God, Persona 5 Royal is amazing... UknownHero here and welcome to another chapter of Senran Persona! I hope everyone's staying safe and hopefully this whole thing will blow over soon... if April doesn't make things worse. God I miss outside.

So onto the reviews. To Dartz: ...Well, your suggestions would be taken into consideration but uh... already too late. We're tackling Madarame, dude. To a random Guest: A Ryuji X Homura ship...? Erm... no. Because... um... no. To Kaiser Dragon... you know what, to all your identities. Midgarsomr Jr and Thunder Dragon and whatever others aliases: We're doing our best. We know what we're doing. This story isn't close to finished yet. We have events with the other confidants but we're not there yet and you can't seem to stop reminding us when we have pages of that already. Be patient or stop reading. To StevieBond: Thanks! It took a lot of research (and by that I mean Wikipedia) to find it. Initially she was of the Moon Arcana and would've shared her Confidant with Mishima but I didn't like having two people with the same Arcana so we used unique Arcana. To Vein Bloodborne: Yumi x Yusuke...? Erm... Yumi's a romance option for Akira so... Let's leave that until Valentine's Day.

Anyway, that's it! Let's...I'm sorry.

Load Game... Start!

Chapter 34: Cooldown

(5/23, Evening)

(Shibuya, Shin Megami Apartment Complex Roof)

A crimson fiery aura and an icy blue aura shimmered atop the roof of the building as the tan skinned girl looked on at the light grey haired girl glaring at her.

"I knew this was coming..." Homura muttered as she looked at the other girl. "You...want to kill me for being an Evil Shinobi...don't you?" She calmly stated more than guessed.

"..." Yumi said nothing in response as the icy aura continued surrounding her.

"Hm...fine...if you're not making the first move..." Homura started before bringing up a hand sign. "Then let's see if you can stand a Gurentou! Shinobi..." She soon began...

However suddenly, the icy aura died down as the light grey haired girl took in a deep breath and brought a hand up to signal her to stop. "Originally, I was planning to...but with how you acted in the Palace...and as a result of awakening to my Persona...I now wish to know your story Homura-san." Yumi soon revealed.

"...Huh?" Homura dumbly got out as her aura flickered out. "Then why did you drag me all the way up here and put on this stupid show!? We could've talked inside Yumi! Gah...I was kinda looking forward to fighting you on equal grounds..." She grumbled out.

"Um...Sorry to have...what was the phrase...? Give you blue...feet...?" Yumi apologised, becoming a little hesitant. She got that saying correct, right? "I just don't have the drive today. But I promise to have a spar with you at a later date. It's been quite a while since I've had a training partner." She soon confessed.

"I can't imagine spending six months alone..." Homura sighed out. "Have your friends from Gessen visited?" She then asked.

"No, but I do call them every month, though it's usually to update my progress on my mission." Yumi answered before frowning. "But I guess...until we know more about this enemy Persona-user, I will have to slow my progress to a halt." She then added.

"I bet it was already slow to begin with." Homura muttered out. "So, what exactly do you want to know about me? She soon asked.

"Hmm..." Yumi hummed out as she began thinking about it. "How about you start from the beginning. What exactly happened to you that made you go down the Evil Shinobi path?" She soon suggested and asked.

Homura in response sighed to what was asked. "That's...a long story." She admitted. "Do you want the full version or a short version?" She soon questioned in a serious tone.

"The full version please." Yumi immediately requested in a serious tone. "I want to know your story Homura-san." She then added.

Homura in response sighed to this request. "Well, alright..." She muttered as she relaxed herself and sat down on the side of the roof while looking at the moon. "It all started when I used to be the heiress of the Shinkukage Good Shinobi clan..." She started as the light grey haired girl sat down besides her.

(Shin Megami Apartment Complex)

SHHHHHHH!

Asuka shivered as she continued preparing dinner, steak to be specific as it grilled on the frying pan. "Homu-nee, Yumi-chan, I hope you aren't fighting..." She muttered in concern. "...But I do want to spar with Yumi-chan some day..." She then admitted in a curious manner.

"Asuka." Kaeru called out.

FWOOOSH!

"WAH! WHY AM I USING A WOODEN SPOON!?" Asuka yelped out in a panic as she quickly ran it under water.

(Shin Megami Apartment Complex Rooftop)

"And, that's what happened to me." Homura concluded as she took in a deep breath.

The light grey haired girl's eyes were wide as she looked at the tan skinned girl with multiple expressions on her face. "...I want to murder your family." Yumi was the first thing she said after all this time.

"Too late." Homura reminded in a flat tone.

"R-Right..." Yumi got out as she was reminded of what happened. "So Homura-san, you were once an Evil Shinobi, but the truth behind it was that it was all a misunderstanding that stripped you of your original title as a Good Shinobi..." She soon repeated. "...and the Evil Shinobis took advantage of the Good Shinobi Code to deceive your now deceased family into exiling you." She then added in a saddened tone.

Homura in turn sighed to that as she looked at the light gray haired girl. "Yeah, and I was manipulated by my former family to the point where I started to believe it was the truth." She soon admitted.

"Hai, what you did was self defense in middle school Homura-san." Yumi replied in agreement.

"Well, I know that now but...it doesn't excuse what I've done after, you know. I've killed more people than I can count, Yumi. I'm not clean by any definition of the word." Homura stated.

"You can still change though if you try. Gessen would be willing to take you in if you explain everything in detail. I would also be willing to vouch for you." Yumi revealed.

Homura however sighed to this offer. "Wishful thinking, Yumi. I don't think they'd just forgive and forget, you know." She admitted. "Besides, I'm happy being free from a shinobi academy..." She soon admitted.

"And being with Asuka-san." Yumi added.

"I will stab you if you dare suggest anything more than a sister-like relationship." Homura bluntly growled before blinking. "Hm, I really do keep going for stabbing...my apologies Yumi." She then got out.

Yumi however shook her head to that, "It's okay. I'm sure your obsession will settle down eventually." She replied with a giggle.

Homura in turn began shivering in held back anger as she restrained herself. "I will...choke...erm...okay, I have to stop resorting to violence..." She groaned.

Yumi meanwhile giggled to this display. "Well, it is still impressive you are trying to go back to your Good Shinobi roots like your former family." She admitted.

"Yumi, my old family may have been Good Shinobis, but what they put me through was anything but just..." Homura revealed in a dark tone.

The light gray haired girl tilted her head in confusion to that. "Eh? What do you mean Homura-san?" Yumi soon asked.

"Ugh...a lot of things..." Homura muttered out. "I don't like talking about it so don't pry, alright? Just brings up bad memories..."

"Homura-san...what kind of bad memories?" Yumi however asked in concern as she took hold of her hand. "You can tell me." She then offered.

"No. It...dammit, you're not gonna let this go, are you?" Homura groaned out her guess.

"I won't." Yumi answered as she tightened her hold. "Now what happened?" She once more asked.

Homura in turn gulped in a nervous manner before sighing in defeat. "Why does everyone want to know my traumas...? Alright! Fine! God...I hate it every time!" She muttered in frustrations.

"Because there are people that would want to help if- Wait...traumas?" Yumi began explaining before stopping herself and repeating that one word. "What...do you mean by traumas Homura-san?" She questioned in even more concern and widened eyes.

To that, Homura took in another deep breath. "Well..." She started.

(Yongen-Jaya, Leblanc Attic)

"I hope you're up to no good." Sojiro got out as soon as the Leader stepped inside the cafe. "Don't forget you're still under probation, got that? One misstep and you're finished."

"Well, no one will let me forget it every damn day." Akira thought in slight frustration.

"...No good? What's wrong about changing the hearts of criminals? We're doing the right thing." Morgana stated just as his phone buzzed.

[Shut7heFUp: Damn. Legal action? This ain't funny, man...]

[TheWildJ0ker: That does sound problematic.]

[SushiRoll23: It's not like we needed more motivation...]

[Shut7heFUp: You said it. Plus, if the police hear about this, they'll totally get in touch with the school. We'll get expelled for sure this time.]

[Sweetkat06: School would be the least of our worries...We'd end up arrested. Unlawful entry, defamation...]

[Shut7heFUp: Guess that means we really can't afford to eff it up this time.]

[SushiRoll23: Yeah. For Yusuke-kun! And for all the artist Madarame has ruined!]

[Sweetkat06: Yeah, from here on out is what really matters. Let's do it!]

[Sweetkat06: Hold on...are we forgetting someone...?]

[TheWildJ0ker: Where's Homura?]

[SushiRoll23: Erm...]

[SushiRoll23: Smoothie trouble.]

"Even more? What smoothies are they making...?" Morgana got out in confusion. "Ah, that doesn't matter right now. What does is that we just need to change Madarame's heart before he presses charges. Try to focus on that problem for now." He then added.

Akira only gave the not cat a raised eyebrow before going into his room to change.

(Shibuya, Shin Megami Apartment Complex Roof)

"And...that's what happened to me." Homura once more concluded in a dead serious tone as her expression darkened.

The light grey haired girl meanwhile paled as she took in everything she learned. "W-WHA!? H-HOW IN THE WORLD WAS YOUR FORMER FAMILY ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THAT!?" Yumi questioned in shock, confusion and disgust. "MY GOODNESS HOMURA-SAN, I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU ENDURED ALL OF THAT!" She then admitted while taking the other girl's hands into her own.

"Tell me about it. . " Homura remarked in annoyance. "Honestly, them disowning me was the best thing that happened to me...until I found out they died..." She then admitted, becoming slightly saddened by the second part.

Yumi in turn nodded to this statement as she calmed herself down. "Do you...still hate them?" She soon asked in a concerned yet hesitant tone.

"...I'm not sure. I mean, they weren't the best but...to die just like that..." Homura muttered out as she balled her hands into fists in frustration. "Whoever did this to them...I'm gonna make sure they never do it to any other families." She soon declared.

"Homura-san..." Yumi muttered as she looked at the other girl in a sympathetic manner. "You've been through so much..." She then added.

"But I'm still standing, right? I'm stronger than I was before this whole thing started, and I'm going to keep getting stronger tomorrow." Homura stated. "Honestly, it's all thanks to Asuka...she helped me change for the better by accepting me for who I was and not caring about my prior circumstances. Actually at first, she reminded me of myself back in middle school." She then confessed.

"Asuka-san is a wonder...To see someone so...happy and bright throw herself into the world of shinobi." Yumi muttered to herself.

