Infinity Crisis: The Multiverse Files
By Ficboy2001 with The Pighead as a special guest.
Well, we've been on quite the journey observing the different and unique worlds that exist throughout the Multiverse in between our focus on the events that transpired on Earth-95 after the Children, Misato Katsuragi, and Ritsuko Akagi teamed up with the Avengers of Earth-191208 to stop Gendo Ikari and SEELE from initiating the Human Instrumentality Project. We've been there as well as the other worlds, and now we will write down our observations on them and report to the other Author Avatars and the Council of Pigheads. This report was made in response to my recent observations of the reality known as Earth-187 particularly Heaven Ascension DIO and his potential to destroy the Multiverse. Keep in mind that we looked through the timelines ourselves to get a better understanding of what they were so the information provided is as accurate as possible. So without furtherado, this is The Multiverse Files.

Earth-1984 (The Hasbroverse)
Description: In this corner of the Multiverse, you can witness Robots in Disguise fighting for the fate of the Earth, a special team known as GI Joe works on the clock to stop the evil terrorist organization Cobra, a Quantum Realm-esque plane of existence known as the Microverse contains a team going by the name of the Micronauts battles evildoers, a space knight is locked in a struggle against the diabolical Dire Wraiths, a species of flying ponies live in their own world and a truly outrageous band plays to adoring crowds whilst engaged in a rivalry with the mischievous Misfits in the 1980s.
Notable Inhabitants and Organizations: The Cybertronians (Autobots and Decepticons), GI Joe, Cobra, the Micronauts, Baron Karza, Rom and the Spaceknights, the Dire Wraiths, Jem and the Holograms, the Misfits, the Ponies of Equestria, the Quintessons and Visionaries.
Characteristics: Much like Earths 1, 51, 1999999 and similar such universes, Earth-1984 is a reality full of fantastical stuff and wonders that mankind has ever set its eyes upon particularly the Cybertronians, the Quintessons, the Ponies, and Jem's supercomputer Synergy. Furthermore, colorful and larger-than-life heroes and villains are commonplace on Earth-1984 and it's common to see civilians witness gigantic, sprawling battles between such individuals. In terms of technology and aesthetics, Earth-1984 is very much rooted in well 1984 and the 1980s decade as a whole befitting of its designation number, especially since 1984 was the year that the Autobots and Decepticons arrived on Earth though the current year is 1985, so things are not as technologically advanced as other worlds in the Multiverse. Still, it is a world filled with robots in disguise, costumed super-agents, realm explorers, space knights, ponies, campy bands, and more to offer compared to other worlds currently in the 80s, like Earth-67.
Observations: The Pighead and I first arrived in this universe near the site of the Autobot headquarters known as the Ark which crash landed into the supervolcano Mount St. Hilary, located not far off from the city of Portland, Oregon, in America's Pacific Northwest. Of course, I knew that Mount St. Hilary wasn't real in other universes and it was fictional. I knew the Transformers from not just those mostly schlocky Michael Bay movies but the Generation One cartoon, Animated and Aligned Universe works such as War for Cybertron and Prime. Still, this world was very much in the 80s and thus we did not have access to certain technologies that weren't available in this decade. Still, we followed the Autobots as best as we could in the hopes of recruiting Optimus Prime to stop god-like threats throughout the Multiverse like Randall Flagg or Freddy Krueger. We met the Autobots' human allies Spike Witwicky and Carly Anderson, definitely not their Bayformers counterparts Sam Witwicky as played by Shia LaBeouf or Carly Brooks-Spencer, played by Rosie Huntington-Whitley for that matter. We used our Author Avatar powers to pose as co-workers of Spike so we could witness what happened. He told us that he was lucky to have survived the mysterious cataclysm claiming half of all life in his world, as he was unaware of our true identities. He also noted how the entire world was affected by a mysterious cosmic cataclysm, such as the Autobots providing aid to humanity to keep them safe from the Decepticons or GI Joe's aid relief operations. Spike, of course, wasn't aware that this cataclysm was the Snap itself from Earth-199999. Additionally, he took an interest in the Pighead's French accent and asked if she was from France or the French-speaking Canadian province of Quebec. The Pighead simply responded that she was a French expatriate living in America to find work. In fact, it became a recurring pattern for others in the Multiverse to notice the Pighead's French accent. This cover story was enough to convince Spike to bring us along for the ride, which is to say we met the Autobots and Decepticons.
Not long afterward, Spike introduced us to the Autobots, who were initially unsure of who we were until the Pighead explained to us in front of these robots in disguise. Earth-1984's Optimus Prime then explained to us facts we knew about his world, such as the history of Cybertron and the conflict with the Decepticons in the voice of Peter Cullen that I was familiar with. He also noted the Decepticon presence on his Earth and how it would be catastrophic if they won with humanity enslaved or even extinct. Additionally, we also learned from Optimus of the Autobots' newly-forged alliance with GI Joe and most world governments after fighting alongside them against the Decepticons and the terrorist organization Cobra. The Autobots' chief scientist, Wheeljack, discovered a cryptic signal within the Northwest indicating Decepticon-Cobra presence. As soon as this important news came in, Optimus urged everyone to roll out to stop their arch-enemies along with Wheeljack. Furthermore, Optimus contacted GI Joe to arrive in Oregon to stop the Decepticons and Cobra. For now, we didn't know what this Decepticon-Cobra presence was, so we followed them inside Bumblebee's vehicle mode with Spike and Carly. The Autobots for the mission apart from Optimus Prime and Bumblebee were Ratchet, Ironhide, Jazz, and Arcee, with Sideswipe, Prowl, and Wheeljack left to oversee the Ark to protect the vessel from further harm. During the drive, we saw GI Joe for ourselves, consisting of German-American sergeant Conrad Hauser (codename: Duke), the Chinese-American explosives specialist Nicholas "Nicky" Lee (codename: Tunnel Rat), the Southern belle Shana M. O'Hara (codename: Scarlett, named after the protagonist of Margaret Mitchell's Gone With the Wind), the African-American heavy specialist Marvin F. Hinton (code name: Roadblock), the demolitions expert Wallace A. Weems (code name: Ripcord), Sgt. Slaughter (real name: Robert Rudolph Remus) though he was not a wrestler here and last but definitely not the least was the mysterious, silent Vietnam War veteran Snake Eyes (real name: unknown). Duke greeted us as Spike and Carly's friends from his military-issued Jeep and explained what GI Joe was, including its members, by opening the right window to speak with us even if I secretly knew who they were. As with most iterations of GI Joe in the Multiverse, this was an all-American team drawn from different backgrounds, white or minority, rich, poor, or in-between, Northern or Southern. The GI Joe team also shared some things in common such as military experience, camaraderie, and tenacity in battle. Also, Duke reminded us they had an international counterpart in Action Force primarily based in Europe (specifically Britain) and they work together to combat Cobra or other terrorist organizations out there such as West Germany's Red Army Faction.
When we tracked down the Decepticon presence, it was not Megatron or some high-ranking member leading them. Instead, it was a small convoy of Decepticons and Cobra soldiers near the coast of Oregon, but for what purpose? Still, the Autobots were determined to discover the truth and uncover any secrets the Decepticons might be hiding from us. Judging from the conversation between the Decepticons and Cobra soldiers, we knew something was afoot. We had to stop them, though I alongside Spike and Carly, took a safe spot so we wouldn't get hurt, well at least for Spike and Carly that is, since we are Author Avatars and can avoid death for the most part. Optimus led the surprise attack on the Decepticon convoy and took them out easily but not without a challenge from their leader, who was still alive when all was said and done. It turns out the convoy was en route to the Pacific Ocean to meet with Megatron and the Cobra Commander for a special purpose. But the leader blew himself up before he could reveal any further details apart from what he told the Autobots and GI Joe. Nevertheless, Optimus Prime and the Autobots knew that this was connected to Megatron himself but the exact details were unknown to us.
