Here's the new chapter. I explore the Tsuchikage this chapter.
Iwagakure
The First
Ishikawa Kamizuru had an ordinary upbringing and childhood, at least in comparison to the other Kage. He was from a clan of bee users, who lived self-sufficient lives and were isolated from the other clans. He might have continued living that sort of life, if he wasn't as curious and eager for adventure as he was. After multiple requests, he was allowed to leave with like-minded friends, joining one of the many traders who visited his clan. Most of his friends gave up on the journey at some point after realizing the harshness of the outside world, but he remained undaunted. He was an avid learner and reader, traveling all around until he was renowned as a great sage. He went through numerous battles, and grew his abilities rapidly until he was the strongest shinobi around. But eventually he met a woman who he fell in love with. She belonged to a renowned clan of Dust release users, far off from his pedestrian ties. But they were happy.
As he was thinking of choosing a place to settle down, a few acquaintances came to him with a proposal. They told him tales of a distant land which had banded together numerous clans to form a village of shinobi. The idea intrigued him, and so he accepted. Most clans rejoiced at the proposal. They knew of the legend of the wandering sage, the man who could manipulate bees from an immense distance. And so he went home for a grand homecoming, and his clan was proud. They themselves had been growing bored and tired of the stagnation they'd arrived at. And so the Village Hidden by Rocks, Iwagakure was formed. But he heard of a war being waged between other great villages. His curiosity was roused once more, and he had his village set off to join under his new title of Tsuchikage. But in the end, a peace treaty was agreed upon. He lived a long and peaceful life, and died while still in the role of Tsuchikage. A formidable member of his wife's clan was appointed as his successor, and life in Iwagakure went on. But perhaps his only failing was in not passing down his skills, for the rest of the clan could not live up to his name, and fell apart soon after.
The Second
Mu was ambitious. Unlike his predecessor, who had a carefree attitude, he sought to make Iwagakure the greatest of the five villages. He grew it's strength, shored up it's defenses and revamped his defenses. His greatest contribution was in battle, as he is hailed as the strongest Tsuchikage of all time, perhaps the strongest Kage of his time. His mastery of his bloodline release was superb, and he possessed numerous other powerful jutsu. He had a mastery of numerous chakra natures, with all but Yin accessible to him. He was hailed as Mu the Non-Person, Mu of the Dust Release.. He expanded territory rapidly and sought to capture more Bijuu in addition to the Four and Five Tails in his possession. And when the Hokage died, he sank his claws into Konoha. For it was Iwagakure that launched the attack that took the life of Tobirama Senju, a wound that would not be forgotten by Konoha.
The rest of the second great war didn't go his way. For Gengetsu Hozuki, his bitter rival who had risen up to the position of Kage at around the same time, stepped in solely out of spite. This act greatly aided Konoha, who would repay the favor in the next war. And so the Second War ends, and while Iwagakure remained strong, it did not gain much. He would continue to fight against the second Mizukage, until their fateful final duel, where they would end up taking each other out. But Iwagakure was not lacking in worthy successors. He was succeeded by his own student and grandson of the First, Onoki, who would succeed in his master's ways and maintain the strength of Iwagakure. But while Mu made his village strong, some sneer at the fact that they hold terrible relationships with the other shinobi villages. Others cite him as the reason Iwagakure faced the least amount of turmoil, having had only 3 Kage in it's history while all the others have had at least 4.
The Third
Onoki is stubborn. He is truly his master's student, as he pushes Iwagakure further and further ahead. But he tries to learn from his master's mistakes by staying stubbornly neutral on all issues between other villages, only stepping in when he sees a clear opportunity for profit. This tendency always play both sides earns him the scornful nickname of Onoki the Fence-Sitter. But he didn't care. After all, he was also the holder of other titles like Onoki of the Earth, and Onoki of the Dust Release. While fighting in the Second great war, He goes up against Hiruzen Sarutobi multiple times, and is one of the few capable of truly challenging and on occasion overwhelming the Third Hokage. The two remain rivals as shinobi of an older generation. His overwhelming power enables him to take on numerous shinobi at the same time. His showdown with the third Mizukage is legendary, as he single-handedly forced the man to desperately run for his life despite being outnumbered.
He generally maintains the same policies as his master, but after the death of wife during the rampage of a four tails jinchuriki who lost control, he began to neglect them, as he kept them out of the village and focused on hiding their whereabouts, refusing to use them in battle and refusing to treat them like shinobi of Iwa. His reign has maintained the strength of his village, though on occasion he is forced to use organizations like the Akatsuki. On the surface, he can seem like just another stubborn old man, but it is his strength that makes Iwa the most secure of the 5 great shinobi villages.
