Chapter 1500
Surf's Up
John and Jesse playfully finished their shower. There was a lot of touching involved.
It really amazed John how much different Jesse was when she was with him. It was almost like she was a different person. She seemed so serious and loving about what they did. She did promise to 'take over' the next time. So far she'd been very eager to share and receive. There was a hunger inside her for love.
He really wondered how long Cameron would allow him to be with the girls. She'd said anytime any of them wanted to be with him, she was 'good' with it. He was aware 'all good things come to an end'.
John watched Jesse dress as he dressed. Everything about her radiated sex appeal. Her smile, with her soft broad lips, was to die for. They were as beautiful to kiss as they were to look at. The smile was the icing on the cake.
"I think it may be time for dinner soon." John said.
Jesse didn't mention John already had plenty to 'eat'. She wanted to keep it clean. It was very unlike her. She did think about the few days she'd spent on the cruise. She knew it was living at its finest, especially with their accommodations. There were other good perks as well.
"I miss the food on the ship." Jesse said.
Jesse would like to take a seven day cruise alone with John. The idea excited her greatly. Maybe she would ask Cameron about it. If operations were down, maybe she could go with him for a week. The ship would be back in less than a week. They could be on the next voyage. They could even go down and pick it up in San Diego and make it a five day cruise. She'd even be happy to pick it up in Catalina where Claire and her needed to get off so Vanna and Allison could get on. She would actually be able to finish the cruise.
John missed a lot of the things on the ship too. Not all of them were food related.
"I can say there was certainly quite a spread on the ship." John said.
Jesse giggled. She wasn't sure if it was a play on words or not. She decided to make it one.
"The food wasn't bad either." Jesse said.
It took John a second to get her joke.
Cameron did give him quite a spread of females.
They move towards the door to leave the room.
Jesse stopped and faced him. Her dark eyes and broad lips were commanding.
"I love you, John." Jesse said.
She moved close and held him.
"I love you too, Jesse." John said.
A look of deep seriousness came over Jesse's face.
"My body may have been around the block a few thousand times, but my heart has never been." Jesse said. "I've saved its love for the right man. I've given you the virginity of my heart."
John swallowed hard. She'd made mention of it the first time. It was hard for him to imagine what it was like for the girls growing up. Their bodies needed to be bargaining chips, or even used as 'currency', to stay alive. What a terrible way to live. It was the fault of their fellow humans, not Skynet. Skynet may have been the catalyst, but the evil propagated on them came from other humans. He really needed to think about what she said.
"It's about the most special thing I've ever heard." John said. "I really appreciate it. I feel very honored."
John was a little worried about the 'rules'.
Jesse sensed his trepidation. She wasn't about to abuse anyone. She was grateful to Cameron.
"I know the rules." Jesse said. "I just needed to tell you how I felt. I want the same love and sharing for Young Jesse. I want my younger self to know love like this at an early age. I really mean it. I want it so much for myself, but I would rather she have it. I never want her to be me."
Sacrifice was the true test of love. Jesse loved herself as her younger self. She didn't love herself at all for who she was. It was one of the reasons why she didn't want a child to come from her body, even if it could be implanted in Young Jesse, or her mother, for them to deliver for her. She wanted the child from Young Jesse's body. She wanted an untainted version of herself to create the offspring. She knew Young Jesse was pregnant. She didn't know she was as well.
John wanted to be with both of them. He knew it would be more sex based, than loved based. It would still be hot. He did appreciate the 'one on one'. There was just something more special about it. Being with three at once was nice, but the 'one on one' was the best. It really allowed them to be 'one' at times.
Jesse kissed him one more time.
"I'm yours anytime." Jesse said. "I'll do anything you want."
She winked at him and walked away.
John watched her go.
Jesse turned around a little further on and winked again. She also blew him a kiss.
John felt his heart pound in his chest. Jesse gave him love like no other. Claire was close. Young Jesse, Vanna and Allison were all right behind her. He really thought Jesse was only about sex before. He was wrong in his personal case. She was the one most about love. She hid behind the sex. It really made him wonder about Sheila. Maybe she hid behind the sex and violence too. Sheila needed to possess the same 'love' in her from the 'Neural Interface'.
He headed for the Command Center.
Jesse was filled with joy and elation. She knew what love really was now. Maybe she thought she'd been there before, but she really never was. This was love. She really wished she was Young Jesse. She would latch onto John and never let him go.
