Chapter One Hundred Twenty-One

Relationships and Bonds

A/N – Lots of things to digest in the last chapter so I hope you enjoyed it. It was fun as always living through JT's party. He is very easy to write about and is a special kid. But as you see the Borden family is the real center of my story and as I move forward, as long as this may be, I hope to continue in that direction. I always envisioned a future of Amy and Ty and am having a lot of fun developing it. My recent chapters have been pretty compacted time wise so my plan is to begin to expand the time covered. As I say that I hope that you understand that my style is to unexpectedly add storylines on a whim. But the effort will be made. We are moving into the school year and Amy and Ty are as busy as ever. The new extended family members are settling in, business enhancements are nearly completed, Katie is doing great, Lyndy and Wyatt will have another date planned soon and I am contemplating bringing Rusty and Haley more into the picture. I see a continuing bond growing between Katie, Clay, Haley, Rusty and our second favorite couple. A necessary trip is coming for our two main characters and a big announcement is on the way. I am excited about the start of the year and can't wait to see how it pans out. Please keep sending me your reviews and ideas, I really enjoy them and use many of the ideas as storylines. Keep them coming. Mature Content Enjoy!

A slow-moving group was eating breakfast getting ready to head back to school. JT yawned for the hundredth time and Addie was slumped over her bowl of cereal and toast. Ty glanced over the group at the table, "What's wrong you guys, partied out?" Maddie, who seemed never to be tired spoke up, "Not me, I can't wait to get back to school." The rest of them rolled their eyes at their always hyper sister. Amy laughed, "Well we have a pretty easy week so enjoy you school time and don't work too hard when you get home. You need to take care of your horses and don't forget your study sessions. What does everyone have going on?" Lyndy spoke up first, "Well we are going through some pretty difficult testing at Goddard the next two weeks. They have been asked to put together a team of dancers to compete in the North American Championship in Denver this spring. My teacher is encouraging me to do it." The table perked up as Amy smiled proudly, "Honey, why is this the first we have heard of this? That is amazing." She blushed, "Well with everything going on I was planning to but didn't get the chance. They are giving us the information to give to our parents this week." The family congratulated her and Wyatt squeezed her leg under the table. Addie perked up, "Any dates in the plan soon you two crazy kids." Wyatt smiled, "Well we wanted to ask if we could go with Katie and Clay Friday and see a movie with them, Haley and Rusty on campus. They have a free Friday movie night in the rec center and thought it would be fun." Ty smiled, "Well that sounds like fun, I actually used to take your mom to those when I went there." Annie laughed, "Did they have movies back then dad?" He looked at her sternly answering, "Yes they had movies but the best part was when mom would bury her head in my shoulder when a scary scene come on. We kind of kind made out sometimes too." Amy blushed and smacked him and he sat back, "Hey she made the, did they have movies then comment." The table livened up and were laughing and talking about the week. Wyatt was the first to notice that JT kept looking at everyone not saying a lot. He spoke up, "So JT what's going on with you. I mean now that you are four I bet you have a lot going on." The table silenced and waited for his response. "Well I can't wait to get back to a normal routine and am really looking forward to hanging with my boys, especially Trent." He got quiet, so Maddie spoke up, "Hey bud what's up?' He smiled, "Although at times you girls are crazy, I am really happy to be your little brother." The girls immediately went to hug him as Ty, Wyatt and Amy watched. Finally Ty spoke up, "Ok, mom and I got clean up you all get ready for the bus and Wyatt be safe driving my daughter." They all laughed as they went to make their lunches and get their bags.

