Chapter One Hundred Fifty-Four
Love That Last Forever
A/N – Well for most of us I expect that we all agree that Chase got his due. It was a little darker than some may have thought and I hope the direction I took worked for all of you. We all knew his character was a creep so I figured I would take the liberty to build on that. As you can imagine, Ty and especially Amy are relieved but as with every traumatic there is always fallout. I hadn't intended to continue with the story of the after effects but several of you have encouraged me to, so I will devote this chapter to that issue specifically. For those hungry for some Amy and Ty time, this chapter will bring that for you. Amy and Ty have and will always be there for each other but this time others will step in to help. My intention is to show just how many people are in their corner and will do anything for them. Some of this chapter will be difficult but in the end, I hope to show that even in a time of stress and bad memories, love will make everything better. As with my style I have some basic ideas of where to go but my pen will lead me through it. I hope it provides you enjoyable reading. After we all get through this, I will move through the fall that will include the holidays, which are always fun. I genuinely hope you are enjoying the story and would love to hear from more of you. Your comments and storyline ideas have been amazing and I enjoy them completely. Thanks to all of you for your commitment to this story. Mature Content Enjoy!
With the trial finally over the family had settled a bit, especially the kids who had been worried about their parents. The girls knew that the trial had been very difficult on their mom and made sure they were all there for her. Wyatt knew that it was not easy for Ty as well and made sure he stayed close to the person he loved and respected as a real father. Amy and Ty kept extremely busy with their work and looking over the work being done with the old Mallon Property. They had had separate meeting with Lisa, Jack and the others to look over the extra needs of the additional work that would be coming their way. Lou and Lisa were confident that the ability to handle more clients would be enough to validate the need for some additional staff. Everyone knew that the clients would come and they all had been completely involved in planning and kept their minds focused on making the right decisions. The time also helped Amy and Ty deal with the trial and all of the memories that it brought back to them. But at night as they laid in bed both of them couldn't shake the memories of what he and others had done to their young relationship years ago. Amy and Ty knew they were way past that and were deeply and forever in love. They had an amazing life, kids and family but they both underestimated the impact it was having on each of them. Lyndy was the first to notice her mom loosing focus at times as she seemed to be distracted. Steven, who worked with Ty a lot, had also noticed Ty sitting quietly at times by himself as if he was contemplating something. At dinner he mentioned to Georgie, "Have you noticed that Ty and Amy seem off a little, ever since the trial?' She looked at him, "Yes, so has Katie and Lyndy and even Caleb asked me the other day if something was wrong with them. He was wondering if they were having problems because they seemed Ok but at times not as connected as they always were. Then Rusty and Haley saw the same thing and brought it up to Katie and Clay the other day. I think we need to ask them." Steven frowned, "I don't know if we should G." He thought for a moment, "Maybe you and Katie should talk to Lyndy and maybe even Wyatt. Those two have a special connection and maybe they can find out what is going on." She pondered his comment, "That might be a good start. Steven, I never thought I would say this am kind of worried about them. They have really seemed to be off lately and come on, they are the benchmark for relationships and love. They had some rough patches early on but today, they are the closest couple I have ever seen, outside of us of course." They silently agreed and finished dinner focusing on the kids as they talked about their new addition coming soon. Noah and Hannah were excited and little Nate just followed their lead, laughing and giggling. Steven and Georgie smiled at each other as the family enjoyed their time together.