Afterwards, we returned to the Ark for an important speech by Optimus congratulating us on the mission and the importance of stopping the Decepticons and Megatron as well as learning their true plans for Earth-1984. Optimus told us to go back home to take a rest but I wanted to tell Optimus something before I left. I told him that his universe might be part of something far more significant than he realized and that other worlds might need him. This cryptic tease from me was intriguing to Optimus as he brought up the appearance of strange visitors to his world which were Deathstroke and Huntress and wondered if my comment meant worlds like theirs but he wasn't so sure what it fully meant since I would not disclose it's true meaning until I and the Pighead recruited him to join the Multiverse Warriors as it's leader in a role akin to Captain America of the Avengers.
With the Transformers and GI Joe covered, we left with Spike and Carly to hang out in Portland which wasn't an anarchist-filled hellhole. He took us to the Witwicky family home in Portland, where his father and younger brother Buster welcomed him and Carly as usual. They did the same with us as if we were their friends and introduced themselves. Spike then asked us if we could relax on his couch in the living room which we did. As we looked across the room, we saw two newspaper headlines on the floor near the television and we got up to read them. These newspapers were about the appearance of strange alien creatures and the deeds of a "Spaceknight" and the appearance of multi-colored ponies on Earth during a confrontation with a strange being. I recognized who they were including their names which were the Dire Wraiths and Rom followed by the Ponies of Equestria which I learned from comics and television elsewhere. Earth-1984 didn't just have robot aliens and elite special ops teams to offer. The Pighead commented on how bizarre this world was when it came to its inhabitants that is and wasn't always entirely sure of every detail though in fairness neither was I. An 80s television set was turned on and the screen showed a Seattle concert by Jem and her band known as the Holograms. I recognized who they were through the original cartoon and the awful, in-name-only adaptation from 2015 by John M. Chu. Carly told us to move a bit so she could see the Holograms' concert for her and Spike which we did. We moved closer to the Witwicky family's couch from the back and saw the concert with them. Once the concert was over, Spike asked if we wanted to eat and I responded that we should have snacks. He directed us to the kitchen with essential tools and utensils the Witwitcky family could offer in 1985. We saw a bottle of peanuts along with bananas and Kit-Kat chocolate when we inspected the area and proceeded to eat some of them to ensure our bellies were full. After this, Spike's father asked if we had business at our houses even as we did not have any given our status as Author Avatars. We simply told him that there wasn't any important business at our "homes" for now and asked if we could stay in their house for the rest of the day until they transported us back. He accepted the offer and we remained in the Witwicky house for a while well into the night when they were asleep. We stayed in Spike's room during the evening.
With the Witwickys asleep, we quietly snuck out of his room to return to another plane of existence exclusive to us as Author Avatars. We had successfully met our first candidate for the Multiverse Warriors with more to come as we traveled to other realities of the Multiverse to speak with other heroes.
Earth-84B (Dragon Ball Z)
Description: A legend amongst the Japan-centric worlds of the Multiverse, this is the home of the all-loving and powerful hero Goku and the Z-Fighters as well as their allies and enemies. Within the world itself, it's known as "Universe 7," given that Dragon Ball Z has no less than 13 universes that exist in the Multiverse and the numerous Supreme Kais who watch over these universes in question.
Notable Inhabitants and Organizations: The Z Fighters (Goku, Master Roshi, Gohan, Krillin, Vegeta, Piccolo, Goten, Yamcha, Tien Shinhan, Chiaotzu, Trunks, Android 17, Android 18, Good Buu, Trunks, Future Trunks, Pan, and Uub), Chi-Chi, Hercule Satan, Saiyans (Bardock and others), Red Ribbon Army (Dr. Gero/Android 20 and Cell), Frieza's Empire (Frieza and the Ginyu Force), Majin Buu, and Zamasu/Goku Black.
Characteristics: Let us get things out of the way: Earth-84B is an eclectic mix of futuristic technology, dinosaurs, gods, talking animals, robots, aliens and superpowered martial artists wielding a superpower known as Ki some of whom can destroy entire worlds and even travel into the afterlife. Moreover, the Earth of this world doesn't even resemble the others in terms of geography and there are almost none of the common elements of the others found here. It's quite a universe to check out.
Observations: As part of our visit, we decided to speak with Supreme Kai of Universe 7 Shin and the others first so that all would be aware of his Zamasu's true nature. Unlike the other realities, we would just present ourselves as the Author Avatars we are. After this, we would go to meet with Goku himself. Before this, we went to the bad future created by Zamasu's fusion Goku Black for some time and in a safe spot so that he couldn't see us. The Pighead later asked whether such a plan would work and I said it might so we decided to go forward with his plan. When we arrived on Earth-84B, it was the Universe 7 Kai Shin with his Guide Angel Assistant Whis and God of Destruction Beerus who saw us and wondered who we were given that we were mortals or humans and made no attempt to fit in. We explained that we were Author Avatars who came here to gather a team of multiversal heroes to save other worlds from the onslaughter of Heaven Ascension DIO. However, neither believed in our warning and Whis demanded that us mortals leave for trespassing because we didn't have permission to enter their world since we didn't appear superpowerful or someone like Goku and the other Z-Fighters. We had to remind both one last time only for Beerus to grab me by the neck and threaten to Hakai me out of existence. With the remaining strength I had, I unleashed a compilation of events from the bad future created by Zamasu's fusion Goku Black and Zamasu's true intentions to wipe out all mortals in existence. The visions of events yet to come confused and shocked Shin, Whis, and Beerus since they did not expect to see a Supreme Kai of theirs act in such a destructive, irresponsible, and bloodthirsty manner. Beerus initially thought it was just trickery from us before accepting the truth. With the revelation of Zamasu's real motives, Beerus stopped threatening me. We would explain who we are and the goal of assembling the Multiverse Warriors to protect the Multiverse itself from greater threats beyond just Zamasu himself. The Supreme Kai of Universe 7 and the God of Destruction were familiar with the concept of the Multiverse and assumed that it would involve gathering heroes from 12 other universes but we clarified that it was beyond just them and that the Multiverse was bigger than they could have imagined. Both Shin and Beerus agreed with our goals of creating a multiversal team of heroes to stop mad men and women like Zamasu from harming or destroying other worlds. I then asked Beerus if I could meet Goku himself and tell him of the opportunity but Shin assured us that he would do the job for us. With Shin and Beerus ready to court Goku for the Multiverse Warriors, we would depart this world for one that was fantastical yet strange: Earth-1996.
Earth-1996 (The Personaverse)
Description: This universe is pretty interesting, to say the least, compared to the others I've visited or know of. This is a universe where some individuals like high school students and adults can use a manifestation of their inner personalities known as "Personas" or "Shadows" to use as a superpower in battle based on mythological, fictional or historical figures and space travel is not only common but has led to the establishment of various colonies in the Milky Way in addition to the presence of gods and sexy succubi or incubi. This is a universe where a group of Japanese high schoolers and a cat mascot pose as vigilantes fighting the corrupt authorities of their country and an American man living in the space colony of Neo-Brooklyn is in a love triangle between his longtime childhood friend and a demonic succubi of the Mesopotamian pantheon. Oh, and we don't know what the current year is as the calendars just say 20XX.
