Sorry this chapter took so long! A lot of stuff going on in my personal life that took precedence over FanFiction, but I'm back now! Enjoy this chapter!
Olivia nodded as the person on the other end of the phone nodded. "Thanks Amanda." She hung up and looked at Charles. "The squad is going to pay a visit to Thomas."
Charles smiled and pulled her down on top of him. "Good," he whispered and ran his hand down her naked back to her ass. "One more round before Noah and Nicole get home?"
Olivia smiled and kissed him softly. "You're insatiable today. What has gotten into you?" She giggled and kissed him softly.
Charles kneaded the flesh of her ass. "My beautiful wife, acting all mama bear cop," he whispered. "I find it incredibly sexy."
Olivia smirked. "You like it when I go into cop mode?" She asked coyly. "Because I can do it a lot more to turn you on," she whispered.
Charles groaned. "Something about a woman with authority."
Olivia grinned. "Oh yeah?" She pulled him closer and rested her forehead against his. "I'll have to keep that in mind. But right now we don't have time to play properly, but we do have time for a quickie."
Charles flipped them over and looked into her eyes. "Well, we better make this quick, hm?" He kissed her passionately, dipping his fingers inside her.
Olivia broke the kiss and smiled. "Baby, fuck me," she whined. "We don't have time for your fingers and your cock, and I really, really want your cock." She moaned softly into his ear.
Charles moaned and pulled his fingers from inside her and licked them clean. "Just making sure you're ready for me baby."
Olivia moaned. "Hurry up!" She begged. "I need you so badly. The kids will be home soon."
Charles teased her entrance with his cock, and just before he pushed inside her, they heard a knock on their bedroom door. "Bianca," he whispered.
Olivia let out a quiet whine, wanting nothing more than to make love to Charles in that moment, but she sat up, pushing him up and off of her. "One second sweet girl!" She called out. She threw on clothes and watched Charles do the same. Once they were both dressed Olivia opened the door to an obviously distraught Bianca, her face tear stained and puffy. "Oh, sweetheart. What happened?"
Bianca sniffled. "Josie told everyone what happened between Thomas and I and now I'm getting messages about me being a whore." She fell into Olivia's arms and cried.
Olivia rubbed her back. "Oh, Bianca. Honey," she whispered and stroked her hair. "Come sit," she said gently, looking at Charles who was in a state of angered shock that kids Bianca's age would resort to calling another child a whore. "You know that's not true right? That what happened wasn't your fault and it in no way makes you a whore."
Bianca nodded. "I know Thomas took advantage of me, and I know that I did nothing to deserve being called names, but it's really upsetting to be called a whore by so many people. I don't know what to do."
Olivia took her phone and looked at some of the message and her heart broke for her step daughter. "Oh, honey." She caressed her face. "How about we block all these numbers?" She saw Bianca nod and they went through and blocked the numbers of the people calling her names.
Bianca looked at Olivia. "What do I do at school?"
Olivia stroked her hair. "Well, honey, you've got mono. You're not going to school until you're better, and hopefully by then this whole thing will have blown over. But, if not, if kids still call you a whore to your face when you go back, I want you to go to the office and call one of us and we'll come pick you up, okay? You shouldn't be subject to that kind of abuse."
Bianca bit her bottom lip. "You really think this will blow over?"
Olivia smiled gently. "I do. Sooner or later another thing will come up and this will all be forgotten." She smiled and hugged Bianca. "I'm sorry people are calling you names, and I'm sorry Josie told others about you and Thomas."
Charles was sitting next to Bianca on the bed, opposite Olivia. He reached for her hand behind Bianca and Olivia took it and squeezed. "I wish I knew what to say here, but Olivia seems to have this under control."
Olivia smiled gently. "I was only a little older than Bianca the first time I was called a whore at school," she stroked Bianca's hair. "So I speak from experience when I tell you it won't last forever."
Bianca looked at her step mother. "Why'd they call you a whore?"
Olivia smiled gently. "I had my first boyfriend, he made up a lie that we had sex, of course he was a stud and I got made fun of for it. I broke up with him when I found out. It wasn't a long relationship," she looked at Bianca. "But you have something I didn't have back then."
Bianca shrugged. "What's that?"
Olivia wrapped her arms around her step daughter. "Support. You have me and your dad ready to help you if things get bad at school. But like I said, this will blow over soon. And then the kids will be on to the next thing. It'll probably be over before you are even well enough to go back to school."
Bianca looked at her. "You really think so?"
Olivia nodded. "I do." She handed Bianca's phone back to her. "How about you go get some more rest, and if anyone else texts you calling you a name you block their number too, okay?"
Bianca yawned and nodded. "Okay." She hugged Olivia. "Thank you, Mama."
Olivia kissed her forehead. "You're welcome. You're burning up, go lay down." She watched Bianca walk from their bedroom, closing the door behind her. Olivia looked at Charles. "I hope you don't mind that I took the reins for that."
