On Today's Episode: The spies continue to search for Frankie Dude and Doctor Gelee, hoping to find a way to free their trapped friends before the worst comes to pass, but it seems like good fortune might have smiled down upon Nick and Haruka in the form of a mysterious girl with a cube. That'll have to wait for later, though, especially given what the two villains are planning next. Can the spies band together and prevent a new ice age from hitting and ruining the rest of their summer?

Act 2: Diamond Dust

4:15 P.M. – The Spies' Beach House

"Can I officially say this sucks?" Haruka groaned as she and Nick continued to try and stay warm while waiting for help to arrive.

"Yeah, I think you're allowed to say it," Nick chuckled. "I really wish I could just blast our way out of here, but I guess that would have been too easy, huh?"

"I really hate when our baddies get smarter," Haruka sighed. "All it really does is make our job harder in the long run."

"Tell me about it," Nick quipped.

Before Haruka could say anything else, Nick suddenly looked towards the wall of the ice dome, having sensed someone's thoughts nearby.

"Oh, wonderful, is there trouble now?" Haruka wondered.

She tapped the ice dome with her Wondercube a couple times before adjusting its settings, then aiming it for the dome again. The Wondercube's lines began glowing a bright blue for a second or two before unleashing a massive flash of light that struck the ice dome and actually shattered it into multiple pieces.

She raised the Wondercube, absorbing the ice pieces into it for future use, only to realize that they could see her.

"...um, Nick, what just happened?" Haruka asked. "Did the dome just destroy itself?"

"Maybe you might want to ask her," Nick quipped, pointing towards a girl of about seventeen years with amber eyes and long, wavy white hair with multiple hair pins, and wearing a purple jacket with black and gold accents, as well as holding a mysterious glowing cube in her hands.

"Whoa, whoa, easy, miss, we don't mean you any harm, okay?" Haruka stated when she noted how startled this new girl looked. "We just... well, wanted to thank you for doing whatever you did to free us from our icy hell."

The mysterious girl simply nodded and smiled before hopping away from the beach house, making sure to jump into another pocket when she was out of sight.

"Okay, so... who the heck was that?" Haruka asked.

"Whoever that was, she saved our butts from hypothermia, and that's good enough for me," Nick proclaimed. "Are you doing all right, Haruka?"

"Thanks to you, I'll be just peachy," Haruka answered. "But right now, I think we need to skedaddle and find the others."

Nick and Haruka headed back inside the beach house to retrieve their X-Powders so they could change into their spy suits.

Before they left, Haruka jumped over to hug Nick one last time before they both took off towards the villain's last known location.

4:35 P.M – Venice Boardwalk

"All right, you losers, where exactly are you?" Clover shouted as she, Blaine, Sam and Mat landed at Venice Boardwalk.

"Maybe don't provoke them any further, Clover?" Sam replied.

"Hey, I just want them to get out here so we can stomp on them," Clover responded.

"As you wish, my little brats!" Frankie Dude laughed as he and Doctor Gelee showed up in Gelee's mobile pod.

"You'd better tell us how to break that ice dome before our friends freeze to death, or you're gonna be in for a world of pain," Blaine growled.

"Ooh, did I forget to mention that?" Gelee laughed. "I designed this mixture to be practically unbreakable. So, I'm sorry to have to be the one to tell you this, but... your friends are going to die in that dome. I may have used up most of this formula in doing so, but it was worth it to finally get rid of some of you."

"You're insane!" Mat shouted.

"Maybe I am," Gelee cackled. "That just makes it more fun for me."

"And now, we're going to get rid of the rest of y'alls!" Frankie Dude laughed. "I finally get to say 'sayonara' to you meddlesome little twits!"

Gelee aimed his ice gun at the four spies, ready to use what little of this new formula he had left in order to subject them to the same fate.

Before Sam could make an order to move, though, a large cyclone of wind flew from far off and blasted both Frankie Dude and Gelee off of their mobile pod, Gelee dropping his ice gun only for it to be destroyed by a neon-green burst of energy.