Jesse turned back and winked at John.
She took a breath.
She needed to play by the rules.
Jesse went straight to Sarah's door. The rules could wait. She was ready for the mother–son thing. It didn't matter if they were separated by a few minutes.
John passed the commissary. Jan and Summer were in the process of setting everything up.
He waved at them and kept going.
He entered the Command Center and greeted John Henry. He checked to see how things were going. He hoped there was an update.
Sheila emulated everything Leticia did. She lay flat on the surfboard and paddled out through the wave at the right time. Leticia gave her pointers along the way. If things were done in a certain way, there was less chance of a problem.
Leticia thought about her current clothing status. There were none.
"I've surfed topless before, but never naked." Leticia said.
Sheila looked around. She didn't think it would be a problem.
"This is a secluded area located in a cove." Sheila said. "Only Hot chicks and fish are going to see you naked."
Leticia thought about something she'd heard before.
"I guess Hot chicks and fish have one thing in common then." Leticia said.
They both giggled.
Sheila was a little concerned about the depth of the water. She could walk back in if she lost her board. It would take a few minutes. It would probably cause some panic as well for the non Metal girls. They were bound to think she'd drowned.
Leticia was ready to get started. She told 'Sue' to watch her one time. She would come back and do it again. She watched the swells.
"Here comes a good one to ride." Leticia said.
Leticia caught the wave and stood. She glanced back. 'Sue' was right there with her! She was a little befuddled as she watched 'Sue' walk the nose and hang ten. She then did a 'handstand' and continued to ride the wave with her. It almost caused her to 'wipe out' when 'Sue' switched to only one hand on the board as she balanced herself. She would never have believed it was possible if she hadn't seen it. She was actually part of it.
They rode the wave as far as they could and dropped back down into the shallow water.
Leticia was almost speechless. It was clear 'Sue' was a professional surfer. She didn't even know if a professional surfer would be able to do all of those things, especially one after another.
"I don't think it was your first time." Leticia said.
Sheila wanted to mess with her some.
"It was." Sheila said. "You just took my surfer virginity. It was the first time I've ever surfed."
Leticia didn't mention she'd been the 'first' for most of the boys in her neighborhood, even if she didn't want to be. Not one of them lasted longer than a minute. She was still amazed by 'Sue's' ability. If 'Sue' could do all those things on the first time, what could she do with a little practice?
"You're the best." Leticia said.
A short time ago:
Mary and Laura paused. It looked like Leticia was about to catch a wave.
"Leticia is up." Mary said.
Laura was surprised as 'Sue' emulated Leticia.
"Sue is too." Laura said. "I bet she'll wipe out."
Cammy was there with them. Her money was on any Metal girl's ability. All of them were superior to humans for almost everything. There were a few exceptions.
"What will you bet?" Cammy asked. "How many times will you be with Tony? I'll match it with a thousand dollars against each time you'll be with him."
Cammy really wanted to stick it to Cameron for taking Savannah away from her.
The prospect sounded like 'easy money' to Laura. She wanted to be with 'Tony' anyway. She could always use a quick ten thousand dollars in cash.
"I'll be with Tony ten times if she doesn't wipe out." Laura said.
Mary watched 'Sue' walk the nose and hang ten. She could see it was only a matter of seconds before 'Sue' ended up in the 'drink'.
"I'll be with him ten times too." Mary said. "There's no way she won't wipe out now."
They watched 'Sue' do a handstand.
Laura figured she could really use the extra cash. She was willing to up her bet.
"Make it fifty." Laura said.
Cammy knew Laura was going to be a busy girl with John. She almost said it would be without any birth control either, but didn't want to push it. It wouldn't be for Laura or John to decide. It would be for Cameron to decide. She wanted to make the bet clear.
"Fifty times with Tony it is, against fifty grand." Cammy said.
It sounded like easy money to Mary.
"Ditto for me, I'll do fifty times against fifty thousand." Mary said.
Cammy's money was on Sheila. She was a 'go getter'.
Sheila switched to one hand on her handstand.
"No way." Mary and Laura both said.
Cammy wanted to make her point. Victory was sweet.
"Tony appreciates your weekly visits for the next year in advance." Cammy said. "It looks like you beauties are in for a lot of everything."
Mary and Laura watched 'Sue' and Leticia make it all the way in.
It was still a little hard to comprehend everything they'd just witnessed. They knew it was real because they'd just watched it with their own eyes. It wasn't any trickery or CGI imagery.
