It had been a few weeks since she had gone to see Cameron in school. Although things seemed good they seemed different but Lucky went this past weekend. And she was waiting to hear back from him on his take on things hoping that he got more answers. Then she did and also hoped to meet the girl he was now dating "Hey Lizzie" Lucky says walking over.
And embracing her"Oh hey Lucky so how did it" she says making him she brought him over to the seating area "It was pretty cool I met his friends and his roommate. And he showed me around campus. If Jake or Aiden ever wanted to go I would. Be okay with it, you know it's a great school" he replied. Knowing what she really wanted to know but he wanted to stall.
Making her look at him "Lucky really" Elizabeth says as he laughed, "What no seriously he's good Lizzie I promise. But the only thing that is different is he lives in the gym all the time. Besides that he is the same Cameron" he answered. "Okay that's great, did you meet his girlfriend because last time? I thought it was an excuse that she wasn't there because she didn't want to. To meet us" she says as he smiled "I did meet his new girlfriend. And her best friend, one of them, said they met you and that they are sorry for how they acted" Lucky says.
With a smile "You did how was she? I just got this vibe that she was trying to avoid us" Elizabeth responds. Waving it off "No I did meet her she was really nice and Cameron well. I think he likes her alot she was nice though what's crazy is her personality. Reminds me of Sam" he said with a smile.As she looked at him "Nikolas cousin Sam" she questioned, "Yeah I don't how to explain it but. She just reminded me of what Sam could have been, you know. Her sense of humor I don't know Lizzie but that's what her personality gave me.
You know small but bold at the same time but if you took the time. To get to know her you would know that she was just like the rest of us. Unsure and a little scared but she knew not to show it" he replied. "It would be 26 years since they've been gone, your cousin Lucas, Sam and their dad Julian" she says looking at him. He sighs "Yeah you know I wish for my Aunt Bobbie I wish Julian never found out about Lucas. And Sam was with Alexis and little Kristina and it was just him that died you he's the only one who deserved it for the things he did but it didn't go that way.
My aunt Bobbie lost a son and Nikolas lost someone who was like a sister. All of this pain was his fault you know" Lucky said, making her look up at him. "Do you wanna talk about it? I know you had a crush on Sam and she liked you too. I only knew her short period of time before everything happened but you knew her. You guys were on the cusp of something" she says, shaking his head. "There's nothing to talk about really. Sam was awesome but she's not here.
Anymore everything that we could have shared never was Elizabeth so it makes no sense talking about. What could have been you know because the truth is they lived in the city. And she was always gonna go back" Lucky says hurt knowing how hurt he was by what happened. Especially with his cousin Lucas dying who was just a little boy. Hugging him "So what do you think is it's nothing or something serious" Elizabeth says. "I don't know but whatever anger he had he doesn't have it anymore.
He seemed really calm the only time I saw him get agitated was when some guy approached his girlfriend. While we went to order food for us" Lucky responds, as she looks at him "how did he look" she questions. "I have no idea he had already left by the time we came back to the table" he answers. Shaking her head "Oh because when we went the girl Mimi I think her name is. Stepped in on Cameron's behalf when some girls approached him really hostilely and he cursed them out which threw me and Laura and that's when she got involved " she says. "Yes, that's the girl's name. She said that she apologized again saying that isn't the person she is, that she's very protective of the people she cares about.
And that they only approached Cam because he refused to do what he was told by some guy. But his girl was really nice and she's looking forward to meeting you in the physical. I know she talks to Jake and Aiden through Cam all the time but overall he seems really good. And he's settling into the school really well" he replies, "I hope so Lucky because. I looked up how much it cost for our tickets and the hotel stay was expensive. He said he's working and a friend of his got him a discount but even so the prices would still be steep. I just hope he's not getting into any trouble. This is why I'm gonna go and surprise him next weekend,"Elizabeth says.
"I honestly I don't think he is but here's what I think he wanted to do something nice for you. To show you he appreciates everything you've done for him, Lizzie, our boys are good. You did a great job with them don't ever doubt that you know Cameron. He would work two if he had too you know that"Lucky says as she shook her head. "I know you right but just the way he left no goodbyes to his friends nothing. I just feel like he's holding on to a lot of anger. I mean we talked but I know he held back a lot. With everything he's lost in the last few years I don't know I just feel like he is at his breaking point" she says. "Just relax he is good Elizabeth he is stronger than you think" he responds hugging her. Unbeknownst to them Carly had heard them before walking to find Michael. Trying to come up with a plan to get him and Josslyn back together before it was too late.

As she sat waiting for her friends when she saw Jake and Aiden come in and sit in a booth. Never even acknowledging her taking him deep and deciding to get up but before. She could get to the table Dex came in "Joss please just hear me out" he says rushing in making Jake and Aiden. Look up and see her making Jake shake his head and turn away"No I don't want to hear it you're a liar"she responds. Rushing to gather her things when she heard someone scoff as she walked out.
With Dex following her"Joss I was never out to get you alright please just listen. It was never about you I was hired to put Sonny in jail okay everything. With you just kind of happened that I didn't expect to either and I never wanted to hurt you Joss. You have to believe me and the truth is I really like you and I wouldn't want to hurt you. Just please give me a chance to explain everything" Dex pleaded sincerely. Shaking her head "If that was the case then who were you working for" Joss says crossing her arms. Making him stop then look around "I can't say but just know that I don't work for him anymore.
And I'm not gonna but I shouldn't be talking about this out in the open like this it's dangerous. Because Sonny doesn't know any of this and he would definitely kill me if he finds out" he responds. Only making her shake her head even more " If you can't tell me who then how do you expect me to believe and why should I" she responds back. When he grabs her face kissing her "Please just believe me I would never do anything to hurt you" Dex pleaded. As she pushes him away " I can't do this" Joss says going to leave. When she walked into her friends making them look at him "you can go now" Lila Rae said. Staring him directly in the eyes " Joss please" he says, "Haven't you done enough to her "Skylar adds.

