Spoilers for A.X.E.: Judgement Day and Inhumans vs. X-Men and Avengers vs. X-Men if you haven't read those.

Also spoilers for the One Piece manga chapter 1067 along the others that will come out in the next few weeks.

I haven't been following Dark Crisis for DC, but that'll get referenced probably in this fic.

Vanishments and Discoveries

Question came by the main room to discuss with the main seven of the JL about important stuff. Only for him to find them not there.

"How odd?" Question asked himself and started to look around for clues because usually the main seven have a meeting at this hour, day, and leave whenever they are discussing their issues, such as reports, conflicts, who to let in or off the Justice League, etc...

But this particular matter right now has to lead to one conclusion and one big one... the Justice League are gone, vanished into thin air. This called for immediate action and investigation.

Question came out of the main room like he was a madman on the loose. He ran past a lot of members, and they all looked at him like he was crazy (well technically to them he is).

He makes it all the way to the cafeteria and shouts, "Everyone! Everyone! I have terrible news!"

The Leaguers turn their attention to Question.

"The original seven! They're gone! They've vanished!"

Everyone is shocked and concerned as they all run over to the main meeting room of the original seven.

Supergirl was the first to arrive as well as Superboy. More and more start to come as they see they're not there.

"No..." Kara said breathlessly and a tear starts to shed from her eye.

"What happened? Did an enemy attack and take them with them while we were just doing nothing?" Green Arrow asked sporadically worried.

"I don't know," Question answers.

"Well, what do you know, Q?!" Oliver yelled at him.

"I said I don't know!" Question yelled back.

"Both of you stop," Elongated Man ordered. "All we have to do is investigate this room and track them or at least try to locate where they are exactly."

Everyone starts to worry, but they knew Elongated Man was right. And whomever this new enemy was, they'd wish they never messed with the League ever again.

"So, how was the analysis?" Reed asks T'Challa.

"No luck in finding out what this does exactly with the telepathic waves. However, I have been able to find out why it's a communication device. I believe it's using the telepathic waves to send out as a signal to another snail like this one much like how everyone has phones in our world," T'Challa hypothesized.

"Brilliant deduction, T'Challa..." he paused. "Wait, what do you mean our world? Are you implying what I think you're implying?"

"Yes, I have another hypothesis that this snail is not of this world... not even from our universe, though I've yet to verify that," T'Challa surmised.

"Already this snail has given us trouble. First, it came from the sky, and now it's from a different universe entirely," Reed amused.

"Hmph, indeed," T'Challa chuckled.

"Anyway, you deduced that this works like a communication device through these telepathic waves to another snail like this one. How were you able to find this out?" Reed asks.

"I tested the waves coming off the snail and found its frequency is similar to that of radio waves," T'Challa explained.

"However, I was under the assumption those waves move telepathically, ergo that it cannot simply be traced so easily and yet it was, so that is why I said, in the beginning, I have no idea why these even bothers using telepathic waves for something as simple as being a communication device," T'Challa added.

"Hm, I'll get to work on it then, but thank you for the analysis," Reed thanked him and T'Challa nodded and went on his way back to Wakanda.

And so, Reed began his analysis.

Flash groaned as his eyes strained to wake up, but as he tried to see what was going on, he could see his friends all asleep on the floor.

"Uhhh," was all he could say. He sat up and put a hand on his forehead and groaned from a massive headache he was having.

"I'm definitely going to feel that in the morning," he said to himself and noticed the others haven't woken up yet.

"Uh, guys?" Barry began. "Supes? Diana? J'onn? Bats?" He kept calling out for them to wake up.

This was no time to waste, he looked around to see he was in an inter-dimensional area unseen probably by humankind before.

"What the hell is this place?" He said looking around in either awe or creepiness.

"Guys, wake up!" He shouted to his friends and hey all started to groan.

Superman awoke and just uttered, "Flash? What happened? Is everyone ok?" He asks as he checks with his X-Ray vision on his teammates.

