The two go back to Heart's home so she can get ready for their dinner together. It's so exciting.

Ch 14: Dinner Breeze

After a little bit of shopping at a few different places, the two hopped onto the train car and headed back home. Heart had her head on Alastor's shoulder as they headed home. They figured they could drop off their things and then head out to eat. Alastor said the restaurant was close by to where they lived.

"So, my little wolf, have you enjoyed yourself today?" He asked her softly.

"I had a lot of fun honey and the day isn't even over yet." She said with a big smile on her face.

"Oh, I know, I just wanted to make sure you have had fun all the way up to this point in case I have to make adjustments for you to be happy." The radio host winked.

"I can never be bored with you Al." She told him as she kissed his arm.

"And I could never be bored with you. You're so adorable when you're giddy and happy cher." He booped her nose.

Heart giggled as the train car rolled up to the stop and the bell rang. "Oh, this is our stop. Let's get this stuff home quickly." She said as she stood up.

"Agreed come along now dear I got the boxes and bags." He said taking their purchased things in his hands as she went out first and he followed. The pair made it to Hearts house a few moments later and were inside setting things down. "Well now that I'm looking at it, I'd say we took not one prisoner in that war captain." He chuckled.

Heart chuckled as she set things down as well. "There is always next time General, don't you worry." She says as she patted his back.

"I agree dear, now then let's get spiffed up for dinner and be on our way." He leaned over and kissed her cheek.

Heart had an idea. "Would you like me to wear my new dress for dinner?" She asked him with a smile.

Alastor paused and spun around. "YES - I-I mean if you'd like darling...Ahem. I'm sorry I don't know what came over me." He scratched the back of his head sheepishly.

Heart just smiled in response even though she did jump a little from his outburst but she didn't mind. "Well ok then. I'll get changed." She said with a wink and grabbed the dress out of the box and made sure to take her small box with his surprise in it upstairs as well.

"I-I'll be here dear." He said as he watched her walk up the stairs.

Heart got into the bathroom, looked at the small box for a moment, and took a breath. "I can't believe I'm doing this." She inhaled and exhaled slowly before taking the item out of the box and proceeded to take off her current dress and put on the lingerie. "Hopefully, I can conceal this good." She thinks aloud and looks at herself for a moment in the mirror. She posed a few times before smiling at herself and giggling at how pretty she thought she was. Soon she took the new dress that Alastor got her and slipped that on. Luckily, it hid the undergarments well. Plus, the pantyhose looked like just something normal so it wasn't suspicious. "Works out well. He won't suspect a thing!"

Alastor went to sit on the couch as he waited for Heart. "Sweet merciful heavens, what is going on with me?" He thought as he sat down.

Alastor was then drawn to that book again by his shadow pointing to it on her bookshelf while they sat in the living room.

"Take it master, this is one of the most coveted books in the voodoo realm! It will ensure you a bright future. The girl won't miss it in the slightest." The shadow persuaded him.

"No... I can't steal something of hers... no matter what it is... but... you say... a bright future? Does that mean... power and... success?" He wondered as he slowly got up and walked over to the bookshelf.

"Yes, it does." The familiar smirked at him as he watched him reach out towards the book.

Meanwhile, up with Heart, she fixed her hair and applied a little makeup to fix what she had on, then she was done. She walked out of the bathroom, her bedroom and into the hallway.

She stood at the top of the steps. "Al, you ready for me?" She asked with a playful tone.

The radio host was startled a second and then quietly got away from the bookshelf. "Yes dear! Would you like for me to come to the stairs?"

"You can if you want. I would like to show off this dress a bit." She answered him.

"Alright I'm on my way and I won't look until you tell me." Alastor chuckled putting a hand over his eyes and used his other hand to guide him into the hall where the stairs are.

Heart chuckled. She watched as he got to the side of the stairs. "Ok I'm heading down." She said and took the first step.

"Alright dear. I think I'm here, tell me when." He smiled, still having his eyes covered.

Heart stopped on a step and grinned. "Nope, you have to keep them closed forever."

"How will I see my darling and tell her how I love her in what she is wearing... woe is me!" He says dramatically.

She giggled. "You can open your eyes, you dramatic deer." She says as she continues to walk down the steps.

"Okay here I go-oh... o-oh... d-darling... look at you!" He said breathlessly as his eyes studied her, she seemed to have a radiance pour off of the woman... stunning couldn't even stand up as a fair description for her beauty.

Heart stopped on a step close to where Alastor's height was. "You really do like it then?" She asked with a blush.

