Chapter 33

Falling

In one of Bolic's chambers, he was rummaging through some packages sent by the Prime Minister, he then found what he was looking for sent by Honest.

"Ibara, come here,"

The man walked towards Bolic as he was handed a trigger of some sorts.

"What is it sir,"

"It's a bomb trigger,"

Ibara looked at him confused, wondering why he handed him a bomb trigger.

"Prime Minister Honest is worried about traitors turning. After the incident with Former Captain Hisake, he deduced which people were easily swayed by the Vigilante Deku's influence."

"And?"

Bolic grinned evilly as he looked at Ibara with crazed eyes, "Seryu Ubiquitous was one he was wary of,"

Ibara widened his eyes, he then put two and two together, he remembered Seryu went through rigorous experiments from Doctor Stylish. If anything would happen he created a trigger for the bomb if she couldn't properly release the trigger herself.

"I see, so if I notice any changes then I hit this,"

Bolic nodded, "And make sure the Vigilante witnesses it, this will tell him to fuck off of our operation here,"

Ibara licked his lips, "Understood,"

BOOOOM!

Izuku was sent flying as he was covered in Black Whip, to shield him from the blast, but he still felt the intense heat of the explosion.

He felt himself bouncing further away from the explosion. Izuku then unwrapped Black Whip around him as he was further away from the explosion. It dies down as a cloud of gray smoke could be seen. Izuku then sprinted towards the smoke.

"No…no…no no no!"

Izuku ran as he approached the epicenter of the explosion. What he saw horrified him, Seryu's body was nothing more than blackened ash as he could also see Koro's body as well. Izuku clenched his fist in frustration.

His eyes fixated on the site, he didn't move but his eyes… they were filled with rage and hate. Izuku clenched his fist hard but then he heard multiple footsteps as Danger Sense kicked in.

"Deku…!"

Imperial soldiers surrounded him as a couple of Imperial Fist apprentices circled him.

"Deku… you are here for the murder of Seryu Ubiquitous, come with us quietly.," a soldier ordered.

Izuku didn't move as his hair covered his face, his rage.

One of the Imperial Fist Apprentice smirked, "You know, this would've never happened if you just died by Seryu but then again it was the right cause to sacrifice her,"

That made Izuku snap as he turned his head as all of them froze in fear, green cold emerald eyes stared into their hearts as they saw no hero anymore. Eyes spiraled in rage.

Izuku then vanished from his spot. The soldiers were shocked at his speed, they couldn't see him until it was too late. The Imperial Fist apprentices were shocked as well. They saw soldiers flying in the air as a green blur hit them one by one in a flash.

They got into a fighting stance but it was far too late as Izuku was right behind them, all they saw was the ground. Everyone that ambushed Izuku was out cold but one was still awake.

Izuku walked towards him as he grabbed his mask from the ground. He put it on as he approached the man. The soldier was shaken in fear at what he saw, no hero. Just a monster with hollow green eyes. Izuku grabbed the collar of his uniform as he pulled him close towards his face.

"Who…sent…you!" Izuku demanded.

The man was stricken in fear as he looked around Izuku.

"Who!"

Izuku's voice strained as he gave the man a gaze that could kill a man.

The man was shaking as he stuttered, "I-I-I…"

"Deku!"

Izuku turned towards the voice as he saw Mura and Kensei running towards him. While he was distracted the man he was holding pulled out a knife and tried to stab him in the head but Izuku's Blackwhip stopped his hand in place as the knife was inches away from his head. Izuku turned to the man as the latter froze in fear, staring into the cold green eyes. Izuku then punched his face to the ground causing a small crack on the ground. Leaving the man unconscious as blood started to be etched to his gloves as he pulled away from the man. Izuku got up as he walked towards Seryu's body, Kensei and Mura looked at the havoc around them as they stood in the scorched radius.

"What happened here…?" Kensei asked.

He looked up to see Izuku standing where Seryu stood as he clenched his fist in rage, Anger consumed him, Mura only watched as his eyes widened in fear. The Izuku that stood in front of them had changed. Izuku turned around and looked at them as he started to walk towards them. They were left silent as they watched him walk past them, "Lets go… before more soldiers arrive,"

"Yeah…sure…" Mura responded.

