In the starry vacuum of space, a fiery moebius formed and raised as Mebius appeared and rose with it while the stars disappeared!

In a blue background, Ultraman Mebius was standing straight up as he spun, as if on display.

(We can hear your heart from across the galaxy! No one is a hero in the beginning! (No one is a hero!))

In a forest, Tai, Sora, Matt, Joe, T.K., Mimi, and Izzy were standing next to their respective Digimon partners in their Rookie forms as they faced off against a being that resembles a demon, who was standing next to a woman in a white coat and a black shirt. Just then, the Digimon then digivolved into their Champion forms! Greymon, Birdramon, Garurumon, a woolly Walrus with a longhorn, a six-winged angel with bits and pieces of armor in him, a walking cactus wearing boxing gloves, and a giant purple beetle with wings! The demon then shot out dozens of black gears from his wings as they all flew towards the group!

(It's just a little planet with a different shape!)

Meanwhile in a desert, a woman in a revealing outfit with a trench coat-like design to it, was standing with three monsters behind her, a bipedal lizard with a horn-like crest on its head and red stripes and spots all over its body, a black-exoskeletoned beetle with three orange gems, a creepy eyeball with limbs, and an otter-like Digimon with a pair of scuba tanks on its back, on her shoulders.

(We may clash, but we will work together!)

On a barren wasteland, a blue Ultraman with an armored upper body is yelling to the heavens in a mixture of rage and sorrow with his fists clenched! Meanwhile in the same blue background as Mebius, a team of seven adults were standing lined up under a logo that said "Crew GUYS"!

(Let's overcome the darkness that comes before us!)

In Mebius's inner space, he and Tai were staring down an unknown enemy when they glanced at each other before nodding. They then lunged at the intaty together!

(Let's create a world with no sorrow! Let's not give up on love! Any teardrops will eventually dry away!)

Now in combat, Ultraman Mebius and the Champion began to fight waves of various Kaijus as the two evils! Meanwhile, T.K. was looking at a human-sized, silver with red striped Ultra with horns, who was staring back at him while crouching down.

(The future will be changed by our hands! Our bond will never be broken! Let's go into the infinity light!)

The fight was nearing the end as Crew GUYS in three jets with flame decals and the three Kaijus joined in, finishing off the remaining enemy's forces! Now enraged, the demon and woman both lunge at Mebius as the latter of the two transformed into a grey, seemingly mouthless monster as Greymon and Mebius use their signature attacks on them, causing a blinding light to be created!

When the light died down, the heroes were suddenly on earth as they stood triumphantly as the sun setted.

It was now in the early afternoon as everyone was currently walking through a forest with street signs that made no sense on some of the trees when they suddenly heard something fly through the air. "Whoa, did you hear that?" Tai asked as they all looked up to the sky, briefly seeing a roundish dark object fly by. "It seems to be some sort of aircraft." "It looked like a big, flying gear." Matt and Sora stated respectively. "Admit it. My alien theory is more plausible." "Izumi, I am an alien in a symbiotic relationship with Taichi." "Yeah, but I mean the dominant race that brought us here." Izzy clarified to Mebius, who temporarily took control when T.K. stepped on an exposed root and caused it to snap in two as he fell through. Fortunately he was quickly helped up by Mebius and Tai. "Are you okay, Takaru?" Mebius asked T.K. as he held him with both hands. "Yeah. That was scary." "You should be careful. That could've been a snake or worse." Tai said to T.K. before putting him on stable ground. "Hey, Biyomon, are there really snakes here?" "If there are, then I haven't seen them yet." Biyomon told him, not sure if she did see any normal snakes before Patamon flew up to T.K.. "Don't you worry, T.K., I'll take care of them." Patamon told him as they hugged, laughing. "Ok, now that's settled, let's get going." "Nothing's settled, and where are we going? We don't even know where we are." Matt argued with Sora. "Well, we know where we need to go. So we just have to find someone who can give us directions! And hopefully not try to kill us." Tai muttered at the end. "Yeah, Tai's right. We need to keep moving in hopes of finding out where we are, but we need to stay calm and stick together. I'm sure we'll figure out a way home, and if not, we can just get Mebius to fly us back." "I can't guarantee that!" Mebius shouted to Sora, who turned around and noticed that everyone was walking away with Mebius and Tai stopping to get her attention. "Well, thanks a lot for waiting!" Sora shouted sarcastically as she and Biyomon went to catch up with the group. After a short walk, Matt and Tai spots the edge of the forest that leads to a vast desert full of telephone poles. "I say we follow them and see where they lead." "They'll just lead to trouble." Joe stated.

Literally minutes later, everyone was now walking through the desert when Sora began to notice that none of the poles were connected as some of the others began to complain about the heat. "That's it! We're doomed! The heat'll bake our brains like roasted piglets!" "Joe, calm down! You're overreacting." Tai told Joe as the latter finally went mad from the heat. "Hey guys, remember when I said my compass was broken?" Mimi asked everyone as she showed them the opened compass as the needle was spinning out of control. "It's spinning like crazy." Sora stated while Izzy inspected the sand as he scooped up some in his hand. "I think this sand contains small traces of iron. That must be what's affecting the compass needle." He informed them before he dumped the handful back on the ground.

