Hi everyone hope everyone had a happy Fourth of July
Why am I talking about the Fourth of July almost a week later or a week given my usual writing speed

I did it in my latest chapter of Goku and the Tome of Piccolo so why not repeat the joke one more time before it becomes irrelevant and overused you know like a Michael Bay Movie

I feel like Sam was telling Danny not to stoop to Dash's level we've seen her fight in the show before pretty much every girl in the show can kick butt
Though Jazz clearly inherited her dads aim
Also there was the favoritism for Dash so if Danny Sam or Tucker ever did fight back they'd get in trouble and not the walking dumb jock stereotype that is Dash Baxter
Now a lot of people were into the idea of Sam and Henry getting together
I was surprised by this I didn't know that there were so many Henry Danger fans on this site maybe it's just because I'm not turning Sam into a supervillain who'd leave Danny's girlfriend to die
Oh I'm not kidding read the Remember series by Lightningflare1 stuff gets dark there for Sam
And she off screen meets a guy who wants to steal Danny's girlfriend from him
Somehow
I don't really know how that happened it's not explained very well
It's almost as random as the Dani cameo she shows up for a chapter and than we never see her again
I recommend the story while there's some weird moments it's a nice romance that you know focuses on the actual characters

After Many Dates Danny and Angelica
Sam laughed at Henry's work story he worked at a pawn shop in Swellview a town with a knockoff hollywood sign he was telling her about a time he and his coworkers set up a homemade rollercoaster inside of the stores basement for their boss who never had the chance to go to an amusement park when he was a kid because of a controlling parent it was pretty funny it honestly felt good to laugh
It was better than thinking about Danny and his girlfriend
Even if she did stand up to Dash for a Nasa jacket
Which was a really sweet present for such a giant space geek like Danny was
"So did you actually get to ride it" Sam asked Henry shook his head
"Nah it broke when my boss rode it" Henry said with a laugh "but at least he had fun"
Sam laughed too "well mission accomplished than
The goth and the blonde spoke for a bit longer Henry seemed determined to make her forget her sad mood
And if Sam was being honest he was doing a pretty good job at it
"So uh Sam" Henry said sounding nervous Sam raised an eyebrow he'd been pretty confident throughout the time she knew her
He was braver than she was going out to New York on the smallest chance he could have a relationship with a girl only to find her leaving on a date
"Would you like to meet up here for a date tomorrow" Henry said nervously "look the truth is I haven't had the best luck when it comes to girls and I want to see where this could go" Henry kept going "and a beautiful funny girl like you deserves to smile"
Sam blushed people didn't usually compliment her sure Danny called her pretty once and than there was that creep Eliot but Sam preferred to pretend he never happened especially that she kissed him uck
After those morons in white tried to blow up the observatory she went home and gargled the strongest mouth wash she could find in the house to try and erase the feeling of his lips on hers
"I'd like that" Sam said she and Henry exchanged numbers before she left the coffee shop she had to get ready for patrol with Tucker and Danny
Angelica was nervous looking in her full body mirror she double checked and triple checked her outfit for even the smallest of flaws so far she hadn't found one but she was still going to look
Angelica had abandoned her usual purple top for a white top with short red sleeves a black knee length skirt with red leggings black boots with a small heel topped off her outfit
"It's gotta be perfect I've got to be perfect"
"Meow" Fluffy said from her bed Angelica smiled at the old cat sitting down on the bed she picked up the old cat holding Fluffy in her lap
"Oh I know girl I'm being crazy" Angelica said petting Fluffys back in the place she liked "plus" she said "I beat twenty-seven other girls how awesome is that"
Angelica couldn't wait to rub that tidbit in Savannahs snooty face it was going to be amazing when school started but right now she needed to get ready her boyfriends party which was just lunch with some friends and family was in an hour
She had the greatest gift of her boyfriends life looking to a wrapped box on her dresser Angelica stood up placing Fluffy back on the bed sweeping off any cat hair grabbing the present
"Angelica" her dad called "are you ready to go"
Angelica looked at herself in the mirror one more time "yeah dad I'm ready" she called grabbing the gift leaving her bedroom
Danny put on a fresh shirt running a comb through his hair he wanted things to go well
Not because it was his birthday for him he'd consider it a good day if he could make it twentyfour hours without having to deal with a massive ghost attack
That and cake but who didn't like cake
But no his girlfriend and her parents were coming over he just wanted to make sure Vlad didn't show up
Danny was pulled out of his thoughts when he felt a pair of tiny arms hugging him around the waist Danny looked down to see Dani smiling up at him "happy birthday cuz"
Danny smiled messing with Dani's hair "thanks Dani" Danny said hugging Dani back "I'll make sure to sneak you some birthday cake" he promised Dani smiled reaching into the pocket of her hoodie holding a small wrapped package that fit in Dani's hand
Dani handed it to Danny "here I know it's not much" she said Danny smiled taking the present opening it it was a framed picture of Danny and Dani hugging in the Ops center there was writing on the frame in Jazz's perfect handwriting