Amy and Ty saw the last group off and headed to the office. They held hands smiling and chatting to each other. As they walked up Georgie saw them and huffed. Amy spoke up, "What's wrong Georgie?" She smiled, "Well Nate is in his not sleeping during the night mode and wants to nurse constantly. Steven hasn't been feeling 100% and the twins are constantly badgering each other. I have no idea how you guys did it." Amy smiled completely understanding and pulled her in for a hug. "Well thank goodness for the Day Care and anytime you two need a break, bring them over, we have plenty of kids to watch those rascals. And maybe it would be good for the two of you to have some time together." Her eyes lit up, "That sounds like a great idea." As she said that Steven walked over dragging a little as Georgie gave him a hug, "Amy and Ty said they could watch the kids this weekend, we need a night out." Amy and Ty looked at each other not realizing that they wanted this weekend as they watched the now brighter couple. Georgie, now excited spoke, "I will call Jenn and see if there is a cabin available for Saturday. Can we bring them over at lunch on Saturday and pick them up Sunday afternoon?" Still a little stunned Ty answered, "Of course you can, the kids will be excited." They continued into the office leaving the now energized couple as Amy whispered, "Well I guess we have three extra kids this weekend." The both opened up their laptops to go over their emails. Amy had a horse coming after lunch and Ty had several evaluations to do. He also had to run over to the vet clinic and consult with Scott on an upcoming surgery. Since he was heading into town, Amy smiled and said, "Can I tag along?" I would love to see how the new clinic is coming along and maybe I will let you buy me lunch." He smiled as they both looked over their emails. They noticed that the new tablets had been ordered and would be here in a week or so. Ty also got an email from the University and read it to her. "Hey babe, they want us to do another clinic/presentation and offered to pay this time. I know we have been busy but I think it would be a good idea to do one. They asked us to brainstorm some ideas and send it to them. They also have some request so we will get together and decide on what we will do." Amy smiled, "I like doing them and look at the benefits." He smiled and sat back thinking how lucky he was. Their dream was to work together and built a business that their kids could take over when the time came – to build a legacy for the Borden family. What had happened went way beyond that. The enterprise that they talked about on the lawn next to the pond so many years ago had grown way beyond expectations. Amy looked at him and his faraway look. "Earth to Borden." He laughed, "Just thinking…about how lucky I am to have such an amazing wife." She smiled and went to sit on his lap kissing his neck and whispering, "I am the lucky one and maybe tonight we can see how lucky we both are."

The hugged and went back to finish their emails as several people were in and out of the office. Before they headed to the clinic they walked the grounds to look over the work that was nearing completion. It also gave them a chance to say hello to a lot of the staff and check on things. Many of them thanked them for the company party and especially for their Christmas bonus. The work on the ranch was ahead of schedule and they were pleased thanking the project manager on site. They then snuck over to the Day Care Center to look in on Mallory and the work that was just completed on her apartment. Mallory walked over with them and said, "You guys it is now a home, I can't thank you all enough." Amy smiled and noted the maturity that Mallory had now, much different form the young Mallory they knew. They walked back to the Day Care and talked with the staff and kids. Ty heard a screech as little Noah reached out for him, "Unk Ty, Unk Ty!" Ty gathered him up in his arms and tickled his belly. Soon Noah and Hannah moved over by Amy to give her a hug as well. It seemed that they were a hit as several of the kids ran their way. Mallory laughed, it is like you are celebrities or something." Ty laughed, "No we are just awesome." She rolled her eyes and got the kids back on to their activities. Amy joked with her, "You are really like the school principal, keeping them all in line." Mallory smiled, "I have to keep these kids on task, we have a responsibility and need to push, push, push. OMG, I sound like Tim." The three of them laughed as Amy and Ty said goodbye and walked around for a while until they left to head into town. Caleb and a couple of the ranch hands watched them leave and one asked Caleb, "I can't believe how amazing they are together, I wish I knew how to get that close to someone." Caleb laughed, "My man Amy and Ty are a once in a lifetime love affair. It took a lot to get where they are and I for one am happy to see my two best friends so happy." The others ribbed him a bit but he sent them all back to work. After Amy and Ty finished they hopped in Old Blue and headed to the clinic. The truck almost knew where to go on its own as it had made thousands of trip to the clinic over many years. Amy and Ty got out of the driver's side holding hands and giggling. They were startled when they hear a voice from across the street, "You two are amazing," Soraya yelled smiling broadly. They blushed and headed into the clinic glancing up at the new sign. They walked in as Amy spoke up, "Nice looking sign Dr. Cardinal" He laughed, "Yea not too shabby, but don't worry we have decided to use the old one for the new clinic. Customers may be a little confused at first but they will figure it out." Ty added, "Yea we probably have to do a press release for sure." They laughed as Ellie, Cass and Mandy came out of the back greeting the Bordens. Thye waled them around showing them some of the work done and planned after they opened up the new place. Ellie and Mandy took them over to look at the progress. Ellie proudly smiled, "We are just about done, in fact we may start moving some of the animals over next week." Mandy added, "And we have staff ready and will be using two of the college kids on their clinicals as we start up." Amy and Ty smiled thanking them for everything. The gave them hugs and walked to Maggie's.