Mary knew all of her lady parts were in for a real workout. If Tony could deliver, she didn't think she had anything to lose.
"It looks like my body, all of it, is in for a change." Mary said.
Laura was up for the adventure. The money would have been nice too.
"Mine too." Laura said. "Can we still get the fifty grand as well?"
Mary also thought it was a good idea. She was really surprised Laura actually asked.
A short time ago:
Ally was in the water just a little over waist deep. She noticed the ripped female lifeguard watching her.
They both saw Leticia and Sheila catch a wave.
They heard the girls with the boogie boards start to make bets about Sheila.
The lifeguard was intrigued with the amount of cash being talked about. It was a substantial sum. If the hot Asian chick 'wiped out', the one with the beautiful face would be out a hundred thousand dollars. It was a lot of money. She knew most of the females at the club were loaded, especially the older ones. It all revolved around one individual.
"Who's Tony?" The lifeguard asked.
Ally liked what she saw with the lifeguard. She wanted to see what she could 'get' out of her.
"He's our boss." Ally said. "He's a hunk and he's nice. He always delivers in bed, he's hung too. It's a nice package."
Ally still looked forward to when she would be able to try it on her own with John, like Cameron promised her.
The lifeguard gave up on men because few could deliver in bed. It was usually some heavy guy on top of her for a few minutes and then there was nothing. Well, except for the mess afterwards. She didn't really care for sexual intercourse in any position. She'd rather have the money. At least she could have a good time and not be the 'good time' for someone else. Females could provide her with all the climatic action she wanted. There was no shortage of offers at the club either. She was the one who could pick and choose now. They would approach her. It was supposed to happen in her off hours, but didn't always.
"I haven't been with a male in six years." The lifeguard said. "I'd take the bet though. I could use the bread. Fifty grand is a lot."
Ally wanted more out of her.
"What happens if she makes it?" Ally asked.
The lifeguard was open to giving it a try. She really needed the cash though.
"I guess I would get fifty refreshers why I only do women, but maybe still wished I did men." The lifeguard said.
Ally just scored a 'bonus' for John. She actually wanted to add the lifeguard to the 'mix' for the girls.
"I'll cover the bet." Ally said.
Sheila was balanced on one hand right now.
The lifeguard could see she was only seconds away from fifty thousand dollars.
"I'll take it." The lifeguard said. "Fifty times with Tony against fifty thousand in cash."
They watched Sheila make it all the way in.
Ally was elated. She'd just scored a win. Now she wanted to capitalize on it.
"Can my female friends take a few of those 'fifty times'?" Ally asked. "Tony will be busy with those two."
Ally pointed to Mary and Laura.
The lifeguard already checked the group of girls out when they'd arrived. She would be with any of them if she could.
"It's a deal." The lifeguard said. "You're all beautiful."
The lifeguard really hoped for the fifty grand. The rich chicks were all very Hot though, as well as pretty. She would always take quality over quantity. With the new group, it looked like she would be able to have the best of both worlds.
Ally smiled. She couldn't wait you tell the others about the bonus.
Leticia still had a hard time processing everything she'd just witnessed. She was just glad she didn't wipe out as she'd watched 'Sue' perform.
"It was amazing." Leticia said. "I can't believe you only used one hand."
Sheila smiled and looked down at Leticia's groin area.
"I can do a lot with one hand." Sheila said.
Leticia knew it was true. She actually liked the 'vibrating finger'.
"You can do a lot with one finger." Leticia said. "Let's paddle out and do it again."
Sheila looked back at the people on the beach.
"I can see I have a fan club." Sheila said. "Imagine if I actually practiced this."
Leticia was further infatuated with 'Sue'.
"You're the greatest, Sue." Leticia said. "You can do anything."
Sheila felt like showing off a little more. She figured she could save Leticia a little energy.
"Hang on to the back of my board and I'll take both of us back out." Sheila said.
Leticia didn't want to put the extra strain on 'Sue'.
"It's a lot of work." Leticia said. "You don't need to do it for me. I appreciate it though."
Sheila felt invincible.
"Just hang on and go along for the ride." Sheila said. "You know I always deliver."
Leticia grabbed on and was surprised at how fast they were moving in just a few seconds. They actually moved very fast. 'Sue' was unbelievable.
Riley was surprised when Samantha returned with Claire and Sarah. She was even more surprised by the top Samantha now wore. She greeted everyone.