Everyone groans and wakes up from some sort of long nap they just had.

"Ugh, why does my head feel like it's pounding a lot?" Hal asks as he helps up J'onn and Diana on their feet.

Arthur also got up feeling that headache. It was a weird feeling in his opinion.

"By the gods, where are we?" Diana asks around as she, too, is in awe of what she is surrounded by.

"I don't know where we are, but when we do find out. We're going to have a serious conversation about the multiverse and its threats," Batman suggested.

"Duly noted," Flash agreed. The rest silently agreed and started to look for signs or clues on how to get out of here.

"I brought you all here," a voice says to the League.

"Whose there?!" They all shouted simultaneously.

"It is I," the figure comes out of the shadows to reveal the Spectre.

"Spectre?" Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman asked simultaneously.

"What do you want?" Diana asked boldly.

"A terrible fate awaits you all. However, we must wait for the others to arrive," he speaks cryptically.

"Ah, boy..." Hal mutters under his breath.

"Who are the others you speak of Spectre?" J'onn asks.

"I've been in contact with a being known as the Watcher, he shall bring his allies here to discuss certain matters that are to occur. For now, remain here. As soon as the others are here, we will discuss the matter at hand," he stated firmly.

The League was concerned and wondering what Spectre was talking about. Whoever the others are, they best hope they can be grateful allies and not enemies.

Sue came by to see Reed studying something, a weird snail she sees. She sighed, he and his work have always caused trouble even if it was the best of intentions.

"Reed?" She calls out to him. He stops his analysis and turns to see his wife.

"Oh, Sue... I haven't heard you come in. Anything wrong?" Reed asked as she gestured the time. It was 1:00 am.

"Oh wow, I really overdid it this time," he said worryingly.

"It's not your fault, Reed. I know how important it is for you and your work, but next time just watch the clock and be there for your family," Sue stated and kisses him on the lips.

Reed smiles and sighs. He starts to talk, "Thank you for the kiss. I shall return one to you."

Sue chuckles as her husband returns a kiss to her.

"You want to tell me what you're doing," she looks behind to see the particular weird snail with a cord attached to it.

"Or experimenting on? Please tell me you're not summoning a creature of the disaster from another dimension cause the Fantastic Four just took care of it this morning," Sue commented as she stared at the snail.

"It's something me and our Illuminati friends have yet to tell the rest of the hero community," Reed began. He looks directly at Sue's eyes and said, "Listen, Sue. I have promised to analyze this device... this snail in order make sure it's not a threat not just us, but also to our world."

Sue looks at him astonished and then back at the snail and starts to laugh amused at the idea.

"Hahahahaha! Reed!" She starts wiping tears. "Honestly..." She looks at him again and realizes he's serious.

"Sue," he said firmly. "I want you to know if this threat is dangerous, I love you as well as the kids."

Sue smiled at that and gave Reed a comforting hug.

The next morning came by and it was rather unpleasant for the FF. Ben Grimm, aka The Thing, was watching the news to see typical protestors protesting the Avengers Mansion, Baxter Building and other locations of other hero teams.

"Dah crap... more of these guys all over the news," Ben muttered under his breath. "We save their lives, and they see us as freaks and monsters."

Reed came by to get something from the fridge. "Morning, Ben."

He looks to see Ben not responding. "Um, Ben?" Reed called out.

"Huh, sorry Reed. I'm just watching the news as usual and yet these protestors are always on it. No offense, but couldn't they just protest the villains or Dr. Doom's headquarters?" Ben remarked.

Reed chuckled at that, "It's their right to free speech, Ben. Don't let them get to you and besides if they protested the villains of where they're located, it'll be a horrific battle scene and the villains would kill them all. Then they would need us to save them."

"You're right, stretch," Ben agreed with him, even though it was always on the news.

"I don't blame them for protesting after what happened between the X-Men, Avengers, and Eternals after that Celestial, Tony and Ajak made unintentionally to stop Druig, only for it to judge the entire world," Reed added.

