Chapter One Hundred Twenty-Two

Growing Together

A/N – Well as I mentioned I wanted to move forward a bit in time so as I began writing the chapter I focused on old and new relationships as well as looking at bonds that have been formed and are developing. These storylines are really going to help me in future content as I expand on them. It is a joy to write this story for you and my hope is that is enjoyable for you. Since in my time line it is late winter I am planning to move forward another month or so and develop specific individual, couple and group relationship growth. I promised another date for Lyndy/Wyatt and I hope I don't disappoint. I hope to insert a school update and some potential big news for one of the Borden girls but may move that to the next chapter. We will keep an eye on JT and Lilly's health. The early part of this chapter will delve into Amy and Ty' sitting with Soraya. I really enjoyed the Soraya and Mallory characters in the TV show so I have ideas on how they will meld into this family. A surprise is on the way along with a challenge. That is what makes a drama fun to write. As I have mentioned I still am a fan of the Borden/Trudeau friendship and although some have voiced adverse opinions, I plan to continue to insert as I see fit. But no matter what, this is a story about Amy and Ty and they will continue to be the main focus. I would love to hear your feedback, good or bad, on some of the new folks now in the mix. Mild Mature Content Enjoy!

Ty and Amy sat nervously waiting for Soraya to join them. Ty laughed, "Look at us sitting here like we have never talked to her before about personal stuff." Amy smiled and leaned into him, "I know but I am happy we agreed to meet with her together first. I think there are concerns we share and can help each other with the ones we don't. Ty you have always been my foundation and I really need that right now." Ty leaned over to give her a supportive kiss as Soraya walked in, "Good lord you two, do I have to separate you guys." They all laughed as Amy blushed, "Sorry, if you can believe it we are both a little nervous." She smiled with her bright eyes, "Guys I love you like a brother and sister and we will talk through anything you want to. I don't meet with many couples who are so together as you two. Amy, I saw it a long time ago when Ty built the jumping course. When you finished you gave him that cute little wave and special smile. Right there I knew. Remember when we were talking before you guys went to feed the wild horses at the fishing camp." Amy looked at her blushing. "You said you were so excited because you guys had so much to talk about. Do you remember what I said?" She giggled turning red and lowering her head into TY's shoulder, "Yea, you said that you thought we needed to do more than talking." Soraya laughed, "I saw a look in your eyes that confirmed how you thought about this goofball. After all you put each other through, you loved him completely. I always knew that Ty loved you but the weeks prior to that, since the Hudson Derby, your eyes glistened when his name was mentioned. I am not trying to go down memory lane, although it is kind of fun. I am trying to confirm that you are an exception to the rule. Through all of your ridiculous struggles you emerged a couple who are completely together as one. I believe that because of what you two have created. Your kids are awesome and Wyatt is a fine young man. Camilla and Caroline can't stop talking about them and how they have helped them. I mean your family Amy, is amazing and Jack I love him as much as I would love my own grandfather. And Ty to see you and Lilly back together warms my heart. Everyone you touch is better because of being around you and the love you radiate." She paused to take a drink and grab their hands. "I am telling you this because as we start our discussion always remember that you have each other. So who wants to go first?"

Their conversation lasted a little over an hour. Amy went all the way back to when she lost Spartan. How difficult it was but with Ty and the kids support she made it through. She talked about the kids a lot, their success and challenges. She talked about her cancer scare, "Soraya, when I felt the lump I screamed for Ty. He came in and felt it too and assured me everything would be Ok. Along with Lyndy, he was with me at the doctor and through all the test. I have never been so scared in my life." Soraya interrupted her, "What scared you Amy." She thought for second. "I have always wanted to be there for Ty and the kids and I was worried that if I got sick and maybe even died they would be alone. I couldn't even think of that possibility and it kept me up at nights. I found that every time I would see the kids or hold Ty that is might be my last." At this point Amy was sobbing and Ty held her tight, "Ames, it's Ok, you are Ok and are stuck with all of us." She continued, "When I got the all clear, I made a pledge to always be there for Ty, the kids, my family and everyone I was around." Ty laughed, "Amy Borden, you are always there for us. Look at the times you have sat with Lyndy to give her guidance as she matures. A lot of daughters when the reach her age can't talk to their moms and Lyndy tells you everything. You love all our kids and Wyatt without any limits and they know that." Soraya smiled, "Well you two continue to prove my point. Heck I am just here to watch you and see how much your love has always been the safe place. I love Dillon completely and we are made for each other, but you guys are at a level all you own. Let's take a break and then we can continue." After a short break, Ty took over really talking about a lot of the same things. When he talked about his mom, Soraya sat amazed at how she reentered his life. She asked, "It must have been so hard, what finally made you decide to let your mom back in?" He smiled, "Well, three people, Amy, her husband Max and amazingly Maddie." She knew in her young mind that I had a hard decision to make and you know what she told me. She said to picture what life would be with her not in our life and with her in it." Amy looked at him teary eyes, "She said that?" He smiled, "Well you were pretty convincing too but she put in a point of view of a child that wouldn't mind having another grandma." They were quiet as Soraya spoke up. "Well lets finish on that high note. Next time we meet I think we should spend the entire time talking about the little guy and what you have been going through, sound like a plan?" They smiled and got up for big hugs, Amy whispered in Soraya's ear, "Thank you."

