Orotsu was quick to start checking over stock and fix up breakfast meals. Suiryu agreed to stay at the restaurant to help protect it with Tsuruga. Fumio would sit in the back room and was given various schoolbooks to read through. Tacki and Kamiko would work with customers and serving food once the restaurant opened. Inichi brought Bane to them when he was ready, and now the S class hero was eating breakfast. When they saw Chikao appear, it was Kamiko that agreed to teach him what to do.

"We are expecting some very important guests from the Hero Association. I'll show you what to do. It's very easy," she smiled. "I am Kamiko. I used to be a monster. Our photos are on the wall. I tend to run the greeting station and ensure that heroes are found according to the Hero Association listing. If they are not on that list, we treat them as paying customers. It's all on the main computer up front. We can set you up with a login and password later on when you get more familiar with how the restaurant is run."

"Got it," Chikao nodded and made notes on his pad of paper. She began to inform him of the raffles that happened as well as other promotions for the Hero Association that were there. "What of the table in the back there? With the stairs? Is that something special?"

"That is where Lady Mitsumi and Mr. Saitama reside when they are here. Ah, look! They are sitting there now to be served something light. Orotsu has it to where he can send them specialized dishes, too. None are to be seated there. It is their designated area at all times. If there is problem, they take care of it. They are also contacted quickly to see to any issues. This is Lady Mitsumi's restaurant, but as she is engaged to him, they both run this place," Kamiko smiled. She looked over to see Tacki putting up a stage now with the materials that were delivered in the back. Kamikaze sat close by to watch her work.

"Hold this," Tacki said and gave him a roll of red velvet. Then she gave him a small bucket of nails. "And this!"

"Hey! What are you…?" he frowned and blinked when she took the stick out of his mouth to kiss him deeply and put the stick back. "Damn it, Tacki…"

"What? I reward you for helping me!" she grinned and put some nails in her mouth before taking a hammer out from her overalls pocket. She scanned where to start putting the nails in and set a nail up. "Okay…I can start…here…"

He chuckled, shook his head and sighed while she worked. She was soon taking the fabric from him to roll out over the planks before hammering in the nails to secure it all down. She reclaimed the nail bucket after to finish it off. Putting the hammer back in her side pocket, she took out a set of scissors from another pocket to trim off the excess material. Jumping back, she surveyed it and ran into the back room to bring out a saw and a sander. Now he just gaped at what she was doing.

"Ah…why…?" he asked.

"You work with swords. I work with tools. Let me do my thing," she said bluntly to get him sighing even more. Mitsumi found herself giggling in Saitama's lap now. Right after Tacki smoothed out the edges of the wood to make a circular stage, she looked at Kamikaze. "Okay, I need to get to the ceiling. Can I get on your shoulders, please? I need to make hooks for lighting."

"Seriously?!" he asked.

"Well, if you can't do it, I can have Inichi or Zenchu help me," she pondered. Then she squeaked when he picked her up to let her sit on his shoulders.

"Damned guilt trip from hell…" he grunted.

"You don't like being kept on your toes?" she grinned sweetly at him.

"Yeah, yeah. Fix the damned ceiling," he smirked at her. He accepted the small kiss she was able to give him now before she sat back up on his shoulders.

"I just need the beams. So…we need to go to the second floor," she frowned and found herself being carried there now. While she was working on the hooks for where the future lights would go for the stage, Genos was at a small laptop to build the website. Inichi was able to help with this, too, with the most up to date information to add. They looked over to see the board members at the entrance to Neutral Grounds. Kamiko was quick to let them in and get seated in the main room.

"As we have a couple hours before official opening time, we can have you sit here," Kamiko said and displayed the menus. The rather important man was there, too, to help bear witness and take notes. He was very pleased with how the place was and found a seat that was easy for him to listen in at.

"Thank you," the first board member said. Various staff were now seated around the place, and Sweet Mask was soon there to be seated. After they ordered and were served glasses of water, Inichi cleared his throat.

