In the canon timeline, Agent Fowler would've been grilled by General Bryce about the Autobot situation in the past few months. Overall coming to the point that Optimus Prime himself had to back up Fowler by going to Bryce's military base. The Star Saber's location wouldn't be on the radars of both Cybertronian factions until after a few weeks of this event.

Things changed however, with the arrival of Solus Prime. Because of her balance tipping power, Megatron has increased the Relic searches up to eleven. Scouring the lands for anything just to even the scales of war. To replace the loss of the shield generator and the spark extractor, all they had to show for was the Omega keys. Whose purpose wouldn't be utilised any time soon. Which explains the early discovery of the Star Saber.

And because of Solus Prime and her tendency to destroy the surrounding landscape off the face of the earth, the Autobots would be interrogated by none other than General Bryce with the President beside him.

"...it's a lot to digest, Bill. I'll tell you that."

"Mr. President. I know that it might be… a lot."

"Yeah, no kidding. You telling me that there are robots in disguise out there who could nuke a national park out of existence?! Jesus, how the heck am I gonna get around that."

The Autobots, save for Wheeljack. Were currently standing in formation in respects to the human authority before them. Optimus wished that trust be fostered between the two species of man and metal. Hence, the reason they agreed to this tribunal. But not everyone was happy with the decision. The most prominent of them being Solus Prime.

"Is this how you human leaders conduct yourselves? By my father, you are too lax considering your supposed position as the highest power." Solus insulted. She was not too pleased doing all this, and she expressed this to Optimus prior to the interrogation.

"I heard that." The President pointed out from below. "And trust me, I'm one of the better leaders out there. You should meet the Russian guy. Heh. he's a bundle of joy and a half."

General Bryce, who was standing beside Agent Fowler this whole time, then stepped forward to raise his hand before the President before saying. "President Bush. We need to begin the tribunal."

"Oh, yes of course. I'll just be on the sidelines while you head to the main show from here, Bryce." said the President as he walked to where Agent Fowler was standing. Which was near the railing closest to the stairwell that led to the main console. Which was significantly away from the human corner the Autobots made for the children.

Who somehow managed to sneak into the base despite Ratchet sternly telling them that today was a bad time to be there.

"Wow… I can't believe that we're getting to see the President! He looks younger than I thought." Raf whispered to the older teens who were also taking a sneak peek.

"He sounds like a full on cowboy with that accent, now that I think about it." Miko observed as the President made a joke that Agent Fowler had no choice but to laugh along to.

"I can't believe I followed you guys here…" Jack bemoaned as he watched the interrogation go smoothly with General Bryce asking the usual questions such as 'what is up?' 'what are your plans for the future?' and 'will those plans be a threat to national security?'

"Hey, we didn't force you to get on Bulk's trunk. You just wanted to see the president too, didn't you?" Miko teased. Jack stuck his tongue at her while Miko blew a soft raspberry at him.

"Guys be quiet… I think the President's asking Solus something." Raf hushed the two. In sync, Jack and Miko zipped their lips and looked at the Bots and the Top Brass discussing the nature of Solus Prime.

"So wait a minute. Mind telling me about your history again?" President Bush asked Solus Prime. "Because you seem new around here. I know Prime and the rest. We met a couple of times. But what I don't get is why you're also called Prime. Are there more Primes out there that we don't know?"

Solus looked to Optimus. Her face displays the annoyance of having to share personal information to the human. The leader of the Autobots simply looked at her pleadingly. Well, if a stone face could look pleadingly in the first place. But Solus got the jist. With a huff and a puff. Solus acquiesced. Suddenly, she thought that maybe a twist could be made to make things interesting.

"Very well, Mr. President. I shall tell you a tale of my past. However, I shall display my story through means beyond your comprehension." Solus said as she unlatched the Forge from her back. An act that alarmed General Bryce and William Fowler.

"Wait, what are you?-" the General asked before President Bush stepped in.

"Nononono, calm down Bryce. I wanna see where this goes." Bush consoled.

"But Sir. Something bad might happen." William Fowler protests.

"Nah, I trust her. Besides, she's a Prime. Look how nice Optimus is. What? Is she gonna do something terrible to us? I highly doubt that." Bush then looked towards Solus and said, "Are you gonna do something bad?"

"None at all." Solus said as she brought her hammer out. She then began a tale from the beginning. How she and the other 12 Primes defeated Unicron, created Cybertron's foundations, and eventually… her death.

"It began with conflict." Solus spoke. Her optics became less focused and more hazy. "My brother, Megatronus, had returned from a mission beyond my understanding. He asked me for a weapon. A weapon so powerful that I kept it in a vault. To protect it from whoever would use it for ill. The weapon's name is the Requiem Blaster. A weapon powerful enough to destroy planets."

"Did he get it in the end?" President Bush asked with concern. The Autobots and the Humans in the base were also wondering the same thing. For the Autobots - except Optimus - the true happenings of Solus' death were shrouded with mystery. As for the humans, this is literally the first time they as a species are hearing this story.