"Wait, who the heck did that?!" Frankie Dude shouted.

"Take a wild guess, you crazy cluck," Nick retorted as he floated down to land on the boardwalk with Haruka right behind him.

"Holy crapbaskets, you two are okay!" Clover exclaimed as the four of them ran up to Nick and Haruka.

"How'd you get out of that ice dome?" Sam wondered. "Gelee was saying that it was practically unbreakable."

"We have a strange girl with a cube to thank for that," Haruka replied. "She apparently used her cube to destroy the ice dome and free us, but she just peace'd out before we could properly thank her for saving us from a cold death."

"And what's that I heard about you not having any more of the stuff that trapped us?" Nick taunted, glaring at Doctor Gelee, his psychic aura flaring to life around him. "I guess that means it's time for both of your asses to get kicked."

"Absolutely!" Haruka growled. "I need to vent some on these two myself!"

"Then you and I will team up," Nick told Haruka.

"There should have been no way that you both could have survived in there!" Frankie Dude angrily seethed.

"Well, guess what... you're going to lose here and now!" Clover exclaimed.

She equipped the Boomerang Bazooka and shot twice at them. The boomerangs kept on harming them like pesky mosquitoes.

"Yeah, try and beat those if you can!" Clover shouted.

Frankie Dude and Dr. Gelee tried to shoot at the boomerangs, but all their shots ricocheted away.

"Now allow us," Nick stated as he turned to Haruka.

"Right behind ya," Haruka quipped.

"I can still freeze you with my regular ice, you know!" Gelee laughed as he brought out another ice gun, only for Haruka to snipe it out of his hands with an Electromagnetic Curling Iron shot, allowing Nick to blast Gelee back down with a Final Shine Attack.

"Try that on for size, you creep," Nick taunted.

Knowing their odds were stacked against them, Gelee and Frankie Dude made a break for it.

"We will be back!" Gelee proclaimed.

"We'll be ready for you spodes!" Mat shouted to them.

"You better believe they'll pop up in another part of their traps they set," Sam deduced.

"We better head them off!" Nick replied.

5:03 P.M. – Santa Monica Beach

"I can't think of anything to solve these anomalies!" Alex chastised.

"We only have eleven of us, but even this is too many!" Melissa remarked.

"How're you guys coming along?" Sortiliena asked the others over the Ear Ring Communicators.

"I'm having a hard time trying to even bust these people out!" Bridget replied.

"Totally!" Dawn added from another part of California. "This one requires a password!"

"I'm coming up bust," Britney stated.

"We're going to need RiCO to break through," Melissa told Dawn.

"What do your situations look like?" Sortiliena asked them.

"Honestly, not much better on our end," Dawn answered.

"I was actually able to blast open a cage thanks to Sonic Mode, but this other one that Dawn and I found seems much tougher than the others," Bridget admitted.

"And it's only getting worse!" Nozomi added.

"The emergencies are adding up every second!" May chastised.

"Looks like we have a BIG problem!" Melissa groaned, thinking Nick and Haruka were not going to survive.

"I sincerely hope Sam and the others are having better luck," Alex stated, clearly very worried about Nick.

Melissa noticed a strange sparkle in the sky, and quickly lunged forward to push Alex away from a blue laser blast that struck the sand where they had just been, ice erupting into a cluster of ice spikes at the point of impact.

"Well, well, how the mighty have fallen," Gelee laughed as he and Frankie Dude descended from the sky.

"And what's that supposed to mean?!" Alex shot back.

"Simple, you crazy ladies," Frankie Dude cackled, hoping this would psych them out. "You're too late, don't ya know?"

Before Alex or Melissa could piece together what that might have possibly meant, a bright burst of neon-green energy shot down from the sky and struck Gelee's mobile pod, once again sending the two villains into a tailspin.

"Don't you know it's bad manners to talk crap about someone when they're not around, you two nutcases?" Haruka laughed as she and Nick landed on the beach.

"How did you get here so quickly?!" Frankie Dude shouted.

