating immense cellular damage though grinding and shearing forces. However, the Rasengan's true purpose was meant to be combined with one's own element to create a powerful super-attack. With his Lightning Element, he was able to turn the Rasengan into a mighty, spinning electric drill type of attack.
His name and titles were well known through the Third Shinobi World War. His immense speed, and physical strength, along with his reputation and rank had driven fear into the hearts of his enemies. He had lost much during this war; many friends and allies had died. Yet, his actions had proved that his village would continue to live on and that the Will of Fire would shine brightly for generations to come.
Still, not everyone was enamored him. There was one fiery lady who caught his eye, one who thought of him as girly. And that was Kushina. After meeting Sif, he never thought he could fall for another. Sure there were other wives, yet Sif was the one he truly loved. Yet, this Kushina made his heart flutter.
And when he saved her life from kidnappers, she no longer thought he was girly. She looked at him as if the sun shined from his ass. Okay, he was being crass, but once they were older, and after a long courtship, she wished to be his wife. That Red Scarf she made for him was one he would cherish for as long as he lived.
Still, Minato believed he was sent here for a higher purpose. Perhaps, this place was meant to be his redemption. All throughout his life, he was his father's pawn and he cared little for the troubles of others. Yet, growing up without a family, and creating new bonds meant he gained a new perspective. He was responsible now for not just his students and his mentor, but also, the people.
The Elemental Nations was a place that had gone through much war; three world wars in fact. Not to mention the fact that children were turned into soldiers too early and quickly and some were even forced to do things that made him angry and feel disgusted. Seeing all this death and hate made him realize that people were meant for more than just living for the fight. People craved peace and the simple things in life.
After the Third World War, he had made up his mind. He had grown tired of this Cycle of Hatred, and the endless fighting. To him, Shinobi were not meant to fight forever. People could learn to coexist and live in peace. It would not be easy and it would take a lifetime, but with cooperation and understanding, peace was a possibility.

Yet, once again, life was something no one could truly predict. Life had thrown him a curve ball in the form of the Tailed Beast known as the Nine Tails. His Kushina was the latest carrier of the Nine-Tails, and she was pregnant. She was chosen to be its carrier as she possessed special chakra to keep it at bay. It horrified his wife to be its carrier, but her predecessor had told her that love would be the key to hold back the beast's hate.
And so, the love she felt for him and the love he felt for her gave her the strength and power to keep the Fox quiet. He remembered her walking into to the house all excited, happy she was going to be a mother, and that he was going to be a father. He remembered holding Magni, Modi, and Thrud for the first time. Though he missed them all, he could savor this beautiful joy.
However, he needed to be prepared for the birth. At the time of birth the seal on a Jinchuriki would be at its weakest, and time would be of the essence. Truthfully, childbirth was one of the only things that scared the shit out of his wife.
He had taken immense precautions that night to make sure things would go well. His child was born through much labor and difficulty. He shed tears as he held his child. The child had red hair and such a strong cry. He chuckled as he knew his son would make a fine warrior and protector one day. Kushina had made him a father again and he was so happy.
Yet, his happiness was short lived. Some masked cunt had found his way into this sealed, hidden place and had attacked them. He saved his son, but his wife was captured and had the Fox pulled out of her body as it went on a rampage.
He saved his Kushina and his son and kept them in a safe place as he went to war this masked cunt. His abilities were unique and shifty, but Minato was ready for anything. Utilizing his Sage Mode combined with the Hiraishin allowed him to inflict a powerful, fatal blow upon this man. And to make sure he was dead for good, he unleashed an Elemental Rasengan infused with Natural Energy, he had turned this freak into ashes.

His joy was short lived, however. The masked cunt was dead but The fox had rampaged greatly all over the village and was causing immense destruction. The fox was using this opportunity to take revenge for all the damage humanity caused him and his brethren. The fox did not want to leave. It was using its pain and hurt to wipe out his new home.
