Chapter One Hundred Forty-Six
Growing Love - Old Problems
A/N – Chase Powers, Ughhh. Actually I have seen him in several Hallmark movies and he is a talented actor. But for true fans, we don't like him at all. Still trying to decide how the Chase visit works but I have to get Soraya involved for sure. A lot of folks wanted to see a little tiff between our favorite young couple and also wanted Amy and Ty to have a challenging horse. Did Wyatt and Lyndy remined you of another couple we know? I hope I met the expectations for the two challenges. Also have the big date coming up and I expect it will be good, especially after the issue they had to deal with. My Lyndy and Wyatt storylines will continue as I have begun the early development of my second story focusing on them as the main characters in the not too distant future. Don't worry the rest of the gang will be around too. I have several other things to get to before school starts which will most likely take a few chapters, so we shall see. Please continue your support and feedback as well as the amazing ideas you all have you have provided. Mature Content Enjoy!
Author's Vent – I apologize in advance but I have received two reviews that I can't respond to so will use this format to do so. First I have received another anti-Trudeau comment. I respect the reviewer's opinion but ask that they in turn respect mine. This is story of love and family and I have used this storyline to reinforce what I feel has been a warm and friendly relationship. This story is my vision of a life that carries on with Ty. The second one feels that Amy still has feelings for Chase and always did and mentioned that in Season 16, which I have and will not watch, it is revealed that she still has the "Miracle Girl" saddle and that Ty loved her more than she really loved him. Again I am supportive and respect everyone's opinion. But respect me as well, I am not political and am confident that for my fictional tale, Amy and Ty love each other unconditionally, with no hidden feelings for someone else. My comments may turn some people off and I accept that but remember my commitment. I will continue using this platform to tell a story that means a lot to me and as I have seen to many, many others. I want everyone to keep reading it, even though some may feel my storyline is unrealistic. This story is my happy place and as long as I need to I will continue down my path. I apologize to everyone for venting but am really passionate about the direction of my story.
Upon their return home the family decided to have pizza and salad for dinner and ice cream for desert. JT and the girls helped Lyndy take care of the horses for the night and Wyatt helped Ty unload all of the stuff they had brought. Amy ordered the food and ran to the store to get the ice cream. When the pizza arrived the girls had the table set up, JT and Wyatt got drinks and everyone helped themselves. The kids wanted to hear all about the horse and its owner. Amy and Lyndy talked about the horse Skyler and Chuck the rider. Ty went over the medical needs which wasn't as exciting as hearing their mom and sister talk about building back the relationship between horse and rider. Listening to their mom was always amazing and now Lyndy was also telling the story from her heart. Amy mentioned that they would be visiting later in the summer and the kids were excited. JT went on and on about his time with Trent, his mom, boyfriend and his daughter. He laughed, "They had a sleep over on Saturday and Shawna stayed with us in Trent's room, it was a lot of fun." Trent's mom had to come in several times to quiet us down. Mom I think that Shawna's dad had a sleep over with Trent's mom. He is really cool and I hope they had as much fun as we did." The girls went quiet as Wyatt and Ty looked away. JT looked at them questioningly, "What they can have fun too." The family just rolled with is agreeing with him and Amy leaned into whisper to Ty, "Sounds like we need to talk to Miss Mallory." Maddie also had a great time with Sylvia and Gwen's family. They camped in the foothills at Gwen's grandparents log house they have on a lake. She was so excited, "We fished and went on hikes. We had so much fun. The cabin is amazing and the three of us shared a room. We stayed up pretty late and Sylvia's mom only had to come in once to quiet us down. And dad, you should have seen the fish I caught, it was the biggest of the day. Gwen's mom asked me how I learned to fish and I said it was our GG's job to teach us all. We had a fish fry on Saturday night and roasted marshmallows. Gwen's dad told stories of when he would come here as a child." But it seemed that Addie and Annie also had a good time. Addie started, "We ended up staying with Clay and Katie the whole time as our mall trip kind of fell apart. We had so much fun setting up the baby's room with Katie and Lou. We got to sleep in there in our sleeping bags. The room is really cute and since they don't want to know if it is a boy or girl it is kind of neutral." Annie smiled, "You should have seen the cute musical mobile that Clay bought. He is really in love with Katie and can't wait for the baby to come. Mom, they are so cute together and Katie cried several times. Lou privately told us it was baby hormones. I kind of remember you when you were pregnant with JT." Ty smiled, "Oh trust me I can tell you some stories." Amy smacked him and they all laughed. Annie continued, "She is so ready to have that baby and looks so beautiful. We could tell she was really uncomfortable but she tried to hide it. I am no expert but I think our new cousin will be here soon." They carried on for a while longer and all got ready for bed. It had been a busy weekend and would be a busy week ahead.
