Chapter One Hundred-Five

There For Amy

A/N – 500k WORDS! I am going to take a sidestep from the storyline. This chapter evolved when the last two I was writing blew up on me. So I decided to take a more focused approach on just Amy and Ty. For those of you who are ready, this chapter is all about them. Amy has been troubled lately and Ty is going to make sure she knows that he will always be there for her. Can't wait to hear what you think. Just a heads up. The Strong Mature Content in this chapter may be considered too intense but I am comfortable that the reach I took is in line with the moment. I have always kept things discrete even though Amy and Ty are married. But if you have concerns I understand and I hope you are good with me taking this path. This is a time when I felt a need to be a little more intense with their intimacy and passion for each other. Enjoy!

Ty had continued to keep a closer than normal eye on Amy. Privately he continued to see she was a little off, ever since his accident, the naming of the competition and on the ride home from the Liberty exhibition. It was a subtle thing and outwardly she seemed Ok. Right then and there he made a decision, it was time for a date and night at the Dude Ranch, just for them. He made the arrangements for a dinner in Calgary and called Jenn. As he was on the phone, Lyndy walked in overhearing the conversation. "Hey dad, what are you planning." He smiled, "Nothing, but Friday night can you and Wyatt stay home and take care of the kids overnight." I am surprising your mom with dinner and a night out." She smiled hugging him, "Of course daddy, that is so you guys. But I need to ask you, is mom Ok? She has seemed just a little off lately." Ty chuckled pulling her into his arms, "Lyndy you are amazing. When did you start seeing it?" She pulled back, "After your accident and then Maddie recommending the name for the competition when she got emotional. I have been watching her and she seems Ok but there are moments when she seems to be looking off somewhere." He confirmed, "Yea me too, so I want to see what is going on. Since grandma died, there are triggers that set mom off a little. I think these have both set her back so I want to get her away from everything and help her." Lyndy looked at him, Daddy you are a keeper and that is amazing." Amy walked in seeing the interaction and smiled, "So what's going on here, a father/daughter moment?" Without a word Lyndy walked over and hugged her tightly and whispered, "Dad is a keeper for sure." Amy looked at Ty with a questioning look as he waved her over to her lap. He smiled, "So Mrs. Borden, I am taking you on a date and an overnight stay at the Dude Ranch?" She smiled sheepishly, "Well that sounds nice, will you be there too?" He tickled her and they kissed, heading back to work.

Ty took some time to contact Maryanne and talked about his concerns as she was probably her closest friend. Maryanne commented, "You know that last time we talked she told me how scared she was when you got hurt. She seemed a little more emotional than normal. Then she mentioned that Maddie recommended that the special kids event be named after her mom and she seem to choke up a bit. I put it off as the fact that she loves you and your kids so much but now that you say this I think you should call Celene. She may have some ideas for you to help her. They really bonded and Celene told me how she enjoyed Amy's openness and love for all of you." Ty smiled and thanked their friend, "Tell Justin and the Kids hello. I think the four of us need to get together, I mean the girls had a blast during fall break." She laughed, "Definitely we need to, my kids haven't stopped talking about all the fun they had." They said their goodbyes and Ty sat pondering her advice. That afternoon, when Amy was at Heartland with Georgie, he called Celene to chat. She offered some help, "You know Ty traumatic events sometime resurface with certain triggers. How has she been sleeping?" Ty thought, Well she is not having nightmares like before but has been restless and has been mumbling a little. She usually sleeps peacefully but the other night I thought I heard her quietly call out to her mom." Celene hesitated and responded, "Ty you know your wife so the date and night away is a great idea. I am confident she will open up to her and will be Ok talking about it. You guys are very open so don't be afraid to broach the subject but be gentle. Losing a mother like that, especially how close they were will never leave her subconscious. We can't take her pain away but we can be there for her." She took a second to gather her thoughts, "How are her an Lyndy doing. During our sessions I felt a unique bond with them both." Th chuckled, "Celene they are closer than ever. Recently they went to Vancouver for a dance exhibition and from what I heard the bonded even more. Funny you say that because she talked to me as she has concerns as well. She is very perceptive especially with her mom." Celene responded, "Well, confide in her. From what I gather she is an exceptional and mature young woman. Keep her engaged for sure. If you guys need anything, please don't hesitate to call or come see me." Ty thanked her happy that he decided to call.

