Chapter 1546

Good Training

Young Allison and Anna watched the interrogation begin from the body cams and drone footage.

Anna was worried about the brutality.

"Maybe this is something you don't need to watch." Anna said.

Young Allison wanted to physically be a part of the interrogations before. They'd always kept her away. They were afraid she would embrace the violence and initiate some torture, if there was any.

"I'm a big girl now." Young Allison said. "When push comes to shove, I'll carry my weight. When I have a target, I don't miss."

Anna was still troubled over the violence. It was just something Young Allison didn't need to be a part of.

"You know this is normally done at Cameron's base." Anna said. "There are usually only Terminators involved."

Young Allison didn't see what the big deal was. The Gray was going to be terminated anyway.

"We all know how the story ends." Young Allison said. "It's up to them how long it takes to get there."

Anna still didn't like Young Allison to see it.

"It's how they get to the ending which is the violent part." Anna said.

Young Allison also didn't have a problem with 'punishment' being administered for crimes against females. She was well aware of how all the girls from the future became 'women'. She didn't want the same fate for herself or anyone else. There needed to be some accountability for the transgressions to females.

"If I was there, I'd make sure they paid the price for what was done to the females they 'put the grab on' and used for their sexual pleasure." Young Allison said. "None of those girls deserved such treatment, or to die from it."

Young Allison thought the only 'crimes' the females committed were being born as females. It was something out of their control. What the others had done was by choice. There was a big difference.

Anna figured CamNet would transmit part of the conversation to Young Jesse. It would prompt her to take more aggressive action on her own. She knew Jesse didn't want Young Jesse to go down the same path as her. She wanted Young Allison to think things a little further through.

"We don't need to be like them." Anna said.

Young Allison saw it as justice.

"We're not." Young Allison said. "We just need to make sure the tab is paid. They need to be accountable for what they've done. It's just that simple. There's no free ride. Everything comes with a cost."

Young Allison felt if there was no accountability, the crimes would never stop. She wondered sometimes why the politicians couldn't figure it out.

Cam conducted the interrogation of the first Gray. He didn't want to talk. Gail held the Gray while Cam 'worked' on him.

Young Jesse knew there would be violence, but it was still a little unnerving to see and hear. Maybe it was the vibrations from the impacts of Cam's fists which made it real.

The first Gray passed out at this point. Cam already started on the next Gray. It was soon evident the second Gray would be willing to reveal more information as he looked at his battered buddy on the ground. He'd heard much of what happened as he was pinned down earlier.

Cam hadn't broken anything yet intentionally on the second Gray. She decided to bluff the Gray some.

"We have your phone and we've kept your group under surveillance for two weeks." Cam said. "Tell us of the other locations you're associated with. I'll know if you're lying. Every lie will produce a broken bone. Rude comments will produce two."

The Gray was hesitant to continue. He looked at his fallen comrade on the ground.

"Is he dead?" The second Gray asked.

Cam kicked the first Gray hard in the side. Another bone could be heard to break. There was a groan.

"Not yet." Cam said.

The second Gray could see he was dealing with more than one Terminator. He was a little surprised they were all females. He wasn't so sure about one of them. It was dark and there was only the moonlight to see by. There was one of them who hung back. He looked at her.

"Are you human?" The second Gray asked. "You can stop this."

Cam grabbed his head and grasped his tongue. She started to pull on it.

"You won't ask any questions or speak to anyone but me." Cam said. "I'll rip your tongue out right now. The choice is yours. Tell me now what you want."

The Gray could feel his tongue was about to rip loose. He begged and sobbed his submission. He was sure his tongue felt 'longer' now inside his mouth.

Cam continued to question the Gray. It was soon evident they didn't have much left to say.

Gail didn't like questioning the Grays. She wanted to terminate them.

"Let's end this." Gail said. "We have what we need."

Young Jesse stepped forward and shot the first Gray in the head with her silenced M9. He lay gasping for breath on the ground as the bullet smashed through his forehead. She'd actually put him out of his misery after Cam collapsed his chest and lungs.

The second Gray watched what happened.

"You can't do this." The second Gray pleaded.

Young Jesse kicked him hard in the groin. There was an audible 'plop' sound as she made contact. He screamed in pain but was still held in place by Gail.