"Yes... oh... yes I do... you're as beautiful as an angel from heaven." Alastor said with a dreamy look in his eye.

She chuckled nervously as she smiled at him. "I'm glad you like it then. I like it."

"Like, doesn't do you justice, my wolf." The host said, holding his hand out to help her down the rest of the way.

Heart smiled more and grabbed his hand and walked down the rest of the steps. "If not like? Then speak what's on your mind, my great buck?" She asked as she gave him a playful look.

"You're captivating me, mon petite precieux loup~" He said while leading to kiss her hand that was still in his. (My precious little wolf)

The woman blushed at his words as it made her heart flutter. "You are so wonderful to me. Where did I get you from?"

"Je ne sais pas cherie." He said, shrugging his shoulders. (I don't know darling)

"I don't even know what you said." She giggled.

"I said, I don't know darling, haha not quite that far in French but you're getting there." He winked.

"I'm slowly learning." She says wagging a finger at him.

"And you're doing wonderfully darling." He encouraged her.

"Thank you. Never going to be fluent of course but as long as I get a little bit of an understanding then I'll be good." Heart said confidently.

"I can help you become fluent if you'd like with some one-on-one lessons, we can even French kiss~" He smirked, wiggling his eyebrows.

"One on one lesson sound good." She purred to him as she put herself up against his chest.

He blushed and held her close looking into her eyes as a spark was stirring in him.

She pulled herself away from him with a giggle. "We can talk about it a little later. I'm interested in what other French things you can teach me." She winked.

"Indeed cher, I'd be more than happy to do so, I think we should head to dinner before we get more caught up in our words." Alastor chuckled.

"I agree. Let's get going. Don't want to miss anything." She says and grabs his hand to head to the door.

"Not one thing cher, it would be a crime if you missed anything," The man said lugging as she pulled him along.

"And ill arrest you for such a crime!" Heart said playfully.

"Arrest moi?! Why so though? I didn't deprive you." He said in shock, playing around and sweeping her off her feet.

Heart gave a chuckle. "I was only joking!" She spoke.

"Ahah, I know I know. Let's not dawdle any longer than dinner awaits us." Alastor said, opening her door after setting her back down so she could exit first.

"Onward and upward." Heart says as she walks out the door.

"I know so my dear, we are almost there. It's a nice little establishment that has good Louisiana food but also has other dishes if you would like something a little different." He informed her.

"Oh really? That is exciting!" She says as she lights up a little with glee.

They then round the corner to the little restaurant that looked familiar to Heart but was frequent to Alastor. It was his favorite place to get a good bite in walking distance. "Here we are, love, what do you think?"

"Oh, this little place! Kristen took me here my first night. I'm happy to be coming here again!" She said as she skipped in place a moment.

"Oh ... well that was wonderful of her to introduce you." He said a bit deflated but he was playing it off because he knew they came here already.

"Aw I'm sorry Al." Heart says as she hears the disappointment in his voice. "Don't worry though, there are a bunch of different places I know we can go to. I just know this place is special though. I can tell. It can be our little spot." She said smiling.

"Alright then cher, let's make it our go to when we don't want to travel! Haha!" He then got cheery again.

Heart gave a nod. "I agree. Our home away from home." She joked.

"Secret base I think." He whispered to her.

She giggles. "Secret base it is."

"Well let's head into our secret base so we can feast and recover from our battle in the city today." The man chuckled, taking her arm in arm walking through the door.

"Yes, we must recover from such a battle!" She chuckles as she walks in. The familiar area made her feel a little comfortable.

Soon Alastor spoke to the host and they escorted the two to the table, a nice quiet corner near an open window to have the evening breeze blow gently. The waiter then came and asked for their drink order while they looked at the menus. Heart just asked for a glass of water for now and wanted to look over the menu. It was something a little familiar at least but she wanted to try something different.

Alastor ordered water with lemon and his usual black coffee. "So darlin, anything catching your eye?" He asked her.

Heart hummed in thought. "I'm thinking something different than before. Not sure which. I had jambalaya last time."

"Ah that's what I'm getting today, theirs is my second favorite, my mothers of course being the first." The radio host chuckled.

"Hmmm, I remember Kristen saying their crawfish is rather good. Maybe I'll try it." Heart recalled.

"Absolutely I agree with her. When I don't want jambalaya, I go right for the crawfish. They even have that special sauce here you like when you tried some. It is a Louisiana made sauce so all the establishments have them there seems to be no other that matches up to it." He informed her as the waiter came back with their drinks.