The fox was indeed a mighty opponent. It had the power to flatten mountains and cause natural disasters. He truly missed Mjolnir here as well as his old strength. He fought valiantly and powerfully but the Fox was too much for him. Still, he would not cower and he would face death proudly. He may be a Shinobi, but he was also an Aesir and dying was what they lived for. The fox had swiped him with his tail and it had launched him inside his place of residence. And before the Fox could unleash a final blow, it was Kushina who intercepted the attack.
Minato, to his absolute horror, did not realize that the Fox chased him back to his home in the heat of battle. And not only did his wife die in this moment, so too did his newborn child. He crawled towards his wife and son and held them in his arms, as tears ran down his eyes.
Time had stopped for him. He cradled the dead bodies of his son and wife as he held them close to his heart. He clenched his fists as blood was leaking from his hands. Grief and sadness was overtaking his heart, and then it disappeared. Minato was now filled with wrath and rage. When he had killed the giants, he felt nothing. When he killed innocents, he felt nothing. Perhaps, this was the universe's way of balancing things out. Yet, that did not matter now in this moment. Even if he died, he would kill the Fox.
XXXXXX
He would no longer be the peaceful man he had become. He would once again be the Destroyer that he was meant to be. Perhaps, his father was right, he was a killer and perhaps that was all he was meant for.
Minato gave into his rage, and the ground quaked and the skies roared as he was covered in lightning. The Fox was surprised, yet snarled at his foe to begin the fight anew. Minato and the Fox clashed, as the Land of Fire shook. Minato used all his strength, all his might, and all his wisdom as he clashed with the Strongest Tailed Beast. Lightning covered his fingertips as he unleashed it at his foe and used his entire arsenal of techniques to try to kill the Fox.
The fox however would not be deterred at all. He had found his freedom from humans and he was determined to never lose it again. Despite being hit by Lightning and different Elemental Rasengans, he shrugged them off and roared. The fox itself was a force of nature and could use the elements very well. Minato knew he was in for a fight as strange, red energy covered his body. Minato realized that the Fox was willing to give up its life to kill him, and he was willing to do the same.
The battle was exhausting, titanic, and cataclysmic. Huge chunks of Earth were being torn apart as the skies parted and rained as lightning filled the battlefield. Minato moved the fight past the village's borders as The fox was unleashing tidal waves and twisters infused with white hot flames. This clash was upsetting the balance of nature.
And the fox was giving as good as he got. Every blow he took, he returned with interest. The fox was ruled by bloodlust, hurt, and rage. He was determined to not lose to Minato as Minato was covered in cuts and bruises .Minato knew he was barely holding on as the Lightning coating his body was giving him a layer of defense that was soon to break. The fox surprised Minato by gathering titanic amounts of Natural Energy as it prepared an immense attack; an intense and cataclysmic burst of energy that could not be redirected or absorbed. The Earth was being torn asunder and wind and lightning was being gathered in the Fox's mouth. There was only one way to stop a technique like that.
Minato closed his eyes and begged in his heart for Mjolnir to come to his side. His snapped his fingers and held out his hand as the Fox was almost finished in preparing his final attack. For the first time, he begged. He did not beg for himself but to protect his new home, to protect Kushina's memories and honor the sacrifice she made for him. He begged for the hammer to protect his son's memory, and to protect the hope and belief that Sif held for him; that he was a good man.
And soon enough, Minato's eyes glowed as the skies parted and the ground quaked. The hammer had appeared in his hands glowing brightly and fiercely. Minato gathered his energy and sent it into Mjolnir, using the last of his reserves and concentrating it and compressing it. Mjolnir glowed fiercely and brightly as Minato spun it around and launched it at the fox. The Fox then fired his blast as Mjolnir collided with an immensely powerful attack.
And when the collision happened, Minato blanked out as while light filled the area. Little did he know, that this clash shook the Elemental Nations and released immense amounts of chakra, life force, and energy that could be seen from space itself.