"Well...Sis does have her moments though...especially when she blamed herself for not saving Shiho..." Homura however revealed in a sad tone showing that she heard the other girl's muttering.

"I'm sure she has her limits, but...I wonder why she chose the life of shinobi." Yumi soon got out. "She seemed the most...erm, normal, out of your group." She then admitted.

"Her Grandfather, Hanzō. She wants to become a great Shinobi like him." Homura replied.

Yumi blinked at that before sighing. "...Why did you tell me who her grandfather is?" She asked in a flat tone.

"Huh? Why wouldn't I?" Homura countered with a raised eyebrow.

Yumi simply sighed again at that. "Homura-san...you should really know when to stop talking. Revealing such information so easily...Without Asuka-san's permission...If I were an enemy, I'd assassinate her as soon as I could." She pointed out as she pinched the bridge of her nose.

Homura however giggled at that statement. "Hehe, trust me Yumi, Sis wouldn't mind one bit. She would have told you herself if I didn't." She reassured as she then looked at the moon. "She's like the sun, warm and bright and that can up everyone's day...it's admirable." She soon confessed with a calm smile on her face.

"Admirable, sure, but foolish at the end." Yumi stated. "Be sure the person you're revealing such information to would give their life for you. Betrayal is an easy thing to do. For example...revealing someone's identity as the granddaughter to a legendary shinobi without getting explicit permission." She then added.

"...She would put her life on the line...for any of us..." Homura however stated in a serious tone. "And she would never betray those she cares about..." She then added.

"I know she isn't like that. I'm just telling you to be more cautious in the future." Yumi explained. "You may never know who will stab you in the back." She then advised in concern.

"I promise, even though your fears are somewhat unfounded." Homura replied with a nod. "Also, would you really try to kill her now?" She then asked.

"Oh, goodness no! Even without awakening my Persona, I would never. It would take, I don't know, her grandfather disgracing my grandfather's funeral if he, excuse me, when he has one to anger me enough to burn her school down." Yumi assured. "And that is unlikely to happen." She soon added.

"Well...he is sort of pervy for making her so innocent and not know about certain...things." Homura awkwardly admitted, confusing the other girl. "Which is why I have to at least teach her some life lessons." She then revealed.

"Like an older sister." Yumi deducted with a nod.

"Yeah...ironically becoming something like a big sister to her became instinctive for me, but I don't mind it now." Homura revealed. "Maybe it will happen to you too Yumi towards Sis." She then jokingly added.

"It's already happening with someone else." Yumi deadpanned.

"Also Yumi, about your...hate towards Evil Shinobis...don't be too harsh on all of them." Homura soon requested, confusing the other girl as a result. "Some of them are just girls that want to become Shinobis but the Good Council wouldn't allow them no matter what and gave them no choice in the end." She then explained.

"It's how my grandfather taught me and my friends though... He was exiled by the same Council though..." Yumi replied.

"Really? He went renegade?" Homura asked with a raised eyebrow.

"The Good Shinobi Council simply didn't see that his ideal world, a world without darkness, is possible." Yumi explained before her eyes widened to a thought of realization. "And...now with a Persona, I could possibly make it come true..." She muttered. "If you are willing to help, that is." She then offered.

"By changing hearts?" Homura guessed.

"Yes." Yumi replied with a nod. "Think about it. No more people like you, no more people like Madarame...we can change everything for the better!" She then stated.

"...I would want to change the Good Shinobi Council's hearts so they would accept others more." Homura revealed. "Don't tell Sis though, I haven't told her yet." She then added.

"I guess...it's a promise then." Yumi replied with a soft smile gracing her face.

"Yeah. We're gonna change the shinobi world together. Me, you and Sis." Homura declared while jumping to her feet and pumping her fists.

The light grey haired girl smiled to the idea. "Homura-san...are we still friends?" Yumi soon asked as she stood up. "I...I apologize for judging you like that..." She then added with a small bow.

"As long as you're not trying to kill me, I'm sure we can get along just fine." Homura answered. "I have a very low bar for friendship." She then jokingly added.

Yumi in response giggled to this. "Thank you Homura-san, I hope we can become good friends then. Possibly even best friends." She replied.

"And I hope you get along with everyone else. Uh...Ryuji says a lot of dumb things...And Akira's kind of an ass sometimes..." Homura got out.

Yumi however giggled at that. "Hehehe...I'll...be more tolerant of both of them, short of screaming Hey guys! I'm a Phantom Thief!" She jokingly replied."Though...I thought you'd be more tolerant of him yourself. You did say something similar today..." She then added.

"Th-That was just my Ryuji impression..." Homura stammered out in embarrassment before slightly paling. "Oh, you probably noticed us because of me..." She soon realized.

"I would've approached you guys eventually. It is alright." Yumi assured. "...Well, it's getting late and we have busy days starting tomorrow. I look forward to working with you, Homura Shinkukage-san." She then got out.

"To you as well, Yumi Tsukikaze. Have a good night." Homura politely replied with a nod.

The light grey haired girl smiled back and nodded back before they both vanished from the rooftop.

(Shibuya, Shin Megami Apartment Complex)

Homura soon reentered her apartment as she closed and locked the door behind her. "I'm back Sis." She called out.

"Oh thank goodness." Asuka quietly breathed out. "Hey, Homu-nee. Dinner's ready." She informed.

"Sure, let me wash up." Homura replied as she went to the bathroom and washed her hands quickly before settling down.

"So Homu-nee, what did Yumi-chan want?" Asuka asked in concern as the two started eating.

Homura in response smiled. "She just wanted to talk, Sis, nothing more." She revealed. "And we're still friends too." She then added in relief.

"I'm so glad. So that means you're good with Yusuke-kun too?" Asuka then asked.

"..." Homura however remained silent to that question.

"Homu-nee!" Asuka called out.

"I'm sorry, just...Give me a little time." Homura hesitantly responded. "I'll warm up to him sooner or later but...the whole thing was quite skeevy, and so soon after Kamoshida..." She then added.

"...Just please don't give him too much trouble or else you're sleeping...a pillow's width away from me." Asuka threatened.

The tan skinned girl's eyes widened in shock to that threat. "NOOOOO!" Homura cried out in a panic. "I-Is it on its side?" She then asked.

"Flat. In landscape." Asuka simply answered.

"NOOOOO!" Homura cried out once more in sadness as she fell to her knees. "O-Ok Sis...I-I'll try..." She mumbled out.

"...I'm disciplining Homu-nee more than she should be disciplining me..." Asuka awkwardly thought. "G-Good girl Homu-nee..." She then praised as she patted her head.

"...I'm not a dog, you know." Homura pointed out. "...But I like the head pat..." She then admitted.

Asuka in response giggled after hearing that. "Hehe, would you bark for me if I ask Homu-nee?" She teasingly asked as she leaned down with her breasts near her roommate's head.

The tan skinned girl meanwhile glanced up to see her roommate's breasts, blushing as a result. "R-Really close!" Homura thought in a panic before she felt her mind go blank. "Woof woof!" She suddenly barked out.

"Eh?" Asuka got out in confusion. "H-Homu-nee?" She then called out in concern.

"Bark bark!" Homura however replied as she soon began nuzzling her head in an affectionate manner.

Asuka in response gained a sparkle in her eyes to witnessing this. "Aaaaw~! Who's a good girl~? You are, Homu-nee~! You are~!" She cooed out while scratching under her chin.

"Woof~!" Homura replied as she panted like a dog.

Suddenly, it hit them what they were doing.

"...We should get ready for bed." Homura awkwardly got out.

"Yeah, we really should." Asuka muttered out as they separated before they then stripped down. 'I guess...we should never speak of that again...right?" She soon suggested.

"Yeah..." Homura awkwardly replied. "Honestly, I don't know where that came from Sis..." She then confessed. "Wolverine...don't tell me this is like Sweet all over again..." She mentally questioned in a panicked concern.

"Nope, that was all you this time." Wolverine soon replied. "You must be into the master/sub thing, huh." She then added in an amused manner.

Homura in turn blushed to the imagery.

(Homura's Imagination)

"I'm home!" Asuka called out as she entered the apartment. "Whew, long day, better get changed into something more comfortable." She muttered to herself as she started stripping herself down.

A few moments later...

"Homu-nee~ Here girl~" A black bikini clad Asuka soon called out as she walked further into the apartment.

"Arf Arf~!" Homura happily barked out before panting and making herself known as she was dressed in a brown fur bra and panties with a dog ear headband atop her head and a fake tail coming out the back of the panties that she kept wagging while crawling over to the other girl and rubbing her head against her leg.

"Your soooo cute Homu-nee~! Such a good puppy~!" Asuka praised in a delighted manner while leaning down petting her, gigging as the other girl nuzzled against her cheek with affection. "And a good puppy like you deserves a reward~!" She happily declared.

"Aroo?" Homura responded in innocent confusion and a tilt of her head.

"You very own strap-" Asuka started to reveal.

Homura however quickly shook her head of such thoughts to get rid of the images before they became more...detailed. "...Oh god I'm becoming a pervert..." Homura mentally confessed in shame as she could already hear her Persona laughing her ass off.

"What was that?" Asuka got out in confusion.

Homura blushed before muttering under her breath. "N-Nothing. Bed. Please." She soon requested.

Soon both girls got into the futon with Homura hugging her roommate, her breasts pressed against the other girl's back.

"So...you didn't awaken to something like Sweet?" Asuka suddenly asked in concern.

"According to Wolverine, no." Homura replied. "It...was all me this time..." She awkwardly admitted. "Which makes it all the weirder." She then added.

"It was cute though. I never had a dog." Asuka giggled out as she nuzzled close.

"R-Right...N-Night Sis." Homura mumbled out as she held the other girl close as the two fell asleep.

(Shinjuku, New Moon Apartment Complex)

Yumi let out a breath as she shut the door behind her before turning on the lights to reveal her apartment while she placed her bag aside.

It was...average to say the least. It was three rooms, one with a stove and fridge and her bed in the other room along with a spare futon with her bathroom connected to it with a sink, bath and shower. On her wall was a corkboard with notes and maps on it, along with a few photos of her friends as well as a bookcase with a decent assortment of books in it. The bookshelf unfortunately smelled like cat urine no matter how many times she washed it.

No wonder she got it for cheap.

But at the current moment...she promptly collapsed onto one knee. "My word...I feel like my brain has been injected with molasses..." She thought, shocked at how she was feeling. It was rougher than any shinobi training she had been through in her life. "...Why did I think that?" She soon wondered in confusion.

