CrazyHeartAttack: No, I won't be killing Johnny off. I want him to have a happy ending in this story.

PhantomKnightPercival: You know, he probably will. I'm still debating over whether I should make it a legitimate relationship, or just Gyro using his Zeppeli charm on a pretty girl.

Coolk: I would love that. Any and all help is appreciated!

...

To say that things were awkward in the Kujo household would be an understatement.

For starters, when Jolyne saw that he could walk again, she just wouldn't let go of him. As in she literally carried him around the house. Then there was his father...

Jotaro was acting really strange. Johnny knew that Jotaro was happy to see him of course, but once and a while Johnny would catch the elder Kujo giving him weird looks. Does he know that I helped rescue Katsuki? Am I in trouble? He's acting very...aloof.

Jotaro, on the other hand, was contemplating his future actions. Look at him...he's happy. Do I really want to take that away from him? He really cares for his classmates...do I really want to cheat him out of his second chance?

No, stop. That kind of thinking is the reason you let him go to U.A in the first place. It might break his heart...but every parent has to put their foot down at some point.

Still...he would probably know that I stopped time...that I cheated. Am I betraying my son? Would he ever forgive me? Maybe I should just tell him how I feel.

I'm...not good at that.

...

"And where are you going young lady?" Kyotoku Jiro asked as his daughter as she was about to head out the door.

"Out."

"Going where?"

"To meet up with some friends."

Mika put a hand on her husband's shoulder. "Come on Kyo, she's sixteen, you don't have to interrogate her."

"I'm not interrogating! I'm taking an interest!"

"Well, maybe you should take an interest with more...subtlety."

Kyoka snorted and left her parents to bicker as she exited the house. She was going to meet up with Johnny and Gyro to help them design their hero costumes, since Johnny destroyed his old one and Gyro never had one. Personally, she thought their outfits during the Steel Ball Run were perfect, they incorporated just the right amount of flash, yet were practical enough to be used in combat.

And it wasn't because Johnny's outfit had left his incredible arms exposed...

NOT.

AT.

ALL.

...

"So, in order to get into U.A, we're going to have to fight your dad?" Gyro asked.

"That's what Aizawa said." Johnny replied, biting into a french fry. They were sitting in the middle of a diner in Mustafu, waiting for Kyoka.

"The guy that can stop time?"

"He isn't allowed to do that. Besides, I think Act 4 should be able to keep up with Star Platinum."

"You better hope so." Kyoka said as she plopped herself down next to Johnny. "If you lose that fight, I'll break your legs all over again. I want to see everyone's faces when you turn up in class."

Johnny sighed. "Well now we have to win."

"Yeah, we wouldn't want to face the wrath of Kyoka Jiro." Gyro said with a grin.

"Shut up." Kyoka pulled out a few sheets of paper. "These are just some of the ideas I came up with."

"One of these is literally just my jockey uniform."

"Well it looked really good on you."

Johnny flushed with embarrassment. "Well thanks..."

Gyro grabbed one of the sheets. "Why is my costume just a block of cheese?"

Kyoka snickered.

"I mean, if it ain't broke don't fix it, right? I think I'll just go with my jockey outfit." Johnny said. He pulled out a box. "I actually got you a 'get well soon' gift, ordered it Speedwagon Foundation."

Kyoka blinked. "Really?"

"Yep."

Kyoka opened the box to find a pair of speakers, as well as some clips. "Are these...?"

"Speakers for your hands, that way you have more places to fire off a sound attack, you know?"

"Dude...I was thinking of getting these! Thank you!" Kyoka pulled Johnny into a hug. "Well, you got me a pretty cool hat, so I thought I would return the favor." Johnny sheepishly responded.

Gyro smirked.

"I think I'll stick with my normal outfit too. The hat is a must."

"Huh?" Johnny said, before both he and Kyoka realized they were still hugging. They quickly separated.

...

Izuku laid on his bed, contemplating recent events.

They had successfully rescued Kacchan, but All Might had lost the remnants of One For All in the process. Not to mention his childhood friend showed up out of nowhere with a new powerful stand.

Johnny never even came out of his wormhole, he just took Izuku's beard, pounded a villain, and left. Izuku didn't even get to see his face. He pulled out his phone and dialed Johnny's number, he needed answers.

"Hello?"

"Hi JoJo...I...have a few questions."

"I'm sure you do."

"Why did you run off? And...I read the news, Valentine disappeared...you didn't have anything to do with that, right?"

He could hear Johnny sigh over the phone. "I ran off because I was going to the hospital to check on Kyoka, as for Valentine...I was there when it happened, but the Corpse turned on him, destroyed him. He kind of killed himself."