The night before their date they filled the kids in. After a busy day, that afternoon Amy and Ty were getting ready as there was a knock on the door. The four girls stood and asked to come in. Lyndy spoke up, "We will make sure everything will be fine while you are gone. JT is staying with Billy overnight and Maddie, Annie and Addie actually asked some friends over for a movie and pizza night. Clay and Katie are coming over too. You guys need to have fun and not worry about us." Each of the girls hugged their mom as Ty looked at Lyndy and smiled. He figured that Amy's issue was known by all of them. As they left Amy looked at Ty, "Well that was nice but a little confusing." He diverted and just mentioned that they were being nice. They finished getting ready and Ty grabbed their bag. They walked down the steps to see them all at the table doing homework. Annie looked up, "Wow mom you look hot." The girls giggled and Addie continued, "Dad you are one lucky man, you better keep an eye on her, I bet she will get a lot of attention from other suiters." Amy laughed, "Actually I am worried about all the women hitting on my little cutie." All at once all four girls rolled their eyes as Maddie spoke up, "You guys we have created a monster. Mom and Dad, you are both officially weird." Before they left Lyndy handed Amy a card from JT. "Here JT left this for you. She opened it up and leaned into Ty. TY looked at it. It was a big Heart that simply said, "I love you mommy." They headed out the door to see a smiling Wyatt standing next to Old Blue, which had been washed, waxed and cleaned out. As he bowed, he said, "Mr. And Mrs. Borden, your chariot awaits." Everyone laughed as they saw them off. As they drove away Annie said quietly, "I hope mom is Ok."

The ride to the restaurant was quiet as Amy sat close to her husband looking at the scenery. She smiled, "I love this truck because I can sit close to you but I still don't understand. Was it me or are the kids acting a little strange." Ty decided it was time to fess up. "Ames, they are worried as am I. Ever since I got hurt, Maddie recommended naming the jumping competition for Gwen and the others after your mom and we had the Liberty Exhibition you have seen out of sorts a bit. Lyndy and I have both noticed it as it is subtle. And at night you have been having pretty active dreams and calling to your mom. Honey, I know that sometimes things trigger thoughts about her. I just want to disconnect from everything for a bit. A nice dinner and night alone always seems to clear things for both of us. Amy, I am here to listen but I want tonight to be about you and me, no kids, no work, nothing else. What do you say." Amy silently motioned for Ty to pull the truck over. Concerned he found the side of the road and pulled out of traffic. He turned and looked at her. Looking into her eyes he knew she was hurting. She smiled at him cupping his face and kissing him, holding him tightly. All she could mutter was, "Thank you." They hugged a little while longer and got back on the road. As the pulled into valet, Amy looked in the mirror to touch up her makeup, "Look at me, I am a mess." He smiled, "You are beautiful." Ty dropped the keys to the excited attendant, "Sweet ride, I will take good care of it." Ty laughed giving him a ten spot. They walked up to the desk as Ty gave them their name. "Ah, Dr. And Mrs. Borden it is so nice to have you dining with us. Your table is ready please follow me." Ty put his hand on Amy's back as they walked to a private table that had a beautiful view of lake the mountains. The Lake House Restaurant was a favorite of theirs and they had many special dinners there. Ty waited to sit after the host pulled Amy's seat out. He couldn't help but notice the glances his wife received as they walked in. She looked as beautiful as ever and it humbled him to have her as his wife. Amy also noticed the looks that her husband was getting. She never took his handsome looks for granted but tonight after he told her the reason for their date he looked as handsome as ever. They smiled at each other without words as the server approached. After taking their drink orders they looked over the menu. Ty ordered a local craft beer and Amy some sparkling water. Amy laughed, "I assume we will be sharing so what are you getting. You know I need to like it." They laughed and decided on their order. Ty watched as Amy seemed at ease. Even her look changed as they joked and laughed even her face seemed to calm. It was just them and it was the best medicine for her.