"I can say your top looks very Hot." Riley said.
Samantha tried to pull it tighter but she couldn't. It was skin tight already.
"I think all of the girls are going to love it." Claire said. "I know I do."
Riley was pretty sure it wouldn't just be the girls.
"Everyone is going to love it." Riley said.
Sarah was very motivated about getting her nipples pierced now. It made such a 'statement'.
"They're all going to want to do it too." Sarah said. "I'm going to do it."
Sarah hoped when Kyle got back and saw Samantha in the blue shirt, he would say something to her about it. If he did, or said she would look good the same way, she was in. She could always remove them later on like Jesse did if she ever got pregnant again. It seemed doubtful at this point. She wasn't getting any younger.
Riley really liked the view.
"I don't know how to get any better." Riley said.
Samantha liked all the attention she drew.
"How would you like to see the rings without the shirt on?" Samantha asked.
Riley hoped for a little more.
"As long as we get to touch them, I'm in." Riley said.
Samantha's top was off in a second. She didn't see why all of them couldn't.
Cam made the first stop at the Chinese restaurant CamNet selected.
"I'll go in and get it." Holly said. "It should be ready."
Holly got out and went inside.
Allison wanted to save some time. She could see the sign of the Mexican restaurant down a few buildings.
"I can go to the Mexican place." Allison said. "It's just down the street."
Vanna didn't want Allison to pick a fight. She knew she was still amped up about the gang members.
"I'll go with her to make sure she doesn't shoot anyone." Vanna said.
Cam didn't want the girls to go off on their own.
"We can wait." Cam said.
Allison was still amped up. She was tired of sitting in the back seat.
"You can." Allison said and got out.
Vanna didn't want Cam to worry about them. They would be right in front of her.
"We're good." Vanna said. "You can see us the whole way almost."
Cam frowned as the girls walked away.
She looked at her phone after it buzzed. It was a message from Jim.
"Get some extra salsa, the spicy one." Cam called out.
Vanna turned and gave her a thumbs up.
Cam waited. Holly should have returned by now.
What was the hold up with Holly?
The SUV pulled up at the American restaurant.
"Barbecued food is my style." Derek said.
Bob was sure CamNet knew a lot about everyone in the Resistance, both Terminators and humans.
"CamNet probably picked it for you." Bob said.
Derek opened the rear door. He really wanted to take a look inside of the restaurant and smell all of the other food in there.
"I'll get it." Derek said.
Bob was a little worried it might be a handful. It was the excuse he used anyway. Derek was his responsibility.
"It may take two of us to carry all of it." Bob said.
Bob exited the SUV as well.
Kyle wanted to make sure they got one of the most important parts of the meal.
"Get some of the spicy barbecue sauce too." Kyle said. "It's really good at this place."
Derek liked it as well. He would ask for extra.
"Right on, bro." Derek said.
Derek and Bob went in.
Kyle was anxious to get started. He figured they could speed things up a little.
"How far is the Indian joint?" Kyle asked.
Jim understood what he was after.
"It's only a few minutes drive." Jim said. "It will put us closer to the girls at the Mexican restaurant."
Kyle liked something else from the Mexican restaurant as well.
"I hope they get extra salsa." Kyle said. "I like the spicy kind."
Jim forwarded the request to Cam.
Bob and Derek returned in a minute.
"Just smell it all." Kyle said.
Derek was able to take in a lot of the aroma inside of the restaurant.
"It's like heaven." Derek said.
Bob and Jim only detected the remains of terminated animals and plants. It seemed humans killed everything they touched. They both wondered if animals and plants went to heaven when they were terminated based on Derek's statement. It didn't seem like any place anyone should be in a hurry to go to, even if it was a 'good place'.
They headed for the Indian restaurant once everyone was situated.
Hanna and Gail stopped by a bakery and picked up a selection of bread, cookies, pastries, pies and a cake.
"It looks like there's excessive sugar content in every one of those items." Gail said.
Hanna warned Claire about her eating habits before. She was surprised at the response.
"Claire said, 'the more cushion, the more pushin'." Hanna said.
Gail tilted her head slightly.
"Does that part get 'fat' too?" Gail asked.
Hanna contemplated the possibilities. She didn't have anything to equate it to.
"I really don't know." Hanna said. "It seems like the outside might. The inside could too. The fat build up may push from around it."
Gail thought about Jesse's slim build.