Solus, meanwhile. Did not answer that question. Instead, she looked to Optimus. And the spark inside the Leader of the Autobots pulsated in slight apprehension. He knew what she was about to do and was preparing himself to be as calm as possible. The knowing smile on Solus' face did not do much to help.

"Optimus, tell me. Did Megatronus take the Requiem Blaster or not?" Solus asked 'innocently. Smirking inside as the attention of the room turned towards him. There were many things the legends listed about Solus Prime's character. But the more obscure legends, the more ancient kind that was lost to most of Cybertronian civilization, painted her as a Mistress of Mischief. A trait born from her curiosity of whatever machinations Micronus and Amalgamous had in store for their brothers. One of these legends portrayed her surprising all of the Primes by gifting the Thirteenth Prime with a kiss after the aforementioned mech had returned from his routine missions into the planetary moons.

And it was this mischief that Solus used to bring brevity into a situation that she would no doubt classify as boring. Much to the chagrin of Optimus Prime.

"You know something we don't, Prime?" President Bush wondered out loud. Instead of Optimus answering for himself, it was Ratchet who rose to the occasion for him.

"Optimus has a powerful relic called the Matrix of Leadership. An artefact given to him by our Creator, Primus. It contains the collective wisdom of all the Primes that came before him. In saying that, it also provides him with all of the past memories his predecessors have had." Ratchet explained. The humans before him nodded in understanding

"Which is why I asked him in the first place." Solus added. "For only he knows the answer to your question, Mr. President. The last thing I remember was not of Megatronus but of my other brother. Who held me as the last of my spark left me for the Well of Allsparks."

She then looked towards Optimus and saw that his optics were swimming in melancholy. He vividly remembered that event. For it was he who had done those things. Nevertheless, Optimus shrugged off those feelings and began explaining.

"According to the memories the Matrix has brought forth, Megatronus did not escape the Palace of the Primes with the blaster. He had left in haste. For he did not intend to kill Solus at all. I had asked Alpha Trion what had happened to the weapon. He was the archivist in charge of the Relics many aeons ago. He said that he had hidden it in a place that only he knew. And that was the end of it." Optimus then finished with a heavy laden spark. His mood is now dampened by the memories flooding into his systems. Something Solus couldn't help but be guilty of. Since she more or less forced him to go down that memory lane due to her mischief.

"...Woah. Talk about a dark ending." President Bush said in an attempt to break the sombre atmosphere. "But how did you end up on earth? I read the file on how you got revived - thank Bill for that." Nods to Agent Fowler. "Though the part on how you got here is not clear."

Both Primes blinked rapidly at that question. Because of so many things happening, they didn't bother to wonder about it. They were saved however, by the hypotheses presented by the Autobots. Bulkhead theorised that her tomb was here on earth all along. That theory was quickly shut down by Optimus, who stated that Solus' tomb was within the Palace of the Primes. Bumblebee made an educated guess by stating that it must have been Primus working in the background. When the remaining of the 13 buried her in Cybertron, Primus must have moved her coffin alongside her body to earth. But what really got the attention of everyone was Ratchet's proposal.

"What if Alpha Trion transported her tomb to earth alongside the other Iacon Relics?" Ratchet wondered aloud after a minute or so contemplating his theory.

"That would make sense." Arcee backed up. "He is the only one who might have had access to the lower sections of Iacon."

"Yes… that would be possible." Solus looked to Optimus who then looked back at her. It really was not a coincidence that all of these events back then would line up to her being resurrected. Something is up and only the Prime disguised as an Archivist would know about it.

"Mr. President. I think we need to return back to the main issue at hand." General Bryce interjected. "We need to establish that the Autobots will not threaten national security by making their actions loud enough that the media gets word of it."

"Oh, ok then." President Bush agreed. He then turned towards the two Primes and then asked them with a serious tone. The first time he's ever used the tone. "Do you solemnly swear to uphold your promise to protect earth from these evil Decepticons while hiding your anonymity from the people of earth?"

"I swear." Optimus replied with honesty.

"I shall abide by what my successor agrees with." Solus said as she brought down her forge to the ground.

"Deal's been made, Bryce." President Bush declared to the stunted General who couldn't accept that a simple promise would hold between the humans and the Autobots, "Now that all's been done now, we gotta go. More government stuff to do. Can't wait to tell my dad about this one. See you around, Bill."

And with that, the President and General Bryce left the base. Their entourage waited for them outside. William Fowler exclaimed a sigh of relief. Turned out the tribunal segued into a life story of Solus Prime. Thank God for George Bush being so lackadaisical.

"Hey guys, is the meeting done?" The Autobots and Fowler heard from the human corner. They all turned to see Miko looking very distressed while holding up her phone.

"Wheeljack… might be in trouble." Raf said for Miko. Who was keeping the aforementioned bot on the phone so that they could maintain a connection which was getting rougher and rougher by the second.

And boy would things get rough.