After sharing two appetizers of mussels and calamari they waiter cleared the table. Amy had asked him not to order the main course until they were done as she wanted the dinner to last. As they waited they sat side by side holding each other, cuddling and kissing each other on the cheek. From the view of others around them they seemed to be a couple deeply in love. They continued to talk as they waited for the main course. Amy had ordered a pasta dish and Ty, as usual ordered lamb. Their conversation was open and carefree. They talked about the kids and each other. The waiter tentatively walked up with the main courses concerned with bothering them. Ty looked up as he was staring into Amy's eyes. "Sorry, we got a little carried away, we are ready for dinner." Amy blushed bright red hiding her face. He laid the meals down and Ty and Amy looked over their food. She smiled poking her fork at his lamb, "This looks awesome and so does my pasta too." The spent the next 20 minutes eating and sharing their food. They were acting silly, enjoying the time together. They had both been so busy lately that time to talk had been hard to get. Tonight they were both so focused on each other that nothing else around them mattered. They continued their meal feeding each other morsels of their dishes. Ty looked up and saw an older couple smiling at them and whispering to each other. Ty smiled and told them, "You know I love this woman with all my heart, she is the most amazing wife and mother in the world." They raised their glasses in agreement, smiling as Amy shushed him. "TY, you are embarrassing." He smiled, "No I am crazy in love with you." After they finished the waiter came over to take their plates and refreshed their drinks. After allowing them a break, the chef came out with a sample plate of assorted chocolates and a carafe of coffee with milk and sugar options. He smiled at the couple and spoke to them. "I heard that the Bordens were here dining so I would like to offer you this sampling of some handmade chocolate bites." He went through each one and described it to them. It seemed that the recent exposure through the Good Morning Calgary show had increased their notoriety. He continued, "I saw your story on television and in the paper. I have an 11-year-old daughter with autism who loves to ride. She can't stop asking if she can compete next time." Amy smiled, "Well thank you and of course she can. In fact here is our card. Anytime she wants to come to the ranch let us know and she can ride with our kids. Our daughter Maddie came up with the idea for the event and has three very close friends with Downs Syndrome. I bet they would love another riding companion." He was overwhelmed thanking them for the invite and he told them to enjoy the desert treats. Ty smiled as Amy grabbed his hand, "Ty this was the best idea ever and you didn't even spill water on me."

Since it was early and the weather was warm, they decided to take a walk around the lake to work off some of their filling dinner. After 15 minutes or so they sat on a bench to watch the sunset and Amy sighed, "I am so full, that food was amazing and the deserts, wow." Ty smiled, "And the chef gave us a to go box!" They sat quietly as the sun settled behind the mountains. After a few minutes Amy moved away from him and smiled, gently kissing Ty on the lips. She whispered, "Ready to go?" They stood up and headed to the truck arm in arm. Amy climbed in Ty's side and the settled in. The drive was peaceful as Ty noticed Amy closing her eyes. A food coma had officially taken over for her and she was very content and happy. As she sat next to him she thought about what had happened and knew that no matter what Ty and her kids would always be there for her. She smiled and whispered to herself, "Thanks mom." Ty heard her but couldn't understand what she said. He contemplated asking her and as she moved he had to speak to her, "Did you say something to me?" She moved again, "Well kind of. I was thanking my mom for bringing you to me. When she did that she put us on a path that has brought to where we are today. A great life, amazing kids and family and each other. Ty, I have been distracted. When you were hurt my mind went to Emir and how I almost lost my sight. When Dynamo kicked you all I could see was you hurt and my mind went dark. The thought of being without you scares me and for a moment the feeling overwhelmed me. Then when Maddie recommend the name for the jumping competition, I remembered all the times that my mom would work with me on my jumping. But do you know what, then I thought of you training me with that stupid pretzel thing." Ty laughed, "Hey it worked." She laughed kissing his cheek, "Then, after the Liberty exhibition watching Maddie, Katie and Georgie just brought back more memories of watching my mom do her clinics while I sat on the rail watching her every move." She stopped for a moment to catch her breath. They sat quietly until they pulled up to the Dude Ranch Cabin. He grabbed their bags and they walked in hand in hand. When Amy opened the door she caught her breath and gasped.

