A/N – I am not going to lie, writing about Amy, Ty and a horse is fun. I hope you enjoyed the twist and turns. Well it is time to end the school year, catch up on everyone and some horses and, oh yeah some babies are coming. And Amy and Ty are a close as they have ever been. Lots going on and summer is on the way. It will be an amazing for the Borden's and as usual they will be there for each other. I have some general things to cover but I expect they will allow me to expand on the fly as I always do. Let's have some fun. Mature Content Enjoy!

It had been a week and a half since Ty got home and he was feeling great. He had almost resumed his normal schedule, even though he was under the watchful eye of his wife. Wyatt was 100% and like Amy, Lyndy was watching him like a hawk. Amy was sleeping much better thanks to the family support and some great techniques Celene had given her to use. With Annie's continuing support, Maddie was writing better than ever, even the teachers were impressed. The kids were excited since there were only a couple of days left in school. The horse from Medicine Hat was doing extremely well and the owners even brought him up for a visit. The had to see the Miracle Ranch and spend time with Amy, Ty and the Borden kids. Pharaoh had rebounded well. They determined that they were a little overanxious to get him back and most likely should have waited a little longer. He checked out physically and having the rider there for many of the sessions really helped. But for Amy the most amazing thing was that Lyndy had become his go to human. They had bonded and Amy felt that Lyndy had showed that she had the it factor and was so proud of her. Wyatt was really spending as much time with Ty and the other vets. He continued to show interest in veterinary medicine so Scott and Ty decided to offer him a part time tech position at the clinic. The experience would be very beneficial. Lyndy was so proud but would miss him when he was at the clinic. Amy and Ty were a close as ever and were often seen holding hands and whispering to each other. They knew they had kids and needed to be discreet but sometimes they couldn't help themselves. After sending the kids off for the 2nd last day of school then headed to the office to get ready. The business was hectic. They had picked up some more higher end horses thanks to their work with Pharaoh. Amy smiled, "Two more client request, one from a friend of Stus and one from a friend of Brianna's" She forwarded the email to Ty and come over to his lap to look them over. They got a little wrapped up with each other when the door swung open startling them.

A breathless Steven started stuttering, "Georgie was watching Rusty work with a horse and when she go up she grabbed her stomach and her water broke, it's go time!" Maddie had set up two action plan scenarios, one with the Borden girls and one without. Plan 2 went into action. Amy went with Steven to tend to her niece and Ty began texting his assigned people. Caleb pulled up the truck as Amy, Ty, Steven and an extremely agitated Georgie go it. Ty called the hospital and let them know they were on the way. Georgie screamed and yelled, "Come on Caleb get a move on, this little guy is ready." Amy smiled, "A boy how cool." Georgie hit her and laughed, "Don't tell Lou or GG yet." Caleb stepped on it even though Amy gave him the 'be careful' look. Georgie yelled at Steven and asked about Noah and Hannah. Ty smiled, "Don't worry, as plan 2 designates, Casey will get them to Heartland where they would stay for a while. Georgie settled knowing they would be Ok and focused on their soon to be born son. They pulled up and a nurse was waiting for them. Steven helped her out and into the wheelchair. She smiled thanking Caleb, Amy and Ty between the pains. "We have it from her, Babe let's get this done." After hugs the three of them headed home to continue to work through the plan. Amy got Georgie's bag and some things for Steven. Although Heartland had supplies for the twins, she gathered a few more items as it seemed they would be at Heartland for a few days. Jack, Lisa, Lou and Scott headed to the hospital and on the way she called Peter. While Amy got things together Ty and Caleb got everything in order back at the Miracle Ranch before they headed to the hospital. Amy spoke to Katie and they picked her up as well. Clay would meet the Borden kids when they came home and wait for further instructions. Amy called the schools and got messages to the kids. As they all headed to the hospital, Georgie was progressing well. As with the twins, the doctor anticipated a short labor so they were ready. As the group arrived Steven greeted them to hugs, kisses and questions.