XXXXXXX
Minato had no idea what had happened after. When Minato held Mjolnir in his hands once again, his body was infused with so much strength and lightning once again. He concentrated all that power into one final blow. Their energies had collided… and he could not remember anything else. The clash had opened a portal that swallowed him and the fox up and deposited them in parts unknown.
Minato remembered waking up without Mjolnir in his hands as he found himself near some rocky shore in the middle of the night. Thankfully, he still had access to his chakra. And to his disappointment and pain, he realized he found himself in a new world again.
He sobbed and screamed and cried to the heavens for this injustice. He begged for his family, for Sif, for his sons, his daughter, for Kushina, and his dead child. Perhaps, he was not meant to live a happy life. Perhaps, he was meant to suffer for his sins indefinitely.
XXXXXX
Minato shook his head from his musings and his memories. He sighed as he realized that night was soon to be upon this corner of the world as he decided to prepare dinner. There was nothing he could do now but move on and look ahead to the future. He only hoped Sif and his family in Asgard could forgive him. He did not want to go back. He needed to stay where he was now.
He gave the cat a scratch under his chin as he decided to prepare some Ramen for himself. He looked out the window and saw the sky rife with lightning as rain poured from the clouds. It looks like it was going to be another stormy night.
Yet, something about this storm felt ominous to him. He was now on alert when he could hear the cry of a person in pain. He opened the door and walked out to see the rain getting fiercer. He looked around to make sure everything was okay, when he found out who made that cry.
He walked down the rocky path to see a woman lying near the rocks. There was a wound on her body and she was carrying some sort of weapon. Minato carried her gently and placed her on the table. He had never seen a person like this before.
The woman was blonde and tall, tall as him in his "Mortal" form. She was wearing some sort of crown and was covered in white, intricate clothing with strange patterns. He glanced at her weapon and realized it was a trident.
He had heard tales in Asgard of strange tales of people living underwater, of an advanced civilization that had developed unique and powerful abilities. This golden crown this woman was wearing signified that she was a Queen, or a member of a Royal Family. Minato sighed. It was only his luck that allowed him to meet people like this.
Before he could apply first aid to the woman, she opened her eyes and looked frantically around as to where she was. She then noticed Minato who simply smiled at her. She looked for her weapon and grabbed it as she got off the table and grabbed his throat, pinning him to the wall, holding the trident to his face.
Minato was impressed by her strength, but sighed. Why was he attracted to such powerful woman, he wondered? Perhaps, he loved playing with fire.
"Lady, listen, okay? You are still hurt and bleeding. Please let me help you, and then you can go wherever you like, okay?"
The woman simply growled at him and held the weapon closer to his throat. He sighed. Well, there was no time like the present to flex some skills and strength. Plus, he loved danger.
Minato calmly grabbed her hands and pushed them away, as he plunged one hand into her wounded side. She screamed in pain as he tossed her into his television set with a strong throw. The set crashed into pieces as the woman got up brandishing the trident. Minato smiled happily, giving her a hundred-watt smile as she was now confused by the warmth of the smile.
"Guess that concludes negotiations, huh? Well, I guess I could use a workout."

Chapter End
Well everyone that is the chapter. Please read and review generously. I hope you all enjoy it. Please share your ideas and thoughts and do send me PM's if you like to talk some more. We will see an arc with Atlantis in this story
The Thor here is the one from God of War and Minato is his mortal form. I am sorry. I glossed over a lot of things and rushed the chapter, but I wanted to get it out as my life is going to get hectic soon.
Naruto will be born to Minato and Atlanna and he will still have his chakra and a surprise guest living inside of his gut.
I am going to expand on the relationship between Minato and Atlanna here. It will be an interesting story to tell his children about how mom and dad met and fell in love.
Like I said, this will be a heavily, modified version of Season 1 of Supergirl which might then continue into other seasons. Naruto will meet and possibly even know members of the League before he meets Kara in season 1. I hope you all enjoy the Prologue.
Stay safe everyone and well wishes to you and your families. I hope the rest of the year goes well for you all.