"You're drained after your experience. Get yourself to your bathroom and get ready for bed." A female voice advised.

"You're right." Yumi muttered before blinking. "...Eh? Fūma?" She soon realized in a surprised manner.

"Yes, my Lady?" Fūma responded.

"...You know what, I've come to terms with insanity ever since the Metaverse. Maybe even after meeting Yusuke-san." Yumi quickly and calmly decided. "So, you're my Persona..." She meanwhile stated within her head.

"I am your will given form. A manifestation of your psyche. Your mask to face life's hardships. You've done extensive research on my clan, have you not?" Fūma responded and explained.

Yumi in response nodded. "Yes. From your looks, you're supposed to be Fūma Kotaro, the fifth clan head. The rival of Hanzō Hittori." She responded in a calm manner.

"You know your history quite well, my Lady." Fūma praised in an impressed tone. "I will talk more later. Your mind needs rest. But be aware that I am always by your side." She then added.

Yumi in turn smiled in a satisfied manner. "Thank you." she replied as she made her way to the bathroom.

Yumi soon sighed in relief as she got into the bath water. "Ah~ This is nice~" She breathed out as she looked at the ceiling. "Hmm...Homura-san's past...to think all of that happened to her...and then learning that her family became victims of the breakdowns..." She muttered in a saddened tone.

"Everyone has their story, my Lady." Fūma stated, just as Yumi's phone vibrated.

[All4Painting: Are you still awake Yumi-senpai?]

[Negative8Degrees: I am, Yusuke-san. You can't sleep?]

[All4Painting: No, not at all. In all honesty, I feel like tonight will be the first time I'll sleep with no doubt in my heart.]

[Negative8Degrees: I'm happy to hear, er, see that.]

[Negative8Degrees: Yusuke-san...I want to apologise once again.]

[All4Painting: Senpai, you don't need to.]

[Negative8Degrees: I've practically left you alone for months, letting you suffer a con artist's abuse and neglect while I galavant around Tokyo doing nothing but chase after my own goals.]

[All4Painting: Senpai...]

[Negative8Degrees: I cannot even express how much regret I have for my selfishness. How can I call myself an enforcer of justice if I stand idly by while the weak are forced to fend for themselves against those with undeserved power!?]

[All4Painting: Senpai, are you simply writing...?]

[Negative8Degrees: What do you wish for my punishment, Yusuke-san? I've failed not only you, but as a friend and Kosei's Student Council President. I will gladly give you my life savings if you wish. I am so sorry and I don't think I can

Pi Pi Pi Pi Pi!

"Huh?" Yumi got out. She was getting a phone call all of a sudden. "Hello?" She soon asked.

"Yumi-senpai," Yusuke started. "You blame yourself too much. I must remind you that I played a part in Madarame's scheme. While I didn't have the power to stop him then, I do now. And I intend to ensure the downfall of this...stain of a man. Besides, I don't think you could truly stop Madarame using your...methods, I assume. That other world is our only choice now. You and I are not alone anymore. Remember that. Good night, Senpai. I look forward to knowing more about you some time soon." He then stated over the phone.

"Yusuke-san..." Yumi got out before sighing. "...Okay. Good night." she replied before hanging up.

Yumi took in a deep breath as she wrapped her hair and waist with a towel as she got her slippers on and headed for the fridge and got a glass bottle of milk before opening it and chugging down its contents with gusto. "Ahhh..." She breathed out in satisfaction before heading to bed, but not before fully drying her hair and brushing it.

She had to agree with her friend from Kosei on one thing. She felt like she would sleep with no regrets too.

Though...there was something bothering her at the back of her mind...ever since seeing Madarame's corruption...

"Hmm..." Yumi hummed herself before taking out and turning on her laptop before sitting down. "Hm...I think there's something..." She muttered as she watched her laptop start up.

Time to do a little research.

(5/24, Early Morning)

(Ginza Train Line)

Akira had been waiting at the station for about five minutes before Asuka and Homura arrived. "Morning." He greeted as the two shinobi approached him.

"Hey, Joker." Homura replied.

"So, what are we doing today? Going back into the Palace?" Asuka asked.

"No. We're going there tomorrow or the day after. We all need rest after all of that." Akira answered as he rubbed his forehead.

"That is a good idea." Homura replied in agreement.

However, at that moment...

"Ah, Akira-kun, Asuka-san, Homura-san. Good morning." Yumi greeted as she approached the three with her school bag. "I didn't think we caught the same trains to school..." She then added.

"Morning, Yumi." Akira responded. "So...how's having another voice in your head going for you?" He soon asked.

"It is...rather odd...but interesting to say the least." Yumi replied. "She talked about some intriguing military strategy while I was showering this morning." She soon revealed.

"Why are you so lucky...?" Asuka and Homura groaned in unison.

"Hm?" Yumi hummed in confusion with an innocent tilt of her head.

"Ignore them. It's...better if you don't know." Akira instructed as he blushed at the memories. So many upskirts...

"Well...whenever you're ready, Akira-san. Me and Yusuke-san are ready to steal Madarame's heart." Yumi revealed in a determined manner.

"Thank you." Akira replied as the train arrived. "We're not going today, but you do know the location of our hideout, right?" He quickly asked.

"Hai, the Shin Megami Apartment Complex in Shibuya." Yumi replied with a nod.

The others in response nodded to hearing that. "Good. See you later." Akira got out before they headed into the train.

(5/24, After School)

(Shujin Academy, 2nd Floor)

"Ugh, since visiting the bathrooms in Madarame's Palace, I can't help but notice how...musty the ones in Shujin are..." Homura muttered out.

"I know, right? But be glad we can't go into the boys' one. The one on the first floor makes me gag." Asuka informed before retching. "Urgh, just thinking about it disgusts me..." She then admitted.

"Hm...that could be a suitable punishment..." Homura mumbled to herself.

"Eh?" Asuka got out in confusion.

"Ah, just thinking about my committee and what I can do for the school." Homura explained. "Makoto-senpai should be telling me where it'll be based..." She soon revealed.

"Well, I have nothing to do today so..." Asuka started, however...

BZZT! BZZT!

"Hm?" Asuka got out as she pulled out her phone. "Kokito-san?" She muttered as she read out the number.

"Who?" Homura asked in confusion.

"Mine and Ann-chan's agent." Asuka answered. "Yes? Oh, it was just my roommate...Wait, really!?" She suddenly asked with a smile on her face. "Okay, I-I'll get there as soon as I can! See you soon!" She replied before hanging up.

Homura in turn raised an eyebrow to how her roommate was reacting. "Did something happen?" She soon asked

Asuka sighed in relief as she looked at her phone. "Well, there's a modeling shoot today Homu-nee, I'm gonna head out." She informed as she hefted her bag.

"You're going to see Ann there?" Homura then asked.

Asuka however shook her head to that. "Nah, Akira-kun told me he was hanging out with her today." She then revealed. "I'm gonna go get some work in so we can pay Ann-chan back." She soon added.

"Ugh..." Homura moaned in despair.

"Homu-nee, this time it was your fault, and now we have to own up to it." Asuka reminded in a mature manner. "I'll see you tonight." She then added.

"Yeah, I'm gonna go...wallow in my unemployment for a bit before I go job-hunting again..." Homura responded as her roommate left her in the hallway, leaving her alone. "Urgh..." She then got out.

"Homura-san." Makoto's voice called out.

Homura quickly snapped to attention as soon as she heard Makoto's voice. "Ah, Senpai." Homura politely greeted her as the Student Council President approached her. "How's things going? Principal Flab-" She started before she started coughing. "Excuse me, Principal Kobayashi still breathing down your neck." She soon corrected herself.

Makoto was about to correct her on the Principal's name, but decided against it. "He's...still getting on my case for the matter..." She confessed.

"Of course..." Homura sighed out. "Is he really expecting you to try and find information on the Phantom Thieves after what happened with Kamoshida?" She then asked.

"He does. I want to find the Phantom Thieves too, but...I can't do this, especially while I'm studying for exams..." Makoto got out. "But I do have my suspects..." She soon revealed.

This in response got the tan skinned girl's attention. "Really..." Homura muttered out. "Well, do you mind telling me who you think are involved with the Phantom Thieves?" She soon asked in a curious manner.

The Student Council President of Shujin however shook her head to the request. "No. It's my responsibility, no matter how much I dislike it." Makoto responded. "I don't want you going on a warpath against these Thieves, or else they'll change your heart to stop you or worse." She then admitted.

"They...They won't do that..." Homura muttered out as she coughed into her fist. "Look, you need to relax. I'll...help you gather information." She offered. "That damn principal's a parasite..." She meanwhile thought in anger.

"...You'd really do that?" Makoto asked as her eyes were wide to the offer.

Homura in turn nodded to that with a smile. "Of course! That's what friends are for." She replied. "My forgery skills are a little rusty but I hope Sis can help me with it." She thought.

"...Alright. I'll let you. However, do not confront them, Shinkukage-san. I can handle them myself." Makoto replied.

"No you can't." Homura couldn't help but think. "Of course." She replied with a serious nod. "Still, we have to make the Student Council's reputation better somehow." She suddenly informed.

"Don't waste your breath. I've tried, but nothing's worked so far. I swear, this school has a problem with authority figures and people who stand out..." Makoto groaned out.

"You have heard what other students say though right Makoto-senpai? About how they think you're just his, and I quote, lapdog right?" Homura then asked in concern. "And that you're doing this for a letter of recommendation?" She soon added.

"...Can...I admit that the letter of recommendation is true?" Makoto confessed. "I do want to help the students...But I do need that letter...or else..." She then added, though trailed off at the end.

Homura however narrowed her eyes to this uneasiness. "The principal shouldn't be dangling such a thing in front of you!" She soon declared, shocking and surprising the Student Council President. "The Phantom Thieves are not worth it. I mean...you're out of your depth here, Makoto-senpai, no matter who you are." She then added.

"I know but...it's likely that the Phantom Thieves are students of this school, and that my negligence pushed them into doing whatever to Kamoshida-sensei. Especially after what happened to Suzui-san..." Makoto replied as she looked down, wanting to hide her guilt-ridden face. "I get that you're worried about me but...I need to do this, Homura-san. Can you let me do this alone...as a friend?" She soon requested, though she obviously sounded depressed.