As she walked in her breath was taken away. The room was pristine with a vase of roses on the table, an assortment of light snacks and a bottle of champagne and cider on ice. As she looked around the room she saw two white plush robes and slippers at the foot of the bed. Candles were lit throughout the room and the bathroom was set up with plush towels and everything needed for a romantic soak in the tub. As she looked at the bed she notice a bouquet of Yellow and Blue Wildflowers, just like her wedding bouquet. There was a note on the table, we hope you enjoy your night, breakfast will be delivered to the door at 10am – we will just knock and leave. Love, Lou, Lisa, Georgie and Katie. She looked at Ty, "So how many people are in on this." He smiled pulling her into his arms, "Everyone who loves you." They embraced and kissed each other deeply. She helped him tightly and looked over on the dresser. She saw 5 envelopes each having mom written on the outside. She shook with tears and looked at Ty, "What are those Ty?" Completely unaware Ty looked over at the envelopes and went to pick them up. He smiled with a tear in his eyes, "Well it seems our children wanted you to read these." Amy could barely move as she sat back on the bed. She was struggling as her emotions exploded, "Ty I don't know if I can, can we wait?" Remembering what he had talked with Celene with he shook his head in agreement and put the envelopes on the dresser. "You can look at them when you are ready, but I think you need to, they would want that." She smiled, "I know but I need get my feelings under control. Ty I am such a mess, I don't know how you put up with me." She broke down in his arms shaking and hitching her breath. Ty held on to her and considered his next move. She was so vulnerable and grasp him never wanting to let go. He had an idea, taking her hand and helping her up. "Babe have a seat and let me get you something to drink. I am going to run us a bath and se can soak for a while and relax. He handed her a flute of cider and laid a small plate of snacks on the nightstand. "Ok, so you just sit and your amazing husband will be right back. She smiled watching him walk into the bathroom. She heard him scurrying about and the water started running. He yelled out, "Just a minute babe its almost ready. She yelled back, Ok, I can't wait." She was already feeling better and a little embarrassed. Silently she reminded herself that she was the luckiest women in the world to have such an amazing husband. She took a drink and snacked on a few things, they were delicious.

Ty was busy lighting candles and setting up the bath with lavender bath crystals that he knew were her favorite. He made the water a little hot so by the time she got in it would be a good temperature. He was ready and went to get his love. He walked out and smiled, "Madam, you bath is ready." He reached for her hand and walked her into her private spa. He came up behind her and held her. When he stepped back he grabbed the top of her zipper and whispered, "May I?" She cooed and smiled her approval. He gently slid the zipper down allowing the dress to fall to the floor. He picked it up and laid it over the chair. He then unclasped her bra and did the same. He hesitated slightly as she turn to him and put her arms on his shoulders. "You aren't done yet Dr. Borden." He gasped as her voice was sultry and erotic. He reach down and grabbed the sides of her panties and slipped them down her legs. She playfully kicked them off and stood there as his eyes gazed on her body. She giggled, "My turn." She started unbuttoning his shirt one button at a time. When she was done she rolled it over his shoulders and slipped it off, placing it on the chair with her dress. She put her hands under his t-shirt and raised it over his head. She placed it on the chair and began kissing his chest and nipples. He moaned as her lips touched his body. Next she moved to his buckle, unfastening it and loosening his trousers pulling them down his legs. His shoes and sock were already off so he stepped out of them and she placed them on the same chair. She stood close to him their bodies just slightly touching. She laughed, "One more thing." She put her hands under the waistband of his boxers and pulled them down. Like her he kicked them off and they landed on top of the lamp. As she came up her fingers glanced over his manhood bringing it to life. He pressed his palms over her breast, igniting her love and the hardness of her nipples. He took her hand and the got into the bath. She settled in in front of him and the water was perfect. The night had been perfect and it was just beginning.

As they laid there they sat in silence. She moved her hands up and down his upper thighs bringing him shivers even in the warm water. He reached around her and grazed her breast lightly. She surprised him and took his hands moving them over her breast, cupping them tightly. She moved her head back and leaned into him moaning lightly. He kneaded them lightly raising her temperature as well. They played and giggled like new lovers. After a few minutes, Amy turned around and kneeled in front of him. She leaned into him, kissing him with a passion and love only they could share. She reached down and grabbed him stroking as he moaned her name. He move his hand between her legs and teased her moving his fingers in and out of her. She lightly screamed his name as she came to an amazing orgasm. They settled in each other's arms as she spun back around leaning into his chest. They sat contently chatting about things. Amy spoke up, "Ty, I am sorry about how I acted before. I am just a jumble of emotions but I am sure of one thing. You and the kids love me and will always be my rock. You know the other day, I called Celene. I scheduled some time with her just to talk through some things. I hope that is Ok with you?' He smiled, "Amy of course if am but I have a confession, I talked to her to. I was hoping to get some ideas on how to help you." He hesitated catching his breath. "Seeing you sad makes me want to take it all for you, all the pain and sadness. She really helped me and talked me through some things. I hope you don't' mind." She turned around and smiled, "Ty Borden I love you more and more each day. Now I am shriveling up so lets get dried off and head to bed, I need a lot of loving tonight. And by the way, we definitely don't need robes, yet." They got out, dried each other off between kisses and caresses, grabbed some Champagne and chocolates and got int to bed. As they walked over she glanced at the envelopes and whispered to him. "I will open them and I want to do them with you but first I need you to love me and hold me tight. The best medicine for me is you in my arms and feeling you inside of me." He smirked, "How much champagne have you had there Mrs. Borden?" She looked at him, "I don't need that to want you and I want you now."

