Bella - BPOV

I have never been this nervous in all my life. If I was still human, I would have died of an anxiety attack half an hour ago. I look into the mirror and see Heidi fussing with my hair. My make-up is already done. It all looks very natural, just as I asked. I see Jane entering the bedroom in the corner of my eye; she has a twinkle in her eyes as she says:

"Demetri is a nervous wreck. It might be contagious because you don't look much better."

I stick out my tongue, which has Jane smiling. Heidi drops the brush on the table and sighs contently:

"Done! This must be one of my best creations yet. You look marvelous, Bella."

I stand up and walk over to the large mirror. I gasp when I see my reflection. I look divine. I squeal and Heidi beams when I whisper:

"Oh my god, Heidi, I look like a goddess. You're a miracle worker."

"Nonsense, Bella, I already had a beautiful canvas to work with. It's all you, doll, I just enhanced your natural beauty. Demetri will be gobsmacked when you walk down the aisle."

I hug her and take another look in the mirror. My hair looks fabulous and my wedding dress hugs my every curve. It's a beautiful satin wedding dress by Vera Wang. Alice would be so proud of me, going for a designer dress on my wedding day. I smile at the thought and wish for a second that Alice could be here.

Demetri - DPOV

I look at the clock for the millionth time in the last hour. When did time come to a complete standstill? Felix and Alec are trying to hold their laughter, but they are failing miserably at it. Jane just walked in but turned around after seeing me, pace across the room. She mumbled something about 'nervous' and 'contagious', which has me wondering how Bella is doing.

I walk over to the mirror and check my tuxedo for the umpteenth time. Alec sighs and walks over to me.

"You look fine, Demetri. Bella would marry you even if you were wearing slacks and a T-shirt, so stop worrying. You're not going all emotional on us, are you?"

I slap him against the back of his head and scowl.

"How's that for emotional, you moron? Just you wait until you find your mate. I'm going to have a ball, making fun of you then."

"I'm never going to let myself fall into that trap. It's bad enough to see you and Felix make complete fools of yourselves. No girl is ever going to tie me down like that."

Felix snickers and I roll my eyes. That sounds like something I would have said two months ago and look what happened. I found my true mate, the love of my life when I least expected it and today I'm going to make her my wife. She'll be mine in every way: mind, body, and soul. No one will ever keep us apart. Alec won't know what hits him when it happens to him.

I look at the clock again and see that it's almost time to start. We make our way down to the gardens and find the rest of our coven seated next to the makeshift aisle in the middle of the olive grove. Aro is standing at the end of the aisle and will be performing the ceremony. He was absolutely thrilled when Bella asked him.

I walk up to him and as I pass Caius, I hear him whispering to Marcus.

"I never thought I would see the day that Demetri got married. I never pictured him as the romantic type."

"Love changes the most ruthless person, Caius. You should know that better than anyone. But don't be misguided, Demetri will even be deadlier, now that he has someone to protect. I feel sorry for the person that tries to harm Bella in any way."

I smile. Marcus is right. If anyone tries to harm my Bella, they won't live to tell the tale. You can count on that. Bella is mine and I'm hers, and I'll do anything to keep her safe. I want her with me for the rest of eternity. I take up my place next to Aro and look down the aisle, waiting for my gorgeous bride.

Bella – BPOV

I hear the clock tower chime in the distance and look over to Heidi. She nods to me. It's time to get married. Heidi and Jane walk into the hallway and I follow them with one last glance in the mirror. We walk to the door and I can hear the whispered talks of our coven members in the olive grove. I take a deep unneeded breath as the music starts to play.

Jane is the first to walk out. Heidi gives me a quick hug and follows Jane outside. I wait for the music to change and start my walk down the aisle. I lock eyes with my Demetri and everything else fades away. He looks so handsome in his midnight blue tuxedo. I love him so much. I can feel venom tears pooling in my eyes, I'm so happy now that I could burst.

Demetri - DPOV

I stand tall when the music starts to play. I watch Jane and Heidi as they make their way to us. They are wearing matching dresses and I can see Felix eyeing Heidi up and down. Alec rolls his eyes at him.

The music changes and I watch as my Bella appears at the end of the aisle. I'm blown away by the sight of my beautiful bride. She looks absolutely gorgeous. Her wedding dress complements her in every possible way. Her make-up enhances her natural beauty and her hair is pulled up in an elegant bun. She's perfect and she's about to be my wife. I'm the luckiest man on earth.

My eyes lock with hers and everything else fades away. I place a kiss on her hand when she reaches me. We intertwine our fingers and turn to Aro, who looks very pleased as he starts talking about true love and marriage. Before I know it, he turns to us and says:

"Demetri and Bella, knowing that you intend to be married to each other, I now ask you to declare your marriage vows."

I turn to face Bella and take her hands in mine. I look into her beautiful crimson red eyes and say:

"Bella, the moment you looked into my eyes for the first time I was lost. You complete me as I complete you; we're two halves of one whole. I can't imagine my life without you in it. You are my one true love and I belong to you: mind, body, and soul. You are my home and I promise to keep you safe. I will love you for eternity, amore mio."

