AN: Final chapter before I do a time skip! Next chapter will have a slightly different format. I hope you enjoy the chapter. Now comment time!

LegionnaireBlaze: I think I will save Legend Matches for special events (maybe crossover one-shots with future series idk) Regarding actual Fullbottles I will choose which matches I like, if they fit in my mapping I might use them, otherwise I may leave them out. I have a lot of bottles. Thank you for the ideas.

sardarhassan503: Glad you enjoyed the chapter! Thank you for the ideas, I have who is what rider planned already and I will stick with my current plan.

adislt: Glad you enjoyed. Each bottle is a case by case basis. Mutation and transformation quirks are already modifying normal human biology on a more "intimate" level and therefore are more potent. This logic applies to the F1 and Dinosaur bottles and will also be applied to future bottles such as Dragon. DinoF1 just happened to be both bottles filling that condition leading to it being way to potent for Izuku to currently handle.

rubius: I saw several variations of the dialogue lines of the best matches, Rampage of the Skies is the one is that I am familiar with, was on the wiki, and liked it the most when writing. I will be looking at several translations (where I watch the show, wiki, youtube, etc.) to see which one I like the best and use that.

Dragon and Sword Master: :)

ahein9937: Endeavor still has a ways to go, he is still an efficient hero. Just kind of an ass to the people he should be close to. Whether it is intentional or not. Change isn't instant, but I will call out Endeavor on his mistakes because his redemption is honestly my preferred compared to Bakugo (I felt that Bakugo got no punishment really, more of a reality check)

Light Hero Kaiser: Glad you liked it.

CCSakuraforever: Glad you enjoyed the chapter, I might start using the author's notes to give a checklist on what bottles are currently in the arsenal but undecided.

Triton0501: Endeavor wasn't incompetent, angry and reckless was my intention. We have someone who is striving to surpass the mountain that is All Might, while All Might is out of the picture for the moment. A perfect moment for Endeavor to prove that he is also a strong hero but is being delayed by several weeks due to one criminal. I do not hate Endeavor, quite the opposite in fact. Fire is a dangerous ability to work with and Endeavor canonically has low civilian injury and casualty rates. So, a high injury rate like this should be brought to attention. Endeavor was meant to show how even top heroes are still human, human's put on pedestals and driven by their goals. While, I may have hyperbolized Endeavor a bit, he is still a "good" hero. If that wasn't clear, my bad. I hope you enjoyed the chapter regardless.

Blazingen1: Any weapon based on best matches can be called at any point, but they are best used with the intended bottles. Hawk Gatlinger was built to work with the Gatling bottle and Hawk bottle but could be used by something like Pirate-Lock. Not as well but still used. DinosaurF1 is effectively DragonLock kicked up to an 11. The best match plus the potency of the bottles under my rules made that Best Match surprisingly strong, and I love it. And yes, to engine revving. The gray area is that Endeavor has very little casualties and civilian injuries (canon fact) but in my mind several buildings and properties could be caught un the crossfire (his attacks have high area that spread outside his intended target) therefore the property damage he has is high, but he settles it out of court. Usually through paying for repairs himself. No criminal charges have been applied to him and very few people have been directly hurt due to him (canon) so while other heroes and fire department have to deal with some of the aftermath of Endeavor, very little can be done by HPSC or law enforcement because no law has been broken and no charges have been pressed.

Devil Dragon Stand Knight: That slap is absolutely Dabi's new text alert noise.

Izuku walked into the commissioner's office, suit still equipped and Hawks following in after.

They stood before the commissioner, she looked between the two before focusing her gaze on Izuku. "Build, do you realize what you did"

Izuku exhaled and replied "I gave Endeavor a much needed slap to get his head back on straight. Not my fault he gave himself a 3000% increase in civilians harmed compared to his averages." Hawks let out a snort while the commissioner shot him a glare, silencing the avian hero.

