Lisa jumped when she heard Jack's voice. "Sorry," he said. "I didn't mean to startle you." "It's fine," she mumbled. "I wanted to ask you something," said Jack. He cleared his througt. "Um I was wondering if maybe," he paused "You'd like to dance with me?" Lisa smiled sweetly "Ok," she said and took his hand.

Jack took Lisa's hands in his. They swayed gently to the music. Couples around them were dancing. Dogs were barking and children were playing. Jack spun Lisa around. The song ended and they parted. They moved off the dance floor. "Lisa?" said Jack. "Yes?" "I have a fishing cabin about half an hour away from here. Would you like to come fly fishing with me sometime?" asked Jack, nervously. "I'd love to," replied Lisa, smiling. "What day are you free?" said Jack. "How about Saturday?" asked Lisa. "It's a date."

Later

Lisa sank down onto her couch, she tried to go through some paperwork, but couldn't concentrate. She kept think about Jack. Had she really agreed to go fly fishing? Lisa thought to herself. She had never been fly fishing before. Maybe I should cancel thought Lisa. No, she didn't want to cancel, how hard could it be?