Amy and Ty went to say goodnight to all the kids and headed to their room. Ty got ready quickly and went to wait for Amy. She went through her routine like every night as he looked over some files for the week. He would steal a glance and noticed she seemed a little more distracted. He usually could hear her humming as it calmed her before bed. But she was quiet and he thought he knew why. He got up to go to her and startled her as she had no idea he was next to her while she was combing out her hair. He smiled, "I think you have combed it enough babe, where are you?" She looked up at him with misty eyes, "Sorry, I just can't stop thinking about stupid Chase and that he is coming here. Ty, I am so sorry for what I let him do to us, I should have been stronger." He smiled softy and brought her up to him, "Amy Borden, I love you and nothing will ever change that. He is an idiot and trust me when I first heard it I got angry inside all over again. But he can't take away what we have now. We have 6 amazing kids, a successful business, wonderful family and most of all each other." He pulled her in for a big hug as their bodies reacted melting into each other. She buried her head in his chest which was her favorite place of all. She listened to his steady heartbeat and breathed in his familiar scent. After several minutes she looked up to him and whispered, "Ty show me how much you love me." He picked her up and she giggled dropping her brush on the floor. "No adjoining rooms tonight." He laid her down on the bed slowly removing his T-shirt she had on and her panties. She slipped his boxer off as Ty began to kiss her on her soft lips. Their tongues danced as the kiss deepened in intensity. Their hands wandered over each other's bodies touching and caressing the spots they wanted them to touch. They broke from the kiss breathless and Ty whispered, "I love you." He moved down to her beautiful breast and pleasured her for several minutes. Her moans told him he was doing a good job and he marveled at how perfect they were. She arched her back and climaxed shakily. He continued down her stomach and she giggled as his soft breath tickled her. He then moved to her inner thigh kissing and playfully nipping on her soft skin. She was anxious for him to move to her most private part and he obliged using his tongue and fingers to please her repeatedly. Her moans increased and she orgasmed several times as he continued his play. She was breathing heavily and starting to perspire as his love continued for a while. She knew he was making sure her mind was clear and focused only on them. He was accomplishing that for sure. After another orgasm he moved back up her body for another passionate kiss and he rolled her onto her stomach. He massaged her tense shoulder and lower back and the moans continued to build her frenzy. It was time for her to go on the attacks she quickly rolled over and whispered his name breathlessly, "Ty, I need you now." She opened up for him as they joined as one. Their movements started out slowly but increased as their lovemaking moved forward. Their moans increased as well as she whispered again, "Ty I need you." With her hushed words they both exploded in their love. Ty continued to release his love for over a minute and Amy was matching every thrust. Their love was unmatched and as they settled they laid in each other's arms catching their breath. She giggled, "Ok that kind of helped." He opened his eyes wide, "Kind of?" She laughed and kissed him deeply until they were startled by a small tap on the door. They hurriedly got some clothes on and as Amy went to the door Ty straightened up the bed and pulled up the comforter to cover the sheets. Amy opened the door to find JT with a concerned look. "Mommy is it bad that Trent's mom and Shawna's dad had a sleepover to? The girls were laughing at me about it" She looked back at Ty trying to suppress their laughter. He continued, "I mean they are adults. I mean Lyndy and Wyatt fall asleep together some times, why can't they?" Amy smiled and picked him up taking him to their bed. "You're right honey and I am sure they love each other. Don't say anything but I think they might even get married. So it is Ok if they have sleep overs." He seemed relieved and they took him back to bed. They each kissed him as he said good night. Amy and Ty stood in the doorway for a minute holding each other looking at their amazing son. They headed back to their room and as the door closed, they sprinted to the bed shedding their clothes and throwing the comforter off, Amy giggled, "Now where were we." Their night was not over.