Lyndy and Wyatt had also noticed a change in their parents. They loved each other but seemed to be a little distracted, even when they were together. One night after dinner, JT pulled Lyndy out to the porch with a worried look on his face. Soon, Maddie, Annie and Addie joined them as JT spoke up, "Lyndy, what is wrong with mommy and daddy, are the Ok?" Annie added, "Something seems off a little, they hug and kiss but their eyes aren't as bright as they have always been. Several people have mentioned it to me and Addie." Maddie spoke, "Gwen even asked me if something was wrong with them. Everyone is noticing it. I know it used to bother me a little in the past but I love when they are kissing and stuff. It makes me feel all warm inside but lately, I am worried that they are not as close as they used to be." Addie spoke up, I was talking to Camilla and she said her mom noticed it and she was going to talk to them. She has known them longer than anyone else and she said her and Mr. Walsh noticed it too. In fact she spoke to Katie and Georgie about it too." Lyndy sat there for a second. "Well I think that will be good and we need to keep being there for them. Don't overdo it or they may get even more upset. I also had an idea, I think we need reinforcements. I am going to call Mrs. Trudeau, her and mom have that mom bond. I think she needs to get involved to. I may have her call Soraya too." The kids all thought that was a great idea. All of a sudden they noticed their mom and dad coming out of the house as Amy spoke up, "Well there you all are, is this a kid only meeting, should dad and I take off?" Wyatt noticed right away that Ty seemed a little tense and he joked, "We were just talking about how amazing you guys are and how lucky we are to have you as parents." Lyndy looked at him sternly as Maddie broke in, "Wow that is pretty cheesy Wyatt, you need some money or something?" They all laughed nervously and decided to all go out to the barn. JT smiled and walked between them holding each of their hands and looked back and forth at each of them. They smiled realizing that their kids were really special and then looked at each other and smiled. It felt like the first time they had smiled at each other since the trial. JT ran ahead and they joined hands. Lyndy and Annie noticed that they leaned into each other and their dad whispered something in their mom's ear. She smiled meekly, brushing up against him timidly. The two girls noticed the hesitancy but still the hint of their love. Lyndy excused herself and said she wasn't feeling well and went back to the house. She got her phone and got ready to make two important phone calls. She dialed and spoke to her first caller, Soraya. They talked quietly with Lyndy doing most of the listening. Much to her surprise Soraya asked her to hold on and a second later, Maryanne Trudeau was on the call as well. The two women talked with Lyndy about what they had seen and heard as well. Maryanne laughed, "Honey, they are Ok but are having trouble dealing with the whole post-trial memories. Your dad even called Justin and he delayed a staff meeting over an hour to listen to him. Soraya and I have talked already and have also spoke to Georgie and Katie. We have a plan but are going to need your help. For once your parents need us and for all the times they have been there for all of us, we need to be there for him." The three women chuckled softly understanding what they needed to do for two people they loved dearly. Soraya spoke up, "So here is our plan."
After all of the anxiety of the trial Amy and Ty went to bed wrapped up in their own thoughts. As the trial approached they had each had dreams and memories of all the things that happened when Chase first arrived on the scene and then Blair complicating things even more. They both believed it was in the past but still couldn't help but remember the difficult time it was for them. They loved each other more than life itself but when Ty watched him lust for his wife it angered him. And although she repelled him and of course Wyatt decked him, he still couldn't help but remember those dark days. Amy's memories were of their initial interactions, which seemed harmless, but then on the Ring of Fire Tour his constant aggression toward her trying to get her to be his girlfriend. Ty leaving on his road trip complicated the matter even more. She knew he needed to do it but also she needed him on the trip rather than her dad, who was always thinking of all the money she could make if she partnered with Chase. Ty was angry at himself because he didn't go with her and even angrier when he stupidly returned with Blair on the back of his bike. But the scenes of him putting his hand on her thigh, Amy looking at him at her grad party and her telling him that he kissed her and she kind of kissed him back all came back to haunt him. He knew it meant nothing but those memories still burned in his mind. Amy recalled the mayhem caused by Blair when she lied to her boyfriend to make him jealous. And when Ty admitted that she tried to kissed him the memory of their breakup came flooding back, especially when she slammed her promise ring into his hand and gave him that stupid box. Their past indiscretions were wearing on both of them and causing some distance. Nothing overwhelming but just enough to fester their feelings even more. At night, since the trial ended they held each other but most of their nights ended with a hug and good night kiss. Although they had been intimate a few times, there was hesitancy that each of them felt but were afraid to talk about. Since they decided to get married, outside of the Prince hiccup, their relationship was open and honest, full of love. There was nothing that they couldn't talk about no matter how difficult. Since Lyndy was born and with each additional child they became closer and even more inseparable. They had seen with other couples that kids sometime took some of the luster out of a relationship but for them, it only made things better. When they glanced at each other they would catch themselves thinking of being together and making love with a passion that was only theirs. But since the trial those thoughts had moved to the days when there love was tested. It didn't happen on purpose but the trial brought back those memories and each of them were struggling to get passed it. They knew they needed to talk and had tried several times, but it never developed into the discussion they needed to have. They loved each other but the rifts of the past were becoming more and more challenging for them to discard. The past was bringing back feelings neither of them wanted. They knew what they had to do, just didn't know how to do it. With each day the awkwardness continued to build and they each noticed concern from those around them. They each privately considered talking to someone individually to try to determine how they could repair this building tension they each had. This was a challenge that for Amy and Ty was new and not something they that ever affected them, they were Amy and Ty. But it was here and present, impacting each of them. They were overwhelmed with what was happening and were desperate to get back to who they were as a couple.