"Senpai..." Homura muttered in a concerned manner. "Dammit, the principal has her wrapped around his finger..." She thought to herself in frustration.

"Homura-san, are you...growling...?" Makoto asked in concern.

"Ah." Homura got out as she calmed herself down. "Sorry Senpai. It's just that...I just feel really bad for you with what's happening...but I'll let you do this alone, to the extent of solving the problem that is." She confessed in a sympathetic tone.

"O-Oh...t-thank you Homura-san..." Makoto replied, feeling touched to hearing that.

"Also...You secretly want to insult the principal, don't you?" Homura suddenly asked in a teasing manner with an equally teasing and amused grin on her face.

"W-Wha!?' Makoto stammered out, a scarlet blush on her face to the sudden accusation before getting closer. "W-Where did that come from Homura-san!?" She soon questioned in a whisper.

"I can see it in your eyes. Come on, let loose an insult or something. It's pretty bad to build up so much anger, you know." Homura stated as she put her hands on her hips. "I should know..." She then added in her head.

"Homura-san, as much as I honestly dislike what the principal is making me do, I have enough respect for him to not casually insult him like you. That is beneath me." Makoto replied in a harsh tone.

"Then why are your hands balled into fists?" Homura soon questioned in a more serious tone as she glanced down.

"Eh?" Makoto got out before looking down and unclenching her fists. "Ah, I apologize. This isn't the reason why I'm talking to you right now." She then added.

"...Another time then?" Homura soon offered. "You have as much of a right to vent your frustrations as anyone else." She then stated.

"Maybe." Makoto replied before letting out a breath. "Now, what I was going to discuss is about your committee..." She soon started.

"Oh!" Homura got out as her eyes widened. "What's its status, senpai?" She then asked.

"The paperwork is all done, Homura-san. Your committee is now active and has been assigned to the old Newspaper Clubroom." Makoto informed.

"...We had a Newspaper Club?" Homura awkwardly asked as she blinked to learning that.

"Very recently. It had one member so Principal Kobayakawa saw it fit to shut it down . Um...I'm going to see her later to break the news..." Makoto sighed out. She knew the girl, she was passionate about getting the scoop and informing the student body. This was going to be brutal..."Please wait for me in the room until then." She soon requested.

"Of course, Makoto-senpai." Homura replied with a nod.

"Thank you. Oh, and...Thank you for caring about the school as well and giving it a second chance." Makoto got out. "I'm sure most students have given up on it after everything, but not you. I hope your committee goes swimmingly." She then added.

"I know it will, Makoto-senpai." Homura replied in reassurance. "See you in a bit."

"Same to you. Oh, and make sure you have a blue pen and write on paper with no three holes in it. The principal is a stickler for that type of thing." Makoto soon informed.

"R-Right." Homura awkwardly replied to the specifics as the Student Council President left her alone.

A few minutes later, Homura found the new Disciplinary Committee Room. She smiled upon seeing the piece of paper indicating it as such. It was small but it filled her with pride.

"Well, it's a start." Homura thought with a solemn smile of satisfaction on her face as she looked at the room before opening the door.

Meanwhile, downstairs, Makoto looked at the ground as she clenched her fists again in frustration as she glanced towards the Principal's Office. "...Damn him..." She muttered in anger before walking past it.

(5/24, Afterschool)

(Shujin Academy, Disciplinary Committee Board Room)

It didn't take more than ten minutes until Makoto returned, carrying a stack of papers and folders with her along with a couple of silk red armbands on top of it all.

"And here. This is your official Disciplinary Committee armbands. Please distribute them to your members and make sure not to lose or damage them." Makoto informed as she handed the tan skinned girl the armbands. "It's not in the budget to produce more than what we already have." She then revealed.

"Cheapskate." Homura muttered as she got her armband on.

"What was that?" Makoto however asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Ah, it is nothing, Makoto-senpai." Homura quickly got out.

"Okay...Well, I expect reports from you every Saturday about your committee's actions." Makoto stated. "However, I must warn you, if the principal ever finds out that there is a problem with your committee, he will not hesitate to shut it down." She then advised.

"Of course." Homura maturely replied with a nod. "I will not let that happen." She then stated as she started looking through the papers.

"I know you will, but be careful." Makoto responded in a concerned manner. "Well, I'll let you get to it Homura-san. I'll see you around." She got out as she approached the door and gave a respect filled bow.

"Hai." Homura replied as she watched the Student Council President leave and closed the door. She then took in a calming breath as she adjusted her uniform. "Ok, time to begin." She stated with a grin as she began to write down some appropriate yet fair rules.

...Now if she could actually think of those appropriate yet fair rules.

"...Ah! No ogling or perving over other girls." Homura muttered in realization before checking the list of school rules already in effect...which wasn't much.

Nope. Already there.

Homura couldn't help but let her left eye twitch.

This was going to be a lot harder than she thought, but she wasn't going to let it get her down.

Several minutes later, there was a knock on the door.

"You may enter." Homura maturely and calmly informed as she tidied up the papers.

Slowly, one by one, her chosen members entered the room and took their seats and looked at the tan skinned girl as she sat in a mature manner.

"Give me a moment before I start." Homura requested as she finished up one more paper before adding it to her finish pile, which had just reached the size of her to-do pile. "Okay, it is good to see everyone again. Once again, my name is Homura Shinkukage and from this day forth, you are now members of the Shujin Academy Disciplinary Committee." She once more informed. "...Please clap." She thought to herself.

"Y-Yay..." Hitomi meekly and quietly cheered as she clapped with a smile on her face.

Homura however held back a sigh at the lack of enthusiasm, but also glad someone did. "Now then, your duty is to ensure the safety of students from teachers, each other or themselves. Now, let me be honest and say the principal doesn't believe in us. That we are nothing but a temporary PR stunt to ensure Shujin's reputation is improved and will not result in more lawsuits and students transferring. I beg to differ. The problem with today's society is that the adults...those in power...they do not understand the struggles of the younger generation."

"How long is she gonna ramble on for?" Satoshi grumbled quietly.

"Dude, shut up and pay attention." Chitose got out in annoyance.

Yui meanwhile sighed at the antics as she continued paying attention.

"The world has changed since they were 16. We have problems they would never encounter in their lives and because of it, we're suffering for it. But no longer." Homura continued, suppressing the irritated expression threatening to ruin her composure. "We are given power in order to use it to benefit each other, to help our fellow students in surviving this unfortunate prison they excuse as a school. We are not going to be like a certain sexual harassing teacher. We are not going to be like today's adults. Not now, nor ever. And if you unfortunately do, I will have to kick you out of this committee...as well as other sensitive things and or body parts."

"...I can take her if it comes down to it." Naomi quietly muttered out.

"Eh?" Emica got out in confusion.

"God, does she shlick to her own voice...?" Ichiko whispered out as she rolled her eyes. She really wanted to go home...

"Just remember, we are to be the new heart of the school alongside the Student Council, which already has a negative reputation. We are to be responsible for all our actions and decisions. We. Are-" Homura started once more pausing.

"..." The committee stared at their head as they waited for her to conclude her introduction...but it was becoming apparent that she was just thinking of the last word.

"...Students. There we go." Homura awkwardly finished her speech as the committee sweatdropped. "Now then, any questions?" She soon asked.

"Yeah, aren't you the bitch that yelled at that guy after the volleyball rally?" Satoshi suddenly and bluntly asked.

"Yeah, and she is friends with those delinquents." Yui pointed out. "Though the bitch comment wasn't necessary." She then added as she glared at the boy.

Homura in response sighed to that statement. "I...I admit that I did yell at him...however it was due to me trying to gather information on Kamoshida's abuse and it became a rather stressful day at that point to where I shamefully snapped at him after learning that everyone already knew..." She soon explained. "Also, they were only delinquents due to Kamoshida's manipulation to make them look bad and turn everyone against them. I had gotten proper explanations from them for their situations." She then informed.

"Manipulation huh...it would make sense..." Hikari admitted.

"Y-Yeah..." Hitomi replied in agreement.

"The guy did turn out to be a sicko in the end." Suzuka then reminded.

"Sure, whatever you say." Satoshi scoffed out.

"Oi Satoshi, give Captain Shinkukage some more respect!" Keiichiro however ordered in disapproval to the tone.

"Quiet down everyone!" Homura ordered before sighing. "If it is not necessary to the topic, please refrain from speaking." She then instructed.

"I apologise, Captain!" Keiichiro quickly responded.

"...Buchou, if you were hunting down information on Kamoshida...isn't it possible that you're involved with the Phantom Thieves?" Naomi suddenly questioned.

"What? Where did that leap in logic come from?" Homura questioned. "Of course I'm not a Phantom Thief or even remotely related to them, I had just noticed that things seemed off at the school and I wanted to know why and unfortunately, I came up with nothing in the end." She then explained.

"Except no one was willing to stand up apart from you and your friends..." Emica pointed out.

"And what if you did afterwards?" Satoshi asked as he narrowed his eyes and crossed his arms over his chest.

"I wish I did before his confession..." Homura responded in a saddened tone. "It is also the reason I have decided to start this committee, to prevent any more incidents like what happened as well as to ease some of the stress from Makoto-senpai, who also didn't know anything about what happened since she was kept in the dark as well." She then added.

"Your word only means so much, Buchou." Naomi pointed out. "But we won't bother you about it anymore." She then added.

"Well, if that's it, we shall start performing our duties to the school right away. Let us begin." Homura ordered.

"Uh...Buchou...what can we do right now? It's after school. Everyone's gone home for the day." Ryoga pointed out.

"This was basically the first introductory meeting to lay down the ground rules for the committee. The next meeting should be during lunch tomorrow." Homura soon explained. "However, if any of you have any suggestions to further improve the committee, feel free to speak up." She then offered in a mature tone. "But for now, you are dismissed. Please take an arm band and remember that it is now a part of your uniform." She concluded.

Satoshi scoffed as he left the room as soon as he could, with Ichiko following quickly soon after.

"Y-Y-Y-You were so c-cool, s-s-s-senpai..." Hitomi stammered out with stars in her eyes while holding her arm band.

"Thank you, Hitomi." Homura replied with a soft smile. "I'm glad you're here." She then informed.

"A-Ah...!" Hitomi squeaked out...

THUD!

Before promptly fainting...

"...I don't...I don't know where she lives..." Homura awkwardly got out in concern.

"Don't worry, I got it Homura-san. We live in the same building." Suzuka sighed out as she picked the girl up.