Meanwhile, the black gear they saw earlier continued flying until it hit the side of a small mountain before it sliced through the rock until it reached a humanoid Digimon made entirely out of fire with stitches on the mouth. "Huh? What is that?!"

Back with the group, they continued walking as morale steadily dropped as Sora tried to keep everyone's spirits up, which only seemed to work on Biyomon… maybe a little too well, as she immediately began to nuzzle up to Sora. It was then that Tai took notice of something in the distance as he took out his telescope to see what it was, and what it was, surprised him! "Guys, you're not gonna believe this but there's real water next to a village!" Tai told them, which immediately got everyone's hopes up as they all resumed walking! However as they made their way for the village, no one noticed one of the wires slipping deeper into the sand.

As the group finally reached the village, they quickly noticed that not only was the village small, but it was also populated by Yokomon! "Ok, question: who here knows where we can get a drink?" "And just what do giant Digimon drink?" One of the Yokomons asked out of curiosity. "Me? I'm no Digimon." "My friend, Sora, is what's called a "human being". Yes, we know they look funny. In spite of this, they're all actually very nice." Biyomon explained to the Yokomon as they began asking what a Human was and why they're in the Digital World. "This is bad. There is no way we're gonna fit into this place." "Relax, Joe. At least the natives here are friendly." Tai tells Joe as he and everyone else try to settle in while the Yokomon continue to ask Biyomon questions. "We still don't know how you Digivolved. It takes years to do so. So how is it that you're able to do it so fast?" "That's easy. Like my friends and their partners, Sora needed me. We had to protect them from a monster that wasn't a Digimon. And together, we were able to defeat it." Biyomon told them as Sora began to smile as she remembered how Agumon and Gabumon Digivolved into their respective Champion forms to help them. "Sora, we're invited to have dinner with the Yokos. They said they'd be willing to share their food with all of us." Biyomon told Sora as everyone cheered on hearing this!

As most of the kids begin wondering what they'll be eating, T.K. noticed a water fountain and ran over to it. "LOOK, EVERYONE, A FRESH-WATER FOUNTAIN!" T.K. yelled with joy as a Yokomon jumped onto the edge of the fountain. "All the water here is piped in from a spring at Miharashi mountain. It's the best water in the world." "Forget the world. Mount Miharashi water is the best in all the galaxy!" Tentomon claimed as he and the others came up to it. However a moment after they arrived, fire suddenly exploded from the fountain, shocking everyone! "What's happening?!" "The water evaporated! And what's worse is that the lake is connected as well!" One of the Yokomon told Tai before they all ran to where the lake was, only to find that it had dried up too with an abandoned ship in the middle! "Ok, what about a well?" Tai asked as the Yokomon led them to a well to try and fish out some water, only once again, to find nothing but fire! "IS EVERYTHING CONNECTED TO THAT MOUNTAIN?!" "Tai yelled in anger as the Yokomon began to realize what might've happened! "Something must've stopped the water from leaving a lake on top of Miharashi mountain!" "We could go up there to see the problem, but it's guarded by a fiery Digimon called Meramon." Two Yokomons told the kids as Tai pulled out his telescope and used it to where he thought Mount Misharashi was, and saw that there was a path of smoke progressively leading down the mountain. "I think I found Misharashi mountain and Meramon. He's coming this way!" Tai warns everyone as the Yokomon began to panic!

"Don't worry, guys. Mebius and I can handle this!" Tai claimed as he raised his arm, summoning Mebius's brace.

But before he could do anything else, the ground began to shake as a mountain of sand formed a mile away before it exploded, revealing a whip-armed Kaiju with a pair of horns and skin covered in spikes, larger than any Digimon on the island! "No way. Is that-" "Gudon!" Tai said, interrupting Sora.

"Of course. If there are Sadora here, there must be other Kaiju here too!" Tai realized as he facepalms himself. "Oh, this just went from bad to worse." Mimi declared as Gudon started to march over to them while it roared! "Everyone, get the Yokomon to safety, I'll take care of Gudon!" Tai told them as he raised his arm again and spun the orb inside the brace before raising it! "Mebius!" He shouted as he transformed into Ultraman while now appearing mid-air! Before he landed, Mebius kicked Gudon to the ground and then dropped into a stance while Meramon has already reached the middle of the forest, evidently shown with some of the trees now on fire.

As the two battled, the others ran to the ship as they helped the Yokomon get inside. "BIYOMON, HOW MANY ARE THERE LEFT!?" Sora called out to Biyomon, who was still at the top, leading the Yokomon down! "WE'RE ALMOST DONE!" Biyomon yelled back as she started to see the end of the fleeing Yokomon. But she also saw in the distance that Meramon was now running through the desert as Mebius was trying to get close to Gudon while evading its whips.