Izuku nodded. "Okay...it makes sense, I never really said how happy I was that you got out of there."

"Well, not as happy as I was."

Izuku snorted. "Alright, well, thanks for clearing things up. We'll have to meet up sometime!"

"Yeah, who knows? Might be sooner than you think."

Izuku deadpanned as Johnny hung up. What did he mean by that?

...

"You lied."

"Hm?" Johnny turned towards Kyoka who was glaring at him accusingly. "You lied to Midoriya...why?"

"...I had to, he would hate me if he knew the truth..."

"Hate you? He loves you!"

"Izuku...he's a good person, like, a genuinely good person. He wouldn't approve of killing, not even if you were justified in doing it...if I told him that I killed Valentine...he would resent me, hell, he might even try to arrest me."

Gyro frowned. "But we both had to, and when I told you guys about killing Roadagain he didn't seem too bothered by it."

"...You killed Roadagain in self-defense Gyro. I basically executed Valentine...look, I know him, he wouldn't be able to accept it. He...he wouldn't want to be friends with a killer, so he'll never know that I am one."

"...well I can accept it. Just because you wacked a villain, it doesn't make you less of a person." Kyoka said. "You had to do something that most people don't have to do...but you two saved the world. If Valentine had lived, he would've chased you to the ends of the Earth. You're no less of a hero than you were before, if anything you're better. If Midoriya can't see that, then he doesn't know what a hero is."

"And now we're gonna have to prove it." Gyro said as they were about to enter the arena, where they were about to face Jotaro. Johnny grimly nodded. Kyoka sighed. "Well, I suppose it's time for me to get lost. Let me know what happens, okay? I want to know if the three of us are going to be classmates."

"You got it." Kyoka pulled them both into a group hug. "For luck." Then she ran off waving at them on the way to the bus stop.

"Okay...Dad, here we come."

...

Johnny and Gyro came out in their hero costumes. The arena was a series of streets and alleyways, apparently Momo and Todoroki had battled Aizawa here earlier. Aizawa had given them each an earpiece to communicate, but they weren't planning on separating anytime soon.

"We have five minutes until my dad enters the arena...we better come up with some sort of game plan. He might not be allowed to stop time, but he's still VERY crafty, we'll need to put our heads together if we want to beat him."

Gyro scratched his chin, before handing Johnny a steel ball. "If things get messy, I want you to throw that at me, golden spin and everything."

Johnny knit his eyebrows together. Throw the steel ball AT Gyro? But he knew better than to doubt his best friend, he always had something up his sleeve. Johnny tucked the steel ball into his pocket.

"So...your dad have any...weaknesses, that we could exploit?"

"Well, he...he...no I'm pretty sure he's unstoppable."

"Then our best bet is to escape through the gate, avoid him."

"He'll be expecting that."

"Yeah...but he doesn't know about the Spin, which gives us an advantage. Plus, you could hide in one of those wormholes."

Present Mic's voice rang through the arena. "BEGIN!"

Johnny and Gyro looked at one another, clasped hands, and ran into battle.

...

Jotaro stood by the gate, glaring at the horizon. He had to wait until his contact have him the clear to go ahead, otherwise he wouldn't be able to stop time without being caught.

"Are you sure about this Jotaro?" Polnareff's voice came from his earpiece.

"It's for his own good...do it."

"...alright, if you say so..."

...

The other teachers were watching the exam taking place, when all of the screens went blank.

"What happened?" Mic said, confused.

"The surveillance systems are down, it will take a few minutes to get them back up."

Surveillance systems down, that means we can't watch the fight. Aizawathought to himself, before he put two and two together. Jotaro...you son of a bitch.

...

Gyro peered around the corner, staring at Jotaro, who was pacing back and forth in front of the gate. This is the first time I've seen Johnny's dad...I can see the resemblance.

Now how to get past him...

Gyro looked toward Johnny, who pressed his lips together and shook his head. He knows we're here, he's trying to bait us out. His best friend mouthed. Gyro nodded, pointed down and twirled his finger, indicating that Johnny should use a wormhole to sneak to the other side of the street.

The plan was to catch Jotaro from both sides in a pincer attack, stun him, and bolt for the exit. As long as they were fast enough, they should be able to outrun him. Johnny's wormhole reached the alleyway and he emerged out, giving Gyro a thumbs up.

They both got ready, when Jotaro stopped pacing. The elder Kujo clenched his fists.

"It's about damn time."

Gyro whirled around the corner, steel ball at the ready...