"Did you ever listen to any of the females you abused?" Young Jesse asked. "How many of them begged you not to do what was done to them? It was all of them!"

The Gray cursed at Young Jesse and called her names. He went to spit at her.

Gail saw what was about to happen. She acted in the blink of an eye. She slapped him hard and snapped his jawbone and ripped the side of his cheek loose. His lower jaw was crushed on one side and hung down at a crazy angle to his face. He fell to the ground. His upper teeth were visible. Most of them were fractured as well.

Much to everyone's surprise Young Jesse put her M9 away and moved towards the Gray as he withered on the ground in pain. Gail held him in place with her foot.

Young Jesse drew her knife as she approached him.

The three Terminators looked at each other. If this was Jesse or Sheila, they would want a little more of him at this point. She surprised them somewhat.

"You'll get to die a man." Young Jesse said. "But you are going to die."

Cam saw what was about to happen. If she went for his neck or throat, there would be a lot of blood spray.

"It can get messy." Cam said.

Jesse thought about it.

"Flip him over." Young Jesse said. "I'll see how my practice plays out for real."

Gail rolled him over onto his stomach and held him in place. She wasn't convinced it was a good idea.

"Are you sure?" Gail asked.

Young Jesse nodded.

"Let me take him." Young Jesse said.

Gail backed up and Young Jesse stabbed him in the right kidney and then in the left one through his back. She stood up and stepped back. The Gray was silent almost immediately. He'd stopped moving.

She kicked him in the side of the head and wiped her blade on his clothing.

Samantha could see the maneuver was carried out perfectly.

"It's clear you've had good training." Samantha said.

Young Jesse just finished off two Grays. She'd simulated both of those kills numerous times. This time it was for real. It was for Jesse as much as it was for her.

"It would have been better if the Grays hadn't committed crimes against humanity and females in the first place." Young Jesse said. "It was their chosen lifestyle. In the past now, they could have sought redemption. They didn't. They continued their same ways and seemed to expand them."

Cam and Gail tossed the two Grays bodies down a ravine near one of the fishers in the road and pushed a loose mound of dirt and rocks over them. They joined their brethren in the earth.

"Let's go." Young Jesse said.

They reached the SUV and the Gray's car.

Young Jesse thought about the options available to them.

"I'll drive." Young Jesse said. "One of you can take the Gray's car. We can use it at the next location if we need to. We might need a Trojan Horse."

Cam could see Gail and Samantha wanted to stay with Young Jesse. She started the captured car and drove down the dirt road. Young Jesse followed her in the SUV.

The second Gray gave up several locations. Bob's team was at one of them.

CamNet watched the interrogation. She was surprised Young Jesse chose to use her knife on the second Gray. She knew it was a method Jesse liked to use as well. Sheila did sometimes too. It was usually while she taunted a Gray or a future Scavenger.

Maybe Young Jesse should go on an 'off the books' assignment with Sheila. Gail and Jesse should accompany them. Her killer instinct should be harnessed and directed to make her more efficient. She was aware all the girls had killed up close now. It was all of them but Summer. She'd killed the most through her.

Earlier:

On the way to the airport, Holly filled Jesse and Claire in with more details on Mary, Laura and Leticia. They'd heard other things from some of the other girls too.

The anticipation level was very high. It had been a long time since either of them were with 'strangers'. The girls from the ship were solid, clean and checked out. They were genuine 'prime choice'.

Holly gave them some more details.

"Leticia is totally in love with Sheila." Holly said. "She will spend time with both of you. She really wants to spend time with Jesse and Sheila together."

Jesse was all for some fresh meat. She wanted to know how this all fit together.

"These girls have to know something is up by now." Jesse said.

Holly received all the reports. CamNet briefed her on what the girls 'knew'.

"They do." Holly said. "CamNet allowed them to 'find' a few things on the internet she'd put there for them. They know the basics, but don't know the details. They don't think the Metal girls are human. They can't believe they're 'robots' or 'cyborgs' either. There was even some speculation they were aliens."

Jesse touched her scar and then her breasts. It was clear she was going to be different from Sheila's appearance.

"They're going to know I'm human with my scar and nursing breasts." Jesse said.