"At least you are aware that this isn't his normal behavior. The collateral damage, while certainly greater than normal, can be repaired, most likely coming out of both our and Endeavor's pockets. But the civilians normally aren't as affected by this. Now onto what you did wrong"

Izuku exhaled again, with Hawks offering a sympathetic pat on the back. "I don't regret it. Should I have thought before acting, absolutely, but I don't regret it. Any Hero who takes that much pride in taking down a criminal, even if it took him two weeks to finally catch the man, before showing concern for the damage he caused needs at least a warning." Izuku clenched his fist. "I understand he is efficient, and his stats show it. I am also aware that on average property damage is the worst as his team tends to help evacuate civilians beforehand. But this time Endeavor was playing catch-up, his anger clearly got the better of him, he was uncharacteristically reckless. If I don't call him out on his mistakes who will, All Might? We haven't seen him in months, off on some super-secret mission. Seriously, a few months without the man and criminals get more wild, causing Heroes to play catch up, we shouldn't be this underprepared"

"Not underprepared, over-reliant," Nagant said, walking in, causing everyone to look at her. "I'll be blunt here, as I want to get this over fast so you can go calm down your girlfriend who is freaking out that you slapped Endeavor on live TV"

"Crap, did I really make Mel worry that much"

Hawks had a smug grin on his face "How did you know we were talking about her?"

Izuku gave a blank look that could be felt through the helmet "What other girl do I talk to that you know"

"Why are you two no fun to tease" Hawks complained.

"Because we're smarter than you" Nagant and Izuku said in unison

"Hmph"

"Back to what I was saying, we've become too reliant on All Might. His status as a symbol of peace literally acts as a pseudo villain deterrent. But as soon as he leaves, crime comes back. Not his fault, but an unfortunate side effect of his status, which leads to events like today"

"How so?" Izuku questioned

"All Might is out of the picture momentarily, Endeavor who is striving to earn the number one spot can show off without All Might to be compared to, one criminal takes him two weeks to capture due to a bad matchup and Endeavor being stubborn on not letting any villain beat him. Endeavor most likely felt that his credibility was being damaged, leading to his higher than normal anger, and his composure slipping."

"I see, so what is our next move?"

The commissioner cleared her throat to return attention to her. "In two days, we are holding a press conference, originally it was to publicly show our support of you, stating that you were not to be treated as a criminal, but now we have arranged with Endeavor's PR team to have him also attend, there the two of you can publicly sort out your differences, and we can do damage control"

"I'm not apologizing"

"You won't have to; all we need you to do is answer some questions and not be hostile towards Endeavor"

Izuku crossed his arms and went into a thinking pose before slowly nodding "I can do that much"

"Good, now for the other piece of information. Nezu, UA's principal, has accepted a meeting with you and Melissa, it is scheduled for next Sunday."

"At least we can end this discussion on good news" Izuku said perking up

Hawks and Nagant put a hand on each of Izuku's shoulders and gave him a sympathetic look. "Little bird, you may not be aware, but you have arranged a meeting with the devil himself"

Izuku let out a laugh "I'm sure he's not that bad"

"That is everyone's first mistake when dealing with the rat," Nagant said, removing her hand and beginning to exit the room. "And please calm down Melissa, last time I checked she said she was going to use you as target practice for that new gun she was working on"

Izuku's eyes widened in fear as he rushed out the room towards his house.

Melissa still couldn't believe what Mina had shown her, Izuku had really smacked Endeavor. She was shocked that he'd done it, and even more shocked that he walked away. It was hard to wrap her head around, her thoughts were suddenly interrupted by her phone ringing, the readout showed "Shrubhead". She immediately answered it and screamed into the receiver "HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND?"

