Chapter 5: Jury Fury

Tommy enters Ken's office and sees Ken asleep on the sofa. Tommy, seeing an opportunity to joke on the lawyer, slams the door which startles Ken.

"Aaah! Oh, for God's sake, it's you!" he looks down and sees he's somewhat made a mess on his clothes. "Oh jeez…I'm gonna need a new Pants!" he then looks at Tommy, "Hey, those psychos from up North…they've been on the horn, and they're coming down here soon. Now where is the goddamn money?!" asking hastily, because he's in far trouble enough as it is.

"Relax, relax. We're not at that part yet." He calmly replied as if he has not a care in the world.

Ken, seemingly put off by his reply, got a bit upset and replied back "Oh…I thought you were taking care of this, I really did! And now those guidos say we gotta do them a favour."

Tommy placidly replied, "You mean I gotta do 'em a favor."

Ken, realized he wasn't in that much trouble unlike Tommy, "Oh, of course that's what I mean. Do I look like I could intimidate a jury? I couldn't intimidate a child…and believe me, I've tried." he sat down on his desk and looked at Lincoln, "Now, look. It's either that, or Forelli's Brother, Giorgio, gets five years for fraud. You gotta take these guys OUT!"

Tommy, obviously aware of already what to, simply said, "I understand. Help the jury change their minds. Don't worry about it."

"No no no no no…NO! I tried that. The jury case didn't go so well, so MAKE them change their minds."

He already knew what he means by "change their minds" he automatically leaves Ken's office.

"Hooray, more crap to wipe up. What did I do wrong in a past life?" Tommy complained while on the way out.

Outside Ken's office, A construction worker standing on the pavement gets run over by a car. The car's drive exits and flees the scene. A bit surprised of what just happened in front of him.

"Dumb…Florida…moron." Saying, while picking up the hammer,

Tommy drives to a café in Ocean Beach and sees the first juror talking to a woman. The juror spots Tommy and attempts to drive off in his car, but crashes into a passing truck. Tommy smashes up the juror's car and the juror exits.

Tommy, darkly stared at the juror and put the end of the hammer on his chest and says, "Innocent until I say otherwise."

The juror runs away screaming. He then drives off to a penthouse where the other juror is and does the same thing to his car. Once he saw Tommy, he ran to the streets screaming, while Tommy shouted back,

"You remember Giorgio?! Remember he is Innocent?!"

He Drives Back to The Hotel To get some sleep