"Thank you Suzu." Homura breathed out in relief.

"No problem, Homura-san. Every time, it wasn't a problem." Suzu replied as she left with the unconcious girl.

"An excellent speech Captain." Keiichro praised while saluting to the tan skinned girl.

"At ease, Keiichiro." Homura replied. "And thank you." She then added with a smile. "Do you have any questions?" She soon asked.

"No ma'am! I'm sure you will be a great leader for us all." Keiichiro replied. "And if I come up with any ideas, I'll be sure to talk to you about them." He then informed as he left with his armband as another member approached.

"You were impressive Homura-san, it reminded me of myself at my old school." Yui admitted while taking her armband.

"Thank you, Kotegawa-san." Homura replied with a smile. "I promise to live up to your expectations." She reassured.

"We shall see. I expect a certain level of maturity from you, but what you've displayed on that day shows me you still have a ways to go." Yui stated as she left.

"I'm glad to be part of this, but that Satoshi guy seems bad Homura-san, watch out for him." Chitose advised, taking his armband before leaving.

Homura couldn't help but feel disappointed as everyone else left without any other questions, simply grabbing their armband and leaving her alone in the room, and began going through the rest of the paperwork. Already, some of her committee was unsure of her ability to lead them into helping in the school. Looks like she needed to work on proving herself to her members if they were to take her seriously.

But who could she start with...

Every other member probably needed to see something from her in order to give her a chance, and she was going to prove her mettle in the coming days...

But for now, she decided to finish up the rest of her paperwork and leave for home.

"Holy crap though, I had literally made up most of that speech up on the spot! I almost lost my breath from that speech!" Homura mentally admitted while taking in a breath of relief. "Go me!" She then cheered in her head. She felt like she improved both her Elegance and Maturity just from that. "Now let's get this done." She got out as she went to work on finishing up her paperwork.

About thirty minutes later, Homura had finished and was ready to go home.

However, just as she left the room, she was stopped by a girl with glasses and a notepad. It looked like she was standing just outside the room the entire time.

"Hello, you must be Homura Shinkukage. The big boobed fire bomb." The girl greeted.

"I have other traits..." Homura groaned out before regaining her composure. "Do you have a question?" She soon asked.

"Yes. Why is the Disciplinary Committee Head too cowardly to inform the member of the Newspaper Club of its closure face-to-face?" The girl soon questioned.

This in turn confused the tan skinned girl for a brief moment before her eyes widened. "Oh...you're part of the Newspaper Club..." Homura realised.

"Not anymore. Because of your committee, the newspaper has been shut down so I'm running the student forum for the school. Miss President's orders." The former member of the Newspaper Club replied. "Oh, and it's Iwamoto Tomoko by the way." She then added and introduced herself.

"What!? It was shut down because of my committee!?" Homura mentally got out in shock to the reveal. "W-Wait, no, it's the principal's fault! He shut it down!" She then tried to explain.

"Enough. It's already been done. It's too late for explanations or apologies." Tomoko stated, though Homura could easily hear the bitter tone she was trying to supress. "I'm only talking to you to let you know about the forum. It's a little similar to that Phan-site people have been talking about. It even has a poll. You should check it out some time. I'm sure you'll love the results." She then declared as she then took out her phone.

Is the Disciplinary Committee necessary?

Yes [1%]

"Wouldn't it be smarter to get a therapist?"

"The head's a psycho."

"The principal's sooooo desperate."

"If the head's reading this, please date me!"

"This is gonna fail..."

"Pfft...probably another Kamoshida situation in the making..."

"Oh, so instead of a castle with a king, it's a prison with wardens! So much better!"

Homura was expecting some negative comments, but...it felt like she was being beaten with riding crops and bean sprout pots...

Again.

"But...This is to help the school..." Homura choked out, tears at the edges of her eyes.

"People are still afraid of another Kamoshida and they're viewing the committee as a replacement to him." Tomoko explained. "Combining the fact that the already disliked Student Council President supports it and your reputation as a fire bomb, the students aren't respecting it in the slightest. I'd go as far to say that they hate you..." She then added.

"I...I see..." Homura got out as she wiped away the tears. "In any case, I truly am sorry for what happened to the Newspaper Club. It wasn't my intention for it to be shut down." She soon added with a bow. "Dammit! That neckless principal is making things worse for me! I'm not going to be a dictator!" She mentally declared in frustration to the turn of events.

FLASH!

"AH!" Homura yelped out as she rubbed her eyes. "W-What the..." She then got out in confusion.

"For the forum." Tomoko simply explained as she lowered her phone. "You better do some good around here, because I'm going to be watching every decision you make, every mistake you make. I control the school's view of your committee, so don't mess it up, alright?" She soon informed.

"O-Of course, I do aim to make this school better for everyone, and I do mean everyone." Homura responded in a determined manner. "And my first act will be getting your Newspaper Club, or something similar, up and running." She then informed.

Briefly surprised by this, Tomoko quickly regained her calm expression as she adjusted her glasses. "We'll see." She replied.

SHATTER!

I am thou, thou art I...

As to forge a new path in crimson flame,
the vow has been
made.

With the secrets of the Judgement by your side,
the forge for a new
path will be formed.

Granting great power in return.

RANK UP! Judgement Rank 1!

"Eh?" Homura thought to herself in confusion, unaware of the slight crimson shimmer coating her body. "Judgement? Rank?" She then mentally repeated.

"In any case, I'll be going now Shinkukage-san, please excuse me." Tomoko respectfully informed her with a small bow before adjusting her glasses and walking off.

Instinctively, Homura activated her Third Eye as she soon saw what appeared to be a card hovering over the former Newspaper Club member as she continued walking away. "A tarot card...is that what that voice in my head was talking about?" She mentally wondered.

"Which one?" Wolverine spoke up.

"Shut up." Homura quickly ordered before sighing. "Hm...looks like I need to improve my committee's reputation before I can really make it up to her..." She muttered to herself.

"Homura-san?" Makoto's voice called out, causing the tan skinned girl's head to turn to see said girl approaching her. "Is everything alright? Did the first meeting go well?" She soon asked in concern.

"Well...Not really. A decent amount of my own members don't exactly believe in me..." Homura answered with a sigh. "Or trust me. Or think...anything positive about me..." She then added.

"Oh...well...I'm sure they'll warm up to you over the school year." Makoto assured the upset girl.

"I...I also met the former Newspaper Club member." Homura hesitantly revealed. "And I saw the school forum poll..." She then added in depression.

"Yes...to think she was able to run that forum so quickly..." Makoto replied. "In any case, I'm sure you have the ability to turn that poll around as time goes on. Show the school what you're made of and what you can do. Create a bond with the student body, and I'm sure the school will respond in kind." She then encouraged and advised.

"I'll try to, but just seeing that poll really bothered me..." Homura sighed out. "Ugh, I need a quick distraction and forget about that for a sec..." She admitted.

"Honestly Homura-san, I actually need to vent my frustration as well." Makoto confessed, though it sounded as though she was barely holding back her anger. "Care to join me?" She then offered.

"Well, I'm always here to lend an ear." Homura replied. "Do you have anywhere to go in mind?" She then asked.

"Ahem...I don't think your ears will be necessary..." Makoto responded. "Actually, I hope you don't use them..." She then admitted.

"Hm?" Homura hummed out with a raised eyebrow.

(Shibuya, Protein Lovers)

BAM! BAM! BAM!

You know, it was quite amusing to see such a thin, feminine, cute girl like Makoto destroy punching bags like it was nothing while wearing a royal blue sports top and sweat pants. It also showed that she had a colorful language when she wasn't at school. "You piece of shit! You want some more you son of a bitch! Grrrr...AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" She swore and roared out as she threw a flurry of punches at the poor piece of gym equipment before striking it constantly with her knee.

"Yup, she needed this..." Homura thought with a sweatdrop as she drank out of her water bottle while she had her phone out in her other hand while recording the Student Council President do her thing while wearing some work out clothes consisting of a black sports top and bloomers. "You want me to print out the principal's face real quick?" She soon offered.

"My imagination is more vivid than a photo." Makoto simply replied.

BAM! PSSSSSH!

It was at that moment that one final strike literally broke the bag as sand started leaking out, snapping the Shujin Student Council President out of her rage. "O-Oh...um...sorry...!" Makoto stammered out with a blush on her face.

"Makoto-senpai, that was your third bag." Homura however informed. "I know the gym's cheap but you shouldn't destroy the equipment..." She then pointed out as she placed her phone away after she finished recording.

"Sorry...it's just...I'm good now..." Makoto panted out with her hands on her knees. "Though...I don't think I can come back here again..." She then groaned out in frustration.

"Hey, I know an awesome place to train where we don't have to worry about fees and destruction of equipment." Homura admitted.

"Um...I'll think about it, Homura-san." Makoto replied, albeit a bit uneasy.

"...We're gonna have to pay for the broken equipment, don't we?" Homura asked as she paled slightly.

"Are you kidding!? We've been trying to find an excuse to get new equipment for months! You two just gave us a valid reason to do so!" The clerk however informed her with a smile on her face. "You two can come here for free until next year!" She then declared.

This in turn caused both girls to blink to that reveal as they looked at one another before looking back at the clerk. "Um...that's not necessary...I don't want to get special-" Makoto began stammering out.

"Accept it Makoto-senpai. You really need to vent more often." Homura interrupted. "And I need the money, dammit!" She mentally declared.

"I-In any case, it's starting to get late." Makoto soon got out. "It would be best if we head home for the night." She then suggested.

"Yeah. Let's hit the showers. I had fun, senpai. Let's do this again sometime." Homura replied with a smile.

"Well...I doubt it'll be very soon." Makoto however informed. "We'll be quite busy after all. Our duties, exams and the Phantom Thieves..." She then reminded.

"Don't worry, I'll do my best to assist you in any way possible." Homura replied. "Anything to help you shoulder the burden the neckless principal has placed on you." She then added before covering her mouth when she realized she had insulted the principal.

"No...it's alright. I'll give you a pass just this once. However, I expect a professional attitude despite your personal feelings. Do not anger the principal, or he'll destroy your committee." Makoto warned.

"R-Right." Homura responded, knowing that she had to be careful from now on.

"But I'll admit..." Makoto suddenly started with a coy smile gracing her face. "He does seem to be neckless with all the fat he has on his lard like body." She then admitted in amusement before blushing and covering her mouth in embarrassment to what she just said.