As the weeks moved on life for the Borden famliy and the business was good. One morning, Amy and Ty received an email about semester meetings at school. They sat and coordinated their schedules to make sure they made them all. Realizing they had six kids to meet about the staff made sure to accommodate their needs. They were anxious to see how the kids were doing and privately were looking forward to seeing how JT was handling his illness. In recent weeks he had not had any episodes as many of the changes made to his treatment had helped. He was back in his room knowing he always had an open door to come to Wyatt's room whenever her wanted to. Lyndy was scheduled for her last evaluation as the trip was going to be right after Spring Break. The family had talked about a short trip but realized there was plenty of things to do and fun to have at home. Maddie was trying to convince her parents to let he go back to England with Caroline and her mom. They had to go to their old house, as the new owners found some things they may want to keep. Also Soraya wanted to check in with Dillon's family and a few friends. After the 10th request Amy finally told her they would think about it as all they had to do was buy the plane ticket for her. Annie and Addie were wrapped up in school and work as well as hanging with their friends and Camilla. On a few occasions, the eight of them, Troy included would go to the Mall and a movie on a Saturday. Ty had let Wyatt and Lyndy use the big SUV to take them there and pick them up. Rusty and Haley had become regulars at the Bordan house, especially on the weekends. Now that they were close, their relationship was getting stronger as they also spent a lot of time with Katie and Clay, especially as Katie's pregnancy moved along. Haley was heading home for the two-week university break but Rusty would be staying home, which bothered them both. JT was a busy as ever too both at school and with his buddies. Amy noticed that he seemed to be a little more confident but she still made sure that Ty, Lyndy, Wyatt and her always asked how he was. He was Ok with it and appreciated their attention. Trent also became heavily engaged in keeping an eye out always letting one of them know if he saw anything concerning. Amy and Ty were busy with work and kids. All of the enhancements to the Miracle Ranch were done and they were really working out well. They had greatly reduced the horse count at Heartland but decided to make it the place for the birthing of foals. This helped Jack stay involved and made sense since their barn could handle the mares and their foals comfortably. It also freed up Georgie and Steven to be at the Miracle Ranch more. Lou and Lisa also got involved and even Casey helped out a bit. Amy and Ty continued to stay in touch with the staff as the workload continued to be steady and everyone was working hard. They made it a point to recognize when someone stepped up as well as work anniversaries and staff birthdays. One of the ranch hands even recommend a company newsletter and took it upon herself to get 'reporters' from every part of the business to submit monthly articles and used it to publicize accomplishments, anniversaries and birthdays. It was a big hit and made information more available to all of the staff. Each month one of the Board members would provide an article as well providing high level information and continually thanking everyone for their hard work and commitment. The first edition was a big hit and the Board even decided to give them a budget to ensure the publication was of a high quality. It became just another thing that made H.E.E. a great place to work.