"I don't think Jesse will ever have a problem like that." Gail said.
Hanna was aware the human body failed over time in many ways.
"Some of the other girls may with time." Hanna said.
Gail thought about Cameron's belief that she'd lived her life more than once.
"We can always go back in time and replace ourselves when the girls were all fit and trim." Gail said.
Hanna already pondered the concept as well. All of the Metal girls thought about it.
"What makes you think we haven't already done it?" Hanna asked.
Gail tilted her head slightly the other way.
"Nothing." Gail said.
If Cameron really did it. There was no reason the rest of them wouldn't have done it either.
They headed for the ice cream shop.
Cameron led the girls across the aisle to the A-3 Skywarrior.
Savannah looked at the markings on the jet and the overall size of the aircraft.
"This plane is painted for the Navy." Savannah said. "It shows it was assigned to a carrier."
Young Allison looked the plane over.
"This thing seems very large for a carrier plane." Young Allison said.
Young Jesse was just as surprised.
"Oh my, that's a big one." Young Jesse said. "This thing took off from an aircraft carrier?"
Cameron was aware it was a very diverse aircraft.
"The base plane is the A-3 Skywarrior." Cameron said. "This one is the RA-3 version for reconnaissance. It was nicknamed the 'Whale'. It was the heaviest aircraft to regularly operate off of a carrier. It served for over thirty five years."
Anna thought back to the original development of the aircraft.
"It's a long life span for a carrier plane from the early fifties." Anna said.
Camille thought about the ever changing mission for a multitude of aircraft. The Skywarrior was no exception.
"It was really a 'jack of all trades' as most aircraft went through over the years." Camille said. "It started out as strategic bomber for nuclear weapons. The role changed in a few years. There was an electronic warfare version, and even an aerial tanker model."
Cameron thought it was more than just a 'jack of all trades'. It had even wider appeal than most aircraft did.
"The Air Force took a look at it. They liked the plane, but wanted a few changes. The manufacturer redesigned it more than a little and came up with the B-66 Destroyer." Cameron said. "It was retired more than fifteen years before the A-3 was. The Skywarrior was a few years older than the B-66."
Cameron moved the girls on.
Young Jesse took a look at the short bulbous nose of the next aircraft.
"This is a homely fella." Young Jesse said.
Cameron knew it was a modification of a previous aircraft.
"It's an EA-6 Prowler." Cameron said. "It was derived from an A-6 Intruder."
Young Allison looked at the nose, fuselage and wings. She felt something was missing.
"It doesn't seem like the Navy was too big on guns." Young Allison said. "You would think at some point when the missions kept changing on the aircraft, someone would actually think ahead for once."
Cameron felt the writing had been on the wall for a century. It was just a matter for someone to accept the reality of the situation. Those engorged in tradition, where the slowest to make the changes.
"In the 1920's, Billy Mitchell, the same man the B-25 is named after, showed air power was superior to surface ships. The Navy has a slow learning process in many areas. They're stuck in the past."
Young Jesse learned a lot from Jesse. She wanted to point out an important observation.
"Submarines are more my speed." Young Jesse said. "When it comes to the ocean, there are only two things. There are submarines, and there are targets."
Savannah was a little worried. Young Jesse could be tied up for years if she pursued the same course in life.
"Would you still join the Australian Navy?" Savannah asked.
Young Jesse was aware how women were treated in every branch of the military, in every country.
"I've thought about it." Young Jesse said. "I don't know if I want a bunch of 'horny' seamen pawing all over me."
Young Allison giggled.
"There would be plenty of semen alright." Young Allison said. "It would probably be over you as well."
Savannah shot Young Allison a stern glance.
Young Allison shrugged her shoulders and smiled. She felt it was an accurate statement. There were a lot of males and only a few females at sea. People got lonely.
Young Jesse felt the facts spoke for themselves.
"I think we all know what happens when a ship hits port." Young Jesse said.
Cameron wanted to redirect the conversation. She didn't want the girls to get sidetracked on something which shouldn't matter to them.
"The Intruder carried a pilot and a bombardier/navigator." Cameron said. "The Prowler carried a pilot and three electronic countermeasures officers."
Savannah looked at the hard points on the wings.
"It looks like it could carry a lot of weapons." Savannah said.
Camille was aware there weren't many other aircraft which could carry the same load of ordinance.
"It could carry nine tons of bombs, or a vast array of other weapons for its mission." Camille said.
