Koga nods. Upon arriving at the castle, Scott and Inuyasha head to the library with the pack trailing behind.

"Why are we in the library?" Koga asks curiously.

"First, we need you and the pack to close your eyes," Scott says with a hint of suspicion.

Heeding his instruction, the pack closes their eyes. Inuyasha approaches to guide everyone, instructing them to place a hand on his shoulder. Scott then pulls a latch, revealing a secret hatch behind the bookshelf. Upon entering, Scott picks up a torch from a stand. Inuyasha leads the way, with the pack members keeping a hand on his shoulder for guidance.

"Okay, we're here. You can open your eyes," Scott and Inuyasha announce cheerfully.

Upon opening their eyes, the pack is left in awe by the sight before them. An underground tunnel, reminiscent of their den, has been carved out. It boasts modern amenities such as electricity and plumbing and is adorned with fur-pelted furniture and wooden accents.

Koga hands little Adrian to Ethan, then dashes over to scoop up his own pup, embracing him tightly with warmth and affection.

Two days later…

Koga and the others were settled in. Inuyasha and Scott decided to venture down to the cave nest specifically made for them to discuss something important. As they neared the entrance to the cave, Inuyasha glanced nervously at Scott.

"It will be okay. I'm sure he would be honored to walk you down the aisle," Scott reassured him.

Inuyasha responded with another apprehensive look.

Grasping Inuyasha's hands and gazing into his eyes with affection, Scott said, "You can do this. I believe in you."

Bolstered by the encouragement, Inuyasha mustered the courage to open the door and step through. Together, they descended the stairs leading to the cave. Upon their arrival, before Inuyasha could react, he was pounced on by a small wolf pup.

Regaining his composure, he stood up and leaned down to cradle and nuzzle the energetic pup.

Observing the pup closely, Inuyasha was taken aback by how much he had grown in less than a week. It dawned on him that alphas mature at a slightly faster rate than usual. Suddenly, the sound of swift footsteps reached his ears. Lifting his gaze, he saw Koga sprinting towards them, panting heavily.

"My son is quite the speedy one, despite his young age. But what brings you here, pup?" Koga asked.

Blushing, Inuyasha replied, "I've realized, with my wedding in three weeks, that I don't have anyone to walk me down the aisle. I was hoping, given the deep bond we share, you'd be willing to.

I had considered asking Hojo, but my connection with you is far more profound. In many ways, I see you as my true father, which makes me think it would be perfect for you to do the honors."

Koga stared at his pup in sheer surprise, taking a moment to process what he'd just heard.

"It would be my greatest honor to give you away, my pup," Koga responded.

Overwhelmed with emotion, Inuyasha broke into tears, embracing Koga tightly.

"There's also something I'd like to ask you," Koga added.

Inuyasha's eyes widened in surprise, but he looked at Koga with anticipation.

"I'd like you to be the godfather of my pup," Koga proposed.

Inuyasha's eyes bulged in astonishment at the request.

"Did you hear me?" Koga asked.

"Yes, I did. I'm just shocked you'd choose me over Hojo, since he was Aiden's father," Inuyasha replied.

"I did consider him, but he declined. The twins are still too young for such a responsibility. And Ethan is preoccupied, preparing for his role when he becomes the next matriarch," Koga explained.

Inuyasha took a moment to reflect on the offer. "It would be my utmost honor to be his godfather. And as his godfather, may I know his name?"

Koga smiled warmly. "His name is Adrian. It was the last thing Aiden said before he passed."

The realization that Aiden had used his final moments to name his son touched Inuyasha deeply. After sharing a heartfelt moment, Inuyasha and Koga released each other from their embrace and said their goodbyes.

Nineteen days later, the castle buzzed with activity, as the wedding was a mere two days away. Everyone pitched in, working diligently to finalize preparations, and soon the invitations were dispatched.

In a neighboring town close to the castle, the invitations were received. However, all but two were declined. Only the Higarashi family and Miroku accepted the invitation.

Upon seeing the invitation, Kagome was overcome with tears of both joy and sorrow. The invitation stirred memories of her own wedding plans, which never materialized because her fiancé was summoned to war at the last moment and tragically lost his life in battle.

Determined not to be overwhelmed by her grief, she reminded herself to remain resilient for her younger brother. Taking a deep breath, Kagome began reading the invitation's details.

Miroku, on the other hand, was taken aback when he saw the invite. He felt a pang of guilt, remembering his role in Inuyasha's past misfortunes. However, he took solace in the knowledge that he had atoned for his past mistakes over the previous 11 months.

As the new town leader, he had instated new laws to protect interspecies couples, allowing anyone, regardless of their human or non-human lineage, to marry outside their species, irrespective of social status. Shifting his focus back to the present, Miroku began reading the invitation:

My mate and I are elated to announce our upcoming wedding in 19 days at noon. We kindly request that you arrive early if you wish to assist with the decorations. There's no need to bring food, as the castle staff will handle all culinary needs. However, should you choose to contribute homemade finger foods, we would appreciate it. We kindly ask for no store-bought items. Dress code is flexible. Given that our maids of honor and best men are wolves donning traditional attire, you're welcome to wear whatever you deem best.