"There is too much to say. So I will give it in visions," he said and carefully filtered out the information. Sweet Mask was reviewing everything calmly. Then he began to pale. After another moment, he began to shake.

"This…this is…" Sweet Mask had no words to describe it.

"Miu Takashi is an actual monster?!" the second board member blinked.

"I mean…if this is true…" the third board member frowned. "What of the children she had?"

"We believe the birth mother was killed. Her form was taken over," Inichi said. "Lady Mitsumi's tormentor was also a monster. Recall the phrase 'job well done'. I knew it was a code word."

"They said it to each other to identify…" Sweet Mask cringed.

"Apparently, some people really are monsters of the worst kind," Fubuki sighed and shook her head. Rendor and Tatsumaki were seated at a usual window booth to listen calmly. King and Kianna looked at each other with small frowns. Kamikaze and Tacki were now sitting down to observe everything. Richoo and Tsuruga were sitting near the back entrance to the kitchen to give their sighs. Fumio was still reading the schoolbooks, but he was mildly listening in from Orotsu's serving station window. Shenjou was at home, but Inichi was keeping him informed with mental information.

"And everyone looks at us and thinks we are the monsters," Zenchu snorted and flicked his tail from where he stood behind Mitsumi and Saitama. "Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Fucking hypocrites."

"Zenchu…" Mitsumi frowned.

"I'm sorry, Lady Mitsumi, but it's true," he snorted again and crossed his arms over his chest. "Back then? Yeah. But when we break our fucking backs to prove a point?! Bullshit!"

"Stop," Saitama said with a small glare at him. Zenchu muttered, but he went quiet now.

"He's right…" Sweet Mask sighed and rubbed his forehead. "I know I'll fully oppose any monster that I see. But…only if Fan Dancer does not help them see reason. If that one does not come to terms…"

"Exactly," Inichi nodded. "It is all as we said."

"But…what do we do with the Takashi family now?" the fourth board member asked. "What is our new plan of action?"

"We stake out the home," Saitama said now and leaned forward with Mitsumi firmly in his lap. "Her fans will be crucial. She knows how to simply remove clothing. It's…a bit instinctive to her. If her 'mother' really is a monster wearing human skin, it will be exactly like clothing. The skin will come off like clothing to reveal what is underneath. I already vowed to Mitsumi that I would be the one to deal the killing blow. As I killed the asshole that touched her, I will kill the one that gave her over to him."

"Hey!" Lightning Max said when he walked in. Then he paused at Hero Association members. "Oh…well…I guess this is good timing…"

"What is it?" Inichi asked. Then he paused and took up a frail scroll to unroll it over a table. "You found this?! Lady Mitsumi! It's a scroll from the Wind Crane Clan!"

"What?!" Mitsumi gasped. Saitama now looked at Inichi to read it.

"Lady Mitsumi…this…is profound…" Inichi said. "The Wind Crane Clan…the monster that your mother is…you hunt each other."

"What?" Sweet Mask asked.

"The Wind Crane Clan specialized in revealing monsters hiding in human flesh. The fans…Mr. Saitama hit the nail on the head. Only Lady Mitsumi can reveal the true form. She peels back the hidden layer. She exposes the truth. There is a mantra here. A saying for the Wind Crane Clan. 'We expose what is hidden. We reveal the truth. May the blades illuminate and destroy the darkness that plagues us.' We need the rest of those fans."

"I've been trying to find what I could. It's rough," Lightning Max frowned. "That scroll is almost six hundred years old. I did a ton of research to see where the Wind Crane Clan first existed. I just can't find the place! It's like they didn't even have a headquarters! I searched antique shops, elderly homes…everywhere that may have had anything for me to glean off of.

"And online? That's a joke. All a bunch of stuff we already know. The Wind Crane Clan is no more. It makes me wonder if that was put there deliberately now, come to think of it. But, that scroll was found in a cave along a mountain cliffside. I heard rumors that a weird cave was there. I found the cave and the scroll."