Homura in turn snorted in shock and amusement to hearing that as she gave the other girl a thumbs up. "There you go Makoto-senpai, you should be more open like that." She informed in an encouraging manner as she began dragging her to the showers.

"H-Homura-san, I-I don't think you should be encouraging talk like that..." Makoto stammered out in even more embarrassment while being pulled.

"Come on...bottling up these feelings inside will only make things worse." Homura pointed out. "I mean look at you now against those sandbags, that's a result of all that pent up rage you had." She then added.

"Homura-san, let me be honest...if I release my feelings, something will die." Makoto bluntly yet seriously stated. "I don't know if it's physically or emotionally but something will die." She then informed.

"...Alright, but you better start coming here regularly." Homura advised in concern.

Makoto couldn't help but giggle to this. "Well we got free passes for a year." She reminded in amusement. "Now let's go." She then added as they arrived at the women's shower room, which was basically multiple shower heads next to one another separated by stone walls while nearby was a pillar of neatly folded towels to use. "Well, we better get to it and wash up." She soon decided.

"Of course." Homura replied as she began taking off her clothes and went to a shower stall.

It was a little embarrassing as Homura took a good few seconds to remember how to use a shower. It had been so long since the last time she had done so. There were only baths in Hebijo and her time with her roommate was not convincing her to ever switch to the fancy garden hose of loneliness.

"H-Homura-san, please stop looking..." Makoto suddenly requested with a stutter.

"Eh?" Homura got out in confusion before realizing what she was doing, glancing down at her friend's slim, naked body. "My apologies Makoto-senpai." She politely responded. "But there's nothing to be embarrassed about your own body. Come on, we're both women." She then reminded.

"I usually shower alone, Homura-san. And usually it's rude to stare." Makoto stated as she turned away from the buxom girl. Why did she have tan lines like that!?

"Well this is a public place." Homura pointed out. "And it was unintentional of me to stare and I apologize for it." She then added.

"It's okay but I do like my privacy." Makoto admitted.

"Coming from the girl who was obviously taking her own glance?" Homura teasingly countered and pointed out with a witty grin on her face.

"T-T-Well, it's only because of your..." Makoto started before she trailed off. "Your..." She hesitantly tried to say, but couldn't find the right words.

"Oh come on now, not you too..." Homura got out with a groan. "Yes, I know that I am more developed than most girls like my roommate." She then stated.

"M-My apologises Homura-san, I had not known it was a touchy subject." Makoto responded. "Though...I'm staring at...something else..." She then revealed.

"Huh?" Homura got out in confusion before looking down.

"You...have a lot of scars, Homura-san..." Makoto pointed out, eyes wide to the sight of them.

"..." Homura said nothing in response at first before sighing. "Let's just say I was a different person back in middle school Makoto-senpai. It's one of the major reasons I'm trying to change." She vaguely replied with some shame in her voice.

"Ah. Well..." Makoto got out before turning away. Best not to probe. "I-In any case...let's get washed up." She soon suggested.

"That is an excellent idea." Homura replied as she turned on her shower and ran her head under the running water, sighing in a satisfied manner to the warm water. "Makoto-senpai, may I borrow your shampoo?" She then requested while combing her hair back with her fingers.

"Hm? Oh, sure." Makoto replied as she handed the blue bottle to the tan skinned girl.

"Thank you." Homura replied as she opened it and sniffed the lid. "Mm, cool mint." She got out in an interested tone as she squeezed some out and began washing her hair.

"You're welcome. It also has conditioner mixed into it as well." Makoto replied and informed before taking the bottle back and began washing her hair as well.

"Oh, cool." Homura got out. "It definitely feels good." She then admitted.

"It's a good brand. Cheap as well." Makoto responded in satisfaction. "Usually I use it before taking exams and such to give me an energizing feeling." She then explained.

"Well, finals are in...er...July correct...?" Homura questioned.

"Yes. You better study hard, Homura-san. I'll be very disappointed in you if you get below average." Makoto advised.

Homura in response nodded. "Of course." She replied as she continued washing her head. "Hm, this shampoo is making me feel as though I could study better in the future." She thought to herself as she felt her Knowledge increase as a result. "Mental note, buy brands similar to this if they can help." She then added in her head.

Eventually, they finished their shower and started getting dressed after drying off.

The tan skinned girl soon looked at the item in the Student Council President's hands before looking up at her. "...That was a hairband?" Homura got out in an incredulous tone as she looked toward the other girl's head, seeing that one of her distinctive features was missing. "I-I thought that was braid!" She then admitted as she blinked a couple of times.

"It is pretty similar to my hair color..." Makoto awkwardly muttered out as she placed it atop her head. "I must say though Homura-san, your hair is really long." She then admitted. "You should tie it up. It might get caught in something." She soon suggested.

"I did when I first arrived at Shujin, though I just never focused on doing so. I honestly feel more free with my hair down like this." Homura replied as she flicked it back.

"Well then, don't blame me when it gets you in trouble." Makoto stated.

"I'll keep that in mind." Homura responded as they left the gym. "In any case, we should do this again in the future." She soon suggested. "I mean, we do have the free passes now for the year." She then reminded with a smile.

Makoto in response smiled back in a softer manner. "I actually would like that Homura-san." She replied. "I'll see you around, Homura-san." She then got out.

"You too. Have a good night." Homura replied as they went their separate ways for the day. "Hmm, I wonder what Sis is doing..." She soon thought as she made her way to the apartment.

(Harajuku)

"Achoo!" Asuka suddenly sneezed as her hair was being brushed.

"Hm, is something wrong Asuka?" The stylist asked while doing the brunette's hair.

"Sorry. I think flu season is coming up..." Asuka politely replied. "Don't worry though, I'm ready to model and give it my all!" She then added in a determined manner.

"That's the spirit, I love girls with spunk like yours!" The stylist replied with a smile on her face.

Asuka in turn giggled. "Thank you." She replied as her hair kept getting brushed just as well as her nails were now being filed and done by the manicurist.

"It's not a problem dear, by the time we're done, you'll be stunning for the shoot." The stylist informed in a confident manner.

"I know you will be, erm..." Asuka replied before trailing off. "What's your name again miss?" She awkwardly and innocently asked.

"It's Taeko Yamada. Ok now Asuka, please remain still as I apply your makeup." The makeup artist instructed.

"Okay, Yamada-san." Asuka replied as she did what she was told and closed her eyes.

Eventually, the stylist finished the brunette's hair and makeup just in time as her nails were done by the manicurist.

Asuka then got up from her seat while removing the cover to reveal she was wearing forest green cocktail dress that had a short skirt with pink cherry blossoms imprints on it and open toed heeled shoes as she turned to the employees with a smile. "Thank you for all your hard work for helping me prepare." She gratefully and politely informed with a bow.

"Oh, spare me that drivel. I just didn't expect a child like you to get breast implants. You must be so brave." A familiar voice got out in annoyance.

The Vice Leader blinked as she turned around to see someone approaching her wearing a cocktail dress like her own, though hers was bright red in color.

"...Do I know you?" Asuka innocently got out as she looked at the auburn haired girl. "I mean, your voice sounds familiar..." She muttered to herself. "Moh, not them again..." She meanwhile thought while mentally pouting.

"Ugh, don't act so dumb." Ranze scoffed. "...Actually, no. My mistake, you actually are that stupid to forget someone like me, Ranze Himenojou." She then quipped out with a smirk on her face.

"...Who?" Asuka innocently asked.

"Ugh, this is why I don't like children..." Ranze scoffed out as she looked away from the brunette.

"Listen, I don't care if you don't like me," Asuka confessed in a serious tone. "I am just as much of a model as all of you." She then declared with pride in her voice.

"Know your place, newbie." The head of the group growled. "You're just lucky unlike everyone here, who actually worked to get where they are. Oh, but I bet you don't know a thing about that do you? Why don't you just go home and study like the good little girl you should be." Ranze added.

"Because I actually have a job as a model too?" Asuka countered.

"Part-time. You aren't a real one just yet, if you can make it to that point." Ranze reminded in annoyance as she placed a hand on her hip. "Ugh, you and that Takamaki girl don't deserve to be here..." She then muttered.

Asuka however narrowed her eyes in response. "You take that back." She all but ordered in held back anger. "We have every right to be here working with each other just as much as you. And while you keep complaining and moaning, you should be doing your own job instead of gossiping and putting others down like that." She then declared in a lecturing manner.

"Wha!? How dare you!?" Ranze got out, shocked and angered at being lectured at. "You should learn to respect your elders." She then stated.

"Well, you're not exactly giving much reason to do so." Asuka countered. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a shoot soon with the people I do respect, so please leave me alone." She then requested. "Also, these are not implants." She soon corrected.

"Whatever, tubby." Ranze replied with a huff as she walked away with a sashay in her hips while flicking her hair back.

"...I'm not fat...am I?" Asuka mumbled out in concern as she looked down at her body. She did eat a beef bowl on her way here...

"Of course not, she's just jealous." Another model with brown hair wearing a similar dress in yellow got out as she approached the brunette. "Though I have to admit, they are amazingly developed for a sixteen year old." She then added in amazement.

"I have other traits..." Asuka mumbled out in a depressed tone.

"Oh, that's a compliment Shirokage." The model corrected in amusement. "Now come on, your part of the shoot should be starting soon." She then advised.

"Right. Thank you, senpai!" Asuka replied with a nod before walking over to the set.

The other model meanwhile smiled to that. "Hehe, senpai." She giggled out in amusement as she walked over to watch the girl.

"Just in time Shirokage, get into place!" The photographer replied. "Now remember, the setting is a night at a club." He then instructed.

"Hai!" Asuka replied in a determined manner while preparing herself. "I wonder what Yumi-chan is doing..." She meanwhile thought as she got herself ready to pose.

(Shibuya, Central Street)

"Achoo!" Yumi sneezed before swiftly wiping her nose with a handkerchief. "Flu season..." She muttered to herself before spotting her destination. "Ah." She got out with a smile.

Yumi let out a breath as she climbed up the stairs and into the small diner. Such a calming atmosphere...if it wasn't for all the people inside making noise. The diner had recently gone through some renovations and a lot of customers came to see what had changed. "Hm...perfect." The new Persona-user thought in a satisfied manner as she got herself a seat.

A few minutes later, a waitress came up to her for her order.

"I'd like some coffee and...Hm...a Sando Surprise." Yumi answered as she put down her menu.