Notable Inhabitants and Organizations: The Phantom Thieves of Hearts (Ren Amamiya/Joker, Ann Takamaki/Panther, Ryuji Sakamoto/Skull, Morgana, Yusuke Kitagawa/Fox, Makoto Nijima/Queen, Futaba Sakura/Oracle, Haru Okumura/Noir, Sumire "Kasumi" Yoshizawa/Violet, Sophia/Sophie, and Zenkichi Hasegawa/Wolf) S.E.E.S. (Minato Arisato, Yukari Taeba, Junpei Inori, Akihikio Sanada, Mitsuru Kirijo, Fuuka Yamagishi, Algis, Koromaru, Ken Amaeda, and Shinjiro Aragaki), the Investigation Team (Yu Narukumi, Naoto Shirogane, Yosuke Hanamura, Chie Satanoka, Yukiko Amagi, Kanji Tatsumi, Rise "Risette" Kujikawa, and Teddie), Igor, Vincent Brooks, Katherine McBride, Catherine, Masayoshi Shido, Goro Akechi, Tohru Adachi, Ishtar/Trisha, and Dumzuid/Thomas Mutton.
Characteristics: Like many realities in the Multiverse, Earth-1996 has it's fair share of fantastical and strange stuff as described above even as we don't know what the decade is though it's presumably the 21st century in the fashion and architecture of the period even with space travel being far common than most universes apart from Earth-1966 (Star Trek) and Earth-12213119 (Star Wars) as well as similar such universes. There are no superheroes and supervillains to speak of in this universe unless you count the Phantom Thieves and their opponents as such. Still, there are plenty of supernatural and sci-fi aspects that exist on Earth-1996. There are also other aspects unique to this reality analogous to certain stuff that you won't find elsewhere such as the popular sentai series Featherman (Power Rangers), Sazaemon (Doraemon), Destinyland (Disneyland and Disney as a whole), Famidrive (Famicom and Mega Drive), Harlly Porter (Harry Potter), Triple Seven (7-11) and Wilton Hotel (Hilton Hotel).
Observations: Let's just say that the visit to Earth-1996 was very interesting to put it mildly. For starters, one of us wasn't too familiar with Persona or Catherine given that she wasn't too much into Japanese media and so I had to explain to the Pighead what those works were and my personal history with both particularly the latter as it was first Atlus property I knew. Furthermore, I preferred to simply speak with the Phantom Thieves as I felt too nervous about meeting Vincent Brooks and others due to well some unpleasant and weird memories about my first experience with Catherine elsewhere. Plus, the Mesopotamian goddess Ishtar or at least this version of her, would be very angry if we were to interfere in her story and well it came up later. I also instructed the Pighead to use her powers to show the anime adaptation of the visual novel School Days through a clip compilation of the key moments to instruct Vincent, Katherine, Catherine, and Qatherine Fullbody (otherwise known as Rin) about what could happen if things were taken beyond their logical conclusion regarding the love triangle or other relationships alongside Vincent's friends of course. Lastly, one of us was given the DVD of the hentai eroge game Bible Black as a little surprise for Vincent and his friends. With everything set, we set out to Earth-1996 for the purpose of speaking with Joker and his girlfriend Panther and I expected the latter to be fluent in English, given her American roots.
For me, I went to the Japanese megapolis of Tokyo and landed in the district of Shibuya to find the two Phantom Thieves to recruit for the Multiverse Warriors. The one major disadvantage was that I wasn't fluent in Japanese and thus had to rely on someone to translate for me. That said, I knew it was a favorite hang-out spot for the Phantom Thieves and I could find Ren alongside Ann under the right circumstances. Also, it was Christmas and thus so many people are busy shopping for or sharing gifts including the Phantom Thieves of course. Thanks to my Author Avatar powers, I posed as a student of Shujin Academy to get close to them. I walked through some of Shibuya's streets to find the two despite my lack of fluency in Japanese. During my walk, a strange blonde-haired and muscular man stared at me for some reason as well as following my moves but did nothing. I'm not sure who he is but he didn't do anything to me and I was still walking to Wilton Hotel. Eventually, I went into Wilton Hotel and went inside to see that the Phantom Thieves were inside hosting a party with the Cafe Leblanc owner Sojiro Sakura and attorney Sae Nijima present as well. As I was ostensibly a Shujin student, the Phantom Thieves believed me to be such and I was able to speak with Ren and Ann. I responded in English hoping to get Ann's attention and I was surprised that not only Ren was fluent in English but so were Futaba and Haru. Ann of course was American and thus knew English well enough but Ren, Futaba, and Haru being fluent in the language was a surprise with Ren explaining that he spent so much on memorizing English during a class on the language. Haru also had the same explanation as Ren and Futaba mentioned that since English was the programming language of the world, she learned it as well. The only Phantom Thieves who could not speak much English were Ryuji, Nijima, Yusuke, Sumire and Zenkichi. Morgana was still a cat and thus could hear what he had to say at least initially that is. For the rest of the party, I spoke to Ann and Ren in a spot close but distant enough from the other Phantom Thieves. I found myself attracted to the two and not simply because of their looks but because they were interested in my discussion on other worlds and the need to help people from such places since they already knew of the Metaverse and were curious about the possibility but also concerned of it's implications like villains entering their universe. During the conversation, I noticed that Morgana was staring at me for some reason until I found out why. I also asked Ren and Ann about the Snap and its after-effects on their lives with both noting the team assisted the people of Japan from Sapporo to Okinawa. For the rest of the conversation, I brought up the other elements of this world such as Tokyo Destinyland, Featherman or Sazaemon given that the Phantom Thieves and the denizens of the world were familiar with them. I ended my conversation there and spent the rest of my time with the Phantom Thieves simply hanging out well into the night. When night fell, I left the hotel to return to elsewhere as my mission was complete.
As for the Pighead, she was living in an apartment room located next to Katherine's. Pighead posed as an employee of her company Bantam Suits and convinced her this was the case given the amount of Author Avatar power she had. The main concern for Katherine as well as Catherine was that Vincent was spending more time with Rin than her. Prime Pighead also asked about the Snap and Katherine noted that it was devastating to the entire universe with businesses and other organizations facing some shortages and crime going up and that she alongside Vincent were lucky to survive but noted that Rin was a victim until it was reversed somehow in her opinion. Thanks to my instructions, the Pighead used her powers to bring her alongside Vincent, Catherine, Rin, and their friends to a black void with only a television and a few discs for them. The Pighead explained who she was to them and the existence of the Multiverse with Vincent even saying "The Multi-What" upon hearing this first. Katherine and Catherine met each other for the first time and both were angry upon hearing each other's interest in Vincent as was Rin. The Pighead told everyone to calm down and explain that if they were to continue doing this, it would lead to a bloody and destructive path in which both of them could be killed and inserted a DVD of the infamous anime adaptation of School Days to demonstrate her point. The clip compilation showed the worst parts of the series from Makoto Itou's multiple affairs with other girls beyond just Kotonoha Katsura and Sekai Saionji to the assault scene involving the former and the bloody killings of Sekai and Makoto with Kotonoha holding his severed head on a boat. The Catherine characters were horrified at what they witnessed with Katherine telling the Pighead that she is glad that Vincent isn't as lecherous as Makoto and even Catherine herself shocked at what just happened. With all of this said and done, the Pighead revealed that Rin was a male alien, that Catherine was the succubi daughter of the Mesopotamian demon Nergal, and that the person behind the nightmares was the goddess Ishtar shocking the others. Furthermore, she was acting on behalf of someone else. After all was said and done, she instructed Vincent, Katherine, Catherine, and Rin to decide on what relationships would be and to sort out their issues peacefully and deal with the nightmares. Suddenly, Ishtar showed up and was very angry at what the Pighead did, reminding her that this was her story and no one else. Ishtar threatened to kill the Pighead and me. She responded by bringing up looming threats to the Multiverse like Freddy Krueger and Randall Flagg and noted that she was here to recruit new heroes to stop them along with the potential for it's destruction in which both would be annihilated in a worst-case scenario. Though she was furious, Ishtar at least understood the purpose of our mission and left the Pighead unharmed, if only because there were people much worse than he was. Ishtar also noted that she was aware of the Multiverse and observed events elsewhere to the surprise of the Pighead. But she made it clear that any interference with Vincent and the others would lead to death.
