Alright my friends! I have a set of four weapons in the making that are was requested by an anonymous reader so my friend Anonymous, I hope this weapon is exactly what you'd want.
While my friend above has given me the basis of Ame, this weapon was also partly another weapon that has an enhanced version, I think it was a weapon called Raika.

Name: Ame.
Translation: Rain.
Weapon Classification: Katana.
Type: Elemental
Subtype: Water.
Base Appearance: The Weapon takes the form of a traditional looking katana but the handle has a bright blue colored grip and the hilt takes the form of a water drop.
Shikai Command: Dissolve.
Shikai Activation Design: The Weapon starts to morph and change into literal liquid water which then starts to morph into its new form while some of the water starts to wrap around the user's arm before the water solidifies again showcasing Ame's new form.
Shikai Appearance: The Weapon takes on the appearance of a ship's rusty anchor that's tied to the subsequent chain which is wrapped around the users which seems to continuously grow while staying connected to the users arm.
Spirit Appearance: Ame's appearance takes the form of a large whale like creature with a deep ocean blue color with unique designs that seemed to glow yellow periodically, two extremely large dorsal fins and a tail that seems to split off into four stripes, it has a small mouth but filled with sharp teeth and two piercing yellow eyes.
Spirit Appearance: Ame is best known to be an extremely quiet creature though not because it can't speak, it much prefer to watch what type of person it's master would be, to one's that wouldn't abide by its morals would never see a fraction of its immense power of water but to those that do, it will reveal itself to them and help guide them to their true potential, the true power of the sea.
Shikai Abilities: Ame allows the user to gain a limited form of hydrokinesis which the user can manipulate the water utilizing the anchor weapon, with the chain, the user can dish out melee type abilities at a range up to 30 feet away from the user.
Due to the limited range of water manipulation that the user is capable of, the user has developed a number of techniques that they could utilize.
*Water Prison: The User manipulates the water by spinning the anchor by its chain to form a ring of water to which the user can then throw which imprisons a target in water which lasts for about 30 minutes, not much but strong enough to take a player out of the game temporarily.
*Water Casing: The User manipulates the water to coat the anchor in it, granting the weapon an increased edge and sharpness that can cut through most form of materials, even capable of cutting through an Espada's Hierro.
*Water Shot: The user surrounds the anchor with water and spins it around by the chain to gain water and momentum before releasing the water blast which is strong enough to shatter a medium sized boulder into tiny pebbles, and strong enough the splinter bones and lacerate flesh.
*Purify: This isn't an offensive technique but was developed more on a necessity on long missions, this allows the user to purify dirty or toxic bodies of water as large as 100 Square Foot of any body of water.
*Water Dome: The user spins the anchor around by the chain collecting and circling enough water before slamming the anchor down into the ground causing a thick dome of water to surround the user and any nearby allies which is strong enough to withstand a Menos Grande stepping on 'em.
*Water Cutter: The User coats the weapon in water then arcs the weapon which sends a blade of pure water flying towards the target which can cut through even tempered steel with ease.
*Water Ring: The User spins the anchor around by the chain to collect enough water before slamming it down causing a wave of minor water to hit all allies, this coats all allies in a thin layer of water which temporarily enhances regeneration which helps heals the targets at an accelerated rate but not fast enough
*Water Step: The User is coated in a thin layer of water which allows them to temporarily disappear into a separate dimension known as the realm of condensation which allows the user to go anywhere so long as the user knows where to go as the Realm of Condensation is incredibly hazy and difficult to see as one misstep will cause the user to become lost forever.
*Hydro Shot: The User spins the anchor by the chain for a maximum of 5 minutes in order to collect the proper amount of water but during this, they are left vulnerable as the technique requires all 5 minutes to collect, once collected the user fires the anchor like a bullet which unleashes a massive cannon of pure pressurized water which is strong enough the burst through living targets with ease, even capable of punching through a squad of Adjucha Hollows in a single shot.
*Waterfall Smash: The User Spins the Anchor by the chain to collect enough water but instead of launching it at a target or slamming the weapon into the ground, the user catches the anchor from the air then attacks the target with the increased weight and momentum to that can launch a Vasto Lorde's head off in a single strike and can attack as many times so long as the momentum isn't lost.
Bankai Name: Kyodai Reindaibu
Bankai Translation: Gigantic Rain Dive.
Bankai Release Command:(Optional) None.
Bankai Activation Design: The User is struck by a bolt of lightning which then a massive surge of a water pillar is surged upwards into the air which causes a small shower of rain before revealing the user's new form.
Bankai Design: The form of Kyodai takes the form of an enlarged, more detailed version of the anchor Shikai which is now turned from a one handed Pickaxe like weapon on a chain to a large double sided battle axe and looks more pristine then the rust variant that the Shikai has.
Bankai Spirit Appearance: It seems Kyodai has taken a small appearance change then it's Shikai form, it's blue outer shell has taken a color of purplish blue while the yellow lines that glow has now shown to be a constantly shown yellow, not much difference but seems to radiate POWER.
Bankai Spirit Personality: No Change.
Bankai Abilities: Kyodai's ability in Hydrokinesis is now powered to the full max that the user can now manipulate the water at its purest form which is able to create, control and utilize water particles that is found in the very air instead of having to power up to collect it, as such the user now no longer needing to collect any form of water instead of creating and collecting it. The user can utilize this power at its base form but the user has formed a number of techniques from this ability that is significantly more powerful than Shikai.
*Whirlpool: The User spins the giant anchor up top before slamming the bottom of the weapon onto the ground which creates a massive whirlpool underneath the user who's unaffected while everyone is trapped in the violent swirling water and is the required technique to utilize the 'Water Dragon Explosive Bite' Technique
*Tsunami: The User slams the weapon into the ground which causes a massive tidal wave like attack to spring up and crash into the battlefield strong enough to wipe away all opposition and could kill about 50% of all wiped away targets, the only technique banned to be used in the Seireitei due to the sheer danger posed to allied forces.
*Hydro Cannon: The User surrounds water around the weapon before pointing the weapon at the desired target before firing which causes a massive watery explosion that rips apart the target and leaves behind a crater with whatever part of the unfortunate target didn't get shredded into oblivion.
*Rain Dance: The User spins the weapon overhead before slamming the bottom of the massive anchor onto the ground which causes a large ball of water to fly into the sky which causes rain clouds to form and expand up to 300 Feet in radius, this causes the user to gain a very powerful increase in all water based abilities, increasing the power of Kyodai's techniques.
*Wave Crash: The User surrounds themselves in water before launching themselves at the target which causes the water expand and blows up damaging all known targets to nearly killing them but the downside to this technique that it damages the user in the process so the user is reluctant to utilize this technique as anything but the final straw.
*Water Dragon's Explosive Bite: When the user is in the middle of the 'Whirlpool' technique, in doing so the target launches shots of water into the air which then is collected into the air which forms a serpentine dragon which launches at the targets and causes a massive watery explosion that could kill all of the targets in the whirlpool.
