Last year's Singapore Grand Prix (31 December)

This season, has started with controversy, has ended with controversy, as this comes to a close as Lance Stroll and Max Verstappen battled it out on a 'final race shoot out' that ended out worse than expected. The tables have turned against Verstappen since the Hungarian Grand Prix, and this time, Verstappen has fought hard against a back-marker driver, Lance Stroll.

Mainstream Media pundits says Verstappen is predicted to win the Driver's Championship. Even racing fans across the world says Verstappen is predicted to win the Driver's Championship. And then... it's over. 61 laps. Gone in a flash. Lady Luck would prove them wrong.

"Lance Stroll—for the first time that "no one else—not even the mainstream media pundits in Singapore and the racing fans that wanted Max Verstappen to be the Champion of the World—have deemed it possible"—is Formula One's Champion of the World!" were the words that David Croft announced. What a sight. Lance Stroll's maiden title wasn't possible for him to conquer it, lest the team cheated, of which that wasn't the case.

The title winner that everyone had predicted at the beginning of the season was very incensed. Finishing a lowly fourth on the Driver's Championship was the worst feeling for him. "How can such a driver from such a back-marker team can easily win the driver's championship!?" he exploded in rage as the Red Bull Racing team watched on with their mouths open in shock. Red Bull Racing team owner Christian Horner then said "Tough luck. Looks like we blew it."

That goes to show that Aston Martin is no slouch either, as they were celebrating for conquering the unconquerable.

In the cooldown room, Lance Stroll was on the sofa when Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas came by and congratulated him on the maiden title win. So did Carlos Sainz (who intended to take a one-year hiatus from the scarlet-red team).

Lance Stroll steps onto the podium in third, with Lewis Hamilton winning the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, and his team mate Valtteri Bottas in second. The three received their trophies by the ministers present at the podium.

End-January

It was official: Evano Transit Singapore has announced that they will be joining Formula One under Evano Transit Motorsports after a lengthy discussion. So, what are the changes that happened after the previous season? Well, a lot.

For Aptive Motorsports, they've elected Taria Tauri as their team boss, after the former resigned in 2021 to take control of the Mercedes team. She's quite the manager, as some might say. For drivers, that's Sierra Hedgehog, Aaron Wolff, and Android Stewart, of which Android-Sans and Sierra are Formula 1 drivers from Singapore.

For Aston Martin, they gone on with Miche Schumacher. He's kinda the guy that you would respect since he led a team to a victory in Formula Metropolis 3000. For drivers, that's Lance Stroll, Sebastian Vettel, and Nicolas Hülkenberg.

For Devon Motorsports, they gone on with Devon Butler. For drivers, that's Sergio Pérez, Charles Leclerc, and Carlos Sainz.

For Evano Transit Motorsports, they've elected Monica-Agnès Cyril as their team boss. For drivers, that's Nikita Mazepin, Romain Grosjean, and Sergey Brahmov.

N: Welp, as they might imagined, this pairing is quite, if for no reason better than Haas, a nightmare for Marcus Ericsson. Sorry about that, Mick. Also, "where's Gasly?" Never heard from him since he got laid off?

As for Haas? Well, Singa-Agnès Cyril got the job instead, as they felt that she had the potential to lead them to a points finish. For drivers, that's Kevin Magnussen, Sebastien-Jeanne Bourdais (an American driver) and Mick Schumacher.

Due to the ongoing conflict, Nikita Mazepin was eventually transferred to Evano Motorsports. Also, never heard of Guenther Steiner since the start of the previous season.

McLaren chose Zachery Brown as their team principal. For drivers, that's Lewis Hamilton, Oscar Piastri, and Lando Norris.

N: Hamilton returned to the team he first started with.

For Mercedes, they chose Jeane-Nick Senna. For drivers, that's Valtteri Bottas, Nico Rosberg, and Nicasius de Vries.

N: Rosberg had a "John Sculley-based persuasion" that got him back. Hello Nyck. Looks like you got fired from Alphatauri.

For Red Bull, it was no change, as Christian Horner remained. For drivers, that's Esteban Ocon, Max Verstappen, and Daniel Ricciardo.

This is going to go down as the worst pairing in history after the former collided with the latter at the 2018 Brazilian Grand Prix.

For Sauber, they've elected 27-year old Willow Schnee as their team boss. For drivers, that's Antonio Giovinazzi, Marcus Ericsson, and Joey di Logano.

Williams had chosen Antonio de Cruz as their team boss. For drivers, that's Kelly Schumacher, Nicholas Latifi, and Logan Sargeant.

N: after Alexander Albon was eventually out of Williams.

Meanwhile, in Saint Rossiya...

Nikita Mazepin was walking down the streets of Saint Rossiya with his coat on, in the dead of the night, to meet up with a person that he had contact with since the termination of his contract in Formula 1.

