Voldemort rose out of the cauldron, his unnatural grey scaled body glistening in the moonlight before Pettigrew robed him.

"My Wand servant."

Petigrew handed him the bone instrument. A moment later He was flexing a dark metal hand in awe before the master had him present the mark to summon his followers.

As they arrived Voldemort counted them and grinned in pleasure when he saw there was twice as many as he had expected. Some of them had taken their masks to another level of realistic artistry. With grinning skulls under ark hooded cloaks with burning points of light for eyes.

"Ahh so pleased to see all of you that have come to witness the death of Harry Potter."

A strong feminine voice rang out, "No foul shade. Your death has come for you."

"Who dares challenged me!" He called out as the skulled warriors parted for a tall elegant woman in a Dark Victorian funeral gown walked to Harry. Touching his head she spoke softly, "Arise my champion. You have done your part well."

Harry looked up into two blank black eye sockets with galaxies swirling within them and said nothing. She stroked his forehead pulling a small green filament she handed to one of the robed skeletons with her.

Another of the beings brought Cedrics body to her. She kissed his forehead causing him to gasp and fall to his knees, unsteadily looking at his surroundings he crawled closer to Harry the only familiar person in sight.

The cup floated gently over to them, "Return to the school and enjoy your lives my friends. Tell Albus I shall meet him soon."

Harry nodded as he gestured for Cedric to grab the cup along with him. A moment later and the two of them vanished in a woosh of light.

Turning back to the assembled crowd of living breathing dark wizards and witches the tall woman with the echoing voice smiled. "You call yourselves Death Eaters. Then let us ensure you have a full meal."

"No you cannot. I am immortal. I cannot die." Voldemort protested before two skeletal hands grabbed him tightly.

"You made a mistake performing this ritual in a graveyard. These places are the gateways to my realm and I control all that happens here."

If anyone had been passing the graveyard on this night they would have seen a pale ice blue glow as Death came for those who would not come to her. A set of four strange comets streaked through the sky to join that glow before it faded leaving a small ring of ash, an empty cauldron and disturbing echos in the psyche of anyone too sensitive.

"Hello Albus old friend. Ready for the next great adventure?"

"Excuse me do I know you?"

"Everyone knows me Albus. Everyone comes to me in the end. I am Death, and i have come for you."

"No my dea I cannot go yet. I have to finish my tasks. Voldemort has returned, I ahve to guide Harry. Its not my time yet."

"Sorry love. Harry no longer needs you. He already has an angel to guide him." As she displays a image of Harry being "comforted" by Hermione in a broom closet. "As for the cheater." She says her voice growing cold enough to freeze his beard, "I have him safely tucked away. We can stop and visit him if you would like." Pausing she smiles mischievously, "Actually perhaps we'll visit him on the way to your final repose anyhow."

"My final repose? What shall that be?"

"Have you ever heard of the muggle saying, be careful of who you step on during your climb up the ladder? You are going to spend the rest of your unlife apologizing to everyone you stepped on during your rise to power. That should take a few years." Cackling manically she reached out and stilled his aged heart with a touch of a white gloved finger.