The group closest to them knew they had to do something to help them. Soraya arranged a discreet and private zoom meeting with the Trudeaus, Lou, Jack, Lisa, Lyndy, Wyatt, the Webers, the Fosters, Caleb and Mallory. The group was large but she felt that together they could put together an intervention of sorts to help them, understanding that in each of their lives, Amy and Ty were always there for them. Interesting each of the people she invited knew exactly the reason for the private meeting as they had all seen the signs. They were ready to share their ideas and do anything to help. Amy and Ty were the foundation of the company and the family. It was clearly understood that they were the future of all of the love, growth and success they would have. But most importantly they all knew that they needed to be back on track and be the couple that would be together forever. The entire group hated the things in their past that caused pain and anguish that they had always avoided and worked through. This time was different and it worried them all. Soraya started and thanked them all for joining. "Some of us talked and I know all of us have seen and heard of what is happening to the most amazing couple we have ever known. Amy and Ty have always been there for all of us and now they need us. We need to come up with a plan to help them get through this, because I am worried that if we don't, well we just need to." Lyndy spoke up tearily, "My mom and dad love each and they still do but this has caused some distance and my siblings I started seeing it right after the trial. The other day they all came to Wyatt and I after dinner when my mom and dad were still inside. We all have seen what had been happening and were all scared, we love our parents." She broke down and Wyatt took over, "They kind of surprised us and walked out while we were talking quietly. Amy asked if anything was wrong and of all of us JT spoke up and said we were talking about going over to settle the horses and if they wanted to come. I am sure they didn't believe it but went along with the idea." Lyndy had recovered and continued, "After talking to my mom and hearing her stress, I made a decision and called Soraya. She got Mrs. Trudeau on the phone and I desperately asked them for help. We need our parents back to the way they have always been." At this point she broke down completely. Jack intervened, "Sweetie, I have no doubt that your mom and dad love each other completely. In life there are bumps and as you may know they had their fair share. But I want to tell you this and I need you to tell the girls and JT. Your parents are strong and their relationship is even stronger. I agree that we need to help but they will come out of this even more in love, I promise." Everyone was silent soaking in the words from the man they all looked up to. Lisa kissed his cheek, "He is something isn't he?" They all chuckled nervously and Soraya began to work with everyone to come up with a plan. Over the next hour the plan was formulate and would be implemented the weekend after next. Justin and Maryanne would come out on Thursday and hide out at Fairfield and Friday morning everything would go into action. Everyone had a role and a few more would be needed to help so Soraya made sure everyone knew that keeping the lid on this was essential. They named their plan, "Forever Love – Amy and Ty." They all had a lot of work to do.