After they put their flutes on the nightstand Amy became the temptress. She crawled up to him kissing him all the way. For her, foreplay was done, they had all night for that. She wanted and needed to feel him now. She had never been as aroused as she was at this moment. She moved over top of him and lowered herself slowly down on his shaft. He grabbed on for dear life as she moved up and down in rhythm with his thrust. Their lovemaking was slow and sultry but full of hunger for each other. Ty looked into her eyes somehow able to smile and tell her he loved her. Between rapid breaths she kept moaning his name begging him to move deeper into her. It wasn't a desperate plea, but a need she had to completely bond with him. He rolled her over and continued to move with her. As they rolled over she screamed his name in compete and utter pleasure. Both of them felt that their orgasms were close so they kept the intensity up. As if they were connected they peaked together exploding with complete and uninhibited bliss. After few minutes they settled continuing to move in each other but calming a bit. They separated and fell over next to each other panting and giggling. Ty was able to get the first word out, "Amy that was the most arousing love making ever, we definitely need to do this more often." She giggled tickling his sweaty side. "Well I aim to please and you are a stallion who needs to be ridden hard." He looked at her and was wondering where his wife went. She continued, "Don't worry I am not going psychotic on you, I just have never felt so satisfied and completely in love. Ty, you are the most wonderful and caring husband a girl could ever have. I have been struggling and you went out of my way to help me. I will never forget how you always put me first and I am going to keep reminding you what it means to me. She laid back exhausted but beyond happy, Ty saw no signs of remorse or sadness, just love and fulfillment. After the freshened up, got a drink and a few more chocolates they turned down the lights. They playfully fed each other and when filled up Ty spooned her from behind. He could tell she was fading. Her anxiety and the lovemaking they shared had tired her. She whispered good night to him and he kissed her neck saying the same. Soon her breathing slowed and he followed. The trembling was gone as they laid together in compete calm. Before he fell asleep Ty smiled, he had his Amy back.

Amy blinked as the sun came through the window. She felt the warm body of her husband and smiled remembering their night. As always he was right, she was struggling a bit, the memory of her mother always with her. She was overwhelmed with love for him thinking about everything he did to make last night so special. She chuckled internally recalling their discussion about her seeing Celene. She shouldn't have been surprised that he admitted that he had talked to her as well as Maryanne. As she glanced over to the five envelopes, she also was not surprised that Lyndy had seen it too and she expected she discreetly told her siblings with the detail suited for their age. This morning she thought of her mom in a happy way, realizing that she was looking down at what her and Ty had achieved. Their work, their kids and mostly their love for each other. She could hear her saying I love you. She had to get to the bathroom so she made the effort to get out of Ty's grasp. After some jiggling she was free and quickly made it there. It was cold and she shivered a bit realizing that her clothes had long been discarded. She grabbed Ty's favorite pajamas and put them on to warm up a bit. After turning the coffee on she climbed back into bed to a still sleeping and very naked husband. She smiled as she enjoyed the view and recalling how their night most likely made him happy and satisfied bringing him a very contented sleep. Their intimacy was always very satisfying but last night he was very focused on pleasing her, not just with love making but with the entire evening. She felt warm as she remembered her actions that she knew made him feel special as well. She smiled again and as the coffee began to brew the room filled with the aroma. The smell roused him and his first feeling was his wife in his arms. He opened his eyes and soke softly. "Good morning my love, you got dressed." Rolling around she kissed him and answered, "Well I got up to go and was cold, you know the no clothes thing. So I started some coffee and slipped on your favorite pajamas." She smirked, "They come off pretty easily." He held her close without words. After a few minutes, he kissed her forehead and went to the bathroom deciding to put a pain of boxers and t-shirt. He grabbed two cups and came back to his wife. "You seem happy, did you enjoy last night?" She nuzzled into his chest, "The dinner was amazing and the rest of the night was OK." He looked at her with wide eyes getting ready to respond and she put her hand on his mouth. "Ty last night was magical, I have never felt so loved. This morning when I woke up in your arms I realized that I do miss my mom, but she would be so proud of what we have accomplished. My sadness turned to a content feeling that she would be proud of us and that she loves us. They lied their warming up as the room filled with sunlight. She took a breath, "Ty after breakfast I need something from you." Smiling he said, "Well I am good with that." She poked him, "No silly not that, although a little more loving is on tap. No I want to open the letters with you. I need you to do it with me." He smiled hugging her, "Of course."