With my meeting with Ren and Ann complete, I called the Pighead to move on to the next world. We did just that and we snagged our Ant-Man and the Wasp for the Multiverse Warriors. The next world to visit was Earth-0913 or Attack on Titan.
Earth-0913 (Attack on Titan)
Description: This world is quite tumultuous and conflicted from the destructive rivalry between Eldia and Marley to the onslaught of the Titans dating back to it's equivalent of the ancient era which has continued well into the present albeit in a manner that can be described as a mix between the Holocaust of World War II and the Rwandan Genocide of the 1990s.
Notable Inhabitants and Organizations: Eren Yeager, Mikasa Ackerman, Armin Arlert, the Titans, the Survey Corps (Erwin Smith, Levi Ackerman, Hange Zoe, and others) the 104th Trainee Corps (Annie Leonhart, Reiner Braun, and Bertolt Hoover), the Kingdom of Marley (General Calvi, Captain Theo Magath, Sergeant Major Gross, the Tyburs, Zeke Yeager, Gabi Braun, and the Warrior Unit), the Empire of Eldia, King Fritz, Ymir, Mid-East Alliance and Hizuru (Azumabaito clan).
Characteristics: Earth-0913's geography is basically the inverse of Earths similar to our own with the Eldian-controlled Paradis Island located in the same area as Madagascar whereas Marley covers all of Europe, Africa and the Middle East alongside Hizuru for Japan appropriately enough and the Mid-East Alliance in Southeast Asia ironically enough. In terms of technology and fashion, it resembles a mix of the World Wars, the 19th century and even a bit of the present with Marleyan soldiers looking like Italian Fascists or German Nazis and the presence of artillery, firearms, and swords as commonly-used weapons. But the most significant aspect of Earth-0913 itself is the presence of the man-eating giants known as the Titans, all of whom were once human and some were being used as Marley to destroy Eldia.
Observations: Like Earth-95, we were out to stop a terrible tragedy from occurring in this universe in the Rumbling though we weren't the Avengers of Earth-191208 in stopping the Third Impact and the technology from there wasn't available. Still, I knew the perpetrator was Eren Yeager and unlike Gendo, he could at least be talked out of doing this destructive catastrophe along with no SEELE equivalent. Furthermore, the Pighead could plausibly pass off as Eldian given her appearance despite her accent whereas I couldn't and so I had to pretend that I was from the Mid-East given my brown-skinned and dark-haired appearance. Pighead dressed like a member of the Survey Corps while I looked like a Mid-Eastern civilian. So without furtherado, we used our Author Avatar powers and arrived on Earth-0913.
When we came to Earth-0913, we were in Paradis Island itself specifically the walled city of Shinganshina. This city had seen its fair share of attacks from the Titans and especially the totalitarian Marley and the Snap, of course, made such defenses no easier. The year was 853 amidst the Marley Mid-East War between the two and Eldia was safe for now. During our time on Earth-0913, Pighead was serving under the Survey Corps and trained with the others for over a week which made this visit much longer than the others. As part of this visit, the Pighead pretended to be from an Eldian family living elsewhere to explain her French accent since Earth-0913 didn't have an equivalent to France. Thankfully, the others bought this cover story. For mine, I pretended to be a friendly trader from the Mid-East. When the previous week was over, the Pighead was able to meet Eren himself and I came with her inside his house. It was here when Eren told us about the history of his world, the rivalry between Eldia and Marley, and the Titans themselves. He also spoke of the strange cataclysm that claimed half of all life which was none other than the Snap, of course. As the partner of the Prime Pighead, I told Eren of a surprise to come. Eren was baffled at what this surprise was and so I simply showed what it is using my Author Avatar powers: An entire compilation of Eren's future actions and the Rumbling in question. As Eren watched, he couldn't believe what he was doing and initially denied any of this as being real. Eventually, he realized how real they were by the time it was over. He was so shocked at such actions like the Rumbling that he wanted to prevent them from happening and thanked me for showing his future. I told him that he could put his talents and powers to use by fighting alongside other heroes from abroad and that others need him, a reference to the Multiverse Warriors of course though he wasn't aware of this yet.
At night, the Pighead slept in the same building as the other members of the Survey Corps and I was here to stay at Eren's house thanks to his generosity. As usual, we used our powers to leave Earth-0913 and head onto the next world.
Earth-2007 (Assassin's Creed / Ubisoftverse)
Description: A reality filled with secret societies, extraterrestrial gods, corrupt megacorps, hackers, crazy charismatic individuals, and near-apocalyptic events. It's a pretty wild universe, to say the least.
Notable Inhabitants and Organizations: The Assassin Brotherhood (Bayek, Aya/Amunet, Altair Ibn-La'Ahad, Ezio Auditore, Edward and Connor Kenway, Desmond Miles, Lucy Stillman, Shaun Hastings, Rebecca Crane, Layla Hassan, etc.), the Templar Order (including Al Mualim, the Borgias, Haytham Kenway and Abstergo Enterprises), DedSec (Aidan Pierce and Marcus Holloway), Alexios the Eagle Bearer, Kassandra/Deimos, Blume Corporation, Vaas Montenegro, Pagan Min, and Josiah Seed.
Characteristics: For starters, the humanity of this world was created not by Yahweh but by an ancient civilization known as Isu or Those Who Came Before to serve as their slaves, that is until Adam and Eve (yes the same people from The Bible) led a rebellion against their creators and stole an Apple of Eden leading to a decade-long conflict between the two races until it ended with humanity triumphant and the ultimate extinction of the Isu in what was known as the Great Catastrophe. However, humanity's freedom came at a cost as Adam and Eve's eldest son Cain murdered his younger brother Abel to steal the Apple of Eden and was branded with the Mark of Cain. Little did anyone know that Cain's act of murder, along with the Great Catastrophe, led to the Assassin-Templar War between the Assassin Brotherhood and the Templar Order, with the former taking inspiration from Adam and Eve while the latter did the same with the Isu and Cain himself. Throughout the centuries, the Assassins and Templars have emerged in different parts of the world from Egypt and Italy in the Hidden Ones and Order of the Ancients to the modern incarnations in America and Japan, with the latter acting under the guise of Abstergo Enterprises. These Assassins and Templars are not the militant religious groups of our world but vast and expansive secret societies open to members of all races, creeds, and religions. The war is still ongoing between both organizations, with no end in sight. But the Assassin-Templar War and Isu are far from the only noteworthy things in this world. In many cities across Earth-2007, the Blume Corporation is making a fortune selling an advanced form of surveillance technology known as ctOS or the Central Operating System for short. The ctOS is capable of not just surveillance but also collecting information on every civilian and managing the infrastructure of entire cities with the backing of world governments. But Blume's ctOS does not go unopposed as an Anonymous-esque international group of hackers known as DedSec is dedicated to taking them down with it's most notable members being Northern Irish immigrant Aidan Pearce and San Francisco-born and raised Marcus Holloway. Speaking of Pearce, his adopted home city of Chicago has its criminal underworld dominated not by the Italian-American Chicago Outfit of Al Capone fame but by the Irish-American Chicago South Club who emerged victorious in the American gang wars of the 1920s and 30s as opposed to other worlds. The South Club's leader, Dermot "Lucky" Quinn, was deeply involved in the insidious world of human trafficking until his eventual downfall by Pearce and Dedsec but the organization is still active and engaged in a war with the Pawnee Militia. As for Blume, they've faced a setback in San Francisco by Holloway and his team with their CEO Dusan Nemec exposed for his crimes. However, Blume is still in the business and it's not yet known if they'll be brought down or not.
