Elizabeth was carefully reading through Zeldris' cooking book. She had made sure to keep Zeldris in his bed and his wound protected, despite his cheeky reluctance to follow her requests. She was hoping to at least cook a nice breakfast for Zeldris and Melascula to enjoy. She heard a little creek from behind her, turning to see a now awakened Melascula slowly stepping down the stairs. "Oh! Good morning, Lady Melascula." Elizabeth said with a bright smile. Melascula stopped in her tracks, now slightly blushing. For the two days she spent back with Zeldris and Elizabeth in the Vampire's blood, she's mainly kept to herself while Elizabeth tended to Zeldris but Elizabeth tried making conversation with her, she was a stuttering mess. Elizabeth wanted to ease her nerves but she didn't exactly know how. "Goo...Good morning to you...as well..." Melascula forced out. Elizabeth looked to the side, just deciding to give Melascula her space. She turned back to the cook book to realize she lost her place. Melascula slowly moved down the stairs, just a little curious about what Elizabeth was doing.

"Hm..." Elizabeth muttered, a troubled look on her face. "Is...s...something the matter?" Melascula asked. "Oh...Well, I was hoping I could be able to make you and Sir Zeldris a wonderful meal...but I'm not very experienced in cooking." Elizabeth admitted, lightly pouting. "Oh...hm..." Melascula muttered, looking at the current page Elizabeth was reading. Her eyes open widely with disbelief when she saw Elizabeth was looking at complicated recipes, only thinking of what disasters could occur if this continues further with someone who barely know how to cook. "Uh...Um...Lady Elizabeth...Why don't you...cook something a little easier..." Melascula stammered, blushing as she hoped she wouldn't upset the Princess. "Like what?" Elizabeth said with a curious look. "...Eggs?" Melascula squeaked.

"...Ok!" Elizabeth said with a sweet smile, catching Melascula a little by surprise. Elizabeth looked in the ingredient cabinet and took out an egg carton. "Ok, so how do you cook an egg?" She asked curiously. "Well...It depends on what type of eggs you're wanting to cook. There's sunny side up, runny, scrambled, many kinds of ways to enjoy..." Melascula gently explained. "Wow...I never thought there were many types of eggs, I thought they only came from birds..." Elizabeth with an amazed face, unaware of the huge misconception she made. "...oh dear...This may take a bit..." Melascula muttered, a little weary of the long process that she knew this would take.

After a long explanation of the differences between the many ways to cook eggs, Elizabeth finally understood and brought out a pan. "I think it'll be good to try out sunny side first because it's the most simple...if that's what you want to do..." Melascula adviced. "Alright! What do I do first?" Elizabeth asked. "Well...First, we need heat for the pan..." Melascula said, looking to the fire place. She waves her hand, creating a little spiral of flames. She blows it and the wood in the fireplace catches on fire. "Wow! How did you do that? Are you...a sorcereress?" Elizabeth asked with wonder and amazement. Melascula blushes intensely, being the now certain of attention. "Well...ye...yes, I suppose..." She stammered. "Wow, you're so amazing." Elizabeth said kindly, walking to the fireplace and placing down the pan over the flames. Melascula put her hand over her cheek, flustered but...flattered. "Th...Thank you..." She said, smiling softly.

"Ok, so do I go ahead put the egg in the pan?" Elizabeth asked. "I would say so. Just be careful when you put them in." Melascula instructed. Elizabeth followed and put the eggs in the pan...literally. "Uh...Lady Elizabeth...? You were supposed to break them first..." Melascula said. "Oh..."

Zeldris' eyes slowly slipped open, smelling the eggs from downstairs. He quietly crept out of his bed and moved down the stairs to check on what's going. "Now just slowly take them off the pan and put them on the plate..." Melascula said, speaking up just a little as she felt more comfortable around Elizabeth. Elizabeth gently placed the few eggs she cooked onto the plate, smiling widely. "Yay! I'm so glad I didn't mess up! Thanks so much, Lady Melascula." She said giddily. "You're...very welcome...hehe..." She said with a little blush and a small sweet smile.

"Glad to see those two are getting along..." Zeldris said, accidentally catching the two's attention. At a very fast speed, he rushed back up the stairs and hopped back into his bed. "Did...you hear something?" Elizabeth asked. "May have been our imaginations...?" Melascula suggested. "Perhaps you're right. Anyways, let's go ahead and bring up Zeldris' breakfast to him!" Elizabeth said, lightly taking Melascula's hand while holding the plate. "Eep..." Melascula squeaked as she reluctantly let Elizabeth take her hand and guide her upstairs.