Cameron moved the group along to the next plane. It was a sleek looking jet.
"This thing looks fast." Young Jesse said. "I like it."
Cameron could see it looked like it was a large aircraft. It was just the design of it.
"The base plane was A-5 Vigilante. This is an RA-5C reconnaissance version." Cameron said. "It originally was designated as the A3J Vigilante before it was redesignated with a host of other aircraft in 1962."
Young Allison spotted another shortcoming.
"I don't see any guns on it." Young Allison said.
Camille wanted to give them some brief background information.
"It started out as a Mach 2 nuclear bomber for the Navy." Camille said. "It replaced the A-3 Skywarrior in the same role. It was only subsonic."
Cameron was pleased they didn't make the Vigilante hall iron bombs. They still took advantage of its double Mach speed.
"The Navy soon put its speed to better use. They converted, and built, many Vigilantes to the RA-5 reconnaissance version." Cameron said.
Camille was aware it wasn't just the U.S. Navy who had their eye on the plane.
"The Australians looked at this plane. They went with the F-111C Aardvark instead." Camille said.
Young Jesse liked the Australian Aardvarks.
"I'm not sure if it makes me like it more or less." Young Jesse said. "It still looks fast."
Cameron was aware of an even faster version.
"The proposed XF-108 Rapier, would have been another Century Series fighter. It would have been capable of around Mach 3 speeds. It was the same basic design, but larger and with a delta wing."
Anna was aware another aircraft was considered to take over the Rapier's intended position.
"The YF-12A later attempted to assume the same role. Only a few aircraft were actually built before the project was canceled." Anna said. "I have to say the XF-108 is much better looking than the F-107 which was actually built."
Anna showed them a photo on her phone of the F-107.
"If today was April first, I think this would be an April Fool's joke." Young Allison said. "Unfortunately it's not. It's the third rendition of the F-86 Sabre. The second was the F-100 Super Sabre. I'm not really sure what they would have called it."
Young Jesse looked at the photo.
"I think 'monstrosity' would have fit the bill." Young Jesse said. "I don't think there were too many fighter jets constructed with the intake on top of the fuselage."
Cameron felt it possessed a redeeming feature.
"At least it would have been armed with cannons." Cameron said.
Joe and Ted reappeared. They'd been inside the next aircraft.
"This is a new addition." Joe said.
"It's based on the C-130 Hercules." Ted said. "I'd ask if you know what variant this is, but I know at least one of you will."
The three Metal girls all spoke at the same time
"It's an MC-130P Combat Shadow." Cameron, Camille and Anna all said.
Ted shook his head. Was there anything these girls didn't know? They were like walking encyclopedias or something.
"It's opened up and it's all yours." Ted said.
Joe hoped they would gain some additional information from the girls. They didn't seem to have a shortage of it.
"Ted and I will remain outside in case you want to inform us of some more things we don't know." Joe said. "You've been very enlightening."
Cameron was sure if there was ever a universal aircraft, it was the C-130.
"The Lockheed C-130 Hercules started out as a transport in 1954. It really is a master at all trades." Cameron said. "Over sixty five years later, it's still in production. There are numerous variants of this aircraft. Other than its role of hauling cargo, it's been used as a passenger liner, a bomber, an attack aircraft, a refueling tanker and fire fighting plane. I would think it has more versatility than any other aircraft. Few aircraft have endured this long of a production run. No other military aircraft has been in continuous production longer."
The aircraft had a non conventional appearance.
"What's the mission of this particular aircraft?" Savannah asked. "I can see the nose is different."
Cameron knew each mission was fluid.
"The lineup of MC-130 missions varies from infiltration, exfiltration and resupply of special ops." Cameron said. "Some specialize in air to air refueling of special ops helicopters and tilt rotor aircraft."
Young Jesse pictured a lot of clandestine activity.
"It sounds like a 'Spook'." Young Jesse said.
Young Allison knew it wasn't all 'cut and dried'.
"Someone has to do the dirty work." Young Allison said. "We all know there are times when it needs to be done."
The girls went up the front steps which was the door. It opened downwards.
"This looks pretty roomy inside." Savannah said. "There are just some jump seats along the sides."
Cameron was aware the plane could also be used as a bomber.
"This aircraft can be used to drop two of the largest non nuclear bombs which are, or were, in the US arsenal." Cameron said. "One was BLU-82 Daisy Cutter and the GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast bombs."
Young Jesse heard other references before.