"The Wind Crane Clan always had to remain as hidden as the monsters they hunted," Bane said from where he sat at a window booth. "I know I have something in my dojo about it! It's where I recognized the fans. I told you that I met Mami only once. She confided in me and showed me the same fans that Mitsumi has now. She…wanted me to learn something, but…I had to decline. She was that desperate for a disciple of her own. As for what I think I have…I do have Charanko looking through what I have right now."

"I don't know what to think…" Mitsumi frowned. "All I know is that…when I first saw the fans in use, I knew in my heart that I wanted to learn how to do the same thing. I went through the grueling exercises. The repetitive things to get my hands used to holding and using the fans. My sisters quickly lost interest, but I remained alone.

"That was when Mami took me aside and showed me the bladed fans. She told me that…if I knew how to use regular fans first…she would teach me the secrets of the bladed ones. To vow and learn the hidden art of using bladed fans. I vowed and agreed to learn. She didn't tell me the significance of what I was learning, though. I don't know why."

"I think your father knew," Inichi said gravely. "He knew what your 'mother' was. He knew who Mami Ito was. She accepted because it was her clan's mission to remove such threats. She was too old to help. But you were perfect for her. She trained you innocently so your 'mother' would have no idea. Before she could tell you anything more, she died. She knew her time was almost up. I almost believe that her only hope was for your father to reveal the information. But your 'mother' killed him for the vast inheritance before he could truly tell you."

"Does she know about Mitsumi now?" Saitama asked.

"No idea," Inichi said calmly. "She has no idea of Mitsumi's true nature now. This is where we can finally gain the upper hand."

"And if others are out there like her…" Mitsumi frowned.

"You reveal them. I'll kill them," Saitama smirked and kissed her forehead. "I'm sure others of that clan killed them, but I don't want that of you. Let me do that. I don't mind getting dirty. I want you to stay clean."

"What fans are you talking about?" Chikao asked while serving out plates now. Mitsumi took out the crane fans to show him and even revealed the blades. "Ah! I…!"

"Where are they?!" Inichi now asked when he heard what was revealed.

"My home! In a box! They belonged to my great-great-grandmother! I mean…" the man frowned. "My family just kept them as heirlooms, but no one knew of their real nature. It was passed down to me just to get out of the house for storage. I think there are letters in the box, too…"

"Chikao, I am willing to purchase everything from you," Mitsumi started, but he held up a hand to stop her.

"You saved my life with what you did with the prize money. You already bought it. And you provided me with an amazing job," Chikao smiled. "I can tell you where it is right now."

"Think of it. I can retrieve it now," Inichi nodded. Chikao thought of where the box was and it was retrieved within five minutes. He was very surprised. "It's easy for me to unlock windows and secure them again. Okay. We need some room…"

"I can help!" Tacki said and was quick to hop out of Kamikaze's lap to start sorting through the box contents on a spare table. "Whatever we don't need, I'll put back in."

"That box is all yours," he said. "It was all keepsakes from her."

"I found the fans! Oh! They're damaged…" Tacki frowned and splayed the fans out to find tears. "I'll fix them up. Lady Mitsumi? Can I see yours to use as a blueprint? I can repair the fabric, but you'll need to test the blades right. I know how to expose them from the mechanism, but you would know best."

"Okay," Mitsumi said and stood up. Saitama was quick to move with her. Tacki was able to examine and fully repair the fans now, and Mitsumi was able to test the fans for their accuracy. "Exact same. Tacki, I'll need new fan holders for my uniform. Let me try this…"

"Hmm?" Saitama asked and watched her hook up the fans to the existing two. She hopped up onto the stage and now took the crane fans to let them unfold into a set of six. Then the fans opened again to reveal the new semi-circle fans to appear as though it was branching out from the current fans. On opening all of them out to reveal twelve fans in a semi-circle for easy handling, it resembled a beautiful flower-like display before activating all of the blades. When she spun them, it was as though she was holding a blender.