Lou was first to burst out, "Steven how is my baby girl doing, can I see her? Is the baby Ok? Do they know how long it is going to be? Is she comfortable?" Steven hushed her, "Ok Maddie Sr. just chill out. She is doing well and is moving along well. She wants to see you but the doctor says just a small group. Jack recommended that Lou, Amy and Katie head in first. Steven agreed and led them in. Ty smiled at Jack, Scott and Lisa. "Wow Lou is a bit wired, you think?" Scott laughed, "Welcome to my world." They all laughed and headed to the waiting room. Ty was checking in on everything back at work. Lisa called Casey who had just picked up the twins and Scott checked in on Ellie, Mandy and Cass. Clay called Ty and said that Lyndy and Wyatt were home and they would meet the other four and get them settled. He laughed on the phone, "Looks like a pizza night for sure. Keep us posted." As he hung up he heard Maddie screaming from the minute she stepped off the bus. "What's going on with Georgie, is the plan working? I need to get to the hospital. Clay answer me." Lydy hugged her sister, "Your plan worked perfect, everything is good, so we just have to wait for the call. And don't be mean to Clay. Now get changed because we have chores to do and horses to take care of. So let's get to it." The girls got ready and Wyatt took care of JT. They were all excited and did their best to keep Maddie under control. Clay felt things were under control so he went back to Heartland to see how Casey was doing and check on the horses there. He told Lyndy, "You got this for a while, I am going to head over to Heartland and be back for dinner. We are ordering pizza." The kids heard the mention of pizza and all cheered.

Back at the hospital Georgie was moving through the labor quickly. They were preparing to take her to delivery and she asked if Lou and Amy cold come with her and Steven. The doctor was Ok with is so Katie headed out to let the others who had just got back from eating something know it was time. Ty called Lyndy, Katie called Clay and Lisa called Casey. Now it was time to wait. In the delivery room Georgie was doing great. She had an epidural but was still working hard to have their baby. Steven was amazing and held her hand while he spoke to her. The doctor said it was time as Amy and Lou got on the edge of their seats. After a few very aggressive pushes the cries of a very healthy baby were heard. Amy, Lou and Steven were in tears. Georgie was waiting anxiously to hold her son. After the nurses and doctor checked out the little man they handed him to his mother. He nestled into her chest and Steven looked at his amazing wife and new son. "Georgie he is beautiful and I love you so much." She smiled kissing him deeply as the little one squirmed. Amy laughed, "He is already jealous." Amy and Lou got a chance to hold him as well. After they moved back to her room the others came in. Lisa couldn't wait to hold him as she held him tightly. He was passed around to the others and when Ty got him he began fussing. He laughed, "I know that sound and I think it is our cue to head out and let you all have some time alone with the newest family member. Farewells went around the room and Amy promised that they would be back more than likely with the kids. The baby was hungry and let everyone know as the left the room. Steven held him while Georgie got ready to nurse. Steven handed him to her and smiled. He felt like the luckiest man alive.

