The child screeched in response to his head being uncovered. Cole was quick to cover him back up.

"Why is he even younger?" Cole asked.

The girl clamped her mouth shut. Cole passed the baby to Jay so that he could help Lloyd carry the girl onto the ship. Jay easily kept the baby calm with noises and funny faces as they boarded the ship.

They locked the girl in a mostly empty room while trying to decide what to do next. After catching Nya up on what little they knew, they created a plan.

Zane and Jay were to examine Jay's machine to try to find out what happened. Cole and Lloyd planned to extract as much information as they could from the girl in pink. Nya was taking little Kai into Ninjago City to purchase baby supplies.

Lloyd entered the room the girl was in, followed by Cole. The earth ninja paused to lock the door behind him. In the room was a cheap folding table and some tacky lawn chairs. The girl was already seated. She looked up as they entered.

"What's your first question?" she asked before they could even take their seats across from her.

"Your name?" Lloyd asked sternly.

"Pinky," she replied coolly.

Cole rolled his eyes. "Your real name?"

The girl shrugged. "Danny, I guess."

Nya carried Kai through the city. They couldn't be sure of how long this transformation would last, so they needed to be prepared.

Her first purchase was a stroller. After that, it was much easier to navigate and browse the stores than it was before.

"He looks so much like you," a woman commented.

She found herself awkwardly nodding and rushed to another aisle.

The rest of the shopping trip was uneventful.

On the way back home though, she ran into a familiar face.

Jay unplugged the girl's laptop and handed it to Zane to carry. He leaned the dolly back and started to wheel his machine towards the Bounty.

"I don't understand what could've went wrong!" Jay said, exasperated.

"I sense something strange about this," Zane noted, "An energy surrounds it. I have a feeling that it was not your fault."

"What am I supposed to do with that knowledge?" Jay sighed.

"That is up to you," Zane replied.

Jay contemplated his words as he lugged his memory machine onto the ship.