The next week was a typical one of a lot of horses to tend to involving all the kids, less JT who had coaxed GG, Max, and Tim to take him and some buddies fishing. The night they returned from the overnight trip, Jack and Lisa decided to have a fish fry that gave everyone a chance to get together. It gave JT and Ty a chance to spend some time with Lilly who had been a little sick lately. When she saw JT she lit up as Max laughed and spoke to Ty and Amy, "He is her best medicine. No matter how she is feeling he lights up her day." Addie was in a deep conversation with Grandpa Tim as he was trying to get her to help work on his tractor. She agreed to come over in the morning to see if she could help him. Annie was glued to Katie as it seemed she he deemed herself her unofficial midwife as she had been reading up on childbirth. Maddie was hanging with them as well offering advice to the soon to be mother. She also played with Noah and Hannah and talked to Georgie to see how she was feeling. Both mother to be sisters were doing well, Katie was ready and Georgie was taking care of herself and the family was excited. As the men handled the food and the kids hung with each other. Amy, Lou, Lisa, Lilly and Casey sat together looking over the controlled mayhem. Lisa laughed, "Look at all of them. The other day Jack and I were chatting and he said how fulfilled he was seeing the family and how everyone got along and that the business was so successful. In a rare Jack moment he looked at me with a tear in his eye showing me how happy he really was." She choked up and the others also were holding back their emotions. "You know he realizes, as he says, he is closer to the end of the road than the beginning and wants so make sure he has the chance to be with everyone he loves." The five women sat quietly, contemplating her comment. Finally Lilly spoke up, "Well I for one can tell you that my life was much different before I reconnected with you all. But even though it took me a while to find the perfect partner and reconnect with my son and all of you, I wouldn't change anything. Every day I thank the lord for what I have and know I need to cherish it for the time I have left." She looked deeply at the four other women, "We have a blessed life and although the men may think differently, we are the foundation of this family. But we need to make a vow to each other. If one of us pass the others will not forget the needs of our partners. When I pass, Max will be heartbroken. And although he has a family, he will need all of you as well. Let's just make sure we all do what we need to keep them happy and fulfilled." At this point all five of them were misty eyed and hugged as a group. Lilly's words hit them hard as they realized that a part of life is death and they would need to be strong for each other, their husbands and their families. After some silence, Amy lightened things up changing the topic. "Lyndy is really looking forward to their date Friday." Lisa smiled, "How are those two doing, the bronc thing kind of got a little crazy I hear. Maddie filled us in." They all laughed as Maddie did seem to be the person with all the scoop. Amy smiled, "They are Ok, she is still not 100% happy with it but I think they are good." Lou smiled, "Amy, I am sure all is well. Look at them, they can't keep their eyes off each other, kind of like another couple I know." They all laughed as they all felt the same way watching the young couple walking hand in hand. While Casey smiled she whispered, "They sure do love each other."