"Ah…" Sweet Mask gaped.

"I think I'm doing this wrong, though," she frowned and had all of the fans carefully close up. "Is there anything in the letters? I know this will be tricky to work with. I'm only used to holding two sets of fans. This would be three. The other two fit neatly, so it wasn't bad. But this third set…there has to be a way to open them up to make them all work together other than a large mess in my hands…"

"Take them all apart," Saitama said and watched her do so. "Okay. So…can you fit them side by side?"

"Ah…hmm…" Mitsumi pondered. "It's much like a jigsaw puzzle…"

"I'm getting the idea that you may need to get the fourth set for it be effective. Look," Saitama pointed at the small grooves. "You could fit two as you did before to make the full circle. The third would fit like a book page straight up between them, but…oh! Can you make the fans come out like a beadwork pattern in a door?"

"Huh!" she blinked and studied them. "I can also fit the fans to be side-by-side handles…and then I can sort of…flex them into a larger semi-circle…but to split them out to make the extra three each…I need more space."

"We'll need to practice at Bane's dojo," Inichi agreed.

"For now, I'll work with the two. I'll keep the third on me just in case with my performance fans," she nodded. "Anything in the letters?"

"From what I can tell…" Lightning Max said. "it looks like all of the members were women…"

"Really?" Fubuki blinked and went through the letters with him. "Huh! They all say…'To my fellow sisters in the Arts of the Crane'. Oh! I did find something! One letter states how all the members had to separate and go into hiding. They were compromised. I…oh…"

"Wait…" Inichi frowned at what she revealed to him and read what she was looking at. "'The Eye of the Meteor will be revealed when all ten fans are together'? Oh! Do you all recall a part of the land on the far south of us that was devoid of life? That something catastrophic laid it to waste and it is only a desert? Some parts are recovering, but…"

"Are you saying the fans did that?!" the first board member gaped.

"The fans focus on the sun and send a massive heat wave over the land to set everything aflame. As though a…meteor fell…" Inichi blinked. "As though it was a massive magnifying glass. This is why the fans were separated. That is their true power. I…am in shock…"

"This group…tested the true power and…" Sweet Mask gaped. "They made that desert!"

"They did," Inichi frowned. "They chanced to combine all the fans together into a massive circle. There is even a small diagram here on how the fans were fit together. Oh! With three fan sets, a reflective barrier can be made?! With four sets, flight in the form of gliding is possible?! This letter…it's not a letter! This is the parchment of an archivist! Chikao, your great-great-grandmother was the main recorder for the clan!"

"Does it show how the fans would fit for three?" Mitsumi asked.

"It does. Side-by-side for the semi-circles to form the stacks of three beneath as Mr. Saitama suggested. The blades would then inter-lock and…reflect back nearly everything…" Inichi said with complete awe. "A shield of intense protective power…"

"So…if the other fans were there, too, she could make a full circle of protection," Saitama mused. The others were completely in shock of what was being revealed to them now.

"She definitely could," Inichi said. "We'll need to study this later. This paper is exactly what we needed. We still need to find any others, but this is priceless information. As for now, we need to figure out what do now. I will have all of these sent back to the home. Give me a moment to do that."

"When do you plan to marry Fan Dancer?" the first board member asked.

"I was going to plan it out the moment she got pregnant," Saitama said.

"Can we make the plans now?" the first board member asked him directly.

"Ah…why?" Saitama frowned.

"To start luring her out," Sweet Mask mused. "We can start making announcements that the wedding will be planned in two months. Just start broadcasting it. I can handle the advertising."

"As can I on our restaurant site," Genos nodded.

"Oh! We can start having the fans suggest places for the wedding to be," Kianna chuckled. "You would think that two S class heroes would want such an event to be witnessed publicly. And, if you really want it to become more funding, we can have fans pay for certain up-close seating. Not where the main area would be for true friends and family, but a bit like stadium seating."

