Mr. Canary is looking over the empty arena of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, seeing the sign that reads "World Championship Tournament Arc" had turned off, as go for the lights. Mr. Canary leaves the arena. Made a call for a taxi. Waited till the Taxi arrives, Mr. Odokawa. Mr. Canary enter the taxi. "Where to?" Odokawa asked. Mr. Canary present him a note. He starts driving.

"Good shows." Mr. Canary open his eyes from the events earlier as Mr. Odokawa spoke.

He looked up to him. "Thanks."

"But your first night could had been better. So why did you suspend the RWBY cast out of PWA?" Odokawa asked.

Mr. Canary signs. He pulled out a letter. "Someone in the cast had threaten to sue PWA [the purpose of this threat is for storyline purpose]. Well, whoever sent this would had kept it secret but I guess Yang had finally had it since..." Mr. Canary reveal Yang's signature on the letter. "Either she's tired of Blake antics or doing this out of spite. Just remember back at Beach Storm, it seems that Yang was offended by others comments from the Bikini Contest. Not gonna lie, I think she possibly ruined her chance on becoming World Tag Team Champion."

"Or fail, since she was originally part of the World Tag Team Championship match with Nora. There could be only three paths on winning in that scenario." Odokawa retorts.

"Correct. But Yang had always been on the rough side of this river path. Yang had single handedly brought down all of the RWBY characters out of PWA, all but except her little sister, Ruby Rose. But lucky for the men, they only got a couple months off since they didn't have it bad as the women's division." Mr. Canary reading over the threat. "It seems that Yang wanted to become a proud sister for once. A lot of dispute on this, so Parker will have to deal with this all."

"Wait? Only Ruby? Then why was she excluded at the Festival?" Odokawa continue to asked. "Doesn't seem right to let her out of your biggest event of the year. So why boot her out?"

"Well... originally, she was meant to continue with her match, but thanks to this threat, I had to remove All of RWBY cast members till next Arc. So she had to be booted out, but Ruby Rose will be back at the first event of PWA." Mr. Canary answered.

"Well that explained that, but why her?" Odokawa continue to probe Mr. Canary.

"I wouldn't know. But overall, at least we'll have one RWBY character. But..." Mr. Canary looked sad. Odokawa quick look at Mr. Canary. "I had to tell Maka that the American Death Scythes had to be disbanded. Yang assume that she was being a bad fit for Ruby. And all American Death Scythes rights go to Ruby since she had trademark it and Yang had been the witness for it. It's the British Bulldogs copyrights situation right there"

"Sad to hear. But I doubt it won't be the last for her I guess?" Odokawa continues.

"Correct. Because when I told Maka about this. She was sadden at first, but I decided to host another tournament." Mr. Canary changed from sad to happy.

"Another one? Didn't you host like four different tournaments in one year already?" Odokawa seemed annoyed of his idea.

"True, but these next two tournaments will be a yearly thing. You know, like how New Japan have a severe case hard on for tournaments. But I decided to call this Tournament the All In Tournament. Named it after the All In event. Plus it has a cool name, then combine it with the Vytal Festival rule." Mr. Canary is happily talking about it.

"You seem like a RWBY mark if you're naming it after their tournament." Odokawa looked amuse from Mr. Canary idea.

"Well PWA didn't exist without... RWBY. But my Vytal Festival tournament will be this. An eight slotted bracket, but the first round will be the singles. The next round will be the tag team. And finally, the finals will be a Quartet Dreamwork Elimination match." Mr. Canary gives out the rules.

"And let me guess on the winner side; they get a title match of their choice?" Odokawa finished Mr. Canary idea.

"Correct. But I will choose first eight participants. Then from then on, whoever advances, they get to choose whoever they're partners. But the requirement in the Quartet match is an official tag team to join in. Since one person will challenge the World, Secondary, and World Tag Team Championships. They can challenge each belt at anytime. Not that Money in the Bank stipulation. The Singles Matches will start at the beginning of the year, but I'll give them time to decide on whoever they'll choose. I do need more ways on crowning #1 contenders." Mr. Canary leans back.

"Speaking of which. You have your new Champions, but how do you decide on those contenders? You don't have a weekly show, so how does that work? Is it Fantasy Booking?" Odokawa asked about the Championship Contenders.