On the topic of crazy charismatic individuals, the world has it's fair share of them and not just merely in the Templars. They roam the islands and streets of this world whether it's Vaas Montenegro and his pirates in the Indonesian archipelago of the Rock Islands, Pagan Min in the Southeastern Asian country of Kyrat, or Josiah Seed and the doomsday cult Project at Eden's Gate in Hope County, Montana. Luckily for this world, these individuals were stopped before things could get much worse even if it wasn't easy. And speaking of things not being easy, the world has seen some near-apocalyptic events like Minerva's plot or Josiah Seed trying to initiate World War III and thank god the inhabitants were spared from such unfortunate fates because it is a wild universe indeed.
Observations: The visit to this universe is quite different from the others because it doesn't take place in the present but in the past, specifically Masyaf circa 1511 AD, as we wanted to find the legendary Italian Assassin Ezio Auditore and recruit him for the Multiverse Warriors. Of course, as I looked through the entire timeline, I knew that Ezio's time was limited and his fate was predetermined so I didn't want to screw up the reality alongside the Pighead. So without further ado, we went into this world disguised as Assassins. As I was of Pakistani descent, I pretended to be Indian since India and Pakistan were neighbors. The Pighead was French and so she could be a member of the local Assassin Brotherhood which was also open to women. We were in the middle of the desert not far from Masyaf of course and got to the Assassin fortress in time before Ezio came here. During our trip, we saw the blonde-haired man staring at us in a strange and rather uncomfortable manner. We had no idea who he was and he didn't do much so we moved on. Because this was a different period than the present, the Snap wouldn't be discussed here since it didn't affect this at all. By the time Ezio arrived at Masyaf, we were near the Apple of Eden which confused the Italian noble. We told him that we came here to ensure that the Apple of Eden was still inside and that no one else could claim it on behalf of the Assassin Brotherhood. Ezio accepted our story and we moved to allow Ezio to get the Apple of Eden. It was there that Ezio spoke to his future descendant Desmond Miles, someone he knew through a dream. After this was done, we spoke with Ezio about the Pieces of Eden and the legacy of Altair during the Third Crusades along with our mission at the behest of our superiors. Ezio noticed Pighead's French accent and noted that the other Assassin Brotherhoods outside of Italy must be interested in his quest. I told Ezio about how people from other eras and even worlds might need him before revealing our true identities. Because Ezio only spoke the Florentine dialect of Italian and not modern English, the Pighead made sure to use her Author Avatar powers to understand Ezio's language and later gave him microbes to allow him to speak English since we weren't in the Animus. Ezio was shocked to see these strangers posing as Assassins and was skeptical of trusting us. We assured Ezio that his world was part of something far bigger and that we were to recruit him to protect the Multiverse from future threats that could destroy Earth-1996 as well as other worlds. The concept of the Multiverse was quite a bit for Ezio to absorb but understood our goals at least. We reminded him that we will come back to his world when the Multiverse needed him before leaving for a world we were familiar with: Earth-95.
Earth-95 (Neon Genesis Evangelion)
Description: This world needs no explanation for those well-versed in the Japan-centric worlds of the Multiverse but for those who haven't well you're in for something very special. Earth-95 is a world where the planet itself was ravaged by a cataclysm of its own called "The Second Impact" at the beginning of the new millennium which killed billions of humans, destroyed much of Antarctica, caused the extinction of numerous animals, refugees poured into various countries, weather patterns and it led to limited but destructive nuclear warfare between different nations leading to the destruction of world cities such as Tokyo, Washington, London, Paris and others. Humanity survived the Second Impact and the United Nations took a more significant role in international affairs but the world was never the same after this catastrophic event. The remaining population of humans had to adjust to living in an altered world that was different from what they knew before. Moreover, the UN established an agency known as Gehirn in 2005 to conduct scientific research and develop new technologies in a world that saw advancements stunted for two decades by the Second Impact. By 2015, Gehirn was reformed into NERV for the development and creation of the machines of war known as the Evangelions to combat the coming threat of the strange and bizarre Angels arriving on Earth with 14-year old children from around the world piloting these machines. Unbeknownst to everyone in this reality, the Earth fell victim to the inner machinations of an ancient secret society known as SEELE which held the secrets to the Dead Sea Scrolls of this world and was conspiring to forcibly turn every human into a single dominant lifeform to bring order and stability in what was known as the Human Instrumentality Project with two Evangelion pilots acting as their conduits for this plan involving the creation of the Third Impact. This cataclysm would be more devastating than the Second Impact had it been carried out. SEELE wielded massive influence over the United Nations, world governments, and NERV itself with it's Commander working with SEELE itself to achieve this goal albeit with an ulterior motive of bringing his deceased wife back in this lifeform. Furthermore, the Evangelions were not simply mecha as many on Earth-95 were led to believe but were secretly lobotomized clones of the Angels, the very beings threatening the existence of humanity.
Given the secretive nature of SEELE, the world was kept in the dark about their true plans, that is until the arrival of the Avengers from Earth-191208 consisting of Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Ant-Man, the Wasp, War Machine, and Goliath. With the help of the Avengers, this world uncovered the truth about SEELE, leading to its eventual dissolution and the dismantling of the Human Instrumentality Project, ensuring that the Third Impact would never come to pass, unlike the original course of this reality. The world was saved from a cataclysm far worse than the one from 15 years ago and humanity would remain free from SEELE or any other nefarious secret society. NERV saw a change in leadership and the Evangelions would continue to exist but the true nature of their creation ensured that the United Nations would dismantle the current versions after the Angel threat was dealt with though given the powerful abilities of these machines and post-Second Impact instability, there are plans for a new mechanical version of the Evangelions to be built by various nations. As of now, the Angels are still very much a thing and the world is on high alert. Another important detail of Earth-95 is that this reality is aware of the Multiverse thanks to the appearance of the Earth-191208 Avengers who publicly disclosed where they came from and NERV has a program dedicated to observing events unfolding there.
Of the worlds covered in The Multiverse Files, Earth-95 is the only one I've visited so far prior to organizing the Multiverse Warriors and thus I knew exactly the ins and outs of this place hence why this file is more extensive than the others.
Notable inhabitants and Organizations: The Children (Shinji Ikari, Asuka Langley Soryu, Rei Ayanami, Toji Suzuhara, Mari Illustrious Makinami, and Kaworu Nagisa), NERV (Misato Katsuragi, Ritsuko Akagi, Ryoji Kaji, Kozo Fuyutsuki, Makoto Hyuga, Maya Ibuki, and Shigeru Chiba), Gendo Ikari, Yui Ikari, Naoko Akagi, Kyoko Zeppelin Akagi, SEELE (defunct), Hikari Horaki, Kensuke Aida, and Mana Kirishima.
