Author Note: Harrry and Company have had enough. Time to let it burn.

Harry turned to hermione, "Did all of our freinds get out of the valley?"

Hermione took a deep breath looking around at the people near them, "Yes, dear. All present and accounted for."

Neville stepped forward, "Harry do we really have to do this? This way?"

"The wizarding world has become stagnant, evil. The way they have allowed the rot to fester and build in their society. Evil walked among them for decades and they did nothing. Yes Neville it is better this way. The world will be cleansed and we can begin again. We can do better this time." Harry intoned in a tired and weary voice.

Luna took Neville's hand and led him to the spot he needed to be in for the ritual to work. She gave him a soft smile of reassurance as she believed in the plan. The pain she had suffered, that Neville, Harry, Hermione, all of the downtrodden had suffered would soon be over.

Harry looked to his let and right at the friends they had made. All of them broken by experiences this war, the darkness, the "Greater Good" had inflicted upon them. He nodded and began to chant. The words ringing in the cold spring air. Hermione joined in, leading the other voices in the ancient right they had learned in the vaults of the Black family. Harry's birthright powers from the Potters. Soon a great swirling glowing cloud formed in the sky over the valley where the final battle between the Order of the Phoenix and the Death Eaters, the Ministry, all of the ones who had claimed to be on the moral high ground but stood mired in the fetid swamps of darkness fought.

With the final words a great gout of fire descended from the heavens upon the land. Bones burned and bodies melted. The very ground itself became like glass as the final wrath of magic itself was unleashed upon the assembled hordes.

Hermione helped Harry stand, his glasses reflecting the fire burning merrily below. "Today is the first day of our Brave new World." She whispered in his ear as they stood quietly.