"Demetri, you're everything I ever wanted. I never thought my trip to Volterra would bring me true love, but I'm forever grateful it did. You're my true mate and I love you unconditionally and irrevocably. This is a once in a lifetime love and I'm glad that we get to share it for eternity. I love you, my Demi, forever."

I place a kiss on her hands and wait for Aro to continue.

"Since the earliest of time, the circle has been a sign of completeness. A ring has no end; it is the perfect symbol for your never-ending love and for the words you spoke today. Who has the rings?"

Alec steps forward and hands me Bella's wedding ring. I place it on her finger and say:

"My love for you is never-ending. I love you, my Bella."

Bella takes my ring and places it on my finger. She looks into my eyes and says:

"My love for you is eternal. I love you so much, Demetri."

Bella - BPOV

The ceremony is perfect. Demetri's vows are so beautiful and I'm glad that I'm a vampire or else I would be messing up my make-up with tears for sure. I love my Demi more with every passing second. We stare lovingly in each other's eyes after exchanging the rings and then I hear Aro says:

"I pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss your bride."

Demetri takes me into his arms and kisses me passionately, completely ignoring the rest of our coven. After a minute Aro clears his throat and we reluctantly break apart to turn toward our coven, while Aro happily states:

"Dear ones, I present to you, for the first time: Mr. and Mrs. Demetri Volturi!"

Everyone comes over to congratulate us and then we move over to the vineyard for the party. Demetri transformed the olive grove and vineyard into the perfect wedding location. He truly is too good to be true. I finish my talk with Heidi and Jane when I see Demetri walking my way. He takes my hand and pulls me to the center of the dance floor.

"Let's dance, Mrs. Demetri Volturi."

The music starts playing and I recognize 'I Do It for You' by Bryan Adams. We dance around the dance floor in front of our whole coven and my love for Demetri grows a bit more as he quietly sings along with the song:

"Oh you can't tell me, it's not worth tryin' for.

I can't help it, there's nothin' I want more.

Yeah, I would fight for you,

I lie for you,

Walk the wire for you,

Yeah, I'd die for you.

You know it's true,

Everything I do,

Oh, I do it for you."

I place a kiss on his lips as the song ends and say:

"You are the love of my life. I'll love you until the end of time."

We're interrupted by Felix who tells us to stop smooching. Heidi slaps him against the back of his head, which has us all laughing out loud. Jane cuts in to dance with Demetri, while Alec asks me to dance. I smile when Demetri gives him a warning glance.

Demetri - DPOV

I watch Alec dancing with my wife from the corner of my eye, while I dance with Jane, who rolls her eyes at me.

"He's not going to steal her away, Demetri, just relax. Even a complete moron can see how much she loves you and she wears your mark proudly and lovingly."

I sigh and look at her.

"I'm so glad I found her, Jane. She makes me the happiest man alive. I'll kill everyone that tries to harm her in any way."

"I would cause you a lot of pain if you didn't. I wish you all the happiness in the world, you deserve it."

"Thank you, Jane. If I didn't know you better, I would say you're getting soft at your age."

She laughs out loud and says:

"If you tell anyone, I'll deny it."

The song ends and more people join us on the dance floor. I see Bella dancing with Aro, and then Caius before she joins me again. I pull her into my arms and kiss her head. She leans into me and kisses the mark on my neck. I purr quietly in her ear. We're interrupted by Aro, Caius, and Marcus.

"Demetri, we understand that this beautiful estate is yours and that you wish to live here with your beautiful wife. We will grant both of you that privilege if you can guarantee us that you will fulfill your regular tasks as members of the guard and that you will be available for any mission that we assign to you."

Bella squeals as I say:

"Thank you, Masters, we couldn't have wished for a better wedding present than the one you're giving us. We are forever grateful."

Bella – BPOV

Demetri and I stand in front of our villa as our coven members drive away toward Volterra. He lifts me into his arms as the last cars leave the driveway, and carries me inside the house, bridal style. I giggle as he carries me straight into the bedroom.

"Impatient, are we?"

"I'm not waiting a minute longer. I'm going to make love to you, my beautiful wife. I want to hear you scream my name over and over again, while I show you how much I love you, Bella."

A shiver runs down my spine as he puts me down in the middle of our bedroom and I look up to him through my lashes as I slowly start to undress him. His eyes turn from crimson red to pitch black as he turns me around and starts unzipping my wedding dress. Before I know it, my wedding dress is pooling around my feet and Demetri is staring at me like I'm his salvation.

"You are the most beautiful creature on this planet, amore mio. You're a goddess."

My answer gets lost in the passionate kiss that follows and I grip my hands in his hair as he lifts me up, my legs are now wrapped around his waist. He walks us over to the bed and lays me down in the middle. He moves on top of me and looks me straight into my eyes as he moves his member inside my wet center with one swift thrust.