Ellie's husband Nick had set up all the tablets and was holding classes for every location as they were distributed. It was decided that he would manage the system with Lou, Lisa, Scott, Ty and Amy as the decision makers. Although he fought it they decided to pay him a consultant fee when he did work. Since he worked from home it was perfect for him and the company. The system was on line so staff started getting used to them. Nick set up an email and phone number to call with questions and also assigned a champion at each location. At the Miracle Ranch, Clay took it on as he was definitely the most savvy technically. For the Board and other approved users the access to financial information was very important and helped them stay on target in reaching their goals. Business overall was continuing to grow at different levels through the company especially the Miracle Ranch and the other two vet clinics. The notoriety of the veterinary side of the business was continuing to be spread but the real draw was still the work they did rehabilitating horses. Amy and Georgie's reputation aside the other trainers continued to grow in expertise and skill. Katie and Lyndy were continuing to excel to the point where some clients would even request them. Rusty, Wyatt, Annie, Haley and a few others continued to hone their skills and when not working with a horse they watch the others. But Amy, Ty and Georgie had one steadfast rule. Family and personal time always took precedence. Each staff member was aware of that and when they seemed to stray from that mantra the three of them would reel them in. Caleb also became known as the person who would mention to his group and others, when they lost focus on how important it was. Mallory was thriving at the Day Care. The influx of kids continued and they were generally at the maximum of kids they could handle effectively. She had decided they would not be too big to make sure each kid was getting what they needed. Lou dropped by one day to kick up her grandkids as they had doctor appointments. Georgie and Steven were very busy and were going to meet her there. She got Mallory's attention before the kids saw her. "Hey Mallory, how are things going?" With a one year ole on her hip, she smiled, "I love my job Lou. Remember how amazing I was with Katie." They laughed as Lou continued, "Well I have to tell you, we all can see you are doing a great job. The Day Care was never meant to make money, just break even. You need to check your financials but it seems we are actually making a little money and we believe you are a big part of that." Mallory laughed, Well of course this is rhetorical, but I would do this for free." Before they could continue three screams were heard as Noah and Hannah ran to their grandma and a squirming Nate was reaching for her in the arms of one of the workers. She smiled, 'Sorry Lou I tried to keep them busy but they heard your voice and ran over. They are all ready to go." Lou thanked her as Mallory helped her load them in her SUV. Mallory joked, "I think you family should take stock in a car seat company, I think everyone of your cars has several in it." Lou smiled, "And more coming I am sure." She headed out smiling broadly as the kids decided they wanted to sing a song on the ride.

The triple date that Lyndy and Wyatt had with Rusty, Haley, Katie and Clay went well but they were more excited about their upcoming date. Wyatt had estimated that it was kind of an anniversary so they wanted to do something special. The night before the date Amy noticed she was kind of quiet so with a look to Ty asked her if she wanted to go look at a client horse with her after dinner. Ty caught it and asked Wyatt and JT to help clean up and the girls to go settle the family horses for the night. As they walked she diverted to the pond and Lyndy laughed, "I knew that you didn't have a horse to show me." Amy smiled and pulled her in as they walked. They found one of the covered benches and although it was chilly they were dressed warmly enough. Amy looked at her daughter, "So honey, spill, I can see you have something on your mind." She blushed smiling. "Well you know we have our anniversary date tomorrow, although I have no idea what anniversary. Wyatt is so excited so I am just playing along." Amy giggled, "Your dad does that all the time, they are both big marshmallows." Lyndy hesitated and continued as Amy gave her the time to speak, holding her hand and looking into her blue eyes. "Mom, I know I am not even 16 but I love him so much. Lately we have both been fighting the desire to move further with our relationship and are struggling a bit. Don't worry we are fine, in fact we are great, it's just that we have so much respect for each other that we want to make sure we do things the right way." A conflicted Amy thought for a second as she remembered her feelings when she was her age. "Well anyone can see that you two are the real thing. Caleb calls you the mini-Amy and Ty. As a mother I am always concerned about you and all the kids. But Lyndy, I see a lot of my mom in you. You are confident, smart, mature and just plain beautiful. Don't say this to anyone but I always would catch your dad looking at me when we first met and I hoped he liked he saw, I know I did." Lyndy blushed, "Mom!" They giggled as Amy continued, "As a relationship grows, feelings change and the desire of being intimate becomes more and more challenging. I have to ask, Is Wyatt pushing you?" Lyndy moved back and answered with confidence, "Oh no mom absolutely not, in fact I am the one who has been a little more aggressive. I can't believe I just said that." Amy laughed, "Just like you mother, remember I am the one who said I love you first the day at the fishing cabin. I could tell in your dad's eyes that I wanted to be with him and not to long after we moved our intimacy up a little, but he was also so amazing." They both were blushing now as Amy continued, "Lyndy, I have said this before, your dad and I love you and we know that Wyatt does. Yes you are young but you are way more mature than I was at your age. Heck I kissed Caleb a couple of times, how weird is that. I just want to give you a little advice and don't ever tell your dad I said this. Intimacy is not just making love, it is so much more. I am confident you both will know when the time it right. Don't plan it, just let it happen and it will when you both are ready." Lyndy smiled and pushed the envelope, "Mom did you and dad plan your first time." Amy blushed a bright red, "Well not really but it was one of the most amazing experiences I ever had, your dad was perfect. Honey, just be patient and love him. Enjoy each other and when you are ready it will happen." She smiled, "But just make sure you have protection." Lyndy blushed and laughed, "Way to ruin the moment mom." Amy hugged her tightly, "Well I want grand kids just not too soon."