With love and anticipation,
Your future Alpha King and Mate King

18 days later…

That night, Inuyasha retreated to the cave to be with his pack. Sleep eluded him due to his nerves, but he eventually managed to rest well in preparation for the significant event ahead.

Come morning, he was roused by the sounds of joyful yips, barks, and the occasional face lick. Opening his eyes, he was greeted by little Adrian's eager attempts to wake him.

"Morning, little one," Inuyasha greeted Adrian.

However, a voice echoed in his mind. "Godfather, wake up! You're such a lazy bum. It's your special day today; you must not be late." Startled, Inuyasha shot upright, catching Adrian off guard with his swift movement.

In a rush, he gathered his belongings and made his way through the tunnel to the castle, eventually reaching his room. Inside, he found the twins, as usual, embroiled in a squabble.

Clearing his throat, Inuyasha garnered their attention. The realization dawned upon them that they should exit. Once they had left, Inuyasha quickly closed and locked the door. However, a knock resounded shortly after. Sighing, he approached the door and swung it open, revealing Koga on the other side.

"Is everything okay, pup?" Koga inquired, noting Inuyasha's frustrated expression. "Are you having second thoughts about the wedding?"

"Not at all," Inuyasha replied. "It's just... I'm grown up now. And today, I'm getting married."

Koga chuckled softly. "I know the feeling."

Surprised, Inuyasha looked at him for elaboration. Koga shared the apprehensions and uncertainties he and Aiden felt before their wedding, recounting their journey from doubt to assurance, and how the support of their families played a crucial role.

As Koga narrated his experiences, two hours flew by. Another knock interrupted their conversation. Chris entered the room, urging Inuyasha to get ready as the ceremony was nearing. Panicking, Inuyasha was steadied by Koga, who gave a stern look to the others, prompting them to exit.

Once alone, Inuyasha slipped behind a changing screen to dress for the occasion. Emerging twenty minutes later, he was adorned in a magnificent blood-red and gold dress, accessorized with white and red roses. Koga's eyes widened in awe of the sight before him.

"How do I look?" Inuyasha asked, a hint of nervousness in his voice.

"You look absolutely stunning," Koga replied.

Blushing, Inuyasha was about to respond when a series of knocks came from the door.

"I guess it's time," Koga noted, offering his arm. Inuyasha took it, and they both prepared to make their entrance. They navigated through the castle, eventually arriving at the grand ballroom doors. Lowering his veil, Inuyasha signaled the guards to open the doors.

As they entered, the attendees rose in reverence. Scott's gaze met Inuyasha's, and for a moment, he seemed almost faint from the breathtaking sight before him.

After a few moments of walking, Inuyasha reached the altar. He embraced Koga before taking his position opposite Scott. As Koga settled beside the pack, the priest gestured for everyone to be seated and began the ceremony.

In the grand hall, adorned with flowers and lit candles, attendees gathered. At the altar, the Priest began, "We are here today to unite this Werewolf and Half-demon in holy matrimony. If anyone objects to this union, speak now."

Silence filled the room, heavy with anticipation.

The Priest continued, "I trust both parties have given their blessings to this union."

Koga rose from his seat, stating firmly, "I have."

Scott then began his vows. "Inuyasha, when I first met you, you were a servant, and I might have seemed like a monster. But as days passed, my heart warmed up to you. When you left to go home, a part of me felt lost, thinking you might never return. But you did, saving my life. That's when I realized you were the one for me. I promise to love and cherish you always and forever."

With glistening eyes, Inuyasha replied, "Scott, at our first meeting, I perceived you as heartless. But over time, I discerned your true, kind nature. When you allowed me to return home, I saw your gentleness. My feelings for you grew, and I found myself deeply in love. I vow to love and treasure you always."

The Priest gestured, and Ginta and Hakkaku stepped forward, each holding a ring cushion.

"Now, for the exchange of rings," the Priest announced.

Scott took a ring from Hakkaku's pillow and repeated after the Priest, "'I, Scott, take you, Inuyasha, to be my lawfully wedded husband. To have and to hold, from this day forward, in joy and sorrow, in wealth and poverty, in sickness and in health, until death do us part.'" As he finished, he slid the ring onto Inuyasha's finger.

Inuyasha then picked up the ring from Ginta's pillow, echoing the Priest, "'I, Inuyasha, take you, Scott, to be my lawfully wedded husband. To have and to hold, from this day forward, in joy and sorrow, in wealth and poverty, in sickness and in health, until death do us part.'" He then placed the ring onto Scott's finger.

With a warm smile, the Priest announced, "By the power vested in me, I pronounce you husband and husband. You may seal your vows with a kiss."

Scott gently lifted Inuyasha's veil, and they shared a heartfelt, lingering kiss.

The subsequent celebrations were joyous. Inuyasha and Scott moved to the dining hall, where they enjoyed their meal amidst laughter and merriment. The evening included dancing, gift-giving, and the cutting of the wedding cake.

As the festivities concluded, the newlyweds bid their guests farewell, their hearts brimming with happiness and love.
