This is my first time writing for the Worm fandom so I hope that you enjoy what I have got for you.
I also wish to preface this with the fact that the OC DOES NOT KNOW anything about what goes on in Worm, so it may follow some of the canon path with some butterfly effects later in the story.

"Jordan, come on time to get you ready." A woman's voice called out.
A one year old child was waiting patiently as his mother got him ready for a playdate that he was going to with the child of his mothers friend. He watched as she got him ready and packed a few things into a day bag and picked him up heading for the door.
'This is humiliating, I should be 21 by now but for some godforsaken reason I am now a baby born into a different world being taken to a friend's house for a playdate.' The young child thought to himself.
The mind of this child was not meant for this world, for he died prematurely in another world in a later time. His circumstances were so out of balance that he was reborn as a part of the Perry family in what amounts to a death world from what he had seen on tv when his mother wasn't around to stop him from absorbing the information.
'Like seriously, what kind of fucked up god decided to screw this world over by spawning some world destroying monsters that lumber across the earth at their leisure.'
He was broken from his thoughts as his mother picked him up from the ground and spoke to him.
"Are you ready to visit Auntie Anne, Uncle Danny and Taylor?" She proceeded to ask in a slightly babyish voice that annoyed the child a little.
"Ya." Jordan responded, making use of his underdeveloped vocal cords to their maximum.
"Then let's go sweetie." His mother smiled and kissed his forehead.
The pair proceeded to leave the house and make their way to the car, in which Jordan was strapped into the backseat while his mother climbed into the front. In the mirror he could see his own fair skin, blue eyes and dark hair, his eyes shifted to his mother who had similar traits except for the ginger hair.
The drive was spent in relative peace with the radio playing quietly, Jordan spent the time trying to look out the window to watch the surroundings pass by. After what felt like an hour but was probably closer to 20 minutes, they arrived at their location, a park.
His mother got out of the car and moved to the backseat to grab the child. Once he was in her grip she trailed her way along the path pleasantly humming a tune. Jordan looked at his surroundings, at how the trees swayed in the breeze and the birds flew through the air, and shortly they were in front of a group of people.
A woman with straight black hair and brown eyes with a wide mouth perfect for expressing herself. Next to her was a man with dark hair and green eyes, he was tall and thin but not unhealthily so. On the ground near them was a little girl, just shy of one year with her mothers black hair and her fathers green eyes.
These were Annette, Danny and Taylor Hebert, family friends. Jordans mother and Annette met through Lustrum's gang before it went violent and they just clicked.
"Took you long enough to get here Jackie." Danny said aloud, earning him a smack upside his head.
"Well it's not my fault that traffic is so horrible in this city." Jackie, Jordans mother, replied.
"Enough of that, it's time that we get started." Anne spoke up, getting everyone on track.
'Couldn't sound any more cultish if you tried Auntie Anne.' Jordan thought to himself, though confused as to what was happening.
The adults watched as Jordan tilted his head in confusion as they shared a light chuckle before Jackie placed him on the ground next to Taylor. The young girl immediately tried crawling over to him and offered him one of her toys. Even though Jordan was mentally in his early 20's he had to keep up the act so he took the offered toy, ignoring the cooing of the adults.
"Okay Jordan, can you look here please?" His mother asked.
Jordan turned to her and took note of the camera in her hands.
"Happy Birthday Sweetie!" She shouted, while Anne and Danny joined in.
'Ah, that's what today was.' Jordan thought with sudden recognition.
Everyone started to clap as streamers were fired and even Taylor started clapping too, making Jordans heart constrict with how adorable it was. Apparently the adults agreed too and they also had a hand over their hearts.
After everyone recovered, the day was spent with the adults watching the kids play around. Once they were tired out enough the two children fell asleep and their parents decided to go their separate ways for the day.
Jordan is put down in his cot once he arrives home, immediately falling asleep and returning to his recurring dreams of fire and metal.