After a fun lunch at Maggie's they headed back to the ranch sitting very close in Old Blue. On the ride back they continued to chat about all of the changes, Amy spoke up, "Ellie and Mandy are amazing and it seems they have really hit it off. I heard that they hang out together and their husbands have also become friends. You know this Heartland place really brings people together." Ty pulled her in close, "Well I can vouch for that, I am the luckiest person here because it brought us together." She hugged him tightly, "If you weren't driving I would definitely be thanking you for saying that. Rain check for sure." They drove quietly for a bit as Amy spoke solemnly, "I mean look how many people that have found each other. Grandpa found Lisa, Lou and Scott finally got together as did Georgie and Steven. Katie found Clay, Caleb found Ashley then Cass. Ben and Jenn met here as well as several of the ranch hands and staff. We are like a regular matchmaking service." Ty smiled, "Yea but some didn't work. I mean the Ashley mess for one, Peter and Lou, and then Mallory and Jake, those weren't too good. Well and you and Jesse Stanton and Caleb." She leaned back and scoffed, "Ok Jesse was like a few months and Caleb was a distraction. You were always in my sights." He cocked his eyebrow, Always in you sights, really." She leaned in to kiss his cheek, "Really." He looked up and found a spot to pulled over. As he put the truck in park he barely had it turned off before he passionately kissed her as both of their hands roamed. They were in secluded area and he made sure to pull off the road. Amy had never felt so hungry for him and was relentless in her passion. After several minutes, the breathless couple drew back to look in each other's eyes and began laughing hysterically. They looked down and saw shirts unbuttoned and belts loosened. Amy whispered, "Ok well that was fun but we may be better off in our own bed." Glancing out the back window, "Or in the bed of the truck." The giggled as Ty frowned, "We need to get back." They attempted to get themselves back together and headed to the ranch. They jumped out of the truck again on Ty's side and held hands giggling and laughing as the went into the office. After a few minutes, Georgie and Katie walked in with a concerned look as Georgie spoke up, "Where have you two been, Amy we have a client coming in 10 minutes. And I heard a rumor that someone saw this older couple laughing and giggling out in the open like teenagers. Before you say anything Soraya told Mallory and she told us, of course." Amy and Ty blushed, "We checked out all the work being done and had lunch, that's it." They both kept staring at them and finally a serious Katie spoke up, "Well that's just great, you guys are doing whatever and we are here taking care of everything. I mean really, you two have kids and responsibility, you need to tone it down a bit." Ty and Amy were a little taken aback until Georgie added trying to suppress her laughter, "And Ty maybe before you head out you should rebutton your shirt, it's kind of out of line a bit." After a second they all broke out into laughter but before Amy headed out she kissed Ty whispering, "Rain Check" before Katie grabbed her pulling her out the door screaming, "Geez you two!"