At breakfast, the kids were so excited, not just about the baby but end of school for the summer. Each one of them had a great year and were looking forward to their time off. It was the last day of school and the kids got off early so the plan was to come home, have lunch and head over to the hospital. At lunch Amy gat a call from Maryanne so excused herself to take it. "Maryanne what a surprise, how are you." Maryanne laughed, "I am great, how is Georgie, isn't she due like now?" Amy smiled, "Well she had a boy yesterday and although no one knows yet she told me the name. Nathaniel Jackson and don't tell anyone." She laughed and said I know the reason for Jackson but not Nathaniel. Amy spoke up, Well Jackson is obvious but Nathaniel is Steven's grandfather's name. His parents divorced early and his grandpa was very important to him." "That is so amazing Amy," she answered. "Well if you got a second, I have an idea to propose." Maryanne told Amy about a family trip they were making over the summer and the kids have asked a hundred times if your kids could come. "Justin's family have a place of sorts on Prince Edward Island and we are going there for a couple of weeks. So what do you think. Wyatt is welcomed as well as I expect Lyndy would have severe separation anxiety. You get the kids to us and we will handle the rest. In fact Justin has a meeting in Calgary after that so they can fly with him back home." Amy was quiet for a second, Maryanne, that sounds amazing and the kids will need a break because this summer is busy. When would it be because we have a wedding in mid-June." She smiled into the phoned and said, "Oh were talking mid or late July. The weather is perfect then." Amy answered, "Well let me talk to Ty but I think it will work. Make sure your kids are quiet about it with ours. I know they talk a lot." She said goodbye and headed back to breakfast. They finished and after some more instructions the kids headed off. As soon as they left Amy pulled Ty into the hose and gave him the news. They were both excited and together said, "Pike River!"

The trip to visit the baby went well as the kids did a good job of keeping it under control. The Borden girls all got a chance to hold the baby, Lyndy taking the longest time leaning into Wyatt as she did. Amy caught Ty's eyes as they both looked on. They would be coming home tomorrow so Jack and Lisa had a dinner all planned, so they could hear the name. Casey brought the twins and they were overwhelmed with how little their brother was. They kissed him a lot and told him that they loved him. Georgie laughed and told her mom, "They talked to him all the time when he was in my stomach. I really think they believed he heard them." Amy smiled, "Look at him, when they both talk to him he seems very comfortable, I am sure he recognizes their voices." After the visitors left they had a great night and the next morning packed up to head home. Clay and Katie came to get them and headed straight to their loft home. When the walked in Amy, Lisa, Lou, Casey and the girls were waiting. The home was clean and pristine, food was stocked, the baby's nursery was all set up and Hannah and Noah were smiling broadly. Georgie began crying so happy with all the support. The visitors left the family alone for the day so they could rest. The Borden girls took the resistant twins with them to the pond for a picnic. Georgie, Steven and baby Nate, laid in their bed getting to know each other. Georgie whispered to him, "You have a lot of people who love you and will always be there for you. You brother, sister, daddy and I love you to the moon." Nate laid there with a full stomach, content and soon fell asleep. Nate didn't know it yet but his life would be blessed with a great family and horses. Steven took him to his crib and joined his wife for a much-needed nap.

After a few hours he let them know he was hungry. Georgie fed him and they got ready and headed to the ranch house. Heartland was all decked out with balloons and streamer for the naming ceremony, courtesy of Maddie, Addie and Annie. When they walked in GG grabbed the new guy and took him to the fireplace talking to him quietly. Lou looked over, "Grandpa if we keep it up we are going to run out of stones!" Everyone laughed and Nate even seemed to enjoy it. Once the family all arrived Jack went through the story and as usual Tim made a smart remark. JT spoked up, "Grandpa be quiet, I love this story." Everyone laughed realizing the last time it was told was for him. Jack finished, Lisa welcomed him to the family and Lou asked what his name was. Steven proudly spoke up, "Nathaniel Jackson Weber, named after my grandpa and GG." Everyone applauded and teared up and they selected a stone right next to the twins. Pictures were taken and dinner was served. Nate was awesome until it was his turn to eat. After he finished, cake and ice cream was served to the family. Annie and Addie served it to everyone as Maddie, Lyndy, JT and Wyatt kept the Weber twins occupied. As everyone sat around Jack convinced Amy and Lyndy to sing a song with him. They looked over Grandma Lyndy's song book and selected a couple of them to sing to the family and Nate. Everyone continued to be amazed at how beautiful Lyndy's voice was, as pretty as her mothers. Ty quietly watch his beautiful wife and daughter sing with Jack. He had heard it before but it always got to him. Addie, Annie and Maddie saw their dad getting emotional and went to him for a big hug. They listened together and Ty smiled at Amy realizing how lucky he was.