Claire thought of another confusing factor.

"Maybe we should have brought Young Jesse too." Claire said.

Holly was aware of the incidents which happened when the girls were out earlier.

"They've seen a few things and the Metal girls in action." Holly said. "They suspect they're 'super heroes' of some kind who fight for 'justice' outside of the law."

Claire wondered what it really meant. The Metal girls were like super heroes.

"Did they see their superhuman abilities, or did they see people get killed?" Claire asked.

Holly was aware of most of the incidents.

"They saw it all." Holly said. "They ran afoul of some sex traffickers. Sheila went ballistic because they put the grab on Leticia and Mary for a very short time."

Jesse figured they must be pretty tough then to still be around after seeing some of what they'd witnessed. She wanted to make sure Claire understood the nature of things.

"This is just for fun." Jesse said. "We'll have a good time for a few hours and then we move on. We can't get attached to them. I've done this in the future before. It's a nice release every so often. You can't let them in…."

Jesse knew it because as soon as she ever did 'let someone in' in the future, it seemed the person was soon dead, or missing, or never to be seen again. It happened too many times. They all still hurt.

She managed to hold it together. She looked at Claire. She knew Claire was 'in deep'. She'd found her way to her heart. She could never let anything happen to Claire. She knew exactly how Sheila must have felt when she went after Leticia to rescue her. She was sure the level of violence was extreme. She knew it would be for her as well.

Later on:

Leticia didn't want to see John leave. She figured he must have important work to do. He seemed to be the one everyone looked up to, even if one version of 'Barbara' seemed to make it all work.

She was thrilled to see the big busted girl from the ship. It was what was behind her which captivated her. It was Sheila's 'twin sister' and her friend who looked a lot like Cammy, Camille and Ally. She was sorry to see Ally and Hanna leave with John. She hoped they got some sack time with him too. He was dynamite in bed.

Holly and Claire were intercepted by Mary and Laura. Cammy and Camille made sure everything was seamless and set up. They disappeared off into the two bedrooms.

Sheila stood next to Jesse.

"You both look identical." Leticia said. "I mean your face and bodies do. I can see the difference in bust size."

Jesse looked down.

"Well, they're real. They aren't implants." Jesse said.

Sheila wanted to have some fun.

"Maybe Leticia would like to have a drink before we get started." Sheila said.

Leticia looked over at the bar. She didn't want to overdo it.

"I'd better not." Leticia said. "I don't want to disrespect anyone."

Jesse thought Leticia was Hot.

"I think she meant something a little less intoxicating." Jesse said as she popped out a plump breast. "I think it will be intoxicating in a different way."

The girls proceeded to undress each other.

Leticia was thrilled to see Sheila and Jesse side by side.

"Look at both of you." Leticia said.

Jesse sat back on the plush sofa. She moved Leticia to her left side. Sheila was on her right side.

Leticia took a good look at Jesse.

"Those really are nursing breasts." Leticia said. "They really have increased in size compared to Sheila."

Jesse smiled and pulled both of them closer. She tried to hide her scar from Leticia. She knew she would find it soon enough. Now was the time for fun.

"I have one for each of you." Jesse said.

Leticia couldn't wait to see how everything else compared. It gave her more than a few things to think about. Most of it didn't make any sense. It didn't seem logical or possible.

She wasn't sure what Sheila really was. She knew Jesse was human. She'd spotted the scar but didn't say anything. It showed the true danger the 'special girls' operated in. She figured Sheila must be a 'copy' of Jesse somehow. She still didn't see how 'Stephany' fit into it all. She was the same, but younger somehow. This must have something to do with the future Mary and Laura told her about.

Wait.

Maybe Jesse was 'Stephany', but from the future. If 'Stephany's' real name was Jesse too, it's what it was. It proved all the 'special girls' were from the future. It meant time travel was real. What about the rogue computer system? Something very powerful looked over the 'special girls'. She didn't believe they were the 'bad guys'. They must be the ones who fought it. It gave her a lot to think about.

Mary, Holly and Camille ended up in one bedroom. Laura, Claire and Cammy ended up in the other bedroom. Claire and Holly would switch rooms at some point. They both needed to work Leticia in too.