Flashback: Nikita's Termination in F1

"Haas has elected to terminate, with immediate effect, the title partnership of Mixom Chemist, and the driver contract of Nikita Mazepin. As with the rest of the Formula community, the team is shocked and saddened by the current conflict between Russiya and Ugrainya and wishes for a swift and peaceful end to the conflict."

Flashback End

He was at a loss. The words of his 'termination' left an unhealable scar on his mind.

Then he arrived at the location he was supposed to go. The 'person' then revealed to Mazepin was none other than Richard Groetre. He guided him to his office, and once Mazepin got there, he sat down on the office chair and faced Richard himself.

"Nikita, the reason why I called you here, is because of the termination of your contract." Richard inquired. Mazepin then started to speak to him the difficulties that he's facing, to get in line the context of his termination. Richard then said "That's why I'm here, Nikita. I've recommended you to my employers, and after reviewing your plight, they have authorized me to offer you a seat in a team that accepts you more than just a driver, because they agree with me that you have the potential to be limitless in your skills."

Mazepin then wearily asked "Are there any teams that are in, or going to join, Formula One, that can accept me as a normal driver? I hope it's not any other teams that rejected me before." Richard responded "It isn't. The team that my employers have allocated to you, is going to be different than any other."

Nikita brightens up. "Thanks in advance! So when do I start?"

AMARCO'S LATEST 'BIOTECH'S ARGENT CORE' FACILITY UP IN SMOKE, FORMULA 1 PERSISTS DESPITE ACTIVIST ATTACK

Date: 16 January 20XX

Location: United Kingdom

An Amarco's facility housing the 'BioTech's Argent Core' Power Units crucial for Formula 1 racing, went up in flames today following a devastating attack by activists from the group "Say No To Oil." The incident occurred in the United Kingdom, sending shockwaves through the motorsports and environmental communities.

The Amarco BioTech facility, located in a remote part of the United Kingdom, was instrumental in the development and storage of 'Argent Core' Power Units, an innovation poised to revolutionize Formula 1 racing by providing cleaner and more sustainable power solutions.

The Say No To Oil activists, a group advocating for a drastic reduction in the usage of fossil fuels, claimed responsibility for the attack, which they said was intended to send a powerful message regarding the environmental consequences of Formula 1 racing.

In a statement released shortly after the incident, a spokesperson for Say No To Oil declared, "While we respect technological advancements and innovation, we cannot ignore the harm Formula 1 racing does to our planet. The 'Argent Core' Power Units may be a leap forward, but they do not excuse the carbon footprint left by these high-speed racing events. This is our cry for the world to take a step back and reconsider the costs of such extravagances."

Local authorities are currently investigating the incident, and no casualties have been reported at this time. Firefighters worked tirelessly to extinguish the blaze, which was described as one of the most challenging in recent memory.

Despite the catastrophic attack, the Formula 1 community remained resolute, with race organizers and teams affirming their commitment to the upcoming season. A statement from the Formula 1 governing body read, "We are deeply saddened by the loss of Amarco's 'Argent Core' facility. However, we will not be deterred from our mission to advance the sport while mitigating its environmental impact. Formula 1 remains dedicated to its green initiatives and promoting sustainable technologies."

Amarco, the company behind the 'Argent Core' Power Units, expressed its disappointment but vowed to rebuild and continue its work towards a greener future for motorsports. The CEO of Amarco, who is a Serbian-born Belarusian, Sergei Monova, stated that this setback will not impede their mission to create cleaner and more efficient power units for Formula 1. The incident has generated a significant debate, igniting discussions about the ecological cost of high-speed racing and the need for more sustainable alternatives in the world of motorsports. However, he reiterated that this type of attacks caused by misinformation is rampantly high.

As investigations continue and the Formula 1 community rallies together to overcome this tragic setback, the future of 'Argent Core' Power Units and the environmental impact of Formula 1 racing remain central topics of discussion in the United Kingdom and around the world.

NIKITA MAZEPIN SHOCKS FORMULA 1 WORLD WITH COMEBACK UNDER EVANO TRANSIT MOTORSPORTS

Date: 26 January 20XX

In an astonishing turn of events, Ukrainian-born Russian driver Nikita Mazepin has made a remarkable return to the Formula 1 grid on 26 January 20XX, driving for Evano Transit Motorsports. This surprising comeback comes just two days after he was unceremoniously let go from the Haas Formula 1 Team due to the escalating Russo-Ukrainian invasion.

Mazepin's dismissal from Haas on 24 January, following the deteriorating political situation, had cast doubt on his future in the sport. Many had believed that the controversy surrounding his departure from the American outfit, in conjunction with the geopolitical tensions, might put an end to his Formula 1 career. However, in an unexpected twist, he has emerged once again as a competitive force in the sport, this time driving for Evano Transit Motorsports, a team that was not previously affiliated with Formula 1.