It was date night and Lyndy was in a panic as she got ready. He had told her to dress a step up from jeans but comfortable, so she went shopping with her mom and sisters to find the prefect outfit and had it laid out on the bed. She felt there was something special with this date as they were going into Calgary and her curfew was extended to midnight. Wyatt was also acting a little weird and evasive about the agenda. He also caught him chatting with her mom quietly several times during the week. She was sitting at her dressing table doing a light round of makeup and brushing out her hair. She went to get her jewelry which was the locket he had given her and a pair of her mom's earrings. She went to get her promise ring and panicked. It wasn't where is was supposed to be. She flew around her room frantically looking everywhere and didn't notice her mom standing in the doorway, "Lyndy I heard the commotion, what's' up?" She whispered, "Mom, I can't find my promise ring." Trying to hide that she knew where it was, she helped her for a while and finally said, "I am sure it is here somewhere, or maybe in Wyatt's room or truck. You need to get ready so while you are gone we will continue to look for it." It made Lyndy feel better and Amy stayed and helped her get ready to keep her calm. When she was finished Amy gasped, "Honey, you look gorgeous, Wyatt is in trouble for sure. He may pass out." Lyndy giggled as she spun around. Her summer dress was light green and feathered nicely just above her knees. It was tight at the waist and fit her perfectly. It had two spaghetti straps that went over her shoulders. The neck line and back were modest yet showed a lot of her beautiful skin. In front there was a slight view of her cleavage that Amy was comfortable but they laughed that her dad may cringe. Maddie came into the room, "Lyndy, Wyatt is waiting downstairs, you guys need to roll and he looks hot." As she looked up she gasped as well, "Take that back, he may be passing out, you look amazing." As anticipated, when Lyndy came down the steps, Wyatt had to grab a chair to hold onto. She looked stunning and after fumbling a bit he told her so. Ty was quiet as well, not because the dress might be to revealing but because he felt as though he was watching Amy walk down the steps. Amy saw his look and went to him to kiss his cheek and hold onto his waist whispering, "Ty, she is so beautiful." The kids all smiled as JT blurted out, "Sis, looking fine." They all laughed at his comment realizing that maybe he was spending too much time with the ranch hands. The girls all gave their sister a hug and JT high fived Wyatt. Ty and Amy walked out with them as Wyatt held the door to his truck for her. Amy winked at him making sure his secret was still safe. They headed out as the group waved.
As they pulled through the gate Wyatt was finally able to speak, "Lyndy you look amazing." She put her head down and immediately he was concerned, "Wyatt I can't find my promise ring. Mom and I looked everywhere and they are still looking all over. I am so sorry." Wyatt controlled his response feeing the ring box in his pocket, "Lyndy, it's Ok I am sure it will show up somewhere. I am not worried." She smiled and leaned into him happy he was Ok and so confident. She was glad he wasn't upset but felt he was being a little laid back. She didn't mind and looked at him, "So where are we going?" He smiled, "Well we are going to Calgary." Waiting for more information, "And." We are going to have a nice dinner and go someplace after." Now her frustration was setting in. "Where are we eating and where is someplace." Wyatt sat quietly for a few minutes to get her more anxious. Finally she spoke frustrated and stuck her lower lip out, "Fine but you are mean." He went to pinch her side and as she moved her pinched the side of her breast. He blushed, "Sorry, I was trying to tickle your side." She giggled, "It's Ok, I kind of liked the miss and it's not like it's the first time." He scoffed back, "Lyndy Borden you are something else." She smiled and kissed his cheek, "You ain't seen nothing yet." The rest of the ride went well as they chatted idly. Wyatt was very excited about their night and hoped they continued to grow their relationship. He had been so upset about the whole rodeo issue and was happy they were back together. They pulled up to the restaurant and Lyndy was a little overwhelmed, "Wyatt, it's the Lake House Restaurant, this place is really, really nice." The valet opened her door and Wyatt came around, handed the keys to him and slipped him a tip as Lyndy took his arm. They hopped up the steps looking forward to a great dinner. As they walked up Wyatt spoke confidentially, "Hello, table for Borden." The hostess smiled and said follow me as she commented, "You guys look great." Lyndy blushed as they followed her arm in arm to their secluded table overlooking Lake Calgary. Dinner was amazing and as usual Amy and Ty had called ahead to make sure the chef made them an awesome assortments of deserts at the end. They shared their meals and laughed sitting very close at their table. The waitress gave them some time to be alone. When they finished she gave Wyatt the bill and he protected it from Lyndy's eyes. He laid out the cash and handed the bill holder back to her thanking her for a great dinner. Lyndy raised her eyes, "Wyatt, how much was it? I want to pay for some of it." He looked deeply into her eyes as he misted up. "Lyndy Borden, I love you. You are my everything and my life is better because of you. And dinner is on me so that's it." She laughed at his confidence and kiss him on the lips for a few minutes. Realizing others were looking at them smiling they decided to get up and head to the truck. They hopped in the truck headed for the next stop on their date.