"Of course. Your order will be ready in 30 minutes." The waitress replied.

"Thank you." Yumi replied with a nod as the employee left before pulling out her laptop.

Today was like any other day outside of school, despite the change in location. A few of her informants and clients decided to meet her in Shibuya today to exchange information and money. Yumi didn't mind, she did want to visit this place by herself after her discussion with the Phantom Thieves. Plus, this was a good opportunity to do her homework and such.

"It seems you have a busy life." Fūma remarked.

"It keeps my mind sharp. I haven't trained seriously since I left Gessen. I really should get back into training though. Madarame's Palace is quite dangerous." Yumi mentally replied and decided as she began working on her report on- "Guh..." She groaned out as she remembered what was about.

The Infinite Spring of Brilliance: An Analysis of Ichiryusai Madarame's Works

"...I should start again with a new topic..." Yumi sighed out, but winced at the number of pages she had already dedicated to her assignment. "...Then again, one hundred pages might be...a bit much..." She sheepishly admitted in a whisper before deleting the file and opening a new document. "Hmm, I believe...fifty pages should do. Oh, Leonardo Da Vinci would be a much better topic." She soon decided with a nod of self-approval to the decision as she went to work.

She was only ten pages in when her first informant sat in the seat across from her. "Ah, Rohan-san, good evening to you." Yumi politely greeted.

"Good to see you again, Yumi-chan." Rohan replied with a nod as he sat down. "This place is quite noisy today..." He then admitted.

"That doesn't mean we shouldn't exercise caution. People can have very good ears." Yumi stated and advised. "Now, what information do you have?" She soon asked.

"Well, there's been a few rumors around town regarding a street artist around Shinjuku..." Rohan soon informed.

"Why would I be concerned about a street artist?" Yumi questioned with a frown.

"Apparently, he tells people the blunt truth about their lives and collects their tears on his canvas." Rohan informed.

"I still don't see the reason why this should be brought to my attention yet. Some people need to be told the truth, no matter how much it hurts." Yumi got out, her artist friend flashing in her mind.

"...Some of the blunt truths have been so harsh that the victims have committed suicide from falling into despair." Rohan soon revealed in a serious tone. "Never finding love, telling them their life is worthless to their bosses, that they will never succeed in life, I even heard that he's been setting up these truths. All just to collect their tears for his collection." He then stated.

This immediately got the light grey haired girl's attention. "W-What!?" Yumi gasped out. "Do you have anything else you can tell me about this artist? Is anyone doing anything about him?" She soon asked.

"No. This guy moves around a lot and no one really knows his name. He's only known as the Master of Misery. I'll do my best to dig up a little more info but otherwise, that's all I know about him." Rohan replied.

"...I need more information about this street artist. Thank you for bringing this to my attention Rohan-san." Yumi thanked her informant. "I'll give you a bonus once you nail down his location and his name. For now, keep your head down. Your money will be sent tomorrow." She then informed.

"Thank you. Have a good day." Rohan replied as he got up from the seat.

"You too." Yumi replied with a nod as she watched her informant leave. "I should take care of this street artist myself..." Yumi thought as she closed her eyes. "But...I'm not sure how I can approach this...Nonetheless, I should wait until Rohan-san gives me more info on this person..." She then added in her head before remembering what was possible now. "Maybe I should bring Akira-san and the others attention to this when I obtain his name..." She mentally decided just as her order arrived.

"Here you go, one Sando Surprise." The waitress informed as she placed the food on the table.

"Ah, thank you." Yumi politely replied as she went back to her report, doing it with relative ease while grabbing a sandwich to munch on. She wasn't Kosei's Student Council President for nothing. She had worked hard during her time at Kosei as she became one of its top students with the highest grades as well as becoming well versed in technology. Of course, being in a Death Cram School and being the big sister to her friends helped, but no normal shinobi could ever handle someone like her artist friend at her current school.

Her afternoon went on like so, meeting a few more informants and two clients, who paid her for her information, all while she worked on her report.

Honestly if she wasn't a shinobi and now a Phantom Thief, she would make an excellent CEO of a company.

However, she couldn't show the world justice behind a desk, could she? No, she honestly wanted more now after awakening to her Persona, but was unsure how.

"...I'll find my answer eventually." Yumi whispered to herself as she looked at her assignment progress. "Oh." She got out as she blinked.

56 pages.

Yumi let out a breath and relaxed in her seat. Finally, her daily duties and homework were done. She checked the time on her laptop and saw only two hours had passed. It felt longer to her, but she didn't mind. It gave her more time to move on to her personal research.

However, before she could even do that, she heard a familiar voice cut through the noise of the diner.

"Hey, um...There's something I want to talk to you about, Akira." The familiar voice got out. "...It's Shiho." She then added.

"Ann-san? Akira-san?" Yumi whispered out as she realised they were sitting in the booth behind her, the back of Akira's head mere inches away from hers.

Yumi couldn't help herself and eavesdropped on the two.

"Well...I went to visit her in the hospital." Ann continued. "She...She said she was sorry. Sorry for not telling me about Kamoshida...about all the things he was doing to her...But it was my fault too. I didn't realize how much trouble she was in...I wasn't there for her...So, I apologized as well." She said.

"She's so strong." Akira admitted with a smile.

"Isn't she? Shiho really is a great girl." Ann giggled out.

"I'm glad I finally got to tell her everything I couldn't bring myself to say before. And, um...remember how Kamoshida threatened to take Shiho off the team if I didn't sleep with him? I had only agreed to it so that I wouldn't ruin Shiho's dreams..." Ann admitted as she looked down in shame. "But now that I think about it, he never would have put her on the bench and cost his team games...I seriously should have dared him to try and take her starting spot... .But in the end, maybe I just didn't believe in her ability." She muttered out.

"You can't blame yourself, Ann." Akira stated with a frown. He knew if he agreed with her line of thinking right now, he would get closer to her, but...she needed comfort, not confirmation.

"But...it all happened because I was weak." Ann got out, feeling her heart clench. "That's why I believed Kamoshida's authority outweighed Shiho's own ability to earn her starting spot." She then admitted.

"Well, with how Kamoshida was, I doubt he'd let her earn her spot the honest way..." Akira thought with a frown.

"Akira, do you remember the last time I talked to you like this?" Ann suddenly asked. Akira nodded in response. How could he not? "When I got that phone call from Kamoshida...and cried. I felt so alone...scared, even...But because you were there for me, I decided not to go. I was a little surprised at how pushy you were about it...but I see now you just wanted to help... .Thanks." She got out with a smile.

"I couldn't just ignore you." Akira stated with a serious expression on his face. "I wouldn't be here, doing what we do, if I just let cries for help go after all." He then got out.

"You're so kind, Akira." Ann soon confessed in a grateful manner before sighing. "Back then, people used to call me all sorts of names...Prissy bitch, Kamoshida's girl...I got tired of it pretty quickly. But to tell you the truth, someday I want to be able to take labels like that in stride."

"You've come to the right person then." Akira replied with a small, joking smile.

"Well, if it had to be anyone, it would be you." Ann muttered out with a small wince. Nonetheless, she gave him her own smile. "Hey, um...Personas are the power of the heart, right? That means if my heart gets stronger, my Persona will too." She then got out with a serious expression on her face. "So...I want to strengthen my heart. And I want to use that strength to help the people around me. I hope we can save people from trouble, just like we did when we changed Kamoshida's heart. Though honestly...I don't even know what strong is. But I'm going to find the answer, I promise."

"I'll help." Akira soon offered.

"Really!?" Ann gasped. "Thanks! I feel a little stronger already! Hehehe...I guess that doesn't really count though, huh? Well...I'll be relying on you. Let's train together and make our hearts super strong!" She declared.

"I sense a heightened motivation from Ann..." Akira thought as he felt his bond with the ash blonde deepen.

"Alright." Akira thought as he mentally fist pumped.

"A strong heart...Hmmm..." Ann muttered and hummed to herself as she gained a thoughtful expression. "How about this: I won't get any refills on fountain drinks! I mean, they're free, so not getting any would mean you have a strong heart!" She suggested with a bright smile.

Akira only gave her a slight chuckle, trying to draw her away from the sweatdrop on his forehead.

"...Is that not right?" Ann guessed before sighing. "Well, I gotta go. I'll see you later." She then got out.

"Yeah. See ya tomorrow." Akira replied with a nod as he watched the ash blonde leave before leaning back in his seat. "You know, it's rude to listen in on conversations you're not a part of." The Leader suddenly chided.

"Eep!" Yumi yelped out in a flustered manner before quickly regaining her composure. "How long have you known?" She soon asked.

"Since I walked in, Yumi." Akira casually informed. "You aren't that hard to spot." He then added.

Yumi couldn't help but look down at her...assets. "Akira-kun..." She began in a disapproving tone.

"I was talking about your hair." Akira clarified. "Not many people have grey hair while they're in their teens. You know, unless you're overworking yourself or you've dyed it." He then explained.

"Actually I was born with this hair color Akira-kun." Yumi revealed and corrected in amusement.

"Huh, that's interesting." Akira muttered out. "...We should probably face each other when we talk, you know." He then suggested in amusement.

Yumi coughed as a blush grew across her face as she quickly picked up her things and moved over to the booth behind her.

"So Yumi, what were you doing here exactly?" Akira soon enough asked in a curious manner.

"Oh, I was just working on my own duties. Meeting people and such as well as rewriting my homework assignment." Yumi answered as she stretched her limbs. "It was about Madarame." She then revealed.

"Ah. Well, you shouldn't just trash an entire essay. You worked too hard on it, despite the subject matter." Akira advised.

"Actually after looking it over, I realized I had written too much in the first place." Yumi revealed. "In hindsight, over one hundred pages is a bit much for an assignment." She then admitted.

"...You looked up to him, didn't you?" Akira guessed.

Yumi couldn't help but sigh. "Despite knowing his secrets...he still took Yusuke-san in and his philosophy isn't bad...it's just that he doesn't believe in his own words. He...reminded me of my grandfather...before we saw his darkness..." She confessed.

"Your grandfather?" Akira however repeated in curious confusion.

"As I had mentioned yesterday, I lost my parents as well...my grandfather took me in soon after...as well as several other girls." Yumi soon revealed.

"He took care of others besides you...all by himself?" Akira then asked. "As well as trained you all in being shinobis?" He also guessed in a whisper.