Guenther Steiner, former team principal of Haas, who was forced to make the difficult decision to part ways with Mazepin due to the invasion, expressed his astonishment at the developments. He remarked, "The tables have flipped against Haas. We made a tough call in light of the geopolitical situation, but we respect the decisions made by other teams and are willing to accept Evano Transit Motorsports as a standalone entity in the sport."

In response to the controversy surrounding Mazepin's re-entry into Formula 1, a spokesperson from Evano Transit Motorsports stated, "Nikita Mazepin is a talented driver with limitless potential. We firmly believe that his capabilities could have been wasted had we not chosen the right driver for our team. The governing body may not fully appreciate how skilled he is, even when the right racecar is given to him."

The decision to bring Mazepin back into Formula 1 is certain to be a polarizing one, with fans and experts alike divided on whether political and ethical considerations should influence a driver's career in the sport. Some argue that Formula 1 should remain politically neutral, while others believe that the sport should consider broader issues when making such decisions.

The Russo-Ukrainian invasion has had a significant impact on the world of sports, leading to questions about the role of geopolitics in the selection and participation of athletes. With Nikita Mazepin's comeback, the debate around these issues is set to continue in Formula 1, as fans and stakeholders grapple with the complex relationship between sports, politics, and personal careers.

As the Formula 1 season unfolds, all eyes will be on Nikita Mazepin as he competes under the banner of Evano Transit Motorsports, and the controversy surrounding his return promises to be one of the most intriguing storylines of the season.

Later...

Soon-to-be Devon Motorsports driver Sergio Pérez was listening to the news back home in the outskirts of Emilia–Romagna, relaxing after a long season. He's finally having a break from the drama and the controversy surrounding the World Championship incident. His wife was in Mexico holidaying with his two daughters and her best friend.

While he was listening, two news reports came by.

"Authorities have continued the manhunt for the handful of activists from activist group Say No To Oil responsible in Monday's bombing of an Amarco facility in the United Kingdom, resulting in the destruction of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of Amarco's latest BioTech's 'Argent Core' units."

"Bah… these bastards have not let up on this," he lamented as he got himself a can of energy drink that he stored in the mini-fridge under his table. He then listened further about the attack on Amarco's bombing. "Amarco has been targeted by those 'activists', but at what cost are they targeting?"

But then, yet another news report regarding the ex-Haas driver is being broadcasted as he started to drink.

"Evano Transit Motorsports has recruited two former drivers, namely Romain Grosjean from CrossChamp, and Nikita Mazepin from Formula 1. It's a big question of 'Nikita is back, but at what cost?' as its sponsor, Riviera Pools have responded, stating that Nikita's 'limitless potential' could've been wasted if they didn't choose the right driver for that matter, with the reason being 'the governing body does not appreciate how skilled he is, even if the right racecar was given to him'."

This was a worst time to be reporting that, as he spat out whatever's in his mouth in shock. "Mazepin's back?!" he gasped. He quickly called up Charles Leclerc (concerning the fact that he also saw that news on MashFace, Axe (formerly The Blue Bird), Insterham, JooTube, and DouYin)...

"Hey Checo! What's up?"

"Looks like we're in for a big surprise. That bastard we all hate is back in."

"Great. We've had enough of what has happened for the fact that Mazepin is already planning to make our lives more miserable, and he's gonna make it even more, with his return."

...Sebastian Vettel...

"Aw hell not Mazepin again-he really doesn't know when to stop-does he!?" he yelled down the phone.

...Max Verstappen...

(of which he uttered some insane nonsense)

...and Sierra Hedgehog.

"All hell's gonna break loose, once the season starts."

What will happen to the entire Formula One grid? Will Mazepin live up to his potential, under a new team, or will he spin out in a disaster, just like the last time he did in the previous team?

Let's start this season with Round 1: Australia!

NOTES:

- Amarco is a fictional company based on a Saudi Arabia-based company named Aramco.

- The text 'Authorities have continued the manhunt for the handful of activists from activist group Say No To Oil responsible in Monday's bombing of an Amarco facility in the United Kingdom, resulting in the destruction of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of Amarco's latest BioTech's 'Argent Core' units.' is based on an IPN News Network News Report in Doom 3, that was released in 2004.

- And yes, the bombing was indeed a reference to the Aramco's bombing on the eve of the 2022 Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, where an Aramco oil depot was engulfed in flames after a missile attack. But that happened on a different date.

- The Say No To Oil activist group is not affiliated with Just Stop Oil, which is also an activist group, but their intentions are the same.

- The Australian Grand Prix has been made the season opener as opposed to havnig the Bahrain Grand Prix be the season opener despite the fact that the F1 Calendars used are from 2017 and 2023, but we've decided the season opener would be based off the 2017 Calendar. So don't ask.
