Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto

Warning: Rated M for dark and mature themes

Well here's another chapter. It's been a pleasant surprise to see the mostly positive attention this has gotten.

The next morning Hanabi was hard at work in the courtyard. For over an hour she beat and smashed down on the bamboo dummy without a shred of mercy.

"Your gonna bite the rattlesnake today Naruto!"

Hiashi watched from the side with a stern and unmoving expression. His eyes fixated on his second born's fighting form.

'Hanabi's motivation is at it's peak... a part of me can't believe that I am even having her waste time and energy on this sort of match.'

The clan patriarch finally tore his eyes from his daughters training and his cold and stern look morphed into one of doubt and regret.

'Even if he is the spawn of Minato the boy is talentless and graceless contrary to his father. Bringing him into the clan may indeed be an unwise course of action... but then again..."

Hiashi clenched his fist in rage as he recalled the suave and nonchalant smirk of the talented fourth hokage.

'That bastard saw through my business dealings, the legal loopholes I had intended to use to bring my clan to the top of the leaf hierarchy... but he took issue with that... and ruined absolutely everything.'

The older man was startled from his conflict by the sound of his daughter walking up to him while seemingly quite exhausted.

Hiashi grabbed a small wooden jug of water and handed it to the girl.

Without hesitation Hanabi delightfully accepted and started to chug the water down before letting out a content sigh.

"Thankyou father, it is always nice to have a refreshing drink in between training session's."

The older man offered no response other than to take the jug back and set it down before his stern gaze fell upon Hanabi once more.

"Might I assume that you are ready to challenge Naruto at this point?"

Hanabi confidently smirked while letting out a few well coordinated and fast air punches that reflected her fighting spirit.

"Of course father. I'm gonna smash his skull in and tear his heart out in this match."

Hiashi scowled in disappointment as he saw a tinge of bloodlust in the girl's eyes. A look that promised perhaps too much fighting spirit.

"You mustn't kill him or even scar him for that matter. This fight must be won with his body and mind in tact."

The young girl scowled upon hearing this while feeling immensely dissatisfied with her fathers wishes.

"I have been extremely tolerant of your... inappropriate relationship with your sister, and I understand you are jealous of the boy for garnering her attention on a regular basis."

Hanabi looked over in surprise as she heard the words of her father.

'I never imagined he was that well informed on those matters.'

"But you mustn't let your personal grudge affect how you approach this match, if Naruto were to be killed it would spell disaster for my vision. Do you understand?"

Hanabi reluctantly nodded her head in agreement while looking away in shame.

"Good. Now prepare yourself, we'll be seeking the boy out in less than half an hour." Hiashi said while walking away.

The girl watched in pain as he left her alone like many times before, she looked down at the ground in shame while clenching her fist.

"Dammit! Why'd you have to go and impose those sorts of limitations on the fight! He's not that special!" Hanabi yelled in anger while slamming fist against the nearby pillar.

With her rage threatening to boil over at any point the devoted prodigy left the training grounds and promptly headed for the entrance where she was sure to find him as ready as she was.

Elsewhere in town Naruto was warily traversing the market while trying to avoid the hateful glares of the villagers.

'Im just here to get a new wallet, what do these people have against me anyways?'

After a while longer of trudging past the stalls that aligned each and every corner as far the eye can see he had finally made it to his destination.

"Welcome to my sh-"

An elderly woman clad in chic purple robes turned around and seemed cordial until she recognized the would be customer.

"Oh it's you... the hell do you want?"

Naruto scowled upon hearing the woman's venom laced words and slammed his coins down on the table.

"I ain't happy to see you either cunt... but I need a new wallet and I think you can help." He said coldly while being undeterred by her attitude.

Anger flashed through the woman's eyes as she slammed her fist on the table.

"The fuck you just call me?!"

Heads all turned as they saw the notorious troublemaker stopped at a stand with a cocky shit eating grin across his face.

Not another word was exchanged as Naruto's petty side fueled all the satisfaction he could ever derive from seeing the look on her face.

"You know what... Fine... I will accommodate you... but only because stooping to your level would be shameful and unbecoming. "

The older woman ceased her fit of anger and pulled out an old disgusting looking green frog wallet before throwing it at the boy.

"There. A gross and slimy creature... fitting for a gross and slimy little shit."

Naruto grimaced at the sight of the old wallet while watching the lady pull his coins away with a smug grin across her wrinkly decrepit face.

He pulled open the inside to see that it was actually rather spacey. A quality that would mostly compensate for the abundant lack of charm.

"Gee thanks lady. Your a real shining example of what every customer service rep should strive to be." He said sarcastically and dismissively while pocketing the crude wallet and taking his leave.