Charles smiled. "Not at all. I didn't know you were so young when you started being called a whore."
Olivia brushed it off. "I was even younger. I was younger than Bianca is, my mom started calling me a whore once I got my period. I started early." She shrugged. "It doesn't bother me now. Kind of like bitch. I've been called those things for so long I'm immune to them now."
Charles moved closer. "Still, you shouldn't have been called that so young. You shouldn't have been called that at all."
Olivia rested her head on his shoulder. "It's all behind me now, I'm okay," she caressed his face and kissed his lips quickly. "But I love how protective of little-me you are. My inner child greatly appreciates it."
Charles kissed the top of her head. "How about we go downstairs and get some food while we wait for Noah and Nicole?"
Olivia smiled and stood up, holding her hand out for him. "Come on. Let's go. And I'll bring something up for Bianca too. She needs sustenance to help her heal. Maybe some bone broth and some tea, easier on the throat."
Charles looked at her and shook his head. "You are such an amazing mother, I don't tell you that nearly enough." He kissed her softly and nuzzled her nose.
Olivia kissed him back and smiled. "Come on," she wrapped her arms around him. "Before we get distracted." She kissed him once again and led him downstairs to the kitchen. "You want to start on food for us, I'll start on something for Bianca?"
Charles kissed her cheek. "Sounds like a plan. What do you want to eat?"
Olivia smiled and ran her hands over his chest. "I'm not picky, whatever you want to make my love."
Charles placed a chaste kiss on her neck. "Grilled cheese and homemade tomato soup?"
Olivia kissed him gently. "You spoil me," she whispered and looked into his eyes. "Let me make some bone broth and some honeysuckle tea." She placed a quick, chaste kiss on his lips and got to work, heating up some bone broth and boiling some water for tea.
Charles stood back and watched her, in awe. Once she was done, she put the broth in a bowl and started steeping the tea and put everything on a tray and carefully walked it up to Bianca's room. "How did I get so lucky?" He asked himself once she was out of earshot. He turned and started making the tomato soup and preparing the grilled cheese, using sourdough bread and aged cheddar cheese, slathering butter on one piece of bread of each sandwich. He blended the cooked down tomatoes and other veggies to a liquid. He put the soup back into the pot and added some cream and was heating it up, bringing it to a boil. He tasted it for seasoning, added a little salt and pepper and started on the grilled cheese.
Olivia walked back downstairs and she saw Charles cooking. "A man who publishes books for a living and is a chef on the side? I'm spoiled."
Charles wrapped an arm around her shoulders and kissed her temple. "I love spoiling you," he whispered and stirred the soup before putting butter on the other piece of bread on both sandwiches. He flipped the sandwiches and turned to face Olivia. "Lunch is almost ready, love."
Olivia smiled and kissed him softly. "It smells delicious," she whispered. "I'm going to go wash up. I'll be back in a minute."
Charles watched her walk off and he got plates and bowls out and he plated their lunch. He saw Olivia walk out and he smiled. "Lunch, beautiful, is served."
Olivia sat at the nook and smiled when he sat beside her and they ate their lunch. "Oh, Charles. This soup is divine." She dunked her sandwich in it and smiled. "Mm."
Charles smiled and watched her eat while he ate his lunch. "Thank you, baby. I'm glad you're enjoying it."
Olivia giggled and blushed, feeling his eyes on her as she ate. Normally, she hated when men watched her eat. She felt self conscious, but not with Charles. With Charles she didn't feel self conscious… or not as self conscious. "You make the best grilled cheese and tomato soup I've ever had. Very gourmet and boujee."
Charles smiled. "Boujee?"
Olivia chuckled. "I think I've been spending too much time with our kids." She finished her lunch and put her dishes in the sink. "Not that that is a bad thing at all. I'm just picking up on their slang, is all."
Charles finished his lunch and put his dishes in the sink and stood in front of her, his arms resting on the counter on either side of her, trapping her there. "You are a wonderful mother."
Olivia kissed him gently, their lips barely touching. "Thank you," she whispered. "And you, my love, are a wonderful father."
Charles kissed her temple. "So, I've been thinking… I know we want to have another kid, but having it naturally is out of the question. Can we talk about adoption? Or surrogacy with an egg donor?"
Olivia took a deep breath. "Um, yeah… yeah we can discuss it."
Charles caressed her face and kissed her nose. "I know losing Cosette is still fresh, that it will always feel fresh, but I want to give you everything you want in this life. And I know you want a baby that's ours."
Olivia's eyes had tears in them. "Cosette will always be a part of me. No matter what. But you're right. I do want a baby that's ours. I think that sitting down and looking at our options would be a good thing. I'm not technically in menopause yet, so we may not need an egg donor. But we'll see. Whatever is best."
Charles wrapped her in his arms and kissed the top of her head. "We'll figure it out. We'll get our baby."
Olivia smiled. "The two of us… we can figure out anything." She kissed him gently, standing on her tiptoes to reach his lips. "I love you, baby."