"Well, I think you convinced me. I think I will get that." She says excited and Alastor smiled.

Soon the waiter asked for their order.

"Heart my darling if you know you can go first." Alastor said.

"Thank you." She then turned to the waiter. "I'd love to try your crawfish please." She ordered and handed him the menu.

The waiter nodded and gave her a smile then went to Alastor, "I'd like the jambalaya please." He ordered. The waiter nodded and expressed they both had good taste and took their menus to put their orders in.

"I'm excited to be here again. I'm even more excited about being here with you Al." She says with a dreamy look.

"Oho darling to I detect a bit of puppy love coming from you hm? Because I think I might have some as well." The man whispered softly and held her hands across the table.

Heart blushed deeply at that and her eyes went to the table with their joined hands.

"I love you my little wolf, light of my life." He said tenderly rubbing his thumbs over her hands.

Heart giggled lovingly at that. "I love you too my great buck." She enjoyed the caress of his fingers over her hands.

"I think today was one of our best yet." Alastor said softly.

"I agree. Today has been pretty wonderful in my opinion. I got to spend it all day with you." She says as she looks at him with a soft gaze.

The creole man looked at her with a loving look. "I agree my dearest and I hope there are many more."

"I definitely see there being more." Heart says as she smiles wildly at him and her mind goes to think of a little bit into the future.

"My life with you is now such an array of beautiful colors that just brought me out of the black and white. it was so dull and boring but... with you...with you I feel I'm alive, and not just living." He said sweetly to her.

Heart smiled so wide at him. She probably looked so goofy with it but she didn't care. His words melted her heart. She had never experienced something like this and it made her not want to let it go. "My life isn't so dull either." She said softly.

"We liven up the show called life don't we mon cher? Haha, I feel nothing can get in our way. We are indeed magnetized for one another." Alastor squeezed her hands gently.

"We are living in one big show and I never want to leave it. We are glued together. Melted cheese on toast. Peanut butter and jelly." She said and listed off things that went good together.

His smile grew bigger with each combination of items and his heart swelled more, "Ahh... the most gorgeous and perfect apple of my eye."

She giggled. "And you're the stag that prances in my dreams."

"Oho I am, am I? I feel quite privileged to have residency in your dreams and mind dear. I must say I have the same for you. My dreams are quite lovely having my little wolf run around with me when I'm lonely." He hummed.

"It's fun to play and run around with you." Heart tells him with a smile. "And such a handsome buck you are." She winked.

He smiled and soon enough their food had come out. The waiter brought it to their table and made sure they didn't need anything else before going away. "Everything smells just divine. Well, my dear, let's have at it."

Heart eyed the food and it did indeed smell amazing. She didn't have to be told twice. She tried to remember how Alastor ate the crawfish. She was successful and took the meat and dipped it into the sauce and took a bite. She hummed in delight.

"My my darling look how fast you've learned to eat crawfish! Haha was that from the only time I ate it and you remembered all that?" He asks intrigued.

"I learn a lot from watching." She explained. "I learn hands-on as well but if I watch it enough, I can get the hang of it."

"Ah I told you my darling I always tell you and mean it when I say you're sharp as a tack!" He said eating his jambalaya.

Heart blushed as she took another bite. She chewed and swallowed before speaking. "I mean, I guess so."

"I know so." Alastor told her with a wink eating more of his dish

Heart smiled more at his words and went back to eating. Their dinner was wonderful. Heart was a little uncomfortable to the undergarments she wore but she could stand it so it was bearable. Plus, underneath all that she still felt sexy and she had this confidence in her head that she could do this tonight. She kept thinking about what she was going to do and it honestly got her excited...maybe too excited. She tried to stay focused and not have her head in the clouds.

"Awfully quiet little wolf, either your mind is going places, the food is that good or it's both." He chuckled, focusing on her for the moment.

Heart blushed a little as she realized how quiet she had gotten. "Little bit of both." She answered shyly.

"Nothing to be ashamed of my little wolf, I am content to be with you. We don't always have to chit chat. Just being with you makes me feel complete." He sighed.

"I also agree." She says with a happy grin. "Well to be honest, I was thinking about my surprise for you when we get home." She said a little embarrassed.

"Ohh realllyyy now? Perhaps I should inhale my food so we can get home if you're itching to show me hm?" Alastor said a bit smug and booping her nose.

"No no, it's ok." The woman answered nervously. "I don't want you getting sick." She said as an excuse. At the same time her confidence was going down and her nervousness was spiking at the thought. She was still excited though. It was a weird mixture that made her legs jittery.