Wyatt drove over to the other side of the lake and pulled into a parking lot along the water. Lyndy looked at him and raised her eyebrows, "Hmm are we going to park and make out, I am good with that." He smiled and kissed her, "No let's walk a bit." He opened her door and took her hand. This side of the lake was lined with cafes and coffee shops and they walked up to one of them and he happily said, "We are here." She smiled remembering this place from a time they came before. There were several individual cabanas that were private right on the lakefront. He walked to the hostess stand, announced who he was and she took them to their cabana which was on the end of the path. As they opened it Lyndy found her favorite flowers and some drinks on ice. There were also an assortment of mini bites for them to enjoy. The cabana had a large two person lounge chair and small table for two that she remembered from the last time. The hostess smiled, "You are on your own, if you need anything just press this button. The bill is already taken care of and we close at 11:00 so just make sure you leave by then. When she left she closed the covering completely encasing them in privacy. As soon as she walked away Lyndy lunged at Wyatt, kissing him passionately. He fell back on the oversized chair as she continued her pleasurable assault. Lyndy was on fire, not because of the date but because she wanted him. Wyatt recovered and started to return her passion rolling to their sides. After several minutes they came up for air and Wyatt whispered, "Do you want something to drink or munch on?" She looked into his eyes and he saw a look that he had not seen before. His girlfriend wanted him and the last thing on her mind was eating or drinking. He spoke calmly, "Lyndy I am ready to move forward if you are." He blushed as he pulled out a tiny foil packet. She blushed even more as he continued, "But I have something for you first." From his other pocket he pulled out small velvet bag and dumped the contents into his hand. It was her promise ring. He held it for her and read the inscription he had added. "I made a little adjustment to your ring, Lyndy and Wyatt, Forever." He placed it on her finger as Lyndy's eyes misted up and tears began to form. At first Wyatt was concerned but that left when she lunged again at him and kissed him with a passion that was a surprise for them both. No words were spoken as their hands roamed each other's bodies exploring all the areas they wanted too. She unbuttoned his shirt and clicked the buckle on his jeans. His hands rode up the inside of her dress and it came off easily over her shoulders. He marveled at her body and even though he had seen it before, she seemed more beautiful than ever. They continued their fondling as he ended up in his boxers and she in her panties and bra. He took a breath as she looked into his eyes, "Are you sure Lyndy." She reached down to his boxers and showed him as she grabbed him slowly stroking. It didn't take long for them to discard the clothing they had on and after making sure he was protected she rolled on to her back and opened herself to him. They both knew there would be some pain and he gently entered her. She moaned out in a little pain but urged him on as their movements increased. She felt a familiar surge as he continued, quietly calling out his name. As he released she shook realizing she had climaxed again. They continued on for a while as both achieved climax again. They eventually separated and laid next to each other still breathing heavily and perspiring a bit as Lyndy instinctively pull up the sheet. They quietly realized the joy they were feeling. They had a love that was perfect and now their commitment was stronger than ever. Both of them would always remember this night and how amazing it was. They got dressed quietly and cleaned up a little. They had a drink and a couple of snacks and then slowly walked back the truck to head home. Words weren't needed as their love and respect spoke volumes. About half way home, Lyndy finally whispered, "Wyatt that was amazing, you were perfect and I am sure I love you more and more each day. Thank you for being so gentle but I may not get on a horse for a day or two." He blushed, "Lyndy, thank you. You were amazing and I can't wait for the rest of our lives." They walked in the door 10 minutes early to a sleeping house. They kissed in the hall and went to their bedrooms. Tonight had set a foundation of love for them that would continue to grow for the rest of their lives. Their sleep was filled with dreams of their evening and their life ahead. They both slept well.
