In a small crater, Mebius was laying down as he struggled to get back up in vain. "Does anyone recognize him?" "No, but I wonder where he got that jem on his chest. It looks so pretty!" Mimi says as she focuses on the blinking color timer. "Are you all serious? We need to help him!" Tai tells them before running to Mebius as everyone verbally tries to stop him. "Tai, we don't know a thing about this guy! He probably just wanted to do us in himself!" "If he did, don't you think he would have done that while we were distracted, Matt?" Tai asked Matt as he was now kneeling over Ultraman Mebius before asking if he was alright. "My color timer. I wasted too much energy… trying to subdue Dinozaur." Mebius muttered to himself as Tai caught what he heard and asked how he could help. Instead of answering, he just looks at him and raises his left hand up before Tai gently grabs the wrist as the timer beeped faster, causing the brace to suddenly disappear. And then shortly afterwards, Mebius did so too as he suddenly turned to embers, floating away. "Ah! He… vanished?" Tai said in shock as the glove on his left hand started to burn away at the bottom, not enough to hurt him but just enough to make the brace visible. Of course during that, Tai noticed fire on his glove and threw the glove off to avoid getting burnt! "That is the last time I ever touch an alien's hand!" He shouted in panic as the others then ran to him, seeing if he was okay. "Tai, are you okay? What happened?" Joe asked Tai concerningly as Izzy examined the area Mebius previously was. "Astonishing! He underwent a cellular combustion without damaging any of the landscape." He stated, though the others were more focused on Tai.
"Are you alright?" "Yeah, I think so, guys." Tai assures them before looking at his left arm and notices the brace that was once on Mebius was now on him. "Weird. It looks exactly like the one on that guy." He states before looking to the newly changed Agumon. "Hey, um, Agumon, right? Has this ever happened before?" "Nope, that was the first time we ever Digivolved." Agumon told Tai, almost oblivious to what he really meant. "Not what I meant, but yeah, that too." Tai said as Izzy then theorizes that Digivolving is when they evolve and become more powerful than before. "That's right, all of us digivolved. For example, I went from Moltimon to Tentomon." Tentomon confirmed. "Okay. Since you got way bigger, I feel like I should ask you a question. Are you still Digimon, or are you like the Kaijus we've seen thus far?" "Digimon, but We needed your help." Agumon stated before explaining that in order to Digivolve, they needed to share their energy with them. "Really?" Tai asks before remembering something as he pulls the device from earlier from his pants pocket. "Did you happen to do so by using this?" "Even we don't know anything, like that device you have." Tentomon tells him before Matt asks everyone what they're gonna do. "If only there was a pay phone nearby. We could call the police or the fire department, or my mom." "But we're not even near any towns or cities." Tai argues before Sora states that they know where they started so they could use it for reference. "Then we can just explore around. And if we get lost, we can head back to this mountain." Matt realizes as everyone but Joe agrees. "I say we should stay right where we are." "Sure, let's wait around for another one of those things to come get us." Matt says sarcastically before stating that they need to find a way out the forest. "Hm, that's right. But without a compass, we don't even know which way is North." "Wait, I do!" Tentomon tells Izzy, who asks him which way. "It's the opposite of South." The bug Digimon states, causing Izzy to sigh in defeat before Tai remembers seeing the ocean when he was on top of a tree. "If we follow the river down below, we can find the ocean, and maybe a boat." Tai tells them before Joe states that they should just find a cave and hide until the camp counselor comes around looking for them, making Tai sigh before walking up to him. "Joe, wherever our camp was, it was never near any Digimon, Kaijus, or Aliens. And if we just stay here, we're gonna be goners. Now come on!" Tai tells him as he then motions for him to follow before looking for a way down with the others. As Joe sees everyone walking away from what was left of the cliff, Joe thinks it over before finally giving in. "He's got a point." He mutters before running to them.