Danny smiled at Dani again "I love it"
"You do" she asked excitedly Danny nodded hugging Dani
"Yeah Dani I do" he said hugging her again Dani melted into his hug holding him tight
"Danny" his mom called "Sam and Tucker are here"
Dani let go of Danny "go have fun" she said "and remember my cake"
Danny smiled messing with Dani's hair "you've got it" Danny promised before walking downstairs seeing Sam and Tucker with some presents for Danny
"Hey dude" Tucker said giving Danny a high five "how's it feel to be fifteen"
Danny shrugged birthdays used to be a bigger deal to Danny when he was younger his parents refrained from blowing things up he got to spend time with his best friends in the whole world
And of course there was cake lots and lots of cake Jazz would say something like there was no age limit for liking birthday cake which Danny could agree with one hundred percent
"Honestly I feel the same as when I was fourteen" Danny said taking the small present from Tucker probably a wallet or a phone case or something Danny looked to Sam who smiled at him "happy birthday Danny" she said hugging him Danny hugged her back putting her present on the couch by Tuckers
"Thanks Sam" Danny said Sam looked around
"So is Angelica coming" she asked Danny nodded
"Yeah she and her parents should be here any minute" Danny said Tucker looked panicked for a second sending scared glances towards Sam Danny frowned why was Tucker acting scared of Sam it's not like she was Dash or something what was going on
Danny raised an eyebrow "uh dude you ok"
Tucker looked from Sam to Danny seriously what was his deal "nothing just sad that Velma couldn't come" Tucker said with a fake smile
"Uh ok" Danny said unsurely
Danny didn't know what that had to do with Sam but whatever it was wasn't his business
Tucker walked off saying something about making sure Dannys dad didn't blow up the grill like last year leaving Sam alone with Danny for a moment "so" Sam said looking around "how's you know who" she whispered in case Danny's parents came in
Danny smiled "she's good" Danny whispered back "thanks for bringing her here" Danny had been furious when he heard what had happened to his little cousin because of some attention seeking brat wanting to play superhero she was worst than Paulina and Dash
Danny actually felt a shiver of fear go down his back at the idea of those two somehow getting superpowers who knows how many people they would hurt while trying to impress the 'ghost kid'
Danny had no idea how they could like one side of him and hate the other even if they did help him get away from the Morons in White near the beginning of the summer when Freakshow exposed his secret identity
Good thing he changed that and destroyed the stupid glove no one should have that much power
Plus it was better for everyone if his parents didn't know who he was