"That's a debatable question that we may never know the answer to"

"Alright Schrödinger's shrubbery, I'm assuming you're calling me to avoid being my targeting dummy? So, what is you get out of jail card today"

"Nezu wants to talk to us"

Melissa dropped her phone, it bounced on the floor, thank goodness she had a shock absorbent case on it. She quickly scrambled to pick up the phone and spoke, "Say that again"

"You heard me Mel, Nezu, the principal of U.A., wants to have a word with us"

"When and where"

"Next Sunday, at UA." Izuku stated

"Great, I need you alive for that, or at least not swiss cheese. Your get out of jail card is accepted, this time" She could hear the sigh of relief from across the call. "Other than that, what is our plan, our next move?"

"Well, I have two days to prepare for a press conference. You any good at public speaking?"

"Izu, do you forget whose father runs I-Island, speaking to the public is in my blood"

"Good, because uncontrollable tears are in mine, and I don't plan on flooding the press. Although~"

"You are not washing them out to sea Izu" Melisa deadpanned

"Not out to sea, merely the nearest lake"

The two let out a small laugh, "Alright shrub, get your multicolored butt over here so we can prepare"

"What would I do without you Mel"

"Be sitting alone on I-Island trying to make your bottles work with most likely stolen samples"

"I- I can't deny that, can I?"

"Nope, we both know it's possible. Now get back here before I steal your new Godzillo shirt"

"YOU FIENDESS!"

All he had heard in response was a cackle before the line dropped.

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – Two Days Later – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Izuku stood behind the stage, with Rabbit-Gatling equipped. Standing at the podium, the HPSC commissioner stood, speaking to the crowd that gathered. Izuku kept his eye on the commissioner, waiting for her to signal him and Endeavor to approach the stage. He clenched and unclenched his fist, and turned to face the commissioner, listening in to what she was saying

"-now we are aware that many of you are curious about the Kamen Rider, and the official premise of this conference was to address your questions regarding the Rider. Whatever questions you have regarding them will be answered shortly by someone more qualified"

A male reporter spoke up "Who is more qualified to answer regarding the rider?"

A smirk crossed the commissioners face as she took a step back from the podium "Why, the Kamen Rider themselves"

That was his cue, Izuku took a deep breath, and slowly walked out from behind the stage and to the podium.

"What is your Quirk?!" "How old are you?!" "What is that suit made of?!" "Is the suit your quirk?!" "Why aren't you a pro hero?!" "Do you plan to get a license?!" "What is your deal with Endeavor?!" "Are you going to fight Endeavor next?!"

Izuku waited for the initial flurry of questions to pass, before he raised his hand asking for silence. Melissa's advice crossed his mind "Most likely they will be excited to actually have you answer, let them burst through their questions, dodge the ones you can't answer, target the ones that you want to represent you, this is Build's actual debut, his first impression, his statement to the world"

"I suppose I'll answer regarding a license, I do plan to get one." He stated.

"Speak clearly, and in solid statements, don't give them holes to poke through, the press can be ruthless. They can build you up or break you down. Stay composed and keep a clear head"

The reporter who asked about the license spoke up again "Why are you doing hero work without a license?"

Izuku titled his head "Are you saying I should let people get hurt just because I don't have a piece of plastic saying I can help"

"If a statement may not work, use a rhetorical question, make it seem obvious"

"Besides, as stated on the official reports, I broke no laws, I fought quirkless therefore not requiring a license"

"What about the fight against Mirko, or your team up with Overflow, Hawks, or Ingenium?"

"Hero commission rules regarding a hero license: Any licensed hero can provide authorization for a non-pro hero to use their quirk. Mirko challenged me; therefore it was a private affair supervised and authorized by a hero. Overflow, Hawks, and Ingenium granted me permission to use my full skillset to help them to the best of my abilities."

"Choose your words carefully. Never lie, because it can bite you later, these are recorded, don't reveal your whole hand at once either. Play their game, and win"

"Kamen Rider, why did you slap Endeavor after his take down of the villain"

"I have been instructed to wait until Endeavor arrives to address any questions involving him, so please hold on to that one until later"

The reporter nodded and spoke again "Alright, why is the HPSC working with you then? How did they get you to come here when you've been avoiding the press after your normal feats?"