"If you insist my dearest, I can see you're a bit uneasy, relax my wolf... whatever and anything you give me I will adore with all my being. I can promise you. My present could be a leaf and I'd cherish it forever because it was from you, and you picked it for me." The man said holding her hands again to keep her calm.

She looked at him lovingly. "Thank you, Al. I guess it's because I've never done this before so I'm actually really nervous even though I'm really excited." Heart explained to him as she held his hands tightly .

"It's understandable and I'm reassuring you that anything and everything I love from you. I promise you that." He looked into her eyes with confidence and joy so she could be soothed.

Heart took a deep breath and let it out slowly. She closed her eyes for a moment and then just nodded. She opened them again to look at him and smiled. "Thanks. I needed that."

"Good now, how about we enjoy the rest of our dishes, and I can get you some dessert before we head home" Alastor said sweetly rubbing his thumbs over her knuckles.

The librarian smiled happily. "I love that idea." She breathes out and enjoys the feeling of his thumbs against her skin. It calmed her and she relaxed in her seat.

His smile grew and a glint was in his eye. He pulled one of his hands away to continue eating but he still held one to calm her. Heart enjoys the contact and holds onto his hand as she finishes some of the leftover meat. Eventually taking her hand back to assist but she would wipe it off and then slip it back into his for a little bit. Alastor would do the same, seeing that this calmed her nerves and gave her comfort. He was happy to do it, giving a chuckle at how cute she was here and there as he finished eating.

Soon she was done and she sat back in her chair for a moment. "Man, that was good. I'm glad you recommend them as well to me Al. Sometimes it's good to have a second opinion."

"I'll take note of you liking them sweetheart, perhaps I could put on a crawfish boil just for you, I even know how to make the sauce." He smirked.

"To have even more of a reason to have you cook for me. Yes please." She answered with a giggle.

"It will be so then." The radio host winked. The waiter came by and offered a list of desserts. "Pick whatever you'd like dear, what caught your attention?" Alastor asked, drinking his coffee.

Heart looked at the list and said with wide eyes. "Bananas Foster please!" The waiter smiled and wrote it down and went on his way to get it for her. "That sounded good. Plus, I don't think I ever had something like that before."

"Hmm I never had it either, perhaps I can persuade you to allow me to try a little haha." Alastor mused.

"You won't have to persuade me at all. I'd love to share with you." Heart smiled.

He gave a smile and soon the waiter returned with the dessert and placed two spoons on the table. He wished them to enjoy and will be back with the check in a bit. "My dear, that looks rather good go on and take the first bite." He assured her and handed her a spoon.

Heart didn't have to be told twice as she took the spoon and got some of the desert and put it in her mouth. She hummed in delight. "Oh, my goodness this is so good. I love bananas."

"Well, if you think the coast is clear I think I will attempt a bite." Alastor reached over with his spoon to eat it too.

"Yes please! I want to see what you think." Heart says as she takes another spoonful.

"Forgive me if I make a weird face dear, I'm not accustomed to sweet things as you know so don't feel bad." He told her.

"I know, but I still like your feedback either way." She said once she swallowed.

"Well here goes then." The man said taking the bite and... he actually didn't dislike it. It wasn't too sweet and it was refreshing. "Not half bad actually." He looked at It then went for more.

"I'm glad you enjoy it. I think the banana is a good thing to use. They usually aren't too sweet." She says and takes another spoonful.

"You might be onto something dear; I could probably make this too for you whenever you'd like." He hummed, eating one more spoonful. "There you go, finish it off, that's all I can eat for now."

"You spoil me sometimes, but I love your cooking so I'm not going to complain about it." She gave him a wink as she brought the desert closer to her and took another bite.

"You spoil me too dear, more than you know. I promise you that." Alastor chuckled, resting his hands on his face as he watched her smitten like a young lover.

Heart giggled. "Well, I am glad I'm not boring you then." She joked as she saw him and thought he looked so cute with that face he was making at her. The glow of the room made it perfect too.

"Never are you boring little wolf, not one bit. You can sneeze and it would be the most adorable entertaining thing"

Heart blushed. "Oh, stop it. You're just saying that." She said shyly as she hid her face a moment.

"No, I'm not, next time you sneeze I'll prove you wrong." He winks.

"Oh." She groaned lowly and wished she could hide but at the same time she enjoyed the attention.

"I'm sorry dear I'll stop; I don't want to wear you out too much haha."