Over the next week and a half work was going on preparing for the plan they were going to execute. Basically on Friday morning, Ty and Amy would be hijacked into two separate intervention groups. Amy would be called to see Lou at Heartland and all of the women would be there for talk to her and help her prepare for the intervention over the weekend. At the clinic, Ty would be asked to come see a horse and a number for his closest friend and family would do the same. Rusty and several of the ranch hands would be heading to the Fishing Cabin to set some extra tents set up including the food that was begin prepared for a group who would be there Friday afternoon and leave after dinner on Saturday. They would also bring Blaze and Triumph. That group would consist of the Bordens, Trudeaus, a few of their kids and the Walsh family. A few other of the kid's friend would be there so they had a group to keep the Borden kids occupied. Georgie, Steven, Clay and Katie unfortunately could not come for obvious reasons and the O'Dell's had to go out of town for the weekend. Jack, Lisa, Lou and Scott decided to stay at Heartland as well. The Trudeaus would arrive Thursday and hide out at Fairfield until the plan went into action Friday morning. Lyndy and Wyatt kept the kids in the know and would have them help pack bags for their parents and themselves. The plan was that Amy and Ty would stay for a day or two after everyone left to rekindle the love that everyone knew they had for each other. Amazingly, Ty and Amy stayed so busy that they had no idea what was going on behind the scenes. Since the saw the kids talking they had seemed to be getting better with each other and felt things were on the mend. But they still knew deep in their hearts that they needed to talk things out and seek advice from friends and family. Each had on their own private discussions and received some guidance but it was not at the detail they expected. Amy laughed because even Mallory was rather subdued with her thoughts. The day before the plan was in place, Lyndy walked in the office as her mom and dad seemed to be having an open discussion and she could help but see her mom, teary eyed being held by her dad. It seemed to be a good sign and when she asked how they were Amy spoke softly, "Honey were are Ok, we just have a lot on our minds." She smiled and hugged both of them, telling them how much she loved them both. As soon as she left she texted the small group of organizers, filling them in on the fact that they seemed ready for this. Before dinner that night, Lyndy made sure that the kids kept things light and happy. The last thing she wanted was for them to think something was up. Thankfully, it was a great dinner and they all noticed that their parents seemed a little more at ease and closer. Several times Annie caught them looking at each other with love and caught the eyes of the others so they could see it as well. After they said good night to the kids, Amy and Ty went to get ready for bed, a routine lately that had been a little stressful. Tonight they noticed that it was much more content and they both seemed more at ease. Amy crawled into bed and they kissed. A kiss that was much more full of emotion and love. Although quiet they each realized that their talk today was a good step. Ty pulled Amy in tightly, "You know I love you so much and I know it has been a little weird since the trial. Let's got to the fishing cabin this weekend for a night, just the two of us. I think we need to continue our conversation without any distractions." She smiled and kissed his neck, "I like that idea Ty, it would be good for us and I love you too." They were both so emotionally drained that they feel asleep in each other's arms feeling better than they had in a while.
The next morning was like any other as the family finished up breakfast and the kids offered to clean up so Amy and Ty could head over to the office. As they walked over, Lyndy noticed that they were hand in hand and seemed a little more relaxed. As the entered the office, she got them all together and gave them all the details for the next two days. They each had to pack an overnight bag after they cleaned up the table. Lyndy and Wyatt went to their parents room and packed bags for them for three nights. Lyndy made sure that Wyatt worked on Ty's clothes so she could have some privacy picking out stuff for her mom, especially some night attire that she knew he really liked. Amy and her had had some discussions about how silly men become when women wear certain things and she even showed her some of them. She blushed a little as she packed and wondered what Wyatt would like to see her wearing. Maddie noticed it first, when three rather large SUVs pulled down the drive. Caleb and Steven were responsible for keeping Amy and Ty at bay in the office when Haley got the call that her family was on the way. After she let them know she headed out with Rusty just as they Borden kids came out the front door. The Trudeaus bailed out and came to hug all of them. Elana, Ezzie and Emmie came along as Brad was in the middle of hockey season and Bart was spending quality time with his excited grandparents. Everyone was excited to see each other but tried to keep the spectacle down to a minimum. Everyone saw the arrival and figured something was up. After a brief conversation, the kids headed inside as Justin and Maryanne headed over to the office to start the plan. As they walked into a startled Amy and Ty, Caleb and Steven headed out. The third SUV joined the caravan to the fishing cabin as the security officer was going to make sure everything was good there. Their trip was not publicized but some media did catch them at the airport. The other two SUVs waited, one would take Maryanne and Amy to Heartland for the women's tag team when the men from Heartland headed over to the Miricale Ranch. The other would hold on to take the Trudeaus to the Fishing Cabin. Unknown to the couple