Izuku looked back to the commissioner who stepped up to the podium to address the question. "The Kamen Rider is officially an ally of the HPSC, they have agreed to function within our regulations and if necessary, have emergency permission to use their full abilities to handle situations. They are effectively a pro without a license, this is a temporary arrangement that we set up following the Rider's victory against Mirko, and will be in effect until they get their license properly"

The crowd broke into murmurs and small side conversations, discussing Izuku.

"Kamen Rider, what is your quirk? Who is the person that is the new type of hero?" A reporter questioned

"I refuse to answer regarding my quirk, the more information I give the more that anyone I face can use against me. Same reason I was brief before, the more I say, the less I can use to surprise people. You saw how effective it was against Mirko, she had no idea I had a technique like that." His response got nods from the crowd. "Regarding who I am, I am just someone trying to do the right thing, I have the power to help so I believe I should help. Simple as that. That was reason enough for me to step out and become the Kamen Rider, although the name that will be tied to me once I become an official pro will be Build. So, feel free to call me the Kamen Rider: Build" He said, tracing a hand along one of his eyes and finishing with a snap pointing out towards the crowd, who excitedly noted down the name to finally put alongside the rider.

Izuku then took a step back, as the commissioner once again took the podium. "Now, that will be all for the direct questions to Build. Now we will address the interaction between Build and Endeavor that occurred recently". On cue, Endeavor dropped down from above, proudly standing facing the crowd, who in turn erupted into cheers and murmurs at his arrival.

"Endeavor, how do you feel about what Build said to you?!" "Did the slap hurt?!" "Why did that take down take longer than normal?!" "Are you and the Rider going to fight?!" "Will you and the Rider be teaming up?!"

Endeavor looked to Izuku and narrowed his eyes, Izuku looked back and made eye contact, he stood unwavering. Endeavor and Izuku broke contact simultaneously, and Endeavor addressed the public. "What the Kamen Rider said shows how inexperienced they are." he stated, "that should have been handled after the fact during the reports and debriefing, but I am willing to let it slide."

"Why is that Endeavor"

Endeavor smirked "How can I blame someone trying to play hero for being concerned that people got injured. I take pride in my low casualty rate, after all a true hero should excel in suppression, rescue, and evacuation. As of how the villain took so long, a bad matchup of quirks and terrain working for the enemy."

"Shouldn't you be used to bad matchups Endeavor; you are ranked number two after all"

Endeavor gave a slight twitch but quickly regained composure "Yes, I should be, but the villains quirk forced me to use my own. The villain had a quirk to manipulate the air around them, he used it like a barrier to keep physical attacks at bay, but my ranged attacks forced him to disperse his barrier to redirect him. Once Overflow was following to assist, an opportunity occurred where no civilians were in range, and we had the barrier properly diverted, enabling a takedown of the villain."

Izuku raised an eyebrow under his mask and thought to himself. So, this is how a pro deals with the press, distracting them from the mistakes unless called out. At least he isn't saying Overflow was in the way, nothing he said is incorrect either. Heck if I wasn't there, I'd leave it at that.

"Regarding if I will fight or team up with the rider" Endeavor continued "If the Rider needs to be taken down, I will take them down. If the rider is required to take down a villain or save a civilian, I will work with them. Personal disputes should not influence how one conducts themselves when working as a hero, we can settle them after the fact when nobody is in danger."

The crowd cheered, and the press conference concluded with no incidents.

After the conference, Izuku and Endeavor were facing each other behind the stage. Endeavor stood, looking down to make eye contact with Izuku, eye contact that was met with Izuku's unwavering gaze.

"I'll be blunt" Endeavor started "I don't like you, you are naive, and a potential liability, not to mention unprofessional. However, I can't deny the power you possess, and based on the reports you possess a strong quirk."