"It wasn't that hard to follow your trail," Nick chuckled. "Now unless you want me to destroy your stupid Eggmobile ripoff instead of just grounding it, I suggest you flake off right now."

Nick raised his hand to punctuate his point, and this seemed to convince the villains to retreat once again.

Nick turned around just in time for Alex to lunge towards him. Since he was ready this time, Nick opened his arms to catch Alex and spun her around in the air for a brief second before embracing her.

"You're both okay, right?" Melissa asked as she hugged Nick as well. "I'm not going loony, am I?"

"I thought I'd heard that Gelee's 'super-ice' was supposed to be practically unbreakable," Alex wondered.

"That's what we thought, too," Nick quipped. "I was trying to think of some way we could escape when this strange girl carrying a cube popped up and used that cube to destroy the ice dome, but she beat it before we could properly thank her."

"I'm starting to sense a bit of a pattern here," Melissa stated. "But you know what, heck the reasons, I'm just happy you're all right, Nick."

"Like I said, we're tough, and I've definitely been in worse situations," Nick chuckled as he hugged his sister back before flipping open his X-Powder to contact the others. "Everyone, this is Nick, do you read me?"

"Holy crapbaskets, Nick, you're all right?!" May shouted.

"What's going on over there?" Sortiliena asked.

"Long story short, we're on Santa Monica Beach, and we just sent the 'Two Snowy Dudes' running with their tails between their legs," Haruka answered. "How's everything going on your end?"

"Well, we've got a LOT of problems to deal with," Bridget responded. "Our baddies have apparently been quite the busy bees."

"Then let's meet up on the beach, and we'll all tackle the problem together," Nick proclaimed.

It thankfully didn't take too much longer for the rest of the spies to regroup, and with that, they all set out to tackle the problems that Gelee had caused.

One case involved a computer-locked ice cage that RiCO was more than happy to hack to free its prisoners. Another one had a strange-looking ceiling of ice spikes descending towards its captive, but Nick was able to psychically lift it away and allow May to blast the ice apart with a pair of Incendiary Earrings, given that these ice prisons thankfully weren't made of the "super-ice" that had trapped Nick and Haruka.

It took a while, but they all managed to solve the problems without any new ones popping up, which could only mean that Gelee and Frankie had retreated to their lair.

Once the last anomaly had been solved, May immediately leaped forward to hug Nick, as did Nozomi, since they had been busy fixing problems.

"Seriously, though, are you two gonna be okay?" May wondered. "I can't imagine what it must have been like in that icy hellhole of a dome..."

"I guess we have our mystery girl to thank for getting us out before that problem became a crisis," Nick answered. "But onto the matter at hand, I think it's time we go find their hidden base."

"Sounds like a plan to me, Nick," RiCO proclaimed. "My superdrone's already got a lock on them, and it looks like they're hiding out somewhere under the ocean just outside of Beverly Hills."

"All right-y then, how about we bust out the UPWATIs and find those freaks?" Nozomi stated.

"Up-what-i?" Alex asked before giggling slightly.

"I missed that," Nick chuckled, knowing that Alex had made the obvious joke in order to release the tension that still remained, since everyone had been worried about him and Haruka.

With that out of the way, they made for the water.

6:11 P.M. – Gelee's Secret Lair

"This place looks... weird," May quipped once the spies had made it to Gelee's secret lair, which resembled an underwater factory of sorts, but all of the metal walls resembled frozen steel.

"Yeah, I'm getting chills just looking at it," Blaine stated.

"And on that note, maybe we should get moving so we can find whatever those two are planning," Sam proclaimed. "Knowing them, it probably isn't any good."

"I'll be your eyes and ears as always," RiCO responded, displaying a real-time map of the facility on Sam's X-Powder screen.

"Let's move, everyone," Haruka stated. "My fist has an appointment with their faces, after all."

"Same here," Nick responded.

"Let's just hope this mission won't have you two seeing a pool any different," May replied.

"I seriously doubt it," Nick stated.