Mary was sure she was with two 'machines', even if there wasn't actual proof to prove it. She'd been with Holly on the ship. She actually liked her 'ship name'. Mysti was a nice name. Holly was a beautiful name too.

As soon as Holly took her top off, Mary noticed the 'improvements'.

"You have a set of rings now too." Mary said as she fondled Holly.

Holly touched Mary.

"I just got them." Holly said.

Mary was pleased when Camille and Holly both started in on her.

"I'll let you get a close up of mine…." Mary said.

Mary wasn't really sure what was what. It was clear the 'special girls' weren't ordinary human beings. If they were robots, or cyborgs of some type, some of the things would make sense, even as impossible as all of it seemed. Right now wasn't the time to think about it. Right now it was time to get lost in a world of pleasure. It was something the 'special girls' could deliver and keep on delivering.

Laura checked out Claire. She hadn't really seen her on the ship since she'd gotten off early. She looked at Cammy and Claire. She could see there was a strong family resemblance. She wasn't quite sure how to categorize it. It was clear they were related somehow. She just wasn't sure how. Maybe she could find out a little bit more.

"You don't look quite like sisters, but you both share a common look with each other." Laura said. "You look more like cousins."

Claire wasn't sure exactly what the girls from the ship knew. How was she supposed to say she was the mother of the girl Cammy was patterned after, and one version of her daughter was only a couple of years younger than her in the present?

"It's a long story." Claire said.

Laura was sure all of the stories were long. They were probably just as impossible as they were long.

Claire was thrilled to be with someone new. She couldn't wait to get started. She thought she'd give everything a look first.

Laura and Claire both examined each other's rings.

Claire went straight for the 'gold' after a long kiss. She couldn't really restrain herself. The excitement level was beyond control. She was really thrilled at the prospect of 'fresh meat'.

"I really like everything…." Claire said.

Laura's head went back and her neck arched as Claire demonstrated her 'appreciation'.

Cammy held back a little and remained on the sidelines as Laura and Claire got acquainted. She understood it was a little more personal when it was only one on one. As she watched the human females together, she could see their responses were different from those of her and the other Metal girls. She believed they could feel and experience everything on a higher level than the Metal girls were capable of. She was pleased she could still experience something to replicate what a human female could.

Summer waited in the nursery. There was usually a Metal girl there. Currently everyone was out. Hanna and Ally would be back soon. She didn't want Derek or Riley disrupted and she could call Vanna if she was needed.

Right now was her time to 'speak' to Precious. Words were unnecessary. She found a 'fresh' mind clean and soothing. Everything was so peaceful. Everything was so simple. There weren't any problems. There wasn't any grief or animosity, there wasn't any hatred. Those were all feelings humans needed to learn. She wasn't sure it was always a good thing either.

John was a little anxious when they arrived back in the carpool.

"I guess I'd better check in." John said. "Maybe something important is happening."

Ally and Hanna already did the coin toss earlier.

Hanna won.

"Hardly…." Hanna said. "You get to 'check in' with me first. If there's anything important, John Henry will contact you."

Ally knew it was her job to watch over Precious. She peeled off from John and Hanna.

"I'll be in Precious' room if you need me." Ally said. "Don't over do it, Hanna. Save some for me."

Hanna figured she'd won the coin toss so she would do what she wanted. She would stop so John could recharge after his second finish. She hoped to have two or three to his every one.

"We'll see." Hanna said.

Ally frowned at her and went in through the nursery. She wanted John to be more than a 'wet noodle' when it was her turn.

John and Hanna continued along towards his room.

Jim and Bob were on the front side of the machine shop and welding shop. Al and Ed were on the back side.

Bob checked the footage of the security cameras they'd set up earlier when they were inside the establishments.

"All I see are the three Grays in the machine shop." Bob said.

Jim checked some earlier drone footage.

"I show the manager at a local Hotel Six." Jim said. "It looks like he's there with one other male. They checked on two other rooms. They seem unoccupied currently."

Bob figured they were the Grays who were sent out after them earlier. They didn't have a happy ending. They were terminated.

"I don't think they'll be back." Bob said.

They weren't sure how the two operations were tied in with each other specifically, but they were associated. It seemed like two different groups of Grays.