"I'm not apologizing, nothing I said was wrong"

"I'll let it slide this once, as you didn't say anything actually damaging, merely you showed your inexperience when you showed concern for the injured. At worst you showed that you cared for civilians and were angry that I wasn't openly helping. But make no mistake, I do not approve of you. Leave the heroics to the real heroes, you just study to get your license"

"Glad to know we are in agreement on one thing. I will be getting a license"

Endeavor gave a wild grin "Indeed, your power can't be questioned. Once you go pro, you will be a solid candidate for a high ranking hero"

"Not number one?" Izuku said coyly

"That position will be mine once I surpass All Might. Between the two of us, you have far too long to go before you can come close to reaching the level of a true pro, let alone myself and All Might." Endeavor turned and began walking away "Don't let that fire burn out, strong competition is necessary after all"

Izuku only smirked as he walked the other way.

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – One Week Later – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Izuku and Melissa stood at the gates of UA, Izuku was wearing Rabbit-Lock, as he leaned against the gate of the college. "So, Mel, didn't think we'd be here for another few years"

Melissa smiled "True, but this interaction here could help secure our spots"

Izuku nodded "True, true. So, when do you think that Present Mic is going to stop standing there and let us in?"

Sputtering a man with slicked up blond hair, a small mustache, wearing black leather behind the gate attempted to clear his throat. "Hey, there listeners. Uhm how long did you know I was there?"

"The hair isn't exactly screaming stealth, plus it's an open gate, we were just waiting to make sure no alarms went off. We were told someone would guide us in" Izuku responded.

Present Mic chuckled nervously "Yeah, that's fair. Sho likes to do this game where he sees how long it takes people to notice him, guess I wasn't exactly hiding, huh"

"Sho?" Melissa questioned

"OH! One of my coworkers, don't worry. Identities and whatnot, ya dig"

Both teens shrugged and nodded. Mic led the two inside, providing slight commentary as he led the duo to Nezu's office. "Principal is right in there, good luck listeners"

"Why does everyone seem scared of Nezu?" Melissa asked Izuku who only shrugged in response.

As Izuku went to knock on the door, the door swung open by itself, and Nezu sat there looking at the two in the doorway.

"Ah, Kamen Rider, or do you prefer Build. And this must be Miss Shield. Truly a pleasure to meet the two of you. Please take a seat, do you like tea?" he said gesturing to two chairs and cups before them. "Oh, where are my manners. Am I a mouse? A dog? A bear? My real identity is-"

"A stoat"

The room went silent

Nezu broke out into a manic smile. "Care to repeat that Build"

"A stoat. That seems to be your primary animal, assuming my chimera theory is correct. Otherwise, it's a stoat with a quirk and slight physical mutations. Mouse, bear, and dog are most likely red herrings that are close to the actual answer, enough to make one think, but not actually reveal it. However, they are logical enough to be taken seriously." Izuku explained, beginning to break into a mutter storm of analysis

"Oh, I like you" Nezu stated his devilish smile growing

Looking back up Izuku resumed eye contact and rubbed the back of his head "sorry, force of habit"

"What a wonderful habit to have, your thoughts are definitely organized in their own way. Quite intriguing"

"Wait until you see his notebooks" Melissa joked

"There are notebooks?" Nezu asked "do you have any on you by chance?"

Summoning it from who knows where, Izuku placed a notebook on the table and slid it over to Nezu.

"Hero Analysis 15. There are 14 more before this?"

"Ehh, closer to 13, my first one was mostly me writing in crayon saying how cool All Might was" Izuku shrugged

Nezu laughed, as he opened the notebook, quickly going over each page, until he eventually stopped with about a third of the book left.

"I'm assuming that this is the one currently in progress then" he said gesturing to the blank pages. Izuku nodded in response "Well, I must say Mr. Midoriya, most impressive"

"Thank you princi-" Izuku paused, Melissa's eyes widened. Nezu smiled.