When they got home the kids settled quickly and went to bed. After saying good night Amy and Ty settled into their room. Amy was getting ready combing her hair and noticed that Ty was quiet sitting on the bed. "Babe, you Ok in there, you are kind of quiet." He barely responded so she got up to go see what was up. Ty was in bed sitting up looking off into space with tears in his eyes. Immediately Amy was concerned and went to him. She pulled him into her arms and softly said, "Ty what is wrong why are you crying?" He smiled weakly, "I'm just happy and I don't understand something. What did I do to deserve the life I have. You, the kids, this family, I just don't know why." She knew exactly what he was saying. Through their life, due to how he was raised, Ty never believed he deserved good things. Up until he came to Heartland he never had love, family and anything good. Amy measured her next words. "Ty Borden, you are an amazing man. The most loving husband a girl could have, and amazing father to our children and Wyatt, a son to my Grandpa, a caring and loyal member of this family and most of all a good and decent person." He smiled leaning into her embrace. He simply said, "I love you Amy and I really love this pajama top. She giggled, "Do you like it on or off?" He smiled mischievously, "Do I really need to answer that." They got undressed in record time and after a short amount of foreplay joined together as one. The love they had exploded as Ty moved in and out of her. She moaned and called out his name as their movements brought her to repeated orgasms. As he neared his climax she joined him and the both tremored in an amazing and explosive end to their love making. As they settled Amy whispered, "Did I mention that you are a pretty good lover too?" He smirked, "Pretty good?" She swooned on his embrace, "Ty Borden, you are the greatest lover of all time, the best ever." They smiled and fell into a blissful sleep. Before he fell asleep, he realized that he did deserve this and would never let it go.

As the baby and the family settled in, the start of the summer was going really well. The three younger Borden girls were entered in their first show jumping competition and Maddie was excited because Gwen was competing as well. The family was in prep mode for the meet in a couple of days. Lyndy also had an end of year dance show the following day. What no one knew was that Lyndy had dancing and the Goddard school on her mind a lot lately. She had talked a lot to Wyatt and her mom about whether to continue next year. She loved to dance and wanted to make the right decision moving forward. It was definitely going to be a busy family weekend. And to top it off Lilly and Max were heading in for the summer next week and the entire family was excited, especially JT. At dinner on Friday they went over the weekend activities. Amy, Lyndy and Katie would take the girls including Gwen and the horses to the competition early to get settled in. The rest would, including Gwen's parents follow later bringing their own cheering section. Amy got the horses unloaded as Lyndy and Katie walked the course with the 4 competitors. Amy smiled seeing how the next generation was taking over a role that her mom and then she did. She whispered to herself, "I love those girls." The cheering section arrived and took their place in the stands after greeting all of the girls. Gwen was up first so Lyndy and Maddie got her ready. The course had a few accommodations but Maddie was certain Gwen really didn't need it. Gwen was the last one to compete and she watch her competition attentively. Lyndy had told her to watch the others and learn from them and that was what she did. When her turn came up, after encouragement from her best friend she started her run. At the first jump she was a little tentative but cleared it. From that point forward she got more and more confident and flew through the course with no faults. The cheering section went crazy with applause and whistles. Gwen was beaming as in her group there was only one round. As Maddie checked the time she saw that she had bested the nearest person by over 4 seconds. Ther were no place ribbons just participation ones for all. The times were posted though and everyone saw how well she did. She ran to her parents and as they held her, Gwen's mother mouthed to Amy, thank you.