They laughed and headed back to the house to find everyone getting ready for bed and Ty sitting at the table with his tablet. Lyndy walked over to him and hugged him tightly, "Daddy you married and amazing woman, good night." As she walked away he smiled at the love of his life, "Good talk I see, do I get to hear about it." She smiled sitting on his lap, "Maybe, let's go say good night to the kids." The next morning breakfast they talked about their day ahead. It was Friday so they were all looking forward to the weekend. Annie spoke up, "Hey you two love birds, ready to you big date tonight?" Lyndy looked sternly, "Yes, how is you man Jeremy, big plans this weekend." Amy whispered in Ty's ear, "We are going to be hearing this for many years." He laughed and tickled her side." They day went quickly as Lyndy and Wyatt got home to get ready for their date. She laughed, "So tell me again, what anniversary is it." He thought for a moment, "The anniversary of our first kiss." She rolled her eyes and kissed him, "Like that?" He hugged her tightly giving her his answer. Wyatt came in from cleaning and gassing up his truck just in time to see Lydy come down with her three sisters behind her. Ty's eyes opened wide as he saw her and almost fainted in Amy's arms. She laughed, "Control yourself dad, don't make a scene." Lyndy was in a beautiful purple dress the was several inches above her knees with a pair of dress boots. It was respectful but did show a lot of her neck. The dress really highlighted her body but again modestly. She had a pair of her mom's earrings and the locket that Wyatt had given her. What really was the highlight was her hair. Normally straight or in a ponytail, Annie had curled it and it hung beautifully around her face. Wyatt was ashen as he gazed at how beautiful she looked. He stuttered like no one else was in the room, "You look beautiful Lyndy." She giggled, "You kind of look good too." Maddie spoke, "No Wyatt you look hot and Lyndy so do you." Everyone laughed as Lyndy lightly smacked her arm. Ty spoke up, "Ok enough hot talk, you guys have fun as he discretely handed Wyatt and envelop that had some money in it and whispered in his ear. "Tonight is on us and don't complain. Have fun, just not too much." Now it was Amy's turn to smack him as she overheard his comment." She went to hug her daughter making sure not to mess up her makeup and hair. She had a tear in her eye and really didn't need to say anything as they smiled at each other. As they headed to the truck, JT high five his buddy, "Now you two kids be safe." Everyone laughed again as Wyatt held the door for her as she got in. Amy made the kids stop gawking and sent them inside but not before she connected with Lyndy's eyes assuring her that she loved her.

As they pulled away Wyatt joked, "I hope one day that our dates aren't a big event. It seems we have an audience every time." Lyndy smiled leaning into him as he drove. "I am sure it will let up one day. I guess they are all happy to see us moving forward in our relationship." They sat silent for a minute and he spoke in a quiet tone. "Do you want to move forward, I mean we are right." She giggled, "You are such a goofball, of course it is silly. I don't think I have been any happier that I am now." He quickly pulled off the road and turn to look at her. Startled, she looked over to him as he leaned into kiss her deeply. She blushed as it was the most passionate kiss they had ever had, "What was that for?" He whispered, "Lyndy you mean everything to me and I just wanted to make sure you knew I wanted to continue to move forward. I have felt the need to be closer to you but I will never do anything to make you uncomfortable." She realized this was an important moment and thought of what her mom had said to her. Finally she kissed his neck repeatedly and grabbed the back of his hair. "Wyatt I love you and want to keep growing in our relationship. We just need to respect each other and when we are ready, it will happen." She smirked and moved her hands to his chest and flicked his belt buckle which was an aggressive move for her. He was breathless as their kiss and movements continued to gain momentum. He reached around her waist and boldly stroked her leg at the bottom of her dress. She moaned lightly and as they broke apart they were now both breathless. She giggled, "But in your truck on the side of the road may not be the most romantic spot, and I am hungry." He laughed giving her on more kiss, "Just like your mom, food comes first." She leaned into him as their bodies told each other they were excited. She sat back and straightened herself up and he started the truck. As they drove to the restaurant, she felt a warmth that was new to her and she thought of how he felt close to her. She was so happy she could burst.