They followed behind him, watching him carefully.

All Izuku could think of was the man who could've done that to Seryu. The man that was the head of the Way of Peace Foundation, or the Co-head of it, Bolic.

With Night Raid

Akame pulled her sword out of a corpse as she eliminated the target she was assigned. She then turned to see Lubbock walking towards her.

"Good job, that's all of them, mission accomplished,"

Akame nodded, "Let's head back,"

Lubbock then hopped over to the door and opened it to see Mein and Sheele out of breath.

"Woah! What happened, why are you guys out of breath,"

"Did you not hear that insane explosion!" Mein looked at him.

"I thought it was you,"

Mein looked at him, "Like hell I can cause that kind of sound with Pumpkin,"

Sheele then looked at both of them, "The boss wants us all to head back just in case,"

Akame nodded, "Then let's head back then,"

They then exited the building as they went through the night, everyone in the streets was distracted and talking about what that explosion was.

As they ran past the crowd, Akame saw a glimpse of a certain kitsune mask. Akame widened her eyes as she stopped and looked into the crowd to see the man she saw the other night.

Kitsune was staring straight at her before disappearing within the crowd.

"Akame?" Sheele noticed her abrupt stop.

"It's nothing, let's go,"

They arrived in the building that they were staying in as the four of them headed inside. Akame saw the rest of Night Raid, Najenda sitting on a couch as Susanoo was right next to her with drinks in his right hand. Leone and Tatsumi, keeping Eri company as she was worried about a certain green haired person.

Eri turned around to see Akame as the little girl ran up to her and hugged her.

"Akame-san, have you seen Deku,"

Akame shook her head as she looked at Najenda.

"Good almost everyone is here except Izuku,"

"I'm sure he's off patrolling again like usual," Mein said as she patted Eri's head. Trying to reassure the little girl.

"For now, we need to know what that explosion was, it could very well be the Empire testing a new weapon," Najenda deduced.

"If that's the case then we need to be careful," Leone pointed out.

"But what kind of weapon can produce that large of an explosion," Tatsumi questioned.

They heard a knock on the door but the knock was a coded message.

"Come in,"

The door opened to reveal two scouts, Kensei and Mura. And behind them was Izuku. Eri smiled widely as she let go of Akame as she went to hug him.

"Looks like you three are safe as well, that's good," Najenda said.

Mura nodded in response but didn't say a word.

Eri hugged the hero as she looked up to see his face, usually greeted with a smile by him but she wasn't greeted with a smile. Instead his face was grim and expressionless.

Izuku patted her on the head as he then walked past her, leaving Eri confused as the rest of Night Raid looked at him in shock. His clothes were burnt and battered.

Akame looked concerned as she grabbed his hand, "Izuku are you okay? Did something happen?"

It was silent for a moment, the rest of Night Raid looked at him, waiting for a response.

He turned to Akame as he soberly smiled at her, "Yeah, I'm…fine…no need to worry,"

Izuku walked away as his hand slowly drifted away from Akame's. He then headed up stairs. Without making any more noise at all. Najenda watched him as they heard a door close. She then looked at the two scouts.

"What happened?" She asked.

"Honestly…we don't know but-"

"I think I might know what happened," Mura interrupted Kensei.

Najenda looked at him, "Report,"

"Deku had an encounter with Seryu Ubiquitous, one for the Jaegers,"

Mein and Sheele widened their eyes in shock, "What…?"

"But when we arrived there, the battle was over, all that was left was a scorched battle field and the remains of Seryu's ashes, and Izuku standing in front of them, surrounded by Imperial Fist Apprentices and soldiers,"

Najenda absorbed this new information as she looked at the two, "Was there anything else?"

"Izuku was also questioning a soldier but he knocked him out when he didn't say anything," Kensei added.

Akame was worried now, whatever happened between the two seemed to impact Izuku in a negative way. She was scared and worried for him. His demeanor had changed so much. She then felt a tug in her skirt as she saw Eri worried as well.