"I thought the MOAB was the 'Mother Of All Bombs'." Young Jesse said.
Anna thought about the 'BUFF' nickname for the B-52, or the term 'JAFO'.
"Acronyms can be manipulated into many variations." Anna said.
Cameron wanted to focus on the method used to deliver the bomb.
"The giant bombs were pulled out through the cargo door by a parachute with the bomb on a pallet." Cameron said.
Young Allison thought about the destructive force.
"I think I'd like the AC-130 better, but it sounds like this plane can pack a punch." Young Allison said.
Cameron knew there was proof of exactly what the 'punch' was.
"The minimum blast diameter was three hundred feet on the Daisy Cutter." Cameron said. "When used in the jungle, they could blast a landing zone for up to three Iroquois to land at the same time."
Young Jesse thought about the diameter created by the blast.
"Now there's a bomb which makes a statement." Young Jesse said.
Cameron was aware there were 'no bombing zones' in places on certain battlefields. What a local commander would do, was call for a 'landing zone' and a C-130 would arrive and drop one of the massive bombs where the commander wanted the 'landing zone'. It was just another way around an imbecilic self imposed rule. She really wondered what the point was of fighting a war, if one wasn't going to fight it to win.
Savannah moved up to the flight deck. It was very spacious.
"I love all this room." Savannah said.
Young Allison looked over the seats and the instruments.
"I think there's at least twice as much room as we have in the Mitchell." Young Allison said.
Young Jesse liked all the windows.
"The view isn't half bad either." Young Jesse said.
The flight deck was a hit with everyone.
Cameron figured she could pick up C-130 aircraft in numerous places. Maybe she should pick up an AC-130 or convert a C-130 into one. No. She better keep it simple.
They headed across the display area to the other side. There were more aircraft over there.

Cameron and Young Allison were taken to a table by the waiter. There were a few other patrons already seated. No one was dressed any fancier than they were.
Young Allison liked the table cloth and the full silverware service.
"Is this how it was in the main dining room on the cruise ship?" Young Allison asked.
Cameron thought back to her time on the ship.
"It is very similar." Cameron said. "Within a few years all of this is going to change on the passenger trains. Most of the trains will only end up with a 'hamburger grill car' or vending machines which can dispense food items to be warmed by the purchaser."
Young Allison thought about the implications.
"I guess they were trying to save money." Young Allison said.
Cameron knew the death blow to passenger rail service in the country happened when they lost the postal contracts to carry First Class Mail.
"It was in 1967 when Post Office started using commercial airliners, instead of passenger trains." Cameron said. "The Interstate Commerce Commission and state Public Utility Commissions wouldn't allow the railroads to discontinue the passenger service. They operated at a massive loss. Congress finally needed to step in 1969 and 1970 with the study of RailPax. In 1971, The National Railroad Passenger Corporation, more commonly known as Amtrak, was created. It saved some routes and terminated others. The service on all duplicate routes was eliminated and a few of the long distance trains were kept. Service was so bad in the beginning, some of the host railroads told Amtrak to stop using the former names of the trains on some of the routes. They didn't want the names of their famous trains tarnished."
Young Allison looked around to see if anyone listened to what Cameron said. She was pretty sure mentioning dates in the 'future' would get someone's attention at some point. She was pretty sure Cammy and Sheila did a lot of 'sports betting' when they were in the past. It was an easy way for them to get money quickly. Well, there was also gambling. It appeared the Metal girls ran afoul of the Syndicate on their original temporal mission.
It was when the Syndicate sent three Goons after the Metal girls in Las Vegas when she asked CamNet to hurt them where it counted. It was their pocketbook. She took it a step further and turned the Syndicate and the Cartel against each other. She didn't regret her decision one bit. If they made it to Las Vegas while she was in the past, she would have Cameron manipulate gambling as only a Terminator could.
She really wasn't sure if she wanted to be around all the atomic testing going on less than a hundred miles away from Las Vegas. A quick look at a map a short distance from Groom Lake, more commonly known as Area 51, shows the results of the underground testing. The above ground testing drifted across the United States and the world. Las Vegas usually received a healthy dose of radiation on a regular basis. There are hundreds of circular depressions in the landscape where the underground explosions occurred. It was the same technique she'd used against the anti-Metal group, and the Skynet group attempting to build a Cobalt bomb. She'd used an H-bomb to prevent a C-bomb.
"Let's just stick with the menu for now." Young Allison said.