He was in a completely different place then he was before...

Gyro brought his hand to his earpiece. "Johnny?"

"Gyro! What the hell happened? Where are you?"

"I seem to be on the other side of the arena! Where are you?"

"I'm still at the gate with my dad! How did yo-"

"Johnny...I think we both know the answer to that question."

"He...he wouldn't...he wouldn't cheat...he wants the best for me..."

"Johnny, I know it hurts, but there is no other explanation. Your dad just stopped time, used it to isolate us."

"Why...why would he do this? Doesn't he want me to win? He...he...oh my God...he's actually trying to stop us."

"Think about it, put yourself in his shoes. You've been through more deadly battles than anyone ever should, your son was gunned down right in front of you, you send him to America for his safety, and he just gets into worse shit, and then he shows up again with working legs, ready to throw himself into danger again. He's trying to protect you."

"...well, hold on. I'll try and distract him until you get here. This isn't a test anymore...from this moment on, this is a real fight."

"Alright, hold on...I'll be right there!"

...

Johnny stepped out into the street, standing parallel to his father. Jotaro's back was still turned, it was almost as if he didn't move in the first place.

"Dad."

"Well this is a very forward approach, isn't it Johnny?"

"Turn around."

"..."

"Turn around, look me in the eye, and tell me you didn't stop time. Gyro is on the other side of the arena...tell me that you didn't do that."

"I can't..."

Johnny's eyebrows came together in an angry V. "That's it then...you don't want a fair fight...you want me to lose."

Jotaro finally turned around. "I carried you to the hospital you know, the day you were shot...I'm not doing that again. I don't...I don't want your blood on my hands again..."

Jotaro held up his hands. "You bled all over me...I can't wash it off, I can never wash it off...at least in my head. I keep seeing it. I just can't go through that again."

"...I understand."

"You do? I thought you would be a bit more angry."

"I'm not angry...I'm PISSED. But I can also understand...I don't want to cause you any more pain."

"Then surrender, Johnny. I won't stop time again...we can just go home, look for different careers."

"No."

"What?"

"I don't want to hurt you, but I can't give up either. I've always looked up to you Dad, and I always will. But Gyro and I, we're getting through that gate...and if you stand in our way, I'm going to have to knock you aside."

Jotaro blinked, a sad look coming across his face. "You...I guess there is no reasoning with you. I'm sorry..."

Star Platinum suddenly came forth and threw a punch directly at Johnny's head, going for a quick knockout blow. Tusk Act 4 quickly intercepted it, catching the fist, and it began to rotate it's hand, taking Star Platinum's wrist with it.

Jotaro's eyes widened in shock. This...this can't be Tusk! Did Johnny's stand evolve?! It's...it's keeping up with Star Platinum!

"ORA!"

Act 4 clubbed Star Platinum across the face, causing Jotaro to spit out blood. Johnny winced, but kept up the attack, until his father punched him in the gut, sending Johnny flying.

Johnny landed on the ground with a thud, but quickly rolled to his feet, sending a few nail bullets Jotaro's way. Jotaro leaned into a backwards somersault, but one managed to hit him.

Except it didn't hurt.

Jotaro looked down to see that there wasn't a wound, but a small black hole of sorts. Then his son's fist came out of the hole, smashing into Jotaro's nose. A sickening CRACK was heard, and Jotaro felt something warm and wet run down his nose.

Johnny, the same kid who used to look up at him with admiration, just broke his nose without a moment of hesitation.

Johnny's serious.

Johnny's fist continued to pound at his father's face, with Jotaro trying to guard himself. Star Platinum seized his son's hand and forcefully yanked him out of the wormhole, throwing him away, but Act 4 kicked out mid flight, right into Jotaro's chest, causing the marine biologist to crash into the side of the gate.

The gate toppled over, sparks flying everywhere as Nezu's crumpled face from grinned up to the sky. Jotaro slowly got up, brushing himself off, and casually wiped the blood from his mouth.

He looked completely fine.

"You smashed the gate Johnny...there's only one way you can win this now, and I've made it pretty clear I'm not above stopping time. Give up...please."

"If I have to beat you, then I won't hesitate. You may have the advantage, but I have gone too far, been through too much, to quit here! What about Gyro? Are you just going to screw him over too?"

"No, Gyro will get into the school regardless. He'll be fine either way."

"That's good to hear...buuuuut-" Gyro's voice came from behind Jotaro, and before the third JoJo could react, a steel ball smashed into his knee.

"It's not worth it if Johnny isn't by my side, Dr. Kujo."