With Izuku

After he closed the door, he leaned against it as he slowly sat down, his back against the door. He thought about his fight, he wanted to save her, to change her, to let her see the other side. To make her notice who was the cause of all of it. Seryu couldn't be forgiven for what she done but she could atone for it but…

It was crushed, burned away by the Empire. Izuku clenched as his eyes spiraled in rage and anger.

"Prime…Minister…Honest…!" He growled as he sat there, seething with anger.

He wanted to hunt down the man responsible for all of the pain he caused to everyone.

Whatever it takes…

The Next Morning

Akame woke up early as she looked out the window to see a rain cloud hovering over the district. She felt something off as she headed out of bed and exited her room as she walked down the hall. She stopped at Izuku's room as she looked at the door.

She then knocked on the door, but she heard no response, she then went for the door knob, only for it to be unlocked.

She opened the door, seeing his room. Usually his room was a bit messy when he leave, his bed unmade but this time, it looked like he didn't even use the bed. She walked into the room as she looked around until she saw a necklace on the table. She grabbed it, remembering how she first saw it was broken just as hers was as well.

She looked at the window to see a raincloud was covering the district. "Izuku…"

Later in the morning, news had spread that the Vigilante Deku had murdered Seryu. A member of the Jaegers. Word spread through the country fast as some people were shocked and bewildered, hearing stories how he saved people but now hearing about this was a shock to the people.

But of course some people didn't believe it, people who were saved by him knew that the man who saved them would never kill. However this news started to confuse people and question whether Deku did kill Seryu or not.

Prime Minister Honest smiled as he read the article, "Looks like making the Doc make another trigger paid off,"

He looked out the window smiling evilly as he stared in the direction of Kyoroch. Honest was happy, finally after sometime he can have a good excuse for the Emperor to not trust Deku.

However, the Emperor Makoto read the article as well, "Is it true..? No it can't be, after hearing so many others talk about how heroic he is, this doesn't sound like him but he also is working with Night Raid, something… isn't right here,"

Jaegers Base

Wave was shaking as he looked at the burnt bodies of Seryu and Koro. He gritted his teeth as he clenched his fist so hard that his knuckles turned white.

"I failed…again… I wasn't there…"

Wave felt the overwhelming pressure of the situation, another of his friend died while he did nothing…again. He felt useless, angry, and frustrated. Run and Kurome were next to him as they all had a solemn face. Wave swiftly turned around as he walked away from the table.

"Wave, it isn't-!"

Before Run could talk, a loud thud and crack was heard as it echoed through the room. Wave and punched the wall so hard that it made a crack on the wall. His knuckles were bleeding as blood dripped down his hand.

"Wave!" Kurome shouted in worry.

"Run, I can't sit around anymore," Wave turned towards them.

"I can't wait while all of my friends die while I do nothing!" His eyes burning with rage and determination. He walked out of the room as his face was a grim expression. He heard the reports, the man responsible for her death, her killer.

"Deku…!"

Wave had one goal in mind, to hunt down the Vigilante and make him pay for his crimes.

Whatever it takes…

In the District

"Come on hurry we gotta go! Before he comes!" A thug shouted.

"I'm trying!" His partner in crime said.

They tried to lockpicking a door to a house to steal some valuables but they didn't get the chance. In an instant a green blur passed them as they were strung up in the air and being dragged through the air.

"What the hell?!" The thug screamed in fear as he saw him. Cold green eyes that were hiding behind a mask that was burned and covered in dirt. His whole attire ripped and battered. His gauntlets were no more white instead covered with dirt and blood.

The Vigilante then slammed them down on the ground as they were now out cold. Izuku landed as he looked at the unconscious thugs and proceeded to move on. He jumped in the air as he then flew away from the area. Izuku then felt his Danger Sense go off as he turned to see a group of Imperial Fist Apprentice, terrorizing a family.

Izuku stared at them in anger as he flew straight towards them.

"Please we didn't do anything wrong!" The father held his wife and children close.

"Do not resist, we know you had an encounter with Deku,"

The children were scared as the mother was covering them.

One of the Apprentices was eyeing the wife, "Maybe we can have a little fun with the wife,"

She widened her eyes in fear, "We can also make the husband watch,"

"No…Stay away!" The father stood in front of them as the Apprentices approached the family.