At dinner that night conversation was lively about school and work. Maddie had a look and decided to speak up, "So mom and dad, I heard you were caught making quite the scene several times today. An incident outside the vet clinic and then in the office. Care to explain what happened and something about a shirt buttoned out of line." JT looked confused, "Well sometimes I have trouble keeping my buttons in line, so I don't see the big deal." The girls giggled looking at their parents for an answer. Amy gathered herself, "Well we have such great kids and a great life, dad and I are just really happy. And today was a good day so yea we may have been a little more romantic today, I don't see the big deal." JT again spoke up, "Yea, why do you guys pick on them so much. I love how much they love each other." Wyatt and Ty agreed shaking their heads and smiling. Ty, Amy and JT cleaned up while the rest headed out to settle the horses. After some study time the kids went to bed as Amy and Ty made the rounds, making sure they spent a little extra time with JT. The second they closed and locked their door, Amy attacked her husband. A day of pent-up passion exploded for both of them. Amy didn't even get to comb out her hair as within seconds, stumbling to their bed, all of their clothes were shed. Both were breathless as they jumped in bed barely separated. Amy was relentless in her aggressiveness making sure her husband understood her intentions. She moved her lips and hands effortlessly over his body as he made attempts to match her moves. As she gained the advantage momentarily she grasped onto his manhood stroking it with meaning. Ty moaned tossing his head back, "Amy, you are killing me," She smirked and moved her lips to assist, "I am just getting started my love. His legs drew weak as she continued to bring him to a level of love only reserved for Amy and Ty. She took a breath, happy with her work, allowing him to take control. He knew every place that needed his hands, lips and tongue. Amy was trying to hold back her scream as he pleasured her deeply. She put her hands over her mouth silencing her scream of passion and moaned his name over and over as she reached her climax, several times. They were both highly charged as the heavy lovemaking continued for over an hour. Neither of them relented until Ty positioned himself and Amy opened up for him. They joined completely and controlled their movement to get the full release as they made love to their partner. As the excitement grew they sped up, eventually reaching a mutual orgasm that drained both of them completely. Lying beside one another, breathing heavily, Amy finally gathered the strength to roll onto her husband. She giggled making circles on his chest, "Well this was an end to a real good day." He breathed out, "I love you Amy." They melted as one and fell into a blissful sleep.

The rest of the week went well and the family really enjoyed having the Weber kids overnight. Hannah hung with Maddie and little Nate and Noah stayed in JT's room with Trent. With all the kids the four of them were the most difficult to settle. Georgie and Steven thanked them over and over and spent a little more time saying goodbye. Finally Lyndy spoke up, "You guys need to get out of here." They laughed as Georgie winked at Amy as they left. When they arrived at the cabin they were surprised to see it all made up with rose petals on the bed along with a chilled bottle of champagne and chocolates. There was a note from Amy, Lou, Katie and Lyndy reminding them to have fun with a lewd note from Lou saying another grandchild would be nice. It also said when dinner and breakfast would be arriving and they would not knock just put it by the door. Each unit had an insulated box for food deliveries so no contact was needed. As soon as they read the note, Georgie had one thing on her mind. She jumped into steven's grasp and began to shower him with kisses. He returned them as well as they fell onto the bed giggling and moaning. They loved each other completely since with three kids under two alone time was at a minimum. As they laid there a heavy breathing Georgie spoke in a whisper, "Ok well that was amazing, Weber, you still got it for sure. But I won't lie, I am kind of hungry." A very naked Steven got up and put on a robe to get their dinner. Thye sat next to each other feeding dinner to each other. Georgie smiled, "So another grand kid, my mom is crazy." Steven got quiet, "Well we said we wanted 3 or 4 kids." Georgie poked him in the ribs, "Steven you just like getting lucky with me." He laughed, "Well I didn't hear you complaining. And I hope to get lucky a few more times." She blushed, "I am not against it so let's just think it over and talk later. I am done talking." She stood up, discarded her robe and smiled, "Ready for round 2." He took a quick drink of champagne, through his robe on the couch and pulled her down to the plush rug in front of the fireplace. They loved like their honeymoon night helping each other to multiple climaxes. As little bit after midnight Georgie opened her eyes seeing her husband's beautiful face right next to hers. She must have fallen asleep and he carried her to bed. She smiled and quickly joined him. The next morning after a little shower love and a great breakfast shared, they got ready to head out. As they pulled up to the Miracle Ranch, three little screams came from the porch as Noah and Hannah ran to their parents with Nate wiggling in Annie's arms. Georgie and Steven grabbed them kissing and hugging them. The Bordens followed to greet them and the kids took the three Weber kids to the barn. Amy, Ty, Lyndy and Wyatt walked in to the house with the completely relaxed and in love couple. Amy smirked, "Did you have a good night you two, Steven you look a little tired." He blushed and hugged his wife, "We had a great night." As they walked to get the kids from the barn, Lyndy whispered to her cousin, "So will I be getting a new second cousin soon?" Georgie blushed again poking her in the ribs. "Well I don't know about that but I see some babysitting opportunities for the two of you in the near future for sure."