Characteristics: As a world of pseudo-mecha and strange creatures, Earth-95 is relatively advanced compared to some worlds in the Multiverse including the existence of fortified cities for potential attacks, though its technological levels are below those of other such worlds given the after-effects of the Second Impact. The most notable technologies on Earth-95 apart from the Evangelions include the N2 Bombs (a substitute for nuclear bombs), the Entry Plugs, the Dummy Systems, the Interface Headsets, the DSS Chokers, the SEELE Reconnaissance Drones, Nebcuhadnezzer's Key, etc. Politically speaking, world affairs are much different than they are in the actual 2015 and its equivalents elsewhere such as Russia's resurgence as a superpower through alliances with many of the former Soviet republics as part of the Eurasian Union (Barring the Baltics, Moldova, Georgia, and Armenia), the destruction and balkanization of the People's Republic of China into different nations or territories on a scale not seen since the Yugoslav Wars, the subsequent unification of Korea under Seoul without Chinese aid in the Second Korean War, the racial polarization and breakup of South Africa resulting in it's split into the Boer-dominated Republic of South Africa and the Bantu-controlled Republic of Azania and the federalization of the European Union into a United States-esque superstate as evidenced by the existence of Asuka's service in the NERV Europe division prior to her arrival in Japan. Additionally, Islamic fundamentalism was just as dangerous as it was in many worlds throughout the Multiverse though 9/11 and 7/7 were butterflied due to the Second Impact affecting the Middle East and Afghanistan but there are still terrorist attacks in Europe and North America while much of Africa has become a hotspot for warlords and conflicts. As for domestic terrorism, it's somewhat commonplace among the extreme left and right in North America and Europe at least caused by post-Second Impact anguish. On a cultural level, technology and fashions from the 90s can still be commonly found throughout the world because of the technological setbacks caused by the Second Impact as evidenced by the Internet resembling the decade's version and the lack of social media or smartphones in addition to the presence of the Digital Audio Tape Player as a popular recording device amongst the youth and other generations. There was also a great revival among the major religions of the world as well as new religious movements and cults offering answers to people on why the Second Impact happened with fundamentalism even becoming a part of mainstream politics in countries like the United States, Russia, or Japan. Humanity's origins are quite different here than in other worlds as they were created by an extraterrestrial species known as the First Ancestral Race as opposed to God or a God-like entity.
Observations: Thanks to Earth-95's Pighead Brian Shellback, we were able to stay in his home located not far from the British Consulate in the Japanese city of Tokyo-3. We informed Shellback of the recent developments in other universes such as Earth-1984 and our plans to create the Multiverse Warriors to protect the Multiverse from reality-warping or ending threats with Shinji Ikari as a member. Brian was on board with the plan and we prepared for what was to come. Shellback was a friend of the Prime Pighead and thus she could count on him to learn new information about this world apart from me. Furthermore, Shellback was a British diplomat living in Japan and had connections to the local NERV branch as a European aide to the organization and thus could get us inside the headquarters to learn more about them since the Snap. He also told us that he would butt heads with Gendo over his conduct and attitude such as the treatment of children and saw him as a "prick" in his own words. He was brown-haired, tall and in his early 50s with an upper-class London accent befitting of his background. Shellback also mentioned to me that he used his position as a British diplomat and the powers granted to him by the Council of Pigheads to conduct a mission to obtain confidential information on the Human Instrumentality Project and the Third Impact so this would be leaked publicly to the world until the Avengers of Earth-191208 did just that. Shellback provided the basics of Earth-95 to the Pighead and thus she was aware of such details. Given that we were foreigners in ethnically homogenous Japan, we had to use our Author Avatar powers to take on the guises of foreign NERV aides to the Japanese branch with Shellback as our friend. I was part of NERV US while Pighead was from NERV Europe. It also helped that Shellback was fluent in Japanese and thus could translate our words to the others not unlike Ann when I met the Phantom Thieves. We received typical NERV ID cards and our clothes were the typical beige NERV uniform similar to those worn by Makoto, though mine had pants and Pighead's had a skirt, given her gender. Shellback also noted that as an aide to NERV Japan, he would meet with it's members once or twice and this month he only had one meeting so a slot for another was available. Afterwards, we told Shellback to take us to the HQ given his connections to NERV and he did just that. He drove his car, a state-of-the-art 2015 Bentley. to the NERV Japan HQ to meet with members of the local branch. As Shellback drove to the headquarters, I noticed that one kid had a Digital Audio Tape Player alongside the fashion and cars of this reality and so did Pighead.
Eventually, we reached the NERV Japan HQ. Shellback stepped out of the car first before us and later locked the vehicle with his keys. Once we got inside, other members of the NERV staff greeted us in Japanese or English when we showed our NERV ID cards. We made our way to meet with the new Deputy Commander of NERV who was none other than Ritsuko Akagi. We met her at the Evangelion control cage where she sported a different outfit reminiscent of Fuyutsuki's and a boyishly short haircut. She was there to observe a Synchronization test by the Children to sync with their respective Evangelion units. One notable difference from last time was that Kaworu Nagisa was one of the pilots doing the Synchronization and Ritsuko told me that Kaworu was in good hands as the legally protected child of Misato Katsuragi. She also took interest in the Prime Pighead's French accent like the others in the Multiverse. Speaking of Misato, she just so happened to be here watching the Synchronization for herself and Ritsuko told us in English that she didn't want to talk until it was over. Once the Synchronization session, Misato turned to face us and Shellback. Misato was different in appearance from when we last saw her: She was wearing a red jacket and black pants covering all of her body alongside a red commander's hat with the insignia of NERV. Furthermore, she had black glasses and white gloves not too dissimilar to Gendo's. No longer was Misato the ditzy Lieutenant Major of NERV. Instead, she was a determined and iron-willed young lady dedicated to protecting the world from the Angels and other such threats. Upon her ascension to this position, replacing Gendo, she knew that the approach would be very different given the priorities and thus changed her personality to match it. Misato asked us why we came here and I responded that we were aides sent here to observe the Japanese branch, particularly the Multiverse. Misato, like many on Earth-95, was aware of it's existence and wanted to discover the most important secrets. We then asked Commander Katsuragi about how the Japanese branch was handling the Multiverse and she responded that it was under the oversight of NERV Multiverse Affairs in another room. The Pighead and I wanted to be in the room so we made this request for Misato and since she was under the impression that we were foreign NERV aides in Japan alongside Shellback, she allowed us to go there and she would accompany us. What was better is that Shinji Ikari would be coming with us alongside the other Children. We now had the opportunity to get Shinji interested in fighting for the Multiverse Warriors, albeit subtly, given his previous experience working with heroes from other realities. Misato also noted that the room was located underground and so we had to take the elevator.