After a few minutes, they found a safe way to the river. Afterwards, they followed it for an hour while the kids asked the Digimon questions about themselves. Eventually, they all reach a beach when they suddenly start hearing a phone ringing. "Is that a phone?" "Either that or we're all hearing things." Sora said to Tai before they all headed for the sound and found five telephone booths on the sand! However, as they reached one of the booths to answer it, the ringing stopped. "Why did it stop ringing, Tai?" "Maybe it was a wrong number?" Tai said as Izzy began to theorize that the phone booths were placed there by aliens as a trap. "But the only alien we saw was that one guy. And he's, well… gone." Sora told Izzy while feeling a little guilty about not helping out. "Okay, so which is it, a trap or not?" "Obviously, it's a way to call your parents for a ride home!" Joe stated before they all heard glass cracking. Everyone immediately turned their attention to Tai, who somehow cracked the glass on the first booth! "We're in a place that's crawling with monsters! Not the campsite! When are you going to get that through your thick skull!?" Tai asked Joe irritatedly as he then told him that they are no doubt on another world that nobody knows about, not the military, police, NOT even their parents! "Hey, Tai. What's a parents?" Gomamon asks, causing Tai to stop and look at him in confusion, along with everyone else. "You don't have any parents? Then who gave, um… birth to you?" Tai asks as the Digimon all just look at each other before looking back to Tai and just shrugs. "Okay, one mystery at a time." Tai said, now mellowed out as he then headed inside the booth. "Hey, I thought you said no one would know where we are?" Mimi asks as Tai corrects her slightly, reiterating that no one THEY knew will help. "Oh, I get it. Here, use my phone card. The aliens can bill me." Izzy offers as he hands him a card as everyone else followed his example and proceeded to dial in numerous numbers.
Unfortunately when they all dialed in their desired numbers, they all got weird messages. "Hello, Operator? My name's Taichi-" "At the tone, the time will be exactly 45 miles per hour... and 90 seconds." The answering machine told him in a Jersey accent, which confuses him. "Tomorrow's forecast calls for clear skies and occasional ice cream." "What do you wear for that?" Mimi asks while Matt questions what planet he dialed when the answering machine told him that his number exclusively existed in his mind. "No telephones are working in your service area. Hang up and have a nice day." The answering machine told Sora while acting like it was spazzing out before she just put the phone back before crossing her arms in a huff while Tai walked over to her and asked if she had any luck. She tells him no, obviously which makes the situation more confusing.
Afterwards, everyone but Joe gave up and took a moment to rest. "Very curious. Does Joe always behave like this?" "Every single time. Honestly, I had many chances to snap at him, and only did so once." Tai tells Izzy before Matt states that no matter how many times Joe puts in a number, the phones will not work. "Well, I'm gonna keep searching for a boat or something." "Hey, wait a minute! Even though we can't call out of here, there's always a chance someone else might be able to call in to us." Matt realizes when Tai tells him that sitting around and doing nothing is an already established bad idea. "Oh come on, Tai, everyone's tired and needs a break. Besides, it'll give you time to figure out why that brace is on your arm." Matt argues as Tai looked at everyone and saw that they were sitting down, looking exhausted and miserable. "And I'm getting pretty hungry too." "Okay, guys, you've made a good point. Let's kick off our break with some food!" Tai says to everyone as Sora then asks if anyone has any food. "I think the only thing I have are my emergency supplies and that gadget that fell out of the sky at camp!" She finishes as she then pulls out the small device while some of them did the same. "We wouldn't have them if they weren't important." "If I could just take mine apart…" Izzy started to say before his stomach began to make a gross squishing noise, causing him to place his hand onto it. "After I get something to eat, that is. I'm famished." He finished as Sora rummaged through a bag on her person.
"Well, the only thing I've got is my emergency supplies. It's got a first aid kit, some bandages, and some medicine, but that's about all I've got." She tells them while Izzy brought out a green bag, containing a bunch of electronics. "I have my trusty laptop computer, and a digital camera. Oh, and I've got a small cell phone, too. Of course, not one of them's worked since we got here." "I can't believe you dragged all that computer stuff to summer camp. Of course, I only brought one thing and that's a mini-telescope." Tai tells him while Matt states that he has nothing edible on him. "Hey, look at what I got." T.K. called out as he took off his backpack and opened it up, revealing a bunch of junk food! "Wow, look at all those goodies! Why don't you be a good little boy and share those treats with dear, sweet Mimi?" "Ahh, you don't have to be so nice, Mimi. I'm happy to share. You're the best." T.K. told her before Sora then asked Mimi what she had in her bag. "Uhh, well, let's take a look." She stated before pulling out various survival equipment. "Here's a compass, cooking fuel, flashlight, one of those knives with all the things, and some other stuff." "Why didn't you tell us you had a compass back when we needed one?" "I thought it might be kind of fun to see how far we could get without one. Besides, it's broken." Mimi explains with a cheery tone. "Okay, so FINDING a way out of the question." "Although, we could use the cooking fuel to make a signal fire." Matt tells Tai as Sora then states that they could barbecue some telephones as an alternative. "Speaking of phones." Tai muttered. "Hey, Joe! Did you bring any food?!" "Hey! Don't you know it's rude to interrupt someone when they're on the telephone?!" Joe asked while futilely trying to reach someone. "Sorry, but we're taking a break! Is there any food in that bag you're holding?" "Yeah, the emergency supplies are in it and I brought it give to Mimi. Today was her day to carry the bag!" Joe tells them while heading over. "You two take turns carrying an emergency bag?" Izzy asks Mimi as she nods. "Mimi, you have got to stop thinking of yourself and do something to help somebody else for once! Take a little responsibility!" Joe tells her as she made the excuse that the bag was too heavy. Before Joe could say another word, a pen-sized bolt of energy shot between the two, shocking them. Everyone then looked to where it came from, and saw Tai, looking just as surprised as they were.