"And by your reactions, I am correct in my guess as well. At least you can enjoy the tea now Izuku"

Sighing he pulled out the bottles breaking the transformation. "How did you figure it out?"

"Oh, it was actually quite simple. I merely hacked the HPSC files to see why two quirkless people had so much classified information. And based on the dates they were entered and that miss Shield here was one of the two requesting a meeting, I deduced that you, Izuku Midoriya, were the other quirkless mystery that is now working with the HPSC as the Kamen Rider"

Melissa couldn't hide her shock, while Izuku merely looked contemplative "huh, didn't consider that. We probably should scramble the files a bit to mask the connection between the two of us then for future reference"

"Oh, I have already placed several firewalls there and my own personal encoder. Afterall, it's like you said, the less people know about you the better." Nezu then straightened up in his seat and clapped his paws together "Now, why did you two want to meet with me, I have a guess, but I'd rather hear it from you"

Izuku smirked, and looked over to Melissa who had recovered, "We want to go to UA, specifically in the class four years from now, as that's when we'd be old enough to match the freshman class. We'd like recommendations into the Support Course"

Nezu's eyebrow raised "Support? Not Heroics?"

"Oh, we'd appreciate both, but we are going to need support courses anyway to keep building and maintaining our gear. We plan to go as hybrid students going for both a Support and Hero license, like Powerloader. It's more practical, for the two of us"

Nezu began to cackle "You really did think this through, alright Izuku I'll give you my recommendation for the analyst course, Melissa I'll put in a word to Powerloader to give you a test run, let him see if you can get his for the support gear class"

"Analyst course? You're not putting Izuku with me?"

"You'd still have the same classes. I'd merely take Izuku with me for my analysis course during his free period" Nezu holds up the notebook "skill like this needs to be refined, and I teach the analysis course here, so I'd be more than happy to take you on as a student when you eventually enroll. On a side note, due to the two of you being hybrid students, if you pass the heroics exam to take part in those classes, you'd be in Powerloader's homeroom. Each teacher can only hold two recommendation students in their homeroom, so funny enough with you two we can have up to forty-two hero course students that year, oh what fun!"

Izuku and Melissa looked to each other and smiled, nodded, and looked back to Nezu "Pleasure doing business with you Principal"

"Please the pleasure is mine, however I do have a small condition."

"Being?"

"I'd like for Izuku to reveal his identity to UA staff, this way they know we have the Kamen Rider on hand, this will also serve as a means for you to use your "legal vigilante" permissions granted by the HPSC"

"Only if I get a bottle from each of them"

"A third with consent"

"Half, with consent"

"Deal!" Izuku and Nezu shook hand and paw

"I'll cash in closer to when I enroll, after my entrance exam. Don't want any biases before I test"

"Fair enough Izuku. Now one more question: Do you play chess?" he said pulling out a board

"Just don't take over the world you two," Melissa joked. Izuku and Nezu looked at her then back to each other and smiled, a mischievous glint in their eyes. Melissa, seeing the look in their eyes, then understood why people were afraid of Nezu.

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – One Month Later – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

It was a calm winter day; light snowfall decorated the streets as Izuku and Melissa were walking down the sidewalk.

"Izu, why did they want to see us again. I don't even think I've had more than one conversation with Overflow, and that one was over the phone"

"Honestly, I don't know, but he referred to me as Build in the text so I'm assuming it's hero work. Maybe he wants to make a game plan before the new year, Surge is about halfway through her maternity leave after all"

"I'm pretty sure he would have said Build regardless, I don't think you know each other's civilian identities, unlike me who doesn't have an alias"

"To be fair, you haven't needed one. Not like you are publicly known yet"

"I know, I know." She paused, "Wait, yet?"