As Mebius was fighting Gudon, he and Tai began to notice the Kaiju's range of attack. 'Mebius, Gudon has no real ranged attacks.' "But we do. Good thinking!" Mebius told Tairight before ducking underneath a whip and backflipping away! However as Mebius used his signature attack, Gudon was able to duck underneath the Mebium Shot before swinging a whip as it extended to grab his leg! Before Mebius could attempt to remove it, he started to get hit by Gudon's other whip before getting thrown behind it, crashing him into a telephone pole!

"Meramon's almost here, and Tai's down!" Biyomon warns everyone as the last of the Yokomon make it to the ship. "What're we gonna do?" Matt asked around as Biyomon began to flap her wings. "We have to fight him!" Biyomon stated as she began to hover while Meramon finally reached the village! "Hey Meramon! You think you can burn this village down? Well, guess again! Spiral Twister!" Biyomon called out as she hit him with a green coil of fire, which seemed to hurt him as she fired it three more times until she saw that Meramon easily recovered from the attacks as he grew a couple of meters! "Is that the best you got?" Meramon taunted before he was suddenly hit by Agumon's Pepper Breath, Gabumon's Blue Blaster, Tentomon's Super Shocker, and Patamon's Boom Bubble! The combined attacks seem to actually hurt Meramon as he nearly falls over while growing again! "That hurts more than I thought!" Meramon claimed before he formed two fireballs in his hand! "Take this! Fireball!" Meramon called out as he threw one at Biyomon, causing her to fall to where everyone was, but before he could throw the second, Gudon swatted Meramon's hand before taking its tail into his gut, forcing him to kneel! However as Gudon roared in premature triumph, only to get it's right shoulder grazed by a Mebium Shot, causing Gudon to fall over in searing pain. "Sorry to cut in." Mebius said as he rejoined the fight!

"Tentomon, is Meramon supposed to grow?" "Now that you mention it, no. No he's not." Tentomon informed Izzy as they realized something else was wrong. "Whatever the case is, we have to stop Meramon. No matter what!" Biyomon stated as she had recovered and began to glow like Agumon and Gabumon did with determination!

"Biyomon Digivolve to… Birdramon!"

As Gudon got back up, it saw Mebius attempt to fight Meramon, but his smaller size allowed him to duck and dodge around Mebius's punches and kicks when a phoenix with teeth pointing outward attacked Gudon by scratching its face, pushing it back! The new arrival caused Meramon to get distracted long enough for Mebius to kick him out of the village and at Gudon's right arm! "Hey, watch it!" Meramon told Gudon as the latter just saw this as an attack, causing it to wrap a whip around Meramon's neck and throw him around before Birdramon's wings began to form multiple fireballs! "Meteor Wing!" She called out as she threw the fireballs at Gudon's left arm, hurting said limb and detaching the whip. As Meramon was removing the whip from his neck, Ultraman Mebius performed the Mebium Shot again, but this time at Meramon!

As the attack hit its mark, Meramon began to shrink as he yelled out in pain before the Black Gear everyone saw earlier came flying out of his back! "IT WAS A GEAR!" Izzy yelled as everyone briefly spotted the gear before it exploded as they realized the object was making Meramon attack! Back with Gudon, it began to attack Mebius with its last whip. However this was proving difficult as he now had an opening to exploit, using it to land blow after blow on Gudon before he kicked out one of its legs and tackled it into the ground! Before Gudon could swing its whip, Mebius was able to backflip away.

However, as it looked like Mebius had the upper hand, his timer started going off, flashing red as he finally started panting. He took this as an obvious sign to wrap it up as he raised his left arm at a diagonal angle before closing his hand as a part of the brace glowed. And then, as he pulled his arm back, a golden blade formed on his forearm.

As Gudon finally got up, it noticed the blade on Mebius's arm. So in a standoff nature, one waited for the other to make the first move as the whole area became silent, safe for the wind. After a few seconds, Mebius ran to Gudon as it tried to swing its whip at him, but was too slow to react! This allowed Ultraman Mebius to cut through both its remaining whip and its head! Moments later, Gudon's body fell to the ground as the head and whip both landed on the sand with heavy burns on the inside.

Afterwards, Tai and Biyomon reverted back to their original forms as the latter embraced Sora, who happily hugged her right back.

Later as the sun began to set, all the water had returned and everyone was back in the village as they confronted a guilt-stricken Meramon. "Meramon, why did you attack our village?" "I don't know why. I couldn't stop myself. The last thing I remember was being hit by that gear." Meramon explained before he got up and began making his way back to the mountain. 'So not only can Black Gears like that one cause aggression in Digimon, but there's also ample Kaijus on this planet, like other worlds.' "Yeah. I think we're gonna have to be more careful on our journey to the mountain." Tai told Mebius as they watched over the remains of Gudon as some of the Yokomon took the severed whips back to their home.

Meanwhile from behind the nearest phone pole, the same Kaiju from yesterday was spying on the group again.