Deep down, he was (in a way) liking Haruka teasing him with her bikinis; Nick also couldn't help but feel like if that were gone, that wouldn't make Haruka who she really was.

Really, everybody has to have a little irritation in their lives, Nick thought. Haruka was seemingly filling the voids in that department.

"I don't know where Gelee and Frankie Dude are, but I'm sensing their thoughts here," Nick told the others.

"Well, we're in the right place at least," Sam quipped after they all found a way into the secret lair.

"No doubt, Sammy," Clover stated. "I'm likely next in line after Nick and Haruka for getting back at these two."

Everybody got inside in time, unaware of some sharks that did happen to spot them.

"Oh, looks like we avoided them," Mat noted when he saw the sharks outside.

Nick had dissipated his psychic bubble to prevent water from gushing in.

"Something tells me that Frankie Dude and Dr. Gelee are planning to do what Frankie Dude tried to do the first time – wipe out the top-ranked beaches via tidal waves," Sam told the others.

"If so, they aren't going to get far," Melissa quipped. "We still got summer to enjoy, and the Fall semester of Mali-U as well!"

"No doubt," Britney remarked.

"Plus, I'm not missing how this Motocross season is turning out as well," Mat added.

The spies looked in all directions for where Gelee and Frankie Dude were hiding out and waiting for them to show.

"Still no sign of them," Alex groaned.

"Well, they can't hide under here forever," Bridget deduced.

"I still can't figure out why we don't seem to be getting any closer, though," Nick told the others.

"I hope they didn't try tampering with your psychic radar," Haruka stated.

"I think I see where things are going wrong," May told the others looking up at the ceiling. Hanging there was a small, orb-shaped transmitter.

"What is that thing?" Clover gagged.

"Something tells me they're watching from somewhere else and looking to lure us into a trap," Sam deduced.

"Well, we're already a step ahead of them!" May exclaimed and hurled her anchor upwards.

"Careful the water doesn't gush in," Dawn replied.

"Psychic powers can come in handy," Nick quipped.

May's anchor took out that anomaly, and Nick's psychic radar started working fine.

"They're not on here," Nick told the others.

"It's definitely a trap!" Blaine exclaimed when he looked outside to see an ice beam at the secret lair.

Thinking fast, Britney used a Metal Masher Boxing Glove at one of the walls to create a hole. Everyone equipped the UPWATIs again, went through the hole, and got out before the whole lair was turned into a giant piece of ice.

"Close one..." Melissa sighed.

"Now, it's time we teach them how we don't say die!" Bridget emphasized.

"They didn't freeze the whole stinkin' place, did they?" Alex wondered.

Nick glanced down at the secret base, using his psychic radar to determine if there was anyone still there.

"I'm still sensing their thoughts down there," Nick responded. "They're probably in a much more secure part of the base that they had to leave alone."

"Well, then, let's find it and find them!" Melissa exclaimed.

The spies all began swimming around the mostly-frozen lair in hopes of finding a way in to the actual base.

Nick followed his psychic radar towards the spot where Frankie and Gelee's thoughts were most prominent, eventually finding it by blasting away a frozen canopy to reveal a metal tube that led deeper under the ocean floor.

"I believe we have found our way in," Nick quipped as he swam down the tube, the other spies following closely behind.

Eventually, they surfaced inside of another factory-like place with frozen steel decorating everything, but now there were surfboards and other surfing paraphernalia lining the walls.

"...yeah, this is definitely the place," Sortiliena quipped.

"It fits," Haruka replied. "Now let's find those two so I can knock 'em around a bit."

"I wonder if there's anything we can find that would tell us what their ultimate scheme is," Sam wondered. "Or at least their trump card."

"RiCO, can you help us with that?" Nick asked.

"Do you even need to ask, Nick?" RiCO giggled as the spies approached a nearby computer console. Nick set his X-Powder down onto the console so RiCO could do her hacking thing and dig into the files on the computer.

After a couple seconds, the computer screen displayed schematics for what appeared to be a gigantic cannon platform that would utilize Gelee's ice-making formula on a much grander scale.