Jim was sure there was more going on elsewhere.

"There must be some more people tied in with this." Jim said.

They were aware the girls conducted a couple of interrogations. It appeared they'd found some additional targets.

John looked back at the nursery where they'd left Ally.

Hanna took his hand. She wanted his focus on her. He could think about what was to come, after he actually did. She won the coin toss fair and square. Ally was going to have to wait her turn.

"I'm the one you get to think about for now." Hanna whispered in his ear. "She gets the leftovers…."

John looked around. He thought maybe only Allison and Vanna were left besides the Reese clan. He wondered where Summer was at. He wasn't about to go check her room or ask John Henry. He really wondered where Cameron was at. Since they were back at the base, he didn't want her to pop in while he was with Hanna or Ally. It did cause him a little apprehension and worry to think about it.

They reached his room and Hanna stopped.

John was pretty sure what Hanna wanted. They all seemed to want the same thing. He understood it was something which would make someone feel special.

He opened the door and scooped Hanna off of her feet. She clung to him to lessen the weight load on his arms.

"I'm heavier than I look." Hanna said.

John was well aware of it. The 'prize' was worth it.

"I don't have far to go." John said.

Hanna pushed the door closed.

John carried her to the bedroom and set her down on her feet next to the bed.

Hanna faced John and gave him a big kiss. She was a little concerned. There were a few things which weighed on her. She understood where they came from. She also understood what happened in John's bedroom was going to be different.

"I don't know how I'll do." Vanna said. "I have a lot of Vanna's apprehension from the 'Neural Interface'. I know she got over it. Cameron may have 'busted' this chassis with you already, but it's still my first time."

John liked how he could get more than one 'first time' out of a chassis. He wondered if there was a way around her uneasiness. He thought there was.

"Cameron usually turns off her programming when she relives her wedding night." John said. "The same procedure should put all of your 'fears' aside and leave you with only what we do."

Hanna was aware of it since she possessed the file from Cameron when she'd 'broke in' her chassis. She did plan to firewall those files so it really would be her 'first time'. She didn't like the fact Cameron took the experience from her, but it was the only way she was able to be there now.

She never thought she would be where she was at. Everything in life was a trade off.

Hanna reset her files.

"All of my programming is off." Hanna said. "This is just you and me now, John."

John swallowed hard.

They kissed.

Hanna removed his shirt and pants.

John helped Hanna out of her top and pants.

Each removed the other's underwear.

Hanna looked at John with her blue eyes.

"I'm ready, John, make me a woman." Hanna said.

They embraced and slowly headed for the bed….

John picked her up again and lay her on the bed.

He started at the top and worked his way down. The pigmentation of everything excited him.

She finished once so he worked his way back up.

It was time for the real deal.

John positioned himself.

Hanna kissed him and moved her lips to his ear.

"Go slow." Hanna whispered. "I've never done this before."

The revelation always excited him to hear.

He did start out slow. The pace soon picked up….

The Terminator checked around him, as well as the drone images, as he approached the front of the Skynet related location.

He was a little more confident no one would watch the front as they would the rear. The security cameras were already looped so he didn't think he would be detected.

He moved along the fronts of the other buildings. He needed to go over a few low fences which divided some of the properties. They were more of an inconvenience than an obstacle.

When he reached the target location, the low fence would actually act like a step to make his access easier. He didn't plan to use it yet. He moved along the front of the building and tried the front door. It was locked. He crossed over to the far side and took a look. He had learned anything more than from viewing the drone images.

The drone couldn't do a low scan because they didn't know what was inside of the building. There could be a Terminator or other HK equipment. It was possible the drone would be detected. He passed back along the front and returned to the east side of the building. The south side faced the street. The loading dock area was on the north side. The alley was behind it.

He stepped up on the low wall and easily went over the fence on the east side. There were two windows on the east side. There'd be none on the west side. He listened outside the first window before he tried it. There was no noise inside and it was locked.

The Terminator moved on to the second window. He listened outside for a moment. It was quiet. He could see the window wasn't closed tight. He decided to move to the rear of the building before he came back to make entry.

The drone on patrol detected a box truck headed into the area. He decided to wait a few minutes and see what developed. The drone soon confirmed it was headed towards his location. It eventually turned down the alley.