Maddie's group was up next. Katie had noticed that Maddie seemed even more focused that ever since she had been helping with Gwen. Maddie was first in round one and last in round two. Katie and Lyndy helped her mount and she was ready as they called he to the start. Amy and Ty watched nervously, as this was a big step for her. With new alignments the jumps would be more challenging. She began her run smoothly as Mystic seemed as excited as her. She cleared the first jump easily and gained confidence and momentum through the course. Her time was the best she ever posted and she set the bar high for the rest of the competitors. As she watched she noticed the competition had some really good riders. One from Briar Ridge even equaled her time. After a short break, the second round began. Again the rider who tied her had a good run, just .5 seconds slower than her first. As Maddie's turn came Amy noticed a look in her eyes that she had never seen before. She leaned into Ty, "Look at her babe, she is focused. I have never seen her so determined to do well." He laughed, "She looks like you did in the fall finale." She laughed and kissed his cheek and Addie poked them, "Hello focus on your daughter." Mystic held his head up high as they began the run. From the start they were on fire. They flew over the jumps and moved as one. Maddie never looked away from the goal as they flew over the last jump. Her time was better than her first, actually it tied the best ever for her age bracket. The cheering section exploded and as she jumped off her horse she ran into hugs from her sister and cousin. When the winners were announced she sat proudly patting Mystic on his neck. She was on top of the world. Katie leaned over to Ty and Amy, "Guys she is amazing. I think once she is ready Georgie has to start working with her." They both smiled realizing the potential their daughter had.

After a fun lunch together the family reset themselves for Annie and Addie. Although she loved jumping, Addie had told her mom and dad privately that she was going to stop competing but wanted to do one last event with her sister. Annie tried to convince her to keep it up but she realized that it wasn't her wish. She accepted it and loved her twin even more. They would never be apart. Addie was first up and Annie was in the middle of the pack. Addie's ride was great, no faults and a good time as Boone was amazing. As she rode she seemed happy and when she finished her sister hugged her tightly. The fans saw the bond they had and how they relied on each other for support and strength. Annie's turn came up and her sister gave her a thumbs up. Her skills like Maddie's had grown significantly. Katie had been working with her a lot with a little help from Amy. She started her run with a bang clearing the first jump by almost a foot. Theo's and his riders eyes were laser focused and they continued through the course. After easily clearing the last jump she looked up and she posted the best time so far by almost 2 seconds. Their group was extremely competitive so it helped that her first run was so good. After a break, the second round began. Addie again was first but Annie would be last. Addie's run was better than the first but far off the leaders. Amy leaned over to Lou, "You know I am not supposed to say this yet but Addie is not going to compete anymore but look at how happy she is." The sisters tearfully hugged each other as Lou remembered when Katie made the same decision a few years back. It was time for Annie's run and the family was on edge. Several of the other competitors were all in the mix and she needed a better time than her first to win. As she got on the horse Addie whispered something to her and she smiled brightly. She started and Theo was amazing as he cleared the jumps easily. As she cleared the last jump Addie knew she did very well. Annie's score was the best she ever did and then she realized that she had placed first. The crowd went wild as she dismounted and hugged her sister, cousin and mom first. She jumped into Ty's arms as he congratulated her.

After the competition, Amy and Ty hosted a dinner celebration for the competitors. They made sure that Gwen and her parents came as well. It was a laid-back celebration that included a summer menu of salads, sandwiches and other items from Maggie's. Of course there was also some of those amazing pies for desert. The family was all excited and happy about how the girls did. Addie was open about her decision to step away from competitive jumping and everyone was supportive and happy for her. Amy and Ty were proud when she got everyone's attention just after grace, "Everyone, I know some of you know this but like Lyndy, I have decided to not jump in competitions anymore. I really want to focus on my mathematical and mechanical education. In fact since everyone is here I want to officially ask my parents is I can get and old motorcycle and rebuild it." She looked over to her parents with hopeful eyes and Jack yelled out, "I'm with you kiddo, I helped your dad and I can help you." Everyone laughed as Ty spoke, "We'll see honey." She continued, "I really want to thank you all for your support with my jumping especially Katie who has been my inspiration. I also want to thank my twin, she has been my rock since I first talked to her about it – well when she felt that I wanted to stop. But most of all I want to commit my support to Maddie, Annie and Gwen in their jumping journey, they are amazing." Everyone smiled and clapped for the brave young woman. Amy and Ty were proud of her as she didn't only have the confidence to speak to large groups, even family. But what made them most proud was how her sisters and little brother standing with her for support and hugging her after she made the announcement. The held each other watching their amazing children.