"Yikes, that looks freaky," Dawn quipped.

"Here's hoping we'll be able to trash it sooner or later," May stated.

"Oh, why would y'all want to ruin such a good thing?"

The spies all spun around to see Frankie Dude and Gelee approaching them.

"Well, well, it seems you've managed to evade my trap," Gelee cackled. "That's actually fine by me, because it means I get to freeze you myself."

"Um, yeah, how about hell to the no?" Bridget responded as she reached for her brooch. "Sonic Mode, online!"

Once she had transformed, Bridget started zooming around the area to easily avoid shots from Gelee's ice gun, while the other spies used Electromagnetic Curling Irons to destroy the ice so they'd have some room to work.

After a few dodges, Bridget started running towards Nick, her hand extended.

"Hey, Nick, you thinking what I am?" Bridget asked.

"Oh, you bet I am," Nick responded as he extended his hand so that Bridget could take it, the two of them dashing towards Frankie and Gelee. "Let's give this stubborn ice floe a taste of the Purple Comet Attack!"

"The violet whats-its now?" Frankie wondered, but this just gave Nick and Bridget the chance to bum-rush Gelee, using their boosted speed to send Gelee and Frankie into the air with their joined arms, causing them to fly into the air flipping.

Nick and Bridget let go of each other so they could go on the offensive, Nick landing a lifting flying kick to send Gelee higher into the air, while Bridget leapfrogged off of Nick's shoulders and snap-kicked Frankie back down to the ground.

Before the villains could even bounce, Nick and Bridget were on them again, lashing out to hit them with multiple super-fast strikes before sending them back into the air with dual flying kicks.

"Ready, Nick?" Bridget exclaimed.

"Let's stomp 'em!" Nick shouted.

With that, Nick and Bridget charged, attacking Gelee and Frankie nonstop from multiple angles, making it look like they were being pinballed around in the air.

For the finale, Nick and Bridget both attacked the villains in perfect sync, resembling a much faster version of Nick and Haruka's Accel Dance maneuver, before charging through Gelee and Frankie and sending him careening into the ground.

"Ah, it's been a while since we've done that," Bridget chuckled as she high-fived Nick.

"You think a little combo's gonna be enough to stop us?" Frankie challenged as he hopped onto a jet-propelled surfboard and charged towards the spies, forcing them to scatter in different directions.

But as Frankie turned around for another charge attack, Haruka waltzed forward and landed a right hook punch on Frankie's face, knocking him off of his surfboard and sending him tumbling.

Haruka wasn't done yet, though, and started walking towards Gelee, and though he tried to aim his ice gun for her, Nick simply raised his right hand to psychically "catch" Gelee, rendering him unable to move.

"Sorry, buddy, you're not going anywhere," Nick taunted. "Haruka, give 'em hell."

"Oh, you better believe I will," Haruka chuckled as she lunged forward to slam her fist into Gelee's gut, causing him to double over in pain. Haruka then followed this up by leg sweeping Gelee off his feet, then reaching out to grab him by the ankles and powerslam him back into the ground.

"Wow, she's wailing on him," Alex chuckled.

"Yeah, if she wasn't doing it, I would," Nick quipped.

Finally, Haruka grabbed Gelee by the ankles again and spun him around a few times before tossing him directly into Frankie, who was just picking himself up, causing both villains to hit the ground in a tangled mess.

"H-Hey, get off, icicle boy!" Frankie shouted.

"Maybe if you'd get your hand out of my lab coat!" Gelee countered.

"Well, then, you two have anything to say for yourselves?" Nick proclaimed, his psychic aura flaring to life around him as he and Haruka approached the two villains.

"We'd personally love to hear that you two have had enough of us, and that you'll come quietly," Dawn remarked.

"Bah... that'll be the LAST THING we say!" Frankie Dude growled.

"If you were smart, you'd realize that since you almost killed two of us, you surrendering would be smart," Mat retorted.