The next morning it was Lyndy and Wyatt's turn to sleep in. JT needed to see Wyatt, but Amy kept him at bay, "JT leave him alone, he will be out when he wakes up." He huffed and went to the barn with his sisters. Amy and Ty sat having a cup of coffee and he talked hesitantly, "So did you hear them come in, I guess the surprise went well." He took a gulp, "I just hope they were safe and respectful. I am not a prude Amy, I saw it in both their eyes. Our little girl is a mature young woman." Amy smiled, "It's Ok dad, and I am proud of you. And it is Wyatt and Lyndy, they care to much for each other. Everything will be fine. But don't say a word and embarrass them, you hear me." He smiled and gave her a kiss, "Let's leave them alone and head out to the barn." She smiled assuredly. "I am sure that when she is ready she will talk to me." Back at the house Wyatt woke with a smile still on his face. The memories of last night were still fresh in his mind as a small tear of happiness came to the corner of his eye. He needed to see her but before he went to knock on the door, he grabbed some coffee and a bottle of water for her. He smiled as he noticed they were alone in th house and went to tap on her door. He opened it slowly and saw her peacefully sleeping with the covers drawn up under her chin. He gathered himself and after putting the drinks on her nightstand sat and gently woke her. She opened her eyes and broke out into a big smile. "Good morning Mr. Miller." She drew herself into her arms for a hug and kiss and sighed, "Thank god, coffee." They sat on the edge of the bed silently until he spoke cautiously, "Lyndy, how are you feeling, are you happy with what happened last night." She sat quietly and his nerves spiked. She looked into his eyes which gave him his answer, "Last night was perfect, I love you so much." She leaned into him for a kiss, "But let's get dressed and I need you to cover for me today, I am kind of sore." He blushed and said, "I got your back." She giggled, "Well I think we are way past that cowboy." They got dressed and started making breakfast. The family came charging in and JT ran to his best friend. Wyatt smiled picking him up, "Hey buddy, did you make sure they all took care of the horses the right way." He gave a thumbs up and ran to hug Lyndy, who tentatively picked him up. Amy noticed that she grimaced a little and decided that they would talk later. Breakfast was fun and after they cleaned up the kids headed out to do whatever it was they had to do. Today would be a hang out at home day, catching up on work from the day and some trail rides. Ty and Amy headed out to the porch to sit and have a cup of coffee. Amy was about to say something about her observation of their oldest daughter when they saw Soraya drive up with the twins, who were hanging with their girls today. She walked up to the porch and Ty went to get her a coffee. Amy noticed immediately that she did not have her normal smile on her face. Whan Ty came out, she sat down and took Amy's hand, "Amy, I have to show you something. She unfolded a poster and Amy's eyes grew pale and wide.
Amy handed the poster to Ty and he became tense and clenched his fist together. "Who does he think he is?" The poster was a huge picture of Chase Powers and information about a couple of clinics he was holding at the Hudson Arena. It pompously mentioned about his long delayed return to Hudson. That was bad enough, but the worst was a highlighted area at the bottom announcing that there would be a special appearance by the Miracle Girl, Amy Fleming along with a picture that was used many years ago. Amy was quietly ready to explode. Soraya grabbed her into a hug and Ty was thinking the best way to get back at this nightmare from the past. As they stood there, almost on queue, a large full ton dually truck pulling an even bigger trailer came down the path past the large sign with The Miracle Ranch name and its logo along with another sign for the Marion Fleming Equine Center. He passed by it in a blur as he sped to the house. The kids saw the ruckus and Lyndy immediately saw the name on the side of the trailer. She gathered up all the kids along with Caleb, Rusty and Haley realizing who it was and that they all needed to be by the side of their parents and Soraya. As it stopped the arrogant horse trainer hopped out confidently walking toward the three of them. Ty immediately stepped between him, Amy and Soraya. He also noticed a group of people jogging toward them. Before they arrived, they heard a voice that they thought they would ever hear again. "Well lookie here, it's Amy Fleming and Soraya Duval, two of Hudson's finest. Ladies, Chase is back." As he tipped his hat, he approached Amy and Ty stepped in his way. He scoffed, "Wow the ranch hand is still around here Miracle Girl." Ty immediately smelled alcohol on his breath as he stood face to face with him. Before he could say anything a united Amy and Soraya stepped up as Amy laughed, "Chase Powers, I thought you were kicked out of Alberta. And by the way, it is Amy Borden and as you will soon see, our six kids are heading this way. What the hell are you doing here?" He stumbled a bit and spoke, "Well Miracle Girl, I have never forget the thing we had and I figured since I was in town I would come courting. And I want to talk to you about a great opportunity for you to grow your career by teaming up with me." At that moment, the kids, Caleb, Haley and Rusty arrived as Caleb soon stood by Ty's side ready to protect Amy and Soraya, although he expected they didn't need anything. Rusty stepped back and stood alongside Wyatt in front of the kids. He whispered something to Lyndy and she stepped back and pulled out her phone. Chase laughed, "Well the gangs all here. Kids, you know your mom and I were quite a thing years ago and who knows, I could have been your father." JT had heard enough and walked up confidently kicking him in his shin. "Stop talking like that mister, my mom would never like a guy like you. Our dad is the only one for her and you need to get lost." He stood stoically in front of the surprised showman. "Well Borden, I see you still have others being the man of the family." Amy noticed a familiar rage growing in his body language and grabbed his arm. He smirked, "Yep even the little women controls you."