He had picked a restaurant in Okotoks that was well known for their Italian food and he knew she loved it. As they walked in arm in arm the hostess asked, "Good evening, do you have a reservation?" Wyatt smiled, "Yes under Wyatt Miller, a table for two." "She smiled, Oh yes, we had a request from Amy and Ty Borden and have a very secluded table to you two, follow me please." As they followed her several of the older patrons smiled noticing the handsome young man and beautiful young women. Many smiled and noticed their passing and Lyndy smiled back at all of them. She whispered, "I feel like everyone is watching us." He smiled, "No they are watching the most beautiful woman in the world walk by." As they got to the table he held her chair and sat right next to her. The hostess smiled and said their server would be over shortly. As their dinner went on the talked, held hands and kiss on occasion. Several time each of them got a little more aggressive as legs were rubbed and hands were held. Their meal was great and as always, Wyatt was amazed at how much Lyndy could eat. At the end of dinner the chef came out with a tray of sample chocolates, ""Let me say that it is a pleasure having you two here. I have hosted your mom and dad Ms. Borden and they are fine people. When I heard you were coming I decided to make this for you, enjoy." They smiled and thanked him and even though they were full they still ate some, packing the rest to take home to Amy, who was a chocolate freak. Wyatt paid the bill and they headed out. "I have a surprise for you Lyndy as they headed to a nearby park that had a lake and a view of the mountains. He opened her door and they put their coats on to go for a walk. Lyndy was chilly and Wyatt gave her his coat too. She smiled, "I wish it was warmer, I would love to sit and cuddle with you." He laughed, "Your wish is my command." They walked up to an area where they were about a dozen well separate portable tents that had a clear side and a view. Each had a small heater and he pulled out a key. "Let's get you warm." Startled he opened up the door and she saw an oversized love seat and table. A small cooler was filled with drinks and some snacks and there was a bouquet of yellow and blue roses on a table. She couldn't even speak. He took their coats, grabbed her hand as they sat next to each other looking out over the lake and the beautiful Rockies. She leaned into him and all she could breathlessly muster was "Wyatt."

Although private there was still some exposure to the outside. But they definitely could snuggle, kiss and hold each other. Lyndy could not believe that Wyatt found this place and asked him. He blushed a little, "Well I can't lie, "Clay told me about it. The parents of a friend of his own it and he has brought Katie here a few times. I mean it is not 100% private but it is pretty secluded and pretty cool." She leaned into his chest, "It is perfect Wyatt. We only have an hour so let's take advantage of it." Wyatt was hoping for some time with his love but her eyes told him this was a really good idea. She moved over to him and kissed him passionately on the lips. She moved to straddle him and both of them were fully involved in some very intimate connections. They felt each other's heat but were also a bit nervous. Wyatt took a breath and pulled back to look at her eyes. "Lyndy, I want to be intimate with you but that is not why I brought you here. I don't want to pressure you because I know one day we will move forward. I did it because I thought it would be nice to have some time with just you and me in a romantic place. There is no one else I want to be with more than you. You are my light and my life and I will love you forever." She smiled and whispered, "Thank you but I know you would never make me do anything I wasn't ready for. I love you to but I really want to kiss you and hold you." She giggled, "And maybe be a little frisky." He laughed blushing. She continued her kiss as his hands moves up her legs and on to her bottom and lower back. He had never had this level of access and had to admit he loved it. Based on her moans and responses she seemed to love it too. He moved his hands up her back and felt her bra strap. He hesitated until he heard her moan, "Go ahead." He helped her remove her bra and she placed it on the love seat. He gently moved his hands to her bare breast and she shuttered as he kneaded them gently. She did not push him off and actually began to thrust them into his roving hands. Their kiss continued and their hands continued to wander. She reach down and felt him under his jeans. She clicked his belt buckle and loosened his waist band. She move her hand tentatively down to touch him gently. It was different but amazing at the same time. She felt what she did to him and smiled sheepishly. Then he also moved his hand between her legs. The feeling for him was also a little daunting but wonderful. Feeling her reaction told him she enjoyed it as she shuttered again and squirmed a little moaning his name. This was a new sensation for both of them and for now just the feeling was enough for them. They continued to play until they needed to catch their breath. They held each other tightly s their clothes were in disarray. Lyndy laughed, "Well that was fun but look at the time. We need to get home." He frowned and looked at her deep blue eyes. I hope you are Ok but that was wonderful, thank you." She giggled, "So every time we do this will you thank me?" He got a serious look in his eye and she focused on his comment on the way. "Lyndy, this is one of many nights that I will always remember. I want to make a lot of memories with you." She simply smiled, his smile and kissed him again. They put themselves back together and quietly headed home both content and happy. Their date had been perfect.