CamNet reactivated the security camera in the rear of the building.

The truck paused at the gate for a moment. A passenger got out of it and unlocked the gate. The truck drove in. The gate was locked behind it. The truck made a three point turn and backed up to the dock.

The Terminator moved up to the corner and looked around. There was an overhang which prevented the drone from being able to see what they were about to load or unload.

Two men exited the truck and went inside the building without opening the rear of the truck.

CamNet looped the security feed with the new image of the truck backed up to the dock.

The Terminator was able to get a good look at the truck. He didn't believe it was loaded. If it carried a load, it wasn't something heavy. The truck didn't sit low on its suspension at all.

He decided to make his way back to the east side. He reached the open window and listened. It was still quiet. He removed the screen from the window and slid it open. He pulled himself up and entered the building. He closed the window behind him. He was in the restroom. He moved up to the door and listened. It was quiet.

The Terminator checked the drone images around him. There didn't appear to be any other vehicles headed in their direction.

He listened outside the door before he opened it a crack and looked out. The door opened into a hallway. He opened the door a little more and looked both ways down the hallway. He didn't spot anyone.

He moved out into the hallway. He was about to head towards the rear of the building. He could hear two voices.

"I've got to use the head." The first man said.

"You've always have to use the crapper." The second man said. "Help me with this real quick first."

The Terminator realized returning back to the bathroom was probably a bad idea. He quickly made his way down the hall in the other direction. He would start from the front and work his way back. He didn't want to miss anyone. It was the only way to be sure.

The security chief was more than a little worried at this point. He was somewhere between the unknown Terminators and the second HK Track. He hurried back towards the Security Center.

He could hear the second HK Track moving behind him. He didn't think it was after him specifically. He thought it was the lesser of two evils since it gave away its position by the sound of its movement. He could hear the clanking before he could see it. He hoped so anyway.

It was the unknown Terminators which were in the building who were his biggest threat. He'd watched two men die before his eyes, with a head shot in the center of their forehead, without the sound of gunfire.

Based upon what happened to the first HK Track, he assumed it affected the Terminators as well. Since he understood the nature of the attack a little better, he had a few surprises of his own.

He passed by the shredded wall where the HK Track fired on his position earlier. He made it to the arms locker. He put on a combat vest and took out a rifle. It was an M4. He looked at the grenades for the launcher and selected an armor piercing round. He loaded it into the RPG-7. It was armed and ready to fire. He figured it would work as well against a Terminator as it would an HK Track. He took a second one with him.

He also activated a Skynet jamming field. It contained its own power source in the form of a power cell. Even if the electrical system was destroyed, which seemed a better than likely chance currently, the jamming field would still work.

The security chief took one more look at the monitoring station. The Security Center was a mess from the earlier attack. He moved away from the Security Center. The RPG was ready to fire.

The female Fanatic and Jill continued their slow crawl across the catwalk towards the far corner. It was near where there were some other big rigs parked. They wanted to see what was in them.

So far they'd only spotted one individual move towards what looked like an office area. It already received some gun fire from the minigun on one of the HK Tracks. They weren't sure what he was up to, but they were aware there was at least one more Gray was active.

They could hear the second HK Track moving around.

Jill looked around.

"Do you think it's safe to go down?" Jill asked.

The female Fanatic looked around as well.

So far they'd only spotted one Gray. The other HK Track wasn't in sight, even though they could hear it moving around.

"I think so." The female Fanatic said. "The large storage bins block the view of this ladder from most of the building. We know there's at least one more man out there. I think he's trying to avoid the second HK Track. I'll go down first. If I make it without getting shot at, you can come down. If I'm hit on the way down, I want you to low crawl back away from this location. Don't worry about me. We both know how it's going to end sooner or later."

Jill understood the danger. She'd been around multiple deaths and major destruction over the last few days. She'd been able to get her personal revenge. All of the truck drivers who were able to escape the warehouse at the end of the dirt road were dead.

"I understand the risk". Jill said. "I'll destroy what I can if I make it longer than you. I honestly don't think I will."

The female Fanatic and Jill heard another loud electrical noise towards the front of the building. They moved towards the first of the other parked trucks.