of the day, everything for the day was rescheduled and the free time could be devoted for the plan to help Amy and Ty. Amy immediately stood up and hugged Maryanne, completely confused. Ty got up and bro-hugged Justin as they gathered themselves. Amy spoke first, "Wow, what are you guys doing here?" Maryanne smiled, "Well it seems the family believes that a visit was warranted and to be honest they are all worried about you. So we happily offered to come and help with the plan to make sure the two people we all love deeply are Ok. Amy, we realize that you and Ty have not come out unscathed from the trial of that idiot Chase Powers so at the request of your kids, especially Lyndy, here we are." Amy and Ty were speechless and hints of tears began to fall from their eyes. Justin chuckled, "Well it seems we are just in time so here is the plan. Amy, you go with Maryanne and Ty you are coming with me and no questions." Maryanne grabbed Amy's hand and Ty followed Justin. When they walked out, two small groups had formed waiting for them. After Amy and Ty hugged their kids and each other, Amy hopped in the SUV with Maryanne and Lyndy and Ty joined all the men on the front porch of the Miracle Ranch. The rest of the kids happily headed to the barn after hugging their parents. Wyatt, with the help of the security guys and a couple of ranch hands put the bags in assorted trucks for the trip to the cabin and then Wyatt made sure that Old Blue was gassed up and ready to go. That would be Amy and Ty's ride home when they decided to come back. Step one was underway and Amy and Ty were in a fog trying to keep up, realizing how many people loved them deeply.
The day went well for both groups. At Heartland, the women had a friendly and casual get together and let Amy talking about what had happened. Soraya, Mallory, Lou, Lisa, Maryanne, Lyndy, Georgie, Katie and Cass listened intently offering comments when heeded. Lilly even listened in on the speaker phone and Casey came over a little later to join the group. At one point Amy asked, "Who is running the company now?" Lisa spoke up, "Amy today is a company holiday and everyone is here for the two of you. We want to help to make sure you both are Ok. Most of us remember the struggles you both had back then and want to make sure it is erased from your memories moving forward. Lyndy added tearily, "Mom, we love you and dad so much and we just want you to be happy." Mallory added chuckling, "Well I don't know about you guys but I want to see the making out and tickling these two are always doing, I need that in my life." Everyone laughed and Amy went over and hugged Mallory tightly whispering, "So do I." They talked through lunch and let Amy voice what was bothering her. The group came up with some ideas for her to cope using their experiences to help her. At one point, Lilly spoke lovingly, "Amy, I know that Ty can be a handful, but no matter what he loves you completely. I, sorry we see it in his eyes every time he looks at you. This is a bump that is easy to get over, it just take a little help." Everyone smiled and Lou spoke up, "Sis, I have watched the two of you since the day you almost killed him with your horse. I love my husband but the love you two have is more than special. We all envy it and need to be here to help it return. I don't believe it is gone at all, it has just been slapped around a little. Amy, everyone in the room loves Ty and loves you. You have always been her for all of us and now we are here for you guys." The room was silent as teary eyes were seen on all the women. Amy sighed and hugged her sister tightly looking at everyone, "Thank you and Ty and I love all of you too." On the porch at the Miracle Ranch Caleb and Justin were leading the conversation. Jack, Tim, Steven, Clay, Wyatt, Scott and Max had joined them on the phone as well. Caleb spoke up, "Ty you are my best friend and even though you stole Amy from me I love you both like a brother and sister. We are here for you man." They all laughed and sat back as Tim joked but in a rare serious moment spoke up, "Caleb, like you really had a chance. I think Amy made the right choice even though sometimes I didn't act like it. Ty, I am sorry for my behavior with you sometimes, I know Amy loves you and always will. You two need to fight to get back what we all know you have. Actually I think we all need it as much as you." Everyone kind of sat in disbelief as his comments, as it was way out of his usual sarcastic bantering. Jack had a look and then responded to Tim's comment by simply saying, "Who know you had a heart." The group laughed at his comment as Tim just shook his head. Justin interrupted the conversation and spoke up, "Well gentleman we are all heading to Maggie's for lunch and then Mr. Borden, you and your family along with my family and Dillon's are going on a little overnight trip." Before Ty could respond he put his hand up, "No questions. Gentlemen lets go have some lunch." Both groups continued their conversations during and shortly after lunch. Back at the Miracle ranch the kids, security team and Haley got things loaded up. The group setting up the fishing cabin came back and Rusty reminded the girls that they needed to bring some hay for Blaze and Triumph. Amy and Ty said their goodbyes and left to go to the Miracle Ranch. Amy as well was informed of the overnight stay and like Ty was not allowed to ask questions. She sat in the SUV with Soraya and Maryanne for the short ride. They pulled up the same time that Ty, Dillon and Justin arrived and as they got out the gravitated to each other for a hug, still a little overwhelmed with everything. She smiled and leaned into his ear whispering, "What are these people up to." Before they were able to continue they were smothered by their kids in a big hug as JT yelled out, "Let's get going, we are losing daylight." They all laughed and loaded up for the trip to the fishing cabin as Amy and Ty were still at a loss.