The next few weeks were busy again for everyone. Amy, Georgie and Katie had a lot of horses to handle and since Katie was continuing to get bigger at least one of the younger trainers was always with her. Wyatt was with her the most and was really learning a lot from the gifted horse whisperer. Rusty continued to improve and Haley, when she had the time was spending some time with Amy and Georgie. Lyndy was working with Annie on less needy horses as well to see how she handled them. Amy and Georgie were watching the two of them as Georgie noted, "You know Amy she is really getting it and Lyndy is a great teacher. Our future looks bright for sure." Amy saw a little gleam in her eye but decided not to follow up. They also had a ranch hand and one of the kids from the youth program that were being observed for now and would be assessed later. Ty, Scott and the vet team were also busy as well. They had the opening for the new clinic and made sure the press was invited along with the mayor and other local business leaders. Scott spoke for the group, explaining the intent of the new facility and the expansion of their cattle and horse business as well. Ellie gleamed as Scott announce that she would be running the new Hudson Vet Clinic. He also lined out each facilities purpose, managers and bios on all of the vets. A handout was prepared and distributed at the press conference and sent to other parties that needed it. It made the evening news and was even shown in Calgary. They received multiple congratulatory notes from companies, the university, media and political figures. Justin even sent an official letter of recognition to the new expansion and his excitement for the next phase of their journey. He also privately called them to give them a more personal congratulations and appreciation for their commitment to animals in general. The business at The Equine Center continued to grow steadily. They decided that they would add a new vet in the spring to float between the facilities. Steven and Cass took on extra responsibilities and were promoted to Assistant Managers for Ty and Scott, respectively. Georgie and Caleb were so proud of their spouses and happy about the added income. That night Lyndy and Wyatt watched the Weber kids at their house so they could celebrate completely. Jenn took Ben and Rosey so the O'Dell's could celebrate as well. With the enhancements to the beau vine and equine services they immediately saw in increase in business and clients were bringing animals from all around Western Canada and in some cases even farther. Lisa was sitting with Jack, Lou, Scott, Ty and Amy at lunch one day and she pointed out. "The decision and enhancements we have made are already showing great results. We are becoming the go to place for just about any type of surgical or behavioral care of animals. I just have to say that the four of you have developed an amazing operation." The all toasted with their waters and Jack spoke up, "I know I say this a lot but this organization is a tribute to your leadership and love. I can't tell you how proud Lisa and I are of the four of you. Your children and children's children will have quite a legacy to carry on. And I am sure they will" They toasted again as Amy and Lou hugged their grandpa tightly.