"Come on Taylor, why are you hanging out with a gross boy?" A girl asked with a disgusted tone of voice.
"I dunno Emma, maybe it's because she likes my company? Also, aren't you too old for that whole ew boys are gross phase?" Jordan snapped back at the girl.
Jordan and Taylor were now twelve years old at this point and they had grown up alongside each other. Jackie was worried that her child was so apathetic to the world but took note that the only times that he wasn't were when he was with either herself or Taylor.
Over the years as they grew up, Jordan used Taylor as a moral anchor, swearing to himself that he would follow whatever she believed in. Although the pair's parents saw this as potentially harmful behaviour for the pair, they let it happen because it was clear that separating the pair would only be more harmful.
It also turns out that for whatever reason, Jordan had some kind of instinctual dislike of Emma, though he tried to reign it in for Taylors sake.
"Jordan stop being mean." Taylor said while lightly hitting his head.
"Coming from the one who hit me." He grumbled in response.
"Anywaaay, how have your dreams been Jordan? Still the same?" Taylor asked, ignoring his grumbling.
"Yeah, still fire and swords. No changes there." Jordan replied.
Taylor was one of the few who he had actually confided in about his dreams. Although he knew what the dreams were, he was a little concerned over what it could mean. He decided that it would be better to be over than underprepared and took up working out in moderation so that he wouldn't ruin his growth or anything, only going to ramp it up as he ages. Jordan knew that this world was dangerous, Earth Bet was full of superpowered mentally ill people who ranged from questionably on the side of the law and those who fully embraced their mentality and then there were the Endbringers, being of immense power capable of wiping entire cities off the map in a matter of hours.
Jordan also used his questionable morality and his skills as an IT department coder from his last life to comb through what he could access when his mother finally allowed him a computer. His skills were a little rusty but after a week of trial and error he got back into the groove of things, and due to the fact that his mother was an ex Lustrom gang member before they went violent, she had taught him how to use firearms but refused to allow him to carry one on him, not until at least his 14th birthday.
"How long have they been happening again?" Emma asked.
"Ever since I can remember really. It's just always been swords and fire, though there would be some minor deviations sometime, not noteworthy enough to mention though." Jordan replied.
Jordan really did try his best to be at least civil with Emma whenever Taylor was around, but for some reason he just found himself unreasonably irritated by her presence. Emma was also irritated by him, but that was mostly because his face was either set in a lazy gaze or just completely blank when talking to someone. His gaze also looked as if he felt like he was above everyone else, like he knew something they didn't or just didn't care for them one bit. The only people to truly get any proper reaction outside of his apathetic behaviour were Taylor, his mother and Annette Hebert.
"Do you think they mean anything?" Taylor suddenly asked.
Jordan turned his gaze over to his best friend and smirked, "Taylor, all dreams have meaning. Like for instance, Emma dreaming about being naked in front of the whole class and ending up wetting herself, waking up to discover that she pissed the bed."
Emma immediately flushed in both anger and embarrassment, opting to start swinging at the boy. Taylor let out a chuckle while she watched Jordan get attacked by the girl before something caught her attention.
"Hey Jordan, what do you think your dream means then?" Taylor asked with a tilted head.
"Hell if I know, maybe one day I will end up walking through a city of flames just like my dreams, swords littering the ground, or maybe I'll find a hill of swords to die on." Jordan answered, not minding talking about his potential future.
The girls shifted a little hearing his words before Taylor nodded to herself.
"Jordan, I will make sure that you don't die on a hill of swords and won't be alone should you walk through a city of flames." Taylor said resolutely.
The trio were silent for a moment before Jordan let out a snort. Emma ended up giggling while Jordan began laughing joyously.
"Taylor, that was the cringiest thing you've ever said." Jordan said, still laughing.
Taylor pouted for a moment before she broke down into laughter alongside her friends. The trio spent the rest of the day together, keeping themselves busy.