Lisa interrupted after she was done. "Well since our food will not get cold I have one more thing to discuss with the family. Jack and I would like to call a Board Meeting in the next week and a half. I talked to Georgie and she said that they could attend especially since Lilly was going to be here and could help Casey with Nate and the twins." She joked, "I think the day care couldn't have come at a better time." Everyone chuckled in agreement. "Anyway, I know Jack and Tim are hungry so I will wrap this up. The business is booming and we believe discussions need to start now about the future. I am going to ask each of the Board members to get feedback from their teams and be ready to talk about it. We want to hear what our co-owners have to say. I will send a note out to set up a day and time." After some nodding and agreement JT yelled out, "Finally can GG and I eat now!" Everyone laughed and his sisters tickled the two of them. The entire group was so upbeat and happy. As everyone ate and chatted in smaller groups, Ty noticed that Lyndy and Wyatt had separated themselves and were talking quietly as they ate. He nudged Amy and she smiled, "Remined you of another couple?" He kissed her cheek smiling as several people made it a point to pick on them. Amy whispered to him. "I think she wants to tell everyone of her decision. I know it will be no surprise to many but I am sure Wyatt has been encouraging her to." She laughed, "Look at them, they truly love each other. We have talked a lot privately and she is so amazingly mature and grown up for just turning 15. So much more than I was at that age." She snuggled into his neck, "Well until you came along." Even though they were heckled he kissed her for a little more than a moment. The party continued and right before desert, Lyndy asked everyone to their attention. Amy and Ty sat watching their daughter as she confidentially began to speak to everyone.

Before she began Tim barked out, "What is this the day of revelation for the Borden's? JT are you going to tell everyone you are going to be a professional fisherman." Everyone kind of laughed and Casey smacked him on the arm and Jack gave him the look. Lyndy unfazed began. "Well yes Grandpa it kind of is and I have heard that JT can out fish you sometimes." After laughter she continued. "I know you all were understanding when I decided to stop competitive jumping and when I decided to go to Goddard." She smiled gathering her thoughts and taking Wyatt's hand. "I have been talking to Mom, Dad and Wyatt and I want to continue to pursue dance at a higher level. I have already been accepted to continue the Goddard program next year and was invited to a special camp this summer for ballet. I love to dance but I have also made another decision. With the help of my mom, Georgie and Katie I want to see where my horse skills take me. I want to take the legacy to my generation. I know it is a commitment but I am ready to take it on." She again stopped to gather herself as a small tear came to her eye. "I love my parents, sisters, little brother, this guy next to me and all of you with all my heart. I want to do this for me and the family and know you will all be there for me. I am going to be 15 soon and feel it is the time to test my skills at a higher level. Anyway I wanted to let everyone know." Again everyone smiled, clapped and hugged this amazing young women. Amy and Ty watched how Wyatt was with her the entire time staying connected and rubbing her back. Ty smiled as he whispered in Amy's ear, "You talked to her right." She answered quietly, "Yes we have and she is asking questions like how we knew we were ready to move forward. I was not completely honest but let her know that we respected each other and decided when it happened it would happen. Ty, at her age I would have been embarrassed but she is so composed and mature. I told her I can't tell her want to do but they should take their time." Amy smiled blushing a little, "I told her waiting till the right time only makes it better. I said that you are the only man I have ever been with and I wouldn't trade that for anything." Ty smiled worriedly and agreed with her approach mentioning that he would approach Wyatt as well. The leaned into each other watching them silently agreeing that they would be there for them both. The understood how important it was for them and the love they had built together.