"That wasn't me!" Tai stated before his brace and device started glowing orange while the latter of the object emitted a heartbeat-like sound, making everyone look at them with caution. "Hey, guys, I think I remember seeing something like that from an American comic book I once read." "Really? What happened?" Tai asks Matt, who hums while trying to remember. "It involved a pilot who stumbles upon a dying alien, who gives him a green ring to carry on in his shoes." Matt summarizes while Joe and Izzy decide to talk about distributing the food evenly amongst themselves. "So, now what? I don't even know where it and the user came from, let alone how to use it properly!" Tai states as Joe and Izzy call for everyone's attention.
"Okay, so we've been checking and it looks like we have enough food for three meals for the next three days." Joe tells them before Sora asks if that includes the Digimon, because if it doesn't then they'll run out of food faster. "Not a problem at all. We digimon hunt and forage for ourselves." Gabumon tells them as the other Digimon agree, reassuring them that they don't have to worry too much about them. "Okay. Now that that's taken care of, let's go ahead and divide this between the seven people here." "Joe, I think you can exclude one of us for lunch." Matt tells Joe, who asks why until the former points to Agumon, sitting next to Tai while eating some of the food. "Just what do you think you're doing?" "Sorry, I forgot we had limited food." Agumon said when a couple of the other Digimon, Biyomon and Gomamon, hear something growling. Suddenly, a geyser of water shot up from the sand as it moved to destroy the telephone booths, surprising and shocking the kids! "What is that thing?" Tai asks as a large shell emerges from the beach with the tip spinning like a drill! When it stopped, a pink Dino-like snail popped out of the shell with its arms and head exposed! "It's Shellmon!" "WHAT'S A SHELLMON?!" Izzy asks I'm pure shock as Tentomon tells him that it's a Digimon that gets mad for no reason, which was not helpful.

"Attacked by two Digital Monsters on the same day...and doesn't Shellmon know I'm allergic to shellfish?" Joe asks, feeling miserable.
"EVERYBODY, UP HERE!" Joe yells to everyone as he starts to climb up a nearby cliff, only to get hit and knocked off by a blast of water from Shellmon's head! "JOE!" That was all that Gomamon was able to say before he too was blasted by a burst of water! In retaliation, Agumon, Gabumon, Biyomon, and Tentomon used their signature attacks on it, only for Agumon's Pepper Breath to make contact while the others didn't even get a foot from them! "What's happening to them?!" "It's like they've lost their power!" Matt said as Shellmon blasted the four Digimons with another blast of water! "Guys!" Tai called out to the downed Digimon when Agumon got back up like nothing happened while he, Patamon, and Palmon tried to use their moves, leading to the same thing happening twice! "Why is it that Agumon's the only one able to do anything?" "We're just too hungry." Tentomon tells Izzy as Gabumon states that he has no energy while the kids check on the downed Digimon. "That's it! Agumon is the only one who had anything to eat." Sora realizes as Tai hears her.