Gyro lept over Jotaro and made his way toward Johnny, standing next to his friend in defiance. "If you want to win this fight, you're going to have to fight both of us."

Jotaro's knee was bent in an unnatural angle, and it was bleeding. It didn't take much to know that Gyro had busted it. Star Platinum punched out towards Gyro, but Tusk appeared and took it right to the face, and Ball Breaker proceeded to punch the good-looking stand square in the ribs.

Jotaro grunted again and took another swing, but it was no use. Every time he would hit one, the other would retaliate.

Johnny and Gyro...they are working as a team. Their movements are so coordinated, it's like they are thinking with one mind...Johnny really has someone watching his back...protecting him...NO, I'm not going to change my mind! It's clear that they're good, but I haven't used time stop offensively yet!

"STAR PLATINUM: TH-"

Johnny proceeded to throw the steel ball at Gyro, and Gyro threw the other at him. Their bodies proceeded to twist and bend until they began to flow with a strange yellow energy.

"-E WORLD!"

Time proceeded to grind to a halt. Jotaro limped over to the two, Star Platinum at the ready, when he saw something that made his blood run cold.

Gyro's mouth was slowly twisting into a smile, during the time stop, and Johnny's finger was twitching.

Jotaro jumped backwards, his eyes never leaving the two, not caring to blink. That's impossible! No one can infiltrate stopped time unless they have a time based stand! How are they both moving?!

Suddenly, Jotaro understood how DIO felt during their fight. Jotaro had always had The World to fall back on, and now his son was overcoming his greatest strength.

"You look confused...or is that fear? My guess is that it's both." Johnny's voice came out of his emerging stand.

Act 4 pointed at Jotaro. "You can control time at will, Dad, but my ability transcends time. My ability is INFINITY, and INFINITY outlasts everything, even existence itself. That's why I can move, and that's why Gyro is already behind you."

Jotaro whipped around, only for Ball Breaker to punch him in the face. Jotaro recoiled, but jumped away.

"You might be able to move somehow, Johnny, but your stand can only go so far. Your bodies are slowed, therefore all I have to do is keep out of your range!"

"True, but I think you've reached your five seconds, haven't you Dad?"

Sure enough, time resumed, and both Johnny and Gyro shot at Jotaro with the speed of a cannonball. Star Platinum and Tusk met midway, and the two stands began trading powerful blows.

"ORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORA!" The two stands cried as they fought for dominance.

Father vs. Son

JoJo vs. JoJo

And all the damage that has been done to the both of them.

Jotaro continued to barrage, but he felt his knee begin to buckle. Gyro had hurt him pretty bad, he had to stop time, otherwise Johnny would overpower him.

"STAR PLATINUM: THE WORLD!"

Time stopped, and Jotaro quickly ducked as Tusk's fist slammed into the concrete wall of a building, and Jotaro watched as the pieces of the wall began to spin, breaking into smaller pieces until there was nothing.

That, could've been me...what...what the hell was that?

"The infinite rotation, my stand's true ability. It makes your body spin, down to the individual cell, slowly breaking it apart until it fades from existence. This is the true power of my stand, Dad. I can only use it when my body is a certain way, luckily, Gyro threw that steel ball at me earlier."

"I can use it too Dr. Kujo, I taught Johnny how." Ball Breaker chimed in. "We've gone beyond time and space, our power is infinite!"

Jotaro deadpanned. This is...this is much more powerful than anything I could ever think of. They can move in stopped time, and completely erase something or someone from existence?!

Johnny is...stronger than me...

He's...

Jotaro fell to his knees, bowing his head. Time resumed, and Johnny and Gyro both stood over him.

"I...I was wrong."

"What?"

"I've been trying to protect you...but you're strong. You're not the same boy you were in that hospital Johnny...

I guess part of me still thinks you're that boy that used to take pot shots at tin cans, looking up at me like I was the best thing in your life. But...you're not...you've grown up."

Johnny kneeled down and looked his father in the eye. "You know...getting back into the hero program wasn't the only reason I didn't back down. I wanted to show you that you don't have to worry about me anymore. I wanted to ease the burden you carry...because I love you Dad...and you ARE one of the best things in my life."

Jotaro pulled his son in for a hug. "I'm...I'm so proud of you..."

The two just say there, embracing, their bond as father and son strengthened by what had transpired. The fight was over, and now it was time for a new chapter to begin in their lives.

Meanwhile, Gyro was just standing there, awkwardly, not wanting to intrude on the moment, until Johnny pulled him into a hug.

Tomorrow is a new day...

*Thank you Kosaku Valentine for the amazing ideas!*