But Izuku slammed in between the two, sending a shockwave through the area when he landed. The father was stunned to see the Vigilante again. The Apprentices were shocked to see him but they were horrified by his appearance.

Izuku looked at them as his cold emerald eyes stared deep into their souls.

"Leave them alone,"

One of them scoffed at the demand, "Hah! We are the Imperial fist temple apprentices! There is only you against 10 of us!"

Izuku brought his right arm to the side as it was stretched out, Black Whip then started to wrap around his arm, covering his gauntlet. His left arm was being covered as well.

"Today you die! DE-"

In an instant he was buried into the ground, Izuku made no sound in approaching him. The rest of them were shocked and terrified.

"One down, nine more to go," he looked at them as they all took a step back in fear.

"All of you are going to Bolic…Broken,"

With Akame

Akame had a hood on as she feared it would rain, she kept a hold of something in her hand as she was searching for a shop. Walking out in the streets as people were rushing to get to their destination as it seemed it would rain. She was assigned another assignment, but her mind was not focused on the mission as usual. She was worried about Izuku, his behavior yesterday was concerning.

"I'm…fine…"

Akame looked ahead as she wondered what happened during the encounter between Seryu and him. Seryu was the enemy but she was reported dead? If that's the case then.

Akame started to wonder if… Izuku took a life for the first time. Akame shook her head, she knew he would never. Even if he had the power to do so. Akame couldn't stop but worry about him. Izuku was slowly changing day by day but it wasn't a positive change.

Akame remembered his smile, a bright smile that lit up the room. She loved that smile, she never got tired of seeing it. Whenever he came back from a mission, he was always there with his smile. But it slowly faded, Akame knew what was happening.

This world was slowly consuming Izuku, bit by bit, it's eating him away from the burden he placed on himself, to be everyone's savior.

"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you again, Akame,"

She widened her eyes as she turned to see a familiar fox masked person. She then slowly gripped Murasame but she didn't draw it out as there were still people around them. Akame scanned him, watching his moves.

"Come now Akame, I only wish to talk,"

Akame kept a firm grip on Murasame as she turned around and headed towards her mission.

"It's about Izuku Midoriya,"

She stopped in her tracks as she turned to Kitsune one more time.

"What do you know…?"

Kitsune placed a hand on his chin as he looked at the assassin, "I know that he is slowly being consumed in this world and that he had encounter with Seryu,"

Akame looked down as she thought about him again, the Izuku now walking away from them, from her, breaking a trust between them. She then felt a raindrop as she looked up as it was now starting to rain.

"We should get to shelter before it starts to pour, don't you think?"

Akame was wary of him, the way he talked and the way he would vanish into the darkness. She didn't know who he was but he was the result of Izuku coming to this world.

After a couple minutes, they found a bench that had a cover over it as they both sat down, waiting for the rain. Akame sitting on the end of the bench as well as Kitsune.

Akame took her hood off as she looked at Kitsune, waiting for him to speak.

"Now, where do you want to start,"

"What happened to Izuku last night?" She asked.

Kitsune laughed at her question, "Oh come on, it's obvious now, Izuku fought Se-"

In a blink of an eye a blade was at his neck, Kitsune was slightly stunned at the speed as he looked at her.

"I have no time for this, answer the question," Akame glared at him.

Kitsune smiled under his mask, "Well, Izuku fought Seryu-"

"Quit-!"

"If you would let me finish, then you can know why he is like this," He interrupted her with a bit of aggression in his voice.

"He fought her but after the battle, but you know him, he can't kill his enemies, so he tried to make her see her errors and it almost worked," Kitsune explained.

"Then boom! The explosion happened and next thing you know, Seryu of the Jaegers is dead," Kitsune then pulled a paper out of his coat as Akame took it with her other hand as she saw Izuku was reported for murdering her.

"Doesn't sound right does it? Of course it doesn't! Izuku who only wished to save people! Akame, what do you think happened after the battle?" Kitsune asked.

Akame thought about it as she thought back to the time where their base was raided, how she killed the Doctor. She heard that he saved a bunch of Imperial soldiers with Najenda. She lowered her blade as she sheathed it.