"As I told everyone back at the World Championship Ceremory, win big time matches, you'll get big time rewards. And winning at match at the Festival, makes you a Contender for the World Championships." Mr. Canary smirked.

"At once?" Odokawa is confused.

"Not at once. One at a time. And since there's a few trios matches, well, they decide on who'll get a World Championship match, and the other two will get a World Tag Team Championship match in the same night. And even if any other Champions lose their belts, they technically won a Festival match, they too will get a World Championship match. For example, if Eren lose his belt, he can still challenge the World Tag Team Championship with a partner of his choosing. And even if Asuna lose or win her Diamond Championship match, she'll still get a World Championship match. They all didn't know about the stipulation. Parker will explain to them, or at our Champions Ceremory." Mr. Canary explained.

"Well that's good to hear, but what about those Secondary Championships? Surely you had an idea on how the challengers would be deterimened on those, right?" Odokawa asked.

"I'll answer that with a question; how does pressure make?" Mr. Canary asked.

"A broken down person?" Odokawa replied.

"That, but no. Not in this case. Um... maybe. Alright then. Pressure makes a diamond and a franchise. And how do I increase that pressure? If the Champion successfully defend their champion, then I'll add one more challenger in the next event." Mr. Canary answered.

"You mean, you're gonna put them through the ringer? Hmm, so is it an open challenge type of deal?" Odokawa wondered.

"Oh course. Got the idea from John Cena's US Open Challenge. But it's a one year type of deal, because I wanted to see how this turned out. But maybe I'll throw a monkey wrench somewhere inbetween one of their reigns. I'm always a curious guy on what's about to happen." Mr. Canary smiled.

Odokawa take a quick look at his briefcase. "So what's in the briefcase, if you don't mind me asking"

"Oh!" Mr. Canary open it up to reveal two more matching Championships.

Championship Design:

WWE King of the Ring Championship based with an additional side plate, flags removed. Dual plated.

PWA logo on the very top of the castle wall, and the inside of the side plates.

A crown each belt.

Gold, silver, and blue with the word "King" on it. Gold, silver, and pink with the word "Queen" on it. "Champion" on the bottom.

"These are the abandoned PWA King & Queen Championships. They were meant to be my Mixed Tag Team Championships. But since I had so much in my plate, and had to deal with the Festival matches setup, so I didn't know where to place them. I originally wanted to do one more event but thanks to this letter, and the whole RT stuff, I was downright tired from all of it. So I scrap the idea. But I might bring them back. I want to have at least two tournaments that haven't went down to shit. So far, three out of four tournaments had went straight to hell." Mr. Canary calmly nods.

"It seems that you're trying to tell yourself to prove something. So why?" Odowaka asked about Mr. Canary purpose.

"One of the modern day sins, validation." Mr. Canary answered.

"That reminds me of this one passenger I had. He wanted to go viral." Odowaka referenced.

"Yeah. After struggling after high school. Being homeless. Living in a broken house. I don't even have a license. I guess I want to be validated. Be recognized. Actually, I've been working on my light novel. Finished the first draft." Mr. Canary pulls out his untitled light novel manuscript, draft one. "I wanted to put PWA behind me, and do my light novel work, but I mananged to finished my first light novel after I had finished writing the Wrestle Festival Night 1. Well the original, before the Revision Version. Hmm... now I think about it, I'll release the Non-Canon Version, so the PWA fans can read what was gonna happen with the RWBY cast would had stayed. Since there wasn't an original plan for Night 2, so there's no revision of it."

"Hmm, that seems interesting. Since I am curious about how RWBY had effected the Festival." Odokawa smirked.

"Yeah." Mr. Canary smiled. Looking the landscape.

"Going back to the challengers, you don't seem to have enough to fill a calender year. So how will you determined that?" Odokawa goes back to a subject.

"I'll pull something up out of my ass for that one. But next Festival, call it jump the shark moment, I'll be hosting three nights. The traditional women's and men's night, but the third night will under Champion's Night. That way I can fill the first two nights with potential challengers. We're all going all in for the third act." Mr. Canary seems happy of his idea.

"That seems like an idea. Good or bad, it depends on the views." Odokawa said.

"Can you put on the radio for a bit? I want to sleep for a bit." Mr. Canary is leaning back.

Odokawa played the radio.