Heart smiled. "Your fine Al." She reassured him and finished the desert.

Soon the waiter came back with the bill and Alastor took out some cash and gave it to him to make change.

"I had a very wonderful dinner. I hope you enjoyed it as well." Heart told the man.

"Of course, love, anytime with you I adore and cannot get enough of." Alastor hummed.

"I can't have enough of you either. You are sleeping over tonight so I still get to have you." Heart chuckled.

"Oh, how lucky am I, to be a prize for such a lovely lady who adores me as much as I adore her." Alastor sighed happily.

"Was a wonderful prize for sure. I'm glad I was chosen as well." She giggles.

"I love you my wolf and I'm so excited to see what you have in store for me." He chuckled as the waiter brought back the change and Alastor gave home a good tip. He then rose to his feet and stepped around to her. "Shall we cher?"

"I'm excited to see how you'll react." She chuckled. "And we shall." She says as she grabbed his hand

The radio host smiled and helped the young woman up as they both left the restaurant and walked back home. He looped her arm around hers and held her close to him as they walked. Heart felt relieved as they left and walked down the road. She leaned against him as she looked up at the night sky.

"This is perfect my wolf, such tranquility, for us as we stroll home the moon is lovely too, but not as lovely as you are." Alastor hummed.

Heart blushes at his complement. "Oh, you're just saying that." She turned her head away. "Although It is nice and calming. Not many people out or around. The neighborhood is quiet." She says.

"I most certainly am not cher, you know I mean what I say." He reminded her softly.

"I know." She leans on him more. Heart hesitated a moment and looked at the ground. "I'm not use to being told such lovely things by people. I wasn't treated the best at home." She took a pause. "My parents aren't nice people Al." She whispered.

"My dearest, I intend to fix that by giving you what they failed to do. I'm going to do my best to give you what is due... you deserve the world little wolf. I will do my best to give it to you." The Creole man said, looking at her tenderly.

Heart looked up at him and smiled. "Thank you, my buck. It makes me happy to know you. That not all people are like my parents." She paused for a moment. "Is it bad...for me to say that...I'm glad they're dead?" She wondered softly.

"Never. Especially since they were evil to you. I feel the same for my father. Cruel bastard he was, and glad when he finally took a dirt nap." Alastor said with a smile to her.

Heart just smiled at him. "Sometimes there are people that don't deserve to be parents. We learn from the bad ones though. We learn what not to do." She speaks.

"That is precisely right love and I told you time and time again how sharp you are. This proves it." He boops her nose then leans down to kiss it.

She smiled at him and nuzzled into his arm. "I'm also glad they are dead, because if they were still around, I wouldn't be here. I wouldn't have met you. Or be here with you right now."

"Darling, nothing, no one, no force on this earth will ever take you from me. You're with me and you're never going to be taken...I'd die first before that ever happens." Alastor whispered.

"I wouldn't want you to leave." Heart says softly as her grip on him tightens a moment.

"Never will I ever." He whispered, kissing her forehead then sweeping her off her feet in his arms like his bride.

Heart let out a small squeak in surprise from being picked up but she didn't complain this time, mainly because she knew there was no point. She just smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck and held onto him as they walked.

"There now, with you in my arms nothing, no force in this universe, will take you from me." He laughed, chuckled, and spun around with the woman still in his arms.

She giggled and laughed loudly as they spun. "Ah, Al careful." She says and looks up at him. "As long as I'm here, nothing bad will happen."

"What if I just want to be carefree dear?" I said spinning again.

"Ah!" She squealed again but still laughed. "If you go down, I go down with you!"

"That's right! Haha, we go down together! " He said taking a leap laughing all the way.

"I would like to not ruin my new dress so please behave." Heart said even though she was laughing at his silliness

He paused... then realized ... maybe it was too much ... he set her down then turned to continue walking without a word he hid his face so she would not see his smile falter. She was surprised when he put her down. She figured he would take her all the way home at the same time she didn't want to put that pressure on him.

Heart paused when he put her down and he continued walking. "Al?" She called after him softly. She went and held his hand in hers. "Alastor what's wrong?"

"Nothing darling... it's just getting late is all... we shouldn't be wasting time." The man said unlike him as he continued to walk. "I'm such a fucking idiot."

"O-Oh ok." She said a little sadly as she wasn't expecting that from him. "We weren't wasting time. We were having fun. I was having fun." She says softly.

"Perhaps... we should turn in when we get home... I'm suddenly a little tired." Alastor said.