"Yeah, those stupid wars the Avengers, X-Men, and Inhumans did a while back without communicating properly is what got them into those messes," Ben commented.

"I just wish we all could've been there and helped each other out instead of just being dickheads with each other," Ben remarked.

Reed nodded at that. "This is why my group is working on that, improving communication so that we don't do that ever again. That's why even though it feels like it was the end of the world with that Celestial judging everyone, we still managed to beat it."

"Yeah, wish I was there..." Ben stated fondly wishing he would've fought alongside everyone.

"And humanity has unfortunately not gotten over Eternals or Mutants having the power to bring back their dead. I don't even want to get into the ethics of that, but even then, the entire world was cheering for Druig to kill all the mutants for having such technology and yet the Eternals themselves have one," Reed states.

"Say, Reed, how do you know all of this?" Ben asks out of curiosity.

"Tony had been watching the Eternals for a while and was in talks with Sersi's friends. Her group and the X-Men along with the Inhumans have been working together on trying to meddle in the politics of it all. After all, newer threats are going to come by every now and then and we have to be precautionary," Reed said.

Ben sighed and shook his head, "I guess in this convo of ours all I gave to say is I just wish things would go back to just good guys bearing up the bad guys, instead of each other.

Reed sighed as well. It had been getting crazier every week or day or even year when a new villain tries to come and plot some obscure or extreme plan to take over the world. And yet the hero community kept fighting each other due to what race they are, and it has led to almost world-ending disasters. Mutants using the Phoenix being back everyone as a mutant, while noble led to Avengers' and X-Men's relationship fractured. Then, mutants were dying from Terrigen clouds only for Medusa to get rid of them after discovering why they were fighting her people. Lastly, Eternals waged war against mutants for being descendants of their enemies, the Deviants, granted it was not Sersi's group of Eternals that were waging war with mutants, it was their enemy Druig doing that.

Reed snapped out of his thoughts as he heard Sue and the kids calling out to him.

"Dad, you were thinking about everything again," Valeria said amused.

Reed chuckled at that and said, "Well, I wouldn't be your dad if I wasn't thinking about everything," as he pats his daughter and son on their heads.

Sue smiles at the sight and then turns to see the news announcement, "Breaking News."

Ben stops eating his cereal, Reed immediately makes his face very stern and serious, and Sue tries to listen and watch what's going.

"A very tall man with a weird yellow suit is seen walking around New York City, specifically Manhattan. However, police stopped around him to ask questions. The man, however, responded harshly and is seen firing energy beams from his fingers-" The news line feed is cut, and the TV goes static.

"Dad?" Franklin asks in concern.

"The Fantastic Four will deal with this guy. Sue, call Johnny immediately," Reed orders.

"On it," Sue did as she was told.

"Alright, it's clobberin' time!" Ben cheers as they all get into their suits and get in the Fantasticar.

As they fly towards the area to approach the new enemy, Johnny Storm flies by them and greets his family.

They land the vehicle while Johnny stops and hovers where they are.

"So, what the hell happened here?" Johnny asks bluntly.

They look around the surrounding area, destroyed and exploded police cars are everywhere.

Reed scans the area for any injured and so far, none have shown up, however...

"Uh, guys," Sue gets their attention to see the tall man approach them in a slow walk. Ben, Reed, and Johnny stay on guard.

The tall man stops his walk as he noticed the four individuals in front of him by a few feet.

"Huh... who the hell are you guys? And what's with the crappy costumes? Are you pirates?" The tall man asks.

First of all, that question wasn't what the FF were expecting, so it caught them off-guard.

"Eh, pirates? Sure pal, we are. And I'm the captain," Ben says sarcastically as he goes starts cracking his knuckles and neck ready for some smackdown.

"Well, you guys are probably the stupidest pirates, I've met," the tall man said.

"And why is that?" Ben asked back.

"You'll find out," the tall man replied nonchalantly.

Some people gathered around to watch the fight, however, Sue put a force field to block those people from coming and demanded they leave the sight immediately.