"Agumon! Looks like it's just you and me now!" "Then give me a diversion!" Agumon tells him as Tai then ran to the side of Shellmon while catching its attention. Thanks to Tai's efforts, Agumon was able to shoot off a third Pepper Breath at Shellmon, regaining his attention as Tai then grabs a long sharp piece of the, now broken, booth. He then proceeded to stab into the pink fleshy part of Shellmon's side, causing it to roar in pain before using a tendril on its head to grab Tai! "HOLD ON, TAI!" Agumon yells to Tai as Shellmon then turns its attention back to Agumon, knowing that he was now alone. Agumon then tries to run out of the Digimon's reach, only to be pinned down by one of Shellmon's hands while it blasts everyone else with water, forcing them against the wall! "Guys, no! I-ugh-have to help!" Tai declared as he was being crushed by the tendrils. During this moment, the brace on Tai's arm starts to glow brighter and brighter with each passing second until every single human and Digimon were forced to close and cover their eyes from the immense light! "Tai!"
As Tai slowly begins to open his eyes as the light dies down for him, he sees that he is now in a black void with gold particles swirling around everywhere. "Where am I?" "You're in my inner space. A pocket dimension where time is slowed to a near standstill." A voice explains as Tai then starts looking around. "Um, that's great to hear but… who are you?" Tai asks as thousands of embers surround a small spot, clumping themselves together until they formed Ultraman Mebius! "It's you! But I thought that you…" "Died? I would have if not for you." Mebius told him before explaining that Ultras are able to bond with a sentient being encase they get critically injured and/or exhausted. "Woah, so I was able to help you after all." "Yes. But now I believe that I've rested enough to be able to materialize with your help." Mebius says to him as he nods in agreement. "So what do I do? 'Cause for the record, I'm not the smartest one in this world." Tai states as Mebius nods, understanding as he began summarize what they can do.

As the light slowly dies down in 'real time', the kids and their Digimon's eyes adjust as they begin to see Ultraman Mebius appear at the same size as Shellmon as he had grabbed it's tendrils. "Is that…" Sora starts to ask herself when Mebius then punches it and tears the appendages out by the roots as the Digimon falls backwards! "Tai?" Agumon asks as he gets up while Mebius then looks to him and simply nods while the others looked at the Ultra in shock and amazement. "He-he's back!" Joe states as he sees Mebius throw the dismembered tendrils to the side while Agumon faintly glows as he grows in size.
"Agumon digivolve to… Greymon!"
As the low light fades, a dinosaur-like Digimon with blue stripes stood where Agumon with an equal height to both combatants, sporting a brown armored shell with three long horns on his head! "Agumon digivolved again?" Matt asks as Shellmon gets back up, looking very angry.
Seeing the fight not over yet, Mebius and Greymon looked at each other before nodding and facing Shellmon as the former went into a stance similar to Taekwondo. They then charged at Shellmon with Mebius punching it's face before Greymon then pushed it a few feet back with his horns! Shellmon then tried to blast Greymon away, but the latter counters by breathing fire at the attack, creating a thick mist which Mebius takes advantage of as he jumps in between them with a gold-ish blade sprouted from his brace! Shellmon was barely able to see him and tried to swipe at him, only for Mebius to slice off each arm, causing the Digimon great pain for a moment when Mebius brought it into a choke hold as it tried to throw him off! However this left itself open for Greymon to hit Shellmon with a fireball. "Nova Flame!" Greymon called out before he shot said fireball as Mebius jumped away while Shellmon was forced back into its shell! Seeing his target immobile, Mebius then raised his left arm before placing his right hand on the brace as he then moved the first arm behind the second before swiftly pulling them apart, creating a large spark as he then raised both hands up and intersected them which created multiple overlapping infinity signs for a brief moment. He then positioned them in front in a "" sign, firing off the same beam that finished off Dinozaur! The shell then began to crack as it was pelted by the beam until it shattered, revealing Shellmon roaring in agony before exploding into ashes!
Afterwards, Greymon was suddenly engulfed by a bright light as he then shrunk back down to Agumon, now laying down on his stomach as Mebius's Color Timer started blinking red. "I'm handing the reins back to you, Taichi." Mebius said as he too then glowed just like fire and started to shrink down. And when the light died down, everyone but Agumon and Sora were surprised to see Tai in his place, who's brace started to disappear from his arm. "Hey, Agumon, you alright?" Tai asked Agumon as he got up enough to look at him properly. "That depends. Do you have anything to eat?"
