Chapter One: Scamp
One day as Alexis is running with the other dogs she soon stops upon seeing a grey dog behind a white fence.
"What'd you find here Alexis?" Angel asks as she comes over.
"Another dog and from the looks of it he's stuck inside a fenced yard." Alexis says.
"Hey Angel, Alexis! Huh? Why don't you come on out okay?" Mooch asks as he and the others come over.
"I can't." The dog says as he shows he is on a chain.
"The pup is in chains." Francois says.
"Come back you mangy mutt!" A voice shouts revealing to be the dog catcher chasing Buster.
"And we got company." Alexis says.
"Hold still! So I can take you in all peaceable-like. Hey! Where'd you go? Ah. What the- Hey drop that!" The dog catcher shouts as the group places keep away with his hat before the dog catcher catches Buster in his net.
"Oh boy." Alexis says.
"Hey gotcha! It's off to the pound with you big fella." The dog catcher says before Buster growls and gets out of the net before catching the dog catcher with the net and jumping onto the vehicle with the hat.
"Show off." Alexis says.
"Yeah." Angel says as she chuckles.
"Boy when I get outta here l'm gonna do something fierce. I'm gonna get you- You little mutt! You're gonna see what mad is! I'll get you yet you hooligans!" The dog catcher shouts as the group runs off.
*Timeskip*
Later that night as Alexis and Angel are digging through some trash cans they notice the dog from before come up and dig around in a trashcan.
"Pretty good pickin's huh?" The dog says as he comes out with a banana peel on his snout.
"Maybe but it's more clear you know your way around an alley." Alexis says.
"Which isn't very good." Angel says.
"It's that obvious?" The dog asks.
"Just a bit." Alexis says as she smiles slightly.
"This tag your diploma on your street cred?" Angel says as she and Alexis see the dog has a collar and license.
"Yeah. I uh just graduated." The dog says nervously.
"Sure you did." Alexis says in disbelief.
"If that's true then you ought to have no problem replicating this move. Any street dog knows it." Angel says as she does trick with the trash cans.
"Awesome job Angel!" Alexis says happily.
"Thanks Alexis." Angel says as she comes walking back over.
"Wow! Slick move! I mean that's kid stuff." The dog says as he tries to replicate the move but fails.
"Yeah right." Alexis says.
"Maybe. But we can see you come with your own style too. Listen up. We both know you're not a street dog. You don't belong on the streets. You won't last long. So go home." Angel says before she runs off.
"My friend is right. You need to go home." Alexis says as she looks at the dog.
"Why?" The dog asks curiously.
"Because it's not safe here. So leave okay?" Alexis asks before she runs off to catch up to Angel.

Life story: Alexis was born in the mountains with her mother and her father. She is the only one of her litter. Her parents and pack both were killed when she was 3 by another wolf and his pack. Thanks to her mother she survived the slaughter and was raised by an old dog.