While some left, others didn't like that and just shouted insults at her. Sue rolled her eyes, ended the force field, and still demanded the leave the sight. They sighed and ran.

"Some people, man," Johnny commented.

"First they hate us, then cheer us on like we're in a tournament or somethin'," Ben remarked. He then looked at the tall, yellow-suited guy, and now that he realizes it. This guy has some kind of weird-looking face that is either serious or comedic, honestly hard to tell.

"Alright, gonna send some smack into ya," Ben said as he charged toward the tall man. The man just simply stared him down.

"Its clobberin' time!" He shouts with all his might as he raises his fist to hit the tall man, however, it was almost like something miraculous happened to him or rather something very weird. He was passing through the tall guy as if he was a portal.

After passing through the tall guy, he turned to look at him astonished.

"What the hell," were the only words Ben could utter.

The tall man didn't even smirk cockily or anything of the sort. He just said, "My turn." His leg turned into bright, yellow light and in a flash instantly kicked Ben Grimm across away from his team, hit across three buildings on the ground level before Sue could even manage to catch Ben in a force field.

"Whoa! Holy shit!" Johnny exclaimed seeing his friend get kicked that fast.

"Ben!" Reed and Sue shout as their friend got kicked across three buildings.

"Sue, check if Ben is alright. Johnny, you and I are going to try and see what this guy wants." Reed orders.

"I don't think this guy is in the mood for talking, Reed." Johnny quipped.

Sue wanted to be on the battlefield, but she could get to Ben quickly and invisible. She turns invisible and immediately runs.

"What do you want?" Reed asks the tall guy.

"And why would I tell you that, pirate?" The tall man replied.

"What the? we're not pirates, bro! Flame on!" Johnny shouts as he turns into his fiery form and charges flying head towards the tall guy.

Reed shouts "Johnny, wait! Stand down!"

"You control fire, but the guy who ate that Devil Fruit died two years ago," the tall guy said as he was a little confused about this new guy's power and lets the Human Torch pass right through him, and in flash much like Ben, he kicks with a bright, yellow leg. He kicked Johnny all the way into more buildings than Ben.

"Johnny!" Reed shouts as his brother-in-law got kicked in a flash, he also took note of what the tall man just said something called a Devil Fruit.

"Well, that takes care of one less pirate to deal with," the tall guy remarked as he turns to see Reed.

"You know that woman is still running, even though she's invisible," the tall guy said as he instantly raised his arm up and points with his index finger in the direction to where she possibly was.

Reed noticed this immediately and shouted, "NOOOOOO! Don't do it!" The tall man ignored Reed's cry as he emits a powerful flash of light from his index finger and hits Sue in the leg.

"Aargh!" She quickly drops to the ground and her invisible form makes her appear visible again.

"Sue!" Reed shouts in fear. This can't happen, not now, not ever.

"You!" Reed shouts at the tall man who doesn't even bother looking at him.

"Who are you?!" Reed demanded to know who this guy is and he is going to pay for his attacks on his family and friends.

"Well, pirate, your crew has some strange Devil Fruit powers. And I'm assuming your captain since you were busy ordering them around. How much is your bounty? 100,000,000? A 1,000?" The tall man said randomly on a tangent.

"I asked who you are?! And for the last time, we told you we are not pirates!" Reed said angrily.

"You really don't know who I am, huh... what a shock for you and your crew not to learn my name across these seas," he paused.

"The name's Borsalino, but pirates in the Grand Line fear me as Admiral Kizaru," Kizaru introduces himself as Reed stares at him, gritting his teeth in anger.

Alright, I know what you're thinking: "WTF why's Kizaru in the Marvel Universe?!"

And you're also thinking isn't that a little too much to start with on this kind of fic and you're right because this plot line of Kizaru coming was going to come later, but then I thought let me give a tease and be so unpredictable with the story.

Also, there will be an explanation as to why he's there and what's going on with Spectre and the Justice League.

Anyway, hope you enjoyed this chapter.
