The Unworthy Man. If you've seen the Twilight Zone episode you know how Theodore's voice is supposed to sound.
Draco Malfoy was irritated as he returned to the Slytherin common room. He had been caught trying to sneak into Slughorn's stupid party. A party he had not been invited to in the first place. Snape was trying to horn in on his mission. Potter and his girlfriend the Mud-blood had seen his disgrace. It was annoying enough to make him almost want to take up Myrtle on her offer to share her U-bend.
Draco got three steps into the common room when he realized it was pitch black in the room. As soon as he realized that a brilliant beam of light illuminated himself, the other thing it illuminated made him freeze in confusion.
In front of him on a raised dias was Daphne Greengrass sitting on a large golden throne with an ebony scepter. She was lounging back looking at Draco like she was looking at a particularly unpleasant bug.
Standing below and in front of her was Theodore Nott and Blaise Zabini wearing identical shocking pink suits to Daphne. Each suit cut to accentuate their muscular frames. Theodore stepped forward to read from a scroll in a authoritative monotone.
"Draco Malfoy, you have been found guilty by a tribunal of your peers to be unworthy of the title: Prince of Slytherin. You have disgraced the house. You have proven yourself a coward. You have shown no cunning or guile. You are unworthy."
Draco paled more than usual, "What? This is not a funny game. I am not unworthy."
Daphne leaned forward with her hands on the top of the scepter, "Draco you have been given six years to prove yourself worthy of the title. Your father's money and status is not longer as high as it once was so you have been judged on your own merits." She paused to sneer at him, "Or lack thereof."
Draco started to draw his wand but it flew out of his hand as Blaise used a quick expelliarmus on him.
"There is a new order in this house Malfoy. There is no more a prince but a QUEEN!" Daphne declared.
Draco sneered at her, "You'd best not get comfortable in my throne wench. I still have friends in Slytherin."
Leaning back with a contemptuous smile at him Daphne looked around and said with amusement, "Really Malfoy? Where are they?"
"Theo, Blaise!" Draco called, "Crabbe? Goyle?" He demanded more pleadingly.
"They serve me now Draco. You are unworthy. Do not make it any worse on yourself than it already is."
Draco cried out, "No. No. I'm worthy. I can show you. I can prove it. I'll break Potter and his mud-blood girlfriend. I'll get him. I'll destroy him. I have a mission. I have a purpose. I'm worthy!"
Daphne waved as if she was bored, "Take him away for administrative punishment number 6 please boys."
Goyle and Crabbe grinned as they dragged their former boss away kicking and screaming. The girlish screams cut off by the slamming of the solid oak doors of the administrative punishment chamber in the Slytherin dorms. Where things too horrid for a Hufflepuff to even contemplate occurred.
Daphne took a deep breath and said to her council, "Now my dears. Since the winds of change are are coming from the direction of the Potters and their friends let's see how we can get some of that wind in our sails."