Yumi in response nodded to the guess. "Yes. He gave us the power to show justice to the world, to rid it of all scum and evil. That is his dream, that is my debt to him." She replied.

"That's a noble goal...though, not a healthy one." Akira stated, shocking and confusing the girl. "Everyone is a different shade of grey...even you and your hair." He then added.

"However, after awakening to my Persona, it has helped me to realize that...Ojii-sama unintentionally caused us to view things in a black and white manner." Yumi soon confessed. "I attacked you without talking, I tried to kill you without a second thought merely because it would be justice to destroy you." She then reminded in shame. "I was no better than the truly evil shinobi...killing and causing chaos simply on a whim..." She concluded.

"Yumi..." Akira whispered out. "What do you want me to do?" He then asked.

"...Teach me justice...Akira-san." Yumi soon requested.

"Well you're already joining the Phantom Thieves." Akira reminded.

"I know, I know...but...it feels like I don't know anything else about justice...real justice I mean." Yumi explained. "Someone who would've supported justice would've stopped Madarame without needing to change his heart. Until I awakened my Persona...I never felt so weak. So useless." She soon confessed in a depressed manner. "Please...help me..." She soon requested.

"Well...I'm not sure how to..." Akira admitted with a frown. "I have my own definition of justice, and everyone's definition is different. Take Kamoshida for example. A lot of people would've killed him and not feel guilty about it. He was scum, he did things unbecoming of his profession and a human being. No one would miss a bastard like him, not even his own parents. To others, they would've released the video and be done with it. Maybe play with the timing and release it just before the board meeting. But to me, Ryuji and the others...it was more satisfying to make him confess, to put in the work to make him own up to his crimes and let him wallow in his misery for life. You might not like what my justice is, and I don't want you to just blindly follow my word. I know my right and wrong, and you should too." He then explained.

"I see...In any case, I apologize for spying on you and Ann-san, my curiosity got the better of me." Yumi got out in a slightly shame filled tone before getting out of the booth. "Now if you excuse me, I must be leaving now." She then informed.

Akira suddenly realised this was the perfect opportunity to get closer to the grey haired girl and had to think fast.

"No, Yumi, stay." Akira quickly got out. "Let's make a deal. I'll try and help you understand what justice is, but you have to give me something in exchange." He then offered.

Blinking to that, Yumi sat herself back down as she looked at the Leader. "Those are your terms, hm? Okay, I'll allow you full access to my information network. You're relying on the Phantom Aficionado Website for targets, correct?" She soon asked.

"Yeah. The admin gives me a heads up on targets on occasion." Akira answered.

"Well...unfortunately for us, not everyone is brave enough to post online, even anonymously." Yumi revealed. "However, I can obtain info and give you targets you wouldn't normally find. Plus...it may give the illusion that the Phantom Thieves are always vigilant to everyone's plights, not just those on the site." She then explained the plan she had.

Akira in response nodded to that reveal as he adjusted his glasses. "I had the feeling that would be the case." He replied with a nod. "Alright, we have a deal." He soon decided.

"Thank you, Akira-kun." Yumi replied with a smile as the two shook hands.

(Fast Forward)

"That Phantom Aficionado Website can only provide so much information. We've scanned through the entire history of the site and found targets that were never mentioned at all before their heart was changed. There had to be someone out there gathering information in real life, someone who could get any information they wanted with enough time. It only stands to reason that the Phantom Thieves have their own personal information network." Sae deducted as she stared into the Leader's eyes. "Tell me...who is giving you this information?" She demanded.

"Heh, you have to ask the beauty who runs it." Akira answered with a smirk.

"Alright." Akira thought with a mental fist pump.

"Also if you know who it is, may you send me a link to the administrator to the Phantom Aficionado site? I would like to anonymously get in contact with them if possible and make them a part of my information network if possible." Yumi soon requested.

"You mean Mishima? Sure." Akira replied as he pulled out his phone. "I'm sure he'll appreciate interacting with a beautiful girl on a daily basis." He then added in a joking manner.

"A-Akira-kun..." Yumi squeaked out as she felt her face get hot. "Also...I might give you a little training on the side, if you wish." She then offered.

"That sounds fine. I need all the training I can get." Akira replied with a nod.

"Well...it's getting late, Akira-kun. See you tomorrow?" Yumi replied as she got up from her seat.

"Definitely. Have a good night." Akira replied once more with another nod.

"Good night Akira-kun." Yumi said as she left the restaurant.

"Ugh, Morgana's gonna get on my case for being late..." Akira thought as he rushed back to Leblanc.

(5/24, Evening)

(Shibuya, Shin Megami Apartment Complex)

The two roommates were eating dinner as the tan skinned girl was talking about the events of her day.

"...so in the end, we got free admission to the gym for a year because of her." Homura finished her story.

"W-Wow, so Makoto-chan destroyed three sandbags at the gym?" Asuka asked in amazement to hearing that.

"She had a lot of pent up anger...and I even recorded it." Homura replied. "I gotta say, she's an impressive fighter for a civilian." She then admitted.

"Erm...did you ask Makoto-chan about filming her?" Asuka asked in concern. "She probably wouldn't like it if you kept something like that without permission..." She then pointed out.

"True," Homura replied in agreement. "Honestly, I was gonna show it to the others to prove that she's not as bad as they think she is with all of her pent up rage towards the principal." She then explained.

"I think they'd just be afraid of her more than sympathetic." Asuka however got out.

"Even when started swearing?" Homura then asked as she started the video with the volume on full blast.

"YOU WANT SOME, YOU SHITHEAD! SHUT UP! JUST SHUT UP! I HAVE EXAMS, YOU ASSHOLE! ACT LIKE AN ACTUAL FUCKING ADULT AND DO YOUR OWN DAMN JOB YOU PIECE OF SHIT! FUCK! FUCK! FUCK! FACE MY FIST OF JUSTICE! RAAAAAH!"

"...Especially when she starts swearing." Asuka automatically answered after hearing that. "Also...imagine if that video got out..." She then added.

"Pfft! No it won't." Homura scoffed.

"That's what we thought about the Shiho video." Asuka reminded.

That in turn caused the tan skinned girl to pale. "Oh...right..." Homura got out.

"I mean, do you know what would happen if that same Mysterious Benefactor gets a hold of it?" Asuka replied.

(?)

"Mwehehe! HAHAHAHA! Oh man ...this is so going into the Personal Amusement folder."

(Shin Megami Apartment Complex)

"Fine. Deleted." Homura decided with a sigh as she did as such...after making a backup just in case. "Urgh, why can't the others understand what Makoto-senpai is going through..." She then groaned out.

"I get what you mean, but to them, Makoto-chan is an enemy of the Phantom Thieves, so they aren't willing to get so close to her like you just in case." Asuka explained in a saddened tone. "Anyways, we have our own problems, Homu-nee." She then reminded.

"Ugh...Madarame and his legal action against us..." Homura groaned. "Why is he so guarded that he's willing to sue teenagers...?" She mumbled.

"The reason doesn't matter anymore. We have until the end of the exhibit to take Madarame's heart. Don't worry, we can do this. Especially with Yusuke-kun and Yumi-chan's help." Asuka replied.

"I know...and despite my reservations with...certain people...they'll be important assets to the team." Homura replied.

"Besides that, I can't wait to fight alongside Yumi-chan and Yusuke-kun!" Asuka admitted. "We should start making up code names for them." She then added as they started washing the dishes.

"Hey, save it for when we're in the Metaverse." Homura got out with a smile. "But for now, it would be best if you head to sleep for the night." She then advised.

"Right!" Asuka replied in a giddy manner. "Oh, I'm so excited..." She then declared.

"I am too Sis, but for now, sleep is our main priority." Homura stated in a mature manner. "We'll need that energy for the Palace after all." She then reminded.

"Right." Asuka replied as she began taking her clothes off. "Oh yeah, I didn't talk about how the shoot went." She mentally remembered. "Oh well, I'll tell Homu-nee in the morning." She then decided in her head as they headed into the bedroom and went into the futon.

"Ahhh..." The two breathed out in satisfaction.

"Mm~ Cool mint..." Asuka mumbled out in a pleased manner. "You smell good." She then complimented as she snuggled deeper.

"Why thank you Sis. Makoto-senpai introduced me to this brand. I'm going to have to get her to tell me where she buys it tomorrow." Homura revealed. "I'll ask Makoto-senpai tomorrow where the store is so we can buy some shampoo." She then added.

CHU!

Homura then kissed her roommate's forehead. "In any case, good night Sis." She softly got out as she drifted off to sleep.

"Good night." Asuka replied as she drifted off as well for the night.

(Shinjuku, New Moon Apartment Complex)

Yumi sighed as she laid in her futon after the long day she had. "If I start buying bread on the way to school, I can shave off a few minutes...no no, that is not healthy and it would only save me time getting to school. Maybe I should reduce my homework time...but I cannot just force myself to fit four hours worth of work into two hours...I could step down as Student Council President...No, I can't...But I can leave some work to Shizue-san...!" She then realized.

"Yes! I had almost forgotten that it is the duty of the Vice President to assist the President!" Yumi cheered out, sitting up as a result as she raised her arms into the air.

It then suddenly hit her that she had no friends outside of Yusuke prior to getting a Persona, and that was why she had such a full schedule.

"Hmm..." Yumi hummed out as she looked around. "I never quite realised until now...how lonely I am..." She soon muttered to herself as she glanced at the photo of her team...her sisters/friends back home, causing her to smile sadly. "...I can't see you yet...not until Madarame pays." She thought while getting out of her futon before going over to her phone and turning it on, seeing her lock screen.

It was of herself and her grandfather, Kurokage. A photo taken before she left all those months ago.

"Ojii-sama...the world truly is corrupt and complicated...but in a manner you never thought of...but it doesn't matter. I will give you your ideal world." Yumi soon promised before unlocking her phone, seeing the Metaverse Navigator app on her phone.

Yumi simply smiled as she heard her Persona laugh in a rebellious manner. "One heart at a time." She concluded as she plugged her phone back into the charger as a yawn escaped her lips before going back into her futon.

Tomorrow was going to be yet another big day like this.

Especially now when you're a Phantom Thief.

Whew! Done! Ugh... most of this wasn't prewritten. And as I was reviewing the Main doc... I realized that we need to fix the timeline because I wasn't thinking when writing a few parts. It's gonna be a bitch to reorganize and rewrite and work out the dates.

UknownHero signing off, my friends!
