I love Janto: Yeah, Jack puts on a good act, but he's all mushy inside really, lol! Thank you!
.
Guest: Yeah, they're ideal for Jack =)
Oh I'm sure it was a very welcome surprise for Jack, he's always happy to see Ianto.
That was such a stupid statement. Without the fans, he wouldn't have got where he was. He just doesn't like that we fans care about things like character development and continuity when he can't be bothered with either.
Gwen must have been the most incompetent police constable ever. She didn't even know how to hold a knife safely. As for spying on people she's been told are Special Ops? That would have got her fired in the real world.
Poor ducks, they've been evicted from their pond, lol! So, soggy dogs in summer, how delightful!
They were great characters, wonderfully acted. Such a fabulous mix of themes too. Oh, and Bester the Psi cop, and Mr Morden! There was so much to love about the show, it did things that the Star Trek spin-offs never would have dared. There weren't always happy endings, it made me cry so many times yet there was so much humour too. That's why I re-watch it, because it still has the power to make me feel so many emotions.
I've got an ebook reader and it is useful, but I still prefer the feel of a real book. Real books just feel more comforting.
I certainly wouldn't object to finding Jack among the stacks in my library. Or, better yet, Ianto and Jack ;)

It's a little known fact that Torchwood has its own library.
Deep below the Hub is a large room filled with shelves of dusty books; Ianto found it while looking for somewhere to hide Lisa, and it's become his favourite part of the archives.
Here the books that fall through the Rift are stored. Shelves full of novels that have yet to be written, by authors as yet unborn. Great works of literature from unimaginable worlds, written in unknown languages. Alien poetry, guides to places never discovered, treatises on the flora and fauna of distant planets.
Ianto cherishes each one.