When we reached the Multiverse Affairs room, it was a silver-metallic room with multiple computer monitors displaying different realities of the Multiverse. The central monitor was displaying a shot of a reality that was none other than Earth-199999, the home of the Avengers and numerous heroes since the Snap from the X-Men and Fantastic Four to the Defenders. I stood by Shinji to fulfill this mission near the entrance with the others. NERV discovered the true source of the cataclysm that claimed half of all life on their world thanks to the written findings of Ritsuko which were distributed to all of the staff with the addition of Thanos himself. Inside the room were Makoto Hyuga, Maya Ibuki, and Shigeru Aoba, the top computer technicians of NERV. We were impressed at the sight of seeing such a facility for ourselves, much less a reality fully aware of the Multiverse itself. Misato told us that the facility was recently built in two or three months inside the headquarters with the best materials available to construct the computers and other aspects of the place. The construction of this facility and the establishment of the NERV Multiverse Affairs, as noted by Commander Katsuragi, was sparked by the Avengers' arrival and revelations of their existence from another universe. Moreover, Misato said that she and NERV were curious about the Multiverse and the possibilities of cooperation with heroes from other universes but were also concerned about threats elsewhere hence why the NERV Multiverse Affairs division was established. Makoto turned to face us and knew every detail of our conversation. He walked towards us and introduced himself as the head of NERV Multiverse Affairs. He also greeted Shellback given his past encounters with NERV including Makoto. As an aide from NERV US, I told Makoto that my superiors wanted me to go to Japan to gather information on potential discoveries on the Multiverse as was the Pighead from NERV Europe. He bought the story and thus we knew how to trust him. I then asked Makoto about which the Multiverse Affairs division has analyzed universes and Makoto was happy to provide the files of specific universes. Shellback, the Pighead and I went down to check on some files stored inside the desk of Maya Ibuki who was eager to provide one for us. Her computer monitor displayed a universe and she told us that it was the case for the others. I was the first to read Maya's file and it contained information on Earths 1, 51, 191208, and other derivative universes containing the Justice League or the Avengers. But two universes caught my attention which were Earth-2002 (The home of Maguire Spider-Man and others), Earth-205 (The Fantastic Four with Chris Evans, Michael Chiklis, Jessica Alba, and Ioan Gruffud), Earth-209 (The Arkhamverse mixed with a version of the video game Gotham Knights), Earth-010 (Young Justice), Earth-2013 (The Injusticeverse) and Earth-1048 (The Insomniac Marvel Universe). I had seen their movies before particularly Earth-2002, watched Young Justice and I played the game Spider-Man PS4 as well as my knowledge of the Arkhamverse and the Injusticeverse respectively, but I pretended not to know what they were so as not to expose my position and asked Maya about them. She gave an explanation of the universes themselves as well as Notable Inhabitants and Organizations and Characteristics not too dissimilar to The Multiverse Files though obviously she and the NERV Multiverse Affairs staff never visited these places so their knowledge was based on visions of these universes in question. Maya noted that the division was surprised to learn that there were multiple variations on the Justice League, Avengers, and Spider-Man and wondered if they were more important to the Multiverse than their world or others with Regime Superman being the most terrifying being to ever exist when they saw his universe and feared an invasion by him for a while but was stopped thanks to He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Most were pretty usual for me given my area of expertise, so I asked Maya for files on other worlds and she handed me one. It was Earth-2010, the universe of Danganronpa. I had known this universe for a while through specific shards and I was a bit surprised to see that NERV knew of Danganronpa itself. She told me that it was currently in the phase of the Future Foundation and Naegi rebuilding the world since the Tragedy with the final defeat of Ultimate Despair. Still, given the existence of multiple Monokuma clones and models, it was far from over as despair would spread elsewhere to the Gifted Inmates Academy under Monokuma himself with a new mastermind and a team of despair-obsessed individuals. Another universe of note was Earth-1972, the home of the Devilmen and Demons who exist alongside the humans most notably Akira Fudo and Ryo Asuka otherwise known as Devilman and Satan respectively. It was an alternate 1970s with an added supernatural presence and the Demons inspired the mythological monsters of this world. Maya noted how terrifying this universe was thanks to the rampant paranoia surrounding Demons and Devilmen. Of course, I had done my fair share of research into the Devilman universe and knew that it would come into contact with individuals from other universes to ensure the apocalypse didn't happen here. These files were also read by the Pighead and Shellback. Maya also noted that the Children, Misato, and Ritsuko already read these files alongside Shellback himself but were still happy to share them with us. All of Maya's words were translated by Ritsuko of course since she wasn't fully fluent in English though curiously the files from here were typed in English.
I then asked Makoto again if we could see the files from Shigeru and he accepted the request, given his position. We went over to meet with Shigeru who wasn't too overly enthusiastic about sharing his findings but had to given that he was under the employ of Hyuga. I checked Shigeru's files for any universes of note. While there wasn't much to say about them compared to Maya's, I did find some universes worth mentioning. The first was Earth-104, the home of Izuku Midoriya, All Might, All for One, and heroes or villains with special superpowers known as Quirks. Shigeru noted in Japanese that this was another universe filled with superheroes which was recovering from the Snap and the heroes such as Izuku and All Might were adjusting their lives in the wake of this cataclysm like his world as did the villains like All for One from what they could see. The second universe was home to a young boy named Steven and a species of extraterrestrial females with special powers known as the Gems designated as Earth-2001133 by us. I wasn't too terribly interested in Steven Universe myself when I looked it up but it's nice to see an analysis of this world at least. Finally, there was a universe that was very much Final Fantasy which was Earth-187 and had so many details on Notable Inhabitants and Organizations like Cloud Strife and Kefka Palazzo or Characteristics like the existence of magic and technology. There was quite a bit to absorb inside my brain and I must confess that I didn't read all of it. As before, Shigeru's words were translated by Misato.
With my reading of the NERV Multiverse Affairs files finished, Shellback was here to inform the others that these findings should be shared with the American and European divisions of NERV. Misato concurred and allowed Shellback to share his findings with the international divisions. Our meeting was over and we were headed to our final universe. But before this could happen, I wanted Shellback to speak with Shinji Ikari about working with other heroes from the Multiverse since I was not fluent in Japanese. I asked Misato if Shellback could speak with him and she allowed this. Shellback spoke with Shinji in his native tongue and said that other heroes in other worlds might need him in the future and asked him to prepare for such a possibility. The others heard this and weren't against such an idea as I asked Commander Katsuragi and Deputy Commander Akagi about it given their experiences with the Earth-191208 Avengers. Afterwards, we thanked Ritsuko and Misato for bringing us here and waved goodbye to them as we exited the NERV HQ starting with the Multiverse Affairs room. The NERV Multiverse Affairs division was nothing like the utterly irrelevant Time Variance Authority (TVA) in that they weren't going around pruning universes and kidnapping people whilst being under the control of some silly lunatic that took away free will.
We reached Shellback's home and were grateful for his support. We told him that there was one last universe to visit before all was said and done when we organized the Multiverse Warriors. After this, we will be here to assist the team against whatever Multiverse threats exist whether they were individuals or organizations. We used our Author Avatar powers to get us to Earth-186, the home of the Joestars, Dio Brando, the Stands and others.
Earth-186 (The JoJoVerse; Phantom Blood to Stone Ocean)
Description: A world of truly bizarre adventures in which a family known as the Joestars and their allies fight all kinds of evil around the world whether it's the dreaded Dio Brando and his minions or criminals like Yoshikaga Kira. But just as important as the Joestars is the presence of a special superpower called "Stands" wielded by not just the family but unsavory villains, too. It has an alternate counterpart in the Multiverse on Earth-187, a world where Dio Brando wiped out the Joestar bloodline and rewrote reality itself to be worshipped as the god "Heaven Ascension DIO," the main source of concern for this report.
Notable Inhabitants and Organizations: The Joestar Family (Jonathan Joestar, Erina Pendleton, George Joestar II, Elizabeth Joestar, Joseph Joestar, Holly Joestar, Jotaro Kujo, Tomoko Higashitaka, Josuke Higashitaka, Suzi Q Joestar, Giorno Giovanna, Jolyne Kujo, and Shizuka Joestar), the Speedwagon Foundation (Robert E.O. Speedwagon and others), the Stardust Crusaders (Jean-Pierre Polnareff, Muhammad Avdol, Noriaki Kakyoin and Iggy), Josuke's Friends (Okuyasu Nijimura, Rohan Kishibe, Reimi Sugimoto & Arnold, and Hayato Kawajiri), Team Bucciarati (Bruno Bucciarati, Leone Abbachio, Guido Mista, Narancia Ghiraga, Pannacotta Fugo, Trisha Una, and Coco Jumbo), Dio Brando, the Pillar Men (Kars and others), Yoshikage Kira, Diavolo, and Enrico Pucci.
Characteristics: Earth-186 resembles some worlds in the Multiverse in terms of its technology and fashion making it far more grounded in comparison. But as you can imagine, Earth-186 has fantastical elements in the form of the Stands and the Pillar Men to an extent. The Stands in particular are the defining attribute of this world and a select few humans can wield them with some Stand Users more powerful than others. While it doesn't have as many supernatural or sci-fi elements as the others, it is no less silly and over-the-top and hey vampires exist particularly Dio Brando.