As they pulled up to the fishing cabin, both Amy and Ty smiled with tears in their eyes. He whispered in her ear, "This is the place we first said we loved each other." She couldn't speak and held his hand tightly as they got out. They saw several tents set up and food stored in coolers on the porch. Blaze and Triumph were grazing in the small pen next to the cabin and Ty even saw the Norton and Old Blue sitting there. Amy looked at Maryanne and Soraya and smiled moving to hug them both. She could barely speak as tears came to her eyes, "Thank you." They hugged as Lyndy and the other kids joined in. The trucks were unloaded as Maddie told everyone where things went. One tent was ready for the Trudeaus and the other for the Walshes. The Borden family had the cabin and when they walked in they saw the main bedroom was set up just for them with clean sheets and fresh flowers. The next 24 hours were full of fun and a lot of laughing as well as eating. After a wonderful dinner, the entire group went on a walk as Amy and Ty talked about the history of the cabin and how hard it was to get Jack to expand and update it. Ezzie looked at Amy with a question, "You mean you all had to go to the bathroom outside and bathe in the river." She laughed, "Yep, my grandpa was a little old school and his entire life that was the way it was. When our family started growing Lisa stepped in and made him agree to build this place out and add rooms and two bathrooms with running water. But if you want, the old out house is right over there. I think it is clean." She scrunched her face disgusted and everyone laughed. When they got back they built a fire and roasted marshmallows for smores. Amy and Lyndy sang some songs for the group as Elana played her guitar. It was well after 10 when everyone finally went to bed. Amy held Ty, happier than she had been since the trial. She smiled into Ty's chest, "I love you and these people might be crazy, but I love them too. I am looking forward to them leaving and having you all to myself. After a hearty country breakfast the group broke up, some fished, some swam, some walked the trails and others just hung out. The three families had so much fun together and talked about doing this more often. Lunch consisted of the fish that had been caught and some other sides. Whatever fish they didn't eat were stored in the cooler and just after lunch, Rusty and Haley showed up with some hay and more ice. Of course JT bragged the he had caught most of the fish but Trent and Wyatt poked him saying they did. The afternoon was a lot of fun and just after dinner the families and Borden kids got packed up to go. Amy and Ty took the time to hug everyone and kiss their kids. Amy walked away with Soraya, Lyndy and Maryanne to have a private conversation as Ty did the same with Dillon, Wyatt and Justin. Maddie said, "Maybe we should join them but Elana out her arm on her shoulder, "I think the adults need some time. After they returned the group loaded up and headed out. JT smiled and looked back at his mom and dad arm in arm waving and smiling. He spoke to his car group, "I think mom and dad are going to be fine." Maryanne looked back at him and grabbed his hand, "You are right little man and you know even though they have been off a little they really do love each other and all of you as well." He smiled contently, "I know."