"Huh…" the second board member mused.

"I don't want my wedding to be like that," Saitama rolled his eyes.

"I actually wouldn't mind it," Mitsumi smiled. Now he looked at her with surprise. "You would think I would be safer in the public eye. And I'll be with you no matter what. But…I do have to ask…"

"Hmm?" he looked at her to continue.

"Would we split up for the night before?" she grinned.

"No," he smirked and kissed her. "I don't want those 'bachelor parties'. Waste of time. I'd be too worried about you. Same as you would be on your end. We don't need it. We stay together."

"Even when we have to dress her for the wedding?" Tacki grinned. "You'll have to separate then, you know."

"Nope," Saitama said. "We won't do that traditional garbage."

"I would only be away from you for maybe an hour," Mitsumi sighed.

"Mitsumi…" he frowned and held her close. "Even a second away from you is far too long."

"Saitama…" she said softly and let him kiss her deeply.

"What we are wearing now is just fine. We don't need anything special. Well…maybe my performance suit. That should be it," he nodded.

"When should we start to broadcast this? I mean…if we plan to do this, do we even storm the mansion?" Mitsumi frowned.

"We should still investigate the mansion. If she runs, then the wedding will definitely lure her out," Inichi said. "We need to claim the family home back."

"When is the spa thing supposed to happen?" King asked.

"Oh! That would be in a couple months," Sweet Mask said.

"Then let's plan for it after that," Bane suggested. "This way the two events won't cancel the other out."

"Or before it…?" Orotsu asked.

"Nah. After is fine," Saitama nodded. "Anyways, what are we doing now?"

"We'll finish eating and head over to City X," the first board member said. "We will walk right up to the front door and announce ourselves."

"I can easily let us in," Inichi grinned softly.

"And I can simply walk in with the right shadows," Zenchu grinned.

"You can do that?" the second board member asked.

"Course I can! It's how I always got in and out of tight spots," Zenchu shrugged. "Figure we all leave in ten minutes?"

"That's fine. We will have King, Kamiko, Tsuruga, Orotsu, Richoo, Fumio, Tacki and Suiryu remain here. Hmm. Can we get Shenjou over there? His venom may be vital," Mitsumi asked.

"He will gladly join," Inichi nodded. "I will fetch for him the moment we plan to leave."

"It will take us some time to get there," the fourth board member said.

"I can transport us. This way you can have return passage procured," Inichi said calmly. "That is not an issue."

"Oh! Ah…okay," the third board member nodded.

"I can remain here to help ensure this place stays safe," the important man said. "If anything happens, I'll inform you, Inichi."

"If you say so," Inichi nodded back. Saitama led Mitsumi back to their table to get seated and served something. It was ten minutes later that meals were finished and plans to leave were done. King hugged Kianna to show he was clearly staying behind. Tacki got kissed by Kamikaze. Rendor and Tatsumaki were clearly ready to leave, and Rendor shocked the board members when he became his intense monster form to show he was ready to fight.

"What? I can revert back and forth now," Rendor said and let Tatsumaki settle back on his shoulder and pet his mane. Fubuki was already planning to help. Bane was stretching and flexing to show his support.

"It shouldn't be too long," Genos smiled and let Kamiko kiss him passionately. "Slap anyone that looks at you."

"Are you kidding? I'd rather have Tsuruga glare at them," she grinned and got squeezed gently. "Just promise to keep Lady Mitsumi safe."

"Master Saitama has that covered. I will ensure to come back to you," he said. She smiled and got kissed again before letting him walk outside with the others. They all nodded when the group was gathered together.

"Our next stop will be the Takashi mansion. Be ready for anything," Inichi warned. Saitama gave a sigh of boredom, but he kept Mitsumi in his arms. When the blue bubble formed around them, they were all soon on their way.