Having had enough of people's malice for the day the blonde headed for his special training spot with a look of disinterest.

It wasn't until he was stopped by an unexpected but far from original encounter.

"Naruto Uzumaki. I challenge you right here and now to a duel!"

The rambunctious young knucklehead looked down in confusion as he was met with a little pipsqueak who was nearly half his height.

Much to the young girls offense he promptly started laughing at the top of lungs.

"Hahaha! W-what kind of joke is that?!"

Naruto pushed past the girl dismissively with the same amused grin on his face.

"Sorry girly, maybe after you've grown up a bit you might offer some sliver of a challenge... but as things are now I could beat you with my my pinky."

Everyone gathered around in curiosity much to Hiashi's contentment as he stood back with Hinata by his side.

"Oh I get it..."

Naruto paused in confusion as he turned around to hear her calm and arrogant tone.

"Your acting tough to mask your fear. I guess I can't blame you... losing to a girl almost half your age would be pretty embarrassing, no wonder you don't have the guts to risk it."

The blonde was taken aback by the bold claim but the arrogant grin across this girl's face reminded him of a certain uchiha boy who had a knack for getting on his nerves.

"Quite a mouth you have for someone so young... fine... I accept your challenge."

The young girl smirked as they took their places across from each other in a makeshift circle consisting only of the many curious villagers who were itching to see a good fight.

Hiashi suddenly took his place in the center of the chaos garnering the attention of both combatants.

"I am the leader of the Hyuga clan and I will be serving as referee of this battle between the challenger. My daughter, Hanabi Hyuga. And the defending party. Naruto Uzumaki. As per leaf customs the losing party will have to carry out a favor on behalf of the victor."

Naruto cared not for any of the mans words as he faced the young girl who held herself like a composed professional even in spite of her bewildering youth.

"If you insist then fine. Don't really need a referee when the outcome is already so predictable." The blonde said while looking down upon his foe.

Hanabi looked up at the older boy with seering rage in her heart as she entered her taijutsu stance. While her father raised his hand high.

The blonde smirked while cracking his knuckles and getting into a half assed fighting stance that only further angered the girl as it reflected how much he didn't take her serious.

"Without further ado... Begin!" Hiashi brought his hand down to signify the start of the match.

Naruto started off by throwing a kunai at the girl only for it to be dodged by Hanabi's jumping to the side.

"Let's make this quick! I got better things to do!" Naruto arrogantly yelled while charging at the young girl.

He threw a flurry of punches but Hanabi deflected them all with ease while hatefully staring into his eyes.

"At least we can agree on that."

Much to Naruto's shock the girl promptly swiped away his fist leaving an opening where she immediately started to offer a barrage of precise and brutal palm and finger strikes.

He looked to be rather shocked as the girl forced him off of the offensive and he had to fight through the pain of her attacks just to jump away.

The blonde fell to his knees while panting heavily only to look up at the brunette in shock and disbelief.

Still holding quite the grudge the angered girl charged forward just as he did prior and started to beat and slap the shit out of him while occasionally peppering in the occasional finger strike to his organs or chakra points.

Naruto tried to back up only for Hanabi to grab his arm and then the back of his head at the same time before slamming her knee directly into the center of his face.

She soon let go afterwards causing the boy to fall to his knees while holding his bloody and broken nose.

Hanabi stood still giving the boy a moment to writhe in pain while she looked down upon him.

"You little bitch!"

Not deterred in the slightest Naruto backed up and regained his composure before spinning around and charging a quick kick straight for her head.

"Pathetic."

The knucklehead looked on in shock as she so easily caught his foot and held it high in the air.

With the same look of anger in her eyes Hanabi curled her fingers into a fist and reeled her arm back as she looked at the boy's exposed crotch with a menacing smile.

With all the power that her rage for the boy could offer she thrust her fist forward burying it deep.

Naruto let out a high pitched squeal of agony as his eyes went white and he immediately fell to the ground holding his nuts.

As the boy soon vomited afterwards many of the villagers except for Hinata and Hiashi turned their heads away from the disturbing and unbelievable sight.

"Right for the nethers. I really don't wanna get on her bad side." Kiba whispered to Shikamaru only for the young tactician to quietly nod in agreement while still grimacing at the sight of Naruto in such pain.

Hiashi looked between the two combatants with cold indifference before ultimately sighing in disappointment.

'Dammit Hanabi, we need that part in tact for when it's time to conceive another heir.'

Although displeased with his daughters technique he walked to the girl's side and raised her hand up high.