"He… tried to save her…"

Kitsune clapped, "Correct, only Izuku would try to save his opponent when they need it but the Empire saw it as betrayal, so they killed her in the process,"

Akame gripped her blade in frustration, knowing damn well what happened now, he watched her explode right in front of him, failing to save someone.

Kitsune stood up as he walked out in the rain as Akame watched him.

"Now what do you think is happening inside his head now?" Kitsune danced around in the rain.

"I wonder~ I wonder~!"

Akame widened her eyes as she watched him dancing like a madman.

"The boy now will not stop to make that same mistake twice, he will push himself to the brink of destruction. Like a hero who will carry everyone's burdens!" He shouted.

"But the question is…"

He stopped and turned to Akame, "Who will help him carry his own Burdens?"

Akame froze as he said that, a similar question when he asked her a question back then when they first met. Who will help him or a matter of fact…

"Who will save him from himself?"

Kitsune smiled as he started to fall to the ground. Akame quickly sprinted to him but he vanished in the darkness again as she stopped. Standing in the rain, looking for him but the question remained.

Who was going to save him?

With Izuku

The family was shocked and horrified, they didn't expect Deku to be like this, the father saw him as a hero who brings hope but this fight. Izuku strung up all of the Apprentices in the air with his Black Whip, as many of them were covered in bruises and blood.

The kids remembered how he brought them home, but now…now a monster was in front of them. Izuku turned to face the family as they flinched in fear.

Green sunken eyes staring back at them.

" …?" The boy looked at him in horror.

Izuku then tied the Imperial Fist Apprentices up as he tossed them to the side.

"You all should go home…it's not safe…"

Izuku then jumped in the air as he flew off. The family was shocked, he used to look like a hero but now…

Izuku flew in the sky as the rain was hitting his face. Feeling the rain on his body, he felt Danger Sense kick in as he turned to stop the crime. Make a sonic boom when he flew towards the danger.

"I have to stop them…"

Izuku sent a criminal into a wall, making an imprint.

"I have to save them…!"

Izuku then stopped a man from getting robbed by thugs. Scaring them away, Izuku turned to see if the man was okay but the man was horrified to see Izuku as well.

He ran away in fear but that didn't stop Deku from continuing.

"I won't fail again!"

He raced towards every crime that was in the district, not stopping for a break.

"I have to…"

"I need to…!"

"In order for everyone to live in peace…!"

Izuku walked in the empty streets, drenched in rain as his suit was dirty and ragged. His respiratory mask was cracked and stained with dirt. His mask hood ripped, he walked alone on the streets as rain poured.

"In order for everyone to smile!"

"I will save them…!"

A hero who will be there for everyone in their darkest hour, even in the rain.

Two weeks later

Akame sat at the table as she looked around to see all of Night Raid gathered together.

"We need to scout the area of the church, the attack will commence in four days. Everyone's job is to survey the area and make sure you're not spotted," Najenda went over today's plan.

"Right if we can get an overview of the area, we can get a good entry point and a safe escape route," Tatsumi pointed out.

Najenda nodded, "Most likely, it will be guarded by Bolic's personal guards as well as the Jaegers and the Four Rakshasa Demons,"

She then turned to Kensei and Mura, "Please relay this to Izuku, you two are the only ones he keeps contact,"

They nodded, "We'll make sure he gets the message,"

"And please tell him to be safe," Akame added.

They nodded, "Will do Akame," Mura responded.

"If we can't reach him then meet us at the graveyard," Kensei said.

Akame nodded.

The two then both left as Night Raid sat there, "Izuku hasn't returned in two weeks, the only time we get confirmation of him is when those two come here," Mein said.

Najenda sighed, "He's been going at this for far too long,"

"Well how do we catch him? The only person who is close enough to catch him is Tatsumi with Incursio," Leone said.

"And even then, he might be faster than I am right now," Tatsumi added.

"Should we trust those two to stop him?" Sheele jumped in.

"Those two try to keep up with him and no matter what they say, he's still going," Mein placed a hand on her chin as she rested her arm on the table.

Akame listened to all of them as she still kept those words that Kitsune said to her. Izuku is in dire need of help, but she doesn't know how to. Akame looked out the window as the night was falling.