My eyes roll back and I moan as Demetri starts moving in and out of me at a tantalizingly slow pace. My husband is divine. He has me moving in sync and begging for more in no time.

"Oh god… Demi... faster… please…"

He picks up the pace and I can feel the tension building inside me. I run my hands up and down his back, and claw him with my nails as he whispers in my ear:

"Mia moglie… my wife… you're mine…"

The tension keeps building higher and higher as Demetri keeps moving in and out of my center at an incredible speed. He moves his hand to my clit and pinches it hard.

"Cum for me, my wife"

I scream out his name in pleasure as my orgasm crashes down on me. I lean up and bite him, marking him again, this time as my husband. He falls over the edge with me the moment my venom enters his body and roars in pleasure, before marking me too. His actions trigger another orgasm for me, even intenser than the first one. I start kissing his neck and whisper:

"I love you, my husband."

"I love you too, my darling wife. You complete me, amore mio, you're just fucking perfect."

He starts kissing my neck and I moan at the feeling of his lips on the fresh mark. I love being his. Everything happened so quickly in the last few weeks. I went from completely alone and unhappy, to totally in love and blissfully married, and I wouldn't change a thing. Demetri is my true mate and I love every part of him. I have no problems hurting anyone that dares to come between us, nobody will tear us apart.

Carlisle - CPOV

The situation in Seattle is getting completely out of hand. The number of people that have gone missing in the last couple of weeks keeps rising and the humans are starting to get suspicious. We need to act sooner than later, because we can't risk exposure. The problem is that we can't seem to find who is responsible for the creation of the newborns in Seattle.

I will be visiting Volterra in three weeks and I want this situation handled by then. I can't leave my family to deal with this without me. I don't find joy in killing other vampires, but these newborns are a threat to us. I sigh and call for the boys:

"Edward, Emmett, and Jasper, can you please join me in my study."

I stare out of the window and wait for the boys to enter. They all look at me questioningly. I sigh and say:

"We need to kill the newborns in Seattle. Their number is rising and soon they will outnumber us. We counted eight newborns when we were in Seattle. Twenty people have gone missing since then. It's impossible to say how many they drained and how many they turned unless we go for another scouting run. I want Edward and Emmett to go, tonight.

Jasper, you know how to handle and kill newborns. I need you to stay here with me and work out a plan to take them down. We can't just waltz in, we need a solid plan and we all need training because we're not skilled fighters. So let's get to it."

Edward and Emmett nod and leave my study. Jasper gazes out of the window for a second, before walking over to my desk. He takes out a large map of the region and we start discussing different strategies. After a while, we hear Edward and Emmett leave for Seattle. I turn on the television and sigh when I hear that two more people went missing since last night.

Edward - EPOV

Emmett and I get into my Volvo and speed off to Seattle. This whole newborn-situation couldn't have come at a worse time. I don't have time for this mess. I should be thinking of ways to get my Bella out of Volterra and safe back here in my arms.

We park the car in the woods west of the city and run to the warehouse. We stay downwind so that we're not spotted and make a quick count of the number of newborns. There are fourteen of them now. One of them is clearly in charge; he keeps yelling orders and tries to break up a few fights. I give Emmett a soft push and motion that it's time for us to leave.

I don't like the thoughts in his head. He's such a big child when it comes to fighting. He is looking forward to the fight like a kid looks forward to Christmas. I don't get what Rose sees in him, but he must have some redeeming qualities, because my Bella loved him too, as a brother that is. The only man she truly loves is me; I just need to make her see that. We drive back to Forks to tell Carlisle and Jasper what we saw. I tune Emmett out because he's thinking of ripping newborns apart and I don't need to see that in my head. I think of Bella while we drive home.

Alice - APOV

I fling the latest issue of Vogue on the bed and walk into my closet. It's time to go shopping again; my clothes are so last season. I wonder if Esme and Rose want to join me. I pass Carlisle's study on my way down and hear him and Jasper discussing different strategies to defeat the newborns. I hear Carlisle mentioning the Volturi and that sends me into a vision.

I see five cloaked members fighting alongside us when the newborns attack. The fight is brutal, but we come out victorious with minimal injuries. All the newborns are destroyed and their creator is captured by one of the Volturi. I recognize her as Felix brings her toward us. It's Victoria. She tries to attack Edward, screaming that he and his stupid human are the reason that James is dead. I see another Volturi nod to Felix, right before he takes off her head and throws it into the fire.

I enter Carlisle's study and tell him and Jasper about the vision. If we ask the Volturi for help, we will surely win the battle and keep everyone safe. I see Carlisle staring out of the window, but I know that his decision is already made. My vision was too clear when I saw it; he already decided that asking Aro's help is the best way to handle this. Carlisle walks over to his desk and picks up his phone to call Aro. I walk out to find Esme and Rose because I'm in desperate need of new clothes. Even when going to war, one should dress to impress.