What happened next surprised everyone there. Wyatt lunged forward landing a solid right onto Chase's jaw. He stumbled back falling to the ground as the young man hovered over him holding the much larger man down. "Don't you ever talk that way about my father again. You need to leave now and don't bother us again." He stepped back and Chase shakily got back to his feet. Before he could do or say anything, Caleb, Ty, Rusty and a now confident Wyatt stood in front of him. A crowd had gathered as well and before he could speak, Caleb pointed his finger on his chest, "Time for you to head out cowboy." Chase grunted and walked to his truck but not before he looked back at Amy, "This isn't over Miracle Girl." He smiled, "See you at the show." He pulled away as the group huddled together. Amy, Haley and Lyndy hugged their men and the girls and JT huddled around their uncle Caleb. Amy spoke up, I hope he doesn't hurt anyone. Lyndy laughed, high fiving Rusty, "Don't worry mom, I called Chief Parker and they will be waiting for him on the main road to pull him over. I don't expect he will be driving much after that thanks for Rusty's idea. As they settled the rest of the onlookers came over. One of the ranch hands had videoed everything so they had all the evidence they needed in case he wanted to file charges. After a few more minutes the group got back to what they were doing so Ty and Amy went to the office to gather themselves. Amy immediately called Sarah and filled her in on what had happened. Ty overheard her apologizing over and over as Amy consoled her telling her it was not her fault. As she hung up she came over and sat to his lap, sobbing into his shoulder, "I can't believe he is back here after so many years. Ty we have to do something." He thought for a moment, "You still have the poster right?" She smiled pulling it out of her pocket. "I think we need to call Max and meet him at Heartland and talk to him, Jack, Lisa and Lou. We have a company and reputation to consider before we make the next move." She gathered herself, "Ty, what about the clinic, I mean I am on the flyer and right or wrong the people coming think I am going to be a part of it." He looked at her, "I think we need a plan and also need to get Jim in on it. We need to rid ourselves of him for good." She smiled meekly as they held each other for strength. There was a light knock on the door as Lyndy asked if her and Wyatt could come in. Amy said yes and as they entered Lyndy went right to hug her mom, "Are you Ok, that was a little intense. I assume that is that Chase guy, what a complete as.., jerk he is. Thank goodness my amazing and studly boyfriend set him straight." Ty and Amy smiled as they held each other. Amy spoke quietly, "I know, Wyatt that was amazing and kind of reminded me of this one. He put Chase down once when he was with Mrs. Bell and she couldn't stop talking about it." Ty laughed, "Yea, but your mom decked him twice so the is one up on me." Ty got serious, "We have a plan to end this for good and are heading over to Heartland." They went over their ideas with the young couple and asked them to keep their lips sealed for now and make sure the kids are taken care of for a while. They shook their heads, understanding what they needed to do. As Amy and Ty headed out the young couple walked back to the horses they were working with. Lyndy stopped and looked at Wyatt, "You were amazing so I think since our lips are sealed, we should kiss to keep from talking."