Also over this time Soraya's practice was going well and Dillon was settling in at the hospital. Each day they would see how good their decision was as the girls were quickly adjusting to the Canadian lifestyle which was a little more laid back than England. And deep down she knew her mom would be happy that they had brought her home as well. Dillon's parents supported it as well and promised to visit often as they were retired. Even though she had taken on some clients, Soraya followed up on her commitment and scheduled a session with Mallory, Bella as well as Amy and Ty. Each had varying level of needs and as promised she did the work pro bono just for the experience. Part of her licensing requirement was to diversify her treatment types so she welcomed the challenge, and genuinely wanted to help. Her first paying customer, the Prime Minister, had met with her several times privately over Zoom. She was looking forward to meeting with him in person when he made a planned trip to Calgary. She joked with Amy, Ty and Dillon at lunch one day, "I feel like a spy or something. I will be driven to the hotel and taken up the service elevator to meet him in the room. Everything is so secretive to protect him, which I totally understand." Amy laughed, "How is he doing?" Dillon chuckled putting his arm around his wife's shoulder, "Well I can answer that, he is fine. That is all I ever get from her and I am her husband, the love of her life, her partner forever…" She smacked him, "Well baby yes you are but for everyone, he is fine." They all laughed enjoying the renewed friendship of the three of them and new addition of Dillon. Ty laughed, "You guys are cute but don't think you will reach the Amy and Ty level of cutivity." Now it was Amy's turn to smack her husband. They said their goodbyes and headed back to their jobs. Soraya was meeting with Mallory for the first time this afternoon and had to prepare. A quiet Mallory entered the office in a state that was unfamiliar to Soraya. She laughed, "Well I never have met the quiet Mallory, you know everything is going to be Ok. We are just her to talk and have an hour for that. You can say whatever you want. We can talk about kids, work, whatever." She smiled at her friend, "It's just hard, I have never had someone to talk to. When everything was happening I was by myself with my precious little boy. Some people tried to help but I was so miserable that I pushed them away. But here it goes." Over the next hour plus she detailed everything that had happened. Soraya knew some of the early stuff but as she listened she realized how traumatic this had been for her. As usual she patiently listened and took down some notes. After several breakouts of tears and hugs Mallory slumped in her chair. Soraya smiled, "Now I am going to hug you and to let you know that is not a common practice with my patients." Mallory collapsed in her arms sobbing uncontrollably. Soothing her she whispered, "Mallory we will get through this together." She weepily looked up, "Thanks, I am so happy you came back home."

Late that afternoon, she had a great session with Bella who had wanted Maya and her mom there too. The session was less personal but still warm and friendly. Bella had already received a lot of support emotionally but enjoyed talking to her and was very open. As the session ended Soraya asked to talk to Maya's mom alone. "I have to say that she seems to be doing very well, you, Maya and your husband have done amazing with her." She smiled, "She is a strong girl but I do need your advice. I like the counselors she sees but there is something I would like you opinion on. Occasionally she cries out at night and wakes up panicky and sweating. She says she is Ok but I expect she is reliving some of her abuse." Soraya smiled, "Let me think through that. I have some exercises we can do to help her including hypnosis. She is young but I think it may be helpful." She thanked her and as they headed out Soraya's phone went off with a text from Amy, "Call me!" She laughed and called her back. A panting Amy answered as Soraya alarmed asked, What's wrong Amy?" Amy giggled, "Sorry I am with a horse that is not cooperating. Looks like you have a partner tomorrow for your secret mission. Maryanne is coming to check up on Haley and asked me to go with her. And, after you meet with Justin, the five of us are having lunch. Unfortunately, we have to do it at the hotel room for obvious reasons." Soraya laughed, "Well its crazy enough that my first real paying client is the PM but now I am having lunch with his wife and daughter as well. Man Amy you are quite the celebrity." Amy scoffed, "Whatever they are just our friends" She scoffed back, "Amy, I have seen the YouTube videos of you interviews on Good Morning Calgary, write ups about the University Clinics and everything else. Girl you guys are the real deal." She got a little sullen and continued, "Amy, your mom would be so proud of you and Ty." The phone was quiet as she answered quietly, "Soraya your mom is proud of you as well and I bet she is overjoyed that you came home." Before they ended the call the confirmed times for tomorrow and said their goodbyes. Each of them hung up happy that they had each other back in their lives.