With Izuku

Izuku was perched up on a watchtower as he bit down on a protein bar. He watched the city as he was more tired, with bags forming under his eyes. His suit was more thrashed than the last two weeks.

Izuku then felt Danger Sense go off as Izuku tried to rush off but he then heard Yoichi call to him.

"Ninth! Stop, your body is tired. You haven't had rest yet,"

Izuku ignored it and went off. Yoichi's vestige watched as Izuku hopped from building to building. He then returned to the vestige world.

"He's slowly breaking himself," Daigoro Banjo said.

"He believes he's the only one who can save these people," En said.

"It's not that, he sees any cause worth his attention," Hikage Shinomori corrected him

"Even so, he's still pushing himself too far, at this point he could die" Nana Shimura stated.

The third user turned to the second user, "Leader what do you think?"

The second user stared at the ground, "What he's doing right now is the best he can do, but he slowly losing himself to this world, I fear something might happen that will make him fall harder,"

"Even so, we have to help the boy," Yoichi said.

All of them nodded as the wisp of All Might could not talk but only watch as he saw his successor suffer so much.

At a Graveyard

Kensei and Mura stood by a statue as they heard a sound coming from the sky as they looked up to see Deku land right in front of them.

"Hey Deku,"

Izuku waved at them, "So what is the next mission,"

Mura saw the bags under his eyes as he sighed, "We are to survey this area to make sure there isn't an escape route for the enemy."

Izuku nodded, "Then I'll observe in the sky-!"

"Deku, you need to take a break, we can handle it from here," Mura interrupted him.

Izuku shook his head, "I'm fine… I can still keep going…"

"You look like you're about to collapse, take a break for crying out loud!" Kensei shouted at him.

"I…-"

"Indeed Deku, you need to take a break or else you might die," Mura said.

Izuku stayed silent as he looked away from them. He sighed as he looked at them.

"Look I don't want to-!"

Izuku's Danger Sense activated, detecting something coming at them. Just in time to grab Kensei and Mura out of the way, from where they stood was now covered in feathers. He looked up to see a man with Blonde hair that was at his neck. It was curvy and he had wings sprouted on his back.

Izuku looked up as he stood ready, "You are…?"

"I am Run, one of the Jaegers, and I come for you, Deku,"

Run remembering the face Wave made and Kurome worrying about him, he knew what caused Seryu to die, the obsession to chase this Vigilante. It caused Seryu to go alone without backup. Run couldn't watch anymore of his comrades die.

"Deku, come quietly and I don't have to kill you,"

Deku let go of the two as he turned to them, "Get out of here you two,"

"But Deku, you can't your-"

"Go now!" Izuku demanded.

They fell silent as they both sprinted into the forest near the graveyard.

Run observed him, 'From what the information we have on him, it's a power teigu that can increase his physical capabilities, I'm guess this those gauntlets on him are the Teigu,'

Run stared him down as he was about to unleash Mastema's feathers on him. 'Even if he can jump, he can't dodge mid-air, I have the advantage,'

Izuku channeled One for All as he jumped towards Run. The latter then flew away as he launched a barrage of feathers towards Izuku, "It's over Deku,"

But before Run's eyes, Deku had vanish mid-air. Escaping Run's sight.

"What?! Where did he-?"

Run felt a presence behind him as he turned to see glowing green eyes above him as Deku reared his fist back, about to deliver a devastating Smash. Run's instinct screamed at him as he didn't have time to fly away from the attack as he used them to cover himself.

He then felt an extreme force collide with his wings as he was sent plummeting down to the ground, causing a shockwave once he hit the ground.

Run coughed up blood at the force he received.

"What is this…?" Run looked at Deku as he was floating in the air. Deku stared down at him as Run now knew their information about him was not fully detailed.

"You underestimated me, so now… look who's looking up," Izuku coldly said to the Jaeger.

Run gritted his teeth as he punched from the ground as he flew towards Izuku, launching feathers at him.

Izuku brought his left arm out as he flicked away from the barrage. Izuku then brought his left hand to the front as he then launched Black Whip towards Run. The latter dodged it as he looked at Deku again but this time the Vigilante was already in front of him.