"So that alien who saved us before was an Ultraman?" "And his inside your head?!" Mimi and Joe asked respectively as the latter sounded more nervous after Tai explained who Mebius was. "Not exactly. It feels more like he's a part of me. But one thing for certain, I think we'll be ok until we can find a way back home." Tai explained as Izzy then stated that Tai was onto something earlier. "If there are telephones here, then there must be an intelligent species to use them. So, I think it makes good sense to try and find those people." "And if that doesn't work, we can just ask this Mebius guy for help." Matt adds as Tai decides to ask Mebius if he can help with that plan.
(Inner Space)
"I can, but you should know that I'll only have enough energy for the task. Afterwards, I'll need some time to rest." Mebius informs his host as he stood in the void. "That reminds me. How do you eat, since your mouth doesn't move?" "Oh, we, Ultras rely on mainly unfiltered solar light as a means of recovery. However we also can recover by simply resting. That's why most of us need humanoid forms." Mebius explains as Tai nods, trying to understand the new info.
"We should get going. There's no telling if more Digimon will come here." "Your right. That's why I talked with Mebius, and he said that he can help us get home." Tai tells everyone as Joe asks when they can leave. "With one name and a motion, we should be back home in a few moments." Tai vaguely said as he then raised his left arm, causing the brace to reappear. "For the record, we'll have to find another way out of here if this doesn't work." He tells them before placing his right hand on the brace before hastily removing it, letting the orb inside spin fast as Tai then raised the brace into the air!
"Mebius!" he shouted as a bright light ingulfed the group!

In the starry vacuum of space, a fiery moebius formed and raised as Mebius appeared and rose with it while the stars disappeared!

In a blue background, Ultraman Mebius was standing straight up as he spun, as if on display.
(We can hear your heart from across the galaxy! No one is a hero in the beginning! (No one is a hero!))
In a forest, Tai, Sora, Matt, Joe, T.K., Mimi, and Izzy were standing next to their respective Digimon partners in their Rookie forms as they faced off against a being that resembles a demon, who was standing next to a woman in a white coat and a black shirt. Just then, the Digimon then digivolved into their Champion forms! Greymon, a Phoenix with long sharp teeth, a tiger-striped wolf, a woolly Walrus with a long horn, a six-winged angel with bits and pieces of armor in him, a walking cactus wearing boxing gloves, and a giant purple beetle with wings! The demon then shot out dozens of black gears from his wings as they all flew towards the group!
(It's just a little planet with a different shape!)
Meanwhile in a desert, a woman in a revealing outfit with a trench coat-like design to it, was standing with three monsters behind her, a bipedal lizard with a horn-like crest on its head and red stripes and spots all over its body, a black-exoskeletoned beetle with three orange, and a creepy eyeball with limbs, and an otter-like Digimon with a pair of scuba tanks on its back, on her shoulders.
(We may clash, but we will work together!)
On a barren wasteland, a blue Ultraman with an armored upper body is yelling to the heavens in a mixture of rage and sorrow with his fists clinched! Meanwhile in the same blue background as Mebius's, a team of seven adults were standing lined up under a logo that said "Crew GUYS"!
(Let's overcome the darkness that comes before us!)
In Mebius's inner space, he and Tai were staring down an unknown enemy when they glanced at each other before nodding. They then lunged at the intaty together!
(Let's create a world with no sorrow! Let's not give up on love!) (Any teardrops will eventually dry away!)
Now in combat, Ultraman Mebius and the Champion began to fight waves of various Kaijus as the two evils! Meanwhile, T.K. was looking at a human-sized, silver with red striped Ultra with horns, who was staring back at him while crouching down.
(The future will be changed by our hands! Our bond will never be broken! Let's go into the infinity light!)
The fight was nearing the end as Crew GUYS in three jets with flame decals and the three Kaijus joined in, finishing off the remaining enemy's forces! Now enraged, the demon and woman both lunge at Mebius as the latter of the two transformed into a grey, seemingly mouthless monster as Greymon and Mebius use their signature attacks on them, causing a blinding light to be created!
(Ultraman Mebius! Ultraman Mebius!)
When the light died down, the heroes were suddenly on earth as they stood triumphantly as the sun setted.

Note: This took longer than it should have. Either way, Tai is now the host of Ultraman Mebius, and there's more Ultras where they came from! Also, Naresh Vm Simma, calm down! Not only am I trying to keep the base continuity of both shows as is, but I also have other responsibilities at home! Plus I'd appreciate it if you checked my other pieces of work while you wait patiently and tell me what you think. I'm always looking for constructive feedback from my readers. :)