"Yes, I'm going to meet his parents and family this weekend for his sister's wedding. This one is supposed to be going but she can't anyway, nice try don't try and change the subject. Josslyn John Jacks"she replies "Yeah Triple J what was that about he kissed you. So what are you gonna go running back after what he did to you" Lila Rae says.
"I'm not running back anywhere Lila Rae and yes he did kiss me because he thought that I would cave and I'm not. And with him being Ric Lansing's son I will not be revisiting that"she answers, "Don't listen to her what did he says" Trina questioned. Sitting down and sighing "A Lot of the same thing about how he isn't using me blah, blah and honestly. I don't buy it and he hasn't given me any reason to he said everything all over again. Nothing new there I just wanna forget so have any of you heard from Cameron"Joss asked. "Why all the sudden care about my brother he's not worried about you he has a new girlfriend who's smoking hot.

"Jake I never meant to hurt Cameron"she responds, with him scoffing "Right whatever you say" the teen says. When his father stopped him "Let me speak to you" he said pulling the teen aside. Who pulled away "It's fine Uncle Jason I have to go I have a study group" she says as her friends watched her leave.
"What's the matter with you? I know your brother wouldn't want you treating her that way. You don't treat a young lady like that, she's family and whatever happens is between her and Cam. Not you Jake you don't get to judge her we all make mistakes" the man says, the teen rolls his eyes "it's funny her and her family makes mistakes. It gets swept under the rug no big deal but anyone else they get dragged for it she is the reason why my big brother is gone. So screw her and her feelings just like she didn't care about Cameron's I heard her I don't regret being with you blah, blah. How she blamed my brother for everything being out in the open wait that wasn't Until she found out he was a fraud. Now all of a sudden she cares about my brother, give me a break whatever I gotta get Aiden home can I go now" Jake says.
"No Jake because what you just did and said to Josslyn is unacceptable. Do you understand me and in front of your little brother but we're not going to do this right now I will speak to you about it later. Go take your little brother home now i will stop by later" Jason says disappointed in his son with a shrug "sure thing dad but it still doesn't make it anything I said less true" he said walking away. Leaving his father in disbelief as he left as Jason turned around and looked at the girls before his phone rang with him leaving as well. As Trina, Lila Rae all stood there in shock by Jake's words"umm wow I need to speak to Cameron I'm sure he wouldn't be happy with this" Trina says.
Taking her phone out and calling Cameron but got no response "hey Cam this is Trina call me back as soon as you can. I need to talk to you later"she says, hanging up the phone looking at Lila Rae and Skylar. "Well alright let's go see where Joss is and make sure she's okay" Sky says," are we not gonna get food that's what we're coming here for" Lila Rae says. Making Trina and Skylar look at her "bitch we can Uber eats it lets go and we'll text Cam on the way" Sky says as Lila Rae throws her head back. "You know the bitch is still gonna be hurt even if we stop and get food it's not gonna make a bit of difference. If we get it now we will catch up with her I promise"Lila Rae says running into the diner with Trina and Skylar shaking their heads. Meanwhile she drove around for a while before finally stopping then getting out of the car taking a deep breath then going inside.

When he came out "What happened" Cameron questions as she wrapped the blanket around herself. With a shrug "I don't know someone called your phone I answered then they hung up" Scout answered.
As he walked over and looked "It's my friend Trina she called earlier. When we were at your showcase, I didn't answer because we were dealing with that situation" he says. "I don't babe call her back" Scout said as he sat down then kissing her on top of her head. Then calling Trina back then listened "Hey Trina you just called and hung up well your number just called and my girlfriend answered. And she said you hung up well. That's weird because I see the call umm. Make sure she doesn't use your phone to call me again.
Yes I mean that Trin. I do but she and I are not friends anymore. We are nothing that's on her and I'm fine with that. Umm okay Jake's feelings are his feelings I can't help that I don't care how he treats her. Listen Trina I love you but it's late and I have an earlier flight so I gotta go. No i'm not mad, I don't hate anyone I just don't want her in my life yeah I'll talk to you later" he says. Hanging up the phone as Scout looked at him as he shook his head "What happened" she asked, "Nothing important but that wasn't Trina it was probably my ex calling from her phone.
Because I have her blocked But Trina wanted me to talk to Jake about. Him flipping out on her but I'm not what he feels is what he feels Scout" Cameron says putting his phone down. Making her sit up "How do you feel" Scout questions shaking his head "I feel nothing for her at all like nothing. She is reaping what she sowed and that is on her it has nothing to do with me. Because I got you by my side and nothing else matters" he replies kissing her.