After everyone had left, Amy and Ty decided to take a ride on Triumph and Blaze. Amy smiled, "When was the last time just to two of us went on a ride alone." He smiled, leaning over to kiss her, "I don't know but it has been too long." They headed out for a short ride to the foothills to see the sunset. The had packed a snack so the set up a blanket and the food just sitting close. Both of them were nervous and thought how silly they were both being. Amy smiled at him sheepishly, "How silly, we are acting like some confused teenagers. Ty, I know the trial affected us for different reasons and to be honest, I have really struggled with all the memories that came back. I know he is going to be in jail for a long time but as I sat there I just couldn't help remember what he did to us along with Blair, Kit, Jesse and Ahmed. But when you think about it we really beat them all. We are here and just had a lot of people that we love be here for us." She took a breath, "Ty, we both did some dumb things and for my part I know that you know I am sorry for everything. But look at what we have and what we have accomplished. Our life and our future are amazing and I know that we did this together. Grandpa always told me that we are better together." She leaned into him as she teared up and Ty cleared his throat to speak. "Amy, I am sorry for begin so distant lately. Just seeing him in the ring with you and at that trial really brought back all the memories that we didn't want to remember. And I let it affect our relationship. When we walked out on the porch the other day, and the kids were talking quietly I realized that something might be wrong. I will never forget the look on JTs face. He looked devastated that we weren't like we always were. I never felt so ashamed that I let this have our kids feel we weren't Ok." Now it was time for Ty to get choked up as they both sat there. Amy looked deeply into his eyes, "Well I for one am over it and buster you need to be too. Ty Borden, I love you more and more each day we are together and the past needs to stay in the past." She leaned in and kissed him in a way that took his breath away. After several minutes they separated and leaned their foreheads together. Ty whispered, "Wow that was amazing, I think we need to get back to the cabin and officially end this silliness. I have missed being together with you." She blushed, "nice way of putting it. Together, I plan on a lot more than that." The laughed and quickly packed up and headed back to the cabin at a quick canter. They quickly untacked the horses and while Ty fed them for the night Amy put the food away. She was smiling brightly and made sure she had some waters and chocolates to put in the bedroom. When Ty walked in she jumped into his arms. He tried to say something but she locked onto his lips and would not let go. They were in a frenzied state as they stumbled their way to the bedroom. Amy calmed him, "Ok lover boy, I need to get ready so I'll be back in a few minutes and if you need to get ready feel free. She giggled as she looked into her bag, took a few things out and headed to the bathroom.
Ty was so relieved that they talked and felt as if things were almost back to normal. They still had some talking to do but he was more excited about his wife who was "getting ready" in the bathroom. He waited quietly in the bed hoping they would make love but being patient since they had just had a good talk. As the door opened, his question was answered. Amy walked out with a sexy swagger with a negligée that left little to the imagination. His eyes drew wide as he watched her walk his way. She smiled, "Can you believe our daughter packed this for me." He smiled and struggled with words mumbling something not understandable. She giggled, "So I guess you like it?" He still tried to catch his breath when the last move took him over the edge as the very silky nighty dropped to the floor. She smiled seductively, "Well I am kind of cold, got room in there for me?" He flipped the covers over as she climbed in and laughed, "Someone is overdressed." She helped him out of his clothes and began to kiss him with a passion that had been missing over the last few weeks. Ty was finally able to speak and all he muttered was, "Amy." They each were doing everything they could to pleasure the other. It seemed that all though it had been a while they were in tune right away. Amy started the foreplay attacking all of the places she knew he loved her to. Her lips and hands glided all over his body and eventually found his manhood stroking and moving her lips to excite him. Ty moaned loudly as she moved up and down on him, calling out her name several times. Seeing an opportunity, he began to move to parts of her body. After he moved down from her lips, he paid attention to her breast, spending time on each of them. As he paid specific attention to her taught nipples, she screamed out his name in ecstasy moaning with every nibble. He moved down to her most private area and the arched her back in pleasure. She exploded with an amazing orgasm and he made sure he completed his mission. She was panting heavily as he finished and perspiration was beading on their bodies. Without any hesitation she rolled him on his back to lowered herself onto his manhood slowly. They each loved this position as it gave them a chance to look into each other's eyes. Their movements weren't rushed and were in sync as the love they shared climaxed for each of them together several times. They laid next to each other catching their breath, smiling and content. Without words they knew they were Ok. Not because the made love, although that was amazing, but because they talked it out and both realized that they had all they needed in life. Love of family and friends and for each other. They would look back on this and wonder why they acted the way they did because they each knew the person next to them was their everything.