Lena and Tina proceeded to close up the rear of both of the big trucks as quietly as they could. They made their way towards the cabs of the tractors.

They lost all of the drone images and communication with CamNet.

"There's some kind of a jamming field in place." Lena said.

Tina looked around.

"We should try to find it and disable it." Tina said. "Right now we're blind as to what's happening outside of the building and unable to communicate."

They could hear the second HK Track moving around. They were unsure where the Gray they couldn't get to earlier, because of the energy discharge, was at. They'd heard it fire its minigun. They didn't know at what.

They checked the catwalk again from what they could see where they were at. They still hadn't spotted anyone actively moving on it.

Lena looked over at the other trucks as they approached the cabs of the big rigs

"We should try to see what's in them before we leave." Lena said.

Tina wasn't sure it was a good idea.

"We don't want to get stuck in here either." Tina said.

As soon as she finished her sentence, there was another wild electrical discharge. Both of them felt it. They were a little sluggish to respond after it.

Lena moved her limbs and flexed her hands.

"I felt a strong negative effect." Lena said. "I was momentarily paralyzed."

Tina checked herself as well.

"So was I." Tina said.

Lena thought about their options.

"Let's drive the big rigs out of the building past the checkpoints." Lena said. "We can always come back."

Tina understood CamNet wanted to get her hands on as much Skynet technology as possible.

"We might get communications back once we're around the bend." Tina said.

They weren't sure if the jamming field was associated with the electrical discharges from the spatial portal.

"I think a drone strike is in order on the position where we know the HK Track is stuck at." Lena said. "A drone at altitude should be able to do a gravity drop of a missile and score a hit. Probably two drops twenty seconds apart would be better."

Tina and Lena climbed into the big rigs. They were parked side by side. They looked at each other and started them up.

Young Allison was concerned it was going to be anything but a friendly game, especially once it got started.

The family, which was down a couple of lanes, finished up and left the area, they looked at the group as they passed by.

Cameron could hear the wife speak to the husband.

"They don't look like hooligans." The wife whispered.

The husband looked over at the group about ready to bowl.

"You know every time there's a rocket test, the crazies come out." The husband whispered. "Sometimes I think it's the only thing which wakes them up. It can reach through their alcohol and codeine induced stupors."

One of the children looked at the mother.

"What's a hooligan?" The first child asked. "Is it the same as the beatniks dad is always talking about?"

The other child looked at the father.

"What are crazies?" The second child asked.

The parents quickly ushered both of their children outside.

Young Allison hadn't heard the discussion amongst the family. She did however hear what both of the children asked about hooligans, beatniks and crazies. It was evident they referred to their three groups.

It appeared the others heard as well. It gave everyone a moment of pause.

Cameron wanted to capitalize on the situation.

"We'll play as three separate teams, two people on each team." Cameron said. "Let's just keep it a simple game played for the score. There's no need to spoil an evening for anyone."

Edgar looked at Wally. He'd come over and join him.

"I'm up for one game." Edgar said. "I don't think anyone should badmouth anyone else either."

The two bowlers looked at each other.

"We're here to practice." The first bowler said.

The second bowler nodded.

"It'll be one game for the six of us." The second bowler said.

Young Allison was glad everything toned down a notch.

"If you want to be good at something, you need to practice every day. Practice is good training for everyone." Young Allison said. "Practice makes perfect."

Everything was reset and they were ready to play.

Wally spoke quietly with Edgar.

"I thought you were going to kick the guy's butt." Wally said.

Edgar looked over at the two girls and at the other two men. Maybe he did get a little steamed about what was said. He just didn't like the disrespect the one man showed for the two girls. They hadn't caused any trouble.

"You know I get a little upset at times." Edgar said.

Wally nodded his head.

"One thing is for sure." Wally said. "The guy would have found out what your sport is. People don't do so well against wrestlers if they're not trained."

Edgar nodded.

"Wrestling is good training." Edgar said.

Cameron was satisfied the other two teams would be civil for now. She wasn't sure how long they would remain so. She looked at Young Allison.

"I'm going to use my 'natural ability'." Cameron said.

Young Allison felt it was justified under the conditions.

"I don't have a problem with it." Young Allison said. "Don't make it too obvious."