"And the winner is Hanabi Hyuga. As agreed upon prior to the match Naruto Uzumaki will from this point on become a part of the Hyuga Clan through an arranged marriage with her.

Everyone gasped in shock while Hanabi paused in her very thinking. Naruto himself had just managed to crawl to his knees while still holding his crotch in agony and seemed to have failed to even process those words as he desperately contended with the pain.

As Hiashi seperated his hand from Hanabi's the young girl looked up at him with sweat dripping from her forehead out of sheer nervousness and a bewildered smile and look of pure disbelief in her eyes.

"Surely you jest father. Even for you that joke is in the poorest of taste." She said knowing that he mustn't be serious.

Hiashi looked at the girl with a deadpan expression, not showing the smallest sign of joking. Though that wasn't normally something that complimented his stern nature anyways.

The young prodigy stared in disbelief and silence until another concerning prospect popped into her head and she fearfully looked over towards her older sister.

"Hinata I swear I didn't know about this, you know full well I have no feelings for Naruto."

The older hyuga girl was staring in shock at the individuals that she called family. Betrayal could be seen clear as day across her tear stained and horrified face.

"Please Sister. You know I love you more than anything in the world. I would never try to come between you and Naruto."

Even as she said those words Hanabi felt sickened by them.

'Not in a way that would damage our relationship anyway... Like this currently is.'

The brunette reached out to close the distance between her and Hinata, but the older girl suddenly smacked her hand away and dashed off while sobbing uncontrollably.

Hanabi watched as her sister ran away in horror and despair as she felt like a hole had opened up where her heart should be.

"Ignore her. Hinata will come around, as future heiress of the clan she has no right to harbor affection for the boy anyways." Hiashi casually and insensitively said while resting a hand on his daughter's shoulder.

The young girl pushed his hand away while looking up at her father in anger.

"I-I loved you... Respected you... Worshipped... the very ground you walked on... and you repay me... With this?"

Hiashi looked into the eyes of his daughter that were now filled with tears much like his other child and closed his own while rubbing his forehead in exasperation.

"Y-you k-knew... how I felt about both Naruto and Hinata... y-yet you still arranged this? D-do my feelings mean nothing to you?"

The older man looked down and kneeled to meet her eye level while showing a surprising level of sympathy in his gaze... which still wasn't actually all that much.

"Oh Hanabi... of course I care. Your my pride and joy. One of my only remaining attachments to your mother... The same goes for Hinata... And even your cousin Neji who is of the lesser branch means the world to me..."

Hiashi placed his hands on both of her shoulders while looking at her with a sad and regretful expression.

"But we have responsibilities to our clan... This marriage is integral to the success of our people's future... Look... I really am sorry... but I need you to suck it up. This is all for the greater good... Do you understand?"

Hanabi was shuddering in pain and sorrow. The tears wouldn't stop and neither would her shaking hands, even as she went to wipe them away new strands immediately took their place.

"Y-yes... I-I... Understand."

Hiashi breathed a sigh of relief while hugging his daughter tightly.

"That's my girl. I promise you, our clan will reach supremacy. We'll become the prime standard that every lesser shinobi should strive to emulate."

The older man finally separated from his daughter and rose to his feet while taking a deep breath to calm himself down and pulling out a handkerchief before handing it to the heartbroken girl.

Hanabi wiped away her tears before also breathing in deeply to relax herself as best as she could.

"I'm going to return to the compound now. I'll have to speak with the third hokage and inform him of the outcome of the battle. I trust you know what must be done."

The young girl nodded in affirmation much to Hiashi's contentment as he proceeded to leave.

'Father... I don't think I'll ever be able to look at you the same way again.'

Soon enough she turned her attention towards the crowd that had all just been watching as if the whole thing was a play.

"Get lost! All of you! The show's over!"

In response to her anger filled words they all seemed disappointed as they began to disperse while letting out various sounds of disapproval and annoyance.

When all was said and done she turned her attention towards Naruto who was still holding his nuts and groaning in pain while Shikamaru observed with a sad look on his face.

She growled in rage as she stomped over towards the boy and raised the back of her hand.

The blonde winced as he fell the ground after she'd viciously slapped him and looked up at her in pain and confusion.

"Pack your shit asshole. Your moving in with me."

Naruto could only stare in confusion and bewilderment as he watched the young girl coldly walk away refusing to speak to him any longer.

He slowly sat up while turning to Shikamaru with a look that desperately screamed for context.

The black haired boy just stared at him for the longest time while resting his hands in his pockets.

"You just got hitched in like the worst way possible dude."

And that's the chapter, hope everyone enjoyed it.