As the two friends pulled up to the hotel, Soraya gasped at the number of TV trucks and people. She notice a lot of reporters but also a lot of protesters. The security team in the front said, "Change of plans, we are heading to the loading area. Mrs. Borden you are a bit recognizable and we don't want to raise any more attention to your visit. Mrs. Trudeau and her daughter arrived already and it caused quite the stir." They smiled and followed the two security guards to the service elevator and up to the floor they were using. Soraya was in a world she was not accustomed to and when they entered their suite an apologetic Maryanne and Haley greeted them. "Soraya we are sorry, but this is our life, kind of comes with the territory." She smiled, "No problem I can't imagine having to handle this all the time." She smiled and hugged her. Amy already saw how comfortable they were with each other. After some chatting with Haley about school Maryanne took Soraya back to Justin's office so they could talk. The plan was for Amy, Haley and her to go back to campus to meet with the staff about her classes and her security setup. Justing greeted Soraya with a sincere smile offering her something to drink. Soraya took a tea and they sat across from each other in two very push chairs. He laughed at her expression, "A little overwhelming hey. I would say you get used to it but I even find myself overwhelmed at times. I try to deal and have a normal life as I can but sometime it is a struggle. Along with that and some of the additional pressure from my adversaries is why I guess we are meeting." She smiled, "Yes that is part of it, but more importantly we want to talk about how you can use your amazing wife, family and friends to help you deal. Justin, you have so much love around you and together we will find out how to use that." He smiled humbly, "You know I am not good at this personal talking thing but Amy and Ty were right. You are an amazing listener and person, I can't thank you enough for this." She laughed and smiled one of those Soraya bright eyed smiles, "Well thank you but I still can't believe I am sitting in a room with the Canadian Prime Minister. It is just overwhelming." He reach over and took her hands, "No you are sitting with your new friend, Justin." Since this was their third session the carried on where they left off the last time. As she had said now that he had disclosed his worries, they needed to start focusing on ways to use the people that loved him for coping and support. Their conversation went well as there was a definite confidence in Justin with her ideas and a mutual respect for each other. As they finished up they set a date and time for his next Zoom session and went to join the others for lunch in the suite's mini dining room.

After lunch Amy and Soraya said their goodbyes with hugs being shared all around. As usual, Amy and Maryanne hugged a little longer. Soraya smiled noticing the bond between the two friends. She knew her friend struggled sometimes having close bonds outside of her circle and made a mental note to discuss it when she met with Amy and Ty. Amy reminded Haley that she was invited to the house for lunch on Saturday before she went on her ride and later date with Rusty, Clay, Katie, Lyndy and Wyatt. The ride back was full of talk about the day, Soraya still a little overwhelmed with being with the PM and his family. "I know it is weird but I still can't believe I just had a session with the PM and lunch with his wife and daughter. But you know he said something to me when I mentioned it. He said, when it is just us, just like you guys he is only Justin. He is really an amazing man." Amy smile and held onto her best friends hands. After Soraya was dropped off, Amy was taken home. I was midafternoon so she headed to the office to check on things. After a half hour or so Ty came in sneaking up behind her. He covered her eyes and said, "Guess Who" She pondered her response. "Hmm , seems like it is the luckiest man in the world." She giggled, turned around and gave him a deep passionate kiss. "I missed you lover boy, wanna hop in Old Blue." He laughed and pulled her into his lap extending their kiss. Before they got caught they both went back to check on emails and then made an end of day walkthrough to see everyone. As always they held hands and laughed as they talked to the staff. Everyone the interacted with felt the bond they had and it made them feel happy and warm inside. Ty and Amy had no idea how they impacted the people around them. They went to the house to wait for the kids. They sat on the porch hand in hand as they began arriving. He leaned over to her, "This is perfect." She smiled and leaned into his broad shoulder sighing deeply. She couldn't imagine life being any better than this moment in time.