"YEAH! After all you and I are going to be quirkless heroes together right, once we get into UA and get that ball rolling then we can worry about getting you a secret identity"

Melissa snorted and broke into laughter "You make me sound like one of those old pre-quirk superheroes from those old comics and games we used to play"

"Don't act like they weren't cool! They could do so much without quirks, it was really inspiring"

"Also fiction"

"Yeah, but is what we're doing now any different than some of the stuff they did?"

Melissa paused, then smiled "No, I guess it isn't"

The two continued walking, small chatter filling the silence, as the duo got closer to their destination Izuku eventually donned his armor in preparation to meet the heroes. Arriving at the door of a home, Izuku double checked to make sure they had the correct address. Confirming that they were in the proper location, Izuku knocked on the door and was greeted by Overflow in civilian attire.

"Build! Good to see you" he beamed "And you must be Melissa, his handler I assume?"

"Handler?" Izuku asked

"Yeah, HPSC tends to give their heroes personal "handlers" to act as their support. You know, the person behind the desk, the strategist behind the computer. At least I figured she was based on how you two talk through your comms during our missions"

"Oh, I'm not his handler" Melissa started

"Yeah, she's my partner" Izuku said, putting an arm around her shoulder "HPSC brought us both in when they wanted me"

"Ah I see, not much different, in terms of effect, but it does sound better than you two being put together like it's a job. Anyways come in, come in."

"So, Overflow wha-"

"Yosuke"

Izuku tilted his head

"I'm off the clock and out of costume. My name is Yosuke Izumi and forget the formalities otherwise you'd be calling everyone else in this house Izumi."

"Alright then Yosuke, so what is the reason you invited us over?"

"Well, Build, I invited you over to introduce you to some people"

"Are you sure it's ok for you to be out of uniform then?" Izuku asked

"It better be, they're my family after all" Yosuke laughed

The three walked into the family room, a woman with brown hair sat on the couch holding something. She turned her head at the three when they entered, smiling when she saw Yosuke walk in. Yosuke gestured for Izuku and Melissa to follow him as they approached, they saw what the woman was holding, swaddled in her arms was a baby, softly sleeping in his mother's embrace.

"Build, Melissa, let me introduce you to Surge, or as I know her, my wife Hiroka Izumi. And in her arms is our newborn son, Kota Izumi"

"Aww he's so cute" Meliss cooed

"Thank you, it's a pleasure to meet you both" Hiroka started, slowly standing up and turning towards the two. "And Build, thank you for keeping my husband safe" she said with a slight bow.

Izuku quickly waved his hands "No worries, if anything your husband has been keeping me in line. It's been a true pleasure to work alongside him"

Hiroka smiled "I'm glad, I saw your fight against Mirko, and read the reports. I am so glad that someone like you was watching his back while I was out."

Izuku smiled "I'm just glad we were able to keep him able to come home to the two of you"

"You'll hear no argument from me," Yosuke started. "Being able to come back home to my family is one of the best rewards out there. Being able to see the people I care about smile is all I need to keep going. Thanks, Build, for watching my back".

Izuku paused, Melissa looked at him with a knowing look before she slowly nodded. The Water Hose duo looked at each other confused and looked back to Izuku who was silent. Before Izuku looked back at them.

"Izuku, Izuku Midoriya" he said, removing the bottles from his driver, breaking the transformation "We're off the clock after all, plus we're friends right" he smiled.

"Oh my, you're younger than I thought" Hiroka said

"I can't believe a kid took down Mirko" Yosuke continued

"I hope this isn't an issue" Izuku hesitantly said

Hiroka and Yosuke looked at each other and smiled. "No issue at all"

"If anything, we know who to call when Kota needs a babysitter, '' Yosuke joked.

It was then that Kota began to stir, slowly opening his eyes and taking in the people around him, his eyes stopping on the two new people in the room.

Izuku had a soft smile grow on his face as he held out a finger that Kota grasped with his small hand. "Nice to meet you too, Kota"