"Believe us when we say we're far from done!" Gelee sneered.

"Then you're done like dinner, period," Nick emphasized. "We still got a little summer left to enjoy after all!"

"On the contrary, you just enjoyed your LAST SUMMER!" Frankie Dude growled as he attempted to freeze Nick in his place.

Nick was too good for that and moved out of the way.

Then after a few more failed attempts, Frankie Dude looked for another target and zoned in on Bridget.

"You're dead in the water, no pun intended, if you're resorting to THIS!" Bridget exclaimed. "Sonic Mode, online!"

She sped in all directions, and Frankie Dude eventually wasted all his ammo trying to get her.

"Step one is completed," Bridget quipped.

"Allow me on step two," Haruka requested. "I've still got one last move in my arsenal..."

"Oh, and what are you going to..." Frankie started, only to get cut off when Haruka reached out to grab both Gelee and Frankie by the ear so she could slam their heads together.

"That's what," Haruka proclaimed. "That's check and mate, jackholes!" she exclaimed with authority.

"Don't think that we're done yet!" Gelee sneered.

"Besides, the traps we already planted will be way too much for the bunch of you..." Frankie Dude chuckled sinisterly.

"So, believe us when we say we put you in a bad and tiresome situation," Gelee laughed sinisterly.

"You're telling us this was a diversion?!" May chastised.

"So, you figured it out then..." Frankie Dude sneered.

"Unfortunately, those traps we have unleashed on your precious Beverly Hills will mean victory for us," Gelee added.

He then cornered the spies, along with Frankie Dude.

"And to make sure no scrubs are in our way..." Frankie Dude sneered.

The spies were all cornered by Frankie's evil "Beach Bunnies," and even some extras.

"You're still not going to win this, ya know!" Blaine called out.

"On the contrary, we already have..." Gelee boldly stated.

"Get them!" Frankie Dude commanded the Beach Bunnies.

"You're gonna have to do better than them!" Nick proclaimed.

Gelee and Frankie Dude just scoffed and walked away.

"We've got a few tricks up our sleeves, guys," Sam told the others.

"And we better hurry before the traps eventually multiply!" Melissa exclaimed.

Then, Alex made a bold move and shot her Laser Lipstick twice at Dr. Gelee and Frankie Dude each. All four shots were hits.

"Don't think for TWO SECONDS that you're walking away..." Alex remarked, considering what they did to Nick and Haruka.

"Come on, now, little chick-a-dee, you weren't the one who got caught in our trap," Frankie chuckled.

"Doesn't freakin' matter!" Alex shot back. "That was my fiancée you tried to freeze to death."

Alex shifted into a fighting stance. "And in case you missed that memo, that's something you don't ever do around me."

("Last Strike" by Lyn Inaizumi plays)

Frankie tried to jump back to his feet and fly forward on his jet-propelled surfboard, but Alex was clearly having none of it, and lashed out with a windmill kick to knock Frankie off.

While this was happening, Gelee aimed his freeze gun towards Alex, only for Sortiliena to cut in and kick the freeze gun out of his hands.

"Eyes on the combat instructor, buddy," Sortiliena taunted.

"You won't stop me!" Gelee shouted, tossing a pair of grenades that Sortiliena easily dodged, the grenades exploding into tall icicles upon impact with the ground.

"Beach Bunnies, to me!" Frankie exclaimed, only to see nothing. He looked around and eventually saw that all of his Beach Bunnies had been psychically corralled by Nick.

"You're out of mooks, surfer dude," Nick taunted. "You wanna give it up now, for your own sake if nothing else?"

"I haven't even begun to fight, you bum wave!" Frankie retorted as he pulled out another surfboard and flew forward on it.

"My serve!" May exclaimed as she swung her anchor upwards to knock Frankie off of his board and high into the air, allowing Sortiliena to run forward, leapfrog off of May's shoulders, and swing her fists downward to spike Frankie back into the ground.

Gelee continued to fire his freeze gun around the area in hopes of creating more obstacles for the spies to deal with, but Nick simply blasted them all down with his powers.