Deku threw a punch towards his face but Run dodged just in time as he flew away from Deku as the Vigilante slammed into the ground, creating a large crater.

Run looked down at him again as he was wary of the Vigilante, he understood now. The countless of Imperial Fist Apprentices outmatched by him, including Seryu. His overwhelming power could even give Esdeath a challenge that she long desires.

The dust cleared as Izuku stared at Run with his cold eyes. Run was about to charge at him again but then realized that if he got too close to him, then he would most likely die from one fatal punch.

Run stopped himself as he then decided to withdraw, "As I am right now Deku, I can't beat you,"

Izuku looked at him confused.

"I will retreat for now," Run said as he flew away.

Izuku was about to pursue but his body started to fail him as he fell down. He was shaking as his vision started to blur. He gritted his teeth.

"Get…up…!"

"Ninth don't pursue him, you've done enough, return to the base. Don't push yourself more than you already have," he heard Yoichi plead to him.

Izuku slowly got up as he turned around and walked towards the forest. He then felt Danger Sense go off as he looked forward but then he widened his eyes.

With Akame

Akame was sprinting towards the graveyard as she was running through the forest where the graveyard was far from the city but near Bolic's Palace. She wanted to stop Izuku from harming himself even more. She kept sprinting but then in front of her she saw a pool of blood as she stopped to see a body with no head attached to the body.

She scanned the body as she saw the Revolutionary Army ribbon on the bicep as she widened her eyes in fear as she looked ahead, "Kensei, Mura, Izuku!"

She dashed forward as she raced towards where they were supposed to meet.

With Izuku

Izuku widened his eyes in shock as he saw Mura coming out of the forest. He saw him leaning against a tree, slowly walking towards him.

"Mura…! What's wrong!"

Izuku then saw why Mura was slowly approaching him as he had a hole through him in his abdomen. Blood poured out of the hole, covering his pants with blood as blood was coming out of his mouth as well.

"Mura!" He screamed in fear.

He sprinted towards him as he grabbed him. Slowly laying him down on the ground, Izuku placed his hand on his wound trying to cover it but to no avail. Mura coughed as blood splurged out of his mouth.

"Deku…run…it's…the…dem…ons…" Mura's eyes slowly face as Izuku watched him die in his arms. Izuku was left horrified, remembering the body of Bulat he had to carry with Tatsumi. His whole body shook as he then felt Danger Sense go off as he looked up to see a man with ghostly white skin with red seams and markings on his face and body. He had purple hair and his eyes were red with black scleras.

"Well~ Well~ the infamous Deku, it's an honor to meet you,"

Izuku looked at him with growing rage in his eyes.

"I hope you liked my present, I made it especially for you~"

Thump

"Huh…?"

Izuku widened his eyes even more in horror, "You…did this…"

Ibara smiled gleefully, "Of course, in order to prepare for you I had to make some presents before meeting you~,"

Thump

Izuku felt his heart going crazy as he then heard the 5th user shouting his name.

"Kid calm down, you're losing control of your anger, remember what I said!" Banjo shouted in his head.

Thump

"Oh! That reminds me I forgot to give you your other gift as well~!"

Ibara tossed something from behind him as it rolled over towards Izuku as the Vigilante looked at it as everything froze in place, the dread clouded his mind, his heart. He saw a familiar face as the head of Kensei was right in front of him on the ground. The voidless eyes of his friends stared up at him, peering into his soul.

"Looks like you failed to save them…Hero~"

Zzzzt!

Something snapped as Izuku erupted as green electricity surged out of his body, turning the green into a raging blue turquoise stream of lightning as Black Whip emerged from his back, violently waving in the sky. Akame saw it in the sky as she widened her eyes in horror. She then increased her speed, racing towards Izuku.

Ibara covered his eyes as he was filled with amazement. Though it would soon turn into fear as he saw the Vigilante's face, the masks were off of his face. All he saw was pure white enraged eyes, energy flowing out of it as well. His hair stood up, engulfed by the excessive energy.

All Ibara heard from the Vigilante's mouth was the words he never thought he would hear from him.

"I'LL KILL YOU!"