Promptly at 10:00am there was a knock on the door and the sound of a car pulling away. Ty got up and brought in the breakfast prepared for them. They sat in bed enjoying the assortment of breakfast foods, feeding each other. Amy laughed at the note, "Amy and Ty, Good Morning. Blaze and Triumph are tacked up and in the paddock. Your truck is gone so feel free to ride them over to the ranch house. Enjoy your breakfast and have a great day. Grandpa says dinner is at 5:00pm at Heartland and don't be late. With love from everyone that loves you so much." They smiled at the note and the care of the food prepared. When the finished they cleaned up and she noticed a note by the sink. "Don't you dare clean up, we got it. Jenn and Lou." They put on their robes, grabbed the envelopes and headed out to the back porch, that had a view of the lake. Amy timidly smiled as she fumbled the letters. Ty looked at her, "You ready?" She smiled grabbing the first one. They sat quietly reading each of them together. They quietly commented on the words written by their children. Ty laughed, "It looks like Wyatt helped JT with his, it looks like his penmanship." Amy was quiet as she looked them over making sure she read every one twice. Each one of them was personal with reference to what she means to each of them. The themes were similar, they loved her without conditions, they were proud of her and what she had accomplished, they loved how much in love she was with their dad and they knew she was always there for them. JT said that he loved how she worked with horses and how she always took the time to listen to him. Maddie thanked her for allowing her to be herself and also how she helped her understand that she needs to do things for herself. Annie thanked her for understanding the bond between her and Addie and allowing her to pursue what she loved, especially horse jumping. Addie's response was like her to the point. She thanked her mom for understanding that she had different likes and letting her kind of be a gear head, like her dad. As she read Lyndy's note she caught her breath. Ty immediately noticed and held her closer. Lyndy told her that she loved her more and more every day. She loved her because she accepted and let Wyatt be a part of her family. She loved her because she was always there to listen. She said that there is no better mom and role model than her. But what she said next really shook her as she read it to Ty, "Mom, you are my best friend and my love for you and dad is forever. But remember, just like you tell all of us, please take care of yourself and do things that make you happy. I hope your time with dad has helped you realize there is no need for sadness, only hope and love. Mom I love you, we all love you. And by the way that guy with you is a keeper."

Amy sat the letters down and leaned into her husband. They laid next to each other not saying a word. Both realized how lucky they were. After some more caring, compassionate and fulfilling love making, they got dressed and went on their trail ride. It was going to be short as their time together went into the early afternoon. As they rode they made sure they went by the cemetery. Amy sat at her mom's grave and talked to her about how she was feeling and the letters the kids wrote her. She also told her about Ty and what he did for her. They wanted to see the kids so they headed to Heartland early. As the came up to the family homestead, JT was the first one to see them. He screamed, "Mom and Dad are hear!" Basically everyone heard him and made their way to greet them outside the barn. Katie and Clay took their horses and told them Old Blue was at their ranch as well as their bags. Clay had drove the big SUV over for them. The kids all came up to their parents hugging them and welcoming them back. They had decided not to push about the time they had until JT blurted out. "Mommy and Daddy lots of rain check time?" The entire group laughed hysterically and Ty picked him squeezing him tightly. At the table, Maddie finally opened up, "Did you like our letters Mom? We wanted to let know how we felt." It seemed that the family had known about them and all quieted. Amy put her drink down and held Ty's hand under the table. She smiled, "Well I did read them and they were all wonderful. I loved the comments and the true feelings of love I felt from all of you. And for everyone else who helped, I Iove all of you. Ty helped me realize that I am one of the luckiest people in the world because I have all of you. I am better and realize that I need to take care of me too." She smiled at Maddie when she referenced her comment. "I miss my mom but am proud that she can see from heaven what we all have accomplished. I love all of you." Everyone smiled as Jack spoke up while glancing at his granddaughter, "Let's eat before the food gets cold." Amy smiled, "I am starving."