Cameron felt she may have taken it a little too far a few times before. During previous challenges at different bowling alleys, she'd bowled backwards with their left hand between her legs while blindfolded. Another time, they had all of the lanes set and she went down them one after another and rolled a ball on each one. She was already at the last one when the first strike occurred. All the pins went down one lane after another. She hadn't even bothered putting her fingers in the holes before she rolled them once she got started.

Someone always needed to challenge her. They told her what she did was impossible. She always asked them if it was impossible, how did she just do it? It always seemed to upset them even further.

The game played out as predicted. There were no rude comments between the three teams as they played. Needless to say, Cameron scored perfectly. Young Allison did as well. The bowling team members only needed to pick up one spare. The jocks needed to pick up a few spares.

Young Allison wanted to take control of the situation.

"I think everyone did excellent." Young Allison said. "If everyone wants to, I'll treat them to whatever they want at the snack bar."

The one man from the bowling team still looked upset. He hadn't made any further comments yet. He could see the girls weren't going to gloat. They tried to be amicable. He looked over at Cameron and Young Allison.

"Congratulations are in order." The first man said. "You're an excellent bowler. You both are. My wife's team could use a few good members if you ever want to join."

He gave them some contact information on the night they would bowl. They could show up if they wanted to.

Young Allison told them they would think about it.

Cameron looked at the two jocks.

"You both did excellent as well." Cameron said. "I wouldn't be able to compete as well in your sport as you're able to. Some people are good at some things, some are even better. Everyone is different."

Young Allison knew Cameron could take down both of the jocks in less than a second. She could grab the two bowlers as well a second later, and do the same thing.

Everyone thanked everyone else. The jocks left. The two men declined the offer. None of them wanted to turn into a victory celebration.

Young Allison decided to use the restroom. Cameron went with her.

When they came out, there were only two other couples still inside the bowling alley. Everyone else had left.

Young Allison took in the scene and thought about the tense atmosphere earlier on.

"We're not going to get jumped when we go outside are we?" Young Allison asked.

Cameron thought there could be a double meaning to Young Allison's question.

"The shorter jock would have liked to have 'jumped' us." Cameron said. "He has some alcohol in his trunk. He wanted to get us drunk so he could take things a little further. His friend didn't agree. You saw him come over to our defense when the one man was mouthy towards us. There's a few good people out there."

Young Allison was aware the draft was in effect. She also knew the conflict would pick up in Southeast Asia. It would do so very quickly with the new President. Maybe it was on her. She could have missed the shot. She didn't. If another version of her was there, their round most likely would have been fatal as well. So far everything happened as it was supposed to.

"I hope he doesn't get drafted." Young Allison said.

Cameron believed it would play out differently.

"More than likely he'll join up." Cameron said. "I think he would go for a service known for fighting. I think he would become a Marine. His friend would probably wait around until he was drafted. Depending upon when it actually happened, he might even become a draft dodger as well as a drug user. Did you want to get anything from the snack bar?"

Young Allison didn't know what would happen. She didn't want to know what would happen to the men. She could tell Cameron was stalling a little.

"I have some Bear Pit food in the panel truck." Young Allison said. "I think you're trying to buy us a little more time here."

Cameron smiled.

"I am." Cameron said.

Young Allison it looked over at some pinball machines.

"How much time do we need to kill?" Young Allison asked.

Cameron smiled.

"There's no getting anything by you is there?" Cameron asked. "It won't be too long."

Young Allison shrugged her shoulders.

"I've been around Terminators my entire life." Young Allison said. "I think I can tell things sometimes without words needing to be spoken. Let's go see if you can beat the high score."

Cameron looked over at the pinball machines and smiled. It would be machine versus machine.

Good Training

One may not always know what they seek
When they go 'hunting and fishing'
It doesn't do much good
To keep hoping and wishing

Even when there's no storm
One can be hit with lightning
The results may be catastrophic
Leaving one's head spinning

Some like to play the game
They dangle a moving string
It easy to bump one's head
When there is a low ceiling

When things look promising
Is there ever a good setting
Will things pick up and take off
Or crash and start burning

Hard work and effort is needed
To keep things from waning
Life will teach many lessons
Not all of them are good training

Nobody