"Oh, what, desperate that you don't have any more of your super-ice?" Nick taunted.

"I wouldn't get cocky if I were you, you little punk," Gelee growled as he aimed his freeze gun for Nick and fired. Nick simply surrounded himself with a psychic bubble that held up against the blast, but the outside of the bubble froze into a sphere of icicles.

"I told you," Gelee cackled.

"Who said I was stuck?" Nick quipped. "Clearly not me."

Nick snapped his fingers to pop the bubble, the outward recoil destroying the ice sphere and blasting Gelee backwards.

Frankie continued to jump around the area, doing his best to avoid the spies' relentless attacks, only to find himself yanked backwards courtesy of Alex grabbing his dreads and pulling him back.

"Hey, hey, watch the locks, little girl!" Frankie exclaimed.

"You really think I'm in the mood to listen to your crazy rambling after what you did?" Alex retorted, throwing Frankie across the hall before pouncing again. "You've really got a lot of nerve, you know."

Alex jumped over Frankie attempting to whack her with his surfboard and kicked him in the back, sending him stumbling away.

"Cold man, this isn't working!" Frankie exclaimed.

"Well, then, how about we retreat for the moment?" Gelee responded. "After all, we do still have our trump card waiting in the wings."

"Oh, yeah, the Blizz-O-Matic!" Frankie laughed. "I can't wait to see how bumpin' that thing's gonna be."

"We must be off, spies," Gelee stated. "Evil villain things to do, after all."

"Later, taters!" Frankie proclaimed as Gelee fired a blast of ice into the ceiling to distract the spies as the two villains made their escape.

"That tracks," Sam quipped. "But what did they say about a 'Blizz-O-Matic'?"

"That's probably their trump card," Nozomi replied. "But that kinda leaves us with a bit of a problem, though, right?"

"Yeah, if there are still other traps of theirs across Beverly Hills, how are we going to take care of both of these problems?" Mat wondered.

"I've got an idea," Sortiliena stated. "I'm gonna take Nick, Alex, May and Haruka to trash whatever the Blizz-O-Matic is. The rest of you, head back to Beverly Hills and take care of the rest of their traps."

"Sounds like a plan, Sortiliena," Sam responded as she led most of the spies out of the lair to head back to Beverly Hills, leaving Sortiliena to head down the tunnel that the villains had escaped through, with Nick, Alex, May and Haruka following not too far behind.

"Ooh, I hope they're ready for a beating," Haruka quipped. "Because I'm not done fudging them up yet."

"Hey, we'll get our chance to make them pay for what they did," Nick responded. "We just gotta destroy their secret weapon, and then we can unload on them."

"I'm still wondering who that girl is who saved you two," Alex asked. "You said she used her cube to break the dome?"

"Yeah, she just tapped the ice dome with her cube and shattered it, then she absorbed the ice into said cube," Haruka quipped. "It was weird."

Nick looked just ahead, focusing on the matter at hand. After all, he figured he'd get answers about their mysterious rescuer soon enough.

To be concluded...

-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-

Next time...

Sortiliena: End of the line, you frozen punks!

Gelee: Oh, what an original line.

Nick: I'm gonna make this very simple, since I'd rather finish our summer on a high note. Give it up, or there's gonna be hell to pay.

Haruka: Because you're probably gonna get your asses handed to you by one of us. Who's it gonna be?

Frankie: And that's where you'd be wrong, you little cluck! Behold, our glorious new invention, the Blizz-O-Matic!

Gelee: I hope you're ready for a new ice age, spies!

May: Actually, I think it's you who should be frozen with fear! ...how was that?

Alex: It was perfect.

Sortiliena: All right, readers, we're getting ready to break the ice next time on the final act of Totally Spies: Danger in the Deep Freeze, "A Cold Death"!

Nick: Am I glad it's not actually winter here on set.

Sortiliena: Would you believe I'm seeing Christmas stuff in the stores lately?

Alex: It's not even flip-trucking Halloween yet!