"If you want I can take her with me to get her other clothes" Sam said "I doubt you're much of an expert on womens clothing" she said jokingly
Danny laughed "I appreciate that" Danny said "I think Dani will like it too"
Danny heard the doorbell ring Sam elbowed Danny "go see your girlfriend" she said Danny walked over to the door opening the door Danny's jaw dropped when he saw Angelica she looked great
Angelica laughed "see something you like Gorilla boy" Angelica asked knowingly hearing his girlfriends voice snapped Danny out of his trance Danny looked to see Angelicas parents were behind Angelica
"Mr. and Mrs. Pickles come in come in" Danny said letting Angelica and her parents in
"Thank you Danny you have a lovely home" Mrs. Pickles said Danny thanked her and lead them towards the backyard where his parents and friends were sitting around setting out plates
"Hey everyone Danny brought the in-laws" Jazz said after spotting him Danny blushed
"Jazz" he said embarrassed while Jazz just laughed walking over introducing herself to his girlfriend who was looking at Jazz weirdly
"Hi I'm Jazz the birthday boys big sister" she said Angelica smiled
"It's nice to meet you" she said the weird look going away as she smiled
While this was happening Danny's and Angelica's parents were introducing themselves to each other Angelica elbowed Danny getting his attention "kinda sorry about that"
Danny raised an eyebrow "sorry about what" he asked
"I kinda thought the worse when I saw your sister that you're dating another girl or invited an ex" Angelica admitted sounding a little insecure
Danny reached out holding Angelica's hand Angelica looked at him with brown eyes "you're the only girl for me" Danny told her Angelica smiled at that
"Thanks Gorilla boy" she told Danny with a smile kissing him on the cheek "now let's get this party started"
Danny laughed "I think we can do that"
Danny his family friends beautiful girlfriend and her parents were sitting down at the table eating food Danny was enjoying himself and very grateful that his dad hadn't blown up the grill like the last time he tried to grill food
"Really your brother is an inventor" Maddie said to Mr. Pickles who nodded
"My nephews college funds are literally built on toy royalties" he answered "mostly the Reptar wagon"
"I remember that" Jack said "used to see kids riding around in it all the time"
Danny stopped listening to his parents conversation focusing on his girlfriend talking to Sam
"Look if you really want to impress this guy I bet I could help you put together an outfit" Angelica offered "I owe you big for what you did yesterday"
Wait they know each other and what did Sam do to get his girlfriend to owe him
Sam looked down at Angelica's outfit "I'll think about it" she said diplomatically
"You guys met each other" Tucker asked sounding nervous Danny looked weirdly to Tucker seriously what was wrong with him today did he eat Blood Blossoms again Danny didn't think his best friends guts could handle if he did that again
"Wait you met a guy" Tucker asked sounding like he was back to normal "what guy"
Sam gave Tucker a look "unlike you Tuck I don't need to pay twenty dollars to meet someone" Sam said before looking between Danny and Angelica
"No offense" Sam said
Danny shrugged "I was skeptical too Sam but I don't regret my time with the dating service" Danny said looking to Angelica holding her hand "except for Cree and Vicky at least"
Besides him Tucker frowned "agreed"
Angelica looked curiously "I know about Vicky but whose Cree" she asked Danny
"A kid hitting creep" Danny said hatefully "who I'd be glad if I never saw her again for the rest of my life" thinking about how he caught Cree beating up her sister and her friends over some kind of red toy it made his skin crawl and his blood boil just thinking about her
Sam made a disgusted sound hearing Danny's words "what a creep" Sam said hatefully
"That's what I said" Danny said
Danny's mom tapped the table "ok enough about that girl" she said "I think it's time for cake and presents"
"Agreed" his dad said having voiced his thoughts about Cree Lincoln in the past
Danny opened his presents quickly having only got a few not having some kind of massive party like Paulina did
From Tucker he got a new wallet from Sam a bowling ball painted to look like the milky way galaxy from his parents well he got something that kind of excited him and kind of made him nervous
A driving test prep manual that part kind of excited him sure he could fly but it'd be cool to learn how to drive the part that made him nervous was that his dad said he was going to teach him how to drive
Considering how his dad normally drove terrified him and that was saying something since he fought ghosts
Jazz leaned next to Danny "I'll teach you" she whispered Danny nodded gratefully
Last but not least was Angelica's present Danny looked at the card attached to the box

Danny smiled at that pocketing the card before he ripped open the present opening the gift box Danny's jaw dropped at the jacket inside besides him Angelica grinned "I knew you'd love it go on try it on" Danny took out the jacket standing up he put the jacket on it was a little big for him but he didn't mind he'd grow into it Danny smiled to his girlfriend hugging her "I love it" he told her "thank you"
Angelica hugged him back before kissing him on the cheeks "you're welcome Gorilla boy" she told him
Danny laughed "I'm never getting away from that nickname am I" he asked
"Not as long as it's funny" she told him sincerely
After eating cake Danny walked Angelica towards the door Danny smiled to Angelica still wearing the jacket she got for him "so your parents are nice" Angelica said Danny nodded "they are"
Sure they were crazy and there was frequent explosions and Danny had to be careful not to let them know about his powers but still Danny couldn't imagine having anyone else as parents
Danny put his arm around Angelica's shoulder pulling her close to him "have I thanked you for the jacket yet" he asked Angelica laughed
"About three or four times" Angelica said "but please keep the praise coming Fenton" she said
Danny smiled he and Angelica were out on the porch "I think that can be arranged" he said putting his arms around her shoulders Danny began to lean down for a kiss Angelica closed her eyes Danny's lips were inches from Angelica's when he heard a car horn Danny saw Angelica's parents in their car
"Let's go Princess" her dad said "we want to beat the traffic"
Angelica sighed "I've gotta go" she said kissing Danny on the cheek "happy birthday"
Danny smiled "call me when you get home"
Angelica agreed "consider it a date" she said getting in her parents car they drove off