Saturday morning breakfast was always a little more fun. Everyone had a busy few weeks and decided that this weekend they would have fun and unwind. They talked about the upcoming parent/teacher meetings, Lyndy's evaluations and a possible family trail ride. During the conversations Amy noticed a gleam in her oldest daughter's eyes and wanted to ask about their date but privately. She looked over to Ty and saw he noticed him seeing the same thing. Much to her concern he spoke. Hey Wyatt and JT, I have to move a few things in the clinic and need your help. No offence to all you women but it is kind of guys work." JT puffed his chest, "I'm in dad." Wyatt shook his head in agreement. Amy laughed knowing his intention, "Well why don't you head out and do you man stuff and us meek little women will clean up and do other womanly chores. And actually JT, I need you to help me get your room ready for Trent overnight." He happily agreed as the two guys headed out to the barn as Lyndy yelled, "You men can saddle up the horses too, since I am sure we are too weak to do it." Wyatt smiled, "You got it, I am sure Ty and I can handle it." As they walked over Lyndy looked on concerned of what her dad would do. The kids went to get ready for the day and Lyndy stayed back to talk to her mom. "Mom, what is dad doing? I hope he doesn't embarrass us." Amy smiled, "Don't worry he will be nice, but I am sure it will help Wyatt to have another male to talk to. They are so needy sometimes." In the clinic Wyatt and Ty were moving a few things around talking idly. Finally Ty broke the ice, "So how did things go last night, did you go to the place with the little huts. I have taken Amy there and she loved it." Realizing what he might be thinking he answered blushing a little, "Yea, Lyndy liked it too and was really surprised. We both had a really good time but I know that you have questions for me. Ty, dad, I really love her and respect her and would never do anything to hurt her." Ty chuckled, "A little déjà vu for me. That is exactly what I told Jack after we came back from the night we got stuck at the fishing cabin overnight. I was sick but I still had to ease his concerns about my intention." Now Ty blushed a little, "I know you have no one to talk to but you can always talk to me. I know us guys are stupid sometimes but never be too afraid to talk. I am here and I know you two have a special relationship. When I was a little older than you Amy and I began to move forward, but I always made sure she was ready. I have no doubt that you will do the same." Unexpectedly Wyatt went to hug Ty thanking him. Wyatt was in need of a father figure and at that moment he knew he had one.

In the house Lyndy nervously got ready to head out to the barn for the ride. Amy came into her room and closed the door, "Ok honey, what's up. Did something happen on your date?" She smiled blushing, "Mom it was perfect. Dinner was great and thanks to you guys we got a great plate of chocolates for desert. By the way here are our leftovers." Amy's smile widened as she sampled on of them. "Anyway he surprised me and took me to one of the little heated huts along the lake overlooking the mountains." Amy raised her eyes as Lyndy blushed even more. "Mom it was so amazing being there with him. I won't lie, we did get a little cozier than normal and that's all I want to tell you now. Wyatt was a perfect gentleman and was very respectful. If anything I may have been a little aggressive." Noting her mom's expression she panicked, "Mom, don't worry we just kind of made out and stuff, nothing else. God this is embarrassing, but I want to be honest, I really wanted to move on but we just aren't ready yet. I love him and he loves me but we want to be patient." She giggled, "But I won't lie, I know he is the one I want to be with and eventually move forward." Amy smiled, "Well dad and I trust you both but don't forget, I am here to talk, anytime." They hugged tightly until Maddie came out, "Let's ride Bordens." After a great ride and an even better day of family time Amy and Ty laid in their bed after saying good night to all of the kids. She leaned into Ty gently making circles on his bare chest. She smiled, "So, how did your talk go?" He laughed, "It went well, he is great young man and we are lucky he is here with us." Hesitating he continued, "When we finished talking he gave me a hug and thanked me for being there for him. It was pretty cool." Amy smiled and kissed his cheek, "Well Lyndy and I had a talk as well and she admitted she was a little aggressive but they were respectful of each other. She really loves him Ty we just have to make sure they are patient and safe. I don't think we will have a problem." He chuckled again, "So she is just like her mom, the aggressive one." Amy rolled on top of him and whispered, "Yea just like me." They would love the rest of the night away until sleep came.