Cameron looked around her. She didn't see anyone paying attention. If an issue developed, she would find out what bedroom they were in and pay them a visit. She was pretty sure she could make it look like they'd committed suicide in a multitude of ways.
"What are you going to get?" Cameron asked.
Young Allison wasn't sure what would happen later on. She didn't know if she wanted a big breakfast and then skip lunch, or eat a light breakfast and a light lunch as well. They should arrive at the Los Angeles Union Station in approximately ten hours.
"I think I'll try the French toast since a lot of items have a New Orleans theme." Young Allison said. "You can order the fresh fruit for me along with a side of bacon."
Cameron wanted to order some steroid free milk for Young Allison.
"I'll get you a glass of milk as well." Cameron said.
The waiter came and took their order.
In just minutes after they'd left Tucson, the landscape returned to the same drab and boring view.
"I can see it's more of the same." Young Allison said.
Cameron knew they would pass through a few more metropolitan centers. She didn't think any of them were cosmopolitan.
"We'll see a little variety." Cameron said.
The order arrived. Young Allison proceeded to eat the fruit. She gave the empty dish back to Cameron. She went ahead and cut the French toast up and ate it along with the bacon. The empty bacon dish remained in front of Cameron. No one appeared to pay them any special attention. For all practical purposes it looked like both of them ate. She left the milk in front of Cameron as well. She'd just reach over, take a sip and then put it back.
Once the meal was finished Cameron was able to get Young Allison to visit the lounge car.
Young Allison saw it was spacious and somewhat open. There was no 'Dome Car' on the Sunset Limited.
"Well, I don't think anyone would serve us drinks if we tried to order them." Young Allison said. "There's no bartender on duty anyway. I can smell the smoke odor in here very strongly. When I look at the view, I can see out both sides. Unfortunately, it doubles the nothingness of the landscape for me. I think we can go back to our room. The steward should have it made up by now."
The steward did make up their rooms. He noticed there was no luggage or any other clothing in the room. It appeared the only clothing the two sisters wore was what was on their backs. They paid full fare for their room and they'd tipped him several times already. He figured they were headed for Hollywood. No doubt anyone who looked like they did would be able to be in Motion Pictures, or at least Television very soon. He hoped they were able to stay away from the casting couch. He didn't want them to go down the same path Norma Jean did. He was sure the former president and his brother were behind her death.
Cameron and Young Allison returned to their room as the train slowed to make its stop in Phoenix. There were a few more passengers who got on the train there. They didn't see anyone get off.
Young Allison looked at the schedule as they pulled away.
"Is there going to be anything to see anytime soon?" Young Allison asked.
Cameron knew it was more of the same.
"When we reach Yuma, the train will slow as it goes over the Colorado River. There is a rather long bridge over it." Cameron said.
Young Allison looked out the window for a few minutes.
"Let me have the 1911 and the P-08." Young Allison said. "I want you to time me as I disassemble and reassemble the firearms. It will help take my mind off of the Mars landscape."
Cameron tilted her head slightly.
"They haven't found vegetation on Mars yet." Cameron said.
Young Allison cleared both pistols and set them in front of her.
"Somehow I think it's a good thing." Young Allison said. "It's probably going to look like what we see now, but even worse."
Cameron didn't necessarily think the view was so bad. She saw a lot of variety in the flora and fauna. Maybe it was because there was so much of it. She knew Young Allison liked to follow all the operations and participate whenever possible. She was going to need to go through a 'withdrawal process' for some time.
Young Allison began to rapidly disassemble and reassemble both of the autoloaders.
Cameron felt she was very proficient. She didn't want to do a speed test in front of Young Allison.
"How long will it be until we reach the Colorado River?" Young Alison asked.
Cameron didn't think there would be any delays.
"It will be approximately three hours from now." Cameron said.
Young Allison resumed what she was doing. She hoped things would pick up once they crossed into California. She would at least be familiar with more of the locations.
Cover The Bet
Life is full of many things
Which many anger and upset
More than a few of them
Are going to cause some regret
Many of those things are hard
To push aside and forget
Most will leave a bad taste
Even if they aren't a threat
More often than not
When there is a duet
Things aren't much different
Than playing a form of roulette
Many go along for the ride
A few try for a reset
The cost in the end
Is some kind of debt
Is the emotional cost
More than blood, tears and sweat
How far is one willing to go
To cover the bet
Nobody