Observations: As the last reality to visit for The Multiverse Files, we had to give everything we had and recruit one of the Joestars to the Multiverse Warriors. Once we met them in person, I would inform the Joestar of Earth-186 about the threat of Heaven Ascension DIO and the Multiverse Warriors so that they'll join the other heroes protecting not just this world but other worlds that exist. For this point in time, it was Stone Ocean given that it was the latest part of the original JoJoVerse and because Dio's minion Enrico Pucci almost used his powers to destroy this reality to be recreated in Dio's image as part of the plan known as "Made in Heaven" but was stopped by Emporio Alnino even if it was recreated into a new reality instead of the old one being preserved. However, we were not going to let Pucci carry out this plan so easily and we took it upon ourselves to prevent this from ever coming to pass before it could truly begin. As such, we went to Earth-186 under guises. I was a former Green Street Dolphin prisoner while the Prime Pighead was my counselor using our Author Avatar powers to achieve this of course. With everything set, it was off to Earth-186.
When we arrived on Earth-186, we were in Port St. Lucie, Florida, USA. We were in a Southern state with a decent degree of old-fashioned conservatism from the local Republicans and a populace that was divided between native-born Southerners and Northern or foreign snowbirds given that the town was located in the ironically named South Florida which was culturally different from the more Southern-influenced North Florida. The overall aesthetic and design of this world was quite distinct to say the least, it was over-the-top, punkish and very colorful with some people even having unnatural hair colors like green or pink. Given how dramatic and campy the JoJoVerse can be at times, this wasn't a surprise to me and I already knew what to expect. It was 2011 and the technology alongside the fashion reflected the time period as it did in similar worlds.
When we walked the streets of Port St. Lucie, we were greeted with the uncomfortable sight of the same blonde man from Earths 1996 and 2007 respectively. This time, he wasn't walking towards us. He wanted to ask us a question and that was where Jolyne Kujo and her friends are now. While Jolyne was a fugitive and thus there would be law enforcement looking for her along with some civilians asking where they went, I wasn't expecting him since he never said a thing to me or the Pighead and why did he want to know about her. Furthermore, he mentioned his interest in the Joestar family and how significant they were. From what I could infer about the man, he never once indicated he knew about the Joestars let alone any interest in them. My response was that we didn't know where Jolyne and the others were. The blonde man just simply left and didn't look us in the eye after this. With that strange encounter out of the way, we went off to find Jolyne and the others as best as we could. As far as finding Jolyne was concerned, I used my observations of the shards in this timeline to find Jolyne's exact location which was Romeo's home. Because Jolyne was on the run, she was reluctant to allow us in and cursed at us when I knocked on the door of Romeo's home until I told her that I was a former Green Street Dolphin prisoner and would not leak any secrets to the police. With those words, Jolyne allowed us to stay for now and speak with her. The daughter of Stand User Jotaro Kujo, Jolyne had a distant relationship with him given that he was an absentee father and thus he wasn't too fond of him even if she still cared for him. This was the first topic between us given how Jotaro's absence shaped Jolyne's life and not in a good way. She also discussed the history of the Joestar family and the villains they faced over the years such as Dio Brando, Kars, Yoshikage Kira, and Diavolo. She also spoke about the strange disappearance of half of all life on Earth in the Snap and took notice of the Pighead's French accent. Given how Florida was home to many snowbirds and tourists, she assumed that the Pighead was one. Jolyne was interested in her family's illustrious history even as she wasn't on the best of terms with Jotaro. After this, we stayed at Romeo's home for a while before the police came and got some snacks. Later, we revealed our true identities to Jolyne and explained we were the observers of the Multiverse coming here to warn her about the looming threat of Heaven Ascension DIO from Earth-187 as well as a group of heroes known as the Multiverse Warriors for her to join. Jolyne initially didn't believe this and dismissed our concerns as bullshit. However, we were able to reveal a key detail to her in DIO and Enrico Pucci's "Made in Heaven" Plan. Still, Jolyne didn't fully comprehend this vital information until I had to show a compilation of the future which confused and shocked Jolyne herself given that she was seeing events that she was not supposed to know. Still, Jolyne told us that what we were showing was real perhaps and might consider.
With the end of our journey throughout the Multiverse, we went back into the Internet and collected everything we knew about the worlds we visited for the Author Avatars and the Council of Pigheads to read. And all of this became part of the document known as The Multiverse Files.
Additional Notes:
When we visited these worlds, the art style and aesthetic of every single one was different and our appearances reflected them. The worlds we visited were Western cartoons, Japanese anime and video games of course.
We're sure that the strange blonde-haired man has an agenda related to us or the Joestars. We don't know his true identity yet.
The miscellaneous worlds covered by the NERV Multiverse Affairs of Earth-95 might be visited by us someday for say the creation of "The Multiverse Squad", for anti-heroes and rogues from different realities just as the Multiverse Warriors are gathered from kind-hearted heroes.
Speaking of NERV Multiverse Affairs, they might be able to contact us again as well as the Illuminati and others from different realities.
Let's just the Pighead learned quite a bit about these worlds before and after our visits.
With everything said and done, it was time to organize the Multiverse Warriors.
And that was the Infinity Crisis: The Multiverse Files, a one-shot documenting nine realities in the Multiverse. It's a story that has been in the back of my head for a while as a prelude to another story in which some of these characters will unite as one team to fight a greater threat in Heaven Ascension DIO. In terms of one-shot stories, this is the longest I've ever written for Infinity Crisis and myself as a whole hence why it took some days to finish this. It's longer than the third chapter of Infinity Crisis: Neon Genesis Evangelion, A Brave New World (10,795). Thankfully, I was able to put out a new story for everyone to read and it has big developments for the IC Multiverse as a whole. After five years, Infinity Crisis continues to endure as a sprawling and expansive Massive Multiplayer Crossover story featuring all kinds of fictional stories in tone, style, and medium. I am proud to be part of this community and give the best to offer.
The inclusion of Hasbro properties was inspired by a few chapters of RySenkari's Alternate History Discussion timeline Player Two Start in which Jem and the Holograms existed in the same universe as the Transformers and GI Joe known as the Hasbroverse. In this case, I decided to set the Hasbroverse in the 1980s to reflect its beginnings and also the Take That to the poorly received 2015 adaptation of Jem given how much the fanbase and even casual viewers hated it. Regarding the inclusion of certain universes, they are all a nod to the WMG page of Future Series Additions such as Persona and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, a tip of the hat to the loyal viewers of Infinity Crisis just like my in-story friend The Pighead.
It was an honor to include some of the most prominent universes from Western and Japanese fiction as well as some that I was personally interested in. Hopefully, I and other writers might pen more stories set in their respective universes.
The Personaverse currently takes place after the events of Persona 5 Strikers hence the appearance of specific characters. It also happens concurrently with Catherine since they exist in the same universe. However, the existence of the Multiverse means that the Metaverse isn't completely gone and more will come for the Phantom Thieves. Coincidentally, Michelle Ruff voices Sadayo Kawakami and Katherine McBride in the English dubs of both games. The mention of Bible Black will be reserved for another story at Archive of Our Own for April Fools Day. Stay tuned!
As you can imagine for Earth-0913, the Rumbling will not occur at all with Eren being shown his future and his eventual teamwork with the other Multiverse Warriors as the equivalent of Hulk.
Speaking of Neon Genesis Evangelion, The Multiverse Files is a sequel to that story featuring some of the realities depicted or mentioned such as Earth-95 itself and Earth-0913.
As always, constructive criticism is always welcome!