Heart wanted to say something in protest but soon just closed her mouth and went silent. She was so excited to give him his gift. She wasn't going to push herself on him though if he was tired. "If you want to. I can always give you your gift another night." Heart was a little down hearted. Their night was going so nice.

"Well, never mind, we can't. You want to give your gift?" He asked her softly.

"No, if you're tired then I won't force it on you." She answered, rubbing her one arm.

"No dear I think you've been waiting long enough, I'm sure it will perk me right back up so I'm not sleepy haha!" Alastor said as he tried to get the mood back from him putting it down.

"Maybe." Heart says, still a little upset from the mood shift. "I don't even know if I have the confidence anymore."

"Of course, you do, it's only me silly little wolf." The man boops her nose.

She did at least giggle from that. "I guess we'll see."

"There's my darling now come on; we have got to be almost there I think... I'm withering oooh! I need nourishment!" He acted dramatically.

Heart giggled more. "I guess we better get there then!" She acted. "Don't want you passing out."

"You'd have to carry me , I-I don't think I can make it!" He said being even more of a ham pretending to trip around and be weak.

"Alastor, I don't think I can carry you." She tells him as she tries to keep him up.

"Hmm... I suddenly have a burst of energy... bet you can't catch up!" He said bolting off suddenly down the sidewalk laughing.

Heart laughed as she watched him run off. She kicked off her shoes, grabbed them and ran after the man.

He slowed a little bit when he saw she was after him.

"You have longer legs than me. I don't know if this is fair!" She called out as she was catching up to him.

"Oho is not fair usually, oh but what is this? Oh no! I think I have a cramp in my leg and am slowing down, oh whatever shall I do!" He dramatized it.

"Then eat my dust sucker!" Heart cheered as she ran by him with her tongue sticking out

He pretended to slow down and limp so she'd win the rest of the way making it to her front steps victoriously.

She jumped up her three steps and onto her porch. "Ah ha!" She cheered in victory.

He comes just a moment later pretending to huff and puff.

"I beat you after all. How does it feel to get your butt beat?" She asked with a smirk.

"Ooh I'm licking my wounds dear, so painful! I think... I might need your surprise." The man says as he reaches out to her.

Heart blushed at his words. "U-um, ok." She stutters and goes to unlock the door. She steps inside the house and lets the man walk in beside her. "I'll give it to you upstairs." She says as she sets her keys and small purse down.

"Oho should I follow you now or wait until you call me?" Alastor asked.

Heart turns to face him with a cat-like look. "You can follow me." She stays with a purr as she trails a finger up his neck and under his chin.

A shiver went up his spine. The good kind. "Yes, my little wolf~" Alastor replied back, following her upstairs. On the way he took off his coat and hat off hanging it on the rack.

Heart giggled and headed up the stairs to the bedroom. She opened the door. "Take a seat on the bed. I have your gift in the bathroom. Should take me about a minute to find it." She tells him.

"Hmmm now my curiosity is growing. Oh, what could it be sweet darling, the fact that even though I lost the race, I still receive such a prize?" He cocked a brow giving her a smirk.

"Whether you win or lose you'll always have a prize or a trophy." She kisses his cheek. "Me." She winks and heads towards the bathroom.

"How beyond lucky I am to have you." He sighed and swooned on the bed dramatically

Heart looked at him over her shoulder and just chuckled and rolled her eyes playfully. She went and closed the bathroom door and quickly started to peel her dress off, showing off the revealing lingerie underneath.

When she went to the bathroom Alastor sat back up and adjusted himself so he was properly ready for whatever his darling was going to give him.

Heart looked at herself in the mirror for a moment and adjusted some things. She took a deep breath. "I can do this." She tried to boost her confidence. She gave a determined nod and went to the door. She paused with her hand on the doorknob. Taking another deep breath, she opened it slightly. "Ok honey, are you ready?"

"I am, would you like me to close my eyes or keep them opened?" Alastor wondered. "I can do either or both just say the word, my beautiful little wolf!"

Heart tried to think for a moment. "Keep them open I guess." She says to him. She opened the door a little more.

"As you command my love, Remember it's me, and only me. I will love whatever it is you have for me." He called to her, helping her confidence.

Heart gave a pause and then took another breath. She closed her eyes and opened the door the rest of the way. She kept her gaze to the floor as she was afraid to look up at him as she walked forward into the bedroom and towards the bed. "S-s-surprise." She stuttered nervously as she paused halfway to the bed. She glanced up at him just a tiny bit.

Tiny cliffhanger for the smut that is ahead!